  [SPEAKER_01]: At some teams now do that because Robert Sala adopted that, then DeMico Riance adopted that and you've had so many so much of that coaching tree expand.

  [SPEAKER_01]: That's your guy that's stowed against the run that is somewhat of a liability in coverage and that's why the nickel package was invented.

  [SPEAKER_01]: Because what you would do with the nickel and this is the personnel thing to like who can run.

  [SPEAKER_01]: who can run, who can cover, tweener, a little bit of everything, can do a little bit because you got to play inside and you got to feel that be-get, consistently.

  [SPEAKER_01]: So you're a box player, but they put you out there in past heavy situations.

  [SPEAKER_01]: So the sandback or the number three guy, usually, fever, backer, you can call them whatever you want, doesn't matter.

  [SPEAKER_01]: It teams a lot of times call that their star, their panther, I was the panther, right?

  [SPEAKER_01]: We call it the panther, call it whatever.

  [SPEAKER_01]: That is somebody that's going to be stout against the run that can cover a little bit.

  [SPEAKER_01]: Because usually you're going to put him over the heavy side because you personnel it right if it's 12 personnel 21 personnel that means you got at least two tight ends or at least two backs out there he's going to be responsible for one of those so you're not putting him out there on a wide receiver and if you do then you're screwed right if it's 11 personnel well then you're in nickel so then you're nickels on a wide receiver it just a matter of numbers you got five eligible at all time.
