- 0:00Speaker 1: Every day when you're waking up, when you're working out,
- 0:04Speaker 1: or if you just need a mental boost. Download Mindset
- 0:08Speaker 1: to start your day right.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Are you allergic to success or just addicted to failure?
- 0:29Speaker 1: This is your life, my friend. And I'm sure when
- 0:32Speaker 1: it's all said and done, you don't want to look
- 0:34Speaker 1: back and see that you wasted it. Log out of
- 0:37Speaker 1: the social media. Get off the internet.
- 0:40Speaker 3: Unplug and evaluate where you are and where you're supposed
- 0:45Speaker 3: to be.
- 0:46Speaker 4: You know how much dumb time you guys waste?
- 0:50Speaker 2: Busy as shit. Fuck you. You got time.
- 0:53Speaker 4: You know you got time. You can chase in skirts
- 0:56Speaker 4: and play video games. Put it around.
- 0:59Speaker 5: It's that son of a bitch's fault.
- 1:02Speaker 6: Son of a gun!
- 1:03Speaker 5: I did everything I could. But if you woke up
- 1:06Speaker 5: in the morning and looked in the mirror and said,
- 1:09Speaker 5: I am failing because of me, the decisions that I make,
- 1:14Speaker 5: the energy I put in, I'm not passing the blame.
- 1:18Speaker 5: If you look in the mirror tomorrow and say that,
- 1:20Speaker 5: you will change.
- 1:23Speaker 7: So the bottom line, you're not willing to do anything.
- 1:25Speaker 7: You're not willing to sacrifice anything to be a high-performance person.
- 1:30Speaker 3: I'm talking to that person that's tired of where they are.
- 1:34Speaker 6: There's something that you love more than yourself, than your dream,
- 1:39Speaker 6: than your goals. Whatever you do, I guarantee you when
- 1:42Speaker 6: you do it, nobody can do it like you do it.
- 1:44Speaker 6: The problem is you don't hardly do it. It seems
- 1:47Speaker 6: like here that a 70 is an A.
- 1:53Speaker 5: So how do we get better? every day. How do
- 1:57Speaker 5: we find those resources? How do we find the energy,
- 2:01Speaker 5: the knowledge to do that? I don't know if I
- 2:04Speaker 5: could just, you know what I'm saying?
- 2:05Speaker 3: Like, wow, I got some legitimate haters out here, people
- 2:08Speaker 3: who don't think it could work.
- 2:09Speaker 6: I just can't see myself just letting them just be.
- 2:11Speaker 5: Like, I told you so.
- 2:14Speaker 7: How many of you can say that you're serious about it?
- 2:16Speaker 7: How many of you can actually say that you're trying
- 2:19Speaker 7: to be all you can be? Now, I won't insult
- 2:22Speaker 7: you by asking you to raise your hand because you
- 2:23Speaker 7: just lied. We all know what the real answer is,
- 2:27Speaker 7: don't we?
- 2:28Speaker 2: You're not. If you could have what you wanted and needed,
- 2:32Speaker 2: what might that look like? And there's an instruction there, too,
- 2:35Speaker 2: is do it badly. Because what the hell do you know?
- 2:38Speaker 2: And besides, your vision's going to change as you progress
- 2:41Speaker 2: through your life. And so you're not going to get
- 2:43Speaker 2: it done perfectly.
- 2:45Speaker 4: But that's okay.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Get it down. Get a rough first draft down. A
- 2:50Speaker 2: rough approximation of who you could be if you got
- 2:52Speaker 2: your act together.
- 2:54Speaker 7: Don't you understand? Don't you get it?
- 2:57Speaker 3: It's not easy, but it's worth it. There are going
- 3:01Speaker 3: to be nights you're going to cry yourself to sleep.
- 3:03Speaker 3: There are going to be times you're going to want
- 3:04Speaker 3: to throw in the towel. But if you keep going, your.
- 3:08Speaker 6: Future self will thank you.
- 3:12Speaker 5: If you give somebody a line to put an excuse in,
- 3:15Speaker 5: they will put something in that line every freaking time.
- 3:20Speaker 1: But you can't.
- 3:22Speaker 6: You can't.
- 3:23Speaker 5: Because you're the people who make it happen, aren't you?
- 3:26Speaker 5: Every one of those excuses was bullshit.
- 3:28Speaker 6: Wasn't it?
- 3:29Speaker 5: Think about it. Every single one. At the end of
- 3:32Speaker 5: the day, winners win. When you come from.
- 3:36Speaker 6: Nothing, one day I made a decision that enough is enough.
- 3:40Speaker 1: I'm tired of being average.
- 3:42Speaker 6: I made a decision enough is enough.
- 3:45Speaker 1: It's showtime to come back. And they wonder why I'm ahead.
- 3:50Speaker 1: I'm ahead because I have the will I'm ahead because
- 3:54Speaker 1: I have the consistency. I'm ahead because I have the
- 3:59Speaker 1: fortitude to never stop, no matter what. And my enemies
- 4:03Speaker 1: don't feel like that, my friends.
- 4:04Speaker 7: So you pray for my enemies. Okay, you've been trained.
- 4:14Speaker 7: Keep your head down. Don't embarrass yourself. Don't embarrass the family.
- 4:20Speaker 7: Don't say things that may not happen. And I do
- 4:24Speaker 7: just the opposite. You will never exceed your highest expectation.
- 4:30Speaker 7: You will never exceed your highest, craziest thought. Never. That's
- 4:36Speaker 7: a guarantee. So is that what it needs?
- 4:40Speaker 1: You have to be hungry?
- 4:42Speaker 2: You need to feel the pain?
- 4:45Speaker 7: Growth only comes through pain.
- 4:47Speaker 5: So, if you wake up tomorrow morning... and blame your
- 4:52Speaker 5: failure on someone or something else, you have no reason
- 4:57Speaker 5: to change, do you?
- 4:58Speaker 2: Let's make a little vision of that. You're 35. You
- 5:02Speaker 2: hate your job. What's the consequence? You're not motivated. You
- 5:05Speaker 2: don't want to get out of bed in the morning.
- 5:07Speaker 2: You're starting to get depressed. You're getting bitter. You're getting resentful.
- 5:11Speaker 2: You're getting cynical. You're amotivated at work. You're not doing
- 5:14Speaker 2: a very good job. And you're starting to shrink. Now
- 5:19Speaker 2: play that out for 10 years. You don't change it,
- 5:23Speaker 2: you don't fix it. And what happens? It's not like
- 5:28Speaker 2: it's going to get better of its own accord. What's
- 5:31Speaker 2: going to happen to you? Well, for sure, at minimum,
- 5:35Speaker 2: what's going to happen to you is you're going to
- 5:37Speaker 2: be in the same situation, but 10 years older.
- 5:42Speaker 7: And if you can't get.
- 5:43Speaker 2: Out of that situation now, what the hell makes you
- 5:47Speaker 2: think you're going to get out of it in 10 years?
- 5:50Speaker 4: It's real easy to not let judgment come in when
- 5:53Speaker 4: you have empathy for the other person and know they're
- 5:55Speaker 4: just seeing a clip of you or just one moment
- 5:58Speaker 4: of time. They don't know you. Everybody's slow because they
- 6:02Speaker 4: value other people's opinions. I just have no time for that.
- 6:06Speaker 1: No, my friend. Don't pray for me. You pray for
- 6:11Speaker 1: my enemies because they're the ones who need it the most.
- 6:16Speaker 1: Because while I'm running in the cold forbidden rain You
- 6:21Speaker 1: know what my enemies are doing? My enemies are sleeping.
- 6:26Speaker 1: My enemies are bathing in jealousy. My enemies are living
- 6:32Speaker 1: in envy because they don't have the consistency. They don't
- 6:37Speaker 1: have the dedication to get up every single day and
- 6:43Speaker 1: make it happen, my friend. So you pray for my
- 6:46Speaker 1: enemies because my enemies are the ones who need it
- 6:49Speaker 1: the most.
- 6:51Speaker 4: The greatest version of life I've ever seen is the
- 6:53Speaker 4: one I'm living, which is nobody ever disappoints you because
- 6:57Speaker 4: you never expected anything from anybody. I'm telling you right now,
- 7:01Speaker 4: you want to talk about why so many of you
- 7:04Speaker 4: aren't exactly where you want to be? Look deep inside
- 7:06Speaker 4: yourself on what your expectations of others are. And then
- 7:10Speaker 4: the worst of you are the ones that do shit
- 7:13Speaker 4: expecting something more in return.
- 7:16Speaker 3: But you have the opportunity every single day to make
- 7:20Speaker 3: extraordinary decisions. Your daily decisions, your habits, your programming, the
- 7:26Speaker 3: way that you think, the way that you talk, the
- 7:29Speaker 3: way that you walk.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Blood, sweat, tears, sacrifice. Because my enemies don't understand. They
- 7:35Speaker 1: don't understand the grind. They don't understand the hustle. They
- 7:38Speaker 1: don't understand coming back from adversity to come up on top,
- 7:43Speaker 1: my friend.
- 7:44Speaker 6: Every single day, somebody said yesterday, ET, you gave 120.
- 7:49Speaker 6: What you going to do tomorrow? I said, I don't know.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Give 140.
- 7:53Speaker 6: I don't know, but I don't have days where I
- 7:55Speaker 6: don't feel like it.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Why?
- 7:57Speaker 6: Because I'm counting on me. My wife's counting on me.
- 8:00Speaker 6: I don't have days to waste.
