IOC Shifts Olympic Host Selection | France News
The IOC is shaking up the Olympic host selection process, delaying the 2036 Games decision until 2029 to foster real competition and give cities proper time to prepare. After years of rushed picks—like LA for 2028 and Brisbane for 2032—the new plan invites at least ten global contenders to submit serious bids, with shortlisting starting in March 2025 and official commitments required by late 2028. This shift aims to restore transparency, fairness, and strategic readiness for the next Olympic host. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn. Advertise…
