- 0:00Speaker 1: Cold, Good morning, Hey, Hey, what's up.
- 0:03Speaker 2: So I have a boyfriend who is just amazing at
- 0:08Speaker 2: taking care of people when they're sick. He's just one
- 0:10Speaker 2: of those guys that like jumps into action. It's his
- 0:12Speaker 2: love language. And last week I had a cold, and
- 0:17Speaker 2: I swear he just turned into a full time nurse.
- 0:20Speaker 2: He was like making me soup and bringing me medicine
- 0:23Speaker 2: and checking my temperature, fluffing the pillows, you know, like
- 0:26Speaker 2: the whole thing. And I just kept telling him, like,
- 0:29Speaker 2: you're going to catch this, and he was like, no,
- 0:31Speaker 2: I'll be fine. So anyway, fast forward three days and
- 0:35Speaker 2: now he's the sick one on the couch and he's
- 0:37Speaker 2: looking absolutely miserable. And I feel so bad because I'm
- 0:41Speaker 2: just like nowhere near as nurturing as he is. Like
- 0:45Speaker 2: I was getting homemade soup and round the clock care
- 0:48Speaker 2: and yesterday I like came in and handed him the
- 0:50Speaker 2: gatorade and sort of patted him on the shoulder.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 0:55Speaker 3: Yeah. Because my wife when I've been when I've been
- 0:58Speaker 3: down and out, she'll say something and like did you
- 1:00Speaker 3: walk down the street and get the mail? Are you
- 1:02Speaker 3: still sick? Like she has no empathy for the sick people.
- 1:06Speaker 3: In the house.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Why do you ever walk down the street at the
- 1:08Speaker 1: mail You just random neighbors, no.
- 1:11Speaker 3: Neighborhood where they gang mailboxes. They're not in front of
- 1:14Speaker 3: our house. She doesn't want to go get it. I'm
- 1:17Speaker 3: the guy who gets to make like, yeah did you
- 1:19Speaker 3: did you not hear me throwing up?
- 1:21Speaker 2: Oh?
- 1:21Speaker 3: Yeah, you're still well, You're done. You're done throwing up?
- 1:24Speaker 3: Can you not?
- 1:25Speaker 1: So your wife has no empathy towards your.
- 1:27Speaker 3: Sickness, zeer row? Every question is like she's made the plans,
- 1:31Speaker 3: can can you do? What? Are you still sick? But
- 1:33Speaker 3: the plans are still happening, the business is still happening.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Well, yeah, a nice boyfriend Nicole has.
- 1:37Speaker 4: Though, you know, I would I would really just appreciate
- 1:40Speaker 4: that because, like rich, I think the biggest fight that
- 1:43Speaker 4: Scott and I ever had as a married couple was
- 1:46Speaker 4: after I had surgery and he like was not taking
- 1:49Speaker 4: like nut like actually getting frustrated the right Yeah, he
- 1:52Speaker 4: was actually getting frustrated with me that I couldn't like
- 1:55Speaker 4: physically perform like what I normally do around the house.
- 1:58Speaker 4: And I was like, are you kidding me?
- 2:00Speaker 3: Right now?
- 2:00Speaker 4: Like I literally just had surgery.
- 2:03Speaker 3: It's why you should just you should just never get sick,
- 2:07Speaker 3: good for him.
- 2:08Speaker 4: I don't get sick often, Wood, But like hello.
- 2:12Speaker 3: And when you said when you first called, I have
- 2:13Speaker 3: one of those boyfriends that's really good of taking care
- 2:15Speaker 3: of everybody when they're sick, I don't know one guy
- 2:17Speaker 3: like that.
- 2:18Speaker 1: I feel like I don't either. I have to.
- 2:22Speaker 2: I don't know, like what I did right to get it,
- 2:25Speaker 2: but I, you know, trying to hold on tight.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Like if Blake asked me to do something, I'll do it,
- 2:31Speaker 1: but it's always first I go.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Annoying.
- 2:35Speaker 3: Why angels an angel and has to deal with you?
- 2:40Speaker 3: She's she's suffering. Could you just give me a glass
- 2:43Speaker 3: of water from downstairs.
- 2:45Speaker 1: And you can you come downstairs and drink it so
- 2:49Speaker 1: I don't have to come upstairs. Bring on, all right, Nicole,
- 2:52Speaker 1: thanks for sharing that story. Married the Guy, Thank you
