- 0:08Speaker 2: what's a creepy thing a kid said to you?
- 0:10Speaker 3: Yeah, I was at a park, and this little boy
- 0:14Speaker 3: ran up to me, and he said, Hey, I know you.
- 0:18Speaker 3: And I said, Oh, you do? And he said, Yeah,
- 0:21Speaker 3: you have two older brothers and three dogs and a cat.
- 0:26Speaker 3: And I looked at him, and I said, Uh... how
- 0:28Speaker 3: do you know that? And he said, I don't know.
- 0:31Speaker 3: And he said, and your.
- 0:32Speaker 4: Little dog is black.
- 0:35Speaker 3: And he went about his day.
- 0:37Speaker 1: And all those things are true?
- 0:39Speaker 3: Yeah, all of them. Yeah. I have two older brothers.
- 0:42Speaker 3: I have three dogs and a cat. I have two
- 0:45Speaker 3: big dogs and my littlest dog, he's black.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Wow. Is that kid your son?
- 0:54Speaker 3: No, I have never seen this kid in my life.
- 0:58Speaker 5: He just approached me at the park.
- 1:00Speaker 3: I was pregnant with my daughter and I was sitting
- 1:03Speaker 3: at the bench. I had no idea who he was.
- 1:05Speaker 3: He just came up to me out of the blue.
- 1:07Speaker 3: I didn't know his parents.
- 1:09Speaker 6: I knew nothing about him.
- 1:10Speaker 1: That's pretty creepy. Thanks, Cheyenne. Thanks for listening. You're welcome,
- 1:15Speaker 1: and I'm a huge fan.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Hi, everybody. I've been listening for like 16 years, and
- 1:22Speaker 3: I'm low-key fangirling right now, and I'm trying to keep
- 1:24Speaker 3: my cool.
- 1:26Speaker 1: We can psychic you, too. How did you enjoy your
- 1:29Speaker 1: side of broccoli for dinner last night?
- 1:32Speaker 3: All right, listen. My girls love broccoli. If I steam broccoli,
- 1:36Speaker 3: they will just Grab it off a plate and walk
- 1:39Speaker 3: around with it with a fork.
- 1:40Speaker 1: And I'm not lying.
- 1:41Speaker 3: It's the weirdest thing because I'm not really a fan
- 1:44Speaker 3: of broccoli.
- 1:45Speaker 1: We can do psychic stuff. See? Just did it right there.
- 1:48Speaker 1: That's as far as we go. Just broccoli psychics. All right, Cheyenne.
- 1:50Speaker 1: Have a great day. Thank you so much for listening.
- 1:52Speaker 3: You guys too. Thank you.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Hi, Nicole. What's the creepiest thing a kid said to you?
- 1:58Speaker 7: Okay. Well, it's actually my own five-year-old son.
- 2:02Speaker 4: I really believe.
- 2:04Speaker 7: That he is possessed. And I'm actually scared of him.
- 2:07Speaker 8: Seriously.
- 2:07Speaker 1: Okay. What happened?
- 2:10Speaker 7: Well, it was like two days ago. He looked me
- 2:13Speaker 7: dead in the face and he said... You're not my
- 2:15Speaker 7: real mommy. My real mommy is the one who lives
- 2:18Speaker 7: inside you. I'm okay.
- 2:23Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah.
- 2:24Speaker 7: And he likes to do these creepy things with these eyes.
- 2:29Speaker 7: They just don't look like his eyes. And when I
- 2:31Speaker 7: ask if he's fine, you know, he swears up and down.
- 2:35Speaker 7: He's okay. There's nothing wrong with him. But I don't know.
- 2:39Speaker 7: Tell me why last night I woke up around 3 a.m.,
- 2:42Speaker 7: And he's just standing there, inches away from my face,
- 2:47Speaker 7: and he's staring at me. And then when I ask
- 2:49Speaker 7: him what he's doing, he says, I'm waiting for you
- 2:52Speaker 7: to leave so she can come out.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Uh-uh.
- 2:57Speaker 3: Nope.
- 2:57Speaker 6: I locked my door.
- 2:58Speaker 7: I locked my bedroom door after that. And this morning,
- 3:03Speaker 7: he was, like, asking why he thought a lock would
- 3:05Speaker 7: stop him.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Jeez.
- 3:07Speaker 5: Oh, heck no.
- 3:09Speaker 1: What the heck, Nicole?
- 3:10Speaker 5: You need a priest in your house anytime.
- 3:13Speaker 9: We need to check in on Nicole every now and
- 3:15Speaker 9: then to make sure she's still okay.
- 3:17Speaker 7: Yeah keep checking on.
- 3:19Speaker 5: Me but that's what they say about like when spirits
- 3:22Speaker 5: into your body like you can tell by the person's
- 3:24Speaker 5: eyes like if it looks like I've seen it yeah
- 3:27Speaker 5: it's weird you gotta have someone check that out.
- 3:30Speaker 9: It's your five-year-old yeah that's right I have so many
- 3:33Speaker 9: like I don't think I could lock the door while
- 3:36Speaker 9: my five-year-old's on the outside.
- 3:37Speaker 1: I think I'd have to if it was.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Her I mean it is creepy but dang way to
- 3:42Speaker 2: go Nicole thanks for calling.
- 3:44Speaker 1: In yeah thank you I mean, she obviously wins, right?
- 3:48Speaker 5: You're like way to go, Nicole. Congratulations on having a
- 3:51Speaker 5: demon child.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Ashley, the creepiest thing a kid said to you. Good morning.
- 3:55Speaker 8: Good morning.
- 3:56Speaker 3: Hi.
- 3:57Speaker 8: Hi. So my little sister, when she was about three,
- 4:01Speaker 8: I think I was about 11, she was sleeping on
- 4:03Speaker 8: our couch. My dad loves watching scary movies. So when
- 4:08Speaker 8: she was sleeping, I can't even remember what movie we
- 4:10Speaker 8: were watching, but she had turned over in her sleep,
- 4:12Speaker 8: and she had this big grin on her face, and
- 4:15Speaker 8: she said.
- 4:16Speaker 4: I see dead people.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Like the movie?
- 4:20Speaker 8: Yeah, like The Sixth Sense, but we weren't watching it
- 4:23Speaker 8: at that time, and we all thought she was awake,
- 4:25Speaker 8: so we kept pushing her, but she was completely asleep.
- 4:27Speaker 8: She does not remember doing it or anything.
- 4:29Speaker 9: But has she seen the movie? Has she heard that
- 4:32Speaker 9: phrase before, or she just said that organically?
- 4:35Speaker 8: She might have heard it, but she wasn't watching it.
- 4:38Speaker 5: That's so creepy to say in your sleep, regardless.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Very creepy. Very creepy. Well, thank you, Ashley.
- 4:43Speaker 3: Oh, yeah.
- 4:45Speaker 8: Yeah, of course.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Have a great day. Haley, what's the creepiest thing a
- 4:49Speaker 1: kid has ever said to you?
- 4:51Speaker 6: When I was about seven, I.
- 4:52Speaker 10: Used to tell my parents, like, I remembered living in
- 4:55Speaker 10: a different house, like, with a completely different family, but
- 5:00Speaker 10: I couldn't exactly remember anything past my seventh birthday. So
- 5:03Speaker 10: I'd literally.
- 5:04Speaker 4: Cry and beg them to take me back to this, like,
- 5:07Speaker 4: yellow house with this red front door, very specific, because
- 5:11Speaker 4: I kept telling my family, like, My family was inside
- 5:16Speaker 4: the house. So years later, my.
- 5:20Speaker 6: Mom brought it up at Thanksgiving as a funny story.
- 5:22Speaker 6: And I was curious, so I just decided to Google
- 5:25Speaker 6: the address like I used to repeat as a kid.
- 5:27Speaker 4: So there's an address too.
- 5:30Speaker 6: Not only was this house real, but I found an
- 5:33Speaker 6: old newspaper article about the family of four who died
- 5:37Speaker 6: in this massive house fire back in the 80s. And
- 5:41Speaker 6: there was a seven-year-old girl That was a daughter and
- 5:44Speaker 6: was one of the victims.
- 5:46Speaker 11: That's crazy.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Yeah. You think that could be you?
- 5:50Speaker 6: She looked exactly like me. She had the same birthmark
- 5:53Speaker 6: on her face.
- 5:55Speaker 7: Okay?
- 5:57Speaker 6: And there's more. I can't. I'm still like, every time
- 5:59Speaker 6: I tell this story, my body gets hot.
- 6:01Speaker 4: It's just insane.
- 6:02Speaker 11: But the part that.
- 6:03Speaker 6: Freaks me out is the fire started in her bedroom.
- 6:07Speaker 6: And when I was little, I used to wake up
- 6:09Speaker 6: screaming that my room was on fire.
- 6:11Speaker 5: That is crazy.
- 6:13Speaker 1: That's crazy.
- 6:14Speaker 5: I mean, that is like giving reincarnation. Yeah, because it
- 6:17Speaker 5: doesn't seem to be any other explanation.
- 6:19Speaker 4: Right.
- 6:20Speaker 5: For you to remember that because you you do hear
- 6:23Speaker 5: that every now and then where it's like kids are
- 6:24Speaker 5: saying that they remember having different lives or remember having
- 6:27Speaker 5: families but like that the birthmark is what would trip
- 6:31Speaker 5: me out totally yeah and.
- 6:33Speaker 6: My when I told my mom this story she she
- 6:34Speaker 6: didn't believe it and then I had to show her
- 6:36Speaker 6: the receipts and she like was like holy crap.
- 6:39Speaker 9: Yeah it's insane So a yellow house with a red door.
- 6:43Speaker 9: Did the house belong to Ronald McDonald?
- 6:45Speaker 6: It's so funny you say that. Yeah, no, it was
- 6:51Speaker 6: like more of a mustard.
- 6:53Speaker 7: Did it have.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Yellow arches, golden arches outside of this house? Did the
- 6:58Speaker 1: McDonald's have burned down? So the thing that was on
- 7:00Speaker 1: fire was the frying machine? That is way creepy.
- 7:03Speaker 9: So it's funny because we're talking about the creepiest thing
- 7:05Speaker 9: a kid ever said to you, but you are the
- 7:06Speaker 9: creepy kid.
- 7:07Speaker 7: I am that kid.
- 7:08Speaker 1: I am that kid.
- 7:10Speaker 9: Well, Haley, thank you for calling in. That's one we're
- 7:12Speaker 9: going to think about for a while. That's one for
- 7:13Speaker 9: the books.
- 7:14Speaker 8: There's one for the books.
- 7:15Speaker 1: One for the books, Haley. Thanks for listening.
- 7:17Speaker 6: Yeah, thanks, guys.
- 7:19Speaker 1: Hello, good morning. John Jay and Rich, can I help you?
- 7:22Speaker 11: Yeah, I was calling for a scary story.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Is your story really scary? For me. What's your name?
- 7:32Speaker 4: It's Carrie.
- 7:33Speaker 1: What's your story? Carrie, like a scary TV show? Okay,
- 7:36Speaker 1: we're in so far. Go ahead.
- 7:38Speaker 11: Yeah, it's like scary, scary. So I was in college,
- 7:43Speaker 11: and it was around Halloween time, and this man kept walking.
- 7:48Speaker 11: I worked at a bank in college, and he kept
- 7:50Speaker 11: walking around, and he made eye contact with me and
- 7:54Speaker 11: put one of those scream masks on, came right to me,
- 8:01Speaker 11: had a Ziploc bag that was ripped, and all the
- 8:06Speaker 11: money kept falling out. So I'm, like, panicking. He, like,
- 8:10Speaker 11: yelled at the guy. He has a gun to my
- 8:13Speaker 11: freaking head.
- 8:14Speaker 3: Oh, no.
- 8:14Speaker 11: I'm like, can I just give you my purse? And
- 8:17Speaker 11: he's like, just.
- 8:18Speaker 3: Put some money in the bag, in the bag.
- 8:21Speaker 11: And I'm like, fine, dude. You know, like, whatever. And
- 8:25Speaker 11: it was just god awful. It messes with you for months.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:31Speaker 11: Get a good bag, dude.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Idiot. Yes, you're going to.
- 8:37Speaker 11: Like, oh my God, I was so pissed off at
- 8:39Speaker 11: that that I was just like almost more mad at
- 8:42Speaker 11: that than anything.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Hey, did you ever go to therapy? Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 8:47Speaker 2: The same thing happened to my mother. She worked at
- 8:49Speaker 2: a check hashing place and she got robbed at gunpoint
- 8:53Speaker 2: and the guys were pretty violent and she ended up
- 8:55Speaker 2: going to therapy forever.
- 8:57Speaker 1: To deal with it.
- 8:58Speaker 11: It sucks. I had a Doberman pincher at the time
- 9:01Speaker 11: and it was 115 pounds. And so I felt safe,
- 9:05Speaker 11: but at the same time, I would see her, like,
- 9:06Speaker 11: in the corner of my eye and just freak out.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Oh, that's terrible.
- 9:10Speaker 3: So the guy got.
- 9:11Speaker 11: Busted, like, a week later, and the FBI comes, and,
- 9:15Speaker 11: you know, like, they go through and they show you
- 9:17Speaker 11: all these pictures, and I identified him because I saw him.
- 9:20Speaker 11: I mean, he, like, walked around and, like, was casing
- 9:24Speaker 11: the place.
- 9:24Speaker 5: For a while.
- 9:25Speaker 11: So I got a good look at him, which I'll
- 9:27Speaker 11: never forget. But, like, I got letters for a while
- 9:30Speaker 11: in the mail saying, like, when he would be released
- 9:33Speaker 11: and all that stuff.
- 9:35Speaker 4: Wow.
- 9:36Speaker 9: What a scary, that's what I'm talking about. That is
- 9:37Speaker 9: a scary, scary story. I'm glad you called, Carrie. It
- 9:41Speaker 9: does suck.
- 9:42Speaker 11: Hey, I just talked to you guys, I just talked
- 9:43Speaker 11: to you guys a couple weeks ago. I'm the one
- 9:46Speaker 11: that almost, like, died three times from cancer.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Oh my gosh. Wow, you almost died three times from
- 9:51Speaker 1: cancer and then you almost died in a bank robbery?
- 9:53Speaker 3: Right? Like, what else?
- 9:56Speaker 1: Wow.
- 9:56Speaker 11: You're like a very special person.
- 9:58Speaker 1: You're meant to be here. You're supposed to be here.
- 10:00Speaker 11: To be here, Carrie. I have some kind of guardian angel.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Oh, for sure.
- 10:04Speaker 11: Big time.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Are you driving right now?
- 10:05Speaker 3: I am.
- 10:06Speaker 9: Wouldn't it be funny if you died in a car
- 10:08Speaker 9: accident right now while you're talking to us? That would
- 10:09Speaker 9: not be funny.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Why would that be funny? Wouldn't that be funny?
- 10:12Speaker 11: That would probably be pretty hilarious.
- 10:14Speaker 1: All of a sudden there's this big crash and she's
- 10:16Speaker 1: like that and we're like, Especially if, like.
- 10:19Speaker 11: My kids were listening.
- 10:21Speaker 8: I mean, what a day.
- 10:22Speaker 1: She just took it further. Hilarious. Only this time of year, though.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Only this time of year. What? It's the hell of
- 10:30Speaker 1: a time.
- 10:31Speaker 5: I'm floored.
- 10:31Speaker 3: Be safe, Carrie.
- 10:32Speaker 1: I don't like that energy.
- 10:34Speaker 5: I don't either.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Don't put that out there. All right, Carrie. Call us
- 10:38Speaker 1: back in a couple weeks. Let us know that you're
- 10:39Speaker 1: still alive. She's freewheeling fate now.
- 10:42Speaker 4: For sure.
- 10:43Speaker 11: Like, I've got stories coming out the wazoo.
- 10:46Speaker 4: You do.
- 10:47Speaker 1: And we want to hear them all, Carrie. Thanks for listening.
- 10:49Speaker 5: All right. Have a great day, guys.
- 10:50Speaker 3: Bye-bye.
