- 0:02Speaker 1: With Alexi Napola and Marissa Patton, an iHeartRadio podcast.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Are you ready to che mi amiga? Are you ready
- 0:10Speaker 2: to tease me?
- 0:11Speaker 1: William's making me a cogy so I can you know?
- 0:14Speaker 2: I'm not drinking at all. I can't drink.
- 0:16Speaker 1: So this show's called Cogy's and achievement to remember.
- 0:19Speaker 2: All you do the Giam? May you drink the cogies?
- 0:22Speaker 2: How about that? Okay? At least for today?
- 0:25Speaker 3: So, Hi guys, We're so excited to be back with
- 0:28Speaker 3: you another week. I hope you really enjoyed our podcast
- 0:31Speaker 3: last week. And we're getting more comfortable and better at
- 0:35Speaker 3: this every single week, and we're so excited to chiat
- 0:38Speaker 3: me I once again this week.
- 0:42Speaker 2: What do you have There have any questions for me? Marasoon? Oh?
- 0:46Speaker 1: I always have questions for you, and I know you
- 0:48Speaker 1: have answers for me.
- 0:51Speaker 2: That is so true.
- 0:53Speaker 1: I want to talk to you about something because I
- 0:55Speaker 1: feel like we never talk about this much because we
- 0:59Speaker 1: try to always move on and be positive and keep
- 1:01Speaker 1: it going and keep it moving. But are there is
- 1:04Speaker 1: there anything that you wish you hadn't done or hadn't
- 1:08Speaker 1: said that you wish you could take back from you know,
- 1:11Speaker 1: past seasons.
- 1:13Speaker 3: I always regret what I don't say, if that's possible, right,
- 1:16Speaker 3: because you probably feel like I say.
- 1:17Speaker 2: It all right, But no, I look back.
- 1:20Speaker 3: And I was like, I could have said this, I
- 1:22Speaker 3: could have said that. Oh my god, I forgot to
- 1:24Speaker 3: say this, So you know, I actually regret I didn't
- 1:29Speaker 3: say I needed to say more, right, And like sometimes
- 1:33Speaker 3: also like we're in the moment so we kind of
- 1:36Speaker 3: like don't see it or feel it, but then after
- 1:37Speaker 3: you watch yourself back right, and you're like, oh God,
- 1:40Speaker 3: like this is going to be people are not going
- 1:41Speaker 3: to understand why.
- 1:42Speaker 2: I said this.
- 1:43Speaker 3: But you know, it's hard to go back and you know,
- 1:45Speaker 3: I don't like to drill it so much and you
- 1:47Speaker 3: overthink it because then you start overthinking and kind of
- 1:49Speaker 3: like freaking out.
- 1:50Speaker 1: But no, I think every human being on the planet
- 1:52Speaker 1: looks back at every argument or every discussion they had
- 1:55Speaker 1: and said, God, I wish i'd said that. Now it
- 1:57Speaker 1: came to me now I'm thinking of it. I wish
- 1:59Speaker 1: i'd remember in that moment.
- 2:02Speaker 3: Right, But are there any like storylines, for example, that
- 2:05Speaker 3: you can think about that you shared and then after
- 2:08Speaker 3: you were like, oh God, like why did I say this?
- 2:12Speaker 2: I do, I do, I do, I do, I do?
- 2:15Speaker 2: I mean me, I want to know.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Okay, So do you remember when my mom first got
- 2:20Speaker 1: out of the hospital and she was, you know, doing better,
- 2:24Speaker 1: and I thought she was doing so much better, and
- 2:27Speaker 1: I thought she was only going to get better. And
- 2:29Speaker 1: she kept saying to me, I want to film, I
- 2:31Speaker 1: want to film. I don't even think she understood what
- 2:33Speaker 1: filming meant. And I wanted to make her happy. So
- 2:36Speaker 1: we did that little scene, you remember, the little rock
- 2:40Speaker 1: and the water. And I looked back at that and
- 2:42Speaker 1: I think she wasn't ready for that. It was hard,
- 2:46Speaker 1: and I wish I hadn't done it.
- 2:47Speaker 2: No, but it was you. You were doing it right.
- 2:51Speaker 2: You were doing it for her.
- 2:52Speaker 4: I should have been smarter and thought, you know what, now,
- 2:54Speaker 4: it's not the time. It's really not the time. But
- 2:59Speaker 4: you know, I thought she was just getting better every
- 3:01Speaker 4: day and getting better every day, and I didn't realize
- 3:03Speaker 4: she just because.
- 3:04Speaker 2: You believe that, and you wanted to believe that.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Yah, I did right.
- 3:07Speaker 3: But you know what, you did what your heart told
- 3:09Speaker 3: you to do at that time, which is like bring
- 3:12Speaker 3: her because you knew how much she loved filming with
- 3:14Speaker 3: you and filming the show, so you know, I kept
- 3:17Speaker 3: you know that she was.
- 3:18Speaker 4: Just going to snap out of it and be like,
- 3:20Speaker 4: I can't believe it, let me do the show, and
- 3:22Speaker 4: that I ruined everything and I didn't keep it all
- 3:24Speaker 4: together for I was really trying to keep it together
- 3:27Speaker 4: for her.
- 3:27Speaker 2: And you know, in the end, well, she's very proud
- 3:31Speaker 2: of you. Mey Amiga, you don't have to.
- 3:33Speaker 3: I don't. I don't want to see you crying because
- 3:35Speaker 3: I regret. I don't like to see you crying. But
- 3:38Speaker 3: I'm sorry that you did. I didn't even know that
- 3:39Speaker 3: you were going through that. But like I said, I
- 3:43Speaker 3: don't regret anything because we are. I mean, like I said,
- 3:46Speaker 3: I regret what I haven't said, I regret what I
- 3:48Speaker 3: haven't done. And I think that the show has actually
- 3:52Speaker 3: helped me be this person right where I like a
- 3:54Speaker 3: lot of things that I was ashamed about before in
- 3:56Speaker 3: my life, I'm actually proud about today.
- 3:58Speaker 2: And I can talk authartic for you. Yeah, it is.
- 4:02Speaker 3: I will always be grateful for that because I think
- 4:04Speaker 3: as a Latina, you know, it's kind of like we
- 4:06Speaker 3: struggle with that. Like, you know, my parents would have
- 4:09Speaker 3: never like wanted me to talk about so many things
- 4:11Speaker 3: that I've been talking about lately and for the last
- 4:14Speaker 3: few years. Because we grew up like our parents telling
- 4:19Speaker 3: us you don't you don't say things about your family,
- 4:21Speaker 3: and you don't share things about your family, and you
- 4:24Speaker 3: know everything, we're all like, you know, putting them away.
- 4:31Speaker 3: We're not like going to go on TV and talk
- 4:33Speaker 3: about it. So, you know, it was something that I
- 4:35Speaker 3: struggled with in the beginning a lot when I did
- 4:37Speaker 3: the show, and you can see how I've overcome that,
- 4:41Speaker 3: and it's.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Been really overcame it. I feel like I always wanted
- 4:47Speaker 2: to do it. I felt like I always.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Wanted to do it, but there was something inside me
- 4:51Speaker 3: just not like telling me no, no, no, no. It's
- 4:53Speaker 3: like you know, you know, don't say this, don't say that.
- 4:56Speaker 3: So that's why I our family of course, Yeah, yeah,
- 5:01Speaker 3: I had a lot and they're not there anymore. And
- 5:04Speaker 3: now we're free and we speak her mind because the
- 5:07Speaker 3: NOI Penny Dancia, that has a lot to do with it,
- 5:11Speaker 3: and that even makes me think about like, for example,
- 5:14Speaker 3: like I saw after I knew it was like I
- 5:16Speaker 3: can think back of season two or three, I'm not
- 5:18Speaker 3: sure which one, and after I saw it. They were
- 5:21Speaker 3: already like starting the rumor about like herman being gay.
- 5:24Speaker 2: But I wasn't part of that. Do you remember me
- 5:26Speaker 2: being there?
- 5:27Speaker 3: Because you know, I know in my mind I was
- 5:28Speaker 3: like recovering Frankie and Peter and my whole family was
- 5:31Speaker 3: falling apart after Frankie's accident. But then I looked back
- 5:34Speaker 3: and I was like, wait, these girls said that, right,
- 5:36Speaker 3: I don't know it was Joanna or one of the girls.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Yeah, it was Joanna and we were in The Bahamas
- 5:43Speaker 1: season two.
- 5:44Speaker 3: Yes, she says, but you see, there I go again,
- 5:47Speaker 3: regret not saying what I had to say.
- 5:50Speaker 2: So in my case, I've never regretted. I've never regretted
- 5:54Speaker 2: what I've said. No, of course not.
- 5:55Speaker 3: But I'm just saying, at least offending here or saying
- 5:57Speaker 3: something right at that at that moment.
- 6:00Speaker 1: You standing there in that scene, I actually wasn't.
- 6:03Speaker 2: It was weird how they did that whole thing.
- 6:05Speaker 3: Right, because I don't remember, right, I don't remember either
- 6:09Speaker 3: being in that scene. But again there goes what I
- 6:13Speaker 3: still believe that I regret saying that. I regret what
- 6:17Speaker 3: I haven't been able to say.
- 6:19Speaker 2: Right.
- 6:19Speaker 3: I'm always very confident about what I say so, and
- 6:25Speaker 3: I'll keep on saying it. But like, looking back, I
- 6:27Speaker 3: really do regret not saying certain things that I should
- 6:30Speaker 3: have said, you know, as far as that went, you know,
- 6:33Speaker 3: I mean at that moment, obviously I wasn't there, like
- 6:35Speaker 3: you said, I don't know.
- 6:36Speaker 2: How that all played out.
- 6:38Speaker 3: But sometimes I look back, even like in the New
- 6:40Speaker 3: York when we're there in New York and I was like,
- 6:41Speaker 3: oh God, I could have said this, I should have
- 6:43Speaker 3: said that, and it's kind of like, yeah, exactly.
- 6:48Speaker 1: We all have those moments, yea, because the personal prend bombayo.
- 6:52Speaker 3: Yes, when I'm moving on, we have a lot of
- 6:56Speaker 3: hot topics to talk about today because there's a lot
- 6:58Speaker 3: going on.
- 6:59Speaker 1: I can't like listen the news is like NonStop. I
- 7:03Speaker 1: can't even keep up with it. The relationship like it's
- 7:07Speaker 1: like our love lives.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Yeah, kind of we've come down a bock in.
- 7:12Speaker 1: The day when we were like you know, when we
- 7:15Speaker 1: were young and and you know, free and testing the waters.
- 7:20Speaker 3: Like well we're still We're always going to be free, yeah,
- 7:24Speaker 3: because we're free spirit.
- 7:26Speaker 4: Right.
- 7:26Speaker 1: I'm moving through all the girls in the news and thinking, oh,
- 7:30Speaker 1: that was me.
- 7:31Speaker 2: I love that. That's so fun.
- 7:33Speaker 3: Yeah, right, well, you know we we still look great.
- 7:36Speaker 3: I mean I want to speak for both of us.
- 7:37Speaker 3: We still look good.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 7:39Speaker 3: I'll take it, which kind of like leads us onto
- 7:41Speaker 3: the next topic that I want to talk about, which
- 7:44Speaker 3: is beauty. You know, beauty does you know, come within?
- 7:49Speaker 3: And I feel like if you're in a good, happy
- 7:51Speaker 3: place and you're feeling good, it's gonna show, right, It's
- 7:55Speaker 3: kind of transpire. We're going to see that beautiful person.
- 7:58Speaker 3: But unfortunately, I feel like a lot of people now
- 8:01Speaker 3: in society, because of certain influencers and and people that
- 8:06Speaker 3: we look up to, have a certain idea of beauty
- 8:10Speaker 3: that's kind of like unattainable, right only for some you know,
- 8:13Speaker 3: you have to have a lot of money first of all,
- 8:16Speaker 3: and and you also have to have like those resources,
- 8:20Speaker 3: like you know, know where to go and know what
- 8:22Speaker 3: to do, which is you know, really scary nowadays.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Because everybody media like a filter exactly. The filter.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it's like a little doll face.
- 8:34Speaker 3: It's like it's not even you, bro, Like it's not you,
- 8:37Speaker 3: like it was you maybe fifty years ago, but it's
- 8:39Speaker 3: not you anymore.
- 8:39Speaker 2: Right, So it's filters and it's you.
- 8:42Speaker 3: Know, injectables and plastic surgery and all kinds of things
- 8:45Speaker 3: that you know, unfortunately very young girls are doing, you know,
- 8:49Speaker 3: because it's okay, Like you and me, it's like, okay, fine,
- 8:51Speaker 3: you know what we're like in our fifties.
- 8:53Speaker 2: You know, we want to maintain them. We're on TV.
- 8:56Speaker 2: We want to look good. So what that we do
- 8:58Speaker 2: a little boattox or whatever it may be.
- 9:00Speaker 3: It's cool, like you know, we kind of like earned it,
- 9:03Speaker 3: we deserve it, and we need to do it. And
- 9:04Speaker 3: it's okay, oh wait, wait to totally deserve it, and
- 9:08Speaker 3: we still.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Get shit about that, right. So that's what I don't understand.
- 9:11Speaker 3: But what I'm really concerned about are the younger generations
- 9:16Speaker 3: that are really looking to people, hopefully not to us
- 9:18Speaker 3: because we're not really influencing like fifteen year olds, but
- 9:21Speaker 3: you know, they're looking at somebody like Kylie Jenner, you know,
- 9:25Speaker 3: that transformed herself and transformed her face and this is
- 9:29Speaker 3: the example that they have, and they say, well, if
- 9:31Speaker 3: she did it, I can do it, or she's doing it,
- 9:33Speaker 3: and then that must be the cool thing to do.
- 9:36Speaker 2: Right, So how do you feel about that?
- 9:37Speaker 3: Like, what do you think now that she's coming out
- 9:40Speaker 3: and you know, finally talking about it, right, I feel
- 9:43Speaker 3: that that's a good step.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean obviously being open about it. And I
- 9:48Speaker 1: see that her biggest concern is influencing her daughter, Stormy,
- 9:53Speaker 1: that she doesn't want her to follow in her footsteps.
- 9:56Speaker 2: Sometimes you have to be a mom, right, You have
- 9:58Speaker 2: to be a mom to know.
- 10:00Speaker 3: Like, you know what, I did this, but you don't
- 10:01Speaker 3: want your kids to go through the same mistakes that
- 10:03Speaker 3: you've gone.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Through, right, And I, as a child of a person
- 10:08Speaker 1: that loves to overdo, you know, plastic surgery and everything,
- 10:13Speaker 1: I've learned a lot from her as to what I
- 10:15Speaker 1: don't want to do and not do and be careful
- 10:19Speaker 1: with what I'm doing to myself. So I am very
- 10:23Speaker 1: prudent about everything I do because I want everything to
- 10:26Speaker 1: look natural. And unfortunately for her, it was a long
- 10:31Speaker 1: long time ago and she didn't have the access to
- 10:33Speaker 1: the things that we have now, like good lasers and
- 10:36Speaker 1: better products. You know, back in the day, it was
- 10:40Speaker 1: like illegal biopolymers.
- 10:42Speaker 2: And but would your mom tell you that?
- 10:44Speaker 3: Would your mom know you like, oh no, she was
- 10:46Speaker 3: the first don't like face, No, you never had that
- 10:51Speaker 3: plastic surgery talk with your mom.
- 10:53Speaker 1: No, my mother wanted me that plastic surgery. All the time.
- 10:56Speaker 1: I had to tell her no what she wanted.
- 10:58Speaker 2: Oh yeah, your mom wanted you to help.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Plus only time I'm stilly, I don't like your nose
- 11:04Speaker 1: and maybe stay big or you need to cut that
- 11:07Speaker 1: or cut this or fix that.
- 11:11Speaker 2: Different knowing all the time, So I had a different umbringing.
- 11:15Speaker 3: My mom and dad always raised me that I was
- 11:18Speaker 3: so beautiful, that I was the most beautiful, the smartest.
- 11:21Speaker 3: You see, that's where my star complex comes from, right,
- 11:24Speaker 3: But they always thought I was I was very like
- 11:28Speaker 3: for real, I have a really high self esteem and
- 11:30Speaker 3: I think that that's so important for so many things
- 11:33Speaker 3: and so many person obstacles I've gone through in my life.
- 11:36Speaker 2: Because I believe in myself and you got to believe it.
- 11:39Speaker 3: And I feel like even Kylie's kind of throwing like
- 11:42Speaker 3: in my eyes, throwing like some shade at her mom, Chris,
- 11:46Speaker 3: because she's like, you know, your your your mom. You
- 11:49Speaker 3: know the mom should tell their child how perfect their
- 11:51Speaker 3: child is.
- 11:53Speaker 2: And I guess she never had that.
- 11:54Speaker 3: And in her defense, she always had you know, her sisters,
- 11:58Speaker 3: you know her older sisters that you and she's had
- 12:00Speaker 3: a lot of pressure to look good in her family
- 12:02Speaker 3: because she was kind of like the ugly duckling of
- 12:04Speaker 3: her family. You know, all the other sisters, you know,
- 12:07Speaker 3: were so pretty, you know what I mean. And that's
- 12:12Speaker 3: why I'm so proud of her. I'm actually praising her
- 12:14Speaker 3: that you know, she's coming out and at least she's
- 12:17Speaker 3: starting the conversation, you know, with herself and starting the
- 12:20Speaker 3: conversation with her family, because it's good. I mean, they're
- 12:23Speaker 3: in the industry, they're in the beauty industry, and they're well,
- 12:26Speaker 3: they're like in about every industry now. But what I'm
- 12:28Speaker 3: trying to say is that really the young girls really
- 12:31Speaker 3: look at this family and in you know, Kylie's case
- 12:34Speaker 3: and her in particular with the logo role models. So
- 12:40Speaker 3: you know, I'm excited because I really feel like this
- 12:42Speaker 3: can be a start of some like meaningful conversation about
- 12:46Speaker 3: the beauty standards, about body image and the role that
- 12:49Speaker 3: celebrities and influencers like Kylie and her family play in
- 12:53Speaker 3: her self esteem.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Hmm yeah, yeah.
- 12:57Speaker 2: And honestly, this has been going on since the eighties.
- 13:00Speaker 1: I remember when Kim Bassenger first came out, and remember
- 13:03Speaker 1: Scarface with uh Michelle Fifer Michelle Viper with the little
- 13:09Speaker 1: Paludi lip. Everybody wanted the big lips, and that was like,
- 13:12Speaker 1: I never.
- 13:13Speaker 3: Knew about lips so like a few years ago, truthfully that.
- 13:17Speaker 2: I never really knew about that, and then when but
- 13:21Speaker 2: you got a lot of that.
- 13:22Speaker 3: Before, like, and I know that it's a very uncomfortable,
- 13:26Speaker 3: I think subject to talk about. But I felt like,
- 13:28Speaker 3: because your mom was always known as that person, then
- 13:31Speaker 3: you were like associated with that. And every time they
- 13:33Speaker 3: would keep on telling you, oh, you're looking like your
- 13:35Speaker 3: mom every day, Oh you look.
- 13:36Speaker 1: More like oh my god. Well I'm like, well, that
- 13:39Speaker 1: is my mom. I hope I look like her. But honestly,
- 13:41Speaker 1: it's just it's crazy. I haven't had a face lip.
- 13:43Speaker 1: I don't do fillers.
- 13:45Speaker 2: You know.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Me, we talk about stuff, you know, a little botox
- 13:49Speaker 1: help with strings and things like. I really try to
- 13:51Speaker 1: be very careful to grow old gracefully. And I have
- 13:56Speaker 1: people write on my Instagram all the time, stop with
- 13:58Speaker 1: all the work and stop getting face lips. I can
- 14:01Speaker 1: stop getting face lips. It's crazy.
- 14:04Speaker 3: Well, I mean, apparently they're saying the same thing about Kylie,
- 14:07Speaker 3: and Kylie is only owning you know, she's only taking
- 14:09Speaker 3: you know, accountability for doing a lip filler or like
- 14:13Speaker 3: fillers injectables in her face. But I mean she's clearly
- 14:16Speaker 3: done other stuff and things in her body as well.
- 14:19Speaker 3: But you know what scares me here.
- 14:20Speaker 2: You know, I get it.
- 14:21Speaker 3: You know, everybody wants to look good, you know, and
- 14:24Speaker 3: and I get that. I think it's a great thing
- 14:26Speaker 3: because if you look good, you know, you can also
- 14:27Speaker 3: feel better about yourself, you know, in some cases, of course.
- 14:30Speaker 3: But what I'm trying to say is it scares me
- 14:33Speaker 3: that she's so young and she did all these things
- 14:36Speaker 3: and then she gets all this attention, and then the
- 14:39Speaker 3: young girls are really looking to her, you know, as
- 14:42Speaker 3: as a role model.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Yeah, young women and women our age too, because it
- 14:47Speaker 1: becomes a style. What's the new fat, what's the new
- 14:50Speaker 1: styleic Pamela?
- 14:50Speaker 2: And well, you know, when they do it, it looks
- 14:52Speaker 2: chute on them.
- 14:53Speaker 3: You know what happens when they do it and everyone
- 14:55Speaker 3: can't do age, But then we do it and we
- 14:57Speaker 3: look like monsters or the cat lady or the cat
- 14:59Speaker 3: woman or who whatever you want to call her. But
- 15:01Speaker 3: you know, they do it and there's cute. But you know,
- 15:04Speaker 3: I'm so worried about what they're going to look like
- 15:06Speaker 3: when they're our age. Can you imagine you start doing
- 15:08Speaker 3: this at fifteen and sixteen when they're like our.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Age, you're either going to look really really good or you're.
- 15:14Speaker 3: Gonna look really really bad because there's just no way,
- 15:17Speaker 3: like where is all that stuff gonna go?
- 15:19Speaker 2: Right?
- 15:19Speaker 1: Let me tell you something, my mother got a lot
- 15:21Speaker 1: of criticism back in the day. But fast forward, everybody's
- 15:25Speaker 1: doing it, and I'm like, they're all going to start
- 15:27Speaker 1: looking the way my mommy did by the time they
- 15:30Speaker 1: get to her age because nobody people are just overdoing
- 15:33Speaker 1: things and they don't know.
- 15:34Speaker 3: Why, you know, so hopefully, hopefully, you know, like I said,
- 15:37Speaker 3: their trendsetters, So they really have this responsibility I feel,
- 15:42Speaker 3: to have, you know, a better communication with our fans
- 15:46Speaker 3: and to say and own it said, Okay, I did
- 15:48Speaker 3: all these things, but you know what, I'm not proud
- 15:49Speaker 3: about it. You know, she there's still time to fix it,
- 15:53Speaker 3: and and I'm really you know, happy that she took
- 15:56Speaker 3: that step, you know, at least starting that conversation with herself,
- 16:00Speaker 3: with the family. And you know, these girls said everything,
- 16:02Speaker 3: you know, the like they put everything in style, so
- 16:06Speaker 3: right now they take everything off and they want the
- 16:08Speaker 3: flat butt and they want to be skinny. All the
- 16:10Speaker 3: girls are going to follow them, but are going to
- 16:11Speaker 3: be skinny and do all that kind of stuff.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Do you think they started the ozampic craze.
- 16:16Speaker 3: I think they came in it because she wanted to
- 16:18Speaker 3: lose a little bit of weight, you know, and and
- 16:20Speaker 3: it worked. And yeah, but again, you see, with all
- 16:24Speaker 3: this fame comes a lot of responsibility. So they have
- 16:27Speaker 3: this responsibility, you know, just like we have a responsibility
- 16:30Speaker 3: as well, you know, as when we have a certain
- 16:32Speaker 3: platform and to use it, you know, to the for
- 16:35Speaker 3: the good. And I feel like now it's the perfect
- 16:38Speaker 3: moment for them, you know. And I hope it's really
- 16:40Speaker 3: not a PR stunt, you know. I really hope that
- 16:42Speaker 3: this is a serious conversation and it's going to be
- 16:44Speaker 3: addressed and and it's going to help, you know, a
- 16:47Speaker 3: lot of the young girls that are struggling with their
- 16:49Speaker 3: self esteem and with their with their bodies and with
- 16:52Speaker 3: their faces, and and it's going to be something good
- 16:55Speaker 3: and positive.
- 16:56Speaker 2: For for everyone. I think it will be okay. So
- 17:08Speaker 2: this is the only reason why I want.
- 17:10Speaker 3: To ask, is Likena. It's because you know, we're on
- 17:13Speaker 3: a on in a group of women that a lot
- 17:16Speaker 3: of people feel we have to apologize. So do you
- 17:19Speaker 3: think that Kylie Jenner owes an apology? Do you think
- 17:22Speaker 3: she's apologize.
- 17:23Speaker 1: What for making money off of lipstick?
- 17:26Speaker 2: No for kind of like studying the trend.
- 17:28Speaker 3: No good for her, Like that's actually I love that
- 17:31Speaker 3: she turned it into a positive thing.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Obviously how to do your business.
- 17:35Speaker 1: But what an apology for what?
- 17:37Speaker 3: Because people are saying she benefited so she did her
- 17:39Speaker 3: lip fillers, correct, you.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Know, and then she well, so what I was saying
- 17:43Speaker 1: before Alexia was like, she's not solely responsible for everyone
- 17:47Speaker 1: injecting their lips. It goes way back to Cambastinger, you know,
- 17:51Speaker 1: back in the eighties women.
- 17:52Speaker 2: But it wasn't a trend. It wasn't a trend. It existed.
- 17:56Speaker 3: But listen, Marisol, it existed only with the celebrities.
- 18:02Speaker 2: You know what the actresses like.
- 18:03Speaker 3: In Hollywood, they all are doing it, are like in
- 18:05Speaker 3: a regular high school, like in my neighborhood.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Yeah, like that's not normal.
- 18:09Speaker 1: Yeah they are. But back in the day, we had
- 18:12Speaker 1: celebrities that have those looks and we emulated them too.
- 18:15Speaker 1: It's not just Kyle. It wasn't never Kylie that everybody
- 18:20Speaker 1: wanted big lips. There's a lot of other people that
- 18:22Speaker 1: have had beautiful lips and everybody wanted to look like them.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Like I said, dating back to the eighties, Michelle Fire
- 18:28Speaker 1: for Kim Bastinger, everybody wanted that look.
- 18:30Speaker 3: And nowadays, I think just because of social media, I mean,
- 18:33Speaker 3: not only Kylie, it's so many of them. I mean,
- 18:35Speaker 3: I'm we're just talking about Kylie right now specifically, but
- 18:37Speaker 3: there's so many of them, right, There's so many influencers nowadays,
- 18:40Speaker 3: and I want to know, what are they influencing me.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Kylie doesn't need to apologize. There's a million other people.
- 18:45Speaker 1: I don't think so either.
- 18:46Speaker 3: No, that was well, you know how I feel about apology,
- 18:48Speaker 3: and right, you know I feel about apologies, you know,
- 18:54Speaker 3: for me, like I'm sorry, Like, but don is like
- 18:57Speaker 3: really really like you know, for me, has to really
- 18:59Speaker 3: be heard felt. And I don't think she really owes
- 19:01Speaker 3: anyone specific an apology to.
- 19:05Speaker 2: Read about this. And I'm like, I can't believe people
- 19:07Speaker 2: like want her to.
- 19:08Speaker 3: Make like a public apology like for what I mean
- 19:11Speaker 3: just the fact, you know, I'm praising her, the fact
- 19:13Speaker 3: that she's even talking about it, because you know, a
- 19:15Speaker 3: lot of people have a hard time talking about themselves
- 19:19Speaker 3: and talking about things that they did, you know, as
- 19:21Speaker 3: far as beauty secrets, you know, not everybody's so open
- 19:23Speaker 3: to talk about their beauty secrets.
- 19:25Speaker 1: At some point she has to pass up because they
- 19:27Speaker 1: keep doing before and afters all over the internet. It's everywhere.
- 19:31Speaker 1: I mean, at some point she has to say, yeah,
- 19:34Speaker 1: I did something, we can all see it.
- 19:36Speaker 3: Well, they've done that about some of her sisters too,
- 19:39Speaker 3: and they're still not you know.
- 19:40Speaker 2: Owning it. But you know, I think she's a younger one.
- 19:44Speaker 1: She doesn't. I don't think she needs to apologize for anything.
- 19:47Speaker 1: We're all doing it. Everybody's doing things me neither sometimes
- 19:50Speaker 1: starting yeah if it makes you feel good.
- 19:53Speaker 4: You know.
- 19:53Speaker 3: And I feel like it has a lot to do
- 19:55Speaker 3: with the parents, you know, So if you you know,
- 19:58Speaker 3: how is a parent you know, hey, or taking their daughter,
- 20:01Speaker 3: you know, to a cause, to a dermatologist to get
- 20:05Speaker 3: lip injections or fillers under eighteen, or even paying for
- 20:09Speaker 3: it because they're pretty expensive, like after eighteen. So you know,
- 20:13Speaker 3: I want to blame the parent a lot because I
- 20:16Speaker 3: you know, I just don't think that any fifteen or
- 20:18Speaker 3: sixteen year old has access to, you know, that kind
- 20:19Speaker 3: of money, or just driving themselves to a doctor and
- 20:22Speaker 3: showing up at home with new lips and the parents
- 20:25Speaker 3: not reacting, Hey, mom, so what do you like?
- 20:27Speaker 1: What do you think of my new lips?
- 20:30Speaker 2: Sorry? Kylie? We love you, Kylie.
- 20:34Speaker 3: I have boys, so I don't have to worry about it,
- 20:35Speaker 3: and my stepdaughters are good.
- 20:37Speaker 2: They're not in ten Yether.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Alexia, by the way, I know you love all Hispanic
- 20:41Speaker 1: celebrity news because you're way up in that info and
- 20:45Speaker 1: you know all these people, Alejandro, Sandy Forward.
- 20:51Speaker 2: And Nita.
- 20:53Speaker 3: I would totally love them together because I actually like
- 20:57Speaker 3: know them separately, Like Alejanda songs was on my cover,
- 21:01Speaker 3: so I had like, the opportunity.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Has not been on your cover?
- 21:05Speaker 3: Right? And what would have been if I would have
- 21:07Speaker 3: still had the magazine all these years?
- 21:08Speaker 1: Exactly possibility?
- 21:11Speaker 3: But I yes, so yeah, So I had the pleasure
- 21:14Speaker 3: of working with Alejandro and meeting him.
- 21:16Speaker 2: First off.
- 21:16Speaker 3: I was always a fan because I think he composes
- 21:18Speaker 3: the most beautiful music, and I love Spanish songs.
- 21:22Speaker 2: I love the lyrics.
- 21:23Speaker 3: I feel like the words in Spanish are more meaningful
- 21:26Speaker 3: on their songs and more romantic, obsessed.
- 21:29Speaker 2: And songs like I knew him since I so cute.
- 21:32Speaker 3: He's adorable, and he's just as cute like in person
- 21:35Speaker 3: like I would say him in Castatua. He would always
- 21:37Speaker 3: say he was always so in shock that I was
- 21:40Speaker 3: like fanning on him because he's like, I look so American.
- 21:43Speaker 2: He would be like, who are you? Who's this green
- 21:45Speaker 2: gay like fanning on me?
- 21:46Speaker 3: And I was like, you know, I'm like, oh, Spini
- 21:49Speaker 3: and whatever. So he always like found it like really amusing.
- 21:52Speaker 3: But anyways, and I love Shakira, uh so I I
- 21:56Speaker 3: could see them being a couple. But I just it's
- 22:00Speaker 3: really interesting how there's no proof of any of this
- 22:04Speaker 3: and people already talking about it and they're going with it.
- 22:07Speaker 1: You know how the chievement you know, I know, look at.
- 22:11Speaker 2: Yeah right now we're about them.
- 22:14Speaker 1: But I like it. Can you imagine the music that
- 22:18Speaker 1: those two collaborate on in the future, Like what what
- 22:20Speaker 1: are we?
- 22:21Speaker 3: They already collaborations, right, they already have two great and
- 22:29Speaker 3: you know whata you naughty Susia? Yeah, they would probably
- 22:43Speaker 3: like that to know. So, No, they have amazing songs already.
- 22:46Speaker 3: But what I'm trying to tell you is is scary
- 22:48Speaker 3: my friend, like they put two and two just because
- 22:50Speaker 3: again Instagram, which you know how I feel about that.
- 22:54Speaker 3: That's another topic another day. So he apparently commented on
- 22:58Speaker 3: her Instagram that happy birthday, you know to my friends,
- 23:02Speaker 3: and oh that.
- 23:03Speaker 2: Was on her Instagram. Yeah, I thought it.
- 23:05Speaker 1: He sent her like a love letter, and I was like,
- 23:07Speaker 1: how this love letter h was on her Instagram.
- 23:10Speaker 3: He actually he left her a loving note for on
- 23:13Speaker 3: her birthday, says SHACKI the years go by and here
- 23:16Speaker 3: we continue orbiting and this very cosmic friendship that life
- 23:20Speaker 3: gave us.
- 23:21Speaker 2: I congratulate you, don't celebrate you.
- 23:23Speaker 3: And I love you like raspy that he has this
- 23:26Speaker 3: sexy voice he has. So you know, the truth is
- 23:30Speaker 3: that they've been good friends, right, They've been good friends
- 23:33Speaker 3: through all these years.
- 23:34Speaker 2: They have two songs together, they've been in each other.
- 23:36Speaker 1: It's a great basis for a relationship, by the way.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Of course.
- 23:40Speaker 3: So with that being said, you totally support them these
- 23:43Speaker 3: two going out if that would be the case.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Of course, if he's so into her and he's going
- 23:48Speaker 1: to make her happy, and clearly she's I mean, who
- 23:52Speaker 1: wouldn't me and him?
- 23:53Speaker 2: He's adorable. Yeah, I like it, and so is she.
- 23:55Speaker 2: You know, I think that sometimes.
- 23:57Speaker 3: You have to go, you know, like things like that
- 24:00Speaker 3: just have to happen in our lives to actually come
- 24:03Speaker 3: back at a later time, which would be a good
- 24:05Speaker 3: time for them everything. Yeah, you know, And so I
- 24:08Speaker 3: really believe that friendship is a good thing and it's key,
- 24:11Speaker 3: like in any relationship, and the fact that they were
- 24:16Speaker 3: good friends before and all the fans love them to
- 24:19Speaker 3: be together. The songs were like a hit every single time.
- 24:23Speaker 3: I'm actually happy for them, and I never think it's
- 24:27Speaker 3: either too early for her to day or think it's
- 24:31Speaker 3: the perfect time.
- 24:33Speaker 2: We love.
- 24:36Speaker 3: So No, that's very important. It's a very popular Dejo saying.
- 24:41Speaker 1: Translate that into English. But I think one version is no.
- 24:46Speaker 2: I think the.
- 24:46Speaker 1: English version is way more vulgar than the Spanish version.
- 24:50Speaker 1: But the version is to get over someone is to
- 24:53Speaker 1: get under someone.
- 24:54Speaker 2: Oh that's Marisol's version.
- 24:56Speaker 1: By the way, that's not listen.
- 25:00Speaker 2: Well I'm not going to listen. I do you like
- 25:01Speaker 2: to like nail?
- 25:03Speaker 3: One? Nail takes in Spanish, it sounds it sounds hotter
- 25:07Speaker 3: and harder in Spanish.
- 25:08Speaker 1: The English version is vulgar, but in English that's what
- 25:11Speaker 1: it translates to to get over someone is to get
- 25:14Speaker 1: under somebody else.
- 25:17Speaker 2: Right, Well, whatever you're thinking about, whatever it.
- 25:20Speaker 3: Is, she deserves it because you know, Pique has actually
- 25:24Speaker 3: caused a lot of pain in her life, and it's
- 25:27Speaker 3: very unfortunate because you know they have two kids. But
- 25:30Speaker 3: the truth is that she you know, sometimes when you're
- 25:32Speaker 3: going through this in life, you need you need that
- 25:34Speaker 3: support system, and you need love and you need a friend.
- 25:38Speaker 2: And I feel like he's that guy.
- 25:40Speaker 1: Well, I hope Alejando loves her death. That makes her
- 25:43Speaker 1: feel like a queen and is everything that our husbands
- 25:47Speaker 1: make us feel. I hope she gets all of that.
- 25:51Speaker 2: I think she will. I think she will salute to that.
- 25:57Speaker 3: Wait, and I also hear the buying a mansion in Miami.
- 26:00Speaker 3: Everybody wants to buy a mansion in Miami. Have don't
- 26:03Speaker 3: you think we need to become realtors?
- 26:04Speaker 2: Bro money in the house or you want the money
- 26:08Speaker 2: to buy the mansion?
- 26:10Speaker 1: No, we want the commission right right, That's what I'm saying.
- 26:14Speaker 1: I mean the minimum for a house, like at least
- 26:16Speaker 1: twenty But I.
- 26:16Speaker 3: Don't understand how you're like not even really divorced yet
- 26:19Speaker 3: or I don't know if she could have already been
- 26:21Speaker 3: legally divorced, I don't think so, because I would have
- 26:22Speaker 3: been like, I don't think.
- 26:24Speaker 1: I don't think they were married. Were they married? I
- 26:28Speaker 1: think they were just partners.
- 26:30Speaker 3: They were hold on Okay, they were never married. Okay, okay,
- 26:34Speaker 3: but you know.
- 26:35Speaker 1: What's free freestyle, ready to go, move on.
- 26:38Speaker 3: Well, legally yes, but when you have two kids, it
- 26:41Speaker 3: changes your life. You're always married to the person, whether
- 26:44Speaker 3: you signed that piece of paper or not.
- 26:45Speaker 2: They're always going to have like that tie not that
- 26:47Speaker 2: which contra tie together.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Sorry, where did they live together?
- 26:51Speaker 3: They lived in Barcelona. They lived in Barcelona, and that's
- 26:55Speaker 3: you know. And I don't know if you're familiar, but
- 26:56Speaker 3: the Spanish media and pania, the Spanish me that drives
- 27:00Speaker 3: their artists and their celebrities out of their country because
- 27:05Speaker 3: it's so intense.
- 27:06Speaker 2: They like follow these people lot paparazzi.
- 27:08Speaker 3: And tangai medio like outside your door, just like vihilando.
- 27:12Speaker 3: There is like the vigilance, like twenty four to seven.
- 27:15Speaker 3: So I'm sure that she's much happier here with her kids,
- 27:18Speaker 3: you know, in Miami. And I know we talked about
- 27:20Speaker 3: that last week and our podcast. We touched on that vaguely,
- 27:24Speaker 3: but yeah, I mean she's really, you know, making the
- 27:26Speaker 3: news in our community and like in our world and
- 27:29Speaker 3: the Hispanic world because she's somebody that's very much loved
- 27:33Speaker 3: and she's a woman, and you know, we love to
- 27:35Speaker 3: support our women, you know, especially when they're going through
- 27:38Speaker 3: such a tough time in their lives right now.
- 27:41Speaker 2: But we love that there's a little bit of love
- 27:43Speaker 2: in her, in her home and in her heart and
- 27:46Speaker 2: in her life right now. You know, you and I
- 27:47Speaker 2: are in love with love.
- 27:48Speaker 1: Yeah, we love love.
- 27:51Speaker 2: Yeah. I think that love just makes everything better.
- 27:53Speaker 3: So if you're really going through something tough, I think
- 27:55Speaker 3: the only thing, like the only thing that really saves
- 27:59Speaker 3: you is love.
- 28:01Speaker 2: Love is there.
- 28:02Speaker 1: I'm kind of love from a friend, love from a
- 28:04Speaker 1: family member, Romantic love, that's your children's.
- 28:08Speaker 2: Love, children's love. Yeah, another kind of love.
- 28:11Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Who else are we going to talk about?
- 28:23Speaker 1: Do you know about Christiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez and
- 28:28Speaker 1: the seven year itch that is apparently looming over them?
- 28:32Speaker 2: Yes? Well, first of all, do you believe in that
- 28:35Speaker 2: seven year itch? Im trying to think of a relationship
- 28:39Speaker 2: I had that last years?
- 28:41Speaker 1: Please say no, I think there's other factors that could
- 28:46Speaker 1: be at play and something talking.
- 28:48Speaker 2: Because I'm like six and a half with Todd.
- 28:50Speaker 3: You know, we're not legally married, but in a relationship
- 28:52Speaker 3: because you Knowiano and Georgina are not married.
- 28:55Speaker 2: Either design and they have five kids.
- 28:58Speaker 3: No what, they have two together there and he had
- 29:01Speaker 3: three from before and then they have to fight.
- 29:03Speaker 1: I thought all five were them together.
- 29:05Speaker 2: No, they have two together.
- 29:07Speaker 3: But apparently she was very much into her family life
- 29:10Speaker 3: before and now she has a new show called Georgina
- 29:15Speaker 3: on Netflix, which, by the way, he participates a lot
- 29:19Speaker 3: in it. I was kind of shocked to see that
- 29:21Speaker 3: that he, you know, had such a big role and
- 29:23Speaker 3: he was, you know, he was so invested in the
- 29:25Speaker 3: show as well.
- 29:25Speaker 1: People do a lot for the almighty dollar.
- 29:28Speaker 3: Apparently the show may have gone a little bit to
- 29:31Speaker 3: her ego. Do you think the shows like this can
- 29:35Speaker 3: affect our egos?
- 29:38Speaker 1: I think it. I think it's very important to have
- 29:41Speaker 1: a very good partner, and somebody always has to take
- 29:44Speaker 1: a back seat. And at this.
- 29:46Speaker 3: Point, if they went on start, no, no, no, no,
- 29:52Speaker 3: she's been taking the back seat.
- 29:53Speaker 2: And I'm saying is and you and I can understand this.
- 29:55Speaker 1: You know, even in our lower level of popularity, we
- 29:59Speaker 1: can't do this unless our partners take a little bit
- 30:01Speaker 1: of a back seat and let us do our thing right.
- 30:05Speaker 1: Somebody always has to be a little quieter and let
- 30:08Speaker 1: the other one shine. But now that she has a spotlight,
- 30:12Speaker 1: that's hard. There's two people driving in the front seat,
- 30:16Speaker 1: and that takes a very special, special dynamic for that
- 30:19Speaker 1: kind of thing to work.
- 30:21Speaker 2: And well, I felt like, uh huh.
- 30:24Speaker 1: Also, I think she's been with him since she was
- 30:28Speaker 1: twenty one and she's twenty two. Well, they've only been
- 30:31Speaker 1: together seven years. But I mean, truthfully, I feel like
- 30:34Speaker 1: the only reason why he went for her was because
- 30:37Speaker 1: she was someone that was not known and you know,
- 30:39Speaker 1: she was young, and he actually, I've read in interviews
- 30:42Speaker 1: that he thought it was never going to work out
- 30:44Speaker 1: because of the age difference.
- 30:46Speaker 2: I mean it's not big. I think it's like eight
- 30:48Speaker 2: years or ten years.
- 30:49Speaker 3: Something like that, but you know it's significant when it's
- 30:51Speaker 3: like you're twenty two years old and the guy's thirty one.
- 30:53Speaker 3: You know, it depends. But she was a very mature
- 30:55Speaker 3: girl according to him. I mean, this guy is like
- 30:58Speaker 3: huge to a different level. He's like the most popular
- 31:01Speaker 3: person in this planet pretty much, right, So she's never
- 31:04Speaker 3: going to compete with that, That's right. I don't care
- 31:07Speaker 3: how many reality shows she has and what she becomes,
- 31:10Speaker 3: She's never going to be him. And I think that
- 31:12Speaker 3: that's a problem that a lot of couples have because
- 31:15Speaker 3: we start competing with each other, even without wanting to write,
- 31:18Speaker 3: because there's room for everyone. And like he's a major
- 31:20Speaker 3: like soccer star, she's never going to do that, like
- 31:23Speaker 3: she could never play sacer, right. But what I'm trying
- 31:26Speaker 3: to say is like she you know sometimes and you
- 31:28Speaker 3: kind of think about us, right, So it's kind of
- 31:31Speaker 3: like you're married to someone that's always in the spotlight
- 31:34Speaker 3: and it's all about him. But then all of a sudden,
- 31:37Speaker 3: you're like, you know what, maybe I can do something,
- 31:39Speaker 3: and I want to feel good about myself too.
- 31:41Speaker 2: So she did.
- 31:42Speaker 3: She tried it, and she liked it, and now it
- 31:45Speaker 3: could be like it's affecting her ego a little bit
- 31:47Speaker 3: because she's like, you know what, you're famous, but guess what,
- 31:50Speaker 3: I'm famous too, you know, and I have a show.
- 31:53Speaker 1: It's very difficult of two people chasing fame and in
- 31:56Speaker 1: the same driver's seat. It's very difficult. Someone has to say,
- 31:59Speaker 1: come and let the other one shine. And you know
- 32:02Speaker 1: he's big, like you said, so, I think it's a
- 32:05Speaker 1: combination of of Also, seven years. She started with him
- 32:09Speaker 1: when she was very young. If I look back at
- 32:11Speaker 1: the man I married when I was twenty seven, I
- 32:13Speaker 1: would not marry him again today. I wouldn't even marry
- 32:16Speaker 1: the man I married when I was forty.
- 32:17Speaker 2: We keep on a middle. Seven years is nothing. I mean,
- 32:20Speaker 2: are you kidding?
- 32:21Speaker 3: She's Mary to like the most famous person and good
- 32:23Speaker 3: looking and an athlete in the star.
- 32:25Speaker 2: I mean, what that's not enough for her?
- 32:26Speaker 1: You can get tired.
- 32:27Speaker 2: What is she tired? People go, I think he's getting tired.
- 32:31Speaker 1: Maybe okay, maybe he's getting tired bored. Somebody's getting tired
- 32:35Speaker 1: and bored.
- 32:36Speaker 2: We know that.
- 32:37Speaker 1: We just don't know who it is. Somebody is Apparently
- 32:40Speaker 1: we don't know. We're just guessing.
- 32:42Speaker 3: Maybe we the truth is, we never know. But because
- 32:45Speaker 3: we're public people, you know, we we we can know.
- 32:48Speaker 3: There's a thing called right social media. And apparently they
- 32:53Speaker 3: posted a picture both of them yesterday like very cuddly,
- 32:56Speaker 3: and it was like cheers to love, like you know,
- 32:59Speaker 3: with that caption.
- 33:00Speaker 2: So it's called damage control one hundred percent.
- 33:03Speaker 3: You know that, my friend, you know, you're like the
- 33:05Speaker 3: pr grewus, so you know that was damage control one
- 33:07Speaker 3: hundred percent. And if you look at his face, he
- 33:09Speaker 3: feels even like uncomfortable. Right, But I bet you she
- 33:11Speaker 3: made us that a space bro no no, no super
- 33:17Speaker 3: incomoo and she probably said you better do this, and
- 33:20Speaker 3: we're doing this, feelies.
- 33:27Speaker 2: You're gonna post it and this is your castion.
- 33:29Speaker 1: So yeah, and this is what you're gonna say, right,
- 33:32Speaker 1: and you're gonna like my comments.
- 33:34Speaker 3: I mean, I do have to defend them because it's
- 33:36Speaker 3: something that's you know, like how stressful a reality show
- 33:40Speaker 3: like this could be.
- 33:42Speaker 2: You know about them and their family.
- 33:44Speaker 3: You know, they have five kids, so you know, I
- 33:46Speaker 3: think that one of the things that he probably was
- 33:48Speaker 3: like that turned them on about her and that he
- 33:50Speaker 3: loved about her was the fact that she loved the
- 33:52Speaker 3: family and wanted to have kids and it was all
- 33:54Speaker 3: about him. She was like always like, you know, obviously
- 33:57Speaker 3: following him and wherever his game were and just being
- 34:01Speaker 3: like that mom and family woman. And then now all
- 34:04Speaker 3: of a sudden her life has changed, where all the
- 34:07Speaker 3: attention and cameras aren't her, and.
- 34:09Speaker 2: It's kind of like she's pushing back her role. That's
- 34:13Speaker 2: a lot woman, a twenty eight.
- 34:14Speaker 1: Year old to have five kids, that has to be
- 34:17Speaker 1: very stressful.
- 34:19Speaker 2: Choice, you know what I mean. It was her choice.
- 34:22Speaker 2: She knew she was dating, you know what I mean.
- 34:24Speaker 2: She was an aloey at the Bucci store, like she was.
- 34:26Speaker 2: She was like, this is like a story that happens
- 34:29Speaker 2: to like one out of a million women marathon.
- 34:32Speaker 3: Like she went from taking the bus after work, you know,
- 34:35Speaker 3: taking a lot of the woos like back home to
- 34:38Speaker 3: like Christian Ronaldo Ronaldo picking her up in a Bugatti,
- 34:42Speaker 3: Like are you kidding me? Like she knew what she
- 34:44Speaker 3: signed up for, so it's kind of like and she decided,
- 34:47Speaker 3: but so like obviously it's like a gift that women have,
- 34:51Speaker 3: so that's how she got them. And then fast forward
- 34:55Speaker 3: seven years later. I don't even think it's the amount
- 34:57Speaker 3: of years. I just think it's like the experiences that
- 34:59Speaker 3: she's had. Now they moved to Saudi Arabia where he's
- 35:02Speaker 3: going to be playing.
- 35:03Speaker 1: You know, it is not an easy life for a woman.
- 35:06Speaker 1: Saudi Arabia is very strict.
- 35:09Speaker 3: Well, it's not an easy life for him either, you know,
- 35:11Speaker 3: he has to like play soccer every single day and
- 35:14Speaker 3: maintain this whole family.
- 35:16Speaker 1: Right, Well, so everyone's under a lot of pressure, even's
- 35:20Speaker 1: Carleton and Rhea. That's a pretty cushy place.
- 35:24Speaker 3: But I man, who do you date after Critiano Ronaldo?
- 35:26Speaker 3: I know we can date whoever he wants, but who
- 35:28Speaker 3: is she going to date? Honestly, you know, that's not
- 35:32Speaker 3: our problem. I don't care what's your answer. No, it's
- 35:37Speaker 3: not my problem. But we're like just talking about it,
- 35:39Speaker 3: you know, I mean, I don't know. I'm not saying
- 35:41Speaker 3: who's right. I'm not like saying like to pick sides.
- 35:44Speaker 3: You know, obviously in every relationship there's two sides of
- 35:46Speaker 3: the story. This is all like what we're seeing or
- 35:49Speaker 3: like what we know about. But you know, I think
- 35:52Speaker 3: it's hard for for both of them. I think it's
- 35:54Speaker 3: hard being him and I think it's hard being her. Now,
- 35:57Speaker 3: like this is what she signed up to do.
- 35:59Speaker 1: Yeah, Yeah, there's a lot of factors playing into this
- 36:02Speaker 1: that are very stressful. Shows, Fame, Saudi, five kids, you know,
- 36:07Speaker 1: seven years, you're only twenty eight, that's a lot.
- 36:10Speaker 2: That's a lot, you know, I.
- 36:11Speaker 3: Think that that's what what happens you know with and
- 36:14Speaker 3: that's why there's you know, people split up because you
- 36:17Speaker 3: know what was originally you know, a great plan for
- 36:20Speaker 3: you at the moment and everything was you know, beautiful,
- 36:23Speaker 3: Like after you're like, okay, this is like not what
- 36:25Speaker 3: I want.
- 36:26Speaker 1: Reality is not always exactly what you envisioned.
- 36:29Speaker 3: No, La Gambia. You know every day, you know, nothing
- 36:32Speaker 3: is promised. Not everything is the same. There's a constant change,
- 36:35Speaker 3: and it's kind of like how you handle it. And
- 36:37Speaker 3: apparently they're not handling it very well because they've been
- 36:39Speaker 3: fighting a lot. So that's that's what I've heard, and
- 36:43Speaker 3: that's what I've read, and and that's their story.
- 36:46Speaker 1: Figure it out and we'll both end up happy, whether
- 36:48Speaker 1: they're together or they or not, because you know, life
- 36:52Speaker 1: is short.
- 36:53Speaker 3: Yeah, and if not, just move to Miami. Everybody ends
- 36:55Speaker 3: up here anyways.
- 36:57Speaker 2: Everybody ends up dating. Wait, don't we have a soccer
- 37:00Speaker 2: team here? He can complay for Miami.
- 37:03Speaker 1: Yeah, but the kind of money they're paying in Saudi.
- 37:05Speaker 1: You start with a free Rose Royce. If you hit
- 37:08Speaker 1: a goal, the money's out of this world. We can't
- 37:11Speaker 1: even compete with that here.
- 37:13Speaker 3: Right, Well, I don't think he needs any more money, bro,
- 37:15Speaker 3: you know how much money this man hans a takwanda, like,
- 37:18Speaker 3: how much more do you want?
- 37:21Speaker 2: Well, hopefully he just wants to be happy.
- 37:23Speaker 1: I don't know any billionaire that said I'm good, I
- 37:26Speaker 1: can stop now.
- 37:27Speaker 3: I don't know either. But hopefully, you know, they can
- 37:30Speaker 3: work things out. Because there's five kids and and there's
- 37:34Speaker 3: a money more.
- 37:36Speaker 2: I think he's gonna have more kids. He looks like
- 37:37Speaker 2: he's a good dad. He looks like he enjoys his kids.
- 37:40Speaker 1: He's still really young. How old is he?
- 37:41Speaker 2: He's in his thirties. They're both in her thirties. Yeah,
- 37:45Speaker 2: well she's still in her twenties, went on op. Yeah,
- 37:47Speaker 2: she's twenty nine now, so he must be like forty.
- 37:54Speaker 2: I mean there's an age difference.
- 37:56Speaker 3: But again I don't really think it's an age difference,
- 37:59Speaker 3: and I don't think it's seven year itch.
- 38:01Speaker 2: I just think that through.
- 38:02Speaker 3: Growing apart, Bro, they're growing apart, and like because of
- 38:07Speaker 3: these circumstances in their life right now.
- 38:09Speaker 1: Happens every day. Fame or no fame, money, no money
- 38:14Speaker 1: happens every day.
- 38:17Speaker 3: Anything else in your caby Sita in your head that
- 38:20Speaker 3: you want to talk about.
- 38:21Speaker 1: I mean, we always have plenty to talk about. I
- 38:23Speaker 1: know we're gonna hang up and you're gonna call me.
- 38:25Speaker 1: We're gonna keep talking because that's.
- 38:27Speaker 2: What we do.
- 38:28Speaker 3: I should have said this, Well, what I really should
- 38:30Speaker 3: have said was that wait, but I didn't say this,
- 38:34Speaker 3: so you.
- 38:35Speaker 1: Don't hang up and then call me and say I
- 38:36Speaker 1: should have said this. Say it now.
- 38:38Speaker 2: I think I've talked to a lie.
- 38:40Speaker 3: I'm out of words and and I can't wait to
- 38:43Speaker 3: talk to you again in five minutes.
