- 1:56Speaker 3: she wants to be for folloween and she tells me
- 1:59Speaker 3: she wants to ye zombie ghost. So I look up,
- 2:04Speaker 3: you know, you know costumes on you know either how
- 2:10Speaker 3: to make it or you know what to buy, if anything,
- 2:14Speaker 3: and and uh, she's like, no, I don't like that.

- 2:57Speaker 3: few uh you know my mentors. I got me a
- 3:00Speaker 3: couple of Harry Potter. One. Harry Potter was one of
- 3:03Speaker 3: her rings, and she's been playing the lego Harry Potter
- 3:11Speaker 3: and for a kid that you know, it's pretty cool
- 3:17Speaker 3: with legos and stuff, she's interested in that. And she's
- 3:22Speaker 3: in the playing with the one. I'm telling her, well,
- 3:24Speaker 3: the tip lights up, so I'm telling her, you know,
- 3:30Speaker 3: like Lumino's, you know, the tip light up and everything,
- 3:35Speaker 3: and she's having fun with it. So I'm very happy
- 3:39Speaker 3: to spend time much as I can with third well,
- 3:44Speaker 3: my home and she, you know, she's still young and
- 3:48Speaker 3: you know, Natasha grows up and she's a you know,
- 3:54Speaker 3: a teenager, but I miss those times. I miss those
- 3:58Speaker 3: times of my nephew. And he's overwing up now and
- 4:03Speaker 3: pretty soon he'll end up having filing his own and
- 4:10Speaker 3: maybe able to you know, start the tradition too. I
- 4:15Speaker 3: can't wait to you know, see what happens and then
- 4:18Speaker 3: when that department, hope everyone was enjoying it. And I
- 4:22Speaker 3: can't wait for your Halloween. And I've been watching a
- 4:26Speaker 3: few uh you know, ghost stories and stuff. I've been
- 4:30Speaker 3: watching Supernatural, watching a series. Oh, I watched some skating music,
- 4:36Speaker 3: just got done watching The Shining and whoever's seeing the Shining,
- 4:42Speaker 3: you know, it was back in the eighties and it's
- 4:47Speaker 3: kind of weird at the end, it was kind of
- 4:49Speaker 3: ending to it's like, uh, it just I don't know,
- 4:54Speaker 3: it's just weird. But I've been watching poetry, guys, and
- 5:01Speaker 3: that one was interesting in itself. And maybe I am
- 5:08Speaker 3: talking a little bit about that one because that has
- 5:11Speaker 3: a special story in itself around me on the times,
- 5:16Speaker 3: and I end up story on that because that's unique
- 5:19Speaker 3: storybook and then in the actual house. But today we've

- 6:13Speaker 3: And I think of very little skinned on this particular
- 6:20Speaker 3: ranch in one of my episodes, and on one of
- 6:26Speaker 3: the episodes they did about skin Walkers, I sold out
- 6:31Speaker 3: naming this ranch into it. And that's how you know
- 6:36Speaker 3: pretty much it that's God's name. Today when our first
- 6:41Speaker 3: story starts at the skin Walker Ranch, and this ranch
- 6:47Speaker 3: is pretty unique. Uh it was previously you know, was
- 6:54Speaker 3: the Showing Ranch. It's property five hundred and twelve acres Okay,
- 7:00Speaker 3: southeast of Billiard, is reputed to be the site of
- 7:05Speaker 3: the paranormal and ufl UFO related activities. His name was

- 9:45Speaker 1: I D.
- 9:47Speaker 3: It's an I D s CI effort as the attempt
- 9:53Speaker 3: to get our data using the standard scientific approach. However,
- 10:01Speaker 3: the investigators admitted to the difficulty obtaining evidence. Consistent was
- 10:09Speaker 3: that the scientific publication can innovations have been part of
- 10:15Speaker 3: the vocal with the surrounding area for decades. When Robert Bigelow,
- 10:22Speaker 3: founder of the National Institute of Discovery of Science, purchased
- 10:27Speaker 3: a ranch for two hundred thousand dollars in nineteen eighty six,
- 10:32Speaker 3: this would reportedly result of having been convinced by the
- 10:39Speaker 3: stories of stories of relations that included tales of strange
- 10:46Speaker 3: lights and unusual and compositions made in the grass and
- 10:55Speaker 3: soiled told by the family of former ranch owner Terry Schumn.
- 11:02Speaker 3: In two thousand and five, Colin Kellner, a co author
- 11:09Speaker 3: and co author George nip published a book. It was
- 11:14Speaker 3: called Hunt for the skin Walk in which they described
- 11:20Speaker 3: ranch being accur being acquired by bigel to study the
- 11:29Speaker 3: acid dial sightings of UFOs Bigfoot by creatures, crop circles,
- 11:38Speaker 3: blowing herbs, and portrug guist activity reported by his former
- 11:44Speaker 3: owners Kellner and Nip As their book was read by
- 11:50Speaker 3: the Defensive Intelligence Agency official James Lakatski, who who cannot
- 12:04Speaker 3: contacted Bigelow and obtained permission to visit the ranch. La
- 12:10Speaker 3: Katski had a supernatural experience there where Rich Biglow, related
- 12:18Speaker 3: to his friend Harry Reid, read and tense Ted Stevens,
- 12:24Speaker 3: former or a UFO experiencer, quickly agreed that the rancher
- 12:31Speaker 3: deserved attention and insertingly aligned to the Department of Offense
- 12:40Speaker 3: budget approving twenty two million to study the unidentified aerial phenomenon.
- 12:47Speaker 3: Now there was a skeptical author by name Robert Scheffler

- 13:22Speaker 3: there was no supernatural events of any kind happened there.
- 13:27Speaker 3: Scheffler considered the explanation of relevant upon the fewest aspirations
- 13:35Speaker 3: to be that the Shuman found invented the story prior
- 13:40Speaker 3: to selling prior to selling it to the Golo Bigelow,
- 13:47Speaker 3: with many a more extraordinary claims to quarantine fully from
- 13:53Speaker 3: Terry Sherman worked as a caretaker after the rancher sold
- 13:58Speaker 3: to big Old. In nineteen ninety six, Septic James Brandy

- 20:27Speaker 3: It's you know, it's funny when you I did. I
- 20:33Speaker 3: have seen some episodes and I had to I had
- 20:40Speaker 3: to be amazed on what they did when they were looking.
- 20:46Speaker 3: There was one part of the road they call it
- 20:47Speaker 3: the triangle. It's basically shape as a triangle and they
- 20:52Speaker 3: tried to do some experience on it and one of
- 20:57Speaker 3: them they ended up digging holes and they wanted to
- 21:01Speaker 3: see what's inside and get a camera in there and
- 21:04Speaker 3: see what's inside of the MESA mm hm. They was
- 21:09Speaker 3: having a little trouble with that one right now. But
- 21:12Speaker 3: they they did fight. So it wasn't like turquoise. It
- 21:18Speaker 3: wasn't kind of material. It was green. But they sent
- 21:24Speaker 3: to laugh and it came out unknown. It was like
- 21:29Speaker 3: after our periodic table, so that you know, that's unique
- 21:35Speaker 3: in itself. And they put some they had some drunes
- 21:42Speaker 3: and they wanted to see what they could do far
- 21:46Speaker 3: as somebody said, there was like a cap on the
- 21:50Speaker 3: on the place, so they flew up. They're trying to
- 21:54Speaker 3: see at the end they were trying to get you know,
- 21:57Speaker 3: zach zuit, you know, going straight up and everything. They
- 22:02Speaker 3: find out that when they were covering with their drones
- 22:08Speaker 3: up in the air and they said it looked straight,
- 22:12Speaker 3: they were like, I don't know, it was off. I
- 22:16Speaker 3: mean it was off centered to where they weren't you know.
- 22:20Speaker 3: They they they send it up and all of a sudden,
- 22:23Speaker 3: you know, BRAVII takes it over somewhere else and I
- 22:26Speaker 3: don't even know it. You know, they've done some experiments
- 22:30Speaker 3: and with that drone experiment they did, they found out
- 22:36Speaker 3: something that some spots are like on that ranch that's
- 22:41Speaker 3: encased like an A don't like a visible shield of
- 22:45Speaker 3: a don't when they try to map it out, and
- 22:51Speaker 3: they had it lit up and it looked like you know,
- 22:55Speaker 3: even when they use the computer, and it was a
- 23:00Speaker 3: shape like it don't because it went so so many.
- 23:05Speaker 3: But also it's not where it's just sitting on top
- 23:08Speaker 3: of a surface. It was twenty feet below the surface
- 23:13Speaker 3: as well, perfect sphere. Half of it on top of
- 23:16Speaker 3: the half of it underneath your But you know it's
- 23:22Speaker 3: crave you on what they've been finding. And you know
- 23:26Speaker 3: on that ranch it's bobbled the mind. And I hope
- 23:33Speaker 3: you guys enjoy that story and our second story. We
- 23:39Speaker 3: are going to place called prosper If you don't know
- 23:45Speaker 3: what Pross Foods is, it's a delta. Let it. Most
- 23:52Speaker 3: of the recognized tales of American foot War has Mississippi roots.
- 23:58Speaker 3: The story ends many, including the Doubt Legend, or the
- 24:04Speaker 3: Deal with the Devil, or the Deal with the Prostrums,
- 24:10Speaker 3: among others, yet each tells a similar story. The senter
- 24:17Speaker 3: round a midnight meeting between a frustrated guitarist and Satan
- 24:23Speaker 3: himself at an intersection of two highways called the cross Rooms.
- 24:30Speaker 3: In the exchange for a mastery of his instrument, the
- 24:34Speaker 3: musician is wanting to sell his soul to the devil.
- 24:39Speaker 3: The guitarist stood the prostrus and played his instrument until
- 24:44Speaker 3: Satan arrived in a former way, black male. The musician
- 24:52Speaker 3: presented his instrument to mysterious stranger, who tuned played some
- 24:59Speaker 3: chors they handed back to its owner. The musical covenant
- 25:05Speaker 3: have been reached, and the guitarist is now possessed by
- 25:10Speaker 3: the building to play any tune he decided. However, his
- 25:17Speaker 3: soul want the devil Star's degree. Over the origins of
- 25:21Speaker 3: the crossfold, myth So maintained that the story originated in Africa,
- 25:29Speaker 3: with Satan represented in a con trickster dn a t
- 25:34Speaker 3: which is as the Donald Libra or s she. This
- 25:43Speaker 3: interruption that entered partis intersecting places the tale in a
- 25:54Speaker 3: border on cultural contacts, and you know it elevates the
- 26:02Speaker 3: musician to a spiritual status. Other forests argue that the
- 26:09Speaker 3: tales possesses many Western elements, and in fact, we've liked
- 26:18Speaker 3: slavery's impact on Africa American life, regardless of its priest's origin.
- 26:28Speaker 3: The myth has become more most associated with early twentieth
- 26:34Speaker 3: century bluesman Robert Johnson. Robert Johnson was born on May eighth,
- 26:45Speaker 3: nineteen eleven. He was an American blues musician and songraight.
- 26:51Speaker 3: His song his singing, guitar playing and songaring on his
- 26:57Speaker 3: Landmork was from nineteen thirty six nineteen thirty seven. Recordings
- 27:02Speaker 3: have influenced later generations of musicians. Although his recording career
- 27:10Speaker 3: spent only seven months, he recognized as a master to
- 27:15Speaker 3: the blues directly the Delta bluestyle, and is one of
- 27:20Speaker 3: the most influential musicians of the twentieth century. But Rock
- 27:27Speaker 3: and the Hall of Fame describes him as perhaps the
- 27:31Speaker 3: first even Rocks. As a travelingformer who played mostly on
- 27:36Speaker 3: street corners and duke joints and at Saturday night dances,
- 27:44Speaker 3: Johnson had little commercial success for public recognition in his lifetime.
- 27:51Speaker 3: The only two recording sessions, both produced by Don Mars,
- 27:57Speaker 3: one in San antonioteen thirty six and the other is
- 28:02Speaker 3: in Dallas nineteen thirty seven, and produced twenty nine distinct
- 28:09Speaker 3: songs with thirteen surviving alternate takes. The songs recorded solo
- 28:16Speaker 3: and Polso Studios were in the summer as recording output
- 28:23Speaker 3: once were released as a ten inch as a ten
- 28:30Speaker 3: inche from nineteen thirty seven to nineteen thirty eight, with
- 28:35Speaker 3: a few releases after his death. After these recordings, very
- 28:40Speaker 3: little is now of his life outside of the small
- 28:45Speaker 3: musical circuit in the Mississippi Delta where he spent most
- 28:50Speaker 3: of his time. Much of his story has been reconstructed
- 28:56Speaker 3: by researchers. Johnson The documented life and death have been given,
- 29:05Speaker 3: raising the rise to legends. One of the most opt
- 29:09Speaker 3: in quarter with him, that is that saw he sold
- 29:15Speaker 3: the soul to the devil and local cross roads returned
- 29:20Speaker 3: from musical success. His music a small influential influtional following
- 29:32Speaker 3: during his life and decades after his death. In late
- 29:36Speaker 3: eighteenth thirty nine, John Hayman saw a hand out for
- 29:41Speaker 3: concert and carriage hall from Sparrows to Swings want to
- 29:49Speaker 3: discovery that Johnson had recently died. Hey Man, producer of
- 29:55Speaker 3: Columbia Records, which brought Johnson original recordings from Runswick Records,
- 30:05Speaker 3: which owned the musicologist Alan Marix, went to Mussissippy in
- 30:13Speaker 3: nineteen forty one to report Johnson Nolan of his death
- 30:18Speaker 3: in nineteen sixty one Oclin we have released an album
- 30:22Speaker 3: of Johnson recording tond King of the Delta Blues Singers,
- 30:27Speaker 3: produced Leisure and producer in the music historian Frank Dias
- 30:34Speaker 3: and credit him with being Johnson's work to writer audience,
- 30:40Speaker 3: the album will become eclutional influential, especially in the Nissa
- 30:48Speaker 3: British Blows little Bit. Eric Clapton called Johnson the most
- 30:52Speaker 3: important blues singer he ever lived. In the Greats of
- 30:57Speaker 3: Bob Dylan. Three Troops and Robert Plant also say that
- 31:04Speaker 3: both Johnson's lyrics and musicis shoots the key influence of
- 31:09Speaker 3: their own work. Many of johnson solt have been covered
- 31:15Speaker 3: over the years, becoming hints of the other artists, and
- 31:21Speaker 3: his guitar links and lyrics have been borrowed that many
- 31:28Speaker 3: later musicians re used. Interest in Johnson's work and life
- 31:35Speaker 3: have burst into Schotip in nineteen sixty. Much of what
- 31:42Speaker 3: is known of what instructed by his research was Gail
- 31:48Speaker 3: Dean Wardler and Bruce Fumpworth, apparently in their in twenty
- 31:57Speaker 3: eighteen Award and a Ward winning and The Johnson Jumble,
- 32:04Speaker 3: The Devil in the Road in the Jump, The Devil
- 32:07Speaker 3: The Real Life and Robert Johnson. Calgari pressed two films
- 32:13Speaker 3: of nineteen ninety one documentary Search for Robert Johnson by
- 32:18Speaker 3: John Hayman Jr. And in nineteen acent documentary Can You
