- 1:42When I say catch me everywhere, I'm just, you know, is that a football thing?
- 1:46Hit, hit, hit, 348, hit, catch.
- 1:48You know, touchdown, let's make it happen. But now I'm all over the place.
- 1:51I mean, YouTube, Apple, Spotify, all that good stuff. I'm here.
- 1:57Let's make it happen. Shout out to Tegus TV.
- 2:00Let's make it happen as well. All the information is there. You already know
- 2:03I got a little donation thing going on as well. Feel free. And we talking football.
- 2:08348. It is Super Bowl LX. In other words, Super Bowl 60.
- 2:13Do not ask the question. I don't even want to go there. Like,
- 2:16why do they use Roman numerals? You know, it's sour. It's a little, you know.
- 2:21You know, it's not the only sport. It's not the only place they use the Roman.
- 2:24You know, West Romania does the same thing.
- 2:27For the most part, it is LX. Super Bowl 60 between the New England Patriots,
- 2:33who are 14-3, or finish the record at 14-3, versus the Seattle Seahawks at 14-3.
- 2:41And again, I'm not going to do it like a Seahawk, because there's no such thing as a Seahawk.
- 2:45Maybe if it was an Eagle, you'd be like, ee, ee, ee, ee. But because it's a bird, I don't even know.
- 2:50It's a Seahawk. It's a hog that gets in the sea.
- 2:53And then Patriots, self-explanatory, the team is from New England area,
- 2:58You know, Boston, all that, Massachusetts, you already know the whatever is
- 3:03going on, the Commonwealth or whatever, you know,
- 3:06people already know that. Hey, listen, you're going to have a tremendous game.
- 3:10Two teams out here. I'm not going to even talk about the spread line because I'm, hey, listen.
- 3:14I'm not here to bet, even though I got monies here. I made a couple of,
- 3:18you know, but Super Bowl, it's February 8th, 2026.
- 3:23It's going to be in Santa Clara, California, a.k.a. San Francisco with a 49ers playhead.
- 3:30You already know Levi's Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers and a home
- 3:34of, I don't know, so many things over there.
- 3:38And, you know, we got that. We need that good weather. And once again,
- 3:41it's Super Bowl 60. It is the 60th matchup of the Super Bowl.
- 3:45So once again, we're going to have a good one. So the Seattle,
- 3:48let's get on with the tour. Seattle, New England, two teams.
- 3:51I personally, I personally will not have them in here where we are now.
- 4:00Both teams, for some reason, even though they have met in the Super Bowl years
- 4:05ago when Patriots had Tom Brady and Seattle had Russell Wilson and Marshawn and those boys.
- 4:11And you already know the end of that game is one that they always talk about
- 4:16because the Seattle Seahawks.
- 4:18They had the ball at the second yard line with a couple of seconds,
- 4:21and instead of running the ball, give it to the beast mode, Marshawn Lynch.
- 4:26They decided to throw, and it's crazy because Seattle was at the Cubs.
- 4:32If I'm not mistaken, they already won a Super Bowl. They were at the Cubs to
- 4:35be perhaps the franchise.
- 4:38They had overthrown the Patriots, but the Patriots were the Patriots with Tom
- 4:43Brady and them boys, you already know.
- 4:45So it's going to be another matchup, but I don't think in top of my head,
- 4:49none of the plays I was there playing now, that was years ago.
- 4:52And I say years ago, we're talking about pre-COVID.
- 4:55You know, it's crazy. You know, we're talking about, you know,
- 4:58during the time of COVID and so on, the pandemic.
- 5:00It's like when I say pre-COVID, it's like BCAD, all that good stuff.
- 5:04I sometimes got to be like that. We live in a different times.
- 5:08And that was a long time ago. So you already know, we got the game.
- 5:12Once again, I'm not going to give who's the favorite, whatever it is,
- 5:15we're going to talk about it because, once again, these two teams,
- 5:18I don't know, you know, once the Seattle Seahawks.
- 5:21Now, I'm going to be talking about the Seattle Seahawks.
- 5:24I mean, how can I say? I am going to say who I feel that's going to win,
- 5:29and I'm going to go on a limb, that Seattle Seahawks.
- 5:31For some reason, that team is built a little bit different. They built good,
- 5:35and this is not the Legion of Doom, if those remember about, again, 10 years ago,
- 5:41maybe a little bit eight, whatever that team with defense this
- 5:44team is loaded have a little bit of everything led by
- 5:48coach mike mcdonald young coach out there doing the thing and you already know
- 5:53i had the receiver from the you know what the receiver the wide receiver from
- 5:59the seattle seahawks to me it's one of the hardest lasting keeper,
- 6:07I had my boy there. He was on my lineup in terms of the fantasy football.
- 6:12That was my dude. Jackson Smith.
- 6:16I'm probably saying it. Screwing the name. But he's a boy. I'm 11 and they got
- 6:20Cooper Cub who they pick up.
- 6:22But they got a couple of other plays. Jake Bobo. You already know.
- 6:25But the thing, the interesting thing, you know, that team is a little bit loaded.
- 6:29A couple of good linebackers there. Jivey Avey. Eric Hall, you already know.
- 6:34The Marcus Lawrence that came from the Cowboys you
- 6:38know this this team is built a little bit different they got like a little bit
- 6:41of everything you know shout out to their secondary and all
- 6:44that good stuff or the offensive line doing their thing but I find it interesting
- 6:48and and perhaps perhaps and this is how weird football is because football is
- 6:56the one sport where it's a team game But a lot of stuff depends on,
- 7:02well, let's just say, the quarterback.
- 7:05And I remember that Seattle a couple of years ago under the previous coach, Pete Carroll.
- 7:10And I remember they had Geno Smear, and he was doing their thing.
- 7:12But, you know, Geno is Geno.
- 7:14For those people that love football, you know, Geno is a little bit erratic, you know?
- 7:19So you needed somebody steady because a lot of people felt, hey,
- 7:22listen, it's a good team.
- 7:24And it's crazy. They had one of the better wide receivers. Because you already
- 7:27know who it was. Number four over there playing in Pittsburgh.
- 7:30But the fact is this, that because of that, they felt like, listen,
- 7:35Smith over here, that's the go-to guy. We got a couple of good running backs.
- 7:41You know, it's a little running back by committee. George Helani doing his thing.
- 7:45But the fact is that the quarterback, Sam Darnold, who from many plays,
- 7:51years ago when he was drafted by the New York Jets, was a buzz.
- 7:54And look, my thing, because I'm a Notre Dame guy, and we play the U.S.
- 7:59CD, University of Southern California with San Dono, and I'll be straight up.
- 8:04For some reason, there was a lot of hype, and rightfully so, with Sam Donald.
- 8:08And there was a game against, you know, Notre Dame years ago.
- 8:11Again, this years ago, Notre Dame, USC, and I always fell.
- 8:16I think Sam Donald threw like three or four answers. And I said to myself,
- 8:20I could understand something, but I just couldn't think that the hype was the hype.
- 8:27But for some reason, he still got drafted by the Jets up there,
- 8:31whatever the case might be.
- 8:33That didn't pan out. That was a buzz. I think, you know, look,
- 8:36the Jets could have drafted anybody, and they'll screw you, and they'll go to
- 8:41another team and do their thing.
- 8:42Look at the Jets. The Jets aren't going to make fun of the Jets anymore.
- 8:45But the fact that Sam Donald goes to the Vikings and was productive,
- 8:49but still, he's that thing that lingered in the air, you know.
- 8:52And for some reason, the Seattle Seahawks said, you know what?
- 8:55Why not? Give him a big contract. And at the end of the day, look at him.
- 9:00He's leading the Seattle Seahawks to the Super Bowl champion.
- 9:03And I personally, for some reason, not truly invested emotionally in this game,
- 9:09to be honest with you. Not that much.
- 9:12Even though, hey, listen, I'm doing the little pool.
- 9:14I'm doing the little pool. So there's a lot of money. But still,
- 9:18that has nothing to do with the winners for the most part, I would say.
- 9:22But the fact that Sam Donald, that is an interesting story. And once again,
- 9:26in football, there's been a lot of, I mean, Trent Delphi a week ago.
- 9:30I mean, that's Rich Gannon. I mean, when it comes to football,
- 9:34and we've seen this, we could have great quarterbacks in college and just stuck up to doing the NFL.
- 9:39You could have mediocre quarterbacks. And I just say Tom Brady.
- 9:45I'm not saying that Tom Brady was mediocre in college.
- 9:48He did his thing in Michigan. Hey, when you play for Michigan,
- 9:52you know, it's a little different.
- 9:54Because a lot of people feel like when you play for a big school like that,
- 9:57Michigan, especially like a powerhouse, running the ball, you might think that,
- 10:01hey, you're a product of the system instead of the other way around.
- 10:05But the fact is that Tom Brady was not flashy, flashy, but the rest is history.
- 10:09A person that was flashy, flashy, let's say Patrick Mahomes.
- 10:13Taylor Hurts, you know, Patrick, hey, Patrick had a, you know,
- 10:16Texas, with a Texas Tech.
- 10:18But you get the gist. You know, Sam Donald was, you know, amongst the line of,
- 10:22you know, oh, hey, listen, this person's going to be great, but he's struggling
- 10:25in college. But look, the rest is history.
- 10:27All I'm saying, Sam Donald, that's an interesting story.
- 10:30I lean towards, I think that he's going to have a great Super Bowl.
- 10:34I think it's going to be a good Super Bowl. Very close. And it's against the New England Patriots.
- 10:39And the New England Patriots, if we spoke about the New England Patriots 10
- 10:42years ago, even eight years ago, they were the team to beat, basically.
- 10:48But once Tom Brady left or he got traded or whatever,
- 10:52Sadly, the trajectory changed And this team is a different makeup Even though
- 10:56the coach, Mike Braybill,
- 10:58Who was a former Patriots Patriots coach Now is at the helm And now he's leading
- 11:05the charge And now the Patriots is where we're at now Now the player that I was going to say, D.K.
- 11:11Metcalf That was one of the best wide receivers And, you know,
- 11:15interesting He got traded and that's why Smith, but going back to the Patriots.
- 11:21Again, I'm as surprised and yet not.
- 11:25Because the thing with the Patriots, and I'll say this much,
- 11:29I mean, bring in Mike Babe, Mike Ray Rue, the head coach of the Patriots.
- 11:33I mean, he's one of those that was there with Tom Brady. So,
- 11:36you know, there's a smell of winning.
- 11:39Even though they had the coach, I believe it was Jerry Mayer,
- 11:42but, you know, I guess he didn't get along with players or something to that effect.
- 11:46I don't know what the story, they didn't last that long.
- 11:49They big Mike. Mike was in Tennessee.
- 11:53Ray Brew, it's one of those coaches, kind of nails, maybe not the best X and
- 11:59O type of coach, but he's back. He's doing his thing.
- 12:03But the fact that, you know, now this team, it's once again,
- 12:07going back to the quarterback, Drake May.
- 12:13Now, Drake May is interesting because once again, Drake May was not.
- 12:18And it's kind of funny because he's from the North Carolina University,
- 12:21Tar Heels. And for some reason, North Carolina, even though they're not a football
- 12:26program per se, they more or less go to basketball.
- 12:30You already know they got a basketball, college basketball pedigree.
- 12:34But the fact that it's been in the last, I'm going to say like the last 10,
- 12:3814 years, there's been a couple of good North Carolina college football QBs there.
- 12:44I mean, Mike Trubisky, I think is one of them, and Drake Mayer.
- 12:48And for some reason, these are individuals that got drafted high.
- 12:51And again, in college football, they're in the ACC. So the competition is there.
- 12:57So if you are in, let's say, North Carolina doing your thing,
- 13:00and beating some of the bigger boys or whatever it is, they said,
- 13:05hey, they're going to give you props. And then, how can I say?
- 13:08For some reason, they believed that Drake, man, he put us in good numbers.
- 13:12And he was like, what, first-round pick or something to that effect?
- 13:14Top five, if I'm not mistaken?
- 13:17And obviously, you already know that when certain quarterbacks,
- 13:20the pattern would be the quarterback from North Carolina, like Mike Trubisky
- 13:25or something to that effect.
- 13:26I mean, that didn't pan out. I think he's still playing football somewhere.
- 13:29But the fact that Drake made, it's one of those dudes that he's balling.
- 13:35He's balling. And they got a good team. Marcus Jones out there doing his thing.
- 13:41Got the defense, Christian Gonzalez. I mean, this team, the thing about this
- 13:45team is that it reminds me a little bit of, how can I say,
- 13:51that old school kind of grinded out. And they put in numbers.
- 13:56They don't get it messed up. They put in numbers. And the fact that they brought
- 14:00some couple of players, I already know, Carton Davis, you know,
- 14:03they put some money on that defense.
- 14:06Because, you know, you kind of want to build that little defense like Mike,
- 14:09you know, those old school football players that just banged out,
- 14:14you know, doing that thing.
- 14:16I'm like, oh, gee, you know what I mean?
- 14:20But the thing is that with this team, it's that, hey, listen,
- 14:23yes, they lose a couple of players here and there. But the fact that they are
- 14:27able to plug in players And do this thing where Listen, that's a good team here.
- 14:34And running back, Andre Stevenson, I'm telling you, he's a beast.
- 14:38Henderson, he's a beast. Stephon Diggs, let's not forget.
- 14:43Stephon, he was in the build. It's funny. And I'm going to even going to say this.
- 14:47So years ago, Stephon Diggs was playing with Buffalo, and I always wanted to root for Buffalo.
- 14:52And Stephon had some puns with the QB over there and Josh Allen.
- 14:56Sadly, you already know.
- 14:57You got beef with Josh Allen or you not with Josh Allen, whatever the case, you out of here.
- 15:03Stephon you know people accuse him you know he's a little uh what
- 15:05they call diva and you know wide receivers but guess where he's at now right
- 15:10he ain't doing the the things that you know as he has been older and mature
- 15:14he's zip because now he's playing with a quarterback that's gonna give him the
- 15:18ball and now because of the coach if you don't get the ball hey don't say anything
- 15:24why you didn't get the ball you already know you didn't go right up and they
- 15:28got some good you No tight ends there.
- 15:30But the offense, again, once again, these two teams kind of in a bit similar,
- 15:34mirror to mirror, in a sense, they're, you know, linebackers. I'm telling you.
- 15:39Jack Gibbons, all those linebackers there. Devon Jason.
- 15:44Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh. Let's get it. That defense, both, again,
- 15:47both of these teams are just those old school kind of teams where,
- 15:54you know, it's going to be boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.
- 15:57Boom and you're gonna somebody's gonna hit so at the end what it is what's the
- 16:01difference i think that it's gonna be a closed game if if it's not a closed
- 16:06game right i mean somebody gets blown out i think that the.
- 16:11I'm going to say that for some reason that Seattle is more explosive offensively.
- 16:15But again, we could have the Patriots just running the ball, doing their thing.
- 16:19And hey, listen, cutting some time, making sure that they don't get the ball.
- 16:23So if I was to say it's going to be a close game, I still say Seattle is going to win.
- 16:27It might be those games where in the first half, they're going to fill out like two boxes there.
- 16:33Might be a little low scoring in the first half, but then in the second half,
- 16:36it's going to step up. You're going to see some acceleration.
- 16:39I'm looking at about like a 30 to 26 type of deal.
- 16:43And if it's a blowout, again, I think that Seattle might have the edge in that
- 16:48one because I think that they could just go boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.
- 16:52And the fact that I think that Seattle was playing a little bit more high octane
- 16:56because, you know, in order to beat, let's say, San Francisco,
- 17:01who's in their division and the Rams, you got to put them points,
- 17:05especially with the Rams.
- 17:06You got to outplay these teams. I play, and I think that is going to be a close game.
- 17:12But once again, the Seattle Seahawks is going to probably take one.
- 17:15The game is going to be on Peacock. Watch the game, 6.30.
- 17:18Halftime is going to be with Bad Bunny. I did a thing there with Bad Bunny, but listen to it.
- 17:23I think Green Day is going to be a special guest or something to that effect.
- 17:26It's going to be interesting.
- 17:28Watch the football. You know, football is watched by close to over 100 million
- 17:32here in the United States.
- 17:33I think 150 million worldwide. I could understand that those soccer aficionados
- 17:38who watch the FIFA, oh, they say, well, soccer is watched worldwide. Nah, whatever.
- 17:44But those in the cricket, I think it was like cricket a couple of years ago,
- 17:49I think it was India and Bangladesh, which has watched supposedly like almost
- 17:53close to a billion people.
- 17:54I'm like, damn, everybody in India was watching it. You know what I mean?
- 17:58Everybody in Bangladesh was watching it too, even the babies.
- 18:00They're kind of babies out there. They're kind of everybody supposedly watched.
- 18:05But the football and the NFL and the Super Bowl, that's us. That's an American
- 18:10thing here in this side of the country or this side of the world.
- 18:13So watch this. It's going to be interesting. Seattle Seahawks versus the New England Patriots.
- 18:17It's going to be fun. It's going to be wild for those people out there who put some money in this.
- 18:22I ain't going to – if you're like, oh, but David said that, you know,
- 18:25Seattle and I put a thousand and nobody hit me up with, like, that nonsense.
- 18:29Like, but David, you know, I was listening to your podcast.
- 18:32Yes, listening to my podcast. But I'm just saying, that's just me.
- 18:35I'm just saying and the funny thing and lastly you already know once again you got to hit that like.
- 18:41Subscribe and all that good stuff and then the funny thing right there's
- 18:45a poster of the in the beginning of
- 18:47the year and this poster have these different players and especially known
- 18:50players um and this poster every year
- 18:53the NFL does this thing where all these players kind of locked in looking at
- 18:58their sights in the Super Bowl and some fans didn't notice that the poster now
- 19:04when I said this poster was like already in the beginning of the season if you
- 19:07look at the last two player smaller player because they're going to show the
- 19:10big names because i think barkeeper's there,
- 19:13jaylen is there josh allen it's there you know some of the big
- 19:15names are the bigger pictures but you see drake
- 19:18may and you see damn donald almost close
- 19:22to each other in these little picture and some people might say
- 19:25football and the nfl scripted oh my
- 19:28perhaps and perhaps it's
- 19:31a coincidence let's make it happen i'm out of here is your boy
- 19:34deconstructing topic podcast have fun stay safe enjoy drink responsibility and
- 19:40take the day responsibility just as the next day many people work but you push
- 19:44it as a holiday or maybe push the super bowl on a Saturday you let me know hit
- 19:50up that comment let me know what you think i'm out of here peace.
