Latest / The Paulie & Tony Fusco Show / SHAMEFUL behavior by Knicks, BIZARRE Coach of Year pick & Worst NBA Take EVER
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: On today's show, We're gonna throw a big bucket of
- 0:02Speaker 1: cold water all over this stupid Knicks championship run.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Let's go roll the intro. Sorry, you a lie. You
- 0:13Speaker 2: won't be for long you fuck.
- 0:14Speaker 3: It all right?
- 0:19Speaker 1: All right, yo yo, you dam and to your life
- 0:23Speaker 1: from Philly. It's the number one rated Polly and Tony
- 0:25Speaker 1: Fosco show, Yo yo yo. As always Polly Fools go
- 0:31Speaker 1: here with Tony Fosco and Tony Yo, huge.
- 0:34Speaker 2: And somewhat annoying show today.
- 0:36Speaker 1: You know you hear the liberal media out there, you know,
- 0:39Speaker 1: all of whom live within eight blocks of Park and
- 0:42Speaker 1: Madison Avenue there in New York. Well, you know they've
- 0:45Speaker 1: been feeding you out there. You know this propaganda lies
- 0:49Speaker 1: about this Knicks run, that they're so busy celebrating when
- 0:53Speaker 1: they aren't running the chop to eat salads.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Well, we're going to clear up their terrible lies.
- 0:57Speaker 1: And uh, we're also going to tell you some other
- 1:00Speaker 1: NBA news that's just gonna disgust you, yeah and terrible.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Also on the subject of disgusting, you know, we're gonna
- 1:06Speaker 1: show you a video of a sports take that's from
- 1:09Speaker 1: a semi famous, medium famous person. I'm not gonna exaggerate,
- 1:13Speaker 1: but it's literally the worst thing ever to be made
- 1:17Speaker 1: by humanity. Well, I mean other than our producer of course.
- 1:20Speaker 4: Yeah, you know that is if he was even made
- 1:23Speaker 4: by humans. You know, he's probably an alien.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Yeah that's true. Well, he's definitely a douchebag. We know that,
- 1:29Speaker 2: we know that.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Sure, look at him today again, he has the goal
- 1:33Speaker 1: to show up wearing a Knicks hat.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Disgusting. No wonder he didn't want to start the show,
- 1:38Speaker 2: you know.
- 1:39Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly, I'm going to be starting something of fire
- 1:42Speaker 4: in his apartment.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Yeah, you got anything to say for yourself?
- 1:47Speaker 3: I'm not saying anything.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Good because nobody wants to hear it anyway, or nothing
- 1:52Speaker 1: of that, but it's something you do need to hear.
- 1:54Speaker 1: It's some feedback for you, you know, your people out there.
- 1:58Speaker 1: It's like, yeah, tells every week. You gotta like your
- 2:01Speaker 1: subscribe to comment.
- 2:03Speaker 2: What are you? What are you so busy doing? What
- 2:05Speaker 2: do you do all this stuff? You obviously have time.
- 2:07Speaker 1: To watch the show, do something else, you know, right,
- 2:10Speaker 1: how much you hate the Knicks.
- 2:11Speaker 4: So exactly, or tell us how much you hate our
- 2:15Speaker 4: producer because he reached the comments and can use the feedback.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Yeah he could use the feedback, Yeah he can. Anyway.
- 2:22Speaker 1: All right, enough about that, let's get right into our
- 2:25Speaker 1: top story.
- 2:26Speaker 2: Story that right first out the gate.
- 2:30Speaker 1: As you've probably heard from some blout obnoxious New Yorker,
- 2:32Speaker 1: the Knicks are in the NBA Finals for the first
- 2:35Speaker 1: time since nineteen ninety nine. And you know, this is
- 2:38Speaker 1: a big deal for them, I guess, you know, because
- 2:40Speaker 1: you know, unlike us, the Sixers, well you know, we've
- 2:42Speaker 1: been to the NBA finals this century, so you know,
- 2:45Speaker 1: lackly do it. But Knicks fans, you know, that's an
- 2:48Speaker 1: entire millennium ago for them. And well, since this is
- 2:50Speaker 1: a once every millennium event, well, the ticket prices for
- 2:54Speaker 1: these Knicks Finals, well they're setting records.
- 2:56Speaker 3: You know.
- 2:56Speaker 1: The cheapest tickets are our four thousand dollars in the
- 2:59Speaker 1: court side seats selling for well over one hundred thousand bucks.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Now bipul is saying, well, this is too expensive and
- 3:05Speaker 1: a lot of New Yorkers are going to get shut out.
- 3:08Speaker 2: But that's not true, right Tony, No, not at all.
- 3:12Speaker 4: New Yorkers from all different walks of life will be
- 3:15Speaker 4: at these games, you know, CEOs CFOs coos Ben Stiller.
- 3:23Speaker 4: You know, board members, post relatives of board members, Tracy Morgan,
- 3:30Speaker 4: senior board members, venture capitalists, your Angel Investors, board members
- 3:38Speaker 4: of the Angel Investment, hedge funds, Timothy Shallome, and Fat Joe.
- 3:44Speaker 4: It's just going to be so terrific to see the
- 3:47Speaker 4: whole city represented there.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Yep. And you know, if you are one of those
- 3:51Speaker 1: Knicks fans still out there, you know thinking the prices
- 3:53Speaker 1: are too high and that certain fans like yourself are
- 3:56Speaker 1: going to be priced out. Well, you know, Tony, you
- 3:59Speaker 1: had some great perspective on this that tell the people.
- 4:02Speaker 2: You know, it all depends how you look at it.
- 4:05Speaker 4: Sure, the average ticket is around fifty g's, but when
- 4:09Speaker 4: you think about it, that really lines up with what
- 4:12Speaker 4: kidneys are going for on the black market. And since
- 4:16Speaker 4: you only need one kidney, you could easily sell a kidney.
- 4:20Speaker 4: Then you're basically getting your Knicks Finals ticket for free
- 4:24Speaker 4: when you think about it, and you know, if you
- 4:26Speaker 4: want to go a little extra and spring for a
- 4:28Speaker 4: court side seat, then you just sell both kidneys, which
- 4:32Speaker 4: means you'll get a chance to spend the final night
- 4:35Speaker 4: of your life watching basketball and sitting next to Kylie Jenna.
- 4:40Speaker 4: I mean when you think about that, that's not a
- 4:43Speaker 4: bad way to die at all. You could keel over
- 4:47Speaker 4: and die directly on Kylie Jenner's ass.
- 4:50Speaker 2: What's better than that?
- 4:52Speaker 1: Not much, don't just a terrific basketball breakdown and also
- 4:55Speaker 1: organ harvesting breakdown. But you know again, you know these
- 5:00Speaker 1: New Yorkers they're getting so excited about this team.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Well we're not, and there's several reasons there.
- 5:05Speaker 1: But first of all, you know, this team may be
- 5:08Speaker 1: called the New York Knicks, but half the players Jalen
- 5:12Speaker 1: Brunsa and Josh Hart, McHale Bridges, they're.
- 5:14Speaker 2: All from Villanova.
- 5:16Speaker 1: So personally, I find it disgusting that the state of
- 5:20Speaker 1: New York is so proud of brazenly stealing these players
- 5:25Speaker 1: from the great state of Pennsylvania.
- 5:26Speaker 2: It's disgusting, isn't it that? It's shameful?
- 5:29Speaker 4: Personally, I think it should be illegal to move players
- 5:33Speaker 4: across state lines like this. I mean, what did George
- 5:37Speaker 4: Washington name our country? He named it the United States
- 5:42Speaker 4: of America. And if we can't respect state lines, then
- 5:46Speaker 4: the very fabric of our countries in jeopardy. I mean,
- 5:50Speaker 4: what's gonna happen next? If a high schooler in Texas
- 5:54Speaker 4: is really good at basketball. Are the Knicks just gonna
- 5:57Speaker 4: come and kidnap them and take them to New York?
- 6:00Speaker 4: Are they just gonna rip seven year olds away from
- 6:02Speaker 4: their mothers just because the kid put up forty points
- 6:05Speaker 4: and grabbed twenty rebounds in a Pee Wee League basketball game.
- 6:09Speaker 2: It's a very slippery slope.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Terrific but also alarming perspective that, Tony, And I mean,
- 6:16Speaker 1: you know, this is why I've never understood why when
- 6:19Speaker 1: players get drafted to the NBA, they pay the player.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Shouldn't you pay the college?
- 6:25Speaker 1: I mean exactly, the college just spent all this money
- 6:28Speaker 1: to develop the player, and then these games just stealing
- 6:31Speaker 1: for nothing, you know, like you know what, Steve Apple
- 6:34Speaker 1: invented the phone, Well, you didn't pay the phone.
- 6:38Speaker 2: No paid Steve Apple. Exactly.
- 6:40Speaker 1: That's why I only think there's only one fair solution,
- 6:43Speaker 1: hit Tony, and that's basquet skipboard.
- 6:47Speaker 4: Of course, I was thinking the same exact thing personally.
- 6:52Speaker 4: If the Knicks win the NBA Finals, then I think
- 6:55Speaker 4: they owe Villanova about a billion.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Dollars by my calculation.
- 7:00Speaker 4: And you know, on that note, I'm still waiting for
- 7:03Speaker 4: the Lakers to pay the two hundred and ninety billion
- 7:06Speaker 4: dollars they owe to lower Mary in high school. For
- 7:10Speaker 4: Kobe Bryant, it's long overdue.
- 7:13Speaker 2: It's long overdue. Couldn't agree bought.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Tony And you know why we're discussing this shameful next team.
- 7:19Speaker 1: It must be said that I, for one, am truly
- 7:22Speaker 1: disgusted by the behavior of the entire Knicks organization during
- 7:26Speaker 1: this playoff run.
- 7:27Speaker 2: You know, you're beating both.
- 7:29Speaker 1: The Sixers and the Cabs in four straight games. You know,
- 7:32Speaker 1: in my day, we had a little something called a
- 7:35Speaker 1: gentleman's sweep. You know, you'd at least have the class
- 7:39Speaker 1: at comin decency to let a team win one game
- 7:42Speaker 1: in the series.
- 7:43Speaker 4: You know, Donny, it's so disgusting, But this is just
- 7:47Speaker 4: typical of New Yorkers, totally rude, just shoving people out
- 7:51Speaker 4: of their way, always in a hurry to get somewhere,
- 7:55Speaker 4: whether it's to Penn Station or the NBA Finals. They're
- 7:59Speaker 4: just so totally classless. Those told New York garbage focks. Meanwhile,
- 8:05Speaker 4: look at the Sixes when we beat the Celtics in
- 8:08Speaker 4: the first round. We allowed this series to go seven
- 8:12Speaker 4: games and let them win three times, because that's who
- 8:15Speaker 4: we are, true gentlemen.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Just so beautifully said that, Dony, And well, you know,
- 8:22Speaker 1: on that note, I guess we do have to show
- 8:25Speaker 1: a little class ourselves, well, you know, more class than
- 8:28Speaker 1: we even usually do, because in the past, I guess
- 8:32Speaker 1: we did take a couple you know, five shots, as
- 8:35Speaker 1: they say, Yeah, Knicks owner James Dolan.
- 8:38Speaker 2: Yeah, And well, now that the.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Knicks are in the finals, I guess we do owe
- 8:44Speaker 1: him a bit of an apology for the things we
- 8:47Speaker 1: said about him, you know.
- 8:48Speaker 4: Dony, Yeah, you know me personally, I want to take
- 8:52Speaker 4: this moment to apologize to James Dolan for insulting him
- 8:56Speaker 4: through the years. I may have been a bit hasty,
- 9:00Speaker 4: and I called him a total for brains, you know,
- 9:03Speaker 4: and and also a brained ass clown and a real
- 9:09Speaker 4: fucking ass with the field head and a mother fucking
- 9:14Speaker 4: empty filled helmet with the stupid fucking face. And also
- 9:20Speaker 4: when I said he's like if Gonorrhea became an NBA owner,
- 9:25Speaker 4: and I wish he had been on that submarine that imploded,
- 9:29Speaker 4: and and also that he looks like if Sean Connery
- 9:34Speaker 4: crossed with the guy from the Goonies, you know, the
- 9:37Speaker 4: deformed one, and also when I called him a useless
- 9:41Speaker 4: walking fox dick or was it a useless dead fox dick?
- 9:47Speaker 4: I can't remember off the top of my head. But again,
- 9:50Speaker 4: my deepest and most sincerest apologies.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Just such a class move by you, that, Tony. I'm
- 9:59Speaker 1: sure you Dolan is very appreciative, and of course, well
- 10:03Speaker 1: you know, there's more we could say about this next thing,
- 10:06Speaker 1: but we got to get to other, frankly more important
- 10:09Speaker 1: NBA gos. For some reason, the Celtics coach Joe Mizzoula
- 10:15Speaker 1: was named Coach of the Year, even though the Celtics
- 10:18Speaker 1: lost in the first round of the playoffs, and not
- 10:21Speaker 1: only that, they lost to the Sixers exactly by that math,
- 10:26Speaker 1: clearly the coach of the Year should have been Nick Nurse, right, Donny.
- 10:29Speaker 4: One, I mean, what lesson are we teaching now with
- 10:34Speaker 4: kids here that you should get an award for being
- 10:37Speaker 4: a loser. Would you give North Korea the award for
- 10:41Speaker 4: Country of the Year after they lost World War Two?
- 10:45Speaker 5: No?
- 10:46Speaker 4: Would you give the Titanic the award for both of
- 10:50Speaker 4: the year before they hit the iceberg?
- 10:53Speaker 5: No?
- 10:53Speaker 2: Of course not.
- 10:55Speaker 4: And that's why the NBA looks like fools here. They
- 10:58Speaker 4: look like total fools and talking about foolish.
- 11:01Speaker 1: You know, there are people out there calling SGA a
- 11:05Speaker 1: flopper right and saying he's getting an unfair amount of
- 11:09Speaker 1: foul calls. And they say, you know, when we bring
- 11:11Speaker 1: this up, that we have no right to complain because
- 11:14Speaker 1: they say Joe l Embiid is doing the same thing
- 11:17Speaker 1: and that he's a flopper.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Well, please, that's totally different, you know.
- 11:21Speaker 1: I mean, well you'll explain it, don'ty.
- 11:24Speaker 4: You see, Joel Embiid is just your average run to
- 11:27Speaker 4: the mill foul beta. But SGA, on the other hand,
- 11:32Speaker 4: is a master foul beta. I mean, I hear he's
- 11:36Speaker 4: practicing his master foulbating upwards of twenty times a day.
- 11:42Speaker 4: He does so much masterfoubating I've heard he's actually lost
- 11:47Speaker 4: interest in making any kind of physical contact with other people.
- 11:53Speaker 4: His master foubating is out of hand. This is why
- 11:57Speaker 4: I'm warning everyone in the league be careful about when
- 12:01Speaker 4: you're coming, you know, off a screen or reaching around,
- 12:05Speaker 4: you know, to grab those balls, because a master fal
- 12:09Speaker 4: beta like SGA will just start shooting uncontrollably so he
- 12:15Speaker 4: can get multiple shots off.
- 12:18Speaker 1: You know, it's sickening, It's absolutely sickening. Buttasketball analysis by
- 12:24Speaker 1: you as terrific as always, thank you. On the subject
- 12:27Speaker 1: of sickening other basketball news, there was an uproar after
- 12:31Speaker 1: ESPN's NBA insider Shams Sharania revealed that SGA had been
- 12:36Speaker 1: named the MVP for the season, even though Amazon had
- 12:40Speaker 1: been planning to reveal the news later on a thirty
- 12:44Speaker 1: minute special. Set the scream on that prime video so well,
- 12:48Speaker 1: you know, you can see why there was such an
- 12:50Speaker 1: outcry here, can't.
- 12:51Speaker 4: Oh, of course, I know I speak for most sports
- 12:55Speaker 4: fans when I say that once every year I build
- 12:59Speaker 4: my entire night around the NBA MVP announcement show. It's
- 13:04Speaker 4: the most exciting and thrilling thirty minutes that builds towards
- 13:07Speaker 4: that brief seven or eight seconds at the end. There
- 13:11Speaker 4: I have like one hundred people coming over to my
- 13:13Speaker 4: apartment to watch it. But when Shams broke the news,
- 13:17Speaker 4: I had to cancel the caterers in the DJ.
- 13:20Speaker 2: So thanks for nothing, Shams, Yeah, thanks for nothing. Ruined
- 13:24Speaker 2: our entire night.
- 13:25Speaker 1: But you know, on the subject to thankful, you out
- 13:29Speaker 1: there watching listening to this have something to be thankful
- 13:32Speaker 1: to us for, and that's of course the terrific promotions
- 13:36Speaker 1: now available at the exclusive official Fusco Work store. In fact,
- 13:41Speaker 1: we're giving you not one, but two incredible deals this
- 13:45Speaker 1: week too. You can get ten percent off orders of

- 13:53Speaker 1: And if you're too slow and lazy to get on
- 13:55Speaker 1: that deal, don't worry. You're lazy ass can get twenty
- 13:59Speaker 1: percent off every thing May thirty first through June eighth,
- 14:02Speaker 1: so your slow ass will have enough time to get
- 14:05Speaker 1: your life together and start buying you Click the link
- 14:08Speaker 1: in the description to see all the incredible official merch
- 14:12Speaker 1: and new designs we have waiting for you.
- 14:14Speaker 2: Yeah, let's go.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Well now we're gonna take a break. But when we
- 14:18Speaker 1: come back, no exaggeration to say, the worst sports take
- 14:22Speaker 1: in the history of time and you'll never believe who
- 14:25Speaker 1: it's from.
- 14:26Speaker 2: We'll be right back. Okay, We're back from break.
- 14:30Speaker 1: You know. And when you're in this business, you know,
- 14:33Speaker 1: everybody wants to be talking sports.
- 14:35Speaker 2: They see us, you know, living our life, you know, making.
- 14:38Speaker 1: A millions famous, you know, celebrity, legendary, and they want
- 14:41Speaker 1: to be us.
- 14:42Speaker 6: You know.
- 14:42Speaker 1: See, you start seeing everybody, every Joshmo getting in your business.
- 14:46Speaker 1: And well, sometimes you see somebody who's in another business
- 14:51Speaker 1: try to get into all business. Yeah, and that's what
- 14:54Speaker 1: we got going on here, because the other day we
- 14:56Speaker 1: saw this clip come up in one of our feeds,
- 14:59Speaker 1: and it's a sports take from a guy named John Morgan. Now,
- 15:02Speaker 1: if that name seems somewhat familiar, it's probably because you
- 15:05Speaker 1: drive on a highway somewhere or a freeway, because he's
- 15:08Speaker 1: the guy in those billboards that you see everywhere you're going.
- 15:13Speaker 1: You know, the Morgan and Morgan law farm. That's that's
- 15:15Speaker 1: the same guy. That's John Morgan. Well, apparently this guy
- 15:19Speaker 1: is now doing TikTok shorts about sports, and well, this
- 15:24Speaker 1: one came up the other day. Someone showed it to me.
- 15:27Speaker 1: I mean, he's going off on Philly. He's going off
- 15:30Speaker 1: on Embiid Pradosa. Go ahead, play that clip, play that club.
- 15:34Speaker 6: Here's some more bad news for you guys in Philly.
- 15:37Speaker 6: Embiid is never going to be what you hope he
- 15:41Speaker 6: can be. Why he has giraffe legs. Remember Sean Bradley,
- 15:47Speaker 6: he had giraffe legs. The guy down in San Antonio,
- 15:52Speaker 6: he's got giraffe legs. The kind of legs you're looking
- 15:55Speaker 6: for are Don Fitch legs. Those are stove pipes. Lebron
- 16:01Speaker 6: has stove pipes. Now I'm not Billy Ball or I'm
- 16:05Speaker 6: not an NBA guy, but I can tell you this.
- 16:08Speaker 2: I know enough.
- 16:08Speaker 6: If a guy has giraffe legs, he's not going to distance.
- 16:12Speaker 6: If you got the dog kit stove pipes, Lebron stove pipes,
- 16:17Speaker 6: you're going to distance.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Okay, Well, first of all, you know you're probably sitting
- 16:23Speaker 1: there confused, wondering where all those sound effects came from.
- 16:25Speaker 1: If you're listening to this, you apparently John's produca previously
- 16:29Speaker 1: worked at the Bozo the.
- 16:30Speaker 2: Clown Show, so you know that makes more sense. Yeah, exactly.
- 16:34Speaker 1: But you know the first thing here that I disagree
- 16:36Speaker 1: with on this stake is you know he's saying emb
- 16:38Speaker 1: has giraffe legs when Benyama giraffees.
- 16:40Speaker 2: Please, Personally, when.
- 16:41Speaker 1: I look at all the animals in the jungle, Tony,
- 16:44Speaker 1: my number one pick would be the giraffe.
- 16:46Speaker 4: You know, have you ever tried shooting a basketball over
- 16:52Speaker 4: a giraffe? You can't do possible, impossible, you know, And
- 16:56Speaker 4: you know, the giraffe, when you think about it, is
- 16:58Speaker 4: like the periscope of of the of the animal the jungle, Yeah,
- 17:03Speaker 4: the the And have you ever seen a lion eat
- 17:07Speaker 4: the leaves off a tree?
- 17:09Speaker 2: They can't do it. Only giraffes can do it. Exactly.
- 17:13Speaker 2: There you go, you know.
- 17:16Speaker 1: And by the way, who who is healthy for the playoffs?
- 17:20Speaker 2: Was it?
- 17:20Speaker 1: Was it the giraffe or was it the stovetop because
- 17:23Speaker 1: it certainly was not the stovetop or whatever he's talking
- 17:25Speaker 1: about the stovetop.
- 17:27Speaker 4: And also who's talking about stove pipes? This is twenty
- 17:31Speaker 4: twenty six. I've never seen a stove pipe in my life.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Yeah, but Dowdy, you know who is going to see
- 17:37Speaker 1: a stove pipe? John Morgan through his face. You think
- 17:42Speaker 1: you can argue anything, You can't argue a stove pipe.
- 17:46Speaker 4: Throw your seat ahead. Yeah, so you come to Philly,
- 17:49Speaker 4: bro and I'm here. Hold on some numbers on this show.
- 17:55Speaker 4: Unidentified number, Hold on, yeah, I'm live on it. Who's this?
- 18:01Speaker 1: This is Paul Giuseppe Foolsco also known as Paul PAULI Fulsco.
- 18:05Speaker 2: Yeah, who are you? Oh John Morgan calling?
- 18:11Speaker 1: Oh okay, oh what are you calling to apologize?
- 18:16Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 18:16Speaker 2: Oh oh so sue us, sue us. Oh no, no,
- 18:21Speaker 2: we're taking you on.
- 18:22Speaker 6: Bro.
- 18:23Speaker 2: Oh oh you got you got forty years of legal experience.
- 18:26Speaker 1: Oh yeah, well I got two months of chat GPT experience.
- 18:30Speaker 2: He's gone down your basset hound. Yeah, see you in court. Yeah,
