- 0:00laced up let's go it's time for better with the
- 0:05boys whoa yo yo yo welcome back to banter with
- 0:15the boys gridiron updates uh i'm smelty i always
- 0:18forget to do that part uh To my left, we got
- 0:23Jake, the flock doc, in the house again for another
- 0:26week. You're really trying to make this stick,
- 0:28aren't you? It's not my fault. Nope. It's just
- 0:30going to stick. It is what it is. Mandatory fun.
- 0:32That's right. Mandatory fun. Disclaimer. Roberto.
- 0:37Yo. Yo. 4 -0, baby. 4 -0. I'm feeling good right
- 0:41now. Skull to the bull. 4 -0. You already know.
- 0:42I'm excited to talk about football. That's right.
- 0:44Of course. Kev, behind the scenes, get everything
- 0:47done for us. If you're a YouTube. Visual person,
- 0:53watcher, that would have been better. You can
- 0:56see our new graphics and whatnot. That is from
- 1:00Kev, yours truly here. Hard at work. Putting
- 1:03in the work, so that looks awesome. Thank you,
- 1:05Kev, for everything you do for us here. It looks
- 1:08great. Give Kev a like. Give Kev a like. I already
- 1:12know. Or give them a Europe. You know what I
- 1:13mean? All right. So with that, what are we doing?
- 1:16This is the week four recap of this week. Our
- 1:20first game is probably the best one. And then
- 1:23we could skip the other three, honestly. No.
- 1:25Facts. No. Wow. Facts. I can't wait to hear what
- 1:29you got to say, actually. But first game, probably
- 1:32best game of the week. Kansas City staying undefeated,
- 1:35beating the Raiders 30 to 27. But I feel like
- 1:40this is. This, I mean, the Raiders have been
- 1:43trying to build for years now at this point.
- 1:45Yes, Kirk Cousins is balling. But even the quarterback
- 1:47behind him, Mendoza, I mean, this could be a
- 1:51re -sparked rivalry that's been missing, you
- 1:54know, for a long time. You guys got the opportunity
- 1:57to watch this one? Yeah, I got to watch this
- 2:00whole thing. Yeah, it was a fun game. I mean,
- 2:02Raider Nation came out loud after us making our
- 2:05predictions for this game. So it was fun bantering
- 2:08with them a little bit online. Oh, I didn't even
- 2:10do the pics this week. Jeez. Anyway, sorry. So,
- 2:13yeah, it was a real fun game. One job. One job.
- 2:17It was back and forth. Kenneth Walker, you know,
- 2:19kind of took over that second half. That was
- 2:22kind of the difference maker. Raiders had kind
- 2:24of a little chip in a chair at the end. I think
- 2:27the spread was three and a half last week. I
- 2:29think I predicted by a field goal. I think I
- 2:31was spot on right under the thing. So it was
- 2:34just a fun game. I mean, the Raiders look good.
- 2:36Their defense can keep them in games. The Chiefs'
- 2:40offense is solid, but it's not super explosive.
- 2:43So, you know, I still think that they're still
- 2:46looking for that threat, you know, and they've
- 2:49been banged up a little bit, too. They had a
- 2:51couple of big plays throughout the game that,
- 2:53I mean. I mean, to their benefit, but also to
- 2:58their detriment, because they had a couple of
- 3:00injuries, too, during that game that were pretty
- 3:02big that are going to impact them, I think, for
- 3:05the remainder of the year. And that's a separate
- 3:08conversation that we're going to have during
- 3:09our next segment. What is the next segment? Oh,
- 3:17we're not going to say those words. I like it.
- 3:19Keep it rolling. Just teasing. Just teasing these
- 3:22two. And, yeah, Kenneth Walker continuing to
- 3:26show that he probably should be in the conversation
- 3:31right now. For MVP? MVP, absolutely. So he should
- 3:35be garnering votes. And, yeah, the Raiders played
- 3:37super solid throughout most of the game. The
- 3:41biggest blunder was that fumble on the kickoff
- 3:43right after Kansas City scored. And then Kenneth
- 3:48Walker turns around next play 22 yards to the
- 3:50house. Flipped the entire game. I think if that
- 3:54turnover doesn't happen, you probably have a
- 3:59completely different outcome, and we're having
- 4:01a very different conversation today. Yeah, exactly.
- 4:04And the Chiefs defense played really well. They
- 4:08kept the running game down to a minimum. We were
- 4:12talking about last night, are they believers
- 4:14now? Did the Raiders answer the question whether
- 4:18they're a team that might be playoff bound? Absolutely.
- 4:22I mean, I don't see why not. Now they got some
- 4:25toughies. The next three games for the Raiders
- 4:28are tough, tough, tough at the Patriots against
- 4:30the Bills and then against the Rams. Bills and
- 4:33Rams are both. at home at Raider Nation, but
- 4:36away on the road against the Patriots next week.
- 4:38So three toughies. So, I mean, even if they were
- 4:41to lose all three games, if they were to lose
- 4:43all three games for me but only by three again
- 4:45and, like, in it at the end of the game, O -line,
- 4:48you got to give Kirk Cousins some more time.
- 4:50A homie cannot run. He shouldn't be running for
- 4:53his life. He actually had a nice one. I know.
- 4:55I know he did. But, like, we can't game plan
- 4:58on it. You can't plan on that. And, of course,
- 5:00that final play of the game was him trying to
- 5:02scramble away. extend the play and get an opportunity
- 5:05because the pocket collapsed so fast. And, of
- 5:08course, got hit from behind and the whole thing.
- 5:10But, man, I think the Raiders have something
- 5:13working here. And if Kirk Cousins stays healthy,
- 5:15we do not see Mendoza at all this season. I would
- 5:18agree. Unless it's in garbage time. And Tom Brady's
- 5:20already said to his, I don't know what percentage
- 5:23his ownership is, but he seems to be the one
- 5:25that speaks the most. That was nice, though.
- 5:30Oh, Kev, you're up. I see you there. Anyway.
- 5:33Where was I at? Oh, yeah, I don't think we see
- 5:36Mendoza at all this year. Tom Brady's came out
- 5:38and said it multiple times. He wants him to sit.
- 5:40And if Kirk's balling like this, I'm very curious.
- 5:44I'm actually extremely interested in the Raiders'
- 5:46next three games. I got to try to watch those
- 5:48as much as I can with, you know, I don't give
- 5:51my money to Red Zone anymore because it used
- 5:53to come with my package. There's a box I heard
- 5:56that's out there that has access. I don't trust
- 6:01that thing. Don't get me started. That's a whole
- 6:03other tangent. It's just called the interwebs.
- 6:05Yeah, exactly. No, totally, totally. But believers
- 6:07for you, Jake, on the Raiders? Or are you still
- 6:10thinking 500 is kind of their ceiling? Because
- 6:14they're going to play a bunch more hard. Their
- 6:16schedule is definitely getting harder versus
- 6:18the beginning of their schedule. I'm starting
- 6:21to lean towards believers. Some pretenders last
- 6:26week, just FYI. I did. I did because they haven't
- 6:30played a really good team, and we finally got
- 6:33to see what they look like against a really good
- 6:35team. All right. Hear that, Raider Nation? Yeah.
- 6:40The doc is on your team. Finally. Even though
- 6:44we don't have Max. You guys, see. Kept Max. I
- 6:47think Max was... Well, that's right. You probably
- 6:49have some weird feelings about that. I don't
- 6:51have weird feelings about that. But Max Crosby
- 6:53was continuously putting pressure on Patrick
- 6:57Mahomes over the course of the entire game, too.
- 6:59Yes, sir. Everything looked and worked out great
- 7:04for them. Yeah. Look out. I think they're going
- 7:08to be a tough out for anybody the rest of the
- 7:12way. We'll wrap it up here because we've got
- 7:15to keep moving, fellas. Like you mentioned, too,
- 7:17with, I want to keep calling him Kemba Walker,
- 7:19with Kenneth Walker. Michigan State. Yeah, I
- 7:22know. And then, you know, the Raiders, Ashton
- 7:25Gentry, you know, if Gentry didn't, you know,
- 7:27have that ankle injury and kind of have to limit
- 7:29his snaps the rest of the game, I don't know.
- 7:33Maybe that's a different game, too, at that point,
- 7:34because he was running well. You know what I
- 7:36mean? So something else to keep an eye on those
- 7:38next three games. If he's healthy, is it just
- 7:42as close as this game if not pulling out wins
- 7:44against these? I would say superior teams. I
- 7:47mean, it's going to be a challenge. It's going
- 7:49to be a gauntlet. We'll touch on the Chiefs again.
- 7:52No, we won't. Okay, real quick, and then we'll
- 7:53wrap it up. Chiefs got next. Oh, that's right.
- 7:56Yeah, they're on the bye. So they go into the
- 7:58bye. Early bye week, which is unfortunate for
- 8:00them. It is when you're vibing. Now that's the
- 8:03plus for them is coming out and playing the Chargers,
- 8:06which probably will end up being a trap game.
- 8:08I don't see the Chargers, you know, going. winless
- 8:12for that long but I mean I guess they could um
- 8:15but maybe that's the one of course that they
- 8:17would win and mess up the Chiefs perfect season
- 8:20I don't know but uh and then they got at Seahawks
- 8:23and at Broncos after that so doesn't get easier
- 8:25for the Chiefs either per se other than that
- 8:27Chargers game so we'll see see what happens and
- 8:29I'm a Chargers fan I can say that I guess the
- 8:30Chiefs losing the Chargers why not that's what
- 8:32I'm saying that might be a track game for them
- 8:34so something that will keep an eye on here at
- 8:36the man or the boy what do you got what do you
- 8:37got no I don't think so They're just going to
- 8:39stop him. Yeah, it's Chiefs coming off of a bye
- 8:42week. Andy Reid off of a bye week is like a million
- 8:45and one. Yeah. So you're telling me there's a
- 8:47chance. Is he really? Close enough. Yeah, close
- 8:51enough. Not a million and one. I'm not asking
- 8:54if that's true. I mean, I dropped a factoid like
- 8:57two years ago, like coming into the Super Bowl
- 9:00as far as like picking Chiefs versus Eagles,
- 9:03whatever. There was a factoid in there. So dig
- 9:06it up. Dig up the archives. 22 -5 in regular
- 9:09season games immediately following a bye week.
- 9:11Yeah, you're right in that percentage. I get
- 9:14it. But again, goes to our storyline of it could
- 9:19absolutely be the Chargers. There it is. We'll
- 9:23see. Coach is calling it. Doc says nope. Yeah,
- 9:26that's right. All right, let's move to our second
- 9:28game of week four. It was the Dolphins at the
- 9:32Vikings. There was a game played, yes. Okay,
- 9:38well, let's call it for what it is. I mean, the
- 9:39defense for the Vikings, I mean, honestly. Look
- 9:41real nice. They look real nice again. I mean,
- 9:42honestly, the Dolphins played okay as well. But
- 9:45did you all 22 this game? Oh, yeah. Naturally.
- 9:49How many missed opportunities did Kyler Murray
- 9:51have this game compared to last game? Did he
- 9:52improve, in your opinion? Because that's one
- 9:54thing that you notice for sure. He missed a couple
- 9:56easy ones. He drastically improved in that. Miami
- 10:01sat deep. Their linebackers were getting crazy
- 10:05depth. And they took all that crossing route
- 10:09away from Madison all day long. And so that's
- 10:11where you saw Hawkinson. Aaron Jones, he had
- 10:16four catches with a couple drops, and he just
- 10:18kept dunking them down. I'm cool with that all
- 10:20day long. It's just the penalties, some miscues
- 10:23here and there that made him kick field goals.
- 10:26Thank God we got an all -star kicker. That true.
- 10:29But you know what? I was really impressed with
- 10:31the Dolphins. Chop Robinson looks like the deal.
- 10:34He gave Brian O 'Neal fits all day watching film.
- 10:38Darryl Sauer, I mean, we'll get into different
- 10:40things. But also that Rodriguez guy in the middle,
- 10:42number 10, why is that a local dude? Yeah, yep.
- 10:46I'm calling, I mean, he's like Lou Keekly style.
- 10:49Like, he's all over the field and, like, giving
- 10:51him, and he's a rookie with a green dot. He looks
- 10:54nice. Yeah, which they mentioned that during
- 10:57the game. I can't remember. I think they said
- 10:59how often it happens. Obviously, not very often
- 11:01you get the green dot. But, Jake, what is your
- 11:04take on this Viking? I mean, okay, more specifically,
- 11:07the Vikings offense. I mean, we're waiting for
- 11:10it to spark right now. I thought I was watching
- 11:14Starship Troopers or something. Because you got
- 11:17the defense doing their part. Special teams doing
- 11:20their part. Aaron Jones is doing his part. Hawkinson.
- 11:24And then you got Kyler Murray. He's like, I ain't
- 11:27doing. 27 for 37 with 240. I mean, I'll take
- 11:34that every week and win football games. Did he
- 11:37protect the ball? Yep. There we go. But you can
- 11:40only rely on that defense for so long. Over the
- 11:44course of a game and over the course of an entire
- 11:46season. I agree. At some point, that offense
- 11:48has got to figure itself out and start scoring
- 11:51points. Especially in the games when the defense
- 11:52needs some help. Yeah. Yep. I mean, that's every
- 11:56game, though, and every team could say that about
- 11:58every scenario. What if Josh Allen suddenly sucks
- 12:02at football? Is that defense going to carry them
- 12:05in Buffalo? It's flip -flop. I totally agree.
- 12:08You just need to put points to the ball. You
- 12:10can't have five field goals. It's red zone. Do
- 12:12we know when Mason's back? Not that I hate what
- 12:17Aaron Jones is giving the Vikings at all, but
- 12:21it's just not sustainable for him for an entire
- 12:24season. Hoping Mason comes back soon just to
- 12:28help fill that void a little bit. Jeddas, I think,
- 12:31is tracking to be back this week. Yeah, I think
- 12:34he's going to play. We'll check out our next
- 12:35episode. Did you see something else? Boy, yeah,
- 12:39he's on the fence. Petey Petey? For Jettos? Yeah.
- 12:42Well, he is the flock dog. Yeah, we should have
- 12:44asked him. We'll talk about that. But the other
- 12:47thing that stood out to me as far as watching
- 12:49that game is that Minnesota really struggled
- 12:51with tackling Ollie Gordon. Agreed. Bigger back.
- 12:55Big dude. Arm tackles. A lot faster than I think
- 12:58a lot of people were expecting from him, too.
- 13:03That's what beats the Vikings defense is a good
- 13:05running game, honestly. Like, if we play the
- 13:07Ravens, it's not a good matchup for the Vikings.
- 13:11Yeah, I would agree. Sorry to cut you off there.
- 13:14No, that's okay. But as far as Dolphins fans
- 13:19go, they should feel good. It's like, oh, man,
- 13:21it sucks that we lost A -Chan, but the few touches
- 13:24that Ali had, he had nine, but he still went
- 13:26over a hundo. Like, keep giving him the ball
- 13:30and start putting the offense through him. And
- 13:33I think something will end up clicking there.
- 13:37So the Dolphins are one of five teams that are
- 13:40still winless. Do you see them getting that win
- 13:43next week against the Bengals in Miami? It's
- 13:46possible, I think. That depends on the status
- 13:52of Chase and Higgins. Exactly. 100%. Which we'll
- 13:55talk about in the next episode because that is
- 13:56a big question mark right now. Yeah. week after
- 14:00it's away against the Jets. So if it's not the
- 14:02Bengals, you could at least battle the Jets,
- 14:05who have been battling teams this year. So don't
- 14:07get me wrong. That's not an easy win by any means.
- 14:09Like we've maybe liked to say in years past,
- 14:11I think the Jets are trending in the right direction.
- 14:13They got their first interception this past weekend.
- 14:16Oh, my God. Finally. I remember that from the
- 14:19preseason show we talked about. But anyway, enough
- 14:23about the Jets during the Vikings -Dolphins game.
- 14:25But we'll talk about the Vikings. Don't forget
- 14:28to check out our Week 5 preview episode, which
- 14:30we talked plenty of Vikings there, naturally.
- 14:33But the Dolphins look to get their first win
- 14:35here in the coming weeks. Let's move to our third
- 14:38game, the Falcons at the Saints. Falcons absolutely
- 14:44showing up. 20 years after they did almost the
- 14:47same thing in the Superdome after Hurricane Katrina.
- 14:5145 -24 over the Saints. Man, they absolutely
- 14:55lit it up. I mean, Bijan is just a different
- 14:57beast, like we saw with Kenneth Walker. I mean,
- 15:00it's truly, when you have a playmaker, Jameer
- 15:03Gibbs is another one. When you have a playmaker
- 15:04in that backfield, I can just... Do anything
- 15:06you need them to do. Just a complete game changer.
- 15:09But going into a tough environment and being
- 15:11able to put on a show like that, I think we actually
- 15:14talk about the Falcons in our preview episode.
- 15:16We do because they play your flock. We'll touch
- 15:21on that specific situation later, but I imagine
- 15:24you may be a little bit more nervous after this
- 15:28game or no? I'm not telling you that. That's
- 15:30fine. At least not right now. Fair enough. What
- 15:35did you think of the Saints? Were they just trying
- 15:38to overdo it after they got behind, or what was
- 15:41their demise? I think just trying to play catch
- 15:46-up. Yeah, right. And that allowed Atlanta to
- 15:51be like, all right, they're going to be throwing
- 15:53the ball. Let's keep rushing the passer, rushing
- 15:57the passer, getting pressure. I mean, Tyler Shuck
- 16:00still played a pretty good game. They're one
- 16:07-dimensional. Their defense kind of put them
- 16:09in a tough situation, and just trying to play
- 16:13catch -up in a shootout like that is super tough
- 16:17to do. I mean, their entire first half is just
- 16:20abysmal, too. I look at stuff like... uh three
- 16:24plays for only four yards and that was your drive
- 16:27three plays 54 yards you know at least that was
- 16:30a touchdown but then another one play two yards
- 16:32you know this is not not long drives at all not
- 16:35able to sustain any any sort of offense um well
- 16:39they get no rhythm going they were on the bench
- 16:41the whole time because Atlanta did exactly I
- 16:44remember you talked about last week of what the
- 16:47difference makers I do you want the Falcons right
- 16:50If I remember right? You don't even remember.
- 16:53Great question. Did you write it down? But the
- 16:55Saints rushed defense versus Atlanta's rush offense.
- 17:00And that's what you brought up. And literally,
- 17:02from the first play of the game, he answered
- 17:06the question. And they were playing catch up
- 17:08the whole game. I mean, the Saints have always
- 17:10been behind pretty much in the fourth quarters.
- 17:12And they've had nice comebacks for a couple Ws.
- 17:15But they just fell way too far behind. And, I
- 17:18mean. They just kept pounding the ball. They
- 17:21had 35 carries for 205 yards. I mean, it's tough.
- 17:25Yeah. I mean, New Orleans' rush defense just
- 17:28couldn't stop them all day. So it was a blowout.
- 17:33I bet Kevin Stefanski feels good to be a head
- 17:38coach for a team that actually has a lot more
- 17:43talent. I don't want to say that the Cleveland
- 17:44Browns never had any talent, but I think offensively,
- 17:47this Atlanta team, has had way more talent than
- 17:51he's probably ever had in his tenure i would
- 17:54agree with that at least offensively yeah for
- 17:55sure and we're seeing him scheme and use bijan
- 18:00uh a lot and effectively and that's kind of what
- 18:04we always call and ask like these coaches to
- 18:07do and it's like hey it's bijan they're very
- 18:08dynamic why are you not giving giving him the
- 18:11ball more and he's doing exactly that i also
- 18:14don't want to forget about brian robinson to
- 18:16the other the other b robinson because i mean
- 18:19the b robs right now that might be the new jameer
- 18:22gibbs david montgomery not not in the same style
- 18:25but in the same but in the sense of uh fans you
- 18:27know great two you know double -headed monster
- 18:31at running back right now they've been able to
- 18:33do it almost every week this year so it's That's
- 18:36been fun to watch. Again, not going to be fun
- 18:38for you this weekend potentially, but we'll touch
- 18:40on that. Don't forget to check out the preview,
- 18:42week five preview episode, where Jake will tell
- 18:45us that he is picking the Falcons over the flock.
- 18:48Let's move into our fourth game. Speaking of
- 18:50the flock, Titans traveled to you, your boys
- 18:53here this weekend. And don't get me wrong. Don't
- 18:56get me wrong. The flock won 24 -18. Yeah, Titans
- 18:58defense showed up. Tale of two different halves,
- 19:03though, too, because Lamar out. Out in the second
- 19:06half with the ankle sprain right at the end of
- 19:11the half. And then putting up a goose egg. So
- 19:15they just kind of survived. Yeah. It was not
- 19:19a pretty second half to watch. That first half,
- 19:22they're super dynamic. It looks like it's going
- 19:25to be 40 to nothing in the first half. Just goes
- 19:29to show you what a difference having Lamar makes
- 19:32for this team. I don't Tyler, Tyler Huntley,
- 19:38like manage the game is like, all right, don't
- 19:41lose it for us. And I got nervous towards the
- 19:44end where I thought that they were going to,
- 19:46they were coming back. Cause it's just like over
- 19:49the last, I think three or four years, if there's
- 19:52anyone that's not going to get an onside kick,
- 19:54it's going to like the Ravens are going to be
- 19:56the team. That's not going to come. recover that
- 19:59onside kick what does that call like the harbaugh
- 20:01syndrome or something like that well yeah it's
- 20:03the the the m &t bank syndrome like okay losing
- 20:07i remember seeing some some flock fans talk about
- 20:10that yeah it it was a tough watch um the other
- 20:14the other on the other side of the ball defensively
- 20:17continuing to like miss tackles trey hendrickson's
- 20:21been out because he had surgery on his broken
- 20:22finger so i think we we notice an impact or we
- 20:28notice his presence not being there when it comes
- 20:31to that front four getting pressure on any quarterback.
- 20:37So downside there. And then they were just undisciplined
- 20:40over the course of the entire game. 13 penalties,
- 20:43like over 130 total yards in penalties. Yeah,
- 20:46that's killer. Like, yeah, the fact that they
- 20:49were able to survive all of those things, just
- 20:52like. That was a game you could easily have lost
- 20:55of all the mistakes and the injuries that piled
- 20:58up. Yep. Yeah, I didn't get to see this game.
- 21:02I kind of watched some highlights of it. But
- 21:04I have Lamar and Henry in fantasy. So my eye
- 21:07was on it as the little ticker was moving through
- 21:10my phone. Rob's like, why am I not getting points?
- 21:13Pretty much, you know. But just keeping an eye
- 21:16on it. I just think that Tennessee just can't
- 21:18run the ball right now. So it's really hard for
- 21:20Cam Moore to be effective. um he played i don't
- 21:24know okay he's still i think seeing ghosts and
- 21:27missing throws and not trusting what he's seeing
- 21:29kind of that like you know any young quarterback
- 21:32especially when you don't have a run game those
- 21:34edges are coming hard at you so but yeah well
- 21:38who's not a young quarterback is tyler huntley
- 21:40and how long has he been playing for the baltimore
- 21:42ravens now uh on and off for four years now five
- 21:46years so i just feel like He knows the system.
- 21:49I feel like, don't get me right. That's what
- 21:50I'm saying. He knows the system. So why does
- 21:53it feel like they, it seems like the Ravens felt
- 21:56like they had to rely on Derrick Henry in that
- 22:00second half way too much. And it seemed like
- 22:03the. The playbook got maybe a little simplified.
- 22:05Got a little tight. When I feel like it shouldn't
- 22:07have to be, though. Like, Tyler Huntley has showed
- 22:09us time and time again. That's a fair question.
- 22:10That he's a solid quarterback in this league.
- 22:13So, I don't understand. He's not starting for
- 22:16a reason, right? But why does it feel like it
- 22:20just. Nine attempts. They did kind of shorten
- 22:23that playbook a little bit for him. And try to
- 22:25just pound King Henry. Don't get me wrong. You
- 22:27got Derrick Henry in the backfield. But there's
- 22:29so many. You go through some of those drives.
- 22:31No gain, no gain, no gain. Man, just let Tyler
- 22:35Huntley eat a little bit. But you've been watching
- 22:39him a lot longer, so that's why I'm curious.
- 22:41And I think next week we'll see if Huntley plays.
- 22:45Probably. Which is a good chance right now. Tune
- 22:48in to the next episode. It's like if Huntley
- 22:51plays, I think he'll be better prepared to run
- 22:54the offense. So we'll probably see him. playing
- 22:59a little bit more, like, freer and looser versus,
- 23:02I think, it was more along the lines, hand the
- 23:06ball off to Henry. Don't lose the game. Let's
- 23:08not lose the game. Because he did make a couple
- 23:10of big throws to keep some drives alive. So,
- 23:13like, a Jameis Winston situation when he had
- 23:15to go in, similar. And we had Tyler Loop miss
- 23:18a 40 -yard field goal, which inexcusable. Right,
- 23:21which is big. When he nailed the 64 at the end
- 23:24of the half. I have no fantasy, too, just FYI.
- 23:26Yeah. So, some ink. inconsistency there. Quick,
- 23:30trade all of your Ravens. Right on. No. Yeah,
- 23:35it was a tough game to watch. Got out of there
- 23:37with a W. Yeah, we'll take it. Not pretty. But
- 23:40a W is a W. And healthy. Did you guys get out
- 23:43healthy? Absolutely not. Other than Lamar. Maybe
- 23:48we can get into, I guess. In the next episode.
- 23:51In our next episode. I've been trying to avoid
- 23:53injury conversations. It's tough, though. I know.
- 23:56Because it's relevant to the game. I understand.
- 23:58But we do have a whole other episode that is
- 24:00dedicated to injuries and news from around the
- 24:03league. It is called our Tent Talk episode. So
- 24:05make sure you go and check that out. The Titans
- 24:08have a home. game now against the also winless
- 24:12Texans. That should have been our game. What
- 24:16are we doing? I mean, I'd imagine the Texans
- 24:19are finally able to do something because they've
- 24:22played some tough teams and hung around in at
- 24:24least two of those games. They're the best 0
- 24:27-4 team that I can remember in a while. I agree.
- 24:30We'll get to the next episode because that's
- 24:32actually a question I have in there. Anyway,
- 24:34and then the Titans travel to the Colts. That's
- 24:36going to be tough. And then home against the
- 24:38Cleveland Browns, which honestly is going to
- 24:40be tough. I might hop on the Cleveland Browns
- 24:42wagon this year, but we'll see. Anyway, let's
- 24:45close out this episode with that garbage I just
- 24:47said right there. Jake, thanks for being here,
- 24:50man. Thanks for having me. Of course, naturally.
- 24:52Roberto. Oh, yeah. There it is. Yep, right on,
- 24:58right on. Smooth. Kev. With that, don't forget
- 25:02to like, comment, subscribe, or even listen to
- 25:03the banter, whether that's YouTube, Spotify,
- 25:05Apple Podcasts, iHeartRadio, or TikTok. And comment.
- 25:09Do all the stuff, man. Talk some shit. Well,
- 25:12you can talk crap to Roberto. I don't like it.
- 25:15I'm the guy. Actually, I'll just ask you questions.
- 25:17And if you hate the flock, I understand. All
- 25:19right, bye. We'll see you. Don't forget to follow,
