- 0:02Speaker 1: Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy Mellencamp and Tamara Judge.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Hi, guys.
- 0:15Speaker 3: Welcome to another episode of Two Teas in a Pod
- 0:17Speaker 3: with myself, Teddy Mellencamp and.
- 0:19Speaker 4: Tamara Judge.
- 0:21Speaker 2: Tamara, I felt like you today.
- 0:23Speaker 1: Why?
- 0:23Speaker 3: Well, actually, last night when I couldn't sleep, I went online...
- 0:28Speaker 3: And I did like a full shopping because you know
- 0:31Speaker 3: how none of my clothes fit me. And you gave
- 0:33Speaker 3: me those couple pairs of jeans because they're bigger than
- 0:35Speaker 3: our usual size. And like those fit me. But I
- 0:38Speaker 3: was like, I have to go to Slate's Nationals back east.
- 0:41Speaker 3: So I don't have like my standard like sweater pant.
- 0:46Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 0:47Speaker 2: Like look.
- 0:48Speaker 3: And so I went on Amazon. I'm not kidding. I
- 0:50Speaker 3: bought like seven outfits.
- 0:52Speaker 4: From Amazon.
- 0:53Speaker 2: From Amazon.
- 0:54Speaker 4: Way to go, girl. And I'm like.
- 0:57Speaker 3: I'm hoping they all come at once and I can
- 0:59Speaker 3: just fully pack them right from the Amazon package.
- 1:02Speaker 4: The key to buying clothes on Amazon is if they
- 1:06Speaker 4: come within two days... they're usually pretty good. If it
- 1:10Speaker 4: takes like a week, if it takes like two weeks
- 1:12Speaker 4: to a month, they're coming from China.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Okay. Mine came in a day.
- 1:16Speaker 4: Okay. Then they're probably pretty good.
- 1:17Speaker 3: Like I woke up this morning and I saw like
- 1:19Speaker 3: 10 boxes outside and I was like, holy shit.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:22Speaker 4: If I see, like, if I go, oh my God,
- 1:24Speaker 4: that is so cute. I did this yesterday. It was
- 1:25Speaker 4: a funnel neck jacket. It was like drawstring at the
- 1:29Speaker 4: bottom super cute and I'm like oh my god I
- 1:31Speaker 4: love this.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Did it have a zip right here because I bought
- 1:33Speaker 2: it if so.
- 1:34Speaker 4: It's a full zip but this one I put it
- 1:36Speaker 4: in my cart and it's like it'll be here October
- 1:38Speaker 4: 30th 22nd or something I'm like nope that's coming from
- 1:41Speaker 4: China ain't happening.
- 1:42Speaker 3: Nope taking too long and then I always read like
- 1:45Speaker 3: what it says about like if it's going to be
- 1:47Speaker 3: soft like I almost bought something and then realized it
- 1:50Speaker 3: said wool has wool.
- 1:53Speaker 4: In it and I was like nope that's a no
- 1:56Speaker 4: I try to stay away from polyester.
- 1:59Speaker 2: Yeah, I try to say polyester makes you stink.
- 2:01Speaker 4: It makes me sweat really bad. It's not actually great
- 2:05Speaker 4: for you.
- 2:07Speaker 3: Also, I feel like I'm meeting with you later on today.
- 2:11Speaker 3: So I have an interview with somebody. It doesn't matter who,
- 2:13Speaker 3: but I have an interview with somebody. And there was
- 2:16Speaker 3: a request not to wear any perfumes or strong scents.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Okay.
- 2:27Speaker 4: So Eddie got this deodorant and he had it on
- 2:32Speaker 4: and he doesn't wear a shirt to bed or whatever.
- 2:35Speaker 4: And he has like arm out and I'm like, Oh
- 2:37Speaker 4: my God, what is that smell? He's like, it's my deodorant.
- 2:42Speaker 4: I go, no, put your arm down. I like, I
- 2:46Speaker 4: will literally like want to vomit and like, I can't,
- 2:49Speaker 4: I can't sleep.
- 2:50Speaker 2: No.
- 2:51Speaker 4: If I, if I put tanning stuff on me, Yeah.
- 2:54Speaker 4: Hell no.
- 2:55Speaker 3: I can't sleep all night long. Well, plus then it's
- 2:57Speaker 3: also sticky. Once it becomes like a sticky thing for me,
- 3:00Speaker 3: it's gone. But I was like, it's just a smell
- 3:02Speaker 3: for me. I can't do the smells.
- 3:04Speaker 4: I got a little heads up thing.
- 3:06Speaker 2: And I was like, am I going with Tamara to this?
- 3:08Speaker 4: Between the smells and you slurping on your Diet Coke,
- 3:11Speaker 4: I could literally like jump out of my skin. I know.
- 3:15Speaker 3: I love to slurp on my Diet Coke. I mean,
- 3:18Speaker 3: at least I'm awake. No, but I was thinking about you.
- 3:23Speaker 3: And then I was also thinking about, because last night
- 3:26Speaker 3: or yesterday, Cruz and his two friends came in my room.
- 3:29Speaker 3: I'm sitting there watching New York and Cruz goes, do
- 3:32Speaker 3: you notice anything about us? And I'm like that you're
- 3:35Speaker 3: all dressed in Rams gear and you're going to go
- 3:37Speaker 3: to the Rams game. And he goes, nope, I'm going
- 3:39Speaker 3: to come a step closer. And then I was like, Oh,
- 3:42Speaker 3: my gosh. Why'd you guys put on so much cologne?
- 3:46Speaker 4: Oh, God.
- 3:48Speaker 2: They must have been, like, bathing in that before they
- 3:51Speaker 2: got ready.
- 3:51Speaker 4: In the Axe. Are they getting in the Axe body spray?
- 3:56Speaker 2: I mean, I don't even know if it's Axe or, like,
- 3:58Speaker 2: the Michael Jordan brand.
- 4:00Speaker 3: Like, there's guys with, like, little, like, balls on it,
- 4:04Speaker 3: like football players, cologne, like all kinds.
- 4:08Speaker 2: That's funny.
- 4:09Speaker 3: And I'm like, and you guys all have the same
- 4:11Speaker 3: one on.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Like who are you trying to impress?
- 4:15Speaker 4: I can't. The strong smells just literally throw me over
- 4:19Speaker 4: the edge.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:20Speaker 2: Well, you would, Cruz would have thrown you right over
- 4:23Speaker 2: the edge.
- 4:23Speaker 4: I'm like a walking anxiety attack right now because I
- 4:28Speaker 4: am using the tretinoin on my face and I got
- 4:32Speaker 4: to stop it probably this, probably tomorrow because I have
- 4:37Speaker 4: to have time for my skin to stop shedding for
- 4:39Speaker 4: the reunion, right? I have to get a good week
- 4:41Speaker 4: or so. In the meantime, I have, let's see, this
- 4:46Speaker 4: is pain in the ass. I have so much like lotion,
- 4:49Speaker 4: greasy lotion on my face that my hair keeps sticking
- 4:52Speaker 4: to my face and my forehead itches. And I'm just like,
- 4:56Speaker 4: I want to jump out of my skin.
- 5:00Speaker 2: I would too. That's why I never do those.
- 5:02Speaker 4: But I'm telling you, I cannot even explain the difference
- 5:06Speaker 4: in my skin in just the two weeks I've been
- 5:08Speaker 4: using it.
- 5:10Speaker 2: And do you put it on morning and night?
- 5:12Speaker 4: No, just at night.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Just at night.
- 5:14Speaker 4: I put pea size at night. And then I saw
- 5:18Speaker 4: like this dermatologist online. And I guess because I'm using
- 5:23Speaker 4: it and talking about it, of course, I get all
- 5:25Speaker 4: these tretinoin or however you say it. And they're saying
- 5:29Speaker 4: there's a new thing. You got to combine it with
- 5:31Speaker 4: some kind of azelaic acid or something like that. And
- 5:36Speaker 4: it's in a tube. Well, you can't buy it anywhere.
- 5:39Speaker 4: It's sold out everywhere because it's such like the craze
- 5:42Speaker 4: right now. Like you add the two of them together
- 5:45Speaker 4: and it's supposed to be like, you have the best
- 5:46Speaker 4: skin ever.
- 5:50Speaker 3: Well, I need the best skin ever. I also need
- 5:51Speaker 3: my roots done. I need all the things, but you know.
- 5:54Speaker 4: Well, I'm going, look at this hair is so long
- 5:57Speaker 4: and gross. I am going, look how long my bangs are.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Your bangs are long. Your bangs are like the length
- 6:03Speaker 2: of my hair.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 6:04Speaker 4: I'm going to chop it.
- 6:06Speaker 2: You're, You're going to chop all the hair off. No,
- 6:09Speaker 2: you're not. Then you're going to put it right back.
- 6:12Speaker 4: I don't know. I want something different for the reunion.
- 6:14Speaker 4: So I'm thinking of kind of like a lob, like
- 6:19Speaker 4: a longer, not like a short mom, like not like
- 6:22Speaker 4: the Bob, like I had the fake one on the confessional,
- 6:26Speaker 4: but I'm talking like more of a straight kind of messy,
- 6:29Speaker 4: longer one.
- 6:30Speaker 2: Oh, that would be cute. I like that. How many
- 6:33Speaker 2: weeks out from the reunion are we?
- 6:35Speaker 4: Can't say, but.
- 6:41Speaker 2: Soonish.
- 6:42Speaker 4: Soonish.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Soonish.
- 6:44Speaker 4: Soonish.
- 6:57Speaker 3: OK, so we're going to get into the Real Housewives
- 7:00Speaker 3: of New York.
- 7:02Speaker 2: Mm hmm. And it starts out where. Haley and Jessel
- 7:06Speaker 2: are playing.
- 7:07Speaker 3: I don't even know if you can say it playing
- 7:09Speaker 3: because I don't think that Jessel hit it one time.
- 7:12Speaker 3: Playing pickleball, which is kind of like when Haley played
- 7:15Speaker 3: tennis in college until getting kicked off after her mugshot incident.
- 7:20Speaker 4: So she got caught smoking pot and then she was
- 7:24Speaker 4: arrested for that?
- 7:27Speaker 3: No, that's when they decided that she couldn't be on
- 7:30Speaker 3: the tennis team at college.
- 7:32Speaker 4: I understand that. So she got arrested for smoking pot?
- 7:36Speaker 2: I guess back then.
- 7:38Speaker 4: Back then you got arrested, I guess. Yeah, I guess so.
- 7:41Speaker 3: But to be perfectly honest, like Haley, the most relatable
- 7:44Speaker 3: thing I've seen about you is having those eyebrows because.
- 7:47Speaker 2: We all had them.
- 7:49Speaker 4: We all had them.
- 7:50Speaker 2: And I heard they're coming back and I'm- No, never happened.
- 7:53Speaker 4: You know, Sophia does that once in a while. Like
- 7:55Speaker 4: she's always, she's like, Way ahead with the fashion stuff. Like,
- 7:58Speaker 4: she did the very thin, straight ones. I go, please
- 8:01Speaker 4: stop doing that.
- 8:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:03Speaker 4: And then after she got her nose done, she's like, okay,
- 8:05Speaker 4: I'm going to stop doing that. I go, they're just
- 8:07Speaker 4: not attractive. Yeah.
- 8:08Speaker 2: They're not. I mean, mine were like this.
- 8:11Speaker 3: So were Haley's. But, like, thin little circles. I don't
- 8:15Speaker 3: even know how I got that shape. Because it's not
- 8:17Speaker 3: like I was getting it waxed at that time. I
- 8:19Speaker 3: was doing the hard work myself.
- 8:21Speaker 4: Well, I will... Definitely brag about my eyebrows. I have
- 8:24Speaker 4: good eyebrows. I have a lot of eyebrows. I will
- 8:27Speaker 4: have like a unibrow if I do not. I shave
- 8:30Speaker 4: my eyebrows. I don't even pluck them. I don't even
- 8:32Speaker 4: like wax them. They grow so fast. And I would
- 8:35Speaker 4: just have like a, just a unibrow if I let
- 8:37Speaker 4: it grow for two weeks, if I let it grow.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Well, hot.
- 8:42Speaker 4: I know it's weird. My mom has zero eyebrows. Well,
- 8:45Speaker 4: did you hear Jessel when the guy, like the coach
- 8:48Speaker 4: or whatever you want to call him?
- 8:49Speaker 2: Pickleball coach. Yeah.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:51Speaker 4: He's like, OK, get your rackets. And she goes, I
- 8:53Speaker 4: love a good racketeer. I'm like, do you know what
- 8:58Speaker 4: that means? That's like illegal, like financial legal fraud.
- 9:02Speaker 2: Every time she said anything this episode, truthfully, bothered me.
- 9:09Speaker 4: I'm not going to lie, which I hate when people
- 9:12Speaker 4: say that. So why did I just say that? I'm
- 9:14Speaker 4: not going to sugarcoat things. She mugs. She's bugging me
- 9:18Speaker 4: this season so far.
- 9:19Speaker 2: She bugs.
- 9:20Speaker 4: It's a little bit trying too hard.
- 9:22Speaker 2: It's giving trying too hard.
- 9:24Speaker 3: So after they're done playing pickleball, which means Haley was
- 9:27Speaker 3: hitting the ball and Jessel was just swinging things around,
- 9:30Speaker 3: looking like a lunatic.
- 9:31Speaker 4: I got a hole in my racket.
- 9:33Speaker 3: I mean, I do love that Haley doesn't put a
- 9:35Speaker 3: spot of makeup on for this activity.
- 9:38Speaker 4: I like her.
- 9:39Speaker 2: I know. She's just raw.
- 9:41Speaker 4: Like most of our housewives are just not like that anymore. Yeah.
- 9:44Speaker 3: She's like, um, She explains that she has an unconventional marriage,
- 9:49Speaker 3: which allows her to be with women, not other men.
- 9:53Speaker 3: And she digs into John Gossin's story and says her
- 9:57Speaker 3: dad did Kate's tummy tuck.
- 9:59Speaker 2: I'm sure Kate wanted that out there.
- 10:01Speaker 4: Well, I'm sure her dad's really excited about those HIPAA
- 10:03Speaker 4: laws she just violated. Unless Kate came out and said
- 10:07Speaker 4: who her doctor was, which probably did back then because
- 10:10Speaker 4: she probably got it for free.
- 10:11Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 10:12Speaker 2: And then they became close family friends and John started
- 10:16Speaker 2: staying in the family house once they were separated. to
- 10:19Speaker 2: avoid press.
- 10:21Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Nothing says close family friend. Like I'm going to sleep
- 10:25Speaker 2: with your daughter.
- 10:26Speaker 4: By the way, Johnny, daddy's got a yacht. Let's go
- 10:34Speaker 4: on the yacht. I can't say that we won't get photographed.
- 10:38Speaker 4: She's like princess Diana. I just love it. Um, But
- 10:43Speaker 4: she also, Hayley did, like, get a little emotional. And
- 10:45Speaker 4: she said that she thinks that her life would have
- 10:47Speaker 4: been different had she not dated John and gone through
- 10:50Speaker 4: everything she's gone through. Because I feel like she has, like,
- 10:52Speaker 4: a little bit of, like, PTSD. And then she ended
- 10:55Speaker 4: up marrying Ruben, which I don't think we're ever going
- 10:57Speaker 4: to see this season. Because she felt like he was
- 11:00Speaker 4: the safe choice.
- 11:02Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:03Speaker 3: But then we come to find out. Well, we don't,
- 11:05Speaker 3: can't even give it away. But what happens at the
- 11:07Speaker 3: end of this episode for Scenes for Next Week involving Ruben, which...
- 11:12Speaker 3: took me on a full ride I wasn't ready for.
- 11:14Speaker 4: I don't know that I watched the previews for next week.
- 11:19Speaker 4: Maybe you'll refresh my memory.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Okay.
- 11:21Speaker 4: But then we go to Carol and Daisy, sit in
- 11:23Speaker 4: the park and talk about Carol's sub stack. Is that
- 11:26Speaker 4: part of her contract?
- 11:27Speaker 2: Because of course they would. What else would somebody talk about?
- 11:31Speaker 4: Do you understand that the season started out where she
- 11:34Speaker 4: was writing her sub stack in the windowsill?
- 11:37Speaker 2: It's like Luann. She can't find, she has a song
- 11:40Speaker 2: for everything. Um, Carol has a sub stack for everything.
- 11:46Speaker 4: When she was on our podcast, she talked about her
- 11:47Speaker 4: sub stack. Um, Cara telling the girls that it's ghoulish.
- 11:51Speaker 4: Like there was girls outside of like Carol, Carolyn Bessette's apartment.
- 11:56Speaker 4: Did you hear her talk about that?
- 11:57Speaker 2: Oh yeah.
- 11:57Speaker 4: She's like, they were taking pictures out front. And I'm like, well,
- 12:01Speaker 4: they do that at like, uh.
- 12:03Speaker 3: Michael Jackson's house is right near mine and people take
- 12:06Speaker 3: pictures out front all the time and leave flowers.
- 12:10Speaker 4: Yeah, she's all, I told them that this is ghoulish.
- 12:12Speaker 4: I'm like, calm down.
- 12:15Speaker 3: I'm like, Carol, I hate to be the bearer of
- 12:17Speaker 3: bad news, but those people that are taking pictures have
- 12:21Speaker 3: zero idea who you are.
- 12:22Speaker 4: Could you imagine owning the house that sucks in the
- 12:25Speaker 4: city was Carrie Bradshaw's house? Have you walked past it before?
- 12:29Speaker 1: No.
- 12:32Speaker 4: So I think it was last year. It was when
- 12:34Speaker 4: me and Gina went to the upfronts. And my girlfriend, Shelly,
- 12:39Speaker 4: lives there part time. So she's like, let's go to
- 12:41Speaker 4: this restaurant over here in this area. She goes, it's
- 12:43Speaker 4: over where, you know, Carrie Bradshaw's house was. And I go, oh,
- 12:46Speaker 4: I want to see.
- 12:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:48Speaker 4: There's chains out there. Like, stay off, stay away. Some
- 12:53Speaker 4: older guy owns it. He hates everybody out there taking pictures.
- 12:57Speaker 4: And there was a ton of people out there.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Well, because that's the crazy thing between New York and L.A.
- 13:04Speaker 4: L.A.
- 13:04Speaker 2: Like full house. We could go see it any day
- 13:06Speaker 2: we want. It's on set. Right. It's not like, you know,
- 13:12Speaker 2: they have tours where you can go see all those houses.
- 13:15Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:16Speaker 2: They're not actually houses. They're like cardboard boxes.
- 13:19Speaker 4: Well, we see that like Carol, she's super triggered about
- 13:21Speaker 4: the love story. She's, I mean, she's been talking about
- 13:25Speaker 4: it on every single episode. And I think it was
- 13:27Speaker 4: like airing in real time, right? At the time that
- 13:29Speaker 4: they were filming. Yeah. And she admits that Carolyn Bessette
- 13:33Speaker 4: would find all of the New York girls annoying, especially Jessel. Well,
- 13:38Speaker 4: I go as California girls too.
- 13:40Speaker 2: So pretty much we're all Carolyn Bessette then.
- 13:44Speaker 4: Yes.
- 13:44Speaker 2: We all feel it.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Yep.
- 13:47Speaker 4: I mean, I couldn't agree more.
- 13:48Speaker 2: Then Daisy. And we're like, yep.
- 13:52Speaker 3: But also, then Daisy is kind of trying to talk
- 13:58Speaker 3: to her about it. And Carol's like, the way.
- 14:03Speaker 2: That Jessel kept speaking about this.
- 14:07Speaker 3: And then they did kind of like a flashback of
- 14:10Speaker 3: all the things that Jessel said.
- 14:12Speaker 4: She was obnoxious.
- 14:14Speaker 3: It was really obnoxious. I would never say that about
- 14:17Speaker 3: somebody who passed away.
- 14:19Speaker 2: It doesn't matter if it was.
- 14:20Speaker 3: Five years ago, 50 years ago, if that person has like,
- 14:25Speaker 3: and she's like smirking.
- 14:26Speaker 2: And proud of herself for doing it.
- 14:29Speaker 4: She's trying too hard. That's what it feels like.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:33Speaker 4: She's just trying way too hard. Now, Daisy was talking
- 14:36Speaker 4: about how she's not attracted to her husband or she
- 14:38Speaker 4: is like 50% of the time. And then when they
- 14:40Speaker 4: get in fights, like he goes on Craigslist, looks place
- 14:43Speaker 4: to move. And then she goes on Raya. And I'm like,
- 14:47Speaker 4: and I think even Carol's like, wait, you're on Raya? Like,
- 14:50Speaker 4: how are you on Raya? You've been married for like
- 14:51Speaker 4: a decade, haven't you?
- 14:53Speaker 3: I want to be like, whose picture did she use?
- 14:55Speaker 3: Martha Stewart's?
- 14:57Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 14:57Speaker 2: I can't even get on Raya.
- 15:00Speaker 4: That's so weird. But how old is Raya?
- 15:05Speaker 2: I mean, Raya's new-ish, I think.
- 15:07Speaker 4: Yeah, so she must have joined while she was married.
- 15:10Speaker 4: So my question to you is, who's getting divorced first,
- 15:12Speaker 4: Daisy or Haley?
- 15:14Speaker 3: Well, I think Daisy was making a joke. I don't
- 15:17Speaker 3: think she really goes on Raya. I mean, clearly she's
- 15:19Speaker 3: got her son's tutors to step in when she needs them.
- 15:23Speaker 4: Well, it started, oh, 2015 it started. So it has
- 15:26Speaker 4: been a decade.
- 15:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 15:28Speaker 3: But I don't think she's really going on Raya. But
- 15:31Speaker 3: then she's talking about his long hours.
- 15:33Speaker 2: I know.
- 15:34Speaker 4: How about Carol? When they're walking, she's like, I went
- 15:38Speaker 4: to put gas in my 1982 Jeep. And it was $ 120.
- 15:42Speaker 4: I so badly want to hear this was my husband's car.
- 15:50Speaker 4: And this is I don't know why. Like, I feel
- 15:51Speaker 4: like was that her like husband's car? And that's why
- 15:54Speaker 4: she's held on to it for all these years.
- 15:55Speaker 3: Yeah. Like, why do we still have this car?
- 15:58Speaker 4: Well, most people don't have cars in the city.
- 16:02Speaker 3: I think she likes being able to have the control
- 16:04Speaker 3: to come and go as she pleases.
- 16:07Speaker 4: Well, you have feet and there's a subway. I think
- 16:10Speaker 4: she's afraid of giving up her office.
- 16:13Speaker 2: She's not ready to give up. I mean, don't get
- 16:15Speaker 2: me wrong.
- 16:15Speaker 4: I think it's kind of cool that she has this
- 16:17Speaker 4: old car.
- 16:18Speaker 2: No, I like it too. Because you wouldn't suspect it.
- 16:21Speaker 4: I want to hear some sentimental value of this car
- 16:23Speaker 4: that she has to staple the headliner.
- 16:28Speaker 3: But yeah, she was shocked by gas prices. I'm like,
- 16:30Speaker 3: you should come to LA and try filling up your
- 16:32Speaker 3: Tahoe or your Yukon or whatever ridiculous cars that we
- 16:37Speaker 3: have that take forever.
- 16:39Speaker 4: Oh no, we wait in line at Costco. Oh, when
- 16:42Speaker 4: I say we, that means I'm passenger. And Eddie's like, oh,
- 16:46Speaker 4: we got to get gas. Got to go out of
- 16:47Speaker 4: our way to go get gas at Costco. And I'm like, oh,
- 16:51Speaker 4: my God. I go, how much are you saving? Is
- 16:55Speaker 4: it worth waiting in line? If it's 20 bucks, don't bother.
- 16:58Speaker 3: Well, then I went for the very first because, you know,
- 17:02Speaker 3: I don't drive. So for the very first time, I
- 17:04Speaker 3: went to a Costco gas center or whatever you want
- 17:10Speaker 3: to call it with Valley Guy. And the thing that
- 17:13Speaker 3: I didn't understand is there's no sides to, you can
- 17:16Speaker 3: park on either side.
- 17:17Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 17:19Speaker 2: And then you can just pull the rope thing.
- 17:21Speaker 3: The rope is really long.
- 17:23Speaker 4: Like it doesn't matter.
- 17:24Speaker 3: Just whatever spot you can get, you just stick it
- 17:27Speaker 3: right in there. I was like, you know, your gas
- 17:29Speaker 3: tank's on the other side. He's like, it doesn't matter.
- 17:31Speaker 4: It doesn't matter. You know, that they just opened one
- 17:33Speaker 4: up close to my house, um, And it's like just
- 17:37Speaker 4: a gas station. There's no Costco there. It's a Costco
- 17:39Speaker 4: gas station. And there's like 40 stalls. It's like crazy. Wow.
- 17:44Speaker 4: I'm like, it's going to put everybody out of business.
- 17:47Speaker 3: I don't know why I didn't check the price afterwards.
- 17:49Speaker 3: Like I needed to know this.
- 17:51Speaker 4: There's certain things I just don't check prices on. If
- 17:54Speaker 4: I go to the grocery store, I don't really check price. Oh,
- 17:57Speaker 4: one thing I check prices on. I refuse to pay
- 18:01Speaker 4: for pomegranate seeds. Those little, in a little cup.
- 18:04Speaker 2: Well, they end up being bad after two days anyway.
- 18:06Speaker 4: They're bad after two days and they're five to seven
- 18:08Speaker 4: dollars for a little teeny tiny jar. I'm like, what?
- 18:12Speaker 4: A little plastic. What? And then it's like a crapshoot
- 18:16Speaker 4: because sometimes they taste bitter.
- 18:18Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Sometimes they taste like alcohol.
- 18:21Speaker 4: Yes.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Yes. So, you know, you never know.
- 18:25Speaker 3: But then Jessel and Erica go to Daisy's apartment and
- 18:30Speaker 3: immediately make fun of her popcorn ceilings.
- 18:34Speaker 2: Um, okay. How like Daisy's cool with it.
- 18:38Speaker 3: Because it's been under rent control for 21 years. So
- 18:41Speaker 3: I cost as much as Jessel's beard removal.
- 18:46Speaker 4: Oh my God.
- 18:47Speaker 2: That was hilarious.
- 18:48Speaker 4: Okay. So Eugene has had this house for 21 years.
- 18:50Speaker 4: He has rented it. It is rent controlled. So I
- 18:52Speaker 4: Googled it just to see like, what does that mean?
- 18:55Speaker 4: Like as far as money. And they said, depending on
- 18:57Speaker 4: the size, it's anywhere from 3,500 to 4,200 a month.
- 19:02Speaker 4: I'm like, oh my God, I would never get rid
- 19:03Speaker 4: of it either.
- 19:04Speaker 2: Yeah. No, I mean, why would they?
- 19:07Speaker 4: I don't think they're rolling in the dough. I think he's,
- 19:10Speaker 4: you know, he probably makes good money. Does he own
- 19:12Speaker 4: a salon?
- 19:14Speaker 2: I don't know. They've never said he's got private clients.
- 19:17Speaker 2: He's got private late night clients, so.
- 19:19Speaker 4: But even so, like all the apartments and stuff are
- 19:22Speaker 4: so small in New York. Like, hell yeah.
- 19:25Speaker 3: But also I'm trying to think, like, I don't think
- 19:29Speaker 3: that I have one friend That would have come into
- 19:32Speaker 3: an apartment that I live in and commented on my
- 19:35Speaker 3: popcorn ceilings.
- 19:37Speaker 4: I feel like popcorn ceilings are coming back. I feel
- 19:40Speaker 4: like I grew up with them.
- 19:41Speaker 3: It was almost OK when Jessel said it. Like I
- 19:43Speaker 3: was like, yeah, of course, Jessel is going.
- 19:45Speaker 2: To say it. Somebody helped her figure out to say that.
- 19:48Speaker 2: And then she knew it was a shitty thing to say.
- 19:50Speaker 2: But I was like, Erica.
- 19:53Speaker 4: Really? Well, Erica's like, there's something in your hair. Oh,
- 19:56Speaker 4: it's probably the popcorn ceiling. I think she was just
- 19:58Speaker 4: trying to be funny. I like Erica. I love her arms.
- 20:06Speaker 4: Oh my God.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 20:06Speaker 2: I mean, physically.
- 20:07Speaker 4: Holy shit. She has got like the perfect for a
- 20:11Speaker 4: fitness girl, like the perfect physique in my eyes because
- 20:15Speaker 4: she is ripped, but she's not bulky.
- 20:18Speaker 2: Yeah, I know. She looks great. She looks excellent.
- 20:20Speaker 4: Because when girls get too bulky through the shoulders and arms,
- 20:23Speaker 4: which I will never have that problem because I have
- 20:25Speaker 4: a really hard time building my arms.
- 20:27Speaker 2: Well, you know who does have that problem? Look how
- 20:29Speaker 2: thick my shoulders are.
- 20:31Speaker 4: Oh, see, I have narrow shoulders. I just, even when
- 20:34Speaker 4: I did my fitness competition, it was very hard for
- 20:37Speaker 4: me to... to build my arms up, but they're just
- 20:40Speaker 4: so beautiful.
- 20:42Speaker 2: She looks beautiful.
- 20:43Speaker 3: But I also kind of, the way that she was
- 20:46Speaker 3: talking about it with Jessel and they were kind of
- 20:49Speaker 3: laughing about it, I thought it was kind of mean, girl.
- 20:51Speaker 2: I didn't like it. I didn't think it was funny.
- 20:54Speaker 2: I don't really care. It's one thing if you're sitting
- 20:57Speaker 2: there and.
- 21:00Speaker 3: Daisy had just said, I can't believe this place still
- 21:02Speaker 3: has popcorn ceilings.
- 21:04Speaker 2: And then you guys all make a joke about it.
- 21:06Speaker 2: But at this point and moment, she has not said
- 21:09Speaker 2: anything about her popcorn ceilings to these two people.
- 21:13Speaker 4: Yeah. It's rude. I think it's rude.
- 21:17Speaker 2: I think it's rude.
- 21:18Speaker 4: I think that she rolled with it. I mean, if
- 21:21Speaker 4: it's good enough for Martha Stewart, it's good enough for you, Jessel, okay?
- 21:24Speaker 3: I mean, if Martha Stewart can bring over the eggs
- 21:27Speaker 3: the next time she comes over to get glammed, then
- 21:29Speaker 3: y'all can shut the.
- 21:30Speaker 1: F * * * up.
- 21:30Speaker 4: What are your thoughts when Jaisal starts going in on Erin?
- 21:33Speaker 4: And then it turns into she's obsessed. She's Mariah Carey
- 21:36Speaker 4: obsessed with me. And I'm like, wait. And then she
- 21:40Speaker 4: brings up legal troubles. And I just thought, you know what?
- 21:43Speaker 4: This is such a bullshit. I mean, her name has
- 21:46Speaker 4: been in the news because there was some legal battle
- 21:48Speaker 4: about not paying rent because there was rats or something
- 21:51Speaker 4: like that. And she didn't want to pay.
- 21:53Speaker 2: Okay, whatever.
- 21:54Speaker 4: But okay, let's just say Erin is having financial problems. Jaisal,
- 21:59Speaker 4: does it make you feel good? To go after her
- 22:01Speaker 4: for that? Like to make fun of her because she's
- 22:03Speaker 4: having some kind of finance, which I don't think they are.
- 22:06Speaker 3: The landlord who's suing her for rent and a manager
- 22:10Speaker 3: who's suing her for commissions.
- 22:14Speaker 4: By the way, you get into this industry, people will
- 22:16Speaker 4: find reasons to sue you.
- 22:18Speaker 3: But also I can't help it, but feel like Jessel
- 22:21Speaker 3: is coming in this season and trying to be a
- 22:23Speaker 3: little extra. Like I feel like every time she can get,
- 22:28Speaker 3: whether it's talking about Carolyn Bessette or popcorn ceilings, or Aaron.
- 22:33Speaker 3: She cannot get enough. Like, she's trying to do that extra.
- 22:37Speaker 4: But she's coming off obsessed with Aaron. And, you know,
- 22:40Speaker 4: I get it. On these reality shows, we don't see everything.
- 22:45Speaker 4: And what is she obsessed about? What makes you think
- 23:02Speaker 4: she's obsessed?
- 23:04Speaker 3: I think she just thinks she's upset. Well, because right
- 23:07Speaker 3: now it seems like actually Jessel's obsessed with Aaron.
- 23:11Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 23:13Speaker 3: But I think Jessel just wants somebody to be obsessed
- 23:18Speaker 3: with her.
- 23:19Speaker 2: So she's like, oh, my gosh, you're just so obsessed
- 23:21Speaker 2: with me. I can't believe it.
- 23:22Speaker 4: But I mean, Jessel just dropping the reality blurb bombs,
- 23:27Speaker 4: you know, it's all like bloggers out there that are
- 23:30Speaker 4: doing this reality tea, reality blurb, all those just about
- 23:34Speaker 4: her finances. I just didn't think it hit right.
- 23:38Speaker 2: I think she.
- 23:38Speaker 4: Just looks like mean girl.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I know.
- 23:41Speaker 3: And then Daisy explains how Eugene has private clients who
- 23:45Speaker 3: take his day until 9 p.m.
- 23:47Speaker 2: And take up times on his weekend. And then the
- 23:50Speaker 2: girls are like, private clients.
- 23:52Speaker 4: Yeah, I bet. Well, what about when Jessel even like
- 23:56Speaker 4: doubles down and insinuates Aaron's flood is insurance fraud?
- 24:00Speaker 2: See, I thought that that was mean. And you know what?
- 24:03Speaker 2: Erica was in on it too.
- 24:05Speaker 4: Oh, she was.
- 24:06Speaker 2: The part where I thought they.
- 24:08Speaker 3: Were taking it too far, like they're talking about Aaron's
- 24:10Speaker 3: financial issues that they have assumed.
- 24:13Speaker 2: And then they're like, oh, well, what about the fact
- 24:16Speaker 2: that she had a flood?
- 24:18Speaker 4: Just all didn't know. So it was like, oh, oh,
- 24:21Speaker 4: was it insurance? Well, no shit. It's insurance. Her whole
- 24:24Speaker 4: house was flooded.
- 24:25Speaker 3: Right.
- 24:25Speaker 2: It isn't. But she didn't do it for the insurance.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Well, that's what she's insinuating. That's what she's insinuating. But
- 24:32Speaker 3: I don't think she did. She was heartbroken when that
- 24:35Speaker 3: happened to the house. She wasn't doing it to get money.
- 24:37Speaker 2: Right. Right.
- 24:38Speaker 4: And she got we're going to have her on the
- 24:40Speaker 4: pod soon. And she got a lot of shit for talking,
- 24:44Speaker 4: being so upset about the house and the flood and
- 24:46Speaker 4: all that thing, all that. I would be just as
- 24:50Speaker 4: sad if our house in Big Bear was flooded and,
- 24:54Speaker 4: oh God, knock on wood, flooded and destroyed. And I
- 24:58Speaker 4: put so much into that and I remodeled the whole place.
- 25:01Speaker 4: She just remodeled that. You put your heart, your soul,
- 25:04Speaker 4: you love it. And then to just be like, it's gone.
- 25:07Speaker 4: Now I got to start all over. Of course she's
- 25:10Speaker 4: going to be sad.
- 25:11Speaker 3: And it's not like she made that big of a
- 25:13Speaker 3: deal about it.
- 25:14Speaker 1: No.
- 25:14Speaker 2: See, I would have made a way bigger of a deal.
- 25:17Speaker 3: Like, She's sharing, like, this shitty thing happened to the
- 25:20Speaker 3: house that, like, my family loves going to. Yeah.
- 25:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:25Speaker 2: But I don't know.
- 25:26Speaker 3: It just, I didn't like that they insinuated that she
- 25:30Speaker 3: did it for money.
- 25:30Speaker 2: I know. And I also don't like the insinuation.
- 25:34Speaker 4: Well, it was Jaisal that was leading that, so whatever.
- 25:37Speaker 4: And then how about when Haley FaceTimes her mom, who
- 25:41Speaker 4: is just as interesting as she is? I have to
- 25:44Speaker 4: say that. Like, this woman was cracking me up. She's
- 25:48Speaker 4: literally like on the phone with her. She's on her,
- 25:52Speaker 4: in her confessional. And she's like, mom, I'm in my confessional.
- 25:55Speaker 4: And then they go back and forth from the confessional
- 25:58Speaker 4: to her actually FaceTiming with her big boob mom. Lauren
- 26:01Speaker 4: is her name. And her mom, you know, calls during
- 26:04Speaker 4: the confessional. And then we got the both sides and
- 26:06Speaker 4: she's like, I gotta go. I gotta go.
- 26:08Speaker 3: What about when she's like, I need to take up
- 26:11Speaker 3: queer birdwatching.
- 26:12Speaker 2: I think I'm going to join a group.
- 26:14Speaker 4: I was going to ask you, what's your thought about
- 26:16Speaker 4: joining a queer birdwatching?
- 26:17Speaker 2: You know how I feel about hobbies.
- 26:20Speaker 4: Well, birdwatching.
- 26:21Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 26:23Speaker 4: I'm a big bear and sit in my front yard.
- 26:25Speaker 4: Million birds.
- 26:26Speaker 2: But she goes, you can kind of see why I
- 26:31Speaker 2: am the way that I am. Like my mom can't
- 26:33Speaker 2: help herself. It's all about her.
- 26:35Speaker 4: Well, she said like growing up, she was the mom.
- 26:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:39Speaker 4: And her mom was the child.
- 26:41Speaker 2: And then her mom doesn't disappoint. I need more of
- 26:45Speaker 2: her mom. She's like, how do you think the boobs look?
- 26:47Speaker 3: And one, you couldn't really tell what the boobs looked
- 26:50Speaker 3: like because she had on a sweater.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 26:52Speaker 3: But two, she's like, mom, you just got them done.
- 26:55Speaker 2: And she's like, I did not just get them done.
- 26:57Speaker 2: And she's like.
- 26:57Speaker 4: It was a year ago.
- 26:58Speaker 2: It was less than a year ago.
- 27:00Speaker 4: I'm like, oh my God. And then she's like, how's
- 27:01Speaker 4: the hair? And she's like, it's been better.
- 27:03Speaker 2: I like them too.
- 27:08Speaker 4: Too funny.
- 27:09Speaker 2: We finally get some home time with Erica and her husband.
- 27:13Speaker 4: Okay, I was excited about this. Ankur, is that his name? Ankur?
- 27:18Speaker 4: So we get to meet Ankur and they have a
- 27:21Speaker 4: private shaft.
- 27:22Speaker 2: As one would.
- 27:24Speaker 4: And they own a private island called Mosquito Island. And
- 27:27Speaker 4: my first thought was like, why would you call it
- 27:29Speaker 4: Mosquito Island? I don't ever want to go to Mosquito Island.
- 27:32Speaker 2: Listen, but I'm confused. Are they the richest couple to
- 27:34Speaker 2: ever be on Housewives?
- 27:36Speaker 4: Yeah, I think so. I think he's like a billionaire, right?
- 27:39Speaker 2: I mean, he's cute enough.
- 27:41Speaker 4: He's young.
- 27:43Speaker 3: I wasn't expecting him to look like that. And he
- 27:46Speaker 3: was funny and like, kind of like gave her like tickle.
- 27:49Speaker 4: Like, I think they're going to be a great addition
- 27:52Speaker 4: because most guys at that level don't want anything to
- 27:55Speaker 4: do with housewives. They don't want their life private.
- 27:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 27:59Speaker 3: I mean, I would imagine he probably won't film at
- 28:01Speaker 3: any of the group events fighting, but he'll film.
- 28:05Speaker 4: He seemed like he was into it.
- 28:06Speaker 3: He seemed like he was into it. Um, He like
- 28:10Speaker 3: made a joke how she had flour all over her face.
- 28:13Speaker 2: And then she's like, oh no, and my new jeans
- 28:15Speaker 2: and blah, blah, blah.
- 28:16Speaker 4: And do you see, I kept waiting for her, her
- 28:18Speaker 4: nipple to pop out of that shirt. I was like,
- 28:21Speaker 4: it had to have been taped. It had to have
- 28:23Speaker 4: been taped.
- 28:23Speaker 2: Well, it was taped with the mic on it. That's
- 28:25Speaker 2: the only reason it stayed up. I could see the
- 28:27Speaker 2: mic poking out.
- 28:28Speaker 4: Then we see her arm. She's just so ripped and lean.
- 28:31Speaker 4: I'm like, oh my God. I love you.
- 28:33Speaker 2: I also didn't.
- 28:34Speaker 3: Realize they met because he came into one of the
- 28:36Speaker 3: studios when she was doing a workout class. Yep.
- 28:40Speaker 2: Get it. Get it, girl.
- 28:42Speaker 4: Now, we find out that she grew up in Texas.
- 28:44Speaker 4: Her dad was a doctor, but she had money growing up,
- 28:48Speaker 4: but she never thought she was going to be as
- 28:50Speaker 4: rich as she is right now.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Never.
- 28:53Speaker 4: And then she's got a surrogate, too. She's trying to
- 28:55Speaker 4: find a surrogate.
- 28:55Speaker 3: They're trying to find a surrogate because Erica has certain
- 29:00Speaker 3: growths on her liver.
- 29:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:02Speaker 4: So I guess estrogen will make the growths grow bigger.
- 29:07Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 29:07Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 29:08Speaker 4: I've never heard of that. I'm not quite sure what
- 29:09Speaker 4: that is.
- 29:11Speaker 3: I think that makes sense in regards to anytime you're
- 29:14Speaker 3: taking something to add like some kind of growth hormone
- 29:18Speaker 3: to anything, whether it's you're adding growth to your estrogen
- 29:22Speaker 3: or it's making something bigger and thicker. So, I mean,
- 29:27Speaker 3: I think that's why I'm not really allowed to take
- 29:28Speaker 3: anything like that.
- 29:30Speaker 4: I can't take anything with growth hormone in it.
- 29:34Speaker 3: But yeah, then they are talking about having the surrogate,
- 29:39Speaker 3: what they're going to do, what the timing is.
- 29:45Speaker 2: And I'm interested.
- 29:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 29:48Speaker 4: I mean, we've heard so many surrogate stories, but I
- 29:51Speaker 4: just feel like this one's different.
- 29:53Speaker 2: This one's we're getting it because we haven't even gotten
- 29:55Speaker 2: to the surrogate yet. Yeah.
- 29:57Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 29:58Speaker 3: Normally, the surrogate is already pregnant and the baby's about
- 30:01Speaker 3: to come out.
- 30:03Speaker 2: No, I'm here for it.
- 30:04Speaker 4: I think they're a cute couple. I think they're a
- 30:05Speaker 4: great addition. And yes, they are the richest couple on
- 30:09Speaker 4: Housewives ever.
- 30:11Speaker 2: But do we feel, did she come in through Jessel?
- 30:16Speaker 4: I don't know, but you know how this show works.
- 30:17Speaker 4: Do you really come in through anybody?
- 30:19Speaker 3: I don't know, but she just seems so buddy-buddy with Jessel.
- 30:22Speaker 3: That's why I'm like, I need this to be because
- 30:25Speaker 3: she felt like she had to be, not because she's
- 30:28Speaker 3: liking what Jocelyn's saying and doing.
- 30:30Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know.
- 30:31Speaker 4: But you know who is buddy-buddy? It's Daisy and Martha Stewart.
- 30:33Speaker 4: When you can just call Martha Stewart up and go, hey,
- 30:35Speaker 4: can I substitute this for cornstarch?
- 30:38Speaker 2: Yeah, like I see that. And she's like, oh yeah,
- 30:40Speaker 2: of course you can.
- 30:41Speaker 4: Sure you can. Yeah, that's good. Well, what are you making? Well,
- 30:44Speaker 4: I'm making da-da-da-da. You're throwing a party? Yeah. Well, how
- 30:47Speaker 4: come I'm not invited? I'm like, oh my God, where's
- 30:49Speaker 4: Martha Stewart been?
- 30:51Speaker 2: And then she's like, I'm out of eggs. And she's like, Oh, well,
- 30:53Speaker 2: I'll bring them on Monday.
- 30:55Speaker 4: I love this.
- 30:56Speaker 2: I know. Like, just on speed dial, bring me some eggs.
- 31:00Speaker 2: Bring me some whatever, pies that are not in a box.
- 31:04Speaker 2: Let's do this thing. Right.
- 31:06Speaker 3: We have Erin and Jessel sit down to hash things out. Yeah,
- 31:10Speaker 3: we have Erin and Jessel sit down to hash things out.
- 31:15Speaker 3: The first thing that's noticed is when Jessel walks in,
- 31:20Speaker 3: Erin's like, oh.
- 31:23Speaker 2: You're wearing big heels.
- 31:26Speaker 4: She's like, well, what are you wearing? She goes, it's Saturday.
- 31:28Speaker 4: I'm wearing flats.
- 31:30Speaker 2: At 8.30 a.m.
- 31:32Speaker 4: 8.30 in the morning. That's what I'm saying. When you
- 31:34Speaker 4: try too hard, nobody wants to see that.
- 31:37Speaker 2: Yeah, it's embarrassing.
- 31:38Speaker 4: Just put some sweats on. You're meeting at 8.30 in
- 31:40Speaker 4: the morning or whatever it was. And neither one of
- 31:43Speaker 4: them have a drink, mimosa, anything that would be appropriate
- 31:47Speaker 4: for the morning. And then they start talking about the
- 31:49Speaker 4: dermatologist that Erin swears said Jessel was rude. And then
- 31:53Speaker 4: we get to see a flashback of the actual dermatologist
- 31:57Speaker 4: filming with Jessel. And I'm like, oh, boy. Seriously?
- 32:02Speaker 2: I know. She's like, well, he filmed with me. Not
- 32:06Speaker 2: what he filmed with me, but, like, I still go
- 32:08Speaker 2: to him. I go to him. I go to him. Well,
- 32:12Speaker 2: she went to.
- 32:13Speaker 4: Go film with him to make Aaron look like a liar.
- 32:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:16Speaker 3: The conversation quickly devolves into Aaron calling Jessel a clout chaser.
- 32:24Speaker 3: And then Jesse calling Aaron a one-man Ponzi scheme and
- 32:27Speaker 3: bootleg Houdini.
- 32:29Speaker 2: I'm like, who is riding your lines?
- 32:32Speaker 4: You mean for Jessel?
- 32:34Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 32:34Speaker 2: I'm like, she came in with the notes app open.
- 32:37Speaker 2: I know. And was like, these are the 10 bullet
- 32:40Speaker 2: points I need to get done for today.
- 32:42Speaker 4: It wasn't even like a conversation. Like, sit down and talk. Like,
- 32:45Speaker 4: I think Aaron was capable of sitting down and talking
- 32:47Speaker 4: and getting through this. But Jessel's like, I'm going to
- 32:50Speaker 4: come with my one liners. I'm going to come after
- 32:52Speaker 4: you and that, that, that, that, that. And then Aaron's like,
- 32:55Speaker 4: your middle name is twist manipulator. And Jessel's like, you
- 33:01Speaker 4: sound obsessed.
- 33:02Speaker 2: She's like, you're just upset.
- 33:03Speaker 3: I mean, the entire conversation, I feel like could have
- 33:07Speaker 3: easily been nipped in the bud.
- 33:09Speaker 4: A hundred percent. But Jessel doesn't want that.
- 33:11Speaker 2: Jessel wants not one thing to do with it. Um, she,
- 33:16Speaker 2: but then this is how I know that Jessel is
- 33:20Speaker 2: not coming up with this shit herself because she doesn't
- 33:23Speaker 2: know what it means.
- 33:26Speaker 3: She doesn't know what it means. Aaron goes, what is
- 33:29Speaker 3: a Ponzi scheme? And Jessel couldn't answer. I got to
- 33:33Speaker 3: tell you, I'm not saying words that I can't give
- 33:35Speaker 3: you the definition.
- 33:36Speaker 1: Right.
- 33:37Speaker 4: And what, what has she done to qualify as a
- 33:40Speaker 4: Ponzi scheme?
- 33:42Speaker 2: Nothing. That's the whole point. She's just trying to come
- 33:45Speaker 2: up with insults to throw at her.
- 33:48Speaker 4: What does Jessel and her husband do for a living?
- 33:51Speaker 3: Jessel is, I think, an event planner, and her husband
- 33:54Speaker 3: cooks at home and makes food blogs.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Okay.
- 34:02Speaker 3: And I don't know why I know this, but I
- 34:04Speaker 3: just heard that Jessel got all of her filler dissolved.
- 34:09Speaker 1: Oh.
- 34:10Speaker 4: Jessel's in PR.
- 34:11Speaker 1: PR. Right?
- 34:12Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 34:12Speaker 2: PR and events. Okay.
- 34:15Speaker 4: Did you know what Seder?
- 34:17Speaker 2: Seder? Is that what it's called?
- 34:20Speaker 4: I didn't know what that was either.
- 34:21Speaker 2: Passover Seder.
- 34:22Speaker 4: I've never heard of that before. I mean, I'm not
- 34:26Speaker 4: Jewish either, but I've.
- 34:27Speaker 2: Never heard of that. My friends have it.
- 34:31Speaker 3: But either way, the girls all go over to Daisy's parents'
- 34:34Speaker 3: home for Passover Seder. Happy Passover is Erica in booty shorts.
- 34:42Speaker 3: Haley's in a heat through top, which I'm pretty sure
- 34:44Speaker 3: if she would have showed the side, we would have
- 34:46Speaker 3: seen nip.
- 34:47Speaker 2: Cy doesn't even bother bringing a gift. And Jessel's two
- 34:50Speaker 2: hours late. Like happy Passover, everyone.
- 34:53Speaker 4: Can we just talk about how Carol pulls up in
- 34:55Speaker 4: her car? I was so happy to see her actually
- 34:57Speaker 4: drive that car. Yeah. And to Brooklyn or wherever they went.
- 35:01Speaker 4: And she puts the cone on the roof of the
- 35:03Speaker 4: car because it's a cop hack. If you're parked in
- 35:08Speaker 4: an area... that maybe you shouldn't be. You put the
- 35:12Speaker 4: cone on top of your car and that means like what?
- 35:14Speaker 4: You have some in with the police department?
- 35:16Speaker 3: Yeah, but I would have thought if that cone was
- 35:20Speaker 3: in front of the car or behind the car, that
- 35:22Speaker 3: would have made sense.
- 35:23Speaker 2: But I've never seen a cone on top of a car.
- 35:25Speaker 4: Well, I don't have hacks with the police department and
- 35:27Speaker 4: I have friends that are cops. So I don't know.
- 35:30Speaker 4: I don't know that that's a good thing for you
- 35:32Speaker 4: to put out there that you have it in with
- 35:34Speaker 4: the police. Yeah, like, oh, I know this.
- 35:37Speaker 2: I know this rule.
- 35:38Speaker 3: Then at dinner, Aaron tries to kind of explain what
- 35:43Speaker 3: Passover Seder is.
- 35:45Speaker 4: She did a pretty good job. And then she's like, ah, God,
- 35:47Speaker 4: I don't know at all. Well, I didn't understand the
- 35:51Speaker 4: hat thing. Like, what is that?
- 35:53Speaker 2: Well, they didn't they never let her finish what she
- 35:56Speaker 2: was actually saying.
- 35:57Speaker 4: They're mean to her.
- 36:00Speaker 2: Who was even nice to her?
- 36:02Speaker 3: No one.
- 36:03Speaker 4: She's getting the same edit as Heather Dubrow got this
- 36:05Speaker 4: year at the very beginning. Heather's good now, but at
- 36:08Speaker 4: the beginning, like everything she said, everybody was annoyed.
- 36:12Speaker 2: Know who we're not seeing?
- 36:14Speaker 4: Who?
- 36:15Speaker 2: Psy.
- 36:18Speaker 4: I love Psy, too. No, we haven't yet seen too
- 36:22Speaker 4: much of her. I mean, we see her at the party.
- 36:23Speaker 4: We just don't see her engaging as much.
- 36:26Speaker 2: As she normally does. Yeah, because she's supposedly friends with Jessel.
- 36:30Speaker 2: So remember... We I don't know.
- 36:33Speaker 3: I think Aaron used to be close to Cy. It
- 36:36Speaker 3: just all feels a little weird. But they dress up.
- 36:39Speaker 3: Cy is given flies. Erica is giving frog. Carol is
- 36:44Speaker 3: giving darkness. Haley is hail. But Aaron wanted to give
- 36:47Speaker 3: her lice. And this part made me so uncomfortable. She goes, well,
- 36:51Speaker 3: then I'll just go over and give it to your
- 36:52Speaker 3: entire family and.
- 36:53Speaker 4: Give it to your children. And she goes like this.
- 36:54Speaker 2: She goes, oh, jokes.
- 36:57Speaker 4: Oh, that hurt or something like that.
- 36:59Speaker 2: Like making fun of her. Oh, that really hurt.
- 37:02Speaker 4: Just like mocking her and making fun of her. So
- 37:05Speaker 4: these hats were about plagues. This is like a Bible.
- 37:09Speaker 4: I don't know anything about this. So excuse me.
- 37:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 37:13Speaker 3: Apparently they're following along with a biblical story that is
- 37:17Speaker 3: all about different plagues that happened.
- 37:20Speaker 2: The 10 plagues of Egypt, which are.
- 37:23Speaker 3: Just, you know, it's a biblical story.
- 37:27Speaker 1: Okay.
- 37:27Speaker 4: Well, that's all we need to know. We need to
- 37:28Speaker 4: get into it.
- 37:29Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 37:30Speaker 4: Well, the episode ends great. Erin is a genius. Erin
- 37:37Speaker 4: gifts Haley a jam of the month gift to dig
- 37:41Speaker 4: at Haley for calling her boring. She called her what?
- 37:43Speaker 4: Strawberry jam. And Haley didn't get it. It's like you
- 37:47Speaker 4: called her strawberry jam because she was boring. Like nobody
- 37:50Speaker 4: wants the strawberry jam. By the way, I like strawberry
- 37:52Speaker 4: jam on the table. Aaron says, I'd rather be boring
- 37:55Speaker 4: than break up a marriage of a man who had
- 37:58Speaker 4: eight children.
- 37:58Speaker 2: And then it's... And then you see, like, Haley looks frightened. Well,
- 38:05Speaker 2: they did give her that scene.
- 38:07Speaker 4: They did give her that scene early on where she
- 38:09Speaker 4: explained herself, which was nice. Well, basically what she was
- 38:13Speaker 4: saying is John was already split up from Kate when
- 38:17Speaker 4: he came to stay at their house. And then somehow
- 38:19Speaker 4: she ended up dating him. And then she got accused
- 38:22Speaker 4: of breaking up the marriage when it was already broke up,
- 38:25Speaker 4: but they had to do it on the down low.
- 38:26Speaker 4: Like he had to stay over there because he didn't
- 38:28Speaker 4: want the public to know that they were split up.
- 38:30Speaker 4: So she had the ability to explain it. And then
- 38:34Speaker 4: Aaron goes and throws that. Right.
- 38:37Speaker 2: This is about. Yeah, I guess, I guess you're right.
- 38:43Speaker 4: I mean, yeah, she already explained it. And then, so,
- 38:47Speaker 4: so now Aaron's going, well, I didn't break up a
- 38:48Speaker 4: marriage with the eight children talking about Kate and John Gosling.
- 38:53Speaker 4: And then I didn't, I don't remember what the preview
- 38:57Speaker 4: is for next week.
- 38:58Speaker 2: What is it? No, that was it. That was what
- 39:00Speaker 2: I was, I was talking about. Oh, okay.
- 39:02Speaker 3: I was talking about the jam thing. This is also
- 39:17Speaker 3: what kind of confuses me. Aaron's like, I'd rather be
- 39:20Speaker 3: called anything other than boring. And do you think that
- 39:26Speaker 3: people don't want to be, I mean, from someone who's
- 39:28Speaker 3: been called boring. you know, I'm just so proud of it.
- 39:33Speaker 3: And it made me cry. What is everybody's issue with boring?
- 39:37Speaker 3: Is it because if you're boring, you're not going to
- 39:39Speaker 3: be on the television show?
- 39:41Speaker 4: I don't think Aaron's boring at all. So it's not
- 39:44Speaker 4: even like a valid statement. I think if you're boring,
- 39:47Speaker 4: like you just don't work out for reality TV. And
- 39:50Speaker 4: being boring isn't a bad thing. Like being not being
- 39:55Speaker 4: good for reality TV is probably a good thing. It
- 39:57Speaker 4: means you're normal.
- 39:58Speaker 2: It means you're normal.
- 40:00Speaker 3: But I think if of all the people giving the
- 40:05Speaker 3: most so far this season, it has been Erin. Well,
- 40:09Speaker 3: she's having to defend herself every which way. But I
- 40:15Speaker 3: like when she said, and yeah, it's bougie jams.
- 40:19Speaker 4: It was just such a smart move.
- 40:21Speaker 3: Now I need to know who Haley is actually married to.
- 40:26Speaker 2: Why aren't we going to see him? Ruben.
- 40:28Speaker 4: She's married to Ruben.
- 40:29Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, but I need more. I need more. Um,
- 40:34Speaker 2: and he's the safe option. So does that mean he's old? Like,
- 40:38Speaker 2: is he like an old man? He's just there to
- 40:40Speaker 2: take care of her.
- 40:41Speaker 4: I feel like he's older and rich. I don't know
- 40:43Speaker 4: why I feel that way. Um, Haley said she did PR.
- 40:50Speaker 4: Is she still doing PR, Haley?
- 40:53Speaker 2: I don't think so.
- 40:54Speaker 3: I think, no, because she made it sound like she
- 40:56Speaker 3: was an intern back when she did it because she
- 40:57Speaker 3: said all the stories were about her and John and
- 41:00Speaker 3: she had to staple them together and pass them out.
- 41:02Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, yeah. She was like when I was an intern.
- 41:05Speaker 4: I don't know. I think we need to learn more
- 41:08Speaker 4: about that relationship.
- 41:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 41:10Speaker 2: Oh, she's still, now she owns her own PR company.
- 41:14Speaker 4: Oh, good for her.
- 41:14Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
- 41:15Speaker 4: She's young, too. 39?
- 41:19Speaker 2: Which still shocks me every time.
- 41:21Speaker 4: Well, you know what? Without makeup on, like she filmed
- 41:24Speaker 4: in one of these scenes, you could see that she's young.
- 41:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 41:28Speaker 4: I just think when girls, like, do the lips and
- 41:30Speaker 4: all that, it's just.
- 41:31Speaker 2: But, I mean, I thought it was a good episode. I.
- 41:34Speaker 4: I think it's great. I think that New York is back, baby,
- 41:39Speaker 4: and I think they're amazing. And if you're not watching,
- 41:43Speaker 4: you should.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 41:45Speaker 2: Um, Brynn's posting up a storm, by the way.
- 41:48Speaker 4: I saw something about that.
- 41:50Speaker 2: Yeah, she is. She's not taking a breath. She's posting away.
- 41:55Speaker 2: Just pretty much just like, she's too good for this shit. Like,
- 42:00Speaker 2: I moved on.
- 42:01Speaker 4: Well, if you moved on, move on. You don't have
- 42:03Speaker 4: to tell us you moved on.
- 42:05Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 42:08Speaker 4: That's like going on social media and saying, I'm taking
- 42:11Speaker 4: a break from social media.
- 42:12Speaker 2: Yeah, just take the break.
- 42:13Speaker 4: Just take the break.
- 42:14Speaker 3: Oh my God, did you see somebody posted this and
- 42:17Speaker 3: it seriously made me laugh. They're like, when somebody cries
- 42:20Speaker 3: on Instagram and they make a mistake, do they do
- 42:23Speaker 3: it again? Because you know how when people talk to
- 42:27Speaker 3: the camera and they're crying and then like.
- 42:29Speaker 4: I've only done that one time and it was shown
- 42:32Speaker 4: in the first episode.
- 42:34Speaker 2: This season?
- 42:35Speaker 4: Yeah, it's when I had that chemical peel or the
- 42:38Speaker 4: CO2 laser and the blue peel on my face. And
- 42:41Speaker 4: my face swole all up and all that. And Vicky
- 42:44Speaker 4: was going out there and talking about my daughter and
- 42:48Speaker 4: my marriage and all kinds of stuff on her podcast.
- 42:50Speaker 4: And I was obviously on pain pills because I had
- 42:53Speaker 4: a brow lift. It was the most painful thing I've
- 42:54Speaker 4: ever had done.
- 42:56Speaker 2: Not the brow lift.
- 42:57Speaker 4: The brow lift was the most painful thing I've ever
- 43:00Speaker 4: done in my life.
- 43:01Speaker 2: Oh, the brow lift was more painful than... Horrible.
- 43:04Speaker 4: Horrible.
- 43:05Speaker 2: So it was a brow lift different than an upper bluff. Yes.
- 43:08Speaker 3: Yes.
- 43:09Speaker 4: Yes.
- 43:09Speaker 2: Okay. So I'm confused.
- 43:11Speaker 4: So an upper bluff is your eyes. Brow lift is
- 43:13Speaker 4: where they go in through your scalp and go in
- 43:15Speaker 4: and pull the muscles up and slice you open. I
- 43:18Speaker 4: got sliced open in four different areas. And then they
- 43:21Speaker 4: pull the muscles up to just raise your brow because
- 43:24Speaker 4: my eyebrows were getting heavy. And when I did the
- 43:27Speaker 4: lower face lift, I didn't obviously do the upper. So
- 43:30Speaker 4: I was due anyways. And I just remember... going on
- 43:35Speaker 4: there and just being like, leave me alone. I don't
- 43:37Speaker 4: know what you want from me. Like, why are you
- 43:39Speaker 4: talking about my kids? Like, if you want my job,
- 43:42Speaker 4: you can have it. Like, just leave me alone. And then,
- 43:45Speaker 4: of course, they show it.
- 43:46Speaker 2: Yeah, of course. They're like, great.
- 43:48Speaker 4: But that's the only time I cried, I think, on Instagram.
- 43:52Speaker 2: I mean, I think I've cried on Instagram. I'm not
- 43:55Speaker 2: that active.
- 43:56Speaker 4: I'm not that active.
- 43:56Speaker 2: You're not. You don't show a ton of your real
- 43:59Speaker 2: life on there.
- 44:00Speaker 4: No.
- 44:01Speaker 2: I'm kind of.
- 44:02Speaker 4: Honestly, I'm kind of over Instagram. Like, I like to post, like, yeah,
- 44:06Speaker 4: I like to post my outfits. I like to post, like,
- 44:09Speaker 4: I wear a big bear once in a while. I
- 44:10Speaker 4: like to post the dogs. But I'm not one that's
- 44:13Speaker 4: just going to pick up the phone and go, hi,
- 44:15Speaker 4: today I'm blah, blah, blah. I wish I could be,
- 44:17Speaker 4: but I just, I have this, I just don't care.
- 44:20Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, I like, I don't know.
- 44:23Speaker 3: I think I like watching some of the information that
- 44:27Speaker 3: I get from Instagram Reels.
- 44:30Speaker 2: Mm-hmm. Like they'll be like, what's the best documentary out
- 44:35Speaker 2: this week? And I love to hear those types of real.
- 44:37Speaker 4: Yeah. But as a reality person, like I, of course,
- 44:41Speaker 4: share our favorite products and things like that. There are
- 44:44Speaker 4: some people that are nonstop doing TikToks.
- 44:48Speaker 2: Those shall remain unnamed.
- 44:50Speaker 3: You have a computer box that looks like a computer.
- 44:56Speaker 4: Or they're constantly on there just sharing things and talking
- 45:00Speaker 4: into like the Bethany Frankels of it all. Like they
- 45:02Speaker 4: just get on there and just ramble.
- 45:05Speaker 2: I have to say, I liked Bethany Frankels.
- 45:10Speaker 4: Some of her stuff's good.
- 45:11Speaker 3: Some of it's like her Burning Man content.
- 45:15Speaker 2: I enjoyed it. I needed to know.
- 45:18Speaker 4: Really?
- 45:18Speaker 3: Because, like, some people have asked me before, like, would
- 45:21Speaker 3: you go to Burning Man? And I'm always like, I
- 45:22Speaker 3: don't know.
- 45:23Speaker 2: Like, I always look at it like it was Coachella.
- 45:25Speaker 4: You're like, absolutely not.
- 45:26Speaker 2: Now I've watched it. There is not a chance in
- 45:30Speaker 2: hell anyone could force me to do that.
- 45:33Speaker 4: Paris Hilton goes every year.
- 45:35Speaker 2: I know. Is it like a.
- 45:38Speaker 4: Spiritual thing?
- 45:39Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't get it. There's different tents
- 45:42Speaker 2: for different things.
- 45:43Speaker 4: By the way, I go camping. I haven't been in
- 45:45Speaker 4: a while, but we would go camp. Trailers, not in
- 45:48Speaker 4: a tent. And out in the dunes. And sometimes there
- 45:51Speaker 4: will be a windstorm. And it is fucking miserable.
- 45:54Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 45:55Speaker 4: You have to go in your trailer and you can't
- 45:57Speaker 4: come out until it's done.
- 45:59Speaker 2: This whole thing is a blizzard.
- 46:01Speaker 1: I know.
- 46:01Speaker 2: And you're in the middle of the freaking desert.
- 46:04Speaker 4: By the way, why don't they change it to a
- 46:06Speaker 4: different time of the year?
- 46:07Speaker 1: Right.
- 46:09Speaker 4: And it's not 150 degrees in a sandstorm.
- 46:14Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 46:14Speaker 4: I mean, is the desert busy in January?
- 46:17Speaker 2: I mean, I think they just go in and put
- 46:20Speaker 2: in all the new artwork.
- 46:22Speaker 3: But I don't know what else its job is there
- 46:25Speaker 3: other than to have Burning Man.
- 46:26Speaker 1: Orgies.
- 46:26Speaker 4: I think they have orgies.
- 46:28Speaker 3: But only during Burning Man. I don't think it's the
- 46:30Speaker 3: common orgy spot.
- 46:32Speaker 2: Throughout the year. Hey, let's go out where they have
- 46:35Speaker 2: Burning Man and have an orgy.
- 46:36Speaker 4: Let's drop some molly and have an orgy in the wind,
- 46:40Speaker 4: the sand.
- 46:40Speaker 2: But yeah.
- 46:42Speaker 3: Well, thanks for tuning in, guys, for another episode of
- 46:44Speaker 3: Two Teas in a Pod with me and Tamara.
- 46:47Speaker 2: We will be back tomorrow.
- 46:49Speaker 4: See you tomorrow.
- 46:52Speaker 2: We'll be right back.
