- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Yo, the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family's
- 0:08Speaker 1: problems continue to get worse, and now all of the
- 0:13Speaker 1: messages that Prince Andrew exchanged with Glenn Maxwell and Jeffrey
- 0:18Speaker 1: Epstein have been ordered to be preserved. And for Prince Andrew,
- 0:24Speaker 1: that's terrible news. That's the kind of news that's certainly
- 0:27Speaker 1: going to keep you up at night because that's the
- 0:31Speaker 1: kind of news that eventually leads to an indictment. And
- 0:34Speaker 1: considering all of the other things that are hanging over
- 0:37Speaker 1: Andrew's head right now, certainly not the best news that
- 0:40Speaker 1: he's ever received. And if you were wondering why he's
- 0:44Speaker 1: using his daughters to try and get back in the
- 0:46Speaker 1: graces of the royal family, I'm sure this is one
- 0:50Speaker 1: of the reasons why. So today we have an article
- 0:54Speaker 1: from International Business Times and the headline every message they
- 0:59Speaker 1: exchange ex Prince Andrews communications with Epstein and Maxwell locked
- 1:04Speaker 1: down by prosecutors. This article was authored by Rhea Pathak.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Former Prince Andrew's long running links to Jeffrey Epstein have
- 1:14Speaker 1: come under renewed scrutiny after US prosecutors moved to preserve
- 1:18Speaker 1: what investigators believe could be the full record of the
- 1:21Speaker 1: communication with the disgraced financier and convicted sex trafficker Glene Maxwell.
- 1:28Speaker 1: That could be very, very damning And if the UK
- 1:32Speaker 1: authorities are serious about justice when it comes to Andrew,
- 1:36Speaker 1: that's the kind of shit that could send you on
- 1:38Speaker 1: a very long vacation if you get my drift, and
- 1:41Speaker 1: we're not talking about a vacation down to Arabia. According
- 1:46Speaker 1: to reports, the sweeping evidence preservation orders issued to major
- 1:49Speaker 1: technology and travel companies prevent the deletion of emails, messages,
- 1:54Speaker 1: and digital records connected to Andrews's reported visits to Epstein's
- 1:58Speaker 1: New Mexico ranch. All authorities continue their criminal investigation. And look,
- 2:04Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, he was at that ranch.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Not only Virginia told me, but other sources while I
- 2:12Speaker 1: was down in New Mexico. So he can't even try
- 2:15Speaker 1: and wiggle his way out of it. Now, he'll downplay
- 2:17Speaker 1: it and maybe he'll have another excuse for us. Oh,
- 2:20Speaker 1: I was at the local text mes place. I have
- 2:22Speaker 1: no idea I was at Roberto's. Was it me? Although
- 2:29Speaker 1: Andrew faces no charges, the latest move is a watershed
- 2:32Speaker 1: moment in the years long inquiry. What do you mean
- 2:35Speaker 1: he faces no charges. We don't know what he faces
- 2:37Speaker 1: and what he does in face. Yet this man is
- 2:40Speaker 1: under investigation. And while I have my doubts about how
- 2:43Speaker 1: far it's gonna go, I'm willing to wait and see.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Let's see what happens. Let's see who they go after,
- 2:50Speaker 1: Let's see who they talk to, Let's see where it
- 2:53Speaker 1: all goes. The investigation took a fresh turn after new
- 2:57Speaker 1: Mexico Attorney General Raoul Torres issued evidence preservation notices till
- 3:03Speaker 1: more than two dozen companies, including Google, WhatsApp, Yahoo, American Express,
- 3:08Speaker 1: and Expedia. According to reports, investigators want to ensure communication
- 3:13Speaker 1: connected Depstein's or a ranch remain intact before routine data
- 3:17Speaker 1: attention policies can erase them. Yeah. I don't know about routine,
- 3:22Speaker 1: but I will tell you this, the more information you
- 3:25Speaker 1: can get your hands on, the better you're going to
- 3:27Speaker 1: be because you can't rely on the DOJ. So if
- 3:31Speaker 1: I was New Mexico, I'd be looking to get my
- 3:33Speaker 1: hands on the raw data so I could go through
- 3:36Speaker 1: it with my investigators and see what's what. And it's
- 3:39Speaker 1: crazy that I even have to say that. Imagine having
- 3:43Speaker 1: that little confidence in the DOJ. Now, Look, it's never
- 3:47Speaker 1: been perfect, right, but at least previously under most administrations,
- 3:53Speaker 1: it's strived for independence. It wasn't the legal arm of
- 3:58Speaker 1: the sitting president, but that that's what it is. Now.
- 4:02Speaker 1: The DOJ has no desire to find out what happened
- 4:05Speaker 1: when it comes to Epstein. They have one desire, and
- 4:08Speaker 1: one desire only to move on. And of course the
- 4:12Speaker 1: big monkey in the wrench, the fly in the ointment,
- 4:16Speaker 1: is you, because you refuse to move on. But the department,
- 4:23Speaker 1: that's what they want. The last thing they want to
- 4:26Speaker 1: do is talk about this. They'd rather talk about literally
- 4:29Speaker 1: anything else. One source familiar with the investigation told the
- 4:36Speaker 1: media that because Epstein communicated with Andrew through Gmail, prosecutors
- 4:40Speaker 1: are seeking to preserve every message that they ever exchanged.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Now are they going to be successful? I don't know.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Maybe I'm not too hip on how the servers work.
- 4:51Speaker 1: How long is that information held for? Is it kept indefinitely?
- 4:56Speaker 1: Is there some kind of dump? And if there is,
- 5:00Speaker 1: I would expect that Jeffrey Epstein has been a recipient
- 5:02Speaker 1: of it. Considering everything else that we've seen and how
- 5:08Speaker 1: we've learned that Jeffrey Epstein certainly was at the table
- 5:12Speaker 1: when it comes to these tech titans. Makes you wonder,
- 5:15Speaker 1: doesn't it. The source also claim that the preservation order
- 5:19Speaker 1: extended beyond the emails to include travel records and other
- 5:22Speaker 1: digital communications that could help investigators reconstruct activity surrounding the
- 5:27Speaker 1: ranch and the people who visited it. And it might
- 5:30Speaker 1: be a massive investigation and a massive undertaking, but if
- 5:34Speaker 1: you really want to figure out what happened, you have
- 5:36Speaker 1: to talk to everybody that you can, every single person
- 5:39Speaker 1: that was ever there that you can document, right, bring
- 5:42Speaker 1: them all in, sit them down, and get to work.
- 5:46Speaker 1: That's how a case is built. The preservation order come
- 5:50Speaker 1: as authorities continue examining allegation surrounding Epstein's eight thousand acres
- 5:55Speaker 1: or a ranch in New Mexico where multiple women have
- 5:59Speaker 1: alleged the they were groomed or abused. How many court
- 6:02Speaker 1: documents do we have alleging that. How many survivor testimonies
- 6:07Speaker 1: do we have alleging that. So, yeah, I'm going to
- 6:10Speaker 1: go with all of that's true. Now to the extent
- 6:13Speaker 1: that it was happening, I don't know. I'm not going
- 6:16Speaker 1: to sit here and make pretend I can tell you
- 6:18Speaker 1: exactly how many people were abused in Zoro Ranch or
- 6:21Speaker 1: what they went through, but I will tell you this,
- 6:26Speaker 1: whatever was going on at that ranch was straight up evil,
- 6:29Speaker 1: and I mean that in every sense of the word.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Former ranch employees, including cleaners, administrative staff, ranch hands, and
- 6:37Speaker 1: senior managers, have reportedly been interviewed about visitors to the property,
- 6:42Speaker 1: guest movements, and day to day operations. Investigators have also
- 6:46Speaker 1: questioned witnesses about Andrew's reported visits to the ranch. According
- 6:51Speaker 1: to the report, The inquiry has also interviewed one former
- 6:55Speaker 1: employee who allegedly drove the former prince from a local airport.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Told you years ago, and now it's all coming true,
- 7:06Speaker 1: and unlike other people, you can just go back and
- 7:08Speaker 1: check my work. I told you that Andrew was at
- 7:10Speaker 1: Doro Ranch, and the reason I knew is because Virginia
- 7:14Speaker 1: told me. And not only that, but when I was there,
- 7:18Speaker 1: multiple people said that, oh yeah, Prince Andrew certainly was
- 7:22Speaker 1: here visiting Jeffrey Epstein down at the ranch. So is
- 7:27Speaker 1: it any shock that now they're finally doing an investigation
- 7:30Speaker 1: that's what they uncover because breaking news. I'm certainly not
- 7:34Speaker 1: some investigator, and when I went down there, I had
- 7:38Speaker 1: no problem finding people that were willing to talk. So
- 7:42Speaker 1: do you think that the Attorney General's office couldn't find
- 7:44Speaker 1: people that were willing to go on the record. Come on,
- 7:47Speaker 1: nobody buys that. It wasn't that there was no evidence.
- 7:52Speaker 1: The problem is there was no will. Attorney General Torres
- 7:57Speaker 1: said reopening the investigation had been on taken with deep
- 8:00Speaker 1: respect for survivors and a commitment to accountability, adding that
- 8:04Speaker 1: authorities continue to encouraging anyone with information about alleged abuse
- 8:09Speaker 1: or legal activity at the ranch to come forward. And look,
- 8:14Speaker 1: I agree with that. If you're somebody out there that
- 8:16Speaker 1: has information and you're willing to come forward, I think
- 8:20Speaker 1: now's the time. Now. On the flip side of that,
- 8:22Speaker 1: it's easy for me to say I'm not the one
- 8:24Speaker 1: that went through it. I'm not the one that has
- 8:26Speaker 1: to live with it, or look at my kids and say, hey, look,
- 8:28Speaker 1: mom was abused by these disgusting animals. How do you
- 8:32Speaker 1: even have that conversation? How do you even bring that up?
- 8:35Speaker 1: How do you sit down with your child and tell
- 8:36Speaker 1: them that. So it's one thing for me to say
- 8:39Speaker 1: people should come forward, right, But it's a whole less
- 8:41Speaker 1: other thing for these people to actually do it, especially
- 8:44Speaker 1: when you have a DOJ that has no desire to
- 8:46Speaker 1: protect them. So where does that leave people? It leaves
- 8:50Speaker 1: them holding onto their secrets once again, Despite the renewed
- 8:55Speaker 1: focus on his communications, Andrew has consistently denied any wrongdoing
- 8:59Speaker 1: or knowledge of Epstein's criminal activity. The former prince settled
- 9:03Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts civil sexual assault lawsuit in twenty twenty two
- 9:07Speaker 1: without admitting liability or wrongdoing, and has repeatedly said he
- 9:11Speaker 1: has no recollection of meeting her, despite a widely circulated
- 9:14Speaker 1: photograph showing them together. Yeah, I never met her. This
- 9:18Speaker 1: photograph's fake. Turns out, the only thing that's fake is
- 9:21Speaker 1: your bullshit narrative. Imagine telling somebody that that picture is fake,
- 9:27Speaker 1: and then imagine being somebody that believes it. YO, like,
- 9:31Speaker 1: for real? For real? What's it like? Being so gullible?
- 9:35Speaker 1: Must be rough. Importantly, prosecutors have not accused Andrew of
- 9:43Speaker 1: any offense connected to the latest preservation orders. The legal
- 9:47Speaker 1: notices are designed to safeguard potentially relevant evidence while investigators
- 9:52Speaker 1: continue examining Epstein's wider network. The new Mexico attorney General's
- 9:57Speaker 1: Office has declined to comment further, citing the ongoing criminal investigation.
- 10:04Speaker 1: The renewed evidence preservation effort highlights that authorities continue to
- 10:07Speaker 1: examine Epstein's associates nearly seven years after his death in
- 10:12Speaker 1: a New York jail in twenty nineteen. While the investigation
- 10:16Speaker 1: remains active, no new charges have been announced against Prince Andrew,
- 10:20Speaker 1: whose past relationship with Epstein continues to draw legal and
- 10:24Speaker 1: public scrutiny. Well, not enough of either. Not enough legal
- 10:28Speaker 1: scrutiny and not enough public scrutiny. But this kind of
- 10:32Speaker 1: information is bad for Andrew. This isn't one of those
- 10:35Speaker 1: oh it's reputational. This is the preservation of all messages
- 10:40Speaker 1: sent that have to do with Andrew when the trip
- 10:42Speaker 1: to Zoro Ranch, and remember he lied about it. So
- 10:46Speaker 1: we'll see where it all goes. And like usual, when
- 10:49Speaker 1: we got some more information, we'll get it added to
- 10:51Speaker 1: the catalog. All the information that goes with this episode
- 10:55Speaker 1: can be found in a description box.
