Speaker 1: Thanks for joining us today from the Hemi, and we really appreciate John and Shelly for inviting us out while we redo our home base studio.
• 0:52
Speaker 3: You know it's a little different being here by yourself and in this big facility and all these beautiful machines and cars and memorabilia and lights Kind of spooky.
• 1:02
Speaker 1: Remember the first time we came out here, there were hardly any signs.
• 1:05
  Speaker 1: You peed yourself.
• 1:06
Speaker 1: I remember that I did do that.
• 1:07
Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm still doing that today, just on a little bit more frequent basis.
• 1:11
Speaker 1: But at any rate, it's a beautiful facility.
• 1:14
Speaker 1: But it is weird to walk in and there's no lights.
• 1:16
Speaker 3: on no lights on Things glowing at you.
• 1:19
Speaker 1: Yeah, it was, but we thank them all for letting us come and be a part of the facility today.
• 1:25
  Speaker 1: It's gorgeous.
• 1:26
Speaker 1: All right, let's talk to Mary Argusza, savoy Car Museum.
• 1:30
  Speaker 1: Mary, good morning.
• 1:32
Speaker 4: Hey, good morning guys.
• 1:34
Speaker 4: We're having some Internet problems here.
• 1:35
  Speaker 4: I hope I last.
• 1:36
Speaker 4: We dropped out a couple times.
• 1:38
Speaker 4: Blake said if we do this again next year, he's just going to get me a designated line that nobody else is on.
• 1:46
  Speaker 4: I'm using the museum's wi-fi.
• 1:50
Speaker 4: I had really good coverage walking around, but now there are so many people here fingers crossed that this is going to work.
• 1:52
Speaker 1: So tell us about this big event you got going on called the connection well, let me let you see it a little bit.
• 1:59
Speaker 4: Uh, this is our.
• 2:00
Speaker 4: This is the third year that we've done a car show.
• 2:03
Speaker 4: Uh, my husband and I were out up at the front.
• 2:06
Speaker 4: We were chasing people away at 7 in the morning because we didn't open up till 9.
• 2:12
Speaker 4: And when we opened up till 9, I left out front at about quarter after 11, and there was still a lineup of people coming in.
• 2:19
Speaker 4: We have filled the parking lot.
• 2:21
Speaker 4: We now have spectators parking on the grass.
• 2:25
Speaker 4: This is way over what we even anticipated this year.
• 2:28
Speaker 4: It's just gotten bigger and bigger and bigger.
• 2:30
Speaker 4: So I'm going to walk by some cars and hope that you can see them.
• 2:34
Speaker 4: I'm just hoping that the Wi-Fi doesn't cut out again.
• 2:37
Speaker 4: Next year we'll do this.
• 2:38
Speaker 4: We'll have a designated line and so you'll be able to see a whole lot more of what is here.
• 2:43
  Speaker 4: It's been great.
• 2:45
Speaker 4: When we were standing out front, we saw a lot of the show cars coming by, and then we had even people that had show car quality cars coming in as spectators.
• 2:55
Speaker 4: So it's been really just over the top this year.
• 2:59
Speaker 4: I just saw McCray, who's the executive director, and she said this is just even way over what everybody was expecting for this year.
• 3:06
Speaker 4: So every year it just gets bigger and better.
• 3:09
Speaker 1: Mary is the Savoy open today.
• 3:11
Speaker 4: Oh yeah, oh yeah.
• 3:13
Speaker 4: And so when you come you get admission to the museum and to the museum itself and to the car show.
• 3:20
Speaker 4: And so right now we're the month of harvest to highway, which is the tractors and manufacturers.
• 3:27
Speaker 4: We have small block muscle cars, uh, racing jaguars and it's a doozy.
• 3:33
Speaker 4: We have 10 dusenbergs and we think this is maybe the largest collection of dusenbergs in a museum at one time, and we have every iteration of the dusenberg the a, the A, the X, the S and the SJ.
• 3:45
Speaker 4: So we've been really, really fortunate and inside is jammed and of course we have our Savoy cars in there.
• 3:53
Speaker 4: So I'm trying to give you a look at some of the vehicles that are here and crossing my fingers that the Wi-Fi doesn't cut out on me.
• 4:02
Speaker 1: It's still working good.
• 4:03
Speaker 1: Mary, did you stop by the food truck court over there?
• 4:07
Speaker 4: I don't even know if I'm going to get lunch today.
• 4:09
Speaker 1: My lunch is supposed to be 11 to 12.
• 4:10
Speaker 4: Well, that went out the window, and when I'm done here I've got to go in and babysit Kusenberg.
• 4:14
  Speaker 3: Oh, boy Mary.
• 4:16
Speaker 4: Because it's so busy inside.
• 4:18
Speaker 3: Mary, you keep saying that it's very big and growing and growing.
• 4:21
  Speaker 3: That's a good thing, right?
• 4:23
Speaker 4: Oh yeah, Okay, just making sure, oh yeah, we had to cap it at 300 cars this year.
• 4:28
Speaker 4: I think we went a little over.
• 4:32
Speaker 4: I don't know if we will expand it next year and make it bigger.
• 4:36
Speaker 4: What has turned out is the booster parking is what has gone way beyond our expectations.
• 4:44
Speaker 4: We had a large field that we thought would hold open.
• 4:45
Speaker 4: Well, now we have everybody parking all over the lawn because we said it was just a non-stop line when joe and I were out for it.
• 4:53
Speaker 4: Just it, just people never stopped coming, and part of the problem is we're located.
• 4:59
Speaker 4: Sometimes we will back up traffic and then the police department's not real happy about that.
• 5:04
Speaker 4: But uh, yeah, this has turned out to be a success, much, I think, much bigger.
• 5:08
Speaker 4: Uh, in terms of people coming out.
• 5:11
Speaker 4: The cars are just incredible.
• 5:13
Speaker 4: We've got great cars, all kinds of stuff here.
• 5:16
Speaker 4: I'm praying that the wi-fi doesn't drop out on me because I want you to be able to see them.
• 5:22
Speaker 1: You're doing fine, it's really really beautiful.
• 5:24
Speaker 1: Yeah, things are looking well.
• 5:26
Speaker 1: Tell everybody where exactly the Savoy Museum is located.
• 5:32
Speaker 4: We're in Cartersville, georgia, and we are right off of I-75.
• 5:36
Speaker 4: I think we're exit 293, something like that, but we are about midway between Atlanta and Chattanooga and we've got about 60,000 square feet of exhibit space and we have five galleries.
• 5:51
Speaker 4: One of the galleries features our cars specifically, and then of the other four, one of them rotates out every 30 days, so every three months you can walk in and see and the museum will be completely different.
• 6:06
Speaker 2: So, Mary, while you're walking through now, there's some other activities besides just the car show going on this weekend.
• 6:12
Speaker 2: Right, I mean, there were some things yesterday.
• 6:16
Speaker 4: Oh well, yesterday they do a drive and each year the route is different and so you get to do a drive.
• 6:22
Speaker 4: I think this year they wound up at the Georgia Museum.
• 6:25
Speaker 4: Racing Museum Hall of Fame up in Dawsonville was the end result.
• 6:28
Speaker 4: The year before they went up to Miles New Time, which is a museum up in Clarksville.
• 6:33
Speaker 4: So they do the drive, then they have the show the next day.
• 6:37
Speaker 1: We want to come out there and be part of your events.
• 6:41
Speaker 4: Well, we would love to have you.
• 6:43
Speaker 4: I don't know what next year's date is going to be.
• 6:47
Speaker 4: I think they will announce that sometime like after January, because after today everybody just drops for a while.
• 6:54
Speaker 4: We've all had enough.
• 6:55
Speaker 4: We need a break.
• 6:56
Speaker 4: But yeah, I think as long as we can get enough advance notice, we can work things out, because we'd love to have you here.
• 7:04
Speaker 1: Well, I think it would be a great event.
• 7:07
Speaker 1: You know we have been-.
• 7:08
Speaker 4: And here's a nice yes, yeah, nice truck.
• 7:11
Speaker 1: Yes, very nice, that's yours, isn't it?
• 7:13
Speaker 4: Yeah, I wish Believe me.
• 7:16
Speaker 4: There were a number of cars and when people came in, I said now, if you need a garage to house this, you know Every year and a lot of times these are not repeat people that come.
• 7:33
Speaker 4: So every year there's a lot of cars that are different.
• 7:36
Speaker 4: So we get new people every year, which is really nice, and we never know.
• 7:41
Speaker 4: It's an open show, so we're not limited to who comes.
• 7:44
Speaker 1: Mary, is it a judged show or is it just a cruise in?
• 7:50
Speaker 4: There are People's Choices Awards, and then there is the Savoy Award.
• 7:54
Speaker 4: The Savoy Award is for the employees and the volunteers.
• 7:59
Speaker 4: I will probably not get a chance to vote this year because I won't get to see everything, but yeah, they give out about 20 awards.
• 8:07
Speaker 3: So, Mary, what's the furthest these folks come to participate?
• 8:11
Speaker 3: I mean, they come from states, obviously.
• 8:13
Speaker 3: They come across the country.
• 8:15
Speaker 3: Do you know any of these folks that have traveled a long distance?
• 8:17
Speaker 4: I know that we've got one drag car that came from Alabama.
• 8:21
  Speaker 4: I haven't seen it, I don't know where it is.
• 8:23
Speaker 4: He may be about the furthest.
• 8:25
Speaker 4: A lot of it are people in the state of Georgia, the local area, that come.
• 8:31
Speaker 4: A lot depends on what else is going, and so we're trying to work out that when we have our show that we're not in competition with somebody else, so that, you know, everybody has a chance to go to the different shows, and so I don't know, I don't know what next year's date will be, but we have just a lot of people from all, mostly from the state of Georgia, I would say, and it's amazing the cars that people have in their garages around here, that you would be surprised the collections that people have.
• 9:03
Speaker 4: I had no idea until I started working here and finding out some of the things that people have here and it's just absolutely amazing.
• 9:12
Speaker 4: It just sometimes astounds me what comes out of a local garage.
• 9:17
Speaker 1: How many square feet is the Savoy Museum?
• 9:21
  Speaker 4: About 60,000.
• 9:23
  Speaker 1: 60,000 square feet.
• 9:24
Speaker 4: Yeah, now that's the display space.
• 9:26
Speaker 4: I believe that also includes the theater, which you saw the last time, and the cafe, but I think it's around 60,000 of actual display space.
• 9:37
Speaker 1: Do you live there?
• 9:39
  Speaker 4: Just about.
• 9:40
Speaker 4: I only live about 15 minutes, depending on traffic away, so it's really easy for me to get here, but yeah, I spend a lot of time here.
• 9:51
Speaker 4: I did have a day off yesterday, which was unusual, but now I'm here today and I started at 6 o'clock.
• 9:58
Speaker 4: I'll be done at 5 and I'm probably not going to get lunch, so my boss will have a fit about that.
• 10:03
Speaker 4: But when you can't stop, you can't stop.
• 10:06
Speaker 4: Everybody sort of knows it's all hands on deck and you just got to do what you got to do and inside it is so crowded I'm done here.
• 10:14
Speaker 4: I got to go in and change clothes and help out with security there, especially with the Duesenbergs.
• 10:18
Speaker 4: Because that's just such an expensive exhibit.
• 10:22
Speaker 4: They really need to have people keeping an eye on them, and the condition of getting the cars was the fact that there would always be security around those cars.
• 10:31
  Speaker 4: Sure yeah.
• 10:34
Speaker 1: It's a down, carolina north carolina, tennessee.
• 10:37
  Speaker 4: It's a beautiful, it's a beautiful front yard.
• 10:39
Speaker 1: You got there, I can tell you that, oh yeah, well, this is what we call the
• 10:51
Speaker 2: million dollar one, and they spent a lot of million dollars, don't forget it had to be really comfortable, Even though cars were parked out here you would have never gone At 2 o'clock, so not just show cars but everybody came from the grass and it did not show up to watch at all.
• 11:12
Speaker 3: So you still got time to get your wrap on.
• 11:14
Speaker 4: They put a lot of money into it, a lot of work and a lot of stuff.
• 11:16
Speaker 4: But, the idea was that, yeah, we would have car shows and they would be on the lawn, so it works out really well.
• 11:23
Speaker 4: It's a pretty cool little beetle.
• 11:26
Speaker 1: Yeah, it truly is.
• 11:27
Speaker 1: Did you happen to partner up with a car club around there to help you out?
• 11:33
Speaker 4: What we did is we have a number of car clubs that are here, that have their displays, and when they invite us to be able to come and set, up a day info show.
• 11:43
Speaker 4: We let people come and set up an info tent back here at Hall of Fame.
• 11:47
Speaker 4: Well, we've run the whole show, but we invite them because they're gracious enough to allow us to come and promote the museum when they're having their own show.
• 11:58
Speaker 1: Well, Mary, you know how us car people are.
• 12:01
Speaker 1: I mean, we all just help each other out anytime we can.
• 12:04
Speaker 4: Absolutely, absolutely, and so we have a number of organizations here, we even have some really cool tractors here, Big block engines stuffed into them.
• 12:16
Speaker 4: That's in honor of the Harvest to Highway that we have.
• 12:20
Speaker 4: We invited the Tractor Club to come down and that was usually a pretty big deal here.
• 12:25
Speaker 4: They used to have a pretty big show here in Georgia and for some reason they're not doing it.
• 12:30
Speaker 4: This year, so we wanted to give them the opportunity to show their tractors while they were here.
• 12:35
Speaker 4: Uh, so that's something very new, and I don't know if that's something that we'll do every year, but it's really an honor of our agricultural heritage here in the state, so that's working out too, so that's something that's completely different so you got all the peanut farmers there.
• 12:54
Speaker 2: Oh, I think we lost her one step too far, one step too far away from your wi-fi.
• 12:59
Speaker 1: Mary, go back, go back, go back.
• 13:01
  Speaker 1: It's a.
• 13:02
Speaker 3: That's a good place to stop, though I think he's pounding down.
• 13:05
Speaker 3: Yeah, and it also loaded up and trucking.
• 13:07
Speaker 2: There you go yeah, uh, what, what a fun place, what a what a great facility and it's an all weekend thing, mean it runs the whole weekend with the events they had yesterday where it's a limited, but it's kind of like the Hot Rod Tour of Texas.
• 13:20
Speaker 2: You know, they take I think it's 50 cars and they go and they just do a parade kind of thing out there on Friday.
• 13:26
Speaker 3: Yeah, and then Just peeking around the corner.
• 13:30
Speaker 2: Then they do the car show on Saturday and I think they've got something Saturday night and someplace in there, the movie theater.
• 13:35
Speaker 2: They utilize it too.
• 13:36
Speaker 2: They usually show a movie or something in there, so it would be a great weekend event yeah.
• 13:41
  Speaker 1: Well, it's a two-day drive.
• 13:45
Speaker 2: I'm not driving all the way to Atlanta in one day, it's only 12 or 14 hours.
• 13:47
Speaker 1: Okay, well, I'll tell you what you get in your truck.
• 13:49
Speaker 3: Well, we, could do your thing.
• 13:50
Speaker 3: We could ride with him and get there in half a day.
• 13:53
  Speaker 3: You can?
• 13:53
Speaker 1: I'm not riding with him.
• 13:54
Speaker 1: Mike will get us there.
• 13:55
Speaker 1: No, I'll put you a bunk in the back.
• 13:57
  Speaker 2: Oh, she's back.
• 13:59
Speaker 2: You want to wrap up with her?
• 14:00
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 14:04
Speaker 4: Mary, we got you back.
• 14:06
Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I was going to say if you want to, I'll run you gotta hurry because we're running out of time, okay, uh, how much more time do we have?
• 14:21
Speaker 4: Oh, a couple minutes.
• 14:21
Speaker 4: Um, I'll try to get you in there as fast as I can and show you a little bit of what's on.
• 14:25
Speaker 1: I'm surprised that you don't have one of those really high priced uh, you know golf carts over there souped up that could get you all everywhere you wanted to go oh, we got golf carts all over the place, but we wouldn't be driving them where I'm walking right now.
• 14:38
  Speaker 1: Oh, I see.
• 14:40
Speaker 4: We don't have a lot of hot rods in here, so if you could have brought one of those out, that would have been nice.
• 14:44
Speaker 3: That would have been nice, yeah.
• 14:45
Speaker 4: But they're not about ready to do that.
• 14:47
Speaker 3: One of them, doozies.
• 14:55
Speaker 4: Oh well, the Doozies, Cruisers and bergs are just unbelievable.
• 14:56
Speaker 4: They are just magnificent cars and to have this many of them in one spot and for people to be able to see them.
• 14:58
Speaker 1: Mary, what is your personal car?
• 15:00
Speaker 1: What do you actually drive?
• 15:03
  Speaker 4: A PT Cruiser.
• 15:04
Speaker 4: Oh my God, and I love it.
• 15:07
Speaker 4: And I ask that question all the time and I tell people I'm going to drive that car until the wheels fall off.
• 15:12
Speaker 3: And they haven't fallen off yet.
• 15:14
Speaker 4: Well, it's got all the original equipment in it.
• 15:17
  Speaker 4: It runs well.
• 15:19
Speaker 4: We've kept it in really good maintenance.
• 15:25
Speaker 1: And so, as long as it's running, I'm keeping it, mary.
• 15:27
Speaker 1: Look at all of the people that are there today.
• 15:29
Speaker 4: Oh yeah, oh yeah.
• 15:30
Speaker 4: This is wall to wall.
• 15:32
Speaker 4: That's why, when I'm done with you, I'm going to have to change clothes and come in here and be security, because there's just so many.
• 15:38
  Speaker 4: Here's a nice racing Jaguar.
• 15:40
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 15:40
Speaker 4: Some of the Jags.
• 15:41
  Speaker 1: Very nice.
• 15:42
Speaker 1: Probably on the recall list the XJ220.
• 15:48
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 15:51
Speaker 2: With a Haviland sponsorship on it.
• 15:52
Speaker 1: Yeah, nice we also have.
• 15:57
Speaker 4: We've got a tractor that you've probably never seen before.
• 15:59
Speaker 1: Let me see it.
• 16:01
  Speaker 4: It's a Minneapolis Moline.
• 16:04
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, but not with a cab on it, because you know what that's for.
• 16:08
Speaker 1: That's for that cold weather up there.
• 16:10
  Speaker 4: Oh yeah, and it's a two-seater.
• 16:12
Speaker 1: It has its own jump seat, so you can drive somebody about 40 miles an hour yeah, so you you could, you could, you could harvest the corn real fast with your best friend next to you.
• 16:24
Speaker 4: That's what you kids are calling well, well, the idea was that you could use it as your tractor and then you could take it out on the road and you could drive it.
• 16:31
Speaker 4: Uh, the only problem was it only has drum brakes on the back.
• 16:35
Speaker 4: Here's our shark nose With drum brakes on the back, if you got it up to 40 miles an hour, you would need about the length of a train to stop it at that speed.
• 16:44
Speaker 4: So yeah, it was your personal car, but yes and no, not so much, Mary.
• 16:50
Speaker 1: It looks like a fantastic day we got to run.
• 16:53
Speaker 1: Thank you so much for the tour and good luck for the rest of the weekend, and we'll be in touch, or you'll be in touch with us, will you?

• 20:39
Speaker 1: All right Time now for this week in auto history.
• 20:40
Speaker 1: Mr Mars, there you go.
• 20:42
Speaker 2: Yeah, buddy, we had a few things that we found this week.
• 20:44
Speaker 2: Coming up in 1900 was actually the first US auto show in New York.
• 20:50
Speaker 2: Now it's been going on ever since then.
• 20:53
Speaker 2: The first one had 66 vehicles in it.
• 20:55
Speaker 2: There was 40 automakers steam, electric and gasoline cars who were displayed back in 1900.
• 21:02
Speaker 2: Then on 1901, henry Ford's first racing win.
• 21:07
Speaker 2: Now this is when Henry Ford, it was a 10-mile race in Michigan and the name of the car was Sweepstakes, 26 horsepower, and it was driven by Barney Oldfield.
• 21:17
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, and this is really kind of what he beat Winton.
• 21:21
Speaker 2: Alexander Winton was the carmaker.
• 21:24
Speaker 2: That was the guy.
• 21:24
Speaker 2: He was the guy that you wanted to beat if you were going to do anything.
• 21:27
Speaker 2: So that's where he got his national attention and his financial backing to actually start the Ford Motor Company in 1903.
• 21:34
Speaker 2: So it was kind of his starting point and this is actually one of the cars.
• 21:37
Speaker 2: This was a 1902 model and it actually went on to be the first car to go over 100 miles an hour.
• 21:44
Speaker 2: It looks like the first LS.
• 21:45
Speaker 2: It was close, it was an LP.
• 21:48
Speaker 2: So this year this week in auto history, in 1909, general Motors bought Cadillac.
• 21:54
  Speaker 2: I was surprised $4.5 million.
• 21:57
Speaker 2: Now this is where GM bought it, put it into its ladder of success and I did not realize that Cadillac pioneered the electric starter in 1912.
• 22:06
Speaker 2: Yep, and it became, you know, their symbol of luxury and innovation.
• 22:12
Speaker 2: Then in 1927, the Ford Model A was actually completed, the prototype, and it was going to replace the aging Model T.
• 22:20
Speaker 2: Now it was more comfortable, it was considered bigger and it was really set to compete against Chevrolet and Plymouth.
• 22:27
Speaker 2: And by 1931, more than four million of these cars were sold, and this is actually a picture of one that's in east texas in the oil museum located in kilgore, texas surprisingly, very good.
• 22:38
Speaker 2: Then in 1955, ford safety lifeguard package was rolled out and this is where they started putting things together like padded dashboards, seat belts, recessed steering wheels, and their first sales were pretty modest.
• 22:52
Speaker 2: People didn't really care for it, but it actually started paving the way to where we are now, with seat belts and airbags and things like that.
• 22:58
Speaker 2: 1957, ford edsel was introduced.
• 23:01
Speaker 2: Now this was designed to be a medium price package car and I did not realize that it had its own brand, own distribution, own dealers and everything.
• 23:11
Speaker 2: I thought it was a ford, but it was not.
• 23:12
Speaker 2: It was a standalone uh brand that had seven different models on it, wow, and by three years they sold 118,287 cars, which is not a whole lot.
• 23:25
Speaker 2: That's why they quit selling it.
• 23:26
Speaker 2: People just didn't like it.
• 23:28
Speaker 2: But now they're kind of a classic and they're kind of considered a collector's item Stay tuned next week for the recall.
• 23:34
Speaker 1: Exactly they haven't caught up with it yet.
• 23:36
Speaker 1: Speaking of, ford, had the best loyalty rate of all brands for the first half of 2025.
• 23:43
Speaker 1: Gm had the best rate among multi-brand manufacturers.
• 23:47
Speaker 1: According to s&p global mobility, ford's loyalty rate was 59.
• 23:51
Speaker 1: Gm had a rate of 68 for the first half of 2025.
• 23:56
Speaker 1: In those categories, according to an analysis of new vehicle registration data from s&p global mobility, individual brands with the highest loyalty ratings in the first half of 25 to join ford in the top five were chevy, toyota, tesla and honda.
• 24:11
Speaker 1: For multi-brand manufacturers, gm was followed in the top five by Ford, toyota, hyundai and Honda.
• 24:18
Speaker 1: The brand with the lowest loyalty rate was Fiat at 4.3%.
• 24:23
Speaker 1: The multi-brand manufacturer with the lowest loyalty rate was Volkswagen Group at 43%.
• 24:29
Speaker 1: Wow, both Ford and GM have long histories of large loyalty bases, but they've been overshadowed in recent years by Tesla.
• 24:37
Speaker 1: However, the electric vehicle manufacturer's loyalty rate dropped over 12 percentage points in the first half of 2025 to 56%, making it the brand with the fourth highest loyalty rate.
• 24:50
Speaker 1: It still ranks highest among luxury brands.
• 24:53
Speaker 1: Very good, I'm not done.
• 24:58
Speaker 3: Okay, I have another story Very good, I'm not done.
• 24:59
Speaker 3: Okay, I have another story Very good on that story there.
• 25:01
Speaker 1: A former employee of two Colorado dealerships has been accused of embezzling nearly $183,000 from the stores.
• 25:08
Speaker 1: From July of 19 to September of 24, valerie Drulo, 50 years of age, from Johnstown, colorado, started working at Greeley Nissan and Greeley Volkswagen, both in Greeley, colorado, in 2015.
• 25:21
Speaker 1: According to an arrest affidavit, she's accused of taking $182,815.
• 25:27
  Speaker 1: Wow.
• 25:28
Speaker 1: She was office manager from November of 22 until her termination in September of 24, according to the affidavit.
• 25:35
Speaker 1: In her role, drulow was responsible for preparing daily bank deposits, bank reconciliations and recording cash payments.
• 25:42
Speaker 1: Greeley Police Department opened an investigation into Drulow in September of 24 after David Mastis, then general manager of the two dealerships, reported to the police that a cash payment of $18,000 was missing from the daily deposit records.
• 25:57
Speaker 1: Investigation found that Drulo skimmed money from factory payments, took refunds from customers, falsified records and stole insurance checks.
• 26:08
Speaker 3: according to the affidavit, she needs to hook up with that other guy at Midland.
• 26:12
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 26:12
Speaker 3: You know, yeah, start a family and all that she does.
• 26:14
Speaker 1: After the accounting discrepancies and missing cash payments were discovered, drullo, in September 24, was asked to come to a meeting at the dealership.
• 26:22
Speaker 1: The affidavit said she never returned to work and stopped responding to text messages and phone calls from management.
• 26:28
Speaker 1: She was later fired for text messaging.
• 26:31
Speaker 3: What do they call that?
