  SPEAKER_00: And today we're going to bring a word, and the word is going to be on the book of Matthew, the Gospel of Matthew, chapter 6, verse 6.

  SPEAKER_00: But when you pray, go into your room, close the door, and pray to your father who is unseen.

  SPEAKER_00: You know, a lot of people think that when they pray, they got to come up with this prayer and they got to speak out loud, they got to yell out loud, they got to come up with so many words.

  SPEAKER_00: And let me tell you something: the silent, the silence little prayer that nobody hears you, nobody sees you.

  SPEAKER_00: You're in your private room, you're in your car, and you talk to God.

  SPEAKER_00: Because what is prayer?

  SPEAKER_00: Talking to God, a communication within you and God, where you can speak to God, our Father, our Abba Father, and tell Him what you're feeling.

  SPEAKER_00: I have witnessed with my own eyes and seen and hear with my own ears what the Lord does when you silence yourself away from all the noise of this world and go into your private room.

  SPEAKER_00: Go into a place that is secluded, only you and God, and talk to God and tell God what do you feel?

  SPEAKER_00: God knows what you're feeling, God knows who you are.

  SPEAKER_00: But just like in the book of Hezekiah, just like that king that had to remind God, God already knew what he was going through, but he had to say, Father, remember the things I've done, remember everything I did before you, Lord.

  SPEAKER_00: And God already knew, but guess what?

  SPEAKER_00: Draw to him and speak to him like you and me, Lord.

  SPEAKER_00: You are my best friend, you are my father, you're my strength, you are my source of strength.

  SPEAKER_00: You know, a lot of people think that they have authority, they have the right to rebuke, but that all comes from God.

  SPEAKER_00: And when you're in your silent, silent place with God, that you can talk to God, you can praise and worship him, and nobody is seeing you, just you and God.

  SPEAKER_00: Okay, some of the most moments of your life happen when nobody applauds you.

  SPEAKER_00: Sometimes people think that they need an applause, they need people to root for them, they need people to give them affirmation, they need people to to clap, and they need people to say, Oh my god, you did a good job.

  SPEAKER_00: Whatever you do, you're doing it like you're doing it for the Lord, and that's it.

  SPEAKER_00: He is the approval that you need, he is the one that you need.

  SPEAKER_00: So today I'm gonna name this title.

  SPEAKER_00: The private prayers are the ones that produce fruit before the people.

  SPEAKER_00: Okay, so do not become so focused on being seen by people that you neglect being alone with God.

  SPEAKER_00: Sometimes you see people want you to see everything that they do, but what it's okay if they see that you're doing good things and you're representing your your king here on earth.

  SPEAKER_00: Of course, the world is posting negative things, bad things that the world, the enemy, Satan, likes.

  SPEAKER_00: So, of course, the children of God, we gotta come together and start posting things to represent the king that we serve.

  SPEAKER_00: But the thing is that don't get so bombarded with wanting to have people applaud you, people to accept you, people to say give you affirmation because God sees whatever is done in secret.

  SPEAKER_00: See the secret places where motives are purified, burdens are surrender, and direction becomes clearer.

  SPEAKER_00: Because when you go in your secret place, you're gonna see that everything makes sense.

  SPEAKER_00: You're gonna cry out to God and God will answer you.

  SPEAKER_00: Before seeking a platform, seek his presence.

  SPEAKER_00: What God builds in private can sustain what he entrusts in you in public.

  SPEAKER_00: Whatever he built in you in private, the world out there will see that the strength you have came from your Abba Father.

  SPEAKER_00: Father God, in the mighty name of Jesus, we come to you this moment.

  SPEAKER_00: Thank you for the secret place, Father God, where we can come together, keep it real before you, Lord, and just speak to you, Lord.

  SPEAKER_00: Teach us to desire your presence more than recognition, Father God.

  SPEAKER_00: Strengthen our private prayer life, Father God, and let its fruit be seen in our characters and love and in everything that we do, mighty God.

  SPEAKER_00: Bless the person that is hearing this podcast today, Lord, this message, and allow them to receive new strength from inside out, Lord.

  SPEAKER_00: Allow them to know, Father God, that whatever they do in private, you will reward them in public.

  SPEAKER_00: Allow them to have that new desire, Father God, to serve you wholeheartedly, to make that moment in that secret place alone with you, Lord.
