Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way as to take the prize. — 1 Corinthians 9:24The Christian life is a race—but it is not about competition or earning the prize. Run with endurance the race set before you, looking unto Jesus. He is the finish line and the reward. I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. The prize is not earned by running; the running shows you have already been called to the prize.
