- 2:00Packers, Bills and Buccaneers defensive tackle Jarell Worthy.
- 2:05Jarell, what's up, man? Man, what's up with you guys?
- 2:09Man, Excited to be back once again with the crew.
- 2:13You had some questionable statements before I came on, but
- 2:16I'm but I, but I roll with a little bit man.
- 2:18So I'm happy to be back with you guys, man.
- 2:20Thank you guys again. I love my string cheese and
- 2:22Jabba makes fun of me because he's like, you don't eat, you
- 2:25don't eat, drink cheese like that.
- 2:28So what I do is I just cut it in half and I eat one side in the
- 2:32other Java like he likes to take one side.
- 2:34It's called string cheese for a reason.
- 2:36Listen. Listen.
- 2:38Watch how I eat my string cheese, ladies and gentlemen.
- 2:40I like a serial killer. I am a serial killer.
- 2:44I love those serial killer movies.
- 2:46By the way, Ed Ginn is coming on Netflix.
- 2:49I'm going to love it. I'm trying to open up this
- 2:51wrapper. It's not very good.
- 2:53There it. Is here it is.
- 2:55You see, you see this. Watch this.
- 2:56This is what I do. Look at that half.
- 3:03Yummy. Delicious.
- 3:05There's got to be a there's got to be a study done for how
- 3:08people eat their string cheese, though. 100%.
- 3:12It's cheese. You got to eat it.
- 3:14I'm eating it. I'm enjoying it.
- 3:17Listen, I got to I got to have my protein, right?
- 3:19I mean, I haven't had a chance all day.
- 3:22I was just coming from the gym before the show started and me
- 3:24and Jabba, I was taking Jabba. I was like, ah, cut off those
- 3:27fat, fat cells. I'm I'm cutting and I'm eating
- 3:30the protein, baby, eating protein.
- 3:32All right, I swallowed it. There you go.
- 3:37Anyways, I want to get into the Buccaneers and The Jets.
- 3:41You play for the Buccaneers and there's a lot of questions of
- 3:44this team going into the season. Todd Bowles with the talent that
- 3:48he has, this team is fully loaded and ready to win a Super
- 3:50Bowl. This is a team that really was
- 3:53looked at over the last couple of years is Bruce Aryan's team.
- 3:57It finally became Todd Bowles team with Baker Mayfield over
- 4:00the last two seasons and they've been completely different,
- 4:03obviously. Is it Baker Mayfield's a
- 4:05different personality and Tom Brady, he brings the kind of
- 4:08different look to the quarterback play.
- 4:11What are your thoughts to the Buccaneers?
- 4:13Do you think that this team is for real?
- 4:16Yeah, I definitely think they're for real, especially looking at
- 4:19that division, man. You know, the Saints are up and
- 4:21down. Panthers, quote UN quote, are
- 4:24supposed to be still in a rebuilding year.
- 4:26And the Falcons, they went over this weekend, man.
- 4:29So it's definitely the the the, the vision for the Buccaneers to
- 4:32take. And when you got, you know,
- 4:34competent quarterback play like Baker Mayfield is doing, and
- 4:37then you have the receiver believers that that are going in
- 4:40the games making plays. And I mean, you got their young
- 4:42guys making plays now. So I think that's the biggest
- 4:45thing is, you know, Mike Evans left foot up with a hamstring
- 4:48injury and they didn't even lose a beat offensively.
- 4:50So at the end of the day, man, that I think the division is
- 4:54definitely, definitely theirs for the taking.
- 4:56No, my question is, you're a defensive player.
- 4:59Is Will McDonald for real? I mean, this guy is a sick with
- 5:04athletic ability that we we watch this kid jump over cars.
- 5:07All right. This guy literally jumps over
- 5:10cars. And then what he did at the end
- 5:13of the game was remarkable. The last person I've seen do
- 5:16something like that was Troy Palamalo.
- 5:19We all know what how talented Palamalo is as a safety.
- 5:23This guy is a defensive lineman. He's not even a safety.
- 5:26And what he did was absolutely ridiculous.
- 5:29Could be the play of the week. What were your thoughts when you
- 5:31watch something like that and see somebody of that magnitude
- 5:34do something so ridiculous like that?
- 5:38Well, honestly, you know, God blesses everybody differently
- 5:41and he's definitely got that that God-given talent to just,
- 5:45you know, create that type of explosion and jump over a line.
- 5:48I mean, you got to realize those guys are like 6, five, 350 some
- 5:51pounds. So to have that type of strength
- 5:54and explosion to jump over him, man.
- 5:55And you obviously see what that play did for his coach there.
- 6:00I think at the end of the day, man, this is probably one of the
- 6:02most athletic plays to come from AD line position and jump over a
- 6:05guy. I haven't we I don't think we've
- 6:07ever seen something like that done.
- 6:10I think it was out in Seattle. The the guys did that.
- 6:14Chancellor did that a little bit ago, but that was, I mean, he's
- 6:17ADB. We're talking the D lineman
- 6:19coming from, you know, a three-point stance and jumping
- 6:21over a guy that's unbelievable. So the young defensive tackle
- 6:24movement has really been a big thing.
- 6:26The Buccaneers we were just talking about have two very good
- 6:27ones. Unfortunately, one, Kalija
- 6:29Canty, got lost for the season. We're talking about the Eagles
- 6:30earlier. With the two that they have and
- 6:32they're showing their athleticism on special teams,
- 6:34are you seeing it become much more of a value position,
- 6:37especially like a lot of these younger guys that are being
- 6:39drafted earlier? Yeah, man, it is a value
- 6:43position. I think anything, any position
- 6:45that affects the quarterback from a defensive perspective is
- 6:47a, is a value position, whether that be, you know, getting
- 6:51tackles for loss or pushing guys back in the backfield.
- 6:54And, and, and, you know, rushing A passer like you see, you know,
- 6:58Jordan Davis and, and Jaylen Carter, their ability to block
- 7:01the punt there, I mean, block the field goal twice in a game,
- 7:04which is unbelievable. But just, you know, you see,
- 7:07you're, you're starting to see these defensive tackles become
- 7:10even more athletic, man. They're getting down in the in
- 7:12the low fours as far as their, their, their 40s yard dashes and
- 7:15everything. So I think the game is moving in
- 7:17the right direction, man. As as the quarterbacks become
- 7:20more athletic, the lineman have to do so as well.
- 7:23Yeah, I mean, hey, big fellas need love too, baby.
- 7:25Let's do. It we do, we do, man,
- 7:27Absolutely. No, but on that note too, like
- 7:32from the defensive side, what do you think?
- 7:34There's always there's always serviceable, there's always good
- 7:37with and then there's great. Like, what do you think
- 7:40separates the good from the great from them guys where you
- 7:43just kind of shake your head and you're like, it doesn't surprise
- 7:45me he did that. Yeah, I think, you know,
- 7:48everything, every, everything comes down to moments in the
- 7:51game, right? You talk about the NFL, you talk
- 7:53about, you know, NCAA with the with the big time college
- 7:56football that we have on Saturdays with, you know, these
- 7:59specimens walking into the NFL now, you know, I I definitely
- 8:04think that it's an underrated position that that people kind
- 8:09of overlook until it's needed, right?
- 8:11You until you have an Aaron Donald, till you have a, you
- 8:14know, a Chris Jones or a Jalen Carter on your team, like you
- 8:18kind of overlook it. But man, those are there.
- 8:21Those are the the game records and it and it's starting to to
- 8:24open things up for a lot of those guys on the edge.
- 8:26Everybody wants to get caught up with a lot of the, the finesse
- 8:29and the speed that's on the edge.
- 8:30But you know, at the end of the day, that quarterback has to
- 8:33step up in the pocket. And when these guys step up in
- 8:35the pocket, they're running into these monsters in the middle.
- 8:37And so, you know, Philadelphia, they went about it the right
- 8:41way. And you start to see a lot of
- 8:43these Super Bowl teams. They're they're, they're
- 8:45building out from the interior out to their, to their skill
- 8:48guys. We are talking to Packers, Bills
- 8:51and Buccaneers former defensive tackle Jerrell Worthy.
- 8:54He's been on a show plenty of times.
- 8:56We love him. He he's coaches football.
- 8:58He does a lot of things offset of what he was as an NFL player.
- 9:03But there's a guy in the NFL I'm not too fond of.
- 9:06OK, and and and I don't worry. You're going to know if very in
- 9:12just a few moments. Deion Sanders went on a podcast
- 9:16and said that this guy is not being used right.
- 9:18He is not being used right. This guy is one of the most
- 9:21athletically gifted players the NFL has ever seen and said
- 9:25before he was drafted that this guy is the next prime.
- 9:29This guy might be better than prime.
- 9:31Travis Hunter's played in three games, three games.
- 9:34He they decided Cohen decided to make him a wide receiver instead
- 9:39of a corner. He's played, he's played both
- 9:41positions. He hasn't been very good at the
- 9:43corner position and he hasn't been good at a wide receiver.
- 9:46They moved up from 5 to 2, gave up a significant portion of
- 9:50future draft picks because they thought that this guy could be
- 9:54the next big star in the NFL. The only thing he's become, in
- 9:59my eyes, is the Gremlin. If there's another movie, and if
- 10:03he needs to star in a movie to make some extra money after
- 10:06seven years of absolute debacle, Ladies and gentlemen, Gremlins 3
- 10:11starring Travis the Gremlin Hunter, that's the way I go.
- 10:15Why do you think Travis Hunter really hasn't so far in three
- 10:19games developed the way everybody thought he was going
- 10:21to be? Yeah, it's been tough for their
- 10:24their entire offense. If you if you really want to
- 10:27break down the film man, Brian Thomas Junior coming off that
- 10:30amazing rookie year hasn't really seen anywhere close to
- 10:34the numbers that he has the first year.
- 10:36And so I think coming into it, that was essentially the Jaguars
- 10:40number one option that or or essentially that's what they're
- 10:43anticipating is their number one option.
- 10:45And so, you know, T hunters going out there trying to do
- 10:48some things. He's still a rookie trying to
- 10:49make some plays, but I think the play calling has to be situated
- 10:52to where, you know, how the chiefs use their Xavier worthy
- 10:55in terms of, you know, over over routes, high crossing routes,
- 11:00reverses anything that kind of gets them, you know, on the edge
- 11:04using their skills and their ability.
- 11:06And we just really haven't seen that, you know, right now with
- 11:08in Jacksonville and and to be honest with you, Trevor Lawrence
- 11:11hasn't been looking good either. So I mean, we can possibly see
- 11:15with all the firepower that they do have a massive overhaul in
- 11:18Jacksonville before they get that new stadium up and rolling,
- 11:21man. Because I think at the end of
- 11:22the day, offensively, they're gonna have to start competing in
- 11:26that division, man. You got the Colts with Daniel
- 11:28Jones sitting at three and oh, right now.
- 11:30And, and, you know, obviously the Jags are trying to figure
- 11:33some things out, man. So it's a, it's an open division
- 11:36to be taken for the taking man. And and the Jags definitely have
- 11:39to get their their their stuff together.
- 11:41Listen, I'm helping everybody out when I do this.
- 11:43This means Dimes, baby. Danny Dimes.
- 11:46No more. No more of the Manzel.
- 11:49That's not money, Manzel. This is Danny Dimes.
- 11:52I want everybody to do that. Every time Daniel Jones wins,
- 11:56you got to give him some Dimes, baby.
- 11:59Give him some money, throw some Dons at him or, you know,
- 12:02whatever you want to do. But I want to say something
- 12:04about Travis Hunter that I've been watching and, and I want, I
- 12:07want everybody to understand something I said that it doesn't
- 12:10matter if he is the corner or the wide receiver, if he plays
- 12:14corner 70% of the time, he will not have one interception this
- 12:17year, not one. And I'm going to say this again,
- 12:21if he has a touchdown this year, it won't be until Game 6 or Game
- 12:25seven. I just don't think Travis Hunter
- 12:27has it and I think he needs to sit down and watch Phil.
- 12:32You can see it. He's not running the right
- 12:34routes. He's made some mistakes on the
- 12:36football field. I watched Jacksonville just to
- 12:39make fun of him. I actually bought a #12 jersey
- 12:42with the Gremlin on the back of it because I can't stand the
- 12:45man. I was at his Heisman Trophy, you
- 12:47know, when he won his. Heisman Trophy.
- 12:49I went back and forth with this man, all right, and he told me.
- 12:52He told me straight out I'm a Jet fan.
- 12:54He told me you don't want to go to The Jets.
- 12:56The Jet stink. What makes the Jaguars any
- 12:59better? So you'll go out, you're taking
- 13:02a shot. I wouldn't do that one.
- 13:03I honestly, man, I think I think he would actually thrive in The
- 13:08Jets offense right now compared to to what he's getting down
- 13:12there with Trevor Lawrence, man, and I and honestly, man, I think
- 13:15man, Trevor Lawrence could possibly need a change of
- 13:18scenery. You know, it's not like it's not
- 13:21like he's like Matthew Stafford and just, you know, was just bad
- 13:24for, you know, really good for a bad team.
- 13:27But I mean, right now he's again, ever since that AFC
- 13:30Championship a few years ago, man, he hasn't been even
- 13:34remotely close in that division. And we're talking about a
- 13:36division that's that's been terrible for for quite some
- 13:39time. And I mean, Houston, we thought
- 13:41they were going to run away with it.
- 13:43Now they're O and three and so I mean, at the end of the day,
- 13:46when you're, when you're terrible already in a bad
- 13:48division, I mean, I don't know why, you know, you know, Mr.
- 13:53Khan, the the owner there with the Jags are are kind of pitting
- 13:55up with it, man. I think right now, you know, you
- 13:58got 2 dominant receivers on the outside.
- 14:00I, I would look to to personally move on from, from Trevor
- 14:03Lawrence at some point in time, man, to see what you can, you
- 14:05can build up around, around that young football team.
- 14:08Oh, there's no question. And by the way, who do you where
- 14:10do you think he plays? What do you think if you were
- 14:13the coach of the team? Is he a wide receiver or corner?
- 14:15Travis Hunter. So I would personally use him a
- 14:19wide receiver, I think more so I think he'll be more dynamic in
- 14:23that, in that aspect of it. I think at the end of the day in
- 14:26the NFL, the right receiver, I mean, cornerbacks are still
- 14:29still acts to tackle and be physical tacklers and be guys
- 14:34that come up and set the edge. And you know, when that ball
- 14:36bounces out, you know, you got a Josh Jacobs bouncing out to a
- 14:40small corner like that. Like you're expected to make
- 14:42that play and you're expected to turn that thing back into the
- 14:45rest of the to the rest of the guys.
- 14:46And so I think at the end of the day, we've seen his physicality
- 14:50kind of been up and down. It's it's struggle with that a
- 14:52little bit. I think learning wide receiver
- 14:54is going to be a little bit of a easier fix than it is playing
- 14:58corner man, because corner is a dynamic and that's that's an
- 15:00attitude. Like that's a that's a
- 15:02personality that you have to come with every single day.
- 15:04You have to live by it. And so right now, I think, you
- 15:07know, in Jacksonville, he'll figure it out offensively.
- 15:10They're gonna have to find ways to get them the ball.
- 15:12Otherwise they're, you know, their front office is going to
- 15:14look like fools, whether, whether whether they're winning
- 15:17by 21 or down by 21, they're gonna find, they're gonna have
- 15:20to find ways to make it make him, make him stand down and
- 15:24look good. So another team you play for,
- 15:26the Buffalo Bills obviously very close to the Super Bowl last
- 15:29year, lost in controversial fashion.
- 15:31Probably got to the referees and the Chiefs helping helping them
- 15:34out too. Josh Allen winning MVP and Allen
- 15:36looking like he could be an MVP candidate again this year.
- 15:39Bills, is it kind of like a boom or bust type situation for them?
- 15:42Like they've been so close but just not getting over the hump
- 15:44yet. No, it is.
- 15:47I mean, when you really look at it, their, their rosters not
- 15:49stacked with a ton of a ton of talent and they're looking,
- 15:53they're looking very polished offensively right now.
- 15:56I know defensively they're still trying to work some guys in.
- 15:59You got some veterans that have come back that it used to been
- 16:01part of that, you know, that thriving secondary.
- 16:03They're still trying to figure some things out.
- 16:06And I think at the end of the day, they're going to have to
- 16:08find some, some pass rush on the on a consistent basis because,
- 16:13again, you know, guys are going to want to try to keep the ball
- 16:16away from them. I mean, when you talk about how
- 16:18explosive they are offensively, you know, I'm, I'm worried about
- 16:21time of possession. And, and if they get into those
- 16:24games where, you know, you play a Baltimore, you play Kansas
- 16:28City, where they can, you know, they can take it 1012, you know,
- 16:3215 play drives like you're going to want to, you know, have a
- 16:35defense that can get these guys off the field.
- 16:37And I think their defenses right now, the question mark
- 16:40offensively, man, they got a bunch of guys that are trying to
- 16:43figure it out. I'm really excited about Keon
- 16:45Coleman and his development this year and we'll see, you know,
- 16:48how they move forward, man. But I think right now they got,
- 16:51they got Josh Adam looking like the LeBron James of, of, of
- 16:55football right now. So he's got to continue to keep
- 16:58that play like it, and that defense is going to have to
- 17:01catch up. Yeah, You know what, I'm, I'm
- 17:05going to switch gears on you a little bit.
- 17:06I'm going to take it back to college and obviously Big 10 to
- 17:12Big 10. I was Big 12 because I'm, I'm
- 17:14old and crusty now. But you had you.
- 17:17You had a chance to play the Huskers one year and I was in
- 17:202011 at Memorial Stadium. Sorry, you came out with the
- 17:26with the. L we did not get that one done.
- 17:28I listen, yeah. Y'all was having a great year
- 17:30too. Yeah, we were.
- 17:31We were. And honestly, I think we got
- 17:33caught up in all the friendliness of the fans out in
- 17:36in and like this. Sounds going to be my question.
- 17:39It's the it's one of the best stadiums.
- 17:41The fans are great. I mean, like we got a lot of
- 17:44positive energy and I think that's the tactic, man.
- 17:46We walked in and we got a little off because everybody was
- 17:49patting us on on the back a little bit.
- 17:52And Rex Birkhead, man, I ain't a lot.
- 17:54I think he went off for like 3 touchdowns on us.
- 17:56He had a day. He definitely had a day.
- 17:59You know it's so. Funny.
- 17:59Yeah, that's. What?
- 18:01See, people don't know how nice Nebraska is.
- 18:03That is kind of our MO because I literally, I've had buddies that
- 18:09have played and they're like I we were getting beaten.
- 18:11I didn't know whether to be pissed off or like these people
- 18:14were like, thanks for coming, wish you all good luck.
- 18:17Like, and I'm like, yeah, that's kind of what it is.
- 18:20It's weird. It's a it's a weird feeling
- 18:22coming in here. So I definitely understand now.
- 18:25I think we got you guys this weekend, I hope.
- 18:27Or after the after the bye week, we got a bye.
- 18:31Week So Next up next weekend, bro, I hope we don't get caught
- 18:33up in that man. I hope we have a chip on our
- 18:36shoulder because yeah, we, we, we showed up a little bit out
- 18:39there at USC that high-powered offense.
- 18:43We, we try to do the very best we can keeping up with those
- 18:45guys. But we'll have to, we'll have to
- 18:47show up man, because you know, Ryola's not no, no slouch man.
- 18:51And he can, he can get it done in Nebraska.
- 18:52So we got to, we got to come ready to play.
- 18:54Well, they call them the Cornhuskers.
- 18:56I got a new nickname for them, Nebraska corn muffins.
- 19:02I like my corn muffin with some butter on it.
- 19:07They show, but listen, they showed up a little bit against
- 19:09Michigan. Obviously we don't ever like to
- 19:11see to block him get a dub in any capacity, but who doesn't?
- 19:15Like the fried corn muffin? Yeah.
- 19:21Jarrell, you say we have to investigate them for cheating
- 19:22again, for the way they came back in the second-half.
- 19:25Yeah, listen, I'm still, I still want to check the records on
- 19:29that one man. I still want to chat for sure.
- 19:32They had a whole operation going on, man, that was a, that was a
- 19:35crazy, crazy thing to see. And then man, listen, I, I, I
- 19:40definitely want to know hardball's methods, man.
- 19:43I, I got to figure it out, man. He's, he's got these methods
- 19:45where he, man, he just rides off in the sunset, man, and
- 19:49continues to keep coaching. So it's, it's pretty cool to see
- 19:51him. He got the formula.
- 19:52He's got the formula. We are talking to former
- 19:55Packers, Bills and Buccaneers defensive tackle Jarrell Worthy.
- 19:58He's been on our show and and Speaking of the Packers.
- 20:02What the hell happened on Sunday?
- 20:04I have no How do you lose against the Cleveland Browns?
- 20:08How do you get embarrassed? You were out there.
- 20:11You you played the Lions. You smashed up the Lions,
- 20:13embarrassed the Lions. In, In, in, in, in just absolute
- 20:18great fashion. And then all of a sudden you,
- 20:21just you, you lay up a lousy Cusack against the Cleveland
- 20:24Browns team that has no business being on the same field as you.
- 20:27What the hell is going on with the back?
- 20:30Are we watching a Packers team play the seesaw game this year?
- 20:34Are they going to be consistent enough where they could be a
- 20:37Super Bowl contender? Because after watching that
- 20:39game, I'm going to tell you a big lousy no.
- 20:44Yeah, it was it was, it was tough to see, to be honest with
- 20:47you. And honestly, it was just it was
- 20:48just tough to see Jordan love consistent, you know, make
- 20:51those. I would say that those late game
- 20:53errors like he's done in the past.
- 20:55I mean, we've kind of thought that we as a team, we were over
- 20:57that and we've shown some maturity and you know, in, in,
- 21:01in that, in that area. But I mean, we still got a ways
- 21:04to go. I think at the end of the day,
- 21:05he's still the guy for the for the job.
- 21:07He's still, you know, as long as Lafleur is calling those plays,
- 21:10man, we going to have a an opportunity offensively, but it
- 21:14was a trap game for us, man. Our, our defense was still back
- 21:16in Green Bay. They still were, you know, back
- 21:19hanging out at, at, at Brett Favre Steakhouse.
- 21:21So I think at the end of the day, if we would have got them
- 21:24on the plane with us and they showed up, man.
- 21:26And obviously we could have, we could have been a lot better.
- 21:28And and I'm, I'm not saying they didn't show up because we we
- 21:31held them under 21 points, but we're talking about Joe Flacco
- 21:35and the Cleveland Browns. I mean, they're running back
- 21:37just got signed two weeks ago. So I mean, it's not like, you
- 21:40know, they have a ton of firepower running around
- 21:43defensively. They're definitely some
- 21:45headhunters. But I mean, I think at the end
- 21:47of the day, if we want to win a championship with Green Bay,
- 21:49man, they're going to have to figure that out, man, because
- 21:51you can't have these trap games along the way that cost you a
- 21:54number one seed down the road, down the road.
- 21:56Speaking of smelling, I mean Aaron Rodgers in Pittsburgh.
- 22:00What? I know you're Aaron's friend.
- 22:03I know you're root. Aaron Odd.
- 22:05I mean, he absolutely is a complete bust with the New York
- 22:08Jets. OK, I I'm I want to throw up.
- 22:10That was bad. That was bad.
- 22:12Bad. I mean, being bad is just being
- 22:15generous, being nice. OK, Aaron Rodgers, he goes to
- 22:19Pittsburgh, then he puts up 4 touchdowns in his game number
- 22:23one with against the New York Jets.
- 22:25And then I, I understand Pittsburgh is 2 and one, but it
- 22:28is a lousy 2 and 1. He has not looked good.
- 22:31I'm sorry for all you Aaron Rodgers fans, and I was one of
- 22:34them at one point. I mean, he hasn't looked.
- 22:37He looks old. Your thoughts to Aaron Rodgers?
- 22:40Yeah, it does look a little, he does look a step behind.
- 22:44And honestly, man, it's really, it's really bad to see a
- 22:46Pittsburgh team not being physical upfront offensively
- 22:49because that's really what they've always been known for.
- 22:52And I've all I thought that, you know, once he came to
- 22:55Pittsburgh, the old style of run and then those quick passes that
- 23:00Ben Roethlisberger used to, you know, make a killing on and you
- 23:03know, they're taking 5 yards slants, you know, 80 yards to
- 23:07the crib. Like I thought that, you know, a
- 23:09rod would be able to fit into that mode because again, you
- 23:11know, Big Ben wasn't as mobile in his last few years, but the
- 23:14but the team still 9 and 10 win seasons, 11 win seasons.
- 23:18And so at the end of the day, I'm I'm thinking that a Rod
- 23:21could have been that type of guy.
- 23:23But offensively, you just don't see no physicality.
- 23:25Like when you show up and play a Pittsburgh team, you're used to
- 23:28seeing the real Steel Curtain, the real physicality on the old
- 23:31line and in the defense and on the defensive side.
- 23:34And you just haven't really seen that.
- 23:36It's been pretty inconsistent. And again, man, we're talking
- 23:40about teams like The Jets, we're talking about teams like the
- 23:42Patriots that expectation wise should be at the very bottom of
- 23:46of these of these conferences. So they're going to have to
- 23:49figure this shit out, man, to be honest with you, because they've
- 23:51got, they've got too much talent.
- 23:53They have way too much invested into this season to to let it go
- 23:59to waste, man. They've got a lot of young
- 24:01talent and a lot of veterans that that they have to figure
- 24:03this shit out. So does that say something a lot
- 24:06with the the way the Packers operate when you were there and
- 24:08even before that, when Aaron Rodgers, well, he was getting a
- 24:11lot of attention to with like who he was dating and stuff like
- 24:13that, but it wasn't to the same level.
- 24:15You're seeing kind of the last four.
- 24:16You're married to his hand, Brittany.
- 24:19He's married to his aunt Brittany.
- 24:20Nobody's seen her. So he he probably named his hand
- 24:23Brittany and he said I'm married to her.
- 24:25There's the ring. And I mean, come on.
- 24:27Seriously. Come on.
- 24:29Yeah, he's married. Come on.
- 24:31He keeps it up. He definitely, he's all the all
- 24:34the Champions. You're his friend.
- 24:36Stop. It.
- 24:37Do you really think that man is married?
- 24:39Nobody. See it No listen, come on a
- 24:42rod's a different type of guy man.
- 24:44You got you really got to be around him to understand him,
- 24:46bro. He is a different type of guy
- 24:48man. A few Cali guys move a little
- 24:50differently. They, they see a little, you
- 24:52know, we might see it one way. They see a different way.
- 24:55So I mean, I definitely, I mean, I definitely think he's married.
- 24:58I think it's good for him. You know, believe it or not, a
- 25:01rod needs to take a break. So I'm, I'm definitely excited
- 25:04for that. But I mean, again, bro, it's, I
- 25:08mean, it's, it's not like he can't spin it.
- 25:13I think the motion of, of their offense right now, it's just
- 25:16bad. And, and, and there's no
- 25:18physicality. There's no, there's no nothing.
- 25:20And it and, and at the end of the day, you got to figure this,
- 25:22figure this out before I would say about week six, man 1/4, a
- 25:26third of the way through the year, you got to figure this out
- 25:29right now. So otherwise you're going to be
- 25:31sitting at home And, and, and if that, and if that's the case and
- 25:34the Pittsburgh Steelers are at home with, with Aaron Rodgers
- 25:37and Mike Tomlin as the head coach, then there's definitely
- 25:39going to be some heads to roll in Pittsburgh.
- 25:41You don't trust the great offensive coordinator Arthur
- 25:43Smith Falcons. Coaching legend, schematic
- 25:46standpoint. I do, but they don't run the
- 25:48ball well and that's been his MO.
- 25:49Like everywhere he's been, he's been able to get the run game
- 25:52going very well. Like, you know, when they were
- 25:53down in Atlanta when he was in Tennessee, like they had a solid
- 25:56run game, like they have no run game in Pittsburgh.
- 25:59And, and at the end of day, they, they paid the running back
- 26:01earlier this year with Warren. So you would think that he would
- 26:04be excited and motivated to go out there and, and prove that,
- 26:07that, you know, they, they, they made the right decision.
- 26:10So they definitely got to get their stuff together because
- 26:12again, that conference, as you can see, the Cleveland Browns
- 26:15can knock off a championship contender.
- 26:18You, you see the Bengals, I think at the end of the day have
- 26:20a game in them to be competitive in the division when you talk
- 26:24about those robberies between Cincy and Pittsburgh.
- 26:27So I mean, you, you never say never, man.
- 26:29They definitely got to figure it out.
- 26:32What it's always interesting people that that play with Aaron
- 26:36Rodgers that get to know him because from from fan
- 26:39perspective and all the other stuff there, there's probably
- 26:41obviously a lot more to him than than what he gives you on, you
- 26:46know, on TV, whatever. What do you think?
- 26:48Like some people may look of it as weird.
- 26:50Some people may think this dude is just off his rocker, like,
- 26:55but you have to be good. You I mean you have to be great
- 26:58to do it as well. Like what separated him because
- 27:01I'm a fan. Like if if you stand on your
- 27:03head and do 10 push ups and breathe out of your nostrils and
- 27:06that makes you good. Like we all have our weird
- 27:08quirks, right. And obviously whatever his have
- 27:11worked like you being around him and being, you know, in the
- 27:14locker with him like what separated him from the rest and
- 27:18and doing it for as long as he has and for being as great as he
- 27:22has been for years. So I think one of the benefits,
- 27:26bro, he had an opportunity to really sit behind one of the
- 27:28greatest quarterbacks of all time, right?
- 27:30And you had a guy that that handled that pressure at a high
- 27:32level, but also has some swagger to him because Brett still has
- 27:35some swagger. And Brett had a, you know, that
- 27:38type of mindset where you know, he was going to throw that shit
- 27:41regardless and you were going to live and die with it, right?
- 27:43And so. So I'm gonna cut you off real
- 27:45quick. Why don't you think they do
- 27:47that? Because we've actually had this
- 27:48conversation. Where do you think it's it's
- 27:50more valuable for them to sit and chill?
- 27:52But they're not giving these dudes this opportunity now like
- 27:55to to learn like this. But, and obviously not
- 27:58everybody's learning behind a Brett Favre, you know what I'm
- 28:00saying? No, you're right, but it's, I
- 28:02mean it's just the dynamic man of of where sports is you, you
- 28:05see what CJ Stroud was able to accomplish.
- 28:07You see what Jayden Daniel was able to accomplish and, and, and
- 28:10everybody wants to kind of create that magic in the bottle.
- 28:14And, and honestly, it's hard to to get a feel of a player when
- 28:19you haven't had a ton of tape on them.
- 28:20And you're starting to see like where that is now when in year 2
- 28:24and 3 for for CJ Stroud. And it's not like the offense is
- 28:27completely changed. It's not like he doesn't have,
- 28:30you know, Nico Collins and Dalton Schultz and all the guys
- 28:33that have been making plays for him in the past, right.
- 28:35So you know, what's changed in the dynamic of of the explosive
- 28:39plays, as you know, compared from this year, last year, and
- 28:42it's just the fact that they've got tape on them.
- 28:43And so I think obviously, you know, when you have an electric
- 28:47guy like that, you got to throw him out there and kind of see
- 28:50where you, where you stand with it.
- 28:51But if you do have some veteran leadership in front of him that
- 28:54he can learn from, I think the situation in in New York, I
- 28:57think, you know, where Jackson Dart is physically and, and
- 29:01talent wise, he surpassed, you know, Russell and and Jameson.
- 29:05So it it's not much that he can really, I don't think it's much
- 29:08that he can really learn from a guy that throws the moon ball
- 29:11and and a bunch and a bunch of slants, right.
- 29:13You know, Jackson darts rapid squad or his skill set of being
- 29:17able to put the ball wherever he needs to be is is way different
- 29:20than those two veterans in that room.
- 29:21So that situation I would let you got to go off and and let
- 29:25him let him, you know, make some mistakes, right.
- 29:28You talk about down in in New Orleans.
- 29:30I mean they don't have any veteran leadership.
- 29:31So so Ty's got to play right. Like I think at the end of the
- 29:34day, those young guys have got to play, but the other
- 29:38situations like, you know, say a chador in Cleveland and things
- 29:41like that, like, you know, again, he's graded out at at
- 29:44that level because, you know, they didn't see him as a first
- 29:47or second round draft pick. So you it's it's actually more
- 29:50beneficial for him to sit and and buy his time and then come
- 29:53on to the scene once you get all the tools because again, would
- 29:56Tom Brady be Tom Brady if he didn't sit behind Drew?
- 29:58You feel I'm saying like that's that's really what it comes down
- 30:01to like some sometimes these things work in your favor, but
- 30:05then when you have skill sets like a guy like Jackson dark
- 30:08man, I mean, sometimes you might have to throw him out there,
- 30:10man. I I think you know, he he's got
- 30:13a ton of upside and a ton of potential.
- 30:16Bryce Young was kind of in a different scenario when you go
- 30:18number one overall, when you playing at the end of the day,
- 30:22like Cam Ward, like you know, they'll live, they'll live and
- 30:25die with that O and 3:00 as long as they can show that he's he's
- 30:27slinging it and put some points on the board.
- 30:29So you know they'll live and die with that.
- 30:31Giant fans, you should be excited you're well worthy yes
- 30:36says that Daxon Dart has upside and he really likes them so.
- 30:40I knew fisherman. You got the poop, she got
- 30:44Speedy. You got three giant fans eating
- 30:47and and loving what Daniel Jones is doing.
- 30:50Danny Dimes, as we all say. So maybe Jackson Dart shows up
- 30:55and actually plays well. If not, they're going to be
- 30:58eating some Dimes, as we all know.
- 31:00Jarell, before we let you go, man, why don't you tell the fans
- 31:02a little bit of what you're doing right now, now that you're
- 31:05not playing football or and now you're coaching and doing all
- 31:08the other stuff that you're doing.
- 31:11Man, so on a day-to-day basis, I work for Key with Infrastructure
- 31:14Co. It's a massive engineering and
- 31:17construction firm. I actually lead our business
- 31:20development team in stadium construction.
- 31:22So a lot. Yeah, yeah, out of Omaha, man.
- 31:26So a lot of these phenomenal stadiums that you'll try to,
- 31:30you'll see in the next decade or so, hopefully we had an
- 31:33opportunity to be a part of those like we did with Sofa
- 31:36Stadium and Arizona Cardinal Stadium and and and so forth.
- 31:40So I work for a phenomenal company during my day-to-day and
- 31:44at night I'm a, I'm a coach for our youth football team and as
- 31:47well as a liaison for our Metro 7 youth program.
- 31:51So we just try to do some things, part of the community,
- 31:54be pillars for the next generation and and you know, let
- 31:57it fly. Well, we really appreciate you,
- 32:00man. We love you.
- 32:01When you come on the show, we always love you.
- 32:04You got a great personality. You know football, there's no
- 32:07question that you do and, and, and there's just something about
- 32:11you. You're kind collective, you know
- 32:12your game and there you go. If you want some string cheese,
- 32:15I just ate 3 pieces. That's that is crazy.
- 32:18That's me right there. That's.
- 32:21Perfect. I'm a serial killer.
- 32:23Hey, I shout out to the graphics.
- 32:25Shout out to the guys to quit the graphics.
- 32:28That's awesome. Those look like pills, not
- 32:30cheese. A little questionable look Look.
- 32:37Anyways, we love you Jerell and. And it's, it's always a pleasure
- 32:42to be on the show, man. I have so much fun with you
- 32:44guys. Great energy and, and it's, it's
- 32:47always a joy to be able to talk about the game of football, man.
- 32:49So I definitely appreciate that opportunity.
- 32:51Well, hopefully in the next year you'll see us on a major network
- 32:54and then you can come into the studio, hang out with us.
- 32:57We'll put your, you know, you're a big guy, You're probably
- 32:59sizes, you're a little tall. And Jabba, how tall are you,
- 33:02Jerelle? 6363 all.
- 33:04Right, just six sizes Java, so you guys eye.
- 33:07To eye, we're good Java. Hey, hey, we got to we got to
- 33:10put something on this Michigan State Husker game.
- 33:13We do we do what you what you what you coming with my friend
- 33:16we got we got to do I do I come on the next show with the with
- 33:20the results or how do we how do we go about that?
- 33:22What do you want to do, man? I'll get your info.
- 33:25We got to do something, though. I don't know if I could.
- 33:27I don't know if I can wear green.
- 33:29I don't know if you can wear red.
- 33:30So we'll have to think of something.
- 33:32Yeah, I know My high school colors were red.
- 33:33Maybe for a day, I don't know. Maybe for the, maybe for the
- 33:37show or the segment. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 33:40I'll get you. I can work.
- 33:41We can work something man. Well, you can't have this one
- 33:43behind me, but I got a few. I got a few man that I
- 33:46definitely have throw on you if we get this done.
- 33:49About this, we'll figure it out for how.
- 33:50About this, if whoever wins, you got to sign the jersey and you
- 33:56both sign the jersey, you get jerseys, you send them over and
- 33:59you both wear them and then you get you, you got to go back and
- 34:02forth and and talk about the the game and, and see who comes out
- 34:06the argumental winner, no matter how close or how bad the game
- 34:10is. You know, I, I think that would
- 34:13be cool. I I think that.
- 34:15We'll get something done for sure.
- 34:17Yeah, man, You got my, you got my contact information.
- 34:20Reach out to me and then we'll, we'll we'll figure it out, man.
- 34:22I'm excited. I might have to.
- 34:24I might have to go to that one, man.
- 34:25I don't know man. Well, don't, don't ask me to go
- 34:30to a game. I might scare people away
- 34:31anyways. Darrell, we love.
- 34:32You the string cheese you got to leave at the house.
- 34:36Listen, listen, I'm not bringing St.
- 34:38Leave that in the fridge, ball. Game OK all right, I'll I'll
- 34:42expedio eat the sausage he loves his sausage as we.
- 34:45All know. Oh, now here we go.
- 34:47My goodness, look, look, you did bubble.
- 34:49Gums Errol, you did say you swallowed so.
- 34:51Yeah, you. Got a call.
- 34:52First of all, I was choking on the cheese it got.
- 34:56You got to call. It that.
- 34:58Oh my God. Caught in the throat, it got it
- 35:01got it got caught in the trout as we.
- 35:04All just keep digging just keep digging just keep digging
- 35:07listen, there's. Nobody digging, but if there's
- 35:10anybody digging, you know damn well I'm the one that's going to
- 35:13be smacking them around. There it is.
- 35:15The sausage. The sausage man himself.
- 35:18Speedy PD as we all know. That's right, your graphics team
- 35:23is hilarious. Bro, this is That's the fish.
- 35:26That's the fish, Jarell. We love you.
- 35:29Keep up the good work. We'll talk to you soon, buddy.
- 35:31Man, thank you guys again man, have a good one.
- 35:33Jarell Worthy, Packers, Bills and yes, ladies and gentlemen,
- 35:39the one and only Buccaneers former defensive tackle and we
- 35:43love him. He he really knows his stuff.
- 35:46He knows football. We have a lot of fun with him.
- 35:48We always do every year that he comes on the show.
- 35:51We have a lot of fun with him and he always tells us at
- 35:54offset, he says, you guys are absolutely the best.
- 35:58You're the craziest SO BS I've ever worked with on a radio
- 36:01show. So we love them as we always do.
- 36:03All right, ladies and gentlemen, we call this the one and only on
- 36:09and own say, well, we did save you tears.
- 36:12Jabba rules. I guess that's where we're going
- 36:17all. Right, Jabba, we talked about
- 36:23this earlier on the phone. There's some rules that you want
- 36:26to give out to someone near and dear to your Husker heart.
- 36:31What are the rules to this week? Yeah, we're, I'm excited too.
- 36:36I'm going to tease this a little bit.
- 36:37We got a, we got a sponsor for this segment.
- 36:40It is a, it's a local company, veteran owned and operated.
- 36:44So we will, we will be surprising you guys with that
- 36:46coming soon. But we're going to go with some
- 36:49rules. We're going to, we're going to
- 36:50transition. You know, we've been talking
- 36:52about football. We're going to, it's going to be
- 36:53Husker related, but it's going to have a little bit of ties to
- 36:56the NFL and, and it's going to have some ties to his father.
- 36:59And, and we're going to talk about Dylan Riola and AKA Mini
- 37:03Mahomes, but we're going to use his dad.
- 37:06So we're going to say 3 rules of the Java rules and you're out.
- 37:10So he is being compared to Patrick Mahomes in every which
- 37:15way. So rule #1 cut your hair, be
- 37:20your own person. Let's get rid of that because
- 37:23you are going to be stuck in his shadow forever if you don't try
- 37:26to change anything. Rule #2 stop using his damn
- 37:31mannerisms in every which way because they literally do
- 37:36comparables every week and all it is is him and Mahomes.
- 37:41His dad was a baseball player and his third one we're going to
- 37:45go with. Come up with your own shtick.
- 37:48Come up with your I was the fist pump guy, right?
- 37:51Come up with something other than this or whatever they do.
- 37:55Maybe switch your number, I don't know.
- 37:59But if he doesn't do any of these three strikes, you're out.
- 38:01And he's always going to be in the shadow of Minnie Mahomes.
- 38:04So that, ladies and gentlemen, his Java rules for the another
- 38:07toe job. Mom, what's one thing that you
- 38:11can't talk to me about my sexual fantasies?
- 38:16Say your sorry, it is not ideal, but if it's what means it is not
- 38:19ideal. But if it's just not ideal, but
- 38:21if it is what means you can't dribble stamp a double stamp.
- 38:24You can't dribble stamp a double stamp, Lord, you can't dribble
- 38:26stamp a double stamp. Blood blood, you guys.
- 38:32It's time for save your tears. Breaking news.
- 38:35Yum Yum. All right, guys.
- 38:39Breaking news I need Brittany so.
- 38:41Save your tears. Everyone's favorite tier based
- 38:45daily fantasy, in this case weekly fantasy contest.
- 38:48We get a $15 salary cap. We get quarterback, running
- 38:53back, couple of receivers and a tight end to pick from.
- 38:55The spend our cap dollars and try to make the best team.
- 38:58We use Yahoo fantasy PPR scoring winner gets long winded genuine
- 39:04compliments that have to be at least 51% genuine in the next
- 39:08show from all of the losers. That is where we are today.
- 39:13We are recapping week threes. Save your tears and Leshanna
- 39:18tovah to everybody. Happy new year, the Jewish new
- 39:22year. I got to eat a whole bunch of
- 39:24delicious brisket today and potatoes got special recipe
- 39:28Jewish mother brisket. Everyone knows jabba has you do
- 39:33it in a crock pot with onion soup mix and I try to make it
- 39:39taste better than add a few other things but basically
- 39:41that's the recipe. I use a pressure cooker and make
- 39:45it good and then I. Crock a Doodle Doo.
- 39:48The fat, you know, here's the the guys that we picked from $5
- 39:52players, Herbert Etienne, who I spelled wrong up there,
- 39:56Jefferson, Justin Jefferson, Jamar Chase, who was not a guy
- 39:59that you wanted to spend $5 on this week, and TJ Hawkinson.
- 40:03There were some real duds in this one.
- 40:06Jake Browning was quite the dud for a dollar.
- 40:09You know, people who may have been tempted on one dollar
- 40:12players. The Gremlin was in there for a
- 40:13dollar. He did nothing.
- 40:14Troy Franklin had a big game in Week 2.
- 40:16Did nothing. JK Dobbins for a dollar, though,
- 40:19was quite effective. Let's see what the result is
- 40:23again. Errol, last week, who was the
- 40:25winner? You were the winner last week,
- 40:26yeah. Errol won last week.
- 40:27You were all right. So, Speedy, have you kept the
- 40:32leaderboard? I have week 1, he had Week 2.
- 40:35That's where we're at right now. All right, but remember, we want
- 40:38to keep like a gold, silver, bronze type of deal where it's
- 40:415, three and one points. Errol's very big into the FedEx
- 40:44Cup, you know, hold. On one second.
- 40:47That's the way it should be. That's all I agree.
- 40:50You know like Aggro Crag from Nickelodeon Guts back in the day
- 40:54rules. I love the rankings, obviously
- 40:58if you were my generation it's like the greatest show of all
- 41:00time. Here it is.
- 41:02For the first time ever. Tommy Poops is the savior Tears
- 41:07champion with a 53.3. Took potential MVP candidate
- 41:13Justin Herbert at quarterback. JK Dobbins for a dollar.
- 41:16What a value pick. T Higgins was a mistake by Tommy
- 41:19for he did absolutely nothing in the game and I believe had a key
- 41:22fumble. Portland Sutton was one of the
- 41:24high scorers at receiver and Mike Asiki was a mistake as
- 41:28well. He did literally nothing as the
- 41:29Bengals were dog shit in that game in second place.
- 41:33Poops called it. He said he was going to win.
- 41:36He was right. He won by a lot in this one.
- 41:38Errol came in second. So staying up in the
- 41:41leaderboard, you know, basically you're like Scotty Scheffler up.
- 41:45Here win every year center in every week but hey yeah 1-2 and
- 41:50three 1-2 and three man both and then.
- 41:53The goods You know who did a lot of studying at ChatGPT
- 41:57University for this one did come in 3rd 47.9.
- 42:03Following that was Jared, 4th place, no medal for you.
- 42:07I was right behind them. Then Speedy and Jabba
- 42:11compliments for Mr. Tommy Scoops.
- 42:18Let's. Start off with last place is
- 42:20Jabba. Go ahead.
- 42:22Do we get, do we get points for being in last place?
- 42:23Because I think there's two weeks in a row.
- 42:26There might be some kind of like booby prize for it, you know?
- 42:29Yeah, I mean, you wanted to jerk me off.
- 42:31No, you know what? This this one's going to be real
- 42:33easy. You know, Poops.
- 42:35I'm so proud of you. You've always been the
- 42:38bridesmaid. You've never been the bride.
- 42:39And you know what? You stuck to your guns.
- 42:41You worked hard, you studied, and you believed in yourself.
- 42:45And when you believe in yourself, great things happen.
- 42:48And look what happened. You know what?
- 42:50This has been one of my prouder save your tears congratulatory
- 42:53speeches because wholeheartedly it feels.
- 42:56I feel it right here and I am so happy for you right now, my man.
- 43:00Thank you, my brother. Thank you man.
- 43:03All right after that was speedy. By the way, I just I I was
- 43:06watching while everything was going on.
- 43:07I see this spider come all the way down in the studio and it's
- 43:11about to hit the ground. And before it hits the ground,
- 43:13it's a big one. And I start stamping on it.
- 43:16I didn't even hear you. What the, the the compliments
- 43:20that you gave. But anyways, go ahead.
- 43:22I'm all right. It's Tommy Poops.
- 43:24I'll give you some credit here here for going after the the
- 43:27Chargers revenge game of JK Dobbins.
- 43:29He tried everything he could to win the Broncos that game.
- 43:32It was a move that I'm I'm disappointed I didn't make.
- 43:34I was too too big into my fantasy running back and Chase
- 43:37Brown finally doing something and I should have trusted you.
- 43:40You've been on the upward trajectory for a while and you
- 43:42finally get a very, very well deserved win.
- 43:46Tommy it it feels like some kind of mid 90s ROM com with Julia
- 43:51Roberts. Always the bridesmaid, never the
- 43:53bride. You know, it's just, it's just
- 43:56like every, you know, montage scene in the beginning of the
- 43:58movie was just a second place finish, you know, runner up best
- 44:02friends getting married on Julia Roberts, you know, in every one
- 44:06of those movies, you know, and in one of them she gets real
- 44:08spiteful, the one that everyone knows about, you know, best
- 44:10friends wedding. I was just spiteful.
- 44:12Julia Roberts got to her. It didn't get to you, Tommy.
- 44:14You dug in and you picked the best team this week.
- 44:18You and only you the. One and only Ram Jams.
- 44:25Ball bag Jared, Tommy, I If it couldn't be me, I'm happy.
- 44:33It was another appreciator of the fine art of professional
- 44:36wrestling to win this week. Could I?
- 44:42You know, if I made one. Half decent receiver pick I felt
- 44:45like could have but Jamar Chase wasn't great for me so.
- 44:52Kudos to you, great picks. Well done, Sir.
- 44:56Great work on the show as well. Thank you.
- 44:58Thank you. All right.
- 45:00And Errol, our second place finisher.
- 45:03Well, you know, you can't win them all, but I'm, I'm happy I
- 45:07lost against somebody that deserves it.
- 45:09He's he's a great board OPS kid and he's worked really, really
- 45:13hard and and I had to find something that fit what Tommy
- 45:17does best. And I think the fact that he
- 45:19understands sound now and he definitely understands sound a
- 45:22little bit better than this guy right over here.
- 45:24I I think that he's found his wave in the future for our show.
- 45:29Very well deserved. Congratulations to the one and
- 45:32only Tommy Poops. All right again.
- 45:38Came. In first, Errol's second.
- 45:40Goody wasn't here tonight. He'll owe you a compliment. 3rd
- 45:43place next week's game we'll play on Wednesday.
- 45:46Game like the result? You got to deal with it.
- 45:49You got to save your tears. All right, before we get our
- 45:53guest in our well, my golf clap of the week.
- 45:57This deserves a golf clap. No doubt.
- 46:00Golf clap. Golf clap.
- 46:04And I, I know a lot of people are going to look at this and
- 46:05are they going to say this is a golf clap?
- 46:07But it's my golf clap. So this is my golf clap of the
- 46:10week. Ladies and gentlemen, the
- 46:13Rockets lose Fred Van Vleet for the season, torn ACL.
- 46:19And what does that smell? Well, it smells like a lot.
- 46:21And I'll say it again, it smells not very good.
- 46:25My golf clap goes to the own and very own Kevin Durant who
- 46:30decided that he wanted to be a Rocket.
- 46:33One of the the main reasons why Fred Van Vleet and now in his
- 46:39first season where the Rockets were going to make a run all the
- 46:42way to an NBA championship, They lose their point guard for this
- 46:46season with a torn ACL. So what does that smell?
- 46:51It doesn't have to smell like anything, but it definitely is
- 46:53my golf clap of the week because I can't stand Kevin Durant.
- 46:56So my golf clap of the week goes to friend I, I love Fred Van
- 47:00Vleet and I, I don't want to say that I, I wish he played the
- 47:03season, but I'm happy because Kevin Durant is not going to win
- 47:06a championship this year unless they make some kind of move for
- 47:09a point guard. So my Golf Club of the day goes
- 47:12to the Rockets absolutely falling flat on their face for
- 47:15another season. Golf clap.
- 47:17Golf Clap Yes. Duty.
- 47:20Dodger All right, ladies and gentlemen, thank you to the one
- 47:25and only that actually came on the show and he gave us a good
- 47:29take. Jarrell worthy He was fantastic.
- 47:32Thank you to him. Thank you to all the fans on
- 47:34Apple and Spotify. I'm very upset right now.
- 47:37Apple and spot what the hell kind of kicks that Apple and
- 47:40Spotify video and audio. Thank you to all the fans on
- 47:43TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter X whatever YouTube drop
- 47:48in the mouth worldwide sports radio network.
- 47:51Yeah, it was a great 1A speedy. Who do we have on the show?
- 47:53Yes, we all know Jack crybaby himself.
- 47:57I guess that loves to Ryan Arrow Pittsburgh Steelers crybaby
- 48:00himself and now that Aaron Rodgers is there probably will
- 48:04be accelerating this. He went from Russell Wilson
- 48:07absolute love fest to Justin Fields love fest and crybaby
- 48:12antics to now Aaron Rodgers. I'm going to play with myself
- 48:16anyways. Jack will be joining us on
- 48:18Wednesday. That'll be interesting.
- 48:20I can't wait to hear the garbage that comes out of his mouth.
- 48:23Anyways, he has that voice, you know, like he goes like, you
- 48:28know, it's just like floats, you know?
- 48:30It's like, weird, but floats. I love you, Jack.
- 48:33Anyways, that's it for the show. Yeah, we'll have Jack on
- 48:36Wednesday. We have goodies.
- 48:38Bag of balls. You know, hopefully it's not
- 48:40that Bill Belichick's beanbag, but or sandbag.
- 48:44I could be sanding off on every kind of way, if you know what I
- 48:47mean. Melt that one, Jabba.
- 48:49Anyways, good night. Farewell.
- 48:51I'm still worldwide sports radio network.
- 48:55Go suck on an egg and and.
