A suspect is on the run after allegedly using a stolen GO2bank account to make rapid, unauthorized purchases across Beaver Dam and Madison on August 11th — grabbing gift cards and other items at stores like Walgreens and Hy-Vee within just four hours. Investigators believe he may have targeted multiple victims without them realizing it, and are urgently seeking public help to identify him. Described as an Asian man around 35, wearing a black cap, shorts, and white t-shirt, he was seen getting into a black van or small SUV.
