- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, Yeah, what huh, Yeah, we're doing it.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Oh, this is this is this is unprecedented. This that
- 0:06Speaker 2: we do this, I mean it's it's it's what we
- 0:09Speaker 2: call working without a net.
- 0:11Speaker 3: Well, other radio stations if they have a live show, which.
- 0:14Speaker 4: That's that's rare.
- 0:16Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 0:16Speaker 3: Uh, and they do a call in feature, it's it's
- 0:20Speaker 3: pre programmed and pre arranged.
- 0:22Speaker 2: What they're doing now mostly is you can text in
- 0:26Speaker 2: text extra comments, extra comments to us and we'll read
- 0:29Speaker 2: them on the air. But this is a we're just
- 0:32Speaker 2: gonna let you talk to us. Hello, Yeah, what anything
- 0:35Speaker 2: you want to talk about?
- 0:36Speaker 6: Uh?
- 0:36Speaker 2: Maybe maybe you have a comment about that nice guy
- 0:40Speaker 2: we had on the nurse mister Taate.
- 0:44Speaker 5: Riley's first went to Ukraine.
- 0:47Speaker 2: Maybe you've got something of your own that you want
- 0:50Speaker 2: to some some some grudge you want to air out,
- 0:54Speaker 2: or or perhaps you have some sort of thing you
- 0:57Speaker 2: want to promote, some sort of good deed that you
- 1:00Speaker 2: want to talk about.
- 1:02Speaker 7: What.
- 1:03Speaker 1: All right, let's go to Liam.
- 1:05Speaker 5: Hello, Yeah, what Liam? Good morning? Where are you calling from?
- 1:10Speaker 8: Good morning?
- 1:10Speaker 9: I am on the road right now.
- 1:11Speaker 5: Head it up. Parley's okay, what's up?
- 1:15Speaker 10: I just wanted to talk about how no one knows
- 1:18Speaker 10: the term following distance apparently.
- 1:21Speaker 9: Yeah, everyone is just always.
- 1:24Speaker 8: On each other.
- 1:25Speaker 6: And I was just stuck in the two fifteen southbound accident.
- 1:30Speaker 10: Oh and no one understands that if you give a
- 1:33Speaker 10: little extra space and just let off your break, then
- 1:36Speaker 10: you'll just go.
- 1:37Speaker 8: It's like magic.
- 1:38Speaker 3: Yeah, you're supposed to leave a car length for every
- 1:42Speaker 3: ten miles an hour you're going. And if you do that,
- 1:45Speaker 3: and I think to your point, people try to fill
- 1:48Speaker 3: that space.
- 1:49Speaker 4: They go, oh I can I can change lanes and
- 1:51Speaker 4: fit in there. No, leave the space, I.
- 1:53Speaker 8: Can get in there.
- 1:54Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:54Speaker 9: And I used to get mad at those people, but
- 1:56Speaker 9: now I just give them their space.
- 1:58Speaker 8: I just give them the same space.
- 2:00Speaker 9: Yeah, and I move on because.
- 2:03Speaker 1: I feel like if everyone just understood keep a little
- 2:06Speaker 1: extra distance, we wouldn't have traffic anymore.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Do you ever get the feeling when you're you're out
- 2:10Speaker 2: on the interstate and there are cars all around you
- 2:14Speaker 2: and you're all going seventy seventy five eighty miles an hour.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Do you ever say to yourself, this is crazy, this
- 2:22Speaker 2: is this is insane. Why why are we doing us?
- 2:24Speaker 5: Are just moving? My god? This is nuts.
- 2:28Speaker 2: This is just it's every time I'm on traffic. This
- 2:31Speaker 2: is a disaster just waiting to happen, and then sometimes
- 2:34Speaker 2: it does.
- 2:35Speaker 5: All right, thanks Liam does yeah, thank you, thank you Liam.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Let's see text question. Good morning, lords. What should I
- 2:43Speaker 1: have for dinner? French onion soup in the style of
- 2:46Speaker 1: mac and cheese, or a good old classic pot roasts?
- 2:53Speaker 4: Yeah, by the way, I'm gonna bring you guys each
- 2:55Speaker 4: a roast.
- 2:56Speaker 1: You can do meat Yep.
- 2:58Speaker 5: I'm gonna do that Mississippi roast again.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Corey is here, Corey?
- 3:03Speaker 3: Hello?
- 3:04Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 3:04Speaker 5: What hi? Cory?
- 3:06Speaker 10: Hey, gang.
- 3:07Speaker 7: I just wanted to talk about the discographers horror movie
- 3:10Speaker 7: theme show at the Stateroom last Friday.
- 3:12Speaker 5: Yeah, you were really high on that, were you.
- 3:15Speaker 7: They're great. I've seen him four times now. So the
- 3:19Speaker 7: first time they do a mashup of they show Wizard
- 3:22Speaker 7: of Oz with Pink Floyd music. There's the thing where
- 3:27Speaker 7: you start Dark Side of the Moon when the lion
- 3:30Speaker 7: roars blah blah blah. But they do more than just
- 3:33Speaker 7: Dark Side. They do other pink Floyd and it's really
- 3:36Speaker 7: cool how they do it. But yeah, the horror movie
- 3:38Speaker 7: theme show is a lot of fun, tons of great music,
- 3:41Speaker 7: tons of really fun horror movie clips, and they spent
- 3:44Speaker 7: a lot of effort like splicing it all together and
- 3:46Speaker 7: putting it together. But they're awesome. They did an eighties
- 3:49Speaker 7: movie theme night, which was fun. But in January they're
- 3:52Speaker 7: doing it David Bowie Knight all the tenth nniversary of
- 3:55Speaker 7: his death. Really all Bowie all Boie clips. I think
- 3:59Speaker 7: it's on a sett.
- 4:00Speaker 5: And where is it going to be to? You know?
- 4:02Speaker 7: That's awesome. Well, they told me it was going to
- 4:05Speaker 7: be in the State Room, but I don't think it's
- 4:06Speaker 7: been posted yet. Okay, so keep an eye out for that.
- 4:09Speaker 5: All right.
- 4:10Speaker 7: Now, they're amazing. They're a great band, great mix of things.
- 4:14Speaker 7: So thank you, thank you, come out.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, let's go to Bradley.
- 4:19Speaker 5: Hello, Yeah, hello Bradley.
- 4:23Speaker 10: Good morning.
- 4:23Speaker 5: Lords.
- 4:24Speaker 9: So this has been living in my head rent free
- 4:27Speaker 9: for like over a month now, and I had to
- 4:29Speaker 9: get it off my chest.
- 4:30Speaker 5: Okay.
- 4:31Speaker 9: You guys were talking about Girl Scout cookies back in
- 4:34Speaker 9: Girl Scout Cookie Season and how they have different names
- 4:36Speaker 9: here in Utah, like instead of thin Mints, they're like
- 4:38Speaker 9: Christy Mint. Yes, And I looked into it and they
- 4:43Speaker 9: didn't change the name of the cookies. They actually have
- 4:46Speaker 9: two different bakeries, and so depending on which bakery is
- 4:50Speaker 9: making the cookies, it's like a copyright.
- 4:51Speaker 8: Thing on what they can call the cookies.
- 4:54Speaker 9: Though it's the distributor of for Utah that picks what
- 5:00Speaker 9: bakery of cookies we get, and that's why they have
- 5:02Speaker 9: different names sometimes.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Okay, well that's interesting. Well all right, thank you thanks
- 5:06Speaker 2: for letting us know.
- 5:08Speaker 5: Thank you. All right, bye bye. I need some girl
- 5:11Speaker 5: Scout cookies.
- 5:13Speaker 1: All right, let's go to looks like Casey is here? Casey?
- 5:19Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 5:19Speaker 5: What Casey? Where are you calling from?
- 5:24Speaker 8: This is Bassy Casey from Full Cogan. I'm calling from
- 5:29Speaker 8: Salt Lake.
- 5:29Speaker 4: Do you guys have a show this week?
- 5:32Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 5:33Speaker 8: A couple of things I wanted to talk to you
- 5:34Speaker 8: guys about, Okay, and when we got a show on
- 5:37Speaker 8: Saturday at aces High with a really cool progressive bluegrass
- 5:42Speaker 8: band called Cold Tucky. All right, so that should be
- 5:47Speaker 8: a fun show. Music starts to like eight thirty nine ish, okay.
- 5:52Speaker 8: And then the other cool thing I wanted to mention
- 5:54Speaker 8: is so two of my bandmates and friends worked at
- 5:59Speaker 8: Guitars Are. Oh yeah, it's closed, but Moses, who is
- 6:05Speaker 8: our mandolin lead singer, actually bought the repair shop portion
- 6:12Speaker 8: of the business and he's going to carry that on.
- 6:14Speaker 8: So guitars are repair is still going to be a thing.
- 6:18Speaker 9: Yeah, and they just moved.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Somebody told us that yesterday and we we did mention
- 6:23Speaker 2: that briefly yesterday.
- 6:24Speaker 5: That's the Yeah, that's probably me.
- 6:26Speaker 8: I just didn't I didn't hear it because the whole
- 6:29Speaker 8: solar flare blip.
- 6:30Speaker 4: So I so where is it?
- 6:34Speaker 8: So the address is twenty to twelve South and West Temple.
- 6:41Speaker 2: Okay, all right, So so guitar repairs, mandolin repairs, instrument repairs, Yeah,
- 6:49Speaker 2: all string and string okay, all right, well thanks, thank
- 6:54Speaker 2: you very much, Casey.
- 6:56Speaker 8: Yeah, so they're they're going to do a grand opening
- 6:58Speaker 8: this Saturday and then yeah after that, just hit him
- 7:02Speaker 8: up for all your all your.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Needs and that all right, all right, Katy, thank you.
- 7:06Speaker 3: It is.
- 7:09Speaker 5: It's right there, minutes right here here it is.
- 7:12Speaker 10: Hello.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Yeah, what that's where it is?
- 7:14Speaker 5: Ah there?
- 7:15Speaker 1: Uh, yes, we will continue with hello yah what? Oh
- 7:18Speaker 1: Claire is here a girl scout?
- 7:19Speaker 6: Hello?
- 7:20Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 7:20Speaker 7: What?
- 7:21Speaker 5: Hello? Kaya? Where are you calling from?
- 7:24Speaker 8: I am calling from.
- 7:27Speaker 4: Pugging you well and you're a girl scout. Yeah, I
- 7:33Speaker 4: think Carrie wants some cookies.
- 7:34Speaker 5: You need me some cookies, tell us about it.
- 7:39Speaker 6: So I did just like over hear you guys talking
- 7:42Speaker 6: about Girl Scout cookies. And I know it isn't girl
- 7:46Speaker 6: girl Scout cookie season yet, but I would also volunteer
- 7:50Speaker 6: to be your Girl Scout front of the program.
- 7:52Speaker 3: Oh well, we need a new one because we had
- 7:55Speaker 3: one for the longest time and she got and she
- 7:58Speaker 3: got old, she is out, so we need a new
- 8:02Speaker 3: I say, Claire, you are the perfect candidate.
- 8:05Speaker 2: So we'll put you on hold and you can arrange
- 8:07Speaker 2: with Katie h and when the Girl Scout cookies arrive,
- 8:12Speaker 2: you can come down and be on the show and
- 8:14Speaker 2: talk talk about them.
- 8:15Speaker 4: Okay, how about that? Hang on, Claire, Hang on, Claire.
- 8:21Speaker 1: No, I'm just curious. I don't know if Claire know.
- 8:24Speaker 1: The answer is, why is it a season? Why isn't
- 8:27Speaker 1: it year round? I want I want Girl Scout cookies
- 8:30Speaker 1: year round.
- 8:31Speaker 3: That's why you stock up, Carrie when it's Girl Scouts
- 8:33Speaker 3: and you can freeze them, they freeze.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Yeah, I like Samoa's all right, let's uh continue it's that, don.
- 8:44Speaker 3: Do.
- 8:47Speaker 10: I just have some Girl Scout cookies out of the
- 8:50Speaker 10: freezer yesterday, cookies I keep forgetting to tell you somebody
- 8:56Speaker 10: finally figured out beyond hold volume and it's it's really
- 9:01Speaker 10: good now so you can hear when you're on hold.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Well, that works.
- 9:04Speaker 10: We haven't had to turn it down.
- 9:06Speaker 5: That works, but it's really good.
- 9:08Speaker 1: We've been the system has been randomly dropping phone calls
- 9:11Speaker 1: that are on hold. So yeah, if you if you
- 9:14Speaker 1: get dropped, call right back. It's not Katie's fault. And
- 9:17Speaker 1: I think it had something to do with that solar
- 9:18Speaker 1: fla area.
- 9:19Speaker 5: Well, I'm glad.
- 9:20Speaker 2: I'm glad that the volume problem has fixed on because
- 9:23Speaker 2: your comfort is our first priority.
- 9:27Speaker 10: Well, there's there's one thing that I want to say
- 9:29Speaker 10: that when Nick comes on, he turns up the volume
- 9:33Speaker 10: right in the middle of the song, and I've got
- 9:35Speaker 10: these earbuds that are really sensitive, and it's like, could
- 9:38Speaker 10: blame Yeah, you know, you know why Nick, I'd appreciate you.
- 9:42Speaker 5: Know why he does that.
- 9:44Speaker 2: He does that to aggravate you specifically, specifically.
- 9:49Speaker 10: Same thing with the same thing with Todd. The app
- 9:52Speaker 10: is not brand new Todd, so commercial that would be good.
- 9:57Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 9:57Speaker 4: I could probably refresh that to you guys every morning.
- 10:00Speaker 10: At work, and it's really good. I get to hear.
- 10:03Speaker 10: I'm so informed I read all the time that they
- 10:07Speaker 10: wouldn't normally know. Yeah, my ex wife don't and stuff.
- 10:10Speaker 2: Yeah, so that's about time you It's about time you
- 10:15Speaker 2: told your ex ys and stuff.

- 10:56Speaker 2: And uh and I don't know what they're gonna do, frankly,
- 10:58Speaker 2: because they've looked for other spaces when this so this
- 11:03Speaker 2: new landlord, uh, he's been on he's been their landlord
- 11:07Speaker 2: now for a couple of years. But when he came
- 11:09Speaker 2: on the scene a couple of years ago, they thought
- 11:11Speaker 2: they were going to be gone for sure. But he's
- 11:14Speaker 2: kept them there. But now he's going to do something
- 11:16Speaker 2: else with it or the company is whatever it is.
- 11:18Speaker 2: So and they've looked so They've looked for other spaces
- 11:21Speaker 2: in the past and not been able to find anything
- 11:23Speaker 2: they need.

- 12:18Speaker 3: that they hang over.
- 12:21Speaker 5: Is it hungover north that Ogden Pass?
- 12:23Speaker 10: Is that where it is?

- 12:29Speaker 4: No, but it is on my list this week.
- 12:33Speaker 1: I didn't know they had a pop Tart's frost.
- 12:36Speaker 4: Wendy's is doing some interesting things.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Well, it's about time you got chunks of chunks of
- 12:41Speaker 2: pop tart in a frosty uh huh.

- 12:47Speaker 4: get one with a brownie bat.
- 12:50Speaker 5: I wish they'd do one with asparagus.
- 12:54Speaker 1: For years they didn't do anything but chocolate.
- 12:56Speaker 4: Yeah, no, they got all kinds of Now there's they're delicious.

- 13:15Speaker 11: I'm going to be giving away free packs to kids
- 13:18Speaker 11: because I know how hard it is for everybody to
- 13:20Speaker 11: get cards for their kids. So I will be giving
- 13:23Speaker 11: away thirty six packs the kids that come up to
- 13:26Speaker 11: my table at the Crossroads.

- 13:32Speaker 5: When when is this.
- 13:34Speaker 11: It's going to be Saturday and Sunday mall hours, So
- 13:38Speaker 11: from ten to nine on Saturday and from twelve to six.
- 13:42Speaker 11: It's gonna be a lot of fun, be a lot
- 13:43Speaker 11: of card vendors.
- 13:45Speaker 5: Did you say it was a valley fair? Is that
- 13:46Speaker 5: what you said? South? Southtown, Mo? Southtown? All right? Thank you.
- 13:53Speaker 11: Yeah, thank you, guys, thank you.
- 13:56Speaker 1: Oh here we go, now on the real cheese sandwich.
- 14:01Speaker 5: What about it?
- 14:02Speaker 2: Should you use butter or mayonnaise? You know, we've gone
- 14:06Speaker 2: we used we always just use butter. Then we went
- 14:09Speaker 2: to mayonnaise, and I think we're back to butter. Now
- 14:12Speaker 2: I'm still with mayonnaise. But Tillamook has now combined. It's
- 14:19Speaker 2: it's butter mayonnaise.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Butternaise combines Tillamook butter and QPY mayo.
- 14:26Speaker 4: Oh okay, hmmm, comes like in a jar, like in
- 14:31Speaker 4: a jar.
- 14:32Speaker 5: Yeah, I would like that. I would think that the
- 14:37Speaker 5: sy I would think that.
- 14:39Speaker 2: So we went back to butter because it seemed like
- 14:41Speaker 2: it didn't burn as easily as the mayonnaise.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Let's turn the heat down a little.
- 14:45Speaker 5: Well, but I also like the taste of the butter.
- 14:48Speaker 4: Well, it sounds like this is what you need.
- 14:50Speaker 1: It's the butternail flavor. But available only online is the
- 14:54Speaker 1: sad thing?
- 14:54Speaker 5: Oh well, the hell with that?
- 14:57Speaker 4: Why the hell with that?
- 14:58Speaker 2: You can order it to second, I'm not ordering a
- 15:01Speaker 2: mayonnaise product through the mail. I don't know, it just
- 15:04Speaker 2: seems weird. Hey, send me a jar of mayonnaise.
- 15:09Speaker 4: Anything.
- 15:10Speaker 1: People are confused. You put it on the outside for
- 15:12Speaker 1: the grilling.
- 15:13Speaker 5: Yeah, not on the inside. Yeah, you put mayonnaise works
- 15:17Speaker 5: really well.
- 15:18Speaker 1: And QB mayonnaise is fine on the shelf until you
- 15:22Speaker 1: open it.
- 15:22Speaker 2: Then you'll be fine. There's a grilled cheese comment here. Okay,
- 15:28Speaker 2: let's Richie is here. Hell yeah, what Richie.
- 15:33Speaker 10: I just feel strongly about this.
- 15:35Speaker 8: I I do you make a couple of slices of bacon,

- 15:40Speaker 10: Cheese in the bacon greet.
- 15:42Speaker 5: Wood waiting to happen.
- 15:46Speaker 2: That's the way that my mom used to cook eggs
- 15:50Speaker 2: in the bacon. Yeah, yes, oh yeah, yeah, you know.
- 15:53Speaker 2: I my friend Chris Barnes, he had when we lived
- 15:57Speaker 2: together in New York. He had a little pot of
- 15:59Speaker 2: bacon green he saw on the stove there and he
- 16:01Speaker 2: would pop popcorn in bacon green.
- 16:04Speaker 5: It was really good. Yeah.
- 16:07Speaker 1: All right, well, thank you, Richie.
- 16:09Speaker 5: Thanks Richie.
- 16:10Speaker 1: All right, Well there we go.
- 16:11Speaker 4: Yeah, it can be anything exactly.
- 16:15Speaker 5: Heart attacks
