- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: All right, it's Thursday, Welcome to it. We are just
- 0:04Speaker 2: getting started over here. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 0:08Speaker 3: Dolly Parton has made a historic four point five million
- 0:11Speaker 3: dollar gift to Nashville Public Library. This is huge. With
- 0:15Speaker 3: the contribution, the Foundation plans to kick start a new
- 0:17Speaker 3: program that's called begin Bright, which is an initiative aimed
- 0:21Speaker 3: at ensuring reading literacy for kindergarten age children right here
- 0:24Speaker 3: in Nashville. She does all of this with her library
- 0:29Speaker 3: that she her Imagination Library Books. She's very much involved
- 0:33Speaker 3: in giving back to every community, but especially ours. So
- 0:37Speaker 3: they're going to also make a little library which is
- 0:39Speaker 3: like a small box that has a free book exchange
- 0:41Speaker 3: as well. It's all going to be filled with Dolly
- 0:44Speaker 3: Parton's Imagination Library books, and there's going to be other
- 0:47Speaker 3: Foundation resources to every childcare center in the county. We're
- 0:50Speaker 3: going to be seeing a lot of this coming spring
- 0:53Speaker 3: twenty twenty five, all of it really good stuff. There's
- 0:56Speaker 3: also going to be a new app that's going to
- 0:58Speaker 3: provide on demand digital early to receive training for parents
- 1:01Speaker 3: and teachers. This is going to span multiple different areas.
- 1:04Speaker 3: Four point five million dollars is a lot of money.
- 1:06Speaker 3: They're going to put it to good use. They're very
- 1:08Speaker 3: excited about it, obviously, so they get Dollypartment for always
- 1:12Speaker 3: caring in a world that can sometimes be a little scary.
- 1:15Speaker 3: Be a Dolly partner. How well, people, it's so worth it.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Apple is adding a new feature that lets you share
- 1:22Speaker 3: air tag data directly with airlines to help them find
- 1:25Speaker 3: your lost luggage. This is so pass you at this point,
- 1:28Speaker 3: but this is an amazing thing. So tracking your bag
- 1:31Speaker 3: with an air tag has become a popular thing since
- 1:33Speaker 3: they debuted back in I don't know, early twenty twenty,
- 1:37Speaker 3: twenty nineteen something around there. But people are very much
- 1:40Speaker 3: into it because they lose their bags all the time.
- 1:41Speaker 3: They want to know where they are. The problem is
- 1:43Speaker 3: you can see where your bag is, the airline could
- 1:45Speaker 3: never see where it is, and there's no way to
- 1:47Speaker 3: actually share it. But now there's going to be a
- 1:49Speaker 3: feature called Share Item Location, so you can send that
- 1:53Speaker 3: to the airline through the find my app and they
- 1:56Speaker 3: can find your bag. Delta has already partnered with Apple
- 1:59Speaker 3: on it, fourteen more airlines that have also signed up,
- 2:02Speaker 3: so you're gonna start to see this at pretty much
- 2:04Speaker 3: every airline. I don't see why they wouldn't do it,
- 2:06Speaker 3: but it's all going to start to slowly roll out.
- 2:10Speaker 3: And Smurda's kicking off the holiday season with a Christmas
- 2:13Speaker 3: tree lighting. So their highly anticipated Christmas tree lighting ceremony
- 2:16Speaker 3: is going to happen November twenty sixth from six to
- 2:19Speaker 3: eight pm at the historic smart Of train depot. There's
- 2:22Speaker 3: going to be a kid sing along, food trucks, and
- 2:24Speaker 3: of course photos with Santa. He's such a busy guy
- 2:28Speaker 3: around this time. I don't know how he does it
- 2:30Speaker 3: all obviously magic, but.
- 2:32Speaker 4: Like a lot of coffee too.
- 2:34Speaker 3: Yeah, gotta be a lot of coffee. I'm rick Sanchez
- 2:36Speaker 3: and those are the three things you need to know.
- 2:37Speaker 4: Thanks so much, Ricky.
- 2:38Speaker 2: We're excited over here because in less than an hour,
- 2:41Speaker 2: about six fifty one of our favorite Nashville bands, Nightly,
- 2:43Speaker 2: will be in studio with us making.
- 2:45Speaker 4: A big announcement This morning, Nightly Live on the River
- 2:48Speaker 4: This morning one.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Mannow in.
- 2:53Speaker 3: The morning, next Color of the Day Today on one
- 2:54Speaker 3: oh seven five the River is going to get a
- 2:56Speaker 3: spot at a very intimate campfire sessions with Jonah Murray.
- 3:01Speaker 4: I love that.
- 3:02Speaker 3: If you don't know who that is, you probably do.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Why Don't We is how he got his start. Now
- 3:06Speaker 3: he's doing some solo music. So we're gonna have some campfire,
- 3:09Speaker 3: some chill sash, some live music plays.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Yeah, it's gonna be very intimate. It's happening in the
- 3:15Speaker 2: twentieth We can't tell you where.
- 3:16Speaker 3: That's top secret, but super top secret, so we'll be
- 3:19Speaker 3: in on the secret.

- 3:22Speaker 2: three seven, nine, one oh seven. We've got a spot

- 3:36Speaker 3: Jonah Murray fan? Do you love Why Don't We? Do
- 3:39Speaker 3: you love campfires? Any of the above campfires?
- 3:42Speaker 2: Okay, we won't tell Joanah that you said that, but uh,
- 3:46Speaker 2: it's gonna be a great time. Maybe this will be
- 3:48Speaker 2: your first time like hearing him or anything, but it's
- 3:49Speaker 2: gonna be a really small, intimate, little campfire session with Jonah.
- 3:53Speaker 4: He's a singer of the band Why Don't We.
- 3:57Speaker 3: It's actually a lot of fun. We've done it before
- 3:58Speaker 3: with other artists and it's been really cool, so we're
- 4:01Speaker 3: really excited for this one. And Audrey, you are the
- 4:03Speaker 3: first color of the day on one O seven five
- 4:05Speaker 3: the River, so you're gonna come hang out with us.
- 4:09Speaker 4: Yeah, it'll be fun.
- 4:10Speaker 2: What are you up to this morning, Audrey?
- 4:13Speaker 4: Tell us what you do.
- 4:14Speaker 3: I'm working at Vanderbilt in radiology. Good for you, Audrey.
- 4:19Speaker 3: We are always impressed by anybody that's in the medical
- 4:21Speaker 3: field and any capacity.
- 4:23Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, thank you for doing that.
- 4:25Speaker 2: When we fill out forms about occupation, we all write
- 4:28Speaker 2: down radio, but then you keep.
- 4:30Speaker 3: Going wow, Kevin, Kevin.
- 4:34Speaker 4: I'm just trying to figure out how to make the
- 4:35Speaker 4: connection there.
- 4:38Speaker 2: I think there's a doing a dad joke and just
- 4:40Speaker 2: a bad joke.
- 4:41Speaker 4: I don't think that was a dead joke.
- 4:42Speaker 3: Okay, it was a bad joke.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Audrey, hang on the line for sex so we can
- 4:47Speaker 2: get some information and tell you where this top secret
- 4:49Speaker 2: show is going down.
- 4:50Speaker 4: But you'll be there on the twentieth. Okay, Okay, all right,
- 4:52Speaker 4: hang on.
- 4:53Speaker 2: We have another spot tomorrow and the week with the
- 4:56Speaker 2: spot and for this Tampfire session with Jonah, we have
- 4:58Speaker 2: more info on this in our Instagram.
- 5:00Speaker 4: I'm at one of seven five the River.
- 5:02Speaker 5: Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky, Zach
- 5:04Speaker 5: and Meno in the Morning, five the River.
- 5:08Speaker 3: It's Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning. We are
- 5:11Speaker 3: so excited. It's a big day here at the station.
- 5:14Speaker 3: It's a big day for everybody here in Nashville because
- 5:17Speaker 3: we got some big news coming. We get Nightly in
- 5:20Speaker 3: the studio.
- 5:25Speaker 4: We love these guys. They are here. They're kind of
- 5:27Speaker 4: hanging in our little green room area.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Or whatever it's like, you want to call it a office,
- 5:32Speaker 2: but they're here. They have a big announcement to make okay,
- 5:35Speaker 2: So we're gonna bring them in. We're gonna talk to
- 5:36Speaker 2: him right after Shabbooz You're gonna play a bar.
- 5:38Speaker 4: Song and then local fellas Nightly Live and studio.
- 5:41Speaker 5: So excited, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning
- 5:45Speaker 5: on the River.
- 5:48Speaker 3: So excited. Right now is a big, big morning for
- 5:51Speaker 3: Ricky Zachamano in the morning on one O seven five
- 5:53Speaker 3: the River. We have our friends Nightly in the studio
- 5:55Speaker 3: with us.
- 5:58Speaker 4: Thanks for coming, guys. You're the first guests we've had
- 6:01Speaker 4: in this brand new studio. Cracking it smells like it.
- 6:04Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 6:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 6:05Speaker 3: The whole reason that you're here is because you have
- 6:07Speaker 3: a huge announcement that I'm so excited for. I'm not
- 6:10Speaker 3: going to say what it is because it's your moment,
- 6:12Speaker 3: so you guys can say what it is. But this
- 6:14Speaker 3: is freaking huge.
- 6:15Speaker 6: We are headlining the Rhymen. I mean we've played every venue.
- 6:22Speaker 4: I feel like worked our way up.
- 6:25Speaker 6: Since we've been a band, you know, since like twenty
- 6:27Speaker 6: seventeen we started. Our first show was like a free
- 6:30Speaker 6: show at ACME.
- 6:32Speaker 1: No.
- 6:32Speaker 6: I don't know if they still even do those anymore.
- 6:34Speaker 3: Second floor, okay, second floor, first up the stairs exactly.
- 6:43Speaker 6: Yeah, and then twelfth and Porter and High Wi.
- 6:46Speaker 3: You guys did River on the rooftop with us, which
- 6:49Speaker 3: is what three years ago now?
- 6:50Speaker 6: Crazy? The lineup was Kane Us and Benson Boone. Yes,
- 6:55Speaker 6: it's crazy just to see how much he's taken off.
- 6:59Speaker 6: But yeah, we're gonna be more excited.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Man.
- 7:01Speaker 6: It's like the most iconic venue in Nashville.
- 7:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Have you guys ever been paid to do a show,
- 7:05Speaker 2: because you just.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Were.
- 7:13Speaker 7: We made enough money to go to RBS after one show,
- 7:15Speaker 7: which is nice.
- 7:16Speaker 3: I am like Nightley's number one fan. You guys know
- 7:19Speaker 3: that I'm always supporting you guys, always talking about you guys.
- 7:21Speaker 3: I think guys are amazing, and obviously to see you
- 7:23Speaker 3: guys do River on the rooftop and now the Rhyman, Yeah,
- 7:27Speaker 3: it makes me emotional, like genuinely, I'm freaking hyped for
- 7:30Speaker 3: you guys.
- 7:31Speaker 6: We've gotten so much support from you guys. It's been crazy,
- 7:34Speaker 6: like just throughout the years. So I definitely feel like
- 7:36Speaker 6: we couldn't do it without y'all. So we're really grateful.
- 7:39Speaker 6: I don't know, I think it'll hit me more when
- 7:41Speaker 6: we're there.
- 7:42Speaker 4: When is the show? What's the date?
- 7:44Speaker 6: May thirtieth? We got a little time, and then what's
- 7:47Speaker 6: the new music situation?
- 7:48Speaker 4: You're gonna be playing new stuff at this Rhyman show.
- 7:50Speaker 4: That's a great question. Yes we are.
- 7:54Speaker 6: Yeah, we're almost finished. Well actually this week we'll finish
- 7:57Speaker 6: up our album finished recording. Yeah.
- 7:59Speaker 3: Oh wow, we thought we were farther off than we were.
- 8:01Speaker 4: Yeah, and then we realized.
- 8:02Speaker 3: We're like, wait a second, we're like kind of done.
- 8:04Speaker 7: I actually just looked through our folder from all the
- 8:07Speaker 7: song starts we did for this album, and there was
- 8:09Speaker 7: ninety eight song starts on this album, but we're not
- 8:12Speaker 7: putting on It took us like eleven songs to get
- 8:16Speaker 7: to eleven that we really loved.
- 8:18Speaker 2: That's the most we've ever written for an album, I think.
- 8:19Speaker 2: And then do you guys ever, like, would you take
- 8:21Speaker 2: a if a song's not working, would you take a
- 8:23Speaker 2: little piece of it that you really like and plug
- 8:24Speaker 2: it into a different zone?
- 8:27Speaker 3: Yeah, I think I think sixty of those songs are
- 8:30Speaker 3: in another song.
- 8:31Speaker 6: So yeah, can we expect the new album right now?
- 8:34Speaker 6: We're shooting for February.
- 8:36Speaker 3: So we have months to memorize all of the words
- 8:39Speaker 3: for the rhyme and show so that we can sing
- 8:41Speaker 3: back to you guys, because I mean, obviously it's what
- 8:44Speaker 3: you want.
- 8:44Speaker 6: Yeah, Yeah, and we'll have the classics in there. We're
- 8:47Speaker 6: going to like play some old songs we haven't played
- 8:50Speaker 6: in a few years and just make it a special
- 8:52Speaker 6: especially rhyme. And that's going to be the last show
- 8:54Speaker 6: of the tour, which we are announcing a tour also.
- 8:57Speaker 3: We're going to be there obviously, and we're to be
- 8:59Speaker 3: a part of this the announcement because obviously we feel
- 9:02Speaker 3: very honored to be a part of the journey with
- 9:03Speaker 3: you guys.
- 9:04Speaker 6: We love you all. Thank you so much for the support,
- 9:06Speaker 6: and yeah, I'm just nice to see all of you guys.
- 9:08Speaker 3: Wait, you could buy her tickets to see them at
- 9:11Speaker 3: the Rhyman tomorrow morning ten am.
- 9:13Speaker 2: Love you guys, nightly and studio here at the River.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Thank you and congrats.
- 9:18Speaker 3: There you go. Three things you need to know.
- 9:21Speaker 2: Seven o'clock here in Nashville, Good morning, happen Thursday almost
- 9:24Speaker 2: to the weekend.
- 9:25Speaker 4: Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 9:27Speaker 3: Lady Gaga is going to star in the next season
- 9:30Speaker 3: of Wednesday. Details of her role and how extensive it's
- 9:33Speaker 3: going to be have not come out just yet, but
- 9:36Speaker 3: a sped up version of Lady Gaga's song Bloody Mary
- 9:39Speaker 3: from twenty eleven from her Born This Way album did
- 9:42Speaker 3: go viral when fans used it with a clip of
- 9:44Speaker 3: General Ortega as she was dancing as Wednesday Adams and
- 9:47Speaker 3: then obviously everybody started to mimic that dance and it
- 9:50Speaker 3: went super viral on TikTok for such a long time
- 9:52Speaker 3: you couldn't even open the app without seeing it, So
- 9:55Speaker 3: it kind of makes sense that they would incorporate her
- 9:57Speaker 3: in some way. Filming for the next season of Wednesday
- 10:00Speaker 3: has already started according to Jen Artega. So hopefully we
- 10:04Speaker 3: get some more info soon on Lady Gaga's role in
- 10:06Speaker 3: what she'll be playing, how long it's gonna be when
- 10:09Speaker 3: this season even comes out, hopefully really soon. Gonna keep
- 10:13Speaker 3: you posted once we know. Today is Red Cup Day
- 10:16Speaker 3: at Starbucks. So that means that you can order any
- 10:19Speaker 3: size holiday beverage. It can be hot, ice, blended, whatever
- 10:22Speaker 3: you want, and you're gonna get a free Grande Starbucks
- 10:25Speaker 3: reusable red cup. So when you use that reusable red
- 10:28Speaker 3: cup and bring it back to Starbucks store clean, you
- 10:31Speaker 3: gotta clean it. You're gonna get a ten cent discount
- 10:34Speaker 3: on your beverage every time. This is all part of
- 10:37Speaker 3: the initiative that Starbucks is doing to kind of cut
- 10:41Speaker 3: down on waste. They don't want to, they don't want
- 10:43Speaker 3: to cause more waste put out there into the universe.
- 10:46Speaker 3: So today Red Cup Day. It looks really cute. It
- 10:48Speaker 3: kind of looks like there's little peppermints on it is
- 10:51Speaker 3: kind of what it looks like little candy kens. It's adorable.
- 10:53Speaker 3: So today is the day to go grab yourself one. Sorry,
- 10:58Speaker 3: Lincoln Park is coming to Nashville. We'd chewing aarena just
- 11:01Speaker 3: announced it a little bit ago. So they're going to
- 11:03Speaker 3: be playing the venue on August twenty first of next year.
- 11:06Speaker 3: Tickets go on sale next Thursday, the twenty first, at noon,
- 11:10Speaker 3: so obviously get in there quick because these are going
- 11:12Speaker 3: to sell out. I don't even know the last time
- 11:14Speaker 3: that Lincoln Park toured.
- 11:15Speaker 4: It's been a long time, let alone the.
- 11:16Speaker 3: Last time that they were in Nashville. Yeah, so make
- 11:20Speaker 3: sure that you set an alarm, you set a reminder.
- 11:22Speaker 3: Next Thursday, the twenty first, at noon is when you
- 11:24Speaker 3: can grab those tickets. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are
- 11:27Speaker 3: the three things you need to know.
- 11:28Speaker 4: Thank you, Ricky.
- 11:29Speaker 2: We do have Zach Spax coming right after Sabrina Carpenter,
- 11:31Speaker 2: but in honor of Red Cup day over at Starbucks
- 11:35Speaker 2: Espresso on the River.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Yeah, that's why we're playing it, Ricky, Zach and Mannow
- 11:41Speaker 1: in the morning.
- 11:43Speaker 4: Zach Tooyd's factoids on one of seven five River. I
- 11:46Speaker 4: don't like that at all.
- 11:47Speaker 2: But okay, did you guys know that Nicki Minaj used
- 11:51Speaker 2: to work at Red Lobster.
- 11:52Speaker 4: Take a guess on why she got fired.
- 11:55Speaker 3: She ate too much lobster.
- 11:56Speaker 4: That's what some people eat. The food off the pleats. No,
- 11:59Speaker 4: this will not surprise. She chased a couple who didn't
- 12:01Speaker 4: tip her and stole her pin. So she got fired.
- 12:07Speaker 4: And that's your fact of the day, exactly it.
- 12:10Speaker 3: You want an altoid with your factoid? No, he hates us.
- 12:13Speaker 4: Right now, he's annoyed. Does that work?
- 12:20Speaker 3: Does that work?
- 12:22Speaker 1: Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky.
- 12:24Speaker 5: Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 12:25Speaker 2: I want to know what toy you would put in
- 12:27Speaker 2: the Toy Hall of Fame. That is a real thing.
- 12:30Speaker 2: It's one O, seven five the River. They just inducted
- 12:33Speaker 2: their twenty twenty four toys.
- 12:35Speaker 4: It's what is it? My Little Pony?
- 12:36Speaker 3: My Little Pony, Transformers and Phase ten are all on
- 12:39Speaker 3: the list. There are a few others. I didn't know
- 12:42Speaker 3: what Phase ten was.
- 12:43Speaker 4: It's like a card game. But I don't really use
- 12:44Speaker 4: em a part of my world.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Either, how to look it up.
- 12:46Speaker 3: I don't think it belongs in there. There's better toys
- 12:48Speaker 3: that you can pick.
- 12:49Speaker 4: Wow, Yeah, another Ricky hot take.
- 12:51Speaker 3: Like Polly Pocket.
- 12:52Speaker 2: See, okay, that's what Ricky would pick. Six seven, three, seven,
- 12:55Speaker 2: nine seven. What is the iconic toy in your life
- 12:58Speaker 2: that you would put in this hall?
- 12:59Speaker 1: Of Fame, Ricky Zach and Meadow in the morning.
- 13:05Speaker 4: Seven five the River. We're talking about iconic toys.
- 13:08Speaker 2: They just announced what toys made it into the National
- 13:10Speaker 2: Toy Hall of Fame for twenty twenty four.
- 13:12Speaker 4: So we're asking you what you would put in. Sandra
- 13:14Speaker 4: and Nashville. Go ahead, jack jacks.
- 13:17Speaker 2: Okay, you're throwing an old school Yeah, Ricky, do you think.
- 13:22Speaker 4: You know how to play jacks?
- 13:24Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 13:24Speaker 3: I used to play jacks.
- 13:25Speaker 4: Oh, you bounce the ball, try.
- 13:26Speaker 3: And then me pick up the jacks.
- 13:27Speaker 4: Okay, yeah, I'm impressed.
- 13:29Speaker 3: I mean I'm young, I know, but I haven't played jacks,
- 13:33Speaker 3: not that young anymore.
- 13:34Speaker 4: Thank you, Sandra, Love you, Love you.
- 13:37Speaker 3: Calan Franklin, what would you add to the National Toy
- 13:40Speaker 3: Hall of Fame? I would add bague That was like
- 13:44Speaker 3: my child's favorite bag leads. Yes, those were the little
- 13:47Speaker 3: They were like little discs.
- 13:48Speaker 6: Right yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, and you spin them against
- 13:51Speaker 6: each other.
- 13:52Speaker 4: Yeah it is. I'm thinking about POGs. You're making me
- 13:54Speaker 4: think of POGs, but I don't know.
- 13:55Speaker 3: It's a pog.
- 13:56Speaker 4: Oh, probably pretty similar to whatever you guys talking about.
- 14:00Speaker 3: I'm guessing your version of baglades were POGs.
- 14:03Speaker 4: Yeah, do you know what POGs are?
- 14:04Speaker 1: Cow?
- 14:05Speaker 5: I did not?
- 14:06Speaker 2: Okay, generation yeah here, okay, Well, thank you for calling, buddy.
- 14:10Speaker 4: Baguely, I'm gonna you too. Are you saying baguely?
- 14:15Speaker 3: No, not baguely?
- 14:17Speaker 4: What were you saying?
- 14:18Speaker 3: Bague lades? They're like these little like you would literally
- 14:21Speaker 3: like battle in like a like colisseum almost of these
- 14:24Speaker 3: like little discs and they would hit into each other.
- 14:27Speaker 4: Still don't know what they're called.
- 14:29Speaker 2: Hi, Laura and Hendersonville, go ahead, what toy would you
- 14:31Speaker 2: put in the toy Hall of Fame?
- 14:33Speaker 7: I heard the thing about Babel.
- 14:34Speaker 3: Those are my kids like those highlight. My favorite was
- 14:39Speaker 3: moon shoes.
- 14:40Speaker 5: They were like trampoline moonshoes.
- 14:43Speaker 3: So cool.
- 14:44Speaker 2: Yes, I will say I was a little disappointed when
- 14:47Speaker 2: I got them because they didn't do what they did
- 14:48Speaker 2: on a commercial.
- 14:50Speaker 4: Well, I don't know.
- 14:51Speaker 7: I had a good time.
- 14:54Speaker 3: They were really cool. I thought that's such a great throwback. Wow,
- 14:59Speaker 3: I'm like thinking back now to using those. Yeah, what
- 15:02Speaker 3: a simpler time.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Playing with your baked blades or whatever you guys are
- 15:06Speaker 2: telling bag blades.
- 15:09Speaker 4: Laura, thank you for calling.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Thank you for me the only thing I would literally
- 15:13Speaker 2: the only hall of Fame would be empty except from Mario.
- 15:16Speaker 4: It would just be Mario and nothing else. That's all
- 15:18Speaker 4: I care about.
- 15:19Speaker 2: Really, Mario was the only video game I ever cared
- 15:22Speaker 2: About's all I wanted to do. Still to this A'm
- 15:24Speaker 2: not a gamer, but Mario games are the only video
- 15:27Speaker 2: games I care about.
- 15:28Speaker 3: Interesting, they just got that hold on you.
- 15:31Speaker 2: Six one, five, seven, three seven nine one seven. If
- 15:33Speaker 2: you want to chime in, what would you put in
- 15:34Speaker 2: the Toy Hall of Fame?
- 15:35Speaker 3: I just want to say, I looked up POGs not
- 15:38Speaker 3: nearly as cool as bay Blades.
- 15:40Speaker 4: Are you saying, bait? What are you saying?
- 15:42Speaker 3: Bag Blades?
- 15:44Speaker 5: Your new companion to that morning copy Ricky, Zach and
- 15:48Speaker 5: mannow in the morning.
- 15:49Speaker 3: Okay, Annie, tell us what toy you would add to
- 15:52Speaker 3: the National Toy Hall of Fame.
- 15:55Speaker 4: Who know? Of course that is a classic.
- 15:57Speaker 3: It's a great game.
- 15:58Speaker 2: I played, you know, when I was a kid with
- 16:00Speaker 2: my family, My brother and I played a ton in college.
- 16:02Speaker 4: I play with my kids now.
- 16:04Speaker 3: It's timeless, Annie, how old are you tense? See? Yeah,
- 16:08Speaker 3: transcends time. If Kevin played when he was ten, that
- 16:12Speaker 3: means it's been around for a very long time. Annie.
- 16:15Speaker 2: Wow, Okay, Yeah, Thank you, Annie. I'm only forty one
- 16:20Speaker 2: this model. All right, Annie, have a great day. Thank
- 16:23Speaker 2: you for calling.
- 16:24Speaker 3: Thank you bye, Love Billy and Catherine and Dixon. What
- 16:27Speaker 3: toy would you add to the National Toy Hall of Fame? Voltron?
- 16:32Speaker 4: Vultron?
- 16:32Speaker 2: Was Vultron a standalone thing? Or is Vultron a part
- 16:35Speaker 2: of like a different universe?
- 16:37Speaker 3: Vultron the Defender of the universe? Vultron Defender of the Universe? Okay,
- 16:43Speaker 3: sounds intense.
- 16:44Speaker 2: I might be crazy, but I think they're currently making
- 16:47Speaker 2: a Vultron movie.
- 16:48Speaker 5: Yes they are, Okay, so.
- 16:50Speaker 4: That's coming soon.
- 16:50Speaker 3: Vultron's coming back twenty twenty five, it says, yes. Henry Cavil, Oh, yeah.
- 16:54Speaker 4: Superman, he's gonna be a lead.
- 16:57Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 16:57Speaker 1: And it's not in there.
- 16:58Speaker 3: We checked.
- 16:59Speaker 2: I'll see what I can do. Kevin's got some fun,
- 17:04Speaker 2: all right, thanks for calling.
- 17:05Speaker 4: Thanks, we'll do one more.
- 17:07Speaker 2: Nellan Murphy's bro. What toy would you put in there?
- 17:10Speaker 4: Uh?
- 17:10Speaker 3: Tom Gotti, Oh my god, Yes, Tamagotchi was so fun.
- 17:14Speaker 3: But by Toamagotchi's would always die.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 17:16Speaker 3: I can never keep mine alive so hard.
- 17:19Speaker 4: I know. I just said the thing about the vultun movie.
- 17:20Speaker 4: Coming back. Tomagotchi's are coming.
- 17:22Speaker 3: Back to Yeah, people are buying them like crazy. Yeah,
- 17:26Speaker 3: I'm just so depressed thinking about how many times they
- 17:28Speaker 3: would die. My parents at one point were like, if
- 17:30Speaker 3: you could keep the tamagotchi alive, we'll let you get
- 17:32Speaker 3: a dog.
- 17:33Speaker 4: Oh did you ever get that dog? Ricky?
- 17:35Speaker 3: Eventually, but it took a long time. I'm convincing because
- 17:38Speaker 3: the Tamagotchi's wouldn't survive.
- 17:41Speaker 4: No, thank you for calling. We appreciate it. Thank you.
- 17:43Speaker 3: I'll have a good day.
- 17:44Speaker 5: Happy to be your new best friends, Ricky, Zach and Mano.
- 17:48Speaker 1: In the morning on the River.
- 17:51Speaker 3: Jelly Roll, He's playing in a hometown show Bridge Stone
- 17:54Speaker 3: Arena November twenty sixth. We're giving away tickets right now
- 17:56Speaker 3: with Kevin Mano's Game of the Day on one oh
- 17:58Speaker 3: seven five. The River Hometown Quiz is what we're playing.
- 18:01Speaker 4: Yes, we are Betty and Murphy'sboro.
- 18:03Speaker 2: Good morning, Good morning.
- 18:05Speaker 4: Have you ever seen jelly Roll before?
- 18:07Speaker 3: Not in person, but I watched them on YouTube and
- 18:09Speaker 3: TikTok all the time.
- 18:11Speaker 4: Yeah, he's everywhere.
- 18:12Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, he just played.
- 18:14Speaker 4: He was here doing a free show for us over
- 18:16Speaker 4: the summer. A River on the rooftop. You should have
- 18:18Speaker 4: come out to that.
- 18:19Speaker 2: Oh I should have.
- 18:21Speaker 3: That's okay, Betty. Hopefully you win these tickets and then
- 18:23Speaker 3: you can still see him.
- 18:24Speaker 5: Oh my god, I hope though.
- 18:25Speaker 4: All right, Betty, two out of three and the tickets
- 18:27Speaker 4: are years. Here we go.
- 18:28Speaker 2: Your hometown trivia starts right now, having started here in
- 18:35Speaker 2: nineteen twelve.
- 18:37Speaker 4: What is Nashville's official candy?
- 18:41Speaker 3: Nashville's official candy?
- 18:43Speaker 7: Yes?
- 18:44Speaker 4: Is it cokes? No? No. I was gonna give you
- 18:48Speaker 4: some clues, but you jumped into that answer. Google clusters.
- 18:50Speaker 4: You see those things everywhere you go?
- 18:52Speaker 3: Oh okay, I see those in Kroger every day. That's okay.
- 18:56Speaker 3: You got to get these next two right though, Okay, Bettie?
- 19:00Speaker 2: What is the official airport code for Nashville's International Airport.
- 19:06Speaker 5: U BNA.
- 19:08Speaker 3: There we go, point on the board.
- 19:10Speaker 4: Nice ye, get this, you win.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Nashville is the capital of Tennessee. How many stars are
- 19:17Speaker 2: on the Tennessee flag? Three?
- 19:20Speaker 3: Three stars?
- 19:24Speaker 2: You want to see, Jailly were all Bridgestone November twenty six.
- 19:30Speaker 4: I'm so excited. I know we can tell. It's awesome.
- 19:33Speaker 4: We love that excitement.
- 19:34Speaker 3: Nice job, Congress, Thank you, you are so welcome to
- 19:38Speaker 3: hang on the line. We gotta get some info from
- 19:39Speaker 3: you and make sure when you're at the concert, all
- 19:41Speaker 3: the videos and pictures you take tag one U sevent
- 19:44Speaker 3: five the River because we'd love to see you guys having.
- 19:46Speaker 2: Some real I will do, Yes, I will do.
- 19:49Speaker 4: Thank you so much.
- 19:50Speaker 3: Three things you need to know.
- 19:52Speaker 4: A bit past eight o'clock on this Thursday morning. Thank
- 19:55Speaker 4: you very much for starting your day with us. Ricky's
- 19:57Speaker 4: got those three things.
- 19:58Speaker 3: Lisa from the girl K Pop Black Pink has a
- 20:01Speaker 3: countdown clock ticking on her websites. Very mysterious. It appeared recently.
- 20:06Speaker 3: We don't know what it is actually kind of trying
- 20:09Speaker 3: to tease. The clock is going to finish a countdown
- 20:12Speaker 3: for November nineteenth, though, so people are thinking maybe new music.
- 20:15Speaker 3: That would be the easiest guess. On social media, she
- 20:17Speaker 3: did share a clip of her walking down a white
- 20:19Speaker 3: catwalk before the scene switches to her playing a guitar
- 20:23Speaker 3: with sparks flying behind her. So that's why everybody obviously
- 20:26Speaker 3: thinks it's probably new music. But she is currently getting
- 20:28Speaker 3: a lot of attention for her upcoming role in the
- 20:30Speaker 3: New White Lotus season. After they shared a clip of
- 20:33Speaker 3: the show, so could be maybe another acting gig. We
- 20:36Speaker 3: don't know. We're gonna have to find out November nineteenth,
- 20:38Speaker 3: and I will keep you posting. Butrilla has announced a
- 20:42Speaker 3: new holiday shaped pasta. So there's going to be three
- 20:46Speaker 3: shapes in each box of snowflakes. Oh so each piece
- 20:51Speaker 3: isn't going to be completely unique like actual snowflakes are,
- 20:54Speaker 3: but there will be three different shapes of snowflakes. The
- 20:57Speaker 3: snowflake pasta is going to be available for a limited
- 20:59Speaker 3: time beginning next month, exclusively at Walmart. A little fun
- 21:03Speaker 3: fact here, forty six percent of people are constantly on
- 21:06Speaker 3: the search for new pasta shapes to try for some
- 21:09Speaker 3: really strange reason. I don't really know why, but I
- 21:12Speaker 3: guess I'm in like the weird position of not looking
- 21:15Speaker 3: for new Now.
- 21:16Speaker 2: That you say it, I think i'd be excited to
- 21:18Speaker 2: see a pasta shape I've never seen before.
- 21:20Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, I guess so. I mean we all love
- 21:21Speaker 3: the fun ones. I used to love the SpongeBob shaped
- 21:24Speaker 3: mac and cheese, so I mean it just tastes different
- 21:27Speaker 3: for some reason too, with the different shapes. I don't know.
- 21:30Speaker 3: There's got to be a scientific reason as to why,
- 21:32Speaker 3: but that will be around next month at Walmart for
- 21:35Speaker 3: you to buy. And Youth Villages kicked off their annual
- 21:38Speaker 3: Holiday Heroes campaign this week. So Youth Villages is a
- 21:41Speaker 3: nonprofit that helps foster families and Holiday Heroes is a
- 21:44Speaker 3: campaign that allows volunteers to sponsor a child and get
- 21:47Speaker 3: them everything on their wish list for the holidays. It's
- 21:50Speaker 3: a really great group. If you're interested in volunteering or donating,
- 21:53Speaker 3: you can sign up on Youth Village's website. I'll share
- 21:57Speaker 3: the link on one of seven five the River's Instagram
- 21:59Speaker 3: page for you to check out and you can either
- 22:01Speaker 3: donate or you could pick a wish list yourself to
- 22:05Speaker 3: spoil a kid for Christmas. They deserve it. It's a really
- 22:08Speaker 3: amazing group of people that put this together. I'm Ricky
- 22:11Speaker 3: Sanchez and those are the three things you need to know.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning.
- 22:15Speaker 3: On one oh seven five the River. What is currently
- 22:18Speaker 3: popular right now that you are just absolutely not interested in?
- 22:22Speaker 3: It's one of seven five of the River Ricky, Zach
- 22:24Speaker 3: and Mano in the Morning. There's lots of things that
- 22:26Speaker 3: are coming out and maybe you're just like not that
- 22:29Speaker 3: interested in going to see it if it's a movie,
- 22:31Speaker 3: or buying it if it's a product. You want to
- 22:33Speaker 3: know which ones are just uninteresting to you.
- 22:35Speaker 2: I feel like you're starting to move toward my old
- 22:38Speaker 2: side of the road movie grumpy?
- 22:40Speaker 4: Or are the kids into these days that you don't understand?
- 22:43Speaker 3: Could be something that you don't understand or just something
- 22:45Speaker 3: that you're not in. You just could care less that
- 22:48Speaker 3: it's happening.
- 22:49Speaker 4: Do you have an example for yourself?
- 22:50Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't really care about Wicked. I'm gonna go
- 22:53Speaker 3: ahead and say that.
- 22:54Speaker 4: Wow, even I care about Wicked, I.
- 22:56Speaker 3: Never saw it. I don't I don't know the appeal.
- 22:59Speaker 3: I'm not that excited. Pop Fuller, They're known. That means
- 23:03Speaker 3: nothing to me.
- 23:04Speaker 2: Six one five, seven, three seven nine one o seven.
- 23:06Speaker 2: That's a great question. What's something that's very popular that
- 23:09Speaker 2: you're just not into?
- 23:10Speaker 4: Let us know?
- 23:10Speaker 1: Saprinda Carpenter in the River, Ricky and Zach and Meno
- 23:15Speaker 1: in the Morning, Jerky.
- 23:16Speaker 4: And Hendersonville, Welcome to the River.
- 23:18Speaker 1: Man.
- 23:18Speaker 2: We are talking about things that are popular that you're
- 23:20Speaker 2: just not into.
- 23:21Speaker 4: Ricky said she has no interest in Wicked.
- 23:23Speaker 3: I don't care about it.
- 23:25Speaker 4: I agree.
- 23:26Speaker 3: Oh, you also don't care about Wicked. See, it's all
- 23:30Speaker 3: over the place. I can't open my phone on Instagram
- 23:33Speaker 3: or TikTok or Twitter and not see something. She's not
- 23:37Speaker 3: showing any interest in it either.
- 23:39Speaker 4: It does at all.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Okay, let me just run this by you real quick,
- 23:43Speaker 2: both of you. It was an extraordinarily popular stage show.
- 23:46Speaker 4: It's a great correct. You loved it. People are already
- 23:49Speaker 4: raving about this movie.
- 23:50Speaker 2: Early reviews and stuff, and there's a lot of talent
- 23:52Speaker 2: in that cast. You're not just curious, like, oh, it's
- 23:55Speaker 2: so popular, it's going to be good.
- 23:57Speaker 3: Yeah, attention.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 24:00Speaker 3: I mean like I'll probably watch it at some point,
- 24:02Speaker 3: but like, I'm not gonna go to the theater.
- 24:04Speaker 2: I don't think I am also a deep, deep Wizard
- 24:06Speaker 2: of Oz fan.
- 24:07Speaker 3: Oh okay, that's an interesting fact about Kevin.
- 24:10Speaker 4: I love it. My favorite movie.
- 24:12Speaker 2: My brother and I have this in common, Return to Oz.
- 24:15Speaker 2: It was a very like dark sequel to Wizard of Oz.
- 24:18Speaker 4: So Wizard of Oz is just a part of our lives.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Well, Eric and I do not feel the same.
- 24:24Speaker 4: All right, Eric, thank you for calling in.
- 24:26Speaker 3: We appreciate it. Have a great day.
- 24:29Speaker 4: You know what it is for me. Ricky and This
- 24:30Speaker 4: is gonna make me sound old.
- 24:31Speaker 3: I don't.
- 24:32Speaker 4: I'm just gonna be honest.
- 24:33Speaker 2: I don't know what Twitch is, streaming and twitch and
- 24:36Speaker 2: all that stuff.
- 24:37Speaker 3: Twitch is so cool, though you do anything on it.
- 24:41Speaker 3: It's basically live YouTube. So all the YouTube videos you know,
- 24:44Speaker 3: you see gamers or like somebody does a little show,
- 24:48Speaker 3: you could do it live on Twitch. It's really cool.
- 24:51Speaker 2: Nothing truly makes me feel older than not knowing what
- 24:53Speaker 2: you just said.
- 24:57Speaker 3: I'm so saving you.
- 24:59Speaker 5: Snooze button three times. Check coffee, Check Rinky, Zach and
- 25:03Speaker 5: Mano in the morning.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Check.
- 25:05Speaker 5: Now you're ready to start?
- 25:06Speaker 2: Four or nine o'clock on this Thursday morning, it's one
- 25:08Speaker 2: of seven to five the river. It's time for the
- 25:11Speaker 2: daily double tap.
- 25:12Speaker 3: This one is just such a classic mom move you're
- 25:15Speaker 3: gonna totally relate to it. So this guy, Vinnie Pascentino,
- 25:19Speaker 3: he plays for the Kansas City Royals, and even though
- 25:21Speaker 3: he's famous, his mom's just a regular mom.
- 25:24Speaker 2: Yeah. It's a quick little clip, but he's he's getting
- 25:26Speaker 2: ready to beat. He's like on the side of the field,
- 25:27Speaker 2: like maybe the on deck circle over there, and he's
- 25:29Speaker 2: talking to his mom, who was sitting pretty close to
- 25:31Speaker 2: me right there.
- 25:32Speaker 4: Okay, here we go.
- 25:33Speaker 1: You don't have to take pictures. There's people all the
- 25:35Speaker 1: year that do that.
- 25:36Speaker 3: There's professionals that take pictures at games.
- 25:42Speaker 4: But I have my fe that's the best. But I
- 25:44Speaker 4: have my phone.
- 25:45Speaker 2: I'd love that, And yes I can relate to that.
- 25:47Speaker 2: All the moms I know would be doing the same thing.
- 25:49Speaker 3: The best part is that the woman in front of
- 25:51Speaker 3: her goes, don't tell her that. She's like, no, no, no,
- 25:54Speaker 3: let your mom takes the picture.
- 25:56Speaker 4: That so fun.
- 25:57Speaker 3: They're gonna be nearly as good as the professional one need.
- 26:00Speaker 1: So thanks for being a part of our morning.
- 26:03Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning on one O
- 26:05Speaker 5: seven five the River
