  Don't waste your season. Have you ever looked back on a
• 0:14
  moment and thought I had more time, I had more ability, I just
• 0:18
  didn't use it? Maybe it was a class you could
• 0:21
  have taken more seriously, a friendship you could have
• 0:24
  invested in, or a season where you knew God was nudging you,
• 0:28
  but you kept putting it off. Regret has a way of showing up
• 0:32
  when opportunities pass us by. Proverbs chapter 10, verses 4 to
• 0:36
  5 speak straight into that feeling.
• 0:39
  It tells us that a slack hand leads to lack, but the hand of
• 0:42
  the diligent brings increase. It says the one who gathers in
• 0:46
  summer is wise, but the one who sleeps during harvest brings
• 0:49
  shame. In other words, timing matters.
• 0:53
  There are seasons when effort counts more than later excuses.
• 0:56
  What you do now shapes what you experience next.
• 0:59
  Psalm 14 adds another layer. It says the Lord looks down from
• 1:04
  heaven to see if there are any who understand, any who truly
• 1:07
  seek after God. That's sobering.
• 1:10
  God isn't just watching outcomes, He's watching pursuit.
• 1:14
  He's not impressed by busy lives that ignore Him, but he is drawn
• 1:18
  to hearts that actively seek Him in the middle of everyday life.

  Then we see this lived out powerfully.
• 1:24
  In Acts chapter 4. Peter and John are standing
• 1:28
  before powerful leaders who are questioning them.
• 1:31
  These leaders noticed something surprising.
• 1:34
  Acts chapter 4 verse 13 says they saw their boldness and
• 1:38
  realized they were ordinary, uneducated men and they were
• 1:41
  astonished. Why?
• 1:43
  Because they recognized that these men had been with Jesus.
• 1:47
  Peter and John didn't waste their season walking with him.
• 1:50
  They listened. They learned they were changed,
• 1:53
  and when pressure came, what had been planted earlier showed up
• 1:56
  as courage. This is such an important
• 1:59
  reminder for us. You don't drift into spiritual
• 2:02
  strength. You don't accidentally become
• 2:04
  bold in faith. It's built quietly, daily, in
• 2:07
  the seasons that don't feel dramatic.
• 2:10
  Prayer when no one sees. Obedience when it's
• 2:13
  inconvenient. Choosing diligence when it would
• 2:15
  be easier to sleep through the harvest.
• 2:17
  Your current season matters more than you think.
• 2:21
  The habits you're forming now are shaping the person you're
• 2:23
  becoming. God is inviting you not to waste
• 2:26
  what He's given you, but to lean in, seek Him, and stay faithful.
• 2:31
  And one day, when pressure comes or opportunity knocks, people
• 2:35
  will notice something different about you, too.
• 2:37
  Not because you're impressive, but because you've been with
• 2:39
  Jesus. Let's pray.

  Heavenly Father, thank you for reminding me that this season of
• 2:46
  my life matters. Help me not to waste the
• 2:48
  opportunities you've placed in front of me.
• 2:52
  Teach me to be diligent with my time, my faith, and my
• 2:54
  relationships. Stir my heart to seek You daily,
• 2:58
  not halfway, but fully, and let your presence shape me so
• 3:02
  clearly that others can see I've been with Jesus.

  stand, and the rulers plot together against the Lord and

  Pillate with the Gentiles and the people of Israel were

  gathered together against your holy servant Jesus, whom you

  anointed to do whatever your hand and your counsel for

  ordained to happen. Now, Lord, look at their threats

  and grant to Your servants to speak Your word with all

  boldness, while you stretch out your hand to heal, and that

  signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy

  servant Jesus. When they had prayed, the place

  was shaken where they were gathered together.

  They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and they spoke the

  Word of God with boldness. The multitude of those who

  believed were of 1 heart and soul.

  Not one of them claimed that anything of the things which he

  possessed was his own, but they had all things in common with

  great power. The apostles gave their

  testimony of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus.

  Great grace was on them all, for neither was there among them any

  who lacked. For as many as were owners of

  lands or houses sold them and brought the proceeds of the
• 9:25
  things that were sold and laid them at the apostles feet and
• 9:29
  distribution was made to each according as anyone had need.
