Toronto police arrest two suspects accused of pulling off a brazen distraction theft — and then trying it AGAIN on the same victim just a week later. The duo, Elena Alexandru and Ilie Caline, allegedly targeted a woman with fake jewelry to steal her real stuff, only to be caught when she recognized them and called it in. Both face robbery and conspiracy charges, with Alexandru also slapped with a failure-to-comply charge.
