- 0:00Speaker 1: Do you know how many times I've unsubscribed to an email?
- 0:03Speaker 1: I know. And I still get them.
- 0:04Speaker 2: It's so frustrating.
- 0:05Speaker 1: I'm like, I unsubscribed. It's like a scam.
- 0:08Speaker 3: I know.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Click here to unsubscribe. And then another email comes later
- 0:12Speaker 1: that day or the next day. Pisses me off. Yeah.
- 0:14Speaker 1: Somebody needs to figure that out. Anyway, let's get some
- 0:16Speaker 1: entertainment news. Kyle, pay what he has gone.
- 0:18Speaker 2: Taylor Swift just got her 16th number one song in
- 0:21Speaker 2: the Billboard Hot 100 with Patient Zero. And now there
- 0:24Speaker 2: are only two artists ahead of her in the entire
- 0:26Speaker 2: history of the chart.
- 0:27Speaker 1: It's Mariah Carey and the Beatles.
- 0:29Speaker 2: So yes, we've apparently reached the point where those are
- 0:31Speaker 2: the records Taylor is chasing. She also is the first
- 0:34Speaker 2: one to knock Ella Langley off that top number one spot.
- 0:37Speaker 1: That's just crazy pants and I'm so proud of her.
- 0:40Speaker 4: I know.
- 0:40Speaker 2: She also released like a little bit of a behind
- 0:42Speaker 2: the scenes of making of the video for Patient Zero.
- 0:46Speaker 2: And in it, you see this one part where Dakota
- 0:49Speaker 2: Johnson and Colin Farrell, they're arguing over a table. And
- 0:52Speaker 2: in the behind the scenes video, you find out what
- 0:54Speaker 2: they're actually arguing about.
- 0:56Speaker 4: I'm pretty obsessed with, like, making a shot symmetrical. It just,
- 0:59Speaker 4: it makes my brain feel good. And there's this symmetrical
- 1:02Speaker 4: pool landing, and then we see through the house Dakota here,
- 1:06Speaker 4: Colin here, fighting across the table in the background. I'm
- 1:09Speaker 4: telling you, friend and friend. The fact that it's like
- 1:15Speaker 4: the dumbest fight ever.
- 1:17Speaker 2: What we saw was a very intense fight on screen,
- 1:20Speaker 2: but they were literally arguing about whether or not Brendan
- 1:23Speaker 2: Fraser played Tarzan or George of the Jungle.
- 1:28Speaker 1: He was George of the Jungle.
- 1:30Speaker 4: Hilarious.
- 1:30Speaker 1: He was shredded. Did you see them out for their
- 1:32Speaker 1: birthday last night? Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift walking to
- 1:34Speaker 1: New York, paparazzi everywhere, talking to them.
- 1:37Speaker 3: I know.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Chris Rock just admitted there is one decision from his
- 1:41Speaker 2: past that still haunts him.
- 1:44Speaker 3: A guy named Roger Logan, who I grew up with,
- 1:47Speaker 3: he's one of my best friend's brothers, went to jail
- 1:50Speaker 3: for 19 years for a murder he didn't commit. Here's
- 1:54Speaker 3: a weird thing.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:55Speaker 3: His brother used to plead with me to pay for
- 1:57Speaker 3: a lawyer, and I never did it. I always had
- 2:00Speaker 3: like a no lawyer thing, like I'll pay your mortgage,
- 2:03Speaker 3: I'll put whatever. I always stay out of lawyers because
- 2:05Speaker 3: it's so open-ended. It still f * * * s
- 2:07Speaker 3: with me. I was like, I had the means to
- 2:10Speaker 3: help him, and I didn't.
- 2:13Speaker 1: And he said that was tough.
- 2:14Speaker 2: The guy eventually got cleared after spending 19 years for
- 2:18Speaker 2: for that murder that he didn't commit and later received
- 2:21Speaker 2: millions of dollars in settlements. But like Chris Rock was like,
- 2:25Speaker 2: I should have helped him while I could. But it
- 2:27Speaker 2: was like this policy that he had in his mind
- 2:29Speaker 2: and he just couldn't get past it. But but yeah,
- 2:31Speaker 2: he still regrets it.
- 2:32Speaker 5: Sidney Sweeney and Scooter Braun are taking some major steps
- 2:35Speaker 5: towards their future together. So Sidney has met with two
- 2:38Speaker 5: rabbis because she is considering converting to Judaism. So they
- 2:42Speaker 5: are openly discussing marriage, starting their own family. Scooter is
- 2:45Speaker 5: apparently going to propose in the next couple of months.
- 2:47Speaker 5: And Sidney's potential conversion is going to be like a
- 2:50Speaker 5: huge personal milestone for their relationship.
- 2:53Speaker 1: I was like, dang.
- 2:54Speaker 3: Okay.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Doesn't that make you think of that show? The Netflix show?
- 2:56Speaker 1: I was like, I've seen this show before. Nobody wants this.
- 2:59Speaker 4: Yes.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Because I remember in season one or season two, it's
- 3:02Speaker 1: like a lot of work to convert.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:05Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 3:05Speaker 1: A lot of work to convert. In fact, I've already
- 3:07Speaker 1: seen the trailer for season three.
- 3:08Speaker 5: I know. It comes out, I think, later this month.
- 3:10Speaker 3: Oh, really?
- 3:10Speaker 5: In a couple weeks. Yeah, I think so. A $ AP Rocky,
- 3:13Speaker 5: he is paying it forward to the next generation. He
- 3:16Speaker 5: announced a four-year full tuition scholarship for a student to
- 3:20Speaker 5: attend the Rock Nation School of Music, Sports, and Entertainment
- 3:23Speaker 5: at LIU Brooklyn. So he is going to cover a
- 3:25Speaker 5: first-time freshman entering fall in 2027. He said that the
- 3:29Speaker 5: initiative is basically just about empowering young creatives to turn
- 3:32Speaker 5: their ambition and vision into a reality. I love that.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Because don't you remember, I think it was when Chadwick
- 3:38Speaker 2: Boseman was accepting one of his awards.
- 3:40Speaker 1: He was like.
- 3:41Speaker 2: he was like Denzel Washington paid for his college or
- 3:44Speaker 2: paid for something of his. And like now it's like,
- 3:47Speaker 2: this kid's going to be able to say ASAP Rocky
- 3:49Speaker 2: paid for my school.
- 3:50Speaker 5: I think that's so awesome when they have the ability
- 3:52Speaker 5: to be able to give back like that.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Like why not? Yeah.
- 3:54Speaker 5: I think that's great.
- 3:55Speaker 3: Very cool.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Carly Rae Jepsen fans are basically getting another me album
- 3:59Speaker 2: this Friday. She's dropping eight more songs from her day
- 4:02Speaker 2: and night era. Um, They're like the unreleased B-sides, including
- 4:06Speaker 2: a bunch of songs. One of them is called Yes,
- 4:08Speaker 2: and then Wedding Season, and then next year, she's taking
- 4:11Speaker 2: the whole thing on a 26-city North American tour.
- 4:13Speaker 1: I was like, why'd you call me? Text me. Maybe
- 4:17Speaker 1: that's it.
- 4:18Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 4:18Speaker 2: I don't have the lyrics to that song yet, but
- 4:20Speaker 2: Carly Rae Jepsen fans are very excited. Now, imagine spending
- 4:24Speaker 2: money on a concert ticket. And they're not cheap these days, right?
- 4:28Speaker 5: Right.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Someone actually bought a ticket to Logic's concert and stood
- 4:33Speaker 2: there in the middle of his set and just kept yelling,
- 4:35Speaker 2: this is whack, this is whack, so loud that Logic
- 4:39Speaker 2: heard it and stopped down his show to ask the
- 4:43Speaker 2: guy what the deal was.
- 4:44Speaker 1: No, no, stop the music. This guy, what'd you say?
- 4:46Speaker 4: You said it's whack?
- 4:48Speaker 1: You said it's whack?
- 4:48Speaker 3: No, no, what'd you say?
- 4:50Speaker 1: He said it's whack. I just want to know, don't
- 4:54Speaker 1: get mad at him. Are you not having a good time?
- 4:57Speaker 1: You're not having a good time?
- 4:58Speaker 4: Why are you here?
- 5:00Speaker 1: This is a human being with feelings. Clearly, something's going on.
- 5:05Speaker 2: He was like, he was entitled to his opinion, but
- 5:07Speaker 2: I also do kind of ask that you be respectful.
- 5:10Speaker 5: For sure. Halle Berry, she has publicly spoken out, identifying
- 5:13Speaker 5: herself as a domestic violence victim shortly after a judge
- 5:17Speaker 5: has granted temporary sole decision making custody of her 10-year-old son, Maceo,
- 5:22Speaker 5: just last week. So her ex-husband, Oliver Martinez, is the
- 5:25Speaker 5: one who has all of custody of him right now.
- 5:28Speaker 5: But this is coming months after legal filings where Halle
- 5:31Speaker 5: has alleged that Oliver refused to cooperate with court-ordered co-parenting therapy,
- 5:36Speaker 5: that he displayed chaotic behavior. So Hallie is sharing that
- 5:40Speaker 5: she is continuing to fight for her son's safety and well-being,
- 5:43Speaker 5: navigating this emotional toll of the court's latest ruling.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Well, I saw it over the weekend. So the son
- 5:49Speaker 1: was at her house, and she grabbed him and choked him,
- 5:51Speaker 1: and he texted his dad and said, come get me.
- 5:54Speaker 1: And then the dad put a restraining order on her.
- 5:56Speaker 5: And she said that she did not do that, and
- 5:58Speaker 5: that is not the case. So, I mean, just messy.
- 6:02Speaker 5: And their poor son, 10 years old, like he's going
- 6:04Speaker 5: to really remember this.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Olivier, no.
