- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: On Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:22[SPEAKER_00]: Something historic just happened in Brussels.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_00]: And it is adopted.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_00]: So, the, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_00]: This is the Chamber of the European Parliament, the same Parliament that for decades lectured sovereign nations about the importance of open borders and human rights.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_00]: And just literally days ago, it voted to begin mass deportations
- 1:00[SPEAKER_00]: Trump's style, the same institution that called Europe's Patriots far right extremists, the same institution that labeled concerns over mass migration racist, the same institution that's been punishing nations like Hungary and Poland for refusing to open up their borders, that institution just voted by a huge margin to do exactly what those Patriot leaders have been demanding for years.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_00]: and the left is having a complete and total meltdown.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_00]: But there's something even bigger happening beneath the surface of the story.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_00]: The overton window of European politics just shifted.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_00]: And we're going to find out that it shifted permanently.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_00]: You're not going to want to miss this.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_00]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, you're a patron professor here to help you make sense of the madness with breaking news and analysis.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_00]: You're not going to get anywhere else, so you know what to do, make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_00]: On Thursday, March 26, the European Parliament did the unthinkable.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_00]: They voted 389 to 206.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_00]: to approve what's being called the returns regulation, a sweeping new legal framework designed to massively accelerate the deportation of illegal migrants from the European Union.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_00]: This was not a narrow squeaker.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_00]: This was not some procedural side vote.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_00]: This was a full-planary vote in the Parliament of the European Union, and the so-called far-right one decisively.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_00]: The vote clears the way for formal tri-log negotiations with the European Council on a new binding legal standard for migrant removals across all 27 EU members states.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_00]: And the political coalition that made it happen was something Brussels bureaucrats swore
- 2:58[SPEAKER_00]: a unified, right-wing block, stretching from what's known as the EPP, the European People's Party.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_00]: That's the, you know, mainstream center right all the way through the European Conservatives and reformists, the Europe's sovereign nations group and the Patriots for Europe movement.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_00]: So all the different nationalist populist parties from all 27 nations, they coalition into more or less three groups.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_00]: and they voted in the uniform block along with the center right EPP, the European People's Party, and they absolutely crushed it.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_00]: They passed the single most hardcore Trump-like mass deportation policy in over a century.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_00]: Now to understand
- 3:45[SPEAKER_00]: and just how seismic this was, you need to understand how badly the old system it failed.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_00]: For years, for decades, the EU operate on a policy of managed chaos when it came to illegal migration, migration primarily from Northern Africa and the Middle East.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_00]: So when a migrant arrived illegally and then received a deportation order,
- 4:10[SPEAKER_00]: Almost all of them refuse to comply, and that's because almost nothing happened to any of them.
- 4:16[SPEAKER_00]: The European Migration Commission or Magnus Bruner himself admitted the staggering scale of the continent-wide failure, only about one out of five migrants get that.
- 4:28[SPEAKER_00]: Only about one out of five who were told to lead the EU actually left.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_00]: 80% deportation orders go unheated.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_00]: Over the last decade, four out of every five illegal migrants ordered to port it simply stayed.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_00]: They stayed because
- 4:47[SPEAKER_00]: legal system was stacked in their favor.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_00]: They stayed because a labyrinth of appeals delays and protections made actual deportation nearly impossible.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_00]: They stayed because Brussels had spent 30 years building an architecture, a bureaucratic paralysis designed whether, no, it was intention.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not going to get them off the hook here.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_00]: designed deliberately to make enforcement functionally impossible.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_00]: As a result, the Muslim population in Europe skyrocketed.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_00]: It's exploded over the last 20 years, growing by an astonishing 50% between 2005 and 2025.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_00]: And European citizens, the ones watching their cities transform.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_00]: Their neighborhoods changed.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_00]: Their daughters afraid to walk home at night.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_00]: this was compassion.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_00]: They were told, this was progress.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_00]: They were told that wanting your laws enforced made you a bigot.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_00]: That failed globalist experiment as of just days ago has officially come to an end.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_00]: Another returns regulation.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_00]: The U is now moving toward four major changes.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_00]: So first, stricter return procedures with real penalties.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_00]: So migrants issued a deportation order.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_00]: will now be legally required to cooperate with their own removal with very strict enforcement and follow-up.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_00]: Sack an extended detention of up to 24 months.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_00]: So under the old system, migrants could be detained briefly and then released into the country pending like endless appeals that could go on for years, that changes.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_00]: Those deemed particularly security risks can now be placed in enhanced security facilities
- 6:43[SPEAKER_00]: third, return hubs outside the EU.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_00]: This is the crown jewel.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_00]: And the part that's making the progressive left absolutely lose their minds.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_00]: It's comparable to Trump's remain in Mexico policy under the new framework.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_00]: EU member states can now negotiate bilaterally or in coalitions
- 7:13[SPEAKER_00]: where rejected asylum seekers will be processed and held until removal.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_00]: Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Denmark and Greece are already in active talks with African governments to establish these facilities.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_00]: Italy, under Georgia, Maloney, actually pioneered this model with its Albania agreement and the same Brussels bureaucrats who denounced Britain's Rwanda plan as barbaric.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_00]: Just voted to make it standard EU policy.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_00]: You literally can't make this stuff up.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_00]: And fourth, permanent entry band for security threats.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: Not a temporary restriction, permanent.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_00]: If you're deported as a security risk, you are never coming back to Europe again.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_00]: And it's already starting.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_00]: The mass deportations have officially begun, and you're not going to believe where.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_00]: But first, let me ask you a serious question.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_00]: If you could earn consistent, double-digit returns, guaranteed by law.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_00]: Guaranteed by law, which is still risk your money in volatile markets, because most investments today, if you think about, they come with a catch, right, stocks go up, but then they drop, crypto is unpredictable, and real estate takes time, capital, and headaches.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_00]: But I just learned about a method that's completely different from a friend of mine, Jay.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_00]: It's backed by government authority.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_00]: The returns are set by state law, and you can literally test the waters with as little as 50 bucks.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_00]: No market timing, no complicated strategies, no dealing with tenants, no rehabs, and it doesn't take over your life either, just a couple of spare hours a week.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_00]: This is the kind of predictable law-based return strategy that institutions and hedge funds have secretly relied on for years, but most Americans have never ever been shown it.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_00]: So I asked Jay.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_00]: how long it would take him to teach me.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_00]: And he told me he could explain the entire strategy and actually walk through it live in less than an hour.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_00]: And that's when I asked him to do the same thing for you guys.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_00]: Any agreed?
- 9:25[SPEAKER_00]: Jay is hosting a free live masterclass Tuesday, April 7th,
- 9:29[SPEAKER_00]: at 8 p.m. Eastern will show you exactly how the system works, why the returns are guaranteed by law and how everyday Americans can get started with very little time and very little money, but it's live only no replays.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_00]: So go to turlyclass.com to register.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_00]: That's turlyclass.com or just text.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_00]: Turly to 72,000.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_00]: Again, Tuesday, April 7th at 8 p.m. Eastern,
- 9:58[SPEAKER_00]: If you want predictable returns without the risk, volatility and complexity of traditional investing, I'll see you in this amazing masterclass.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_00]: Take a look at the latest from Germany.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_00]: Their center-right chancellor Friedrich Mertz.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_00]: has just announced that upwards of 800,000 Syrian refugees will be repatriated, they will be sent back within the next three to four years.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_00]: This isn't the AFD, the alternative for Deutschland, the so-called far right party doing this.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_00]: This is their mainstream, center right party, the CDU, in cooperation with its coalition partners in the German
- 10:44[SPEAKER_00]: And you need to let, you need to let how significant this is hit you.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_00]: This is the nation of Angla Merkel, who in many ways was the catalyst for this mass migration crisis back in 2015.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_00]: The very country where this mass migration crisis began is sending them home by nearly a million.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_00]: Merkel's vision for a borderless Europe has crumbled into dust and its her own political party that's doing it, and it's not just Germany.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_00]: There's nothing short of a ground swell of legislation being passed, pushing back against the Islamification of Europe.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_00]: Years back, the Swiss People's Party successfully banned the construction of Minerats throughout their nation, as well as wearing the Burka and public places.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_00]: France, too, famously followed suit, banning the Berca and all public spaces, as has Belgium, Bulgaria, Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_00]: They've all passed their own versions.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_00]: of the Berkaban.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_00]: In fact, in October, Portugal became the ninth European country to pass a nationwide ban proposed by the populist right?
- 12:03[SPEAKER_00]: Chega Party with fines up to 4,000 euros and prison terms of up to three years for anyone who forces a woman to veil.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_00]: Now, of course, the political leftists
- 12:16[SPEAKER_00]: freaking out over this, the European Council of Refugees and Exiles is absolutely besides themselves.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: They cannot believe that Brussels of all places, the European Parliament has instituted these Trump-like remigration policies.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_00]: But unfortunately for them, they just don't know what time it is.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_00]: They, the political laughter, the odd man out on this one.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_00]: The overton windows it's called has shifted so far and fast to the right that the progressive establishment no longer even has the vocabulary to respond effectively.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_00]: They're still using that they're going to the same verbal tool kit racist far right big it extremists that tool kits broken.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_00]: All of this has gone mainstream.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_00]: Now, border security has always been mainstream.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_00]: We know that.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_00]: It just took a while for the bullies and Brussels to finally get the message.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_00]: But based on what just happened there last week, that message was received loud and clear.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_00]: A new era appears to be dawning in Europe.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_00]: With the rise of the populist right taking over European politics, the power shifted away from borderless globalists to the border security of Western civilizationalists.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_00]: And what we're watching in Brussels right now is the political expression of that civilizational awakening.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_00]: Millions of ordinary Europeans looked at their transform cities, their criminalized speech,
- 14:01[SPEAKER_00]: and they concluded correctly that something sacred was being deliberately dismantled.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_00]: And they went to the ballot box and they kept going back again and again and again and again and now their own members of parliament are rewriting the law and re-securing their continent.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_00]: For Americans watching this unfold, don't mistake this for a distant drama, it's a preview.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_00]: The same debate over civilizational coherence, cultural continuity, border sovereignty, and the weaponization of elite institutions against ordinary citizens, that's already happening here, already live, already urgent.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_00]: What Europe is demonstrating in real time is that no institution is permanently captured.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_00]: that the arc of demographics and democratic will can reassert itself even against the most entrenched bureaucratic consensus.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_00]: That civilizations, when they're threatened with enough clarity and consequence, eventually fight back.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_00]: History does not reward the hesitant.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_00]: It rewards
