- 0:06Speaker 2: No catch, just use their coffee card. Welcome to the
- 0:10Speaker 2: Biggest Show. On is our biggest shot, biggest, biggest speak
- 0:14Speaker 2: the Big Show with just nice and.
- 0:19Speaker 3: I'll kidding you, mad bars. It's great to have your
- 0:21Speaker 3: company this Tuesday afternoon, the twentieth of August twenty twenty four.
- 0:24Speaker 4: On you.
- 0:25Speaker 3: Yes, you are listening to the Big Show, brought to
- 0:27Speaker 3: you by Night. Unfortunately, Moggi's wearing a sort of proper
- 0:43Speaker 3: shirt over the top of his tiny whitey so can't
- 0:48Speaker 3: quite see his full magnificence, which is touch disappointing. But
- 0:53Speaker 3: having said that, it's a very smart kind of casual shit.
- 0:59Speaker 3: And you're still and hot as.
- 1:01Speaker 4: That's live going pretty grouse, and all the better for
- 1:04Speaker 4: looking at your Maggiu's sick past. Yeah you good to
- 1:08Speaker 4: be a light bed Tuesday today? Am all right?
- 1:10Speaker 3: Yes, sure.
- 1:13Speaker 4: Wednesday tomorrow, keazy, what are you up to?
- 1:15Speaker 1: I only been doing the Big Show?
- 1:18Speaker 3: Yeah, well, of course it was Kesey's birthday.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Yes, carry on.
- 1:26Speaker 3: The lizard like movement of his.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Eyes they just blink vertically, They.
- 1:32Speaker 3: Just went down very slowly. It was Kesey's birthday yesterday,
- 1:37Speaker 3: and what a celebration it was, And of course he
- 1:39Speaker 3: went out on the town with old buck Son and
- 1:41Speaker 3: his lovely wife and friends and a little bit tied today.
- 1:45Speaker 3: I think it's fair to say.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Yeah, it was just as we were discussing on the
- 1:48Speaker 1: podcast outro, I had not responsibly. Of course I didn't
- 1:53Speaker 1: have heaps of beers, yes, but I didn't have just
- 1:56Speaker 1: a beer somewhere in the middle there responsibly.
- 1:59Speaker 3: Serious question to both of you, where's the threshold in
- 2:02Speaker 3: terms of beers? He's for a hangover, you know, I mean,
- 2:05Speaker 3: how many beers eas do you have to consume? And
- 2:07Speaker 3: you go, oh, I'm going to have a hangover tomorrow.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Probably it depends. Are two year sweet three year kind
- 2:14Speaker 1: of just be a wee bit tired.
- 2:15Speaker 4: Well, it's affecting your day, isn't it. Three and then
- 2:18Speaker 4: four and five you're getting into it. You can't be bothered.
- 2:21Speaker 4: But you're eating badly. Yes, you're not going to the gym.
- 2:24Speaker 4: You're punching your dad. Yeah, yeah, it's about five last night.
- 2:28Speaker 3: Six Hey, now listen, and it is a massive shall
- 2:31Speaker 3: we here? We've got Vanilla Radio coming up? Which is
- 2:35Speaker 3: very exciting. Mokei's going to tell us about his first cass,
- 2:39Speaker 3: which I am really intrigued to find out about.
- 2:42Speaker 1: And also, don't forget to keep an air out for
- 2:44Speaker 1: the twenty five k Fiddler. If you hear a tune
- 2:47Speaker 1: play with some fiddle mixed into it and you call
- 2:49Speaker 1: us one hundred hadarchy, you call a number one hundred
- 2:51Speaker 1: gets one thousand dollars to keep an.
- 2:53Speaker 3: Ear out, Why wouldn't you listen to a team I reckon,
- 2:56Speaker 3: here's blood.
- 2:58Speaker 2: The whole actual Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue
- 3:02Speaker 2: and Keezy.
- 3:03Speaker 3: Berosmith there on the radio Holanky Big Show this Tuesday afternoon,
- 3:08Speaker 3: fourteen minutes past four. And I actually need to put
- 3:10Speaker 3: out a little in our defense kind of statement. All
- 3:15Speaker 3: three of us today in the studio are feeling very tired,
- 3:19Speaker 3: very very tired, and no particular reason for what we
- 3:23Speaker 3: just are but Jason, but that doesn't mean we're not
- 3:25Speaker 3: going to do a great show.
- 3:26Speaker 1: And also those backbones all around New Zealand who are
- 3:28Speaker 1: tired of actually working in the.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Yeah, way more tired than us. Soft Yeah totally wow, wow,
- 3:35Speaker 3: actually probably not. I mean, yeah, it was pretty pretty tired. Yeah,
- 3:39Speaker 3: I mean I had really bad sleep last nine hours
- 3:42Speaker 3: last night. Yeah as well, but yeah, alright, my testicles
- 3:47Speaker 3: are hurting as well.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Van Radio.
- 3:50Speaker 3: Okay, we do.
- 3:53Speaker 4: That ship Vanilla Radio. Turn that ship off show.
- 4:01Speaker 1: I always forget it has that on the end.
- 4:02Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Right, So Vanilla Radio. This is how it works. If
- 4:05Speaker 1: one of us sends an idea through to our group chat,
- 4:07Speaker 1: that's pretty damn vanilla. We head up vanilla Radio. The
- 4:11Speaker 1: first one we ever did was Jase came through with
- 4:13Speaker 1: does anybody even like banana fruit bursts?
- 4:15Speaker 4: Today?
- 4:17Speaker 1: Jace, you bring your topic in? What was it again?
- 4:19Speaker 3: Meant? I'm actually a little bit outraged because I don't
- 4:22Speaker 3: feel like this is vanilla radio. But Pugsan entered it
- 4:26Speaker 3: in the document as vanilla radio.
- 4:29Speaker 1: It's pretty vanilla, so I'm just.
- 4:31Speaker 3: Gonna have to run with it. I think he's just
- 4:33Speaker 3: getting back to me, after getting back at me after
- 4:36Speaker 3: yesterday me busting him with his cake debacle. But anyway,
- 4:40Speaker 3: the question today is on vanilla radio wearing socks with jendles,
- 4:45Speaker 3: Yes or no?
- 4:46Speaker 1: It sounds like more of a big pole the way
- 4:48Speaker 1: you phrased that just then, So the way vanilla radio works,
- 4:52Speaker 1: if you listen to any other radio sessions. This is
- 4:53Speaker 1: how it'll work, Jase. You bring a funny topic to
- 4:55Speaker 1: the table with a story surrounding it. So what's your story?
- 4:59Speaker 3: Man, It's not necessarily a funny topic. It's just I
- 5:02Speaker 3: was sitting in a cafe the other day with my wife.
- 5:05Speaker 3: I got a lovely breakfast. Actually the bun was a
- 5:07Speaker 3: bit dry, to be honest.
- 5:09Speaker 1: They wouldn't do this on vanilla radio. That just get
- 5:10Speaker 1: straight to the story.
- 5:11Speaker 3: But anyway, a fewller walked in and he had Jendles on,
- 5:16Speaker 3: but he was wearing socks as well. And what it
- 5:19Speaker 3: drives me batshit crazy when I see that, because I
- 5:23Speaker 3: don't know if it's just west Auckland maybe, but it
- 5:26Speaker 3: happens all over the place, right, and I cannot, for
- 5:29Speaker 3: the life of me, see how that can possibly be comfortable, right,
- 5:33Speaker 3: wearing socks with jendles.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Okay, So now I have a contrasting opinion, Jace. I
- 5:40Speaker 1: actually love socks and gendles. I wear them all the time.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Have you tried it? No, your feet are warm it
- 5:45Speaker 1: You can slide your shoes off with anytime you want.
- 5:48Speaker 1: You know, you've got indoor shoes with your socks, slide
- 5:51Speaker 1: them into your jendles. All of a sudden, your indoor
- 5:52Speaker 1: shoes become outdoor. Yeah, big fan over here. Okay, so
- 5:56Speaker 1: I've represented the other side of the.
- 5:57Speaker 4: Oh, I've got to take the sort of you know,
- 6:00Speaker 4: it sort of takes both of your takes and then
- 6:02Speaker 4: makes it my own, and it's a little bit different
- 6:04Speaker 4: as well. I also, actually, Jose, I hate it. I
- 6:08Speaker 4: hate seeing the sandals with the socks situation. I think
- 6:12Speaker 4: it's it's essentially it's pajamas for the feet. It's a
- 6:15Speaker 4: lazy option.
- 6:17Speaker 3: It's like trackies in this It's like pajamas and the Superman.
- 6:20Speaker 4: Two thousand percent. So I only wear them at home,
- 6:24Speaker 4: and I only wear them when I'm completely nude, and
- 6:26Speaker 4: I wear them to bed. But other than that, I don't.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Oh wow, that's a pretty hot take. So we've successfully
- 6:36Speaker 1: completed a Vanilla Radio segment. Now we go to the
- 6:39Speaker 1: audience and say, hey, what's your take New Zealand three
- 6:42Speaker 1: four eight three? Do you like them or do you
- 6:44Speaker 1: hate them?
- 6:44Speaker 3: I'm pretty serious about this.
- 6:47Speaker 4: About Vanilla Radio is normally the audience reacts.
- 6:50Speaker 3: Was a huge reaction, sure.
- 6:52Speaker 4: Man, So we're going to see how we go there and.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Three four eight three. Let us know. You can also
- 6:57Speaker 1: send through a talk back with the iHeartRadio app or
- 6:59Speaker 1: call us on eight hundred hoduchy everyone there does such
- 7:02Speaker 1: a thing in the drawer for fifty a night and
- 7:03Speaker 1: day vouchal. We've got plenty to give away.
- 7:05Speaker 2: So good man, Speaking of which has falls the Hiarchy
- 7:09Speaker 2: Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy tune in weekdays
- 7:12Speaker 2: and four on.
- 7:13Speaker 3: Radio John Pitty and the Heartbreaker is there on the
- 7:17Speaker 3: radio hold Big show this shoes afternoon. The time is
- 7:21Speaker 3: four twenty six backbone.
- 7:23Speaker 4: Yeah, man, hey, fellas, I beckham my fitness regime at
- 7:27Speaker 4: the moment.
- 7:27Speaker 1: It's so great.
- 7:28Speaker 4: Thanks, yeah, yeah, yeah, good one. But to do that,
- 7:35Speaker 4: I'm going to the gym real really at the moment,
- 7:36Speaker 4: I'm going to the gym at five o'clock in the morning,
- 7:38Speaker 4: which I'm quite enjoying, except it means that I'm in
- 7:40Speaker 4: no shape to do the radio show. That's all good, sweeties. Yes, way,
- 7:45Speaker 4: I went along today there India. I've got my got
- 7:48Speaker 4: my routing on my phone pattern routine, so I was
- 7:54Speaker 4: going to follow that and got a little oorder there.
- 7:57Speaker 4: So you do it, you do it, You do it.
- 7:58Speaker 4: It's actually getting gets quite full in there. Now. When
- 8:01Speaker 4: I first started doing five o'clock, there's no one in there,
- 8:03Speaker 4: But now that it's quite full.
- 8:04Speaker 1: And anyway, I could see people heard you talk.
- 8:06Speaker 4: I don't want to get down there, man, they want
- 8:08Speaker 4: to get down and there.
- 8:08Speaker 3: I want to be down there.
- 8:09Speaker 4: So anyway, I was running out of exercises and the
- 8:11Speaker 4: next thing that I was on, I was going to
- 8:13Speaker 4: do the seated row. The seated row. Yes, it's good
- 8:17Speaker 4: for your back, kesy back, your backbone. Anyway, there was
- 8:20Speaker 4: a lady that was on that machine there. The outfits
- 8:25Speaker 4: they wear these days are quite something, aren't they.
- 8:27Speaker 3: I can't say I've noticed, but I'll take your word
- 8:30Speaker 3: for it.
- 8:30Speaker 4: Anyway, I goes over there and I sees to ors
- 8:33Speaker 4: to I says, hey, how how long you're going to be?
- 8:35Speaker 4: How many more sets you got left? And she says three.
- 8:38Speaker 4: I've got about three. I was like, sweet airs, I said,
- 8:41Speaker 4: I bags, I'll bags a day. I'll go next. So
- 8:44Speaker 4: I checked my hoodie on the floor there. I don't
- 8:46Speaker 4: know if putting your hoodie on the floor next to
- 8:47Speaker 4: a machine at the gym means that you've got it next,
- 8:49Speaker 4: but I did it anyway, But.
- 8:50Speaker 3: It's like the coin on the pool table.
- 8:52Speaker 4: That's right. I put my coin on the pool table,
- 8:54Speaker 4: and then I went away and I did another exercise
- 8:57Speaker 4: and might have been leg raisers, kezy. I don't know
- 8:58Speaker 4: what have been leg raisers, tricep extensions. I can't remember.
- 9:01Speaker 1: We can't need to figure out which one it was.
- 9:03Speaker 4: So I did those, and then that was in a
- 9:06Speaker 4: position in the gym where I could see how quickly
- 9:08Speaker 4: she was going, because three sets of some people is
- 9:11Speaker 4: twelve sets for somebody else. So I did three sets
- 9:14Speaker 4: of that. She still wasn't finished, so I went over
- 9:17Speaker 4: to a sort of a floor area that was behind
- 9:20Speaker 4: the rowing machine thingy that I wanted to use, and
- 9:23Speaker 4: I managed to do three sets of push ups while
- 9:25Speaker 4: I continued to wait for her to do her last
- 9:29Speaker 4: finish off her sets, you know. Yes, Then I finished those,
- 9:31Speaker 4: and she's taken her she has taken her time to
- 9:34Speaker 4: be fair, and so in the end I just leaned
- 9:37Speaker 4: up against the machine that was behind. I don't want
- 9:39Speaker 4: to put any pressure on it, but I knew she
- 9:40Speaker 4: only had one set left, so I just leaned up
- 9:42Speaker 4: against the machine sort of, you know. Made some interesting
- 9:45Speaker 4: notes on my phone about my workout and then maybe
- 9:47Speaker 4: you had a look at Instagram while I waited for
- 9:48Speaker 4: her to finish her set up. Then she finishes her setup,
- 9:52Speaker 4: she gets up, she starts wiping down the machine, and
- 9:54Speaker 4: then she does it. So she sees me now standing
- 9:58Speaker 4: behind her, leaning up against this other machine, and she
- 10:01Speaker 4: should have, you know, gives us weird, sort of gives
- 10:04Speaker 4: me a little look, not a good one. Yeah whatever, Man,
- 10:11Speaker 4: I've done six sets and you've done three. Yeah, sort
- 10:14Speaker 4: of that. Yeah, I don't say that. I just sort
- 10:16Speaker 4: of have a stupid look on my face. Sure, And anyway,
- 10:19Speaker 4: she goes there and I jump on the machine and
- 10:22Speaker 4: I just crank it up to max kezy and I'm
- 10:24Speaker 4: just rolling. I'm rowing like.
- 10:26Speaker 3: A bas like an Olympian.
- 10:28Speaker 4: I've just rowing like a bastard there. And then a
- 10:31Speaker 4: feller he jumps on the He jumps on the machine
- 10:34Speaker 4: that I was just leaning against. Now I was leaning
- 10:36Speaker 4: against that machine. There was nobody on it for the
- 10:37Speaker 4: entirety of the time and the entirety of the time
- 10:39Speaker 4: that I was doing all of my other exercises. And
- 10:42Speaker 4: I catch him out of the corner of my eye
- 10:43Speaker 4: and I turn around and I look at him, and
- 10:45Speaker 4: he's on he's on a rowing machine as well, and
- 10:48Speaker 4: he's doing seated row as well. So what I didn't
- 10:52Speaker 4: realize was the entire time that I was trying to
- 10:55Speaker 4: get on the seated rowing machine, there was one that
- 10:56Speaker 4: was sitting there empty the entire time, and I was
- 11:00Speaker 4: actually leaning up against it and I could have just
- 11:03Speaker 4: been using it, and so it kind of like, ah, yeah,
- 11:06Speaker 4: well that explains why she looked at me like that, Yes,
- 11:08Speaker 4: because all she knows is on some old weirdo that's
- 11:12Speaker 4: come up and asked her when she's going to get
- 11:15Speaker 4: off the machine because I want to use that one
- 11:18Speaker 4: when I could have just used it the one she
- 11:20Speaker 4: was on.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Use your also, well, while she's working out, she's noticing
- 11:27Speaker 1: that you're going from like machine to machine, all with
- 11:30Speaker 1: an eyeshot of her. Yeah.
- 11:31Speaker 4: Yeah, every time she looks up. Yeah, old Maggie doing
- 11:34Speaker 4: his leg razors, you're.
- 11:36Speaker 3: Doing his press apps, doing his press aps, doing the
- 11:39Speaker 3: side eye with his press apps. That is pretty humid.
- 11:43Speaker 4: It's all completely innocent, but I yeah, it's a humiliator, Yeah, huge.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Humiliat and giving you a track record as well. Yeah.
- 11:53Speaker 2: Yeah, the hurdiarchy, big show week days from four on
- 11:57Speaker 2: Radio Hodarky.
- 11:59Speaker 3: Why were you doing now, the thing with the microphone.
- 12:05Speaker 3: That's weird. They weirded me out.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Man, we're on the radio. You can't just start a
- 12:09Speaker 1: random conversation just as we're on the right.
- 12:10Speaker 3: Well, you were just doing something with your mouth and
- 12:12Speaker 3: the microphone that sort of just threw me off a
- 12:14Speaker 3: little bit and made me feel a bit discombobulated.
- 12:20Speaker 4: I loved it, all right.
- 12:22Speaker 1: I was doing it for Mike because he likes me
- 12:23Speaker 1: to do it before every break.
- 12:26Speaker 4: Yeah, I am.
- 12:29Speaker 3: It was really good.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Muff.
- 12:31Speaker 3: I was going to say, speaking of which, but oh no,
- 12:34Speaker 3: I can't now what I was just about to chat about.
- 12:37Speaker 3: I can't go from that to that.
- 12:40Speaker 4: To talk about.
- 12:43Speaker 3: Changed direction completely.
- 12:45Speaker 1: All we can do is put a full stop here.
- 12:46Speaker 1: That's done.
- 12:47Speaker 3: Can I just say, actually, yes, in all honesty, the
- 12:49Speaker 3: muff was a bit dry in terms of the flavor
- 12:53Speaker 3: I didn't like.
- 12:54Speaker 4: And we've got lots of people that come into the
- 12:56Speaker 4: office and they bring treats, don't they. They do make
- 12:59Speaker 4: it clear I've never done that, which is poor of
- 13:02Speaker 4: me probably. But you're up for some pretty intense scrutiny.
- 13:06Speaker 4: Jeremy Wells brought some muffins and that was disgusting. Yeah,
- 13:10Speaker 4: I've had I've had better. That was for sure. Who
- 13:12Speaker 4: brought these ones in today? J C? Because I saw
- 13:14Speaker 4: you devouring them and you put two in your pockets,
- 13:16Speaker 4: so I thought that might have been quite good.
- 13:17Speaker 3: Well, Pugson came in and see there's some muff on
- 13:19Speaker 3: the table there if you want to help yourself, and
- 13:21Speaker 3: so I went, oh, yeah, free muff I'll get into it.
- 13:24Speaker 3: And it's foul and what flavor is it?
- 13:27Speaker 4: Though?
- 13:27Speaker 3: It's like chocolate chip.
- 13:28Speaker 4: It's like chocolate, but it's dry.
- 13:30Speaker 3: And it's got weird herbs and things in it. Well,
- 13:35Speaker 3: it's not herbs. It's got weird flavors.
- 13:38Speaker 1: Has it actually got herbs and stuff in it?
- 13:40Speaker 3: No, not herbs. It's actually got you know, like a
- 13:43Speaker 3: cinnamon or something in there. That's not that's not right
- 13:46Speaker 3: for a muffin.
- 13:47Speaker 1: That's Isaac in the office. He made those. It's a
- 13:49Speaker 1: fundraiser for his mum. She's sick.
- 13:54Speaker 4: How is he raising funds with it? Though? If he's
- 13:56Speaker 4: just giving it away.
- 13:57Speaker 1: I'm supposed to donate five dollars and have.
- 13:59Speaker 3: One rate five blacks were That was just it was
- 14:02Speaker 3: just muffin on the table.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Someone. Look, man, you obviously stole a muffin from a
- 14:08Speaker 1: charity fundraiser. Jase and then distant on the radio.
- 14:11Speaker 3: I'll tell you what. They used to have little charity
- 14:13Speaker 3: things out there with bars and stuff that you can
- 14:15Speaker 3: sort of contribute to. I stole a lot of Now, listen,
- 14:20Speaker 3: you know it's just because I didn't have coins in that. Yeah,
- 14:24Speaker 3: you know what I mean. I mean, yeah, I don't
- 14:26Speaker 3: carry cash mode.
- 14:27Speaker 4: Generally. What I do is when I haven't got the
- 14:28Speaker 4: money for something and I can't pay for it, I
- 14:30Speaker 4: don't take it right. Okay, Yeah, I don't think you
- 14:34Speaker 4: can say, oh, but I didn't have any money, that's
- 14:36Speaker 4: why I didn't pay for it.
- 14:37Speaker 3: God, you're a dear brain. Hey, now listen pleinly. Coming
- 14:41Speaker 3: up half to five o'clock. A wow, I believe you've
- 14:45Speaker 3: got an apology to make to the nation. For a start.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Yeah, it's just regarding the Warriors and the twenty twenty
- 14:50Speaker 1: four season. We'll be getting into that just after five.
- 14:53Speaker 1: Also the new game face the Jase that'll be happening
- 14:57Speaker 1: later on to if you want to win yourself a
- 14:59Speaker 1: night and day voucher, and he talks us through his
- 15:01Speaker 1: Thursday of a kiss.
- 15:02Speaker 4: Yeah, oh how good hot content.
- 15:06Speaker 3: Can you go to something because I want to eat
- 15:08Speaker 3: the rest of my muffin?
- 15:09Speaker 1: Yeah, throw that's coming.
- 15:11Speaker 4: It's all coming up after five stuffing your gob.
- 15:14Speaker 2: There the whole aching Big Show with Jace, Mike and Kezy.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Tune in week days at four on Radio hod Ike.
- 15:20Speaker 3: Welcome back to your messive backbones. Hope you're getting through
- 15:22Speaker 3: your Tuesday. Okay, the time is five oh four and
- 15:26Speaker 3: you're listening to the Big Show, brought to you by
- 15:29Speaker 3: Night Nice with the front, Keezy.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Don't when you guys both had your eyes not to
- 15:41Speaker 1: the front.
- 15:42Speaker 3: Come on, easy, Come on, guys, easy, coming up on
- 15:46Speaker 3: the show by the way, face to the Jay, So
- 15:49Speaker 3: make sure you keep an ear up for that and
- 15:51Speaker 3: you get a chance to win a fifty dollars night.
- 15:54Speaker 3: Dave Voucher, speaking of which, what's the special at the
- 15:57Speaker 3: moment they are? Keysy? Was that what's the special today?
- 16:03Speaker 4: Key?
- 16:03Speaker 1: They don't have a special one at the moment. They've
- 16:05Speaker 1: just decided to focus on the Barasta made coffee as
- 16:08Speaker 1: low as four dollors fifty. But if you use keyword mogi,
- 16:15Speaker 1: oh yeah, yeah. The love size it.
- 16:17Speaker 3: Where would you use the keyword?
- 16:18Speaker 1: You just punch it in at the till there.
- 16:20Speaker 4: Oh, really, they've got to wake the toil by yourself.
- 16:22Speaker 3: Now what you punching Mogi on the tail?
- 16:28Speaker 1: I meant that when you put your pen and to
- 16:30Speaker 1: pay for cash't it won't be eligible because Moggie hates cash.
- 16:34Speaker 1: So when you're typing your pen and spelled mogi and
- 16:37Speaker 1: then uh in in huh and then once you've typed
- 16:42Speaker 1: it and hit the green button and then put your
- 16:44Speaker 1: actual pen and then boom free upside. But at that
- 16:46Speaker 1: point they've already made it, it's left to take it away.
- 16:50Speaker 3: It does, so it goes from a regular to a large.
- 16:52Speaker 3: Is that what you're saying?
- 16:53Speaker 1: Yeah, night and day man, check it out for all
- 16:57Speaker 1: the fifty Bristol man.
- 16:58Speaker 3: Yeah, it's very good. I tell you what I do.
- 17:01Speaker 3: Love the tunes we play on the same gosh Stone Temple,
- 17:05Speaker 3: Pilots Fellows, what are you reckon?
- 17:07Speaker 4: This is a classic tune man, It is a love song. Hey,
- 17:11Speaker 4: don't forget Ahzy.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Friday going down to Wellington for Beavana and if you're
- 17:16Speaker 1: coming along you'll be able to taste the hot Federation
- 17:19Speaker 1: Backbone brew Hey Yump be Avana Docotos and if you
- 17:23Speaker 1: wan a ticket.
- 17:24Speaker 2: The whole Archy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy
- 17:27Speaker 2: tune in We dated.
- 17:28Speaker 3: Four on Radio hodank Oasis there on the Radio Hodarchy
- 17:32Speaker 3: Big Show this Tuesday afternoon, thirteen minutes past five o'clock.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Hey, fellas, just quickly before we get into things here,
- 17:38Speaker 1: don't forget that the thirtieth of August is dafit all day. Yeah,
- 17:42Speaker 1: of course our good friends today and is it to
- 17:44Speaker 1: helping raise funds for the Cancer Society. We're gonna help them.
- 17:47Speaker 1: So if we can help them to raise one hundred
- 17:49Speaker 1: thousand dollars, one of us will bungee jump off the
- 17:51Speaker 1: Auckland Harbor Bridge wearing nothing but a super tight velvet
- 17:54Speaker 1: deafitial costume. If you'd like to help, donate and get
- 17:56Speaker 1: one of us jumping off that bridge, taxst donate to
- 17:58Speaker 1: two four four two right now you're gonna be linked
- 18:01Speaker 1: to donate, y fellers. It's taken a long time, but
- 18:06Speaker 1: there's something I need to address. It's something I've been
- 18:08Speaker 1: doing for the last few years. It's very close to
- 18:12Speaker 1: my heart. It's the Warriors and thanks man, It's the Warriors.
- 18:17Speaker 1: I've been commentating them along with Die Hendred Nice to It,
- 18:20Speaker 1: Ben Hurley and others as well, and there's been a
- 18:22Speaker 1: recent trend in something I have been doing which I'm
- 18:26Speaker 1: not very happy about. Just play your week snippet here
- 18:28Speaker 1: see if you can figure out what it is. Absolutely,
- 18:30Speaker 1: I'm just impressed with the our ability to limit Manly's
- 18:34Speaker 1: attacks so far. They are so potent once they spread
- 18:37Speaker 1: it out. Of course, as soon as I say that,
- 18:39Speaker 1: there is a five person breakaway and scores directly under
- 18:44Speaker 1: the post, everyone in the ACC studio pointing and laughing
- 18:47Speaker 1: in my direction. I apologize for everyone putting the commentary
- 18:50Speaker 1: in Kezy's hands. There for a crucial second. Warrior has
- 18:53Speaker 1: done well to just sort of weather the storm.
- 18:56Speaker 4: What can we do here?
- 18:58Speaker 1: Garrick is flying it and he comes up ball is
- 19:00Speaker 1: just snatched aara out a lovely chase from Garrett takes that.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Can I just say that? I just said they were
- 19:07Speaker 1: doing a great job of withering the storm, and then
- 19:08Speaker 1: Manly straightaway scored. It's got a text from Mikeno Keesy's
- 19:12Speaker 1: ability to curse the Warriors as their biggest concern going
- 19:14Speaker 1: into next season. All I'm doing there saying what's happening
- 19:18Speaker 1: and the try has been confirmed? And I tell you what,
- 19:21Speaker 1: me and I not even Shanell Harris Devina can miss
- 19:23Speaker 1: it from there, I hope. I don't know the way
- 19:26Speaker 1: he just winted his eyes there like Bluarry posts in
- 19:29Speaker 1: front of him right now.
- 19:30Speaker 4: Do I he looked at that postal up and looking
- 19:32Speaker 4: at the screen the whole.
- 19:32Speaker 3: Game, I.
- 19:34Speaker 1: You, man, Fellas, I should say, I'm sorry to all
- 19:41Speaker 1: the Warriors fans out there that have tuned into the
- 19:42Speaker 1: ACC's coverage. I don't know what it is. Whenever I
- 19:46Speaker 1: start commentating what's happening or giving an opinion on something,
- 19:49Speaker 1: something bad happens to the Warriors. I don't know if
- 19:52Speaker 1: you guys have heard the phrase commentators curse.
- 19:55Speaker 4: Yes, you heard it, Mike, I've heard of it.
- 19:58Speaker 1: Okay, Oh you know you talk.
- 20:03Speaker 4: No.
- 20:03Speaker 3: I just think that Mogi really hit the nail on
- 20:08Speaker 3: the head by saying that the biggest concern that the
- 20:10Speaker 3: Warriors need to address next year is Kesey's commentary curses.
- 20:16Speaker 4: Yes, but the.
- 20:17Speaker 3: Hopes of a nation so many people so passionate about
- 20:22Speaker 3: the Mum League got him behind and into it. And
- 20:28Speaker 3: Keasy just sort of ruined the entire season, and I
- 20:33Speaker 3: dreams and hopes and dreams of fans and players alike,
- 20:36Speaker 3: and Sean Johnson I believe is filthy with you, and
- 20:42Speaker 3: is he?
- 20:44Speaker 1: But he couldn't point me out of a lineup. Can
- 20:48Speaker 1: I just know I'm in the middle of an apology here,
- 20:50Speaker 1: but can I just say that I feel like the
- 20:52Speaker 1: Warriors take some of the blame for this as well.
- 20:55Speaker 4: What are we doing here? Are you apologizing? Well, you blaming,
- 20:59Speaker 4: shifting the blame.
- 21:00Speaker 1: I'm definitely apologized, shocking, but I'm just sad.
- 21:03Speaker 3: It's terrible. Keezy.
- 21:06Speaker 1: I'd like to apologize to all the Warriors fans out
- 21:08Speaker 1: there in New Zealand and just say I'm how deeply
- 21:11Speaker 1: sorry I am to have single handedly just me ruined
- 21:17Speaker 1: the Warriors season with my commentary curses.
- 21:20Speaker 4: Well, I don't know how single handedly is fair.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Okay, thank you, Matt.
- 21:24Speaker 4: He started the Peno warse and that was really the
- 21:26Speaker 4: beginning of the end. Sure you are absolutely without it,
- 21:30Speaker 4: without a doubt, you are bad juju man Like. I
- 21:34Speaker 4: don't know if you've noticed it, Jase, but when Keezy
- 21:36Speaker 4: walks into a room, you know it. You just get
- 21:38Speaker 4: this cold chill down your spine. You're like, oh, bad
- 21:41Speaker 4: juju and it's so kezy it. Yeah, well, I mean
- 21:46Speaker 4: it's just hell.
- 21:48Speaker 1: This is about commentary.
- 21:50Speaker 3: Every time I found out Magi, for example, that Keysy
- 21:53Speaker 3: was commentating, I just for the opposition thousand bucks boom
- 21:57Speaker 3: put your house on it, because I knew he had
- 22:00Speaker 3: them up with an absolute atrocity in the commentary field.
- 22:07Speaker 3: And so it turned out.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Well, look, can I'm just going to say I'm going
- 22:10Speaker 1: to be stepping down from all further Warriors games this year.
- 22:14Speaker 4: And next year.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Nah, that next year is a different woll story.
- 22:19Speaker 4: Next year is the more important one. This year it's
- 22:21Speaker 4: don and dusted. Yeah, next year is the one that
- 22:23Speaker 4: we've actually got a chance of making the ape at
- 22:25Speaker 4: the stage and time.
- 22:27Speaker 3: I don't think. I don't think stepping downs enough. I'm
- 22:30Speaker 3: thinking exile, you know what I mean?
- 22:33Speaker 1: What do you mean?
- 22:34Speaker 3: Well, I'm thinking rung a Tauto island or something like that.
- 22:37Speaker 3: You just go and live on an island.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Yeah, isn't it like a dog site?
- 22:41Speaker 3: Well, it doesn't matter. It's designed for Pestsy Big Show podcast.
- 22:48Speaker 3: Yous there on the radio Hurnucky Big Show this Tuesday
- 22:53Speaker 3: afternoon the time is twenty five minutes past five o'clock.

- 23:19Speaker 1: Yeah he's been pretty good.
- 23:22Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, that's pretty good.
- 23:24Speaker 4: That'll do me. He's been pretty good, pretty good.

- 23:44Speaker 1: should you choose? It? Has a nice little socket sit
- 23:47Speaker 1: there for your dad's toolbox, a fat Freddy's d I
- 23:51Speaker 1: don't know fifty something, a nice little fat Freddies drop
- 23:55Speaker 1: vinyl based on a true story, one of my favorite albums.
- 23:57Speaker 1: And a Links Africa gift pack so that your dad
- 23:59Speaker 1: will smell nice.
- 24:01Speaker 4: That ticks all the boxes. What's in my box?
- 24:04Speaker 1: Your package has a head scratcher, desiccated chicken, dessicated chicken,
- 24:08Speaker 1: a bag of tofu all as low as twelve dollars ninety.

- 24:14Speaker 1: a head scratcher, a backbone shirt and a Warrior's juicy.
- 24:17Speaker 4: Yeah, pretty good.
- 24:18Speaker 1: So that's Moggie's package, and me Key and Jase. I
- 24:21Speaker 1: mean you guys could just tell them, but yeah, yours
- 24:23Speaker 1: is a box of scorched Darmond's.
- 24:25Speaker 3: Two boxes actually.
- 24:26Speaker 1: Ah, a packet of undies and some soap on a rope.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Yeah, and a little daffle bag thing.
- 24:32Speaker 1: Yeah, we all have that. That's what it gets sent.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you're not special. But Jack, which one of

- 24:43Speaker 1: You an old Keesy's package. Good on you, matey.
- 24:46Speaker 3: Is it possible I can rearrange my package?
- 24:49Speaker 1: You probably can't. You can probably get someone from the
- 24:51Speaker 1: office to do it for you.
- 24:51Speaker 3: There, can I add to my package?
- 24:53Speaker 4: No?
- 24:53Speaker 1: No, no, no, no no, And basically as it is is
- 24:56Speaker 1: just what it is.
- 24:57Speaker 4: Right Okay?
- 24:58Speaker 3: Yeah?

- 25:25Speaker 2: Thanks Fellas, The Hiarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 25:30Speaker 3: Tune in on Radio Sublime. There on the Radio Honarkey
- 25:35Speaker 3: Big Show this Tuesday afternoon. Our lips of sealed Pugson.
- 25:38Speaker 3: What's set off here stays off here? Man, Hey, Fellas,
- 25:43Speaker 3: I may seem maybe a little sort of off kilter today.
- 25:49Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 25:49Speaker 4: I was slowing the pick up there. Re could have
- 25:51Speaker 4: said ten things I couldn't think of one. Damn.
- 25:52Speaker 3: It's okay, man, And maybe not at the top of
- 25:56Speaker 3: my game, maybe and maybe a bit distracted. You probably noticed.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Certainly people outside the glass of notice.
- 26:03Speaker 4: Yeah, anytime somebody walks past.
- 26:05Speaker 3: Yeah, well, my eyes have been wondering.
- 26:07Speaker 4: You got the wondering eye.
- 26:10Speaker 3: Yeah, well, I I guess that makes sense. Something pretty
- 26:14Speaker 3: full on happened last night when I got home from work.
- 26:16Speaker 1: Oh no, you're good.
- 26:19Speaker 3: Wow, this is what I want to talk to you
- 26:21Speaker 3: guys about, because you know, okay, fellas, it's good for
- 26:24Speaker 3: fellas to you know, hear their their ashes.
- 26:29Speaker 4: Spit it out.
- 26:31Speaker 3: So I got home last night and my lovely wife,
- 26:35Speaker 3: my wife, wife, my wife had bought me a beautiful
- 26:44Speaker 3: bouquet of flowers.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Oh that's really nice, is it?
- 26:48Speaker 3: Keasy? Is it? Is it? And they were freezes, which
- 26:52Speaker 3: are my favorite flower, their favorite flower. They they smell
- 26:57Speaker 3: of spring and fill me with joy and hope. Don't
- 27:01Speaker 3: do that with the microphone, please, magie.
- 27:03Speaker 1: You can probably smell those in some of though with
- 27:06Speaker 1: that honker. Sorry, carry on though, carry on anyway.
- 27:12Speaker 3: So I said, oh, that's lovely, darling, thank you so much.
- 27:18Speaker 3: That's very nice. Then I sat down on the couch
- 27:20Speaker 3: and it started, you know, the thoughts in my mind.
- 27:24Speaker 3: And didn't help that Terry walked through the lounge wearing
- 27:27Speaker 3: his bloody towel and nothing else. But he just out
- 27:30Speaker 3: of the shower.
- 27:31Speaker 1: The he's never left.
- 27:37Speaker 3: And I was saying, and these thoughts started coming under
- 27:39Speaker 3: my head, and I thought, oh, you've just been crazy,
- 27:41Speaker 3: old hoidy j with those thoughts, and it was like,
- 27:45Speaker 3: why is my wife buying me flowers?
- 27:47Speaker 4: Oh?
- 27:47Speaker 1: So that's literally it. Oh wow, okay, so you're offended
- 27:50Speaker 1: by the flowers.
- 27:51Speaker 3: Well I wasn't offended by them. I was really taken
- 27:53Speaker 3: aback by them. And then I started thinking about it.
- 27:55Speaker 3: Why did my wife buy me flowers? What she done?
- 27:58Speaker 4: Why did she? Oh?
- 28:00Speaker 3: Yeah, what did you buy me flowers?
- 28:02Speaker 1: Because you only buy flowers when you've messed.
- 28:04Speaker 4: Up, when you've done something wrong.
- 28:07Speaker 3: Yeah, And I'm thinking to myself, what is going on
- 28:11Speaker 3: with her? And or what has she done to warrant
- 28:16Speaker 3: her buying you know, her buying me a bouquet of flowers.
- 28:20Speaker 4: Because buying flowers is not a gesture of kindness, No,
- 28:23Speaker 4: that's an admission of guilt.
- 28:25Speaker 3: It's one of those things where on the surface it's
- 28:29Speaker 3: lovely and you go, oh, how lovely. Then when you
- 28:33Speaker 3: put yours snarls underneath the surface there and have a
- 28:36Speaker 3: little wiggle around, you go hang about something's going on,
- 28:40Speaker 3: Something is going on. I mean, that's where my mind
- 28:44Speaker 3: when I don't know if I'm being unreasonable or that's
- 28:47Speaker 3: a reasonable thing to think, or just being paranoid.
- 28:51Speaker 1: I mean, I think you've been paranoid. What was when
- 28:52Speaker 1: you bought flowers for her last? What had you done?
- 28:58Speaker 4: Well, you don't do anything wrong, you not really well,
- 29:02Speaker 4: but I mean it's been twenty five years since she
- 29:03Speaker 4: bought it flowers.
- 29:05Speaker 3: Yeah that's true. Yeah, okay, I'll buy her like a
- 29:09Speaker 3: Mars bar or something. Not because I've done anything wrong, yeah,
- 29:13Speaker 3: because you know, but then we'll call her it up
- 29:15Speaker 3: and stuff. I won't need to have the whole bar.
- 29:19Speaker 3: I just wanted to I just wanted to gage you, guys.
- 29:22Speaker 3: I mean, like if your partners came home and said, mogie, darling,
- 29:26Speaker 3: here's some flowers for you, you'd be you'd be all Jean.
- 29:29Speaker 4: I don't like flowers, and.
- 29:32Speaker 1: My name's Keesy, stop getting us mixed up. I'd be
- 29:35Speaker 1: I don't like flowers, though I'm not interested.
- 29:37Speaker 4: In My wife has never bought me flowers, but she
- 29:40Speaker 4: she buys them for the house. Right, Yeah, okay, the
- 29:44Speaker 4: house is the nickname we give the neighbor. It's pretty hot.
- 29:48Speaker 3: The house is he oh dog roll.
- 29:54Speaker 4: Trouble so hard?
- 29:58Speaker 3: Just tur Well, that's cool, that's good. I was just
- 30:01Speaker 3: wanted to check. That's all. Yeah, nothing to worry about there.
- 30:07Speaker 1: She is having an affair though, isn't she?
- 30:08Speaker 3: Who?
- 30:09Speaker 1: Huh?
- 30:10Speaker 2: The Hdiarchy Big Show weekdays from four on radio Hodarkey.
- 30:14Speaker 3: Us a deed jet there on the radio. Hold Donkey
- 30:17Speaker 3: Big Show this Tuesday afternoon. The time is fourteen minutes
- 30:20Speaker 3: or six o'clock. If you want to face the Jase,
- 30:23Speaker 3: give us a call right now on No. Eight hundred Hodarky.
- 30:25Speaker 4: That's right.
- 30:26Speaker 1: If you don't know what that is, it is a
- 30:27Speaker 1: game show. You just have to answer three questions correctly
- 30:31Speaker 1: and you will get yourself a night and day voucher,
- 30:33Speaker 1: So it's worth doing. Give us a call. However, if
- 30:36Speaker 1: you get one wrong and then goes to Jase, and
- 30:37Speaker 1: if he manages to get three correct then he will
- 30:41Speaker 1: get the fifty dollar night and day vouchers. So it's
- 30:43Speaker 1: more about stopping him from getting it than it is
- 30:45Speaker 1: about anything else. So let's go straight to the lines. Josh,
- 30:48Speaker 1: how are you going, mate? Yeah? Really good man? Where
- 30:53Speaker 1: are you calling from?
- 30:55Speaker 3: God?
- 30:56Speaker 1: Oh? Yeah, good on you mate? What do you do
- 30:57Speaker 1: for a crust man?
- 31:00Speaker 3: Look at it back massive back right there.
- 31:04Speaker 1: That's so good, hey, Josh, are you ready to face
- 31:06Speaker 1: the Jase?
- 31:09Speaker 4: All right?
- 31:10Speaker 1: It's time to face the Jase. Alrighty. First question, Josh,
- 31:28Speaker 1: don't forget to get three in a row?
- 31:29Speaker 4: Correct?
- 31:30Speaker 2: What?
- 31:30Speaker 4: Just three? Correct? Actually?
- 31:32Speaker 1: Who directed the original Jurassic Park? I got that at
- 31:46Speaker 1: the last Nice work, mate, Sorry Jace, Mike, do you
- 31:51Speaker 1: want to ask a question?
- 31:52Speaker 4: Second question here for your mate? What is pie to
- 31:56Speaker 4: the ninth decimal place?
- 32:04Speaker 1: Sorry?
- 32:06Speaker 4: Too long, Jase?
- 32:07Speaker 3: Three point one four one five nine two six five three?
- 32:12Speaker 1: Wow, that's correct, Thanks man.
- 32:15Speaker 3: Yeah, I was always a bit of a math geek
- 32:18Speaker 3: at school.
- 32:19Speaker 1: And other things. All right. Next question Josh from Deleita.

- 35:35Speaker 1: Indeed, even yeah, this particular one probably won't go to
- 35:39Speaker 1: HR like all the other ones have. But it was

- 36:31Speaker 3: hail on the ground.
- 36:32Speaker 1: I just wasn't.

- 39:10Speaker 1: one that you put on a prawn cocktail.
- 39:12Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, which is basically just aoli and tomato sauce.
- 39:15Speaker 4: Exactly what it is?

- 41:00Speaker 4: He's big on the nato. Oh yeah.
- 41:02Speaker 3: I'm not sure that I'm happy with a chicken on
- 41:03Speaker 3: a nacho though, but I can.
- 41:06Speaker 1: A chicken on a nacho live chicken.
- 41:10Speaker 4: You eat nacho's?
- 41:11Speaker 3: All right? Okay, does that make sense?
- 41:17Speaker 1: It's a chicken sitting on a nest made of corn chips.
- 41:21Speaker 1: That's that's what Gas is having.
- 41:23Speaker 5: The film director, he's having a pie.
- 41:26Speaker 4: But chicken, they sort of nests on the corn chips there,

- 42:14Speaker 3: Let's talk some TV, shall we?
- 42:18Speaker 5: What's on the Telly with Mike Minogue?
- 42:24Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 42:31Speaker 4: Now whoa TV?
- 42:34Speaker 3: Am?
- 42:34Speaker 4: I right?
- 42:35Speaker 1: Fellas say that again.
- 42:37Speaker 4: I had a little bit of time to watch some
- 42:39Speaker 4: TV last night. Oh I thought it was spelt my
- 42:42Speaker 4: water Man, but it didn't happen. Oh what a feeling.
- 42:47Speaker 4: And I watched Colin from.
- 42:48Speaker 1: Accounts on TV's in Plus season.
- 42:50Speaker 4: Two, Season two, episode two. I liked the first three
- 42:54Speaker 4: episodes of season one, then it fell off a cliff
- 42:57Speaker 4: and I hated it. Remember that keusing. And then we
- 43:00Speaker 4: watched the first episode of season two and my wife
- 43:04Speaker 4: didn't like it, so we didn't watch anymore. And then
- 43:05Speaker 4: last night. I managed to talk her into watching the
- 43:08Speaker 4: second episode of season two. Yes, it was funny. Good?
- 43:12Speaker 4: What did you watch?
- 43:13Speaker 1: No? Hang on, wait because I saw Mike earlier today
- 43:17Speaker 1: and he was like, I can't wait to check Colin
- 43:18Speaker 1: from accounts with you. Aka, I hated it and he
- 43:21Speaker 1: knows it's one of my mari and you said, oh god,
- 43:23Speaker 1: I know, I know how you felt about it.
- 43:25Speaker 4: But that's the thing, easy, I acted my way through
- 43:27Speaker 4: that conversation with you. I did enjoy it, Okay to
- 43:30Speaker 4: enjoy it was funny. My wife was cracking up cracking
- 43:33Speaker 4: Is it the guy? Was it the guy trying to
- 43:35Speaker 4: what he tells his partner that's moved in whatever her
- 43:41Speaker 4: name is, that he's made somebody else pregnant? Oh? Yes,
- 43:46Speaker 4: I don't. I'm not a fan of the way her
- 43:48Speaker 4: character's going to be fair. She is annoying me now right.
- 43:52Speaker 4: Jason's say, for example, it's role play a little bit here.
- 43:55Speaker 4: You and I we get into an into a relationship.
- 43:59Speaker 4: I tell you that the previous woman that I was
- 44:01Speaker 4: seeing has told me that she's fallen pregnant years. How
- 44:05Speaker 4: do you feel about that?
- 44:09Speaker 3: I don't know. It depends on how long our relationship
- 44:12Speaker 3: was you've moved in with me.
- 44:16Speaker 1: For five years?
- 44:17Speaker 4: And also, would you say to them why did you
- 44:21Speaker 4: do that? Would you say to me why did you
- 44:23Speaker 4: do that?
- 44:24Speaker 3: Right?
- 44:25Speaker 4: Why did you get it pregnant? And I was just
- 44:28Speaker 4: watching again and I meant to like here, because that
- 44:30Speaker 4: is not a helpful attitude at all. Kezy.
- 44:32Speaker 1: Wasn't she saying why did you do that? Because they
- 44:34Speaker 1: got together while they were sort of getting Are you sure?
- 44:38Speaker 4: I watched it last night, but I've just a little bit.
- 44:40Speaker 4: There's a little bit thing with her where she's a
- 44:43Speaker 4: little bit annoying. But she's a very good actor and
- 44:45Speaker 4: it was very funny.
- 44:46Speaker 1: Yeah, watch the more of it.
- 44:49Speaker 3: Watch the Iron Claw. The Claw based on a true story.
- 44:54Speaker 4: The wrestling one, the wrestling one.
- 44:56Speaker 3: And I've seen it for the last week or so
- 44:58Speaker 3: and I've gone, nah, it doesn't look like me. But
- 45:02Speaker 3: it's basically this. Yes, it is very good actors and
- 45:04Speaker 3: all those actors that are in it have all buffed
- 45:06Speaker 3: up for their parts.
- 45:07Speaker 4: Zach yes and Jeremy White Yes.
- 45:16Speaker 3: And he does look weird actually, But it's based on
- 45:18Speaker 3: a true story. It's about a father that was a
- 45:20Speaker 3: wrestler who always wanted to be world champion. He never
- 45:22Speaker 3: quite got There was always very bitter about that. He
- 45:24Speaker 3: has four sons who become wrestlers as well, and basically
- 45:30Speaker 3: he wants his sons to fulfill his dream basically. And
- 45:34Speaker 3: it is a pretty horrific story. But the brothers were
- 45:39Speaker 3: really close, and it's just the story of how the
- 45:43Speaker 3: family who believe their cursed falls apart completely. There's a
- 45:47Speaker 3: lot of death, there's a lot of sadness. It's a
- 45:50Speaker 3: pretty grim watch, to be fair.
- 45:53Speaker 4: But I enjoyed it.
- 45:54Speaker 3: It wasn't quite what I expected it to be.
- 45:56Speaker 4: Yeah, that's changed my mind about what I thought it
- 45:58Speaker 4: was going to be. Yes, it's I can't be bothered
- 46:00Speaker 4: with grim watchers.
- 46:01Speaker 3: Yeah, it's it's. But my wife while we were watching
- 46:05Speaker 3: us going oh god, not him as well, and it
- 46:08Speaker 3: was like yeah, okay, yeah, oh man. And it's you know,
- 46:12Speaker 3: based on the true stories. So but I recommend it's
- 46:15Speaker 3: a good film.
- 46:15Speaker 4: It's good.
- 46:16Speaker 1: Last night I went out for dinner day.
- 46:20Speaker 3: Pugs beers. We didn't tell me you're taking pugs.
- 46:27Speaker 1: It's a was restaurant. Last night we had at the restaurant.
- 46:30Speaker 3: Why didn't I go to the restaurant?
- 46:31Speaker 4: Jason?
- 46:32Speaker 1: We tackled this last night. I didn't want you. I
- 46:34Speaker 1: didn't feel comfortable with you.
- 46:35Speaker 4: There.
- 46:36Speaker 3: We'll talk about here all right.
- 46:37Speaker 2: Okay, June the Hodarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue.

- 46:57Speaker 3: With that mine, let's have a little chat about the
- 47:00Speaker 3: brewery of the day. We're up to the brewery.
- 47:07Speaker 1: Of the so good fewlers, Sint Leonard's. Okay, oh, it's
- 47:16Speaker 1: the brewery of today. They're gonna be down there at
- 47:18Speaker 1: Beer Varna August twenty third and twenty fourth. Beavanna dot
- 47:20Speaker 1: cod inz for tickets. When Sint Leonards started, it was
- 47:23Speaker 1: nothing more than a passionate project for friends and family,
- 47:26Speaker 1: centered around a humble flat garage.
- 47:29Speaker 4: Oh yeah, tell me more, man, a flat garage, garage garage,
- 47:35Speaker 4: No flat garage.
- 47:37Speaker 1: Now I'm like a garage on the side of a flat,
- 47:39Speaker 1: like a sheer flat, like a garage flat flat.
- 47:42Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, yeah, ok.
- 47:45Speaker 1: Since then, brewers Vlad and Rory have found themselves a
- 47:47Speaker 1: much bigger automotive garage right in the heart of the
- 47:50Speaker 1: ber Mile in Auckland, the Mile b E not b
- 47:55Speaker 1: E A R B. Right and now for the very
- 47:58Speaker 1: first time these kigs leaving the hallowed garage and heading

- 48:04Speaker 1: only chance to try them at Beervana, So get stuck
- 48:07Speaker 1: in the a St.
- 48:07Speaker 4: Lennon's sounds good?
- 48:10Speaker 3: How many beers e is? Do you think you'll get
- 48:11Speaker 3: through on the Friday there? Oh, yeah, there's a lot
- 48:15Speaker 3: to sample.
- 48:17Speaker 1: Well, there's going to be over three hundred, yes, delicious
- 48:19Speaker 1: beers on office.
- 48:20Speaker 3: So I reckon if you had a sip of every
- 48:23Speaker 3: single one, you could do it?
- 48:24Speaker 4: Is that two match? Three hundred steps? Sorry? Can you
- 48:26Speaker 4: get do it? Yeah? What's a sep fifty mils? Yeah,
- 48:31Speaker 4: it's a shot, just.
- 48:32Speaker 1: A little yeah, right, shot of beer or three hundred
- 48:36Speaker 1: shots if.
