- 0:02You know, they're like cheesy pickup lines. Have you ever found that they
- 0:04ever work? It's just stupid. They're funny to like say, you know
- 0:08what I mean, like, geez, you're the only ten I see.
- 0:11I don't want to say that it's more of a guy thing, but it
- 0:13typically is. I can't think of a time that I ever used to pick
- 0:17up line. You're a lady. But all you gotta do is stand there
- 0:23and just have guys come up and just take their cracket. I'm just standing
- 0:27at them. Let's just do a throwback at the obie. Just twiddle in
- 0:30my thumbs. Literally, have drinks just be thrown at you. Anybody there.
- 0:36I'm single. Hundred people run over wearing their flannels with the sleeves rolled
- 0:42up to the elbow. Well, here I have some ways to pick up
- 0:45people flirt right without using those cheesy pickup lines. You were kind of a
- 0:49cheesy pickup line, guy, We absolutely not. No, come on,
- 0:52now, how about this give a power compliment? Now, power compliment's a
- 0:56fantastic way. You know, you hit them with like some and that's not
- 1:00their physical attributes, right, comment on their infectious laugh or maybe a cool
- 1:04tattoo, maybe say something about their awesome shoes. Power compliment. Okay,
- 1:08now this one, this is gonna work every time. Have a staring contest.
- 1:12All right. It's a classic childhood game, of course, but basically
- 1:17you're staring and then it's you get busted until somebody comes over and it's like
- 1:19Hi, no, no, you literally say, hey, let's have a
- 1:23staring contest. Oh you don't like it? No, that's really weird.
- 1:26What if Travis Kelsey said, hey, let's have a staring contest, I
- 1:29wouldn't blink? Or this is sort of along the same lines. Playfully tease
- 1:36them. We've all seen that it's effective. Yes, right, I mean
- 1:38having a little good Just you don't go too far with it, you know,
- 1:42boy, that's an ugly face ras them a little. I really like
- 1:46that. Yeah, share a secret that can work? Well, yeah,
- 1:49what kind of secret would you be dropping? Well, but you know they
- 1:53say that sharing something that only a few people know, like maybe an embarrassing
- 1:57hobby or maybe a hidden talent. You just kind of lean and go.
- 2:00You know, I don't tell many people this, but I've got a quite
- 2:04the magic trick. But jeez, that's that's a whole nother one. In
- 2:07itself. You want to avoid cheesy pickup lines, do a little you know,
- 2:12is this your card? What? And I got a magic trick of
- 2:16all magic tricks? Have I shown you that one? Oh? God,
- 2:19it's good. If I wasn't married, i'd be it wouldn't be fair embarrassing.
- 2:24Okay, give them a nickname. That's another way to flirt without using
- 2:30cheesy pickup lines. It's a good tool, you know, for texting.
- 2:31Let's say you put them in your phone if you're saving their phone number.
- 2:35Give them a fun nickname. Yeah. Maybe, Like if it was you
- 2:38and I'm looking at you right now and I'm trying to flirt with you,
- 2:39and you got a red sweater on I do, I'd be like, I'm
- 2:43gonna call you mister Rogers. Now, how cute is that? Just like
- 2:47that now I'm texting you now it's like you don't even know my name.
- 2:51I'm in as old red sweater because we've all had that to her. It's
- 2:53like, uh, oh be Saturday night, forgot the name or whatever?
- 3:00Guy? Yeah, forty two, you're telling me if I met you at
- 3:02a bar and you woke up the next morning with the textas head, good
- 3:05morning, mister Rogers, Yeah, no, I probably wouldn't respond. Now.
- 3:08The experts who put this list together the ways to flirt without using cheesy
- 3:12pickup lines, their recommendation was, maybe try calling them trouble maker, Oh,
- 3:16a little troublemaker. I don't know. This feels very like mom and
- 3:21dad, like what you would be doing. I don't know, doesn't feel
- 3:24flirty. I try to come to the show with like good ideas and interesting
- 3:28stuff, and you gotta remember it is I am not I'm not good at
- 3:32any of that flirting again, any of that, lady, So just stand
- 3:36there, you'll be good. Like an in the morning, big naty eight
- 3:39point seven. If you got a wedding ring, you know, if you've
- 3:43ever almost lost it or lost it, oh horrifying. Ho see, have
- 3:46never been in that situation. My uh my husband recently just said his feels
- 3:52like it's a little big, and I'm like, oh, Nick slimming down
- 3:54a bit, but must be getting a little a little trim old skinny fingers.
- 3:59And he like did though, like he moved his arm kind of slapped
- 4:02it and it got loose and almost fell off. He goes, I just
- 4:05want you to know, Honey's get them a little loose. Now, men,
- 4:09men never lose theirs, because it's like it's like the sunglass theory,
- 4:12where if you buy a super cheap hair sunglasses, no matter what you do,
- 4:15you'll never lose them. Correct, But a you know, ladies ring
- 4:17gonna be generally a little more expensive. So this woman, though she lost
- 4:21her ring, absolute nightmare situation. She mistakenly threw away her beloved wedding ring
- 4:28in the trash brutal So what does she do? I was gonna say,
- 4:32in that situation, you're, of course as gross as it's gonna be.
- 4:35You're gonna go through every single garbage bag that you possibly can. But she
- 4:39knew it was too late because they'd already thrown out the garbage. It'd been
- 4:42picked up by sanitation workers. Okay, Austa Lavista ring gone forever. So
- 4:47she calls the sanitation company, no pleading her case. She's desperate. This
- 4:53ring from her husband means the world to her. Ah, So she talks
- 4:57to the workers and she gave them particular Now, what time the husband threw
- 5:00the trash out, what was in the trash bag, and what kind of
- 5:04car he was driving? Even if that helps, what So yeah, well
- 5:09apparently they had to go somewhere to drop the trash off. Okay, God,
- 5:12I'm like, I'm really confused. So the sanitation workers, the heroes
- 5:15that they are, they literally went to work digging through twenty tons of trash
- 5:23to find this woman's diamond ring. Twenty tons, you know how much a
- 5:26ton is? And then how I mean, you've seen a dump, how
- 5:30are you going to even everybody uses either a black or white trash bag,
- 5:35even if it's within that area, how are you gonna know that that's the
- 5:39one you open? I mean, none of that makes sense. Literal needle
- 5:42in a haystack, now, I know, because I've watched enough like true
- 5:45crime stuff, like if there's a body or something they're looking for, then
- 5:47they can narrow it down. Like in the landfill, they kind of have
- 5:50an idea of when and where they would have dumped the load. And you
- 5:54can find a body if you need to. But it, but a ring,
- 5:58Yeah, first of all, even if it's a three carrot ring,
- 6:00say anything like this is gonna be tough. Well, guess what A man
- 6:03After his team dug through twelve feet of trash bags, they finally found the
- 6:11right bag. They were able to identify it, and after a short search
- 6:15through that bag, they found the ring. So how long are we talking?
- 6:24Literally two days of digging through this garbage, Which that's my question if
- 6:29you say yes to this one, I mean, where does it end?
- 6:31Like? Who's paying these workers to be digging for a ring? And you
- 6:34know, again, I'm a part of a neighborhood group. We're all of
- 6:39these guys doing this, and nobody was picking up the garbage for everybody else
- 6:43in the neighborhood. And meanwhile, the Johnson's can is just overflowing because nobody's
- 6:46picking it up. Nothing ruffles my feathers like the garbage not getting picked up.
- 6:50Is that right? That gets you? It gets me, Yeah,
- 6:55throws me into a realtism. They go out there and what the heck?
- 6:58That's crazy? Did she given? Where's the of the story? Is there
- 7:00a reward issue? No taking? She says here, she didn't even say
- 7:04thanks. Taking a minute in the morning, Seven, ladies and gentlemen,
- 7:11without further ado, our special guest are you out there? I can hear
- 7:14him coming down the hall. Come on in, ladies and gentlemen, direct
- 7:16from the north pole. Mister Santa Claus Oh there he is man himself.
- 7:25Good morning. I'm mistakeable. I mean that voice we've heard him on the
- 7:30Santa hot line. If your kid's been calling the numbers seven to one,
- 7:32four nine nine six nine, year three, and we never thought we'd possibly
- 7:36get you here this time year. So Santa, how are you well?
- 7:39I've been doing okay at the North Pole. Things are getting really busy up
- 7:43there, which is how it goes. But I do enjoy all those phone
- 7:46calls on the Santa hat line. Let me tell you, I love hearing
- 7:47those things. Well, yeah, we're happy to be the middleman here.
- 7:50Now what's the travel time from the North Pole down here to Fargo? I
- 7:54have not map quest. I can disclose that information because of the magic that
- 7:58I possess. Wow, I'm just a little nervous. I mean I have
- 8:01to ask Santa. I feel like it was a good year. Am I
- 8:03on the naughty or nice list this year? Oh? Come on, be
- 8:09honest, because we all know the answer. Santa Baby, just put you
- 8:13on the naughty list right there. That's like sin number one. You do.
- 8:16Now try to Santa claus in with your black magic. Okay, okay,
- 8:24what about what about Pike? Naught your nice What do we think?
- 8:26Oh? I would say he has also been on the naughty list. I'm
- 8:28sorry, Pike, But now is there any redeeming or is it too late
- 8:33in the game? Can it like one good deat? Because on Home Alone
- 8:35they say good deeds count for extra on Christmas Eve? This is true?
- 8:39Well, there is some time. There is some time. Now nobody asks
- 8:43you, I'm sure because we always talk about what our favorite Christmas movie is?
- 8:46Do you have a favorite? Ask Santa Claus? Oh, good question,
- 8:48Pike. It's the Tim Allen one, isn't it. It is the
- 8:52Santa Claus. That's a good one. O G. How do you feel
- 8:56about the sequels? Though? Okay, okay, that's general census. Okay,
- 9:01fan of Home Alone? Oh yeah, oh okay. All right.
- 9:03Now we have another actually even more special guest, arguably in the studio,
- 9:07James from the Afternoon. Soll come on over, Jams, I mean,
- 9:09come on, the more, the more, the uh Mary Live on Facebook
- 9:15morning to Yolanda, She's pretty jack to see Santa this morning, Diane saying
- 9:18good morning to Pike, Amanda and Santa. Good morning. Now the reason
- 9:22you're in town, I believe anyway, is because Saturday we're having our special
- 9:26event at Sweet Shots. It's the PJ Party that is the special reason.
- 9:30So you're in town a couple of nights early where they putting you out bed
- 9:33over so everyone will come see how smart that's smart. Just just say you're
- 9:39at the Radison. Okay, time now. It's very exciting to have you
- 9:43because you know the event which is benefiting our big Christmas wish. I'm sure
- 9:46you've heard of that, right. We help families all year long, so
- 9:50we want to raise a little money and in doing so, we want to
- 9:52give the kids just a heck of a fun day. Yeah, we're super

- 10:07sort of the headline. Yeah, but they can take their picture with you,
- 10:11they can wear they're matching jammies. But there is a full one and
- 10:13Santa, get ready, your belly's gonna be full. Sweet Shots and Cisco
- 10:18putting together a breakfast for you a warm one too. Yeah, no,
- 10:22I assume you'll already have a bowl full of jelly. Is then that the
- 10:26thing? Oh yeah, that I heard about this bowl full of jelly jeams?
- 10:31You know what I'm talking about? Right? Yeah? From that for
- 10:33us? Now I see the jelly, I think. I mean we also
- 10:41because we're at Sweet Shots, we're gonna be able to golf because they got
- 10:43their golf bays open. Do you do any golfing up in the North Pole
- 10:46or I don't know what the season's like. When I take vacation, then
- 10:50yeah, I go golfing, gotcha? Not in the North Pole. There's
- 10:52no golf course. It probably goes to the South Pole for a little vacate
- 10:56like most not a lot of Bermuda grass for the Globe, James, do
- 11:01have any questions for the guests? Honestly, I'm just in awe right now
- 11:07walking work in the Santa Claus, just sitting around the guy. I don't
- 11:11mean to stir things up, but I know if you guys have heard these
- 11:15rumors as well. But was there possible trouble with missus Claus? Did I
- 11:18hear that correctly? You guys go through a little something back in summer.
- 11:22I should not say on the air, something to do with one of the
- 11:24elves. What are you doing? Amanda was reporting it in the tea.
- 11:31Don't you remember that story? I do not. It was from Radar online,
- 11:35so questionable at best. I don't recall this. Oh, Santa Claus,
- 11:39it's such a treat. Thank you for joining us, Thank you for
- 11:41coming in. Enjoy your stay. Happen to be a part of it.
- 11:43Yeah, absolutely, it's going to be. It's gonna be amazing. Now,
- 11:46which do we have all the reindeer out out front or do you just

- 12:26free, Sanda don't all right, thank you, we appreciate it. Merry
- 12:28Christmas, Amanda in the morning on Big Already Ready, that'sy is piping hot
- 12:37today and now Amanda stills, let's see, let's see brought to buy JDP
- 12:43electric all right? Tonight is a finale for the Golden Bachelor. Who is
- 12:48Jare bear gonna pick? So it's down to Teresa or Leslie. I'm more
- 12:54of a fan of Leslie. Do not do not go on the internet and
- 12:58type in anything about Jerry because it automatically shows it's a spoiler alert. Yeah,
- 13:01they've never done that before, where it just shows what you say,
- 13:05they have to dig a little. We stopped watching. I think we watched
- 13:07the first one, but I keep seeing these promos. How did you stop?
- 13:11Unbelievable, isn't it it? Really? All I see is Jerry like
- 13:13sobbing, like he's just a mess on that shows it's ruined him. But
- 13:18what he has loved all of the ladies is what it comes down to.
- 13:22One of them. Faith I thought that that was who he was gonna go
- 13:26with. I have a feeling she might be the next Golden Bachelorette. I
- 13:28hope they do that. But it's not all sunshine and rainbows for jare Bear.
- 13:33Is that right? There is a lady that is calling him out after
- 13:37watching everything. She's like, Okay, I know he was going to be
- 13:39the Golden Bachelor, but now as time goes on and I'm listening to him
- 13:41and watching, I feel like I need to dish. Now she's not saying
- 13:46her real name. They're going by Carolyn. He was in a very serious
- 13:50relationship with him for almost two years, which is against everything we know about
- 13:56him. Well, yeah, because his wife passed away and he said he
- 13:58basically hasn't even kissed the lady sense, But this is since then three months
- 14:03after she died, they got together. So they were together for almost two
- 14:07years. She lived with him. In this interview, she said, I
- 14:09was packing for Jerry's high school reunion. That's just cute in general. The
- 14:16old tenure probably yeah, probably not set to take place October twenty nineteen.
- 14:20He looks at her and says, I'm not taking you to the reunion looking
- 14:24like that. She recalled while he was pointing in her body because she had
- 14:28put on ten pounds. Jerry, see that that's horrible. Of course,
- 14:33rights if that did happen. So then it led to their breakup. Jerry
- 14:37told her, you need to get out by January first, twenty twenty.
- 14:41She spent the first day packing alone. Jerry was gone. I guess,
- 14:45she says. She was so fragile, she frazzled. She fell down the
- 14:48stairs, required a trip to the hour. She ended up having a foot
- 14:52surgery the following day. May you ever get so frazzled that you just follow
- 14:54those stairs? Yeah? Well, Jerry was a little skeptical. He arrived
- 14:58home that night, accuser of falling as an excuse that she could maybe overstay
- 15:03her welcome. Wow. Interesting, I would like to hear Jerry say,
- 15:07I don't like now. If that weight thing is true, that's horrible.
- 15:11But the other things she was saying as if she was trying to spill all
- 15:13this tea. But she's saying, well, he was making me pay for,
- 15:16you know, my share of the bills, and I had to pay
- 15:18for my own du I okay, and you're adult. I know that's what
- 15:22happened. I don't like her. I don't like her. Piers Morgan is
- 15:26revealing the names of the two royals who allegedly had concerns about the skin coller
- 15:31of printerion. Megan Markle's son Archie. I feel like we haven't heard any
- 15:35royalty lately at all. It's been nice. So yeah, right, So
- 15:39there was a new biography that was released and it's audition a lot of stuff,
- 15:43and this is what Pierce says. I don't believe any racist comments were
- 15:48ever made by any of the royal family, and until there was actual evidence
- 15:52of those comments being made, I will never believe it. The royals who
- 15:56are named in this book are King Charles and Princess of Wales, and so
- 16:03that's Kate. Yeah. I mean I figured it was Dad, but I
- 16:07was pretty shocked by the Kate statement. Maybe, but then again, it's
- 16:11like Pierce saying, oh, I don't believe until there's proof. Well,
- 16:14there's not going to be proof. Nobody was recording it. It's just he
- 16:17said, she said classic one, right, A classic? He said,
- 16:19said, yeah, exactly, guess what he said. Travis Kelcey yesterday on
- 16:26his podcast with his brother, dished the little nickname that he calls Taylor Swift.
- 16:30It was so cute and everything about this had me giddy. Listen,
- 16:33she liked an Instagram announcement from the Chiefs about you breaking this record? All
- 16:38right now, thanks Tay, I appreciate you. What's this next question?
- 16:45Has she always been a fan of tight end receiving yards? Is she a
- 16:48big tight end receiving herds. I'm not sure it's a good question. Maybe
- 16:52I don't know. I don't know she's a fan of tight ends or not.
- 16:56As I mean, it's just gold, it's not gold. Horrible judge
- 17:00an immature joke, And I imagine Taylor is watching that interview going ooh,
- 17:03ooh, is this the guy have a crush on? Really really making tight
- 17:07end joke? It is probably like sitting all cuzzled, cozying up on the
- 17:12couch at his house at home. I think she's embarrassed. I've got to
- 17:17I've got soup on the stove for you. Why does he so tight end?
- 17:22I don't know. I don't know what he's saying with that, he's
- 17:26one step away from making it. That's what she said, joke. Come
- 17:29on, doesn't that make him likable? This sounds like a guy that's one
- 17:33of your friends from DGF high school. I don't think so. These are
- 17:36the same guys that say live in the dream. It says, I,
- 17:37I'm sorry, I don't associate with these people in the morning on Big Nutty
- 17:45eight point. Now here's what you need to know. Well, this is
- 17:51really scary you. I had seen the national headlines before the holidays, but
- 17:53now this mysterious dog illness is making its way into the FM area and even
- 17:59claim the life of at least one dog in the area. Just so sad.
- 18:02So the difficult part about this, according to vets, is that they
- 18:06really truly do not know what is going on. So it's kind of like
- 18:08a kennel cough. That's what you might think your dog has the chronic coffee
- 18:12sneezing, lack of energy, iron nose discharge, difficulty breathing, But all
- 18:17of these tests are being run are not kennel cough. I hope they can
- 18:22figure it out. They don't even have a name for it at this point.
- 18:25No, so they're saying the acute cases kind of develop as a severe
- 18:27pneumonia, but it can be life threatening and they say within twenty four to
- 18:30thirty six hours. The best thing to do right now to keep your pet
- 18:33safe is to ensure that they have and are up to date on all their
- 18:36vaccines, keep them home and far away from other dogs. Yeah, all
- 18:40I can do. It's Soliday season, Loliday season, and there is a
- 18:45new trend. Even though I feel like my mom did this. We also
- 18:48had a Christmas Treumada every room, one person does not a trend, make
- 18:53that is true. They say my mom wasn't all up on TikTok back in
- 18:56the day. But because it wasn't there, but the decor for your Christmas
- 19:02tree ornaments out. They're saying, just do bows? Ornaments are out?
- 19:06Is that what you're telling me? The face and saying ornaments are out for
- 19:08Christmas? This one had over ten billion views. I still love ornaments on
- 19:11my tree. I have a couple of bows, and like fo which channel
- 19:15is responsible for ruining Christmas? Which one? Do you think? It's not?
- 19:18Millennials? I know that all the Z we've been blamed, jen Z,
- 19:21what do we do it? Bows? Bows on a tree? Come
- 19:23on now? And they're doing just different vibes. So of course, Barbie,
- 19:26being as hot as it is, some people are putting just all kinds
- 19:29of big pink bows. Some are going the chanelle like black and white palette
- 19:33on it. Which would be pretty hate it, hate it. Christmas is
- 19:36red green and know I'll give you blue, you're not gonna give back to
- 19:41it. Mine is cream. You're not gonna go like the Tan neutral.
- 19:44I'm not in on cream Christmas. Sorry, not this year. Wow,
- 19:51all right, sorry to be a gring you really are so Tom Brady and
- 19:56Morgan Wallen. I feel like this is all a pr stunt for a match.
- 20:00Remember the yeah, the golf thing they did. Now, this was
- 20:03like the first one was very early during the pandemic when we were all at
- 20:06home and Tiger and Phil Micholson did the match where it's just them and they're
- 20:10miked up. Yeah, super interesting, especially for a big golf guy.
- 20:12You know, am I crazy? Didn't Tom Brady already do this? Yeah?
- 20:15It was him, Aaron Rodgers, Tiger and film That was awesome too.
- 20:18But then now since then they've had like random you know, artists and
- 20:22other athletes. This is kind of what I think they're leading into because Tom
- 20:26Brady he put a compilation video of himself golfing all up on Instagram and then
- 20:32he had Morganwallen's music in the background. Instantly, Morgan Wallen reposted it and
- 20:37said we're gonna be playing a match, and then he fired back LFG,
- 20:41let's go, And so it feels like it's a lame Yeah, that sounds
- 20:45scripted. That sound planned out, doesn't it. Yeah, they paid big
- 20:48Bucks as a marketing firm to come up with that. It's cute and they
- 20:52would be great. I'm a little worried about Morgan Wallen miked up on the
- 20:56course with a couple of beers, but it would be fun to see him
- 20:57beat Tom Brady. I feel like he is a just your average golfer.
- 21:02He goes out for events every once in a while. Not that good.
- 21:06Well, the thing about golf, Amanda, it's it's handicapped, so it
- 21:08really doesn't matter how good you are, it's all equal. You know what
- 21:11I'm saying. Don't you want me this kind of way? Don't man's playing
- 21:14golf to me? Dude? Well, it's I could beat Tiger in a
- 21:18match on any given day if we're playing with handy. I'm just talking about
- 21:21the match there. We don't need to get into details about that. I
- 21:23got time. How much time do we want to spend on me explaining the
- 21:26handicap system in golf? Well, today it's gonna be Sonny, Hi A
- 21:30thirty six, which is great. Looking ahead at your forecast, we're in
- 21:34the mid thirties for the next week. Week, maybe even forties next week.
- 21:40I could stay I could stay here for a couple have twenty rounds total.
- 21:42Okay, that's the average. And I'm just what do we have coming
- 21:45up? A lot of God suff we'renna check it on the Santa hot line,
- 21:48in fact, because that thing is piping out. You got kids and
- 21:51they want to have a direct line to Santa Claus to let him know what
- 21:53they want for Christmas. We got the Santa hot line seven on one four
- 21:56nine nine six nine zero three. Come on, get up on Dagny eight
- 22:03point seven. You want to spect a thing. When you hear that telephone
- 22:07by friends, fucking number this lesson by friend? Sony want arrested by friend.
- 22:18So this guy's brother just hit us up because this guy runs a snow
- 22:22removal service riding. You know, it's that time of year, so he's
- 22:23looking for hen looking for all the help he can get. His brother thought
- 22:26it'd be funny to mess with him. So, oh God, all right,
- 22:29if we can help him out. All this is Doug. Yees,
- 22:34say, Doug, Jacob Dingleheimer here, young man, interested in plowing snow
- 22:38for you this winter? Oh? Nice, you saw the ad. Oh
- 22:42that's all. Yes, absolutely, I know you're looking for help to plow
- 22:47that snow out this winter, and I would be extremely interested in the job.
- 22:51Okay, Uh, let's just start with a couple of questions. What
- 22:55sort of experience do you have? Well? I have plowed plenty of snow
- 22:57over the years, enough so that my friends and family actually refer to me
- 23:02as the old plow horse. That gives you any indication of the qualification,
- 23:08I guess it does, Yeah, the old plow horse. So one of
- 23:11the questions I'm asking everyone who's applying is is if you're going to be able
- 23:15to start as soon as the next snowfall? Next snowfall, Doug, I
- 23:18gotta be honest. I do have my niece's birthday party coming up here.
- 23:22I'd hate to miss it, you know, right, there's no way for
- 23:26you to forecast at this point. There's no definitive date, you know,
- 23:30for the next snowfall. So you know we can't possibly say, oh,
- 23:33that's going to be on your niece's birthday, right, Well, yeah,
- 23:36exactly. There's no way to say for sure, so hate to risk it
- 23:38as all. No, obviously I'll be ready to go for the next one.
- 23:41You know, this job requires you to be available, you know,
- 23:45when they're a major snowfalls, So you know, can I get a confirmation
- 23:48that gues indeed you will be available for that second snowfall? Second snowfall?
- 23:52Geez again here, I hate to have this already be an issue. But
- 23:56my dad, you know, well, Dad, he's set to retire from
- 23:59the post off later this month. And you know, Doug, I just
- 24:00kicked myself if I wasn't able to be there to wish him well at the
- 24:03retirement party. So look, are you even available for this job? Because
- 24:10you're calling asking to apply for this job, and what you're also telling me
- 24:12is that you're not available for this job. So which is it? Because
- 24:15I'm getting mixed messages right Listen, Doug, I feel like our wires are
- 24:19crossed here. You said winter is kind of specifically when you're looking for the
- 24:23help. Winter is when snowfall happens, so yes, and that is when
- 24:26we're looking for help. Yeah, so actually, God, I must have
- 24:30read the ad wrong or something. But you actually spend my winters down in
- 24:34Arizona, so I probably wouldn't be able to start till maybe May. May.
- 24:40Yeah, you want a job as already flowed snow, and you'd want
- 24:44to start in May. Possible. About what you're saying, snowfall in the
- 24:48summertime, it just depends on when the last snowfall is. We generally come
- 24:51back once the snow is all gone. So if you need any help,
- 24:53then just let me know. Okay, you got my number again. Why
- 24:56would I help flowing snow that's not there? You know, I just heard
- 25:00about the job from your brother Randy. He said I had to call you
- 25:03and ask about it. Said I'd be the perfect candidate. How do you
- 25:07know Randy, Oh, Randy, I don't he He just listens to our
- 25:11radio show. That's how I know him. And he wanted us to prank.
- 25:15Call you, Doug, so cats out of the bag. My man,
- 25:18this is not an actual job applicant. This is a prank. This
- 25:22is a radio show and tale called Pike and a Band in the Morning.
- 25:26O my god, and Doug, you have been the victim of the little
- 25:29thing we do called Pike's Prank. Bod Blood is boiling right now, Randy
- 25:32is going to hear it from me. You have no idea. You really
- 25:36thought you had the old plow horse on the hook. Yeah, the old
- 25:38plow horse is the worst job applicant in the history of job applicant, the
- 25:44biggest idiot I've ever met. If you guys can say plow horse for me
- 25:47one more time, that'd be grant. Oh my god, sorry, Bud.
- 25:51Then, man, I'm sure you'll get plenty of qualified applicants. Your
- 25:52brother, Randy is a listener of the show, heard these prank calls and
- 25:56he thought it would be funny to mess with his brother, who's running the
- 25:59snow room Google companies, So you can blame him. Yeah, I'm going
- 26:02to He knows how hard it's been for me to find somebody. It's hard
- 26:04to find good health these days, you know, especially in all plowers.
- 26:07So best of luck to thanks for thanks for playing along, man, all
- 26:11right, thank you. K
