- 2:27Speaker 2: Lone Gumman Podcast, episode number 419-er. The other rifle found
- 2:38Speaker 2: in Dallas. So, just so everybody's up to speed, we
- 2:45Speaker 2: did this live Friday night. But apparently there were some
- 2:49Speaker 2: audio issues. that made it really hard to listen to
- 2:53Speaker 2: for about 30 to 40 minutes, right smack dab in
- 2:57Speaker 2: the middle of the live stream. The good news is
- 3:02Speaker 2: I'm here to do the entire presentation again, hopefully with
- 3:09Speaker 2: no audio issues. Joe was nice enough to show up
- 3:13Speaker 2: at the end of the live stream, and he won't
- 3:19Speaker 2: be here, though. In fact, let me put up Joe
- 3:23Speaker 2: real quick. I'm tired, boss. Yes. Thank you, Joe. Where'd
- 3:37Speaker 2: he go? Oh, he's overriding. He's overriding. We can't have
- 3:44Speaker 2: him overriding Michael Clark Duncan. All right, so what we're
- 3:48Speaker 2: going to do here We're going to go back through
- 3:50Speaker 2: the presentation because I don't know exactly what people missed,
- 3:54Speaker 2: what people didn't miss. And then after the live, I
- 3:58Speaker 2: got a notification that the entire live stream was demonetized
- 4:04Speaker 2: due to copyright claims from this freaking Lauren Hall interviews.
- 4:09Speaker 2: So I would have had to clip them out of
- 4:14Speaker 2: the shows anyway. So we're going to switch it up
- 4:18Speaker 2: a little bit. I am going to play the part
- 4:20Speaker 2: of Lauren Hall. And hopefully we'll get through this without
- 4:30Speaker 2: too much consternation on my part. I am doing this
- 4:37Speaker 2: after the live stream. I do it because I love
- 4:41Speaker 2: you folks. And I know you guys tune in to
- 4:46Speaker 2: hear it. This subject matter is very important. I worked
- 4:50Speaker 2: very hard to put this presentation together. It took hours
- 4:54Speaker 2: and hours and hours, and for it to get fucked
- 4:56Speaker 2: up does not make me happy. So, I'm here to
- 5:04Speaker 2: make things right. So, let's get into it. Shall we?
- 5:14Speaker 2: Let me see here. All right, again, the other rifle
- 5:38Speaker 2: found in Dallas. As you can see here, there's images
- 5:43Speaker 2: of Lauren Hall. Lawrence Howard, a.k.a. Fat Larry. Hall's old, beat-up,
- 5:54Speaker 2: black Oldsmobile with the white stripe. The Johnson. 30- 06 rifle,
- 5:59Speaker 2: which we'll get into here in a minute. And... Let
- 6:08Speaker 2: me see here. So what I wanted to tell you
- 6:14Speaker 2: folks is that in the JFK assassination research community, There's
- 6:24Speaker 2: a lot of people that would like to tell you
- 6:26Speaker 2: why Kennedy was assassinated. And what it means. And the
- 6:33Speaker 2: implications of it. And all of this stuff. And a
- 6:38Speaker 2: lot of people stay away from the who. Who did it?
- 6:43Speaker 2: Who was in Dealey Plaza? Who was part of the
- 6:46Speaker 2: hit team that pulled this off? Well, tonight we are
- 6:52Speaker 2: going to get into that hit team and specifically, possibly,
- 6:58Speaker 2: a weapon used in the murder, folks. So, in this
- 7:05Speaker 2: first screen here, I had audio of an interview that
- 7:11Speaker 2: Lauren Hall did with A.J. Weberman. Now, the clip that
- 7:16Speaker 2: I played everybody was about 10 seconds long. Okay? Okay?
- 7:21Speaker 2: In fact, the actual interview with Lauren Hall is eight
- 7:29Speaker 2: pages long. So let's go through and check that out.
- 7:43Speaker 2: So I'm going to stop screen sharing that for a second.
- 7:47Speaker 2: I'm going to grab. The A.J. Weberman interview. So you're
- 7:54Speaker 2: going to get the extended cut of the Lauren Hall
- 7:58Speaker 2: interview by A.J. Weberman.
- 7:59Speaker 1: Hi.
- 8:05Speaker 2: From 1977. Mr. Hall. Yeah. This is A.J. Weberman calling
- 8:14Speaker 2: from the National Enquirer. Pardon? AJ Weberman, I'm calling from
- 8:20Speaker 2: the National Enquirer. This is... something real, Z. Is this
- 8:28Speaker 2: Lorne Hall? Yeah, I'm not the National Enquirer. I know
- 8:34Speaker 2: you're not. I'm calling for the National Enquirer. Oh, oh, oh, oh, okay.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Okay.
- 8:40Speaker 2: I spoke with General Patrick Hemming the other day, and
- 8:43Speaker 2: he told me about a meeting that allegedly took place
- 8:46Speaker 2: in New Orleans between himself and George DeMorenshield. I wonder
- 8:50Speaker 2: if you could confirm or deny that meeting. What meeting
- 8:54Speaker 2: is that? Well, I don't know. He said that he
- 8:57Speaker 2: met with George DeMorenshield shortly before the Kennedy assassination. Who
- 9:02Speaker 2: is Jerry Patrick Hemming? Do I have D. Lauren Eugene Hall? Yeah.
- 9:11Speaker 2: You were called before the Warren Commission, right? You were
- 9:14Speaker 2: mentioned in the Warren Commission report. Yeah. And you don't
- 9:18Speaker 2: know Jerry Patrick Hemming? Never heard of him. Who is he,
- 9:25Speaker 2: some left-winger? No, no, he's with the International Anti-Communist Brigade. Well,
- 9:33Speaker 2: that's a communist organization. The International Anti-Communist Brigade. Yeah, I
- 9:41Speaker 2: wouldn't know anybody like that. Anybody with the name of
- 9:44Speaker 2: Jerry Patrick Hemming has got to be a commie or CIA. Well,
- 9:49Speaker 2: I think this man was pretty dedicated anti-communist. Who? Jerry
- 9:54Speaker 2: Patrick Hemming?
- 9:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Well, if it's the one that I heard about, he's CIA. CIA? Well, see,
- 10:02Speaker 2: I have a document here that says you and Mr.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Hemming took a rifle out of pawn that was described
- 10:07Speaker 2: as being identical to the one used by Lee Harvey Oswald. Well,
- 10:11Speaker 2: I'll be darned. Who's Lee Harvey Oswald? Who's Lee Harvey Oswald?
- 10:17Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 10:20Speaker 2: I'll take it you don't want to talk. No, I've
- 10:24Speaker 2: got nothing to talk to you about. Anybody who associates
- 10:26Speaker 2: with Jerry Patrick Hemming... No, I didn't say that. Has
- 10:31Speaker 2: either got to be... Wait a minute, wait a minute.
- 10:34Speaker 2: I went over there. CIA, FBI, or an asshole. I
- 10:40Speaker 2: went over there on an assignment from the National Enquirer. Yeah?
- 10:45Speaker 2: And you know, the National Enquirer is also interested in
- 10:48Speaker 2: speaking with you. Fuck the National Enquirer. And fuck you too. Well,
- 10:56Speaker 2: you know, they pay a lot of money. Huh? They
- 10:59Speaker 2: pay a lot of money. Hey, dude, shit. All I've
- 11:03Speaker 2: heard for 14 fucking years is how much money everybody's got. Right, right.
- 11:09Speaker 2: And I ain't ever seen none of it. And all
- 11:12Speaker 2: I hear in print is from DeMorneshield and the asshole
- 11:15Speaker 2: Altman and Jerry Patrick Hemming and Mort Sahl and all
- 11:18Speaker 2: the fuck-ups of the world. I've got a book out, too.
- 11:22Speaker 2: I've got a book out on the John Kennedy assassination.
- 11:25Speaker 2: Screw all of them. Ain't nobody going to put nothing
- 11:28Speaker 2: in print for me. I've had a book printed, and
- 11:30Speaker 2: the FBI, the CIA, and the IRS has got it
- 11:33Speaker 2: stopped three different times. No kidding. It cost me $ 48, 000
- 11:39Speaker 2: in taxes. Incredible. Don't even talk to me about none
- 11:45Speaker 2: of that horse shit. I had a book that was suppressed, too,
- 11:49Speaker 2: called Coup d'etat in America. It's on the assassination of
- 11:52Speaker 2: John Kennedy. I had pictures of the tramps they picked
- 11:54Speaker 2: up in Dealey Plaza. Oh, what tramps? Tramps, the tramps.
- 12:01Speaker 2: What tramps? The ones that look like... Sorry. The ones
- 12:05Speaker 2: that look like E. Howard Hunt and Frank Sturgis. Shit,
- 12:08Speaker 2: Kennedy was a tramp. Lauren. Yeah? That book was not
- 12:16Speaker 2: for press. We saw it. Coup d'etat? Huh? You bet.
- 12:22Speaker 2: It's in the library right here in Long Beach. Well,
- 12:25Speaker 2: that's good, but you know... Well, you just lied. No,
- 12:30Speaker 2: I didn't just lie. It was suppressed. You didn't see
- 12:32Speaker 2: any national reviews on it, did you? It wasn't in
- 12:35Speaker 2: the New York Times book review. But it's in print.
- 12:40Speaker 2: It was in hardback at the library. Oh, no, I'm sorry.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Who is F? Sorry. It was in hardback at the library. Yeah,
- 12:48Speaker 2: news of it was suppressed, and then my publisher went bankrupt. Well,
- 12:53Speaker 2: so did my publisher, Turkey. Yeah, well, your book was.
- 12:58Speaker 2: He was caught with his ass up two weeks ago. Well,
- 13:02Speaker 2: it's amazing that news of your book was stopped by. Hey,
- 13:06Speaker 2: nobody puts in print anything that I have to say.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Nobody's going to pay me for it. Nobody's going to
- 13:10Speaker 2: print everything. And that's fine. You know, hey, I ain't
- 13:13Speaker 2: in no hurry to get my head blown off. I see.
- 13:16Speaker 2: I see. I see. They've got heading on these. Heming's
- 13:19Speaker 2: a CIA punk, okay? I've known this son of a
- 13:22Speaker 2: bitch for 14 years. He turned his own goddamn cruise
- 13:25Speaker 2: in so he wouldn't have to go to Cuba. He's
- 13:27Speaker 2: fingered me on my own goddamn deals and caused me
- 13:30Speaker 2: to get arrested. Lauren, don't tell him nothing. Ah, fuck.
- 13:38Speaker 2: Don't bother to call here anymore. I won't, I won't.
- 13:41Speaker 2: This is the first time I called here, you know? Goddamn. Well,
- 13:46Speaker 2: after the hatchet job that's already been done on him
- 13:48Speaker 2: in other papers, that's it. We're done. Yeah, but did
- 13:54Speaker 2: I do a hatchet job on him in coup d'etat? What?
- 13:58Speaker 2: Did I do a hatchet job on you in coup d'etat? Well,
- 14:03Speaker 2: the thing is, we don't need to see his name
- 14:05Speaker 2: in print anywhere. Hey, man. Right as it stands right now,
- 14:08Speaker 2: there's only two of us left alive. That's me and
- 14:10Speaker 2: Santo Traficante. And as far as I'm concerned, we're both
- 14:13Speaker 2: going to stay alive because I ain't going to say shit.
- 14:17Speaker 2: All right, I don't want to endanger you. I ain't
- 14:20Speaker 2: going to let no asshole come and blow me away. Right,
- 14:24Speaker 2: all right, I can understand that, you know. But, you know,
- 14:26Speaker 2: you probably are on that witness list to be called. No,
- 14:29Speaker 2: I'm on no goddamn witness list to be called shit place.
- 14:33Speaker 2: Nobody's going to listen to anything I say because nobody
- 14:35Speaker 2: wants to hear it. Now, if they want to hear
- 14:37Speaker 2: it from my sources on the committee, you're on the
- 14:40Speaker 2: witness list. You're scheduled to be called. That's the House
- 14:42Speaker 2: Select Committee on Assassinations. Oh, they're a bunch of left-wing
- 14:46Speaker 2: assholes that are trying to get a feather in their
- 14:48Speaker 2: cap and be able to live for the next two
- 14:49Speaker 2: years off the taxpayers. And they're not going to do
- 14:52Speaker 2: a damn thing, just like the church committee, just like Garrison. Hey,
- 14:56Speaker 2: the whole ramrod is all bullshit. They're going to ask
- 14:59Speaker 2: me if I've ever been in Florida, and I'm going
- 15:01Speaker 2: to say, yeah. They're going to say, did you enjoy it?
- 15:03Speaker 2: And I'm going to say, yeah. And they say, all right,
- 15:06Speaker 2: go home. That's what it's going to amount to. Well,
- 15:09Speaker 2: there's some really crazy things going on here, like Prio's suicide,
- 15:12Speaker 2: DeMoreshield's suicide, Paulie's suicide. Who are they? These are, I
- 15:17Speaker 2: know who they are. Paulie was the ambassador to Peru.
- 15:21Speaker 2: We used his boat on a raid to try to
- 15:23Speaker 2: put a hit on Castro. Lauren, don't tell him. So
- 15:29Speaker 2: Heming's been indicted yesterday for possession of a silencer. Heming's CIA.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Novella's been indicted for firebombing. Who? There was an assassination
- 15:39Speaker 2: attempt against Rebell. He was in the hospital a couple
- 15:41Speaker 2: weeks ago for self-inflicted gunshot wounds. Who gives a shit?
- 15:46Speaker 2: I'm saying if you should... Only thing I'm saying is
- 15:49Speaker 2: if any of you assholes come near me, you better
- 15:51Speaker 2: have a fucking army with you, baby. Because I've got
- 15:53Speaker 2: my shit together and I'll blow the first one of
- 15:56Speaker 2: you motherfuckers away that even comes near me. And that
- 15:59Speaker 2: you can put in print. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
- 16:08Speaker 2: Thank you. I hope that's the applause button. Thank you.
- 16:15Speaker 2: Thank you. Thank you. Oh boy. Yes, sir. So you
- 16:25Speaker 2: got the extended version of the Lauren Hall interview here
- 16:28Speaker 2: on the Lungoma podcast. Take two. So let's get back
- 16:35Speaker 2: into the presentation, shall we? All righty. So Lauren Hall's troubles,
- 16:52Speaker 2: being in all the wrong places at precisely the right time.
- 16:58Speaker 2: That is the truest headline I think that I've ever seen.
- 17:05Speaker 2: The elusive Mr. Hall, come out, come out, wherever you are.
- 17:11Speaker 2: Lauren Eugene Hall, Cuban cover name, Lorenzo Eugenio Pasillo, doesn't
- 17:16Speaker 2: live here no more. Last April, Hall was told an
- 17:19Speaker 2: investigative journalism article would soon be published that would link
- 17:22Speaker 2: him directly to the assassination of John F. Kennedy. The
- 17:27Speaker 2: source of Hall's information, according to the Tattler informants, was
- 17:30Speaker 2: one R.K. Brown. Probably Robert K. Brown, a man who
- 17:37Speaker 2: allegedly has ties to the CIA or other intelligence organizations
- 17:41Speaker 2: and was once the publisher of a right-wing literature in Boulder, Colorado.
- 17:46Speaker 2: called Soldier of Fortune magazine, and if Brown was the
- 17:49Speaker 2: source of Hall's information, then Brown was right. It was
- 17:53Speaker 2: about that time that Tattler received confirmation from a third
- 17:56Speaker 2: source that Hall was involved in JFK's death. You see,
- 18:02Speaker 2: this is how they protected themselves back in the 70s
- 18:05Speaker 2: by just totally outing everybody. It says, they give initials,
- 18:11Speaker 2: it was R.K. Brown, probably, probably Robert K. Brown, who, yes,
- 18:17Speaker 2: was MMT1 that me and Doug outed on quick hits
- 18:20Speaker 2: many years ago, but the Tattler outed his ass back
- 18:22Speaker 2: in the 70s. So I don't feel so bad for
- 18:25Speaker 2: doing it now. And if, if, if Brown was the source,
- 18:33Speaker 2: then Brown was right. You know, so it's very interesting
- 18:38Speaker 2: how these places and things covered their asses back then.
- 18:45Speaker 2: But I digress. So let's get to the point here
- 18:51Speaker 2: in within the hot take about this rifle. Now, how
- 19:00Speaker 2: does the rifle come up? Well, I'll tell you. So
- 19:08Speaker 2: in the commission document 1179. there is located within that
- 19:18Speaker 2: document something called the Gemberling Report. It's a couple hundred
- 19:21Speaker 2: pages long, and it's full of documents, FBI documents, pertaining
- 19:26Speaker 2: to leads in the Kennedy assassination. And in the Gemberling Report,
- 19:34Speaker 2: there is something called the Whatley Report, concerning a Dick Whatley,
- 19:40Speaker 2: who was a mercenary, an adventurer, if you will, a
- 19:46Speaker 2: gunboat cowboy, if you will, a freedom fighter. if you will.
- 19:53Speaker 2: And apparently, some information was obtained by somebody named Sid Marks.
- 20:05Speaker 2: And they told this story about Dick Whatley, Being friends
- 20:11Speaker 2: with Gerald Patrick Hemming. And Lauren Hall. And Larry Howard.
- 20:15Speaker 2: And all these guys. And they were looking. To. Get
- 20:21Speaker 2: some cash. For a rifle. To fund a cross country trip.
- 20:28Speaker 2: So apparently. Sid. Marks. I'm sorry. Dick Watley. Pointed. Hemming, Hall,
- 20:40Speaker 2: and Howard in the direction of Richard Hathcock and the
- 20:44Speaker 2: Allied Detective Agency in Los Angeles, California, located on Hollywood Boulevard. Now,
- 20:53Speaker 2: you'll see here on the right, I have two different
- 20:59Speaker 2: pictures of two different buildings. Well, that's because in the documents...
- 21:06Speaker 2: At the time of the rifle pawning, this was located
- 21:13Speaker 2: here where I hung up the Brigade 2506 banner in
- 21:17Speaker 2: this building, the outpost building, which is taller than all
- 21:21Speaker 2: the rest. See how it comes up here and kind
- 21:26Speaker 2: of stands out and it looks a little different. So
- 21:28Speaker 2: this is where the Allied Detective Agency was located when
- 21:33Speaker 2: Heming was pawning the rifle. After the assassination, they moved
- 21:41Speaker 2: to the end of the street. Same street, Hollywood Boulevard. Okay.
- 21:49Speaker 2: To this three-story building. So somewhere up here where this
- 21:53Speaker 2: copper-colored balcony wraps around the building. They moved their offices
- 21:58Speaker 2: to 310. Room number 310, Office Suite, Suite 310, whatever
- 22:03Speaker 2: you want to call it. Of this building. So they
- 22:07Speaker 2: just moved right down the street. That is why we
- 22:11Speaker 2: have two different buildings, two different addresses for the Allied
- 22:15Speaker 2: Detective Agency. That will come into play later. But the
- 22:20Speaker 2: reason that we're here, folks, is because of an FBI document.
- 22:37Speaker 2: And it concerns an investigation done by Special Agent Robert
- 22:42Speaker 2: Matheson Jr. and Special Agent Jerome K. Crow on 11-23-63
- 22:51Speaker 2: under the assassination caption. So, we have two FBI agents
- 22:56Speaker 2: in Los Angeles, in Hollywood. knocking on the door of
- 23:03Speaker 2: the Allied Detective Agency the day after the assassination. And
- 23:09Speaker 2: this is concerning the assassination. Instant memoranda are the basis
- 23:17Speaker 2: of Los Angeles contacts with Richard Hathcock, Allied International Detectives,
- 23:21Speaker 2: Los Angeles, regarding Dick Whatley. So, what could bring... What
- 23:29Speaker 2: could bring... the FBI to the Allied Detective Agency the
- 23:37Speaker 2: day after the assassination. Well, when you look at the
- 23:43Speaker 2: history of all this and the documents contained herein and
- 23:47Speaker 2: the players involved and what they did, that leaves really
- 23:52Speaker 2: only one logical conclusion. And Richard Hathcock came to this conclusion.
- 24:06Speaker 2: And it is the same conclusion that I came to
- 24:09Speaker 2: as well. There was a reason the FBI came knocking
- 24:14Speaker 2: on the Allied Detective Agency's door the day after the
- 24:17Speaker 2: assassination concerning the assassination. Now, obviously, if there is no
- 24:27Speaker 2: real reason understandable reason for this to be happening, we
- 24:33Speaker 2: do know of one reason for it to be happening.
- 24:37Speaker 2: And that would be concerning a rifle. And for the
- 24:47Speaker 2: FBI to be knocking on the Allied detective agency's doors
- 24:51Speaker 2: the day after the assassination, that means that they have
- 24:57Speaker 2: somehow traced the this rifle from Dallas back to Los
- 25:06Speaker 2: Angeles somehow. Now, unless it came with a note, right,
- 25:15Speaker 2: stuck on it that said, hey, please, if found, please
- 25:18Speaker 2: return to the Allied Detective Agency care of Richard Hathcock
- 25:23Speaker 2: on this rifle. I don't think that's what happened. I
- 25:27Speaker 2: think they found a rifle in Dallas. It had something
- 25:33Speaker 2: to do with the Kennedy assassination. They fingerprinted the rifle
- 25:38Speaker 2: and came up with a couple matches. Two, as a
- 25:42Speaker 2: matter of fact. A set pertaining to Roy Payne and
- 25:51Speaker 2: a set pertaining to Loran Hall. Loran Hall. Now, these
- 26:04Speaker 2: are little snippets we have here from some affidavits that
- 26:11Speaker 2: were taken in the 70s. The first one is from
- 26:13Speaker 2: Richard Hathcock. And he says, Hall later told me that
- 26:17Speaker 2: he had turned that rifle over to a doctor friend
- 26:19Speaker 2: of his in Miami. Jerry Patrick told me later that
- 26:22Speaker 2: that was a damn lie and that he talked to
- 26:24Speaker 2: Hall And as far as he could find out, that
- 26:27Speaker 2: was a lie about where that rifle was. But he
- 26:30Speaker 2: told me that he had never recovered the rifle. So
- 26:34Speaker 2: the rifle in question comes up missing. Erased from existence.
- 26:43Speaker 2: But we'll get there, I promise. Hathcock says the rifle
- 26:47Speaker 2: was in my office all those weeks. And one of
- 26:49Speaker 2: the gentlemen who worked with me in the detective business
- 26:51Speaker 2: named Roy Payne who was a gun expert and a
- 26:55Speaker 2: gun nut, assembled and disassembled that rifle on numerous occasions.
- 27:01Speaker 2: I'm sure that Mr. Payne can tell you a great
- 27:03Speaker 2: deal more about that rifle than I can. The day
- 27:07Speaker 2: after John Kennedy was killed in Dallas, I received a
- 27:11Speaker 2: phone call from Jerry Crow, an FBI agent here in
- 27:16Speaker 2: Los Angeles who asked if I had an agent working
- 27:19Speaker 2: for me named Roy Payne. And I said yes. Jerry
- 27:24Speaker 2: wanted to know if he could come by the office
- 27:26Speaker 2: and see me and Mr. Payne. So he arranged for
- 27:29Speaker 2: that meeting. It's my opinion that the reason he wanted
- 27:32Speaker 2: to see Mr. Payne was because Payne's fingerprints undoubtedly were
- 27:38Speaker 2: all over that rifle from him having handled it many times.
- 27:43Speaker 2: It's also my opinion that unless that particular rifle had
- 27:45Speaker 2: been found or in some way involved in this whole thing,
- 27:48Speaker 2: that the FBI would have no interest in it. And
- 27:52Speaker 2: I think it's better that we let Mr. Payne pick
- 27:54Speaker 2: it up from here. So again, Hathcock comes to the
- 28:00Speaker 2: conclusion that the only reason the FBI are interested in
- 28:03Speaker 2: this rifle or in Mr. Roy Payne is if his
- 28:07Speaker 2: fingerprints have been found on this rifle. So, five days
- 28:17Speaker 2: prior to the assassination of President Kennedy on a Monday...
- 28:21Speaker 2: excuse me, or Mr. Patrick, excuse me, Mr. Hall was
- 28:26Speaker 2: in Hollywood, California in front of our building. So again,
- 28:30Speaker 2: this is an affidavit from Roy Payne. So he's saying
- 28:35Speaker 2: that Lauren Hall was in Hollywood, California in front of
- 28:38Speaker 2: our building talking with Mr. Hathcock five days before the assassination,
- 28:43Speaker 2: the Monday before. And I stopped and talked to him.
- 28:46Speaker 2: And of course I said, well, why don't you come
- 28:48Speaker 2: over and let's go get a cup of coffee and
- 28:50Speaker 2: tell us what happened. And he said, well, No, I've
- 28:54Speaker 2: got to make the plane for Dallas. The situation with Mr.
- 28:57Speaker 2: Pasillo or Mr. Hall is that he stated to me
- 29:00Speaker 2: when I asked him, well, you know what happened during
- 29:02Speaker 2: the situation? We didn't hear nothing. He said the CIA
- 29:06Speaker 2: confiscated and arrested everybody in the boat in Miami. And
- 29:10Speaker 2: I asked him at the time, why didn't he get
- 29:12Speaker 2: himself arrested also? And he said, well, I was on
- 29:15Speaker 2: the dock and could not be connected to the situation. Yeah,
- 29:21Speaker 2: imagine that. Imagine that. So. There's a whole big story.
- 29:33Speaker 2: To this rifle. That goes from Heming to Hathcock to
- 29:40Speaker 2: Hall to November 22nd, 1963 to poof. All of a sudden,
- 29:53Speaker 2: after the assassination, nobody's got the rifle. Heming never saw
- 29:58Speaker 2: it again. Hall never mentions it again. And it's just gone.
- 30:06Speaker 2: Like the FBI found it and deep-sixed it somewhere. You
- 30:12Speaker 2: have to remember, folks, this is the day after the
- 30:16Speaker 2: assassination on the 23rd. Oswald's still alive. They're just working
- 30:24Speaker 2: out where he allegedly ordered this Carcano from. Okay?
- 30:28Speaker 1: Okay?
- 30:29Speaker 2: They haven't quite set the narrative in stone of Oswald
- 30:32Speaker 2: being the lone assassin with no help from anybody else
- 30:36Speaker 2: or any other foreign country or any other foreign leaders
- 30:40Speaker 2: or any other foreign ideologies. He's just some crazy guy
- 30:44Speaker 2: by himself. That narrative had not been established yet. So
- 30:50Speaker 2: the FBI is doing what the FBI is doing. They're
- 30:53Speaker 2: running down leads wherever they go. So, we have the
- 31:05Speaker 2: Watley Report and pieces and parts of it here. So
- 31:10Speaker 2: check it out. Shortly after the Bay of Pigs invasion
- 31:13Speaker 2: in Cuba, Watley, whom Hathcock had not seen for some time,
- 31:17Speaker 2: came into the adventurer's corner and gave Hathcock a shoulder
- 31:20Speaker 2: patch that had a skull and crossbones on it plus
- 31:23Speaker 2: the words, Brigada Internacional. Watley told Hathcock that he had
- 31:28Speaker 2: been in Guatemala instructing troops down there and that he
- 31:31Speaker 2: had pulled out a week or two prior to the
- 31:33Speaker 2: Bay of Pigs and had not participated in the invasion.
- 31:37Speaker 2: Hathcock did not see Whatley again until about seven or
- 31:40Speaker 2: eight months ago when he came to Hathcock's office with
- 31:42Speaker 2: two other men. All three of them were wearing green fatigues,
- 31:46Speaker 2: and one of the men was wearing a mohawk haircut.
- 31:51Speaker 2: The men were interested in getting into the wild animal business.
- 31:54Speaker 2: You got any of them crocodiles down there? I'm sure
- 31:58Speaker 2: it would be cool to have one. And I asked
- 32:02Speaker 2: Hathcock where they could get some wild animals. Now, approximately
- 32:07Speaker 2: one year ago, Jerry Patrick, whose true name is Jerry Hemming,
- 32:11Speaker 2: a male Caucasian, about 30, 6'4, 230, well-built, curly brown hair, handsome,
- 32:19Speaker 2: and Lorenzo Pasillo, known as Lorenzo Hall and Skip, a
- 32:24Speaker 2: male Caucasian, 35 to 42, 5'11, tall, 175, black hair, mustache,
- 32:31Speaker 2: a ruddy complexion from Wichita Falls, Kansas, came into Hathcock's office,
- 32:38Speaker 2: which was then located at 6715 Hollywood Boulevard, stating that
- 32:43Speaker 2: they're broke and they knew Dick Watley and Watley has
- 32:47Speaker 2: sent them. They had with them a set of golf
- 32:49Speaker 2: clubs and a. 30- 06 semi-automatic rifle with a Bushnell variable-powered scope.
- 32:55Speaker 2: Hathcock loaned them $ 100, 50 on each item, and it
- 32:59Speaker 2: was his understanding that they were to pick up the
- 33:01Speaker 2: articles as soon as possible. Hathcock only saw Jerry Patrick
- 33:06Speaker 2: once after that, and that was about a week later
- 33:08Speaker 2: when he again came to the office. Now, on November 23, 1963,
- 33:14Speaker 2: Sid Marks of Gardenia, California advised that about 30 days
- 33:24Speaker 2: ago or a little more, he was in the private
- 33:27Speaker 2: detective offices of Dick Hathcock at 6603 Hollywood Boulevard. At
- 33:35Speaker 2: this time, an associate of Hathcock named Roy Payne was there,
- 33:38Speaker 2: and prior to leaving asked Marks and Hathcock if anyone
- 33:43Speaker 2: had been in to get a rifle for 50 bucks.
- 33:47Speaker 2: Payne is white, male, 6'2, and shaved bald head. Sounds handsome.
- 33:54Speaker 2: After a while, an individual named Skip came in and
- 33:56Speaker 2: got a high-powered rifle, which looked identical to the one
- 33:59Speaker 2: shown on television on November 23, 1963. is being used
- 34:03Speaker 2: in the assassination of President Kennedy. Skip is male, looks Mexican,
- 34:08Speaker 2: 6 foot tall, 40-45, slender, and a loud mouth. Now,
- 34:15Speaker 2: the FBI concluded its investigation, its analysis, on December 9th
- 34:25Speaker 2: in the Gemberling Report, on the Whatley Report, with this
- 34:28Speaker 2: very last paragraph. Lorenzo Hall now resides in Monterey Park, California,
- 34:35Speaker 2: and Hathcock does not know where he is now employed.
- 34:38Speaker 2: He last saw Hall about two weeks ago when he
- 34:41Speaker 2: came by simply to chat. Hathcock reiterated that both men
- 34:45Speaker 2: are anti-communist and very strongly, very strongly anti-Castro. Now, it
- 34:51Speaker 2: is of the FBI's purview that no further investigation was
- 34:56Speaker 2: conducted as it is obvious that that the rifle mentioned
- 35:00Speaker 2: above was not used in connection with the assassination of
- 35:04Speaker 2: President Kennedy. It's obvious that the rifle mentioned above was
- 35:15Speaker 2: not used in connection with the assassination of President Kennedy, folks.
- 35:22Speaker 2: Nothing to see here. Okay? So by the time They
- 35:28Speaker 2: had finished with their reports, and Oswald is dead and
- 35:32Speaker 2: fingered as the lone assassin, and the President's Commission is
- 35:35Speaker 2: set up to prove that with the FBI as its
- 35:41Speaker 2: investigative arm. All indications, all mentions, most all documents concerning
- 35:53Speaker 2: this rifle just disappeared. Because you know, the FBI wrote
- 36:02Speaker 2: reports on everything. Everything. So if they had found this Johnson.
- 36:10Speaker 2: 30- 06 rifle in Dallas somewhere, they would have written a
- 36:14Speaker 2: report about it. If they had sent it to the
- 36:19Speaker 2: lab or a lab to be fingerprinted, there would have
- 36:25Speaker 2: been a report about that. And if and when the
- 36:32Speaker 2: results came back from the fingerprint test and they had matches,
- 36:36Speaker 2: there will be a report generated about that. We would
- 36:42Speaker 2: also have the actual report from Matheson and Crow and
- 36:48Speaker 2: their entire interaction at the Hathcock Detective Agency with Roy
- 36:52Speaker 2: Payne and pursuant to Loran Hall. But we don't have
- 36:57Speaker 2: that either. We also don't have the rifle after the assassination.
- 37:03Speaker 2: Everything just goes dark on the subject. The lights are
- 37:08Speaker 2: turned off. The subject is dropped. Because it's obvious that
- 37:16Speaker 2: the rifle mentioned above was not used in connection with
- 37:19Speaker 2: the Kennedy assassination. Then what the fuck is the FBI
- 37:26Speaker 2: doing knocking on the Allied Detective Agency's door The day
- 37:30Speaker 2: after the assassination, wanting to know about Roy Payne and
- 37:34Speaker 2: Lauren Hall and this rifle that obviously brought them or
- 37:43Speaker 2: was traced back to them from Dallas to Los Angeles,
- 37:47Speaker 2: halfway across the country. Some questions to be asking. Very
- 37:53Speaker 2: efficient police work, if I do say so, by the FBI.
- 38:00Speaker 2: I mean, this is the days before computers. They had
- 38:02Speaker 2: to manually search records and match these fingerprints to Roy
- 38:10Speaker 2: Payne and Skip Hull, which is a pretty, by the 23rd,
- 38:19Speaker 2: by the day after, pretty phenomenal feat by the FBI.
- 38:25Speaker 2: Got to give them their props. Got to give them
- 38:29Speaker 2: their props. Now, let's talk about the rifle a little more.
- 38:37Speaker 2: What does it mean when we say Johnson. 30- 06 sporterized? Well,
- 38:43Speaker 2: sporterized basically means that the rifle was originally meant as
- 38:50Speaker 2: a military tool, a military rifle. It had certain accoutrements
- 38:57Speaker 2: on it designed just for military usage. There was a
- 39:04Speaker 2: sling to carry it over your shoulder. There was a
- 39:08Speaker 2: bayonet on the end of it, right? Things like that.
- 39:13Speaker 2: The stock's a little different. So, sporterized means that there
- 39:19Speaker 2: could have been any one of these combinations, but there
- 39:24Speaker 2: could have been stock alterations. The original two-piece military wood
- 39:27Speaker 2: stock is often cut down, reshaped, or replaced with a
- 39:31Speaker 2: custom-built sporting stock sometimes featuring a cheek piece or checkering
- 39:37Speaker 2: hardware removal military components such as the front and rear
- 39:41Speaker 2: hand guards sling swivels or bayonet lugs are typically removed
- 39:45Speaker 2: and modified the finish, and the sights. Metal parts may
- 39:50Speaker 2: be re-blued or parkerized, and iron sights are frequently swapped
- 39:55Speaker 2: out or drilled and tapped to accommodate telescopic scopes. Post-war
- 40:03Speaker 2: surplus after World War II, Johnson Automatics and various mail-order
- 40:08Speaker 2: houses sold surplus or custom-assembled sporter models to civilian hunters.
- 40:15Speaker 2: So basically, this is a military-style rifle That has been
- 40:19Speaker 2: changed to be used for sport. Now it doesn't mean
- 40:25Speaker 2: that all of these things were taken off. But obviously
- 40:28Speaker 2: we know there was a scope that had been installed
- 40:31Speaker 2: on Heming's. 30- 06. I don't know about any stock alterations.
- 40:40Speaker 2: Or finish and all that.
- 40:42Speaker 1: Now.
- 40:44Speaker 2: So in the top left corner here, we have a
- 40:47Speaker 2: broke down Johnson. 30- 06. You can see the barrel here.
- 40:54Speaker 2: It had a very long barrel that extended out from
- 41:03Speaker 2: the stock. But the rifle broke down pretty efficiently. Unlike
- 41:11Speaker 2: a carbine. where it's mostly stock with three or four
- 41:15Speaker 2: inches of barrel sticking out. No, this thing, it had
- 41:19Speaker 2: some barrels sticking out of it, folks. A good bit
- 41:22Speaker 2: of barrel. Now in the top right here, this photo
- 41:26Speaker 2: is of a sporterized Johnson. 30- 06 and you can see
- 41:32Speaker 2: the finish of the wood has been stylized and the
- 41:36Speaker 2: stock has been changed a little bit to be more
- 41:40Speaker 2: comfortable for a hunter. And it has been scoped, which
- 41:45Speaker 2: means the iron sights have been taken off. But one
- 41:50Speaker 2: thing about this Johnson rifle is the magazine. Well, not
- 41:57Speaker 2: magazine per se, but it had a cylinder almost like
- 42:00Speaker 2: a revolver. This black metal piece here in the middle
- 42:05Speaker 2: underneath the scope is a nine chambered, uh, Repository. For bullets.
- 42:16Speaker 2: So you could have nine bullets. In this cylinder.
- 42:19Speaker 1: And one.
- 42:21Speaker 2: Racked. In the rail. So. Capable of ten shots. Semi-automatic.
- 42:28Speaker 2: As fast as you can pull the trigger. Bang. Bang.
- 42:30Speaker 1: Bang. Bang.
- 42:31Speaker 2: Bang.
- 42:31Speaker 1: Bang.
- 42:31Speaker 2: Bang. Bang. Bang. Bang. Bang. Bang.
- 42:33Speaker 1: Bang.
- 42:34Speaker 2: Ten shots. From a rifle. Like this. At 30-06. Brutal. Fucking. Brutal. Brutal. So,
- 42:50Speaker 2: it's a very distinctive looking rifle. I'd love to have
- 42:54Speaker 2: one for my collection. I do not. But boy, would
- 42:57Speaker 2: I like to have one. I mean, they're just really,
- 43:00Speaker 2: really nice. Really cool looking. Very unique. You know, you
- 43:05Speaker 2: normally don't see them with a magazine. Well, not a magazine,
- 43:08Speaker 2: but a cylinder like this. It's very cool. Very cool. Semi-automatic.
- 43:14Speaker 2: Very cool. I'd love to have one. Just saying. You know,
- 43:22Speaker 2: Santa Claus, if you're listening out there. I digress. Where is... Yeah. Sorry.
- 43:40Speaker 2: All right. So let's talk a little bit about the
- 43:51Speaker 2: rifle incident a little more. So again, like I told you,
- 43:57Speaker 2: it's from Commission Document 1179, pages 295 through 98 of
- 44:02Speaker 2: the Whatley Report inside the Gemberling Report. Relates how Lorne
- 44:08Speaker 2: Hall redeemed a rifle that he had pawned or that
- 44:11Speaker 2: Jerry Hemming had pawned in Los Angeles, was issued by
- 44:17Speaker 2: the American Committee to Free Cuba, referred to as the
- 44:20Speaker 2: Committee to Free Cuba in the report. The American Committee
- 44:24Speaker 2: to Free Cuba is a Los Angeles group close to
- 44:27Speaker 2: the Christian anti-communist brigade of the radio preacher and sometime
- 44:32Speaker 2: boyfriend of General Edmund Walker, Billy James Hargis. The FBI's
- 44:38Speaker 2: response to and reporting of this incident is most peculiar.
- 44:42Speaker 2: The Whatley Report relates how Dick Whatley, an anti-Castro guerrilla trainer,
- 44:46Speaker 2: sent Lauren Hall and Heming to see Hathcock in early 1963.
- 44:53Speaker 2: Hathcock was a private detective whose company was the Allied
- 44:56Speaker 2: International Detectives of Los Angeles. His partner at this firm
- 45:00Speaker 2: was Roy Barton Payne. Hall and Heming, who stated that
- 45:05Speaker 2: they were broke, had come to pawn a set of
- 45:07Speaker 2: golf clubs and a. 30- 06 Johnson semi-automatic rifle with a
- 45:12Speaker 2: Bushnell variable-powered scope. Hathcock loaned them $ 50 for each item.
- 45:21Speaker 2: And then on September 18, 1963, Hall returned with a
- 45:26Speaker 2: check from the American Committee to Free Cuba and retrieved
- 45:30Speaker 2: the rifles. Commission document 1179 notes that Hall came in and, quote,
- 45:35Speaker 2: got a high-powered rifle, which looked identical to the one
- 45:39Speaker 2: shown on television on November 23rd, 63, as being used
- 45:43Speaker 2: in the assassination of Kennedy. Now, over here on the right,
- 45:49Speaker 2: you will see three images of Bolex motion picture cameras
- 45:57Speaker 2: from the early 60s, late 50s. And right below these
- 46:04Speaker 2: images of the cameras, you will see a receipt from
- 46:07Speaker 2: September 18th, 1963. I received this date from Lorenzo Hall,
- 46:17Speaker 2: $ 400 as full price for a Bolex motion picture camera
- 46:22Speaker 2: equipped with three deluxe lenses, including a telephoto lens. Lorenzo
- 46:28Speaker 2: Hall paid by two checks, one drawn on the account
- 46:32Speaker 2: of the Committee to Free Cuba in the amount of
- 46:35Speaker 2: $ 350 and another drawn on the account of a resident
- 46:39Speaker 2: of La Habra in the amount of $ 150. So do
- 46:44Speaker 2: the math. I gave Hall back, he gave me $ 500
- 46:51Speaker 2: between both checks. I gave Hall back $ 100 in cash
- 46:55Speaker 2: from these two checks. And he received $ 400 for the
- 47:02Speaker 2: Bolex motion picture camera and the Johnson 30-06. Hall agrees
- 47:09Speaker 2: that should either or both of these checks be no
- 47:11Speaker 2: good or not be paid, his wife would be used
- 47:16Speaker 2: for collateral.
- 47:16Speaker 1: Mrs.
- 47:17Speaker 2: Ann Hall would pay or give me $ 400 worth of sex,
- 47:23Speaker 2: plus another $ 100, which I would have had to return
- 47:26Speaker 2: to my bank, totaling the full $ 500, which the bank
- 47:29Speaker 2: handed over for the checks on this date. Hall attests
- 47:33Speaker 2: that he and his wife have a joint bank account
- 47:35Speaker 2: and that the money due me would be paid from
- 47:38Speaker 2: such funds. Mrs. Hall works at California Milling Company, L.A., California,
- 47:45Speaker 2: and Mr. Hall has filled in the name and address
- 47:47Speaker 2: here as evidence of his good faith in this matter. Signed,
- 47:51Speaker 2: Richard Hathcock and Lorenzo Hall. Yeah. So, again, it's not
- 48:00Speaker 2: very good optics. If you're picking up, if you're Loren Hall,
- 48:04Speaker 2: and you're picking up a Johnson. 30- 06 rifle that's not yours,
- 48:10Speaker 2: it's one of your buddies, used in the Bay of
- 48:13Speaker 2: Pigs invasion, it's borderized, can put a hole in a
- 48:19Speaker 2: dime from 500 yards away, and you're also purchasing what
- 48:25Speaker 2: is essentially the equivalent of a $ 4, 000 camera today by
- 48:30Speaker 2: today's inflation prices, a Bolex motion picture camera, and a rifle,
- 48:40Speaker 2: and you're going to Dallas. Now, I might not be
- 48:46Speaker 2: the brightest bulb in the drawer, but I can surely
- 48:52Speaker 2: imagine Do some basic addition here. 1 plus 1 plus
- 48:56Speaker 2: 1 equals 3. And even if it's not true, it's
- 49:01Speaker 2: definitely not a good look, Mr.
- 49:03Speaker 1: Hall.
- 49:06Speaker 2: Definitely not a good look. So, let's talk a little
- 49:18Speaker 2: bit about Dr. Stanley Drennan. Because he is somewhat of
- 49:38Speaker 2: the financier for the American Committee to Free Cuba. And likely,
- 49:45Speaker 2: who Lauren Hall got the check from to go get
- 49:49Speaker 2: the rifle out of Hawk and buy a motion picture camera. Now,
- 49:55Speaker 2: of course, there could be a benign explanation for the
- 49:58Speaker 2: motion picture camera being, oh, I don't know. maybe the
- 50:04Speaker 2: people funding these raids and expeditions and outings, if you will,
- 50:09Speaker 2: wanted proof that they were actually doing what they said
- 50:13Speaker 2: they were going to do with their money and their
- 50:15Speaker 2: supplies and their medicine and their clothes and their guns
- 50:23Speaker 2: and their boats. You know, these guys say they're going
- 50:26Speaker 2: to do a lot of shit and people hand them
- 50:29Speaker 2: money to go do some stuff, but then These guys
- 50:33Speaker 2: are going halfway across the country. And doing it. You
- 50:37Speaker 2: never know if you're going to see them again. So
- 50:40Speaker 2: you kind of want proof. That these guys are doing
- 50:44Speaker 2: what they say they're doing. Should they ever come back
- 50:48Speaker 2: and want more money. You can be like. Show me
- 50:52Speaker 2: what you've all been doing. With our money from the
- 50:54Speaker 2: first time. And then we'll talk about maybe giving you
- 50:57Speaker 2: some more money.
- 51:01Speaker 1: Um.
- 51:03Speaker 2: I have to switch the. I have to switch the
- 51:09Speaker 2: screen real quick folks. Hold tight. So Stanley Drennan. Dr.
- 51:15Speaker 2: Stanley Drennan. I don't know what he's a doctor of.
- 51:18Speaker 2: Or if he's really a doctor. Maybe he's a doctor
- 51:22Speaker 2: in the Dr. David Ferry sense. I don't know. I
- 51:26Speaker 2: think he's a dentist though. We'll go with that. This here.
- 51:32Speaker 2: is an FBI document. And it's actually going to the
- 51:39Speaker 2: Attorney General, the Director of the FBI, concerning Dr. Stanley Drennan.
- 51:45Speaker 2: And it's getting CC'd to the most swinging dicks in
- 51:48Speaker 2: the FBI. On April 19, 1963, which is nine days
- 51:55Speaker 2: after General Walker had the attempt on his life, allegedly, folks,
- 52:03Speaker 2: But a week after General Walker got shot at, Dr.
- 52:12Speaker 2: Stanley Drennan told, redacted, that's the snitch who's giving up
- 52:20Speaker 2: all this information, that plans to assassinate President John F. Kennedy,
- 52:28Speaker 2: Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy, Some unidentified members of Congress
- 52:33Speaker 2: would be discussed at a John Birch Society meeting. United
- 52:39Speaker 2: States Senator Jacob Javits is among those to be eliminated.
- 52:44Speaker 2: Drennan stated this action is necessary in view of the
- 52:47Speaker 2: administration's position against continuing the fight against communism in favor
- 52:52Speaker 2: of coexistence and work through the United Nations. The name
- 52:57Speaker 2: of the person to carry out the above plot is unknown. Now, again, allegedly,
- 53:05Speaker 2: the reason for these assassinations is because of the current
- 53:10Speaker 2: administration's position against continuing the fight against communism in favor
- 53:15Speaker 2: of peace and coexistence and kumbaya shit, right? These guys
- 53:23Speaker 2: had heard through the grapevine that that Kennedy is running
- 53:29Speaker 2: back-channel talks to Castro and Khrushchev and trying to be
- 53:33Speaker 2: all buddy-buddy with them. So they think that Kennedy is
- 53:37Speaker 2: going soft on communism and maybe is getting a little pink,
- 53:42Speaker 2: if you will. A little too pink for their liking.
- 53:46Speaker 2: They don't like that shit, believe me. Now, a lot
- 53:49Speaker 2: of the images you will see here this evening of
- 53:51Speaker 2: Lauren Hall come from my buddy Greg Wagner's website, TangoDown1963. com.
- 54:01Speaker 2: Fantastic website. Can't say enough about it. So many images
- 54:04Speaker 2: of so many of these people and players over there.
- 54:07Speaker 2: It's awesome. Phenomenal. But if you go over there to
- 54:12Speaker 2: the Lauren Hall section and you pull that up, there's
- 54:16Speaker 2: two videos that he has posted over there from Paul
- 54:20Speaker 2: Trejo that Trejo put up of Lauren Hall speaking at
- 54:28Speaker 2: John Birch Society meetings in California. And they're very eye-opening.
- 54:39Speaker 2: And I'm not going to play them here because you
- 54:43Speaker 2: know how things go here. But I would direct you
- 54:48Speaker 2: there and go watch them and listen to what Lauren
- 54:53Speaker 2: Hall is saying. Listen real carefully. Okay? It's crazy. So
- 55:01Speaker 2: back to Stanley Drennan. The above meeting is set to
- 55:04Speaker 2: take place at Poe Richards Bookshop, which is owned and
- 55:08Speaker 2: operated by Frank Renuzzi, who operates a state farm insurance
- 55:13Speaker 2: agency right down the street from, oh, Hathcock's Detective Agency,
- 55:19Speaker 2: also on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles. Isn't that convenient?
- 55:25Speaker 2: Drennan allegedly has a hatred for the administration is a
- 55:28Speaker 2: supporter of General Edwin A. Walker and the Cuban Raiders
- 55:34Speaker 2: and has engaged in collecting materials drugs and clothing to
- 55:38Speaker 2: be shipped to the Cuban Raiders at an unknown place.
- 55:42Speaker 2: You will be advised of further pertinent developments of this matter.
- 55:47Speaker 2: And they copy the Deputy Attorney General and the Assistant
- 55:50Speaker 2: Attorney General. So Drennan has a hatred for the administration
- 56:00Speaker 2: is a supporter of Walker and the Cuban Raiders and
- 56:04Speaker 2: has engaged in collecting materials drugs and clothing to be
- 56:07Speaker 2: shipped and who do we know that did that shit
- 56:11Speaker 2: who do we know hooked a trailer to his Oldsmobile
- 56:15Speaker 2: from California and and trekked and trekked and trekked through
- 56:21Speaker 2: Dallas got arrested in Dallas actually With a trailer full
- 56:28Speaker 2: of materials, drugs, and clothing for the Cuban Raiders, in quotes,
- 56:35Speaker 2: to use at an unknown time and an unknown place. Hmm.
- 56:47Speaker 2: I mean, come on, y'all. I mean... I'm not connecting
- 56:54Speaker 2: the dotted lines. I'm laying them down on a piece
- 56:56Speaker 2: of paper for you to connect here. All right. I'm
- 56:58Speaker 2: making it real easy for you. Okay. Now the attorney
- 57:05Speaker 2: general puts a note on this document that says Los
- 57:08Speaker 2: Angeles by teletype 419 was instructed to determine sufficient background
- 57:13Speaker 2: data regarding Drennan and Renuzzi to determine their potential for
- 57:17Speaker 2: actually carrying out an assassination plot or assisting in the same.
- 57:22Speaker 2: Los Angeles is also interested to identify individuals who may
- 57:27Speaker 2: act as assassins to coordinate their activities and maintain contact
- 57:32Speaker 2: with local Secret Service and to suitel results of investigation
- 57:37Speaker 2: together with recommendations for further action to be taken in
- 57:40Speaker 2: this matter. Interesting. Interesting. So this is just another version
- 57:55Speaker 2: where folks are still redacted. And like I said in
- 57:59Speaker 2: the first show, this thing is a 50-page document. We'll
- 58:04Speaker 2: get more to it in members only, I promise. But
- 58:11Speaker 2: I just wanted to bring that up to folks to
- 58:14Speaker 2: know what kind of money, what kind of power Is behind...
- 58:23Speaker 2: Lauren Hall... And funding Lauren Hall... It's all the usual suspects...
- 58:34Speaker 2: And oh yeah... The part of this thing... That the snitch...
- 58:39Speaker 2: That we didn't quite get to yet... But... Part of what...
- 58:43Speaker 2: The snitch... Tells the FBI... Is that they're part of something...
- 58:48Speaker 2: That they call the organization... In quotes... And where have
- 58:53Speaker 2: we heard that before, Thomas Beckham? Hello. Hello, sir. All right,
- 59:05Speaker 2: let's get back to Mr. Hall. These are some of
- 59:12Speaker 2: my favorite pictures of Mr. Hall. As you can see here,
- 59:18Speaker 2: and you can find all these, like I said, over
- 59:20Speaker 2: at tangodown1963. com. Thank you, Greg Wagner. We see Lauren Hall
- 59:26Speaker 2: pointing out what appears to be a carbine of some
- 59:30Speaker 2: sorts that's very mousery or carcano-y looking as he's laying
- 59:36Speaker 2: on the couch there right at the cameraman to the
- 59:39Speaker 2: right we see him in his tighty whities and you
- 59:42Speaker 2: know skid marks and uh his back the giant american
- 59:48Speaker 2: eagle tattoo on his back and down here he's smoking
- 59:54Speaker 2: a morning cig he's got his hand on the rifle
- 59:58Speaker 2: And then over here, we got William Seymour fucking around.
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: Him and William Seymour are fucking around with each other.
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: Seymour's trying to grab the rifle, and Lauren Hall has
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: a machete, or a very long fucking knife, up to
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: the side of William Seymour's throat. You can see Hall
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: holding it here, and you can see the very thin
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: blade going all the way up almost to the back
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: of Seymour's neck. So, you know, it's just playtime for
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: the boys. They're playing around. Boys will be boys. They
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: love their guns. They love their knives. And they will
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: always just foos around, have fun, smoke cigarettes, get drunk.
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: We're going raiding, baby. On or about September 17th, 1963, Howard, Hall,
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: and Albus... depart Los Angeles driving Hall's 56 Oldsmobile and
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: pulling a luggage carrier, or a.k.a. a trailer full of supplies.
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: Hall planned to stop in Dallas and pick up additional supplies,
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: additional funds, and see a man about a boat. They
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: arrived in Dallas around September 20, 1963. All three thereafter
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: registered at a motel located near a memorial park on
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: the main highway leading out of Dallas towards Florida. Howard
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: couldn't remember the name of the hotel. Howard said they
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: remained in Dallas for about 10 days, during which Hall
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: was busy making contacts to obtain additional supplies and attempted
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: to contact this unknown man whom Hall had previously stated
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: would furnish a boat large enough for a small invasion group.
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: Howard said that Hall was most secretive about this unknown man. Now,
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: there's a reason for that, folks. We'll get there, I promise.
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: And never named him or further described him. But I
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: will tell you here, his name is Manny Aguilar. And
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: we'll get there, I promise. Howard said that on some
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: of those contacts by Hall, he and Albus were present.
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: On some such contacts, Hall insisted on going alone, like
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: when meeting with Aguilar. Howard said that this time he, Hall,
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: and Albus all had heavy beards. Now, I've shown on
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: previous episodes the footage from the Claire Agath channel of
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: Hemming in the early 60s training his little freedom fighters,
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: his interpinners, down in the Florida Keys. And in that
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: footage is William Seymour is Larry Howard. Now what you
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: don't see and what I'll show you now is a
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: very brief interaction in time when Hall, doing what he's
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: doing from the left coast, which is a.k.a. the best coast.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: I'm just kidding. The left coast. He's coming over to Miami.
- 1:03:27Speaker 2: And he joins up for a very brief time with
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: the Interpen boys. The Interpen boys. Now, there it is.
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: There it is. Now you can say, these guys never
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: knew each other. Well, I don't know about that. A
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: picture's worth a thousand words. So here you go. Hemming
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: and Hall together. Hemming and Hall together. So what had
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: happened was, okay, what had happened was, Hall shows up
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: with Hemming and his interpin, and he gets in the
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: ear of Howard and Seymour, two guys he'd think would
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: be good operators. Howard is actually from California, so they
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: have something in common as well. Seymour is just a
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: cool dude to hang out with. I think he is
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: from Arizona out west as well. So, anyway, Hall convinces
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: Howard and Seymour to leave Interpen, Heming's group. Because he
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: says they're full of shit. They're never going to do anything.
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: Heming's a snitch. Nothing ever happens. You want to see action, boys?
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: You come with me. I'll show you action. And they do.
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: They do. They do. And that is how they end
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: up hanging with Hall. So Howard said that he, Hall,
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: and Albus departed Dallas around September 30th, 1963 and drove
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: in Hall's automobile to the Keys. The Florida Keys. Howard
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: stated that he was anxious to return to the training
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: activity with this invasion group. Howard specifically recalls that they
- 1:05:57Speaker 2: left behind in Dallas the luggage carrier with the medical supplies.
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: Howard stated that the later invasion during the middle of October,
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: that Hall and Seymour, another member of the anti-caster group
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: in training, drove Hall's automobile back to Dallas to pick
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: up the luggage carrier or trailer and make further arrangements
- 1:06:21Speaker 2: for a boat. Howard later learned that Hall and Seymour
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: were arrested in Dallas by police shortly after their arrival
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: and charged with possession of dangerous drugs. Howard said they
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: told him that they were released after a day. Howard
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: said that Hall and Seymour then returned to the Keys
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: with the luggage carrier, with the trailer, with the supplies,
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: with the guns, and Hall told Howard that he had
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: not been successful in obtaining a boat from the unknown
- 1:06:50Speaker 2: benefactor in Dallas. Howard recalled that Hall and Seymour arrived
- 1:06:55Speaker 2: back in the Keys in late October 1963. Interesting. Interesting. Interesting.
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: I'm not going to play this video because it will
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: not be good. But I will just tell you. It
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: is an interview of Lauren Hall by a foreign reporter.
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: And it is on the YouTubes, so feel free to
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: go find it and watch it. I would encourage you to.
- 1:07:44Speaker 2: But this here is an arrest report from Dallas for
- 1:07:47Speaker 2: Lauren Eugene Hall concerning the dangerous drugs and the fact
- 1:07:54Speaker 2: that he went to jail and all of that. And
- 1:07:57Speaker 2: over here on the right, from the Special Services Bureau,
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: they impounded his car for finding the drugs in it.
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: And then they released the car back to him 10-21-63. 10-21-63.
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: They were arrested on 10-17-63. So they were able to
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: get the car out of impound four days after they
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: were arrested. Now, in the interview... that I cannot show,
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: Hall says that Lester Logue, big swinging dick in Dallas
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: with lots of moolah, bailed him out of jail for $ 5, 000,
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: which is a lot of money in 1970s. 1963. Ain't
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: nothing to sneeze at, folks, in 1963. You know, that's
- 1:09:09Speaker 2: like being able to just drop 50 grand down to
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: get somebody out of jail. Very interesting. Now the trailer
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: was parked at Logue's house. The trailer of guns and
- 1:09:26Speaker 2: supplies and all of that. So they had to go
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: back and get it in October. But when Hall and
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: Howard and Albus were in Dallas at the end of
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: September from the 20th to the 30th, they kind of
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: put themselves there at the same proximity and time frame
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: of the Odeo incident. And Hall even admitted to the
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: FBI that, yeah, they met this chick there. She kind
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: of lived down under one of his buddies there in
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: Dallas named Kiki Masferer. But he retracted that statement. A
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: little later. Saying that he was mistaken. That it wasn't
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: Silvio Odio. Right. But. It is during. That essential time period.
- 1:10:35Speaker 2: They were there. When allegedly on the evening of the 25th.
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: Or the 26th of September. Silvio Odio. Got some visitors.
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: Some anti-Castro Cuban exiles. And. somebody called Leon Oswald, who
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: was crazy enough to kill Kennedy and who, after the assassination,
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: she positively identified as being one of the men that
- 1:11:00Speaker 2: came to her door. So very interesting. Very interesting. Okay. No,
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: we're not playing that. All right.
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: Back.
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: To the presentation at hand. Now, when it comes to
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: the rifle, Heming was pissed that Hall had gotten his
- 1:11:36Speaker 2: rifle out of Hawk. He was also pissed that Hall
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: came back to Miami and stole more guns from him.
- 1:11:45Speaker 2: He was pissed. He says, we thought about beating the
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: shit out of him, but it wouldn't have been a
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: fucking shootout. They were laying in wait for us. Lauren
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: Hall was a snitch for the LA FBI. Hall tried
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: to snitch me out in 1959 and when I went
- 1:12:00Speaker 2: back to Los Angeles. After my father died in January
- 1:12:05Speaker 2: of 63, Hall shows up at my mother's new house
- 1:12:08Speaker 2: before I even got the address. He said he wanted
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: to get involved. So we drove back to Miami together.
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: We did an interview with Bill Stuckey in New Orleans.
- 1:12:21Speaker 2: We stayed at Sturgis' buddy's place in Dallas, Wally Boots Welch.
- 1:12:27Speaker 2: Hall went to Tampa, without my knowledge, and started dealing
- 1:12:31Speaker 2: with Santos Traficante after he arrived in Miami with me.
- 1:12:37Speaker 2: Then came back and was dealing with Sturgis. He's hooked
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: up with a guy named Manny Aguilar who's a Castro
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: agent or a double agent, which is maybe why he
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: didn't want Howard and Seymour to meet him. He's got
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: a safe house and he's out recruiting my people. I
- 1:12:58Speaker 2: wondered what the fuck is going on here. And here
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: at the bottom is a picture of Lauren Hall and
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: Manny Aguilar looking at boats to use for raids in Dallas.
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: Top right. In April of 76, Heming was asked by
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: Dick Russell during an interview for Argosy, quote, you told
- 1:13:26Speaker 2: the Senate investigators that Lauren Hall was somehow involved. Yes.
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: On the day of the assassination, I made a call
- 1:13:34Speaker 2: from Miami to Texas and I pointedly asked, Is Lorenzo
- 1:13:39Speaker 2: Hall in Dallas? I made the call about 1.30 or
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: 2 p.m. He was there. My contact had seen him
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: in Dallas the day before. Russell asked, why were you
- 1:13:51Speaker 2: suspicious of Loren Hall? Hemming, because he left Miami with
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: the stated intent to kill Kennedy. He had my weapon,
- 1:14:00Speaker 2: a Johnson. 30- 06 breakdown rifle with a scope on it
- 1:14:04Speaker 2: that had been prepared for the Bay of Pigs. I
- 1:14:08Speaker 2: had left it with a private investigator who had previously
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: worked under agency auspices on the West Coast. Now, that
- 1:14:15Speaker 2: was in 76, folks. Well, 18 years later, in 1994,
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: when Heming is eating Cheetos, he says this. Remember, Not
- 1:14:36Speaker 2: everything Hemings says is bullshit. There are kernels of truth
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: in everything. But now in 1994, he's not afraid to
- 1:14:48Speaker 2: say who he called the day of the assassination. He says,
- 1:14:53Speaker 2: after the thing went down, I called Lester Logue. Lester,
- 1:14:57Speaker 2: having been a big guy in Republican politics, started making calls.
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: And I said, hey man, did Loren show up there?
- 1:15:04Speaker 2: And Logue says, yeah, he was here yesterday. I said,
- 1:15:08Speaker 2: that son of a bitch has gotten my fucking rifle.
- 1:15:11Speaker 2: And I don't know if he's part of this shit.
- 1:15:13Speaker 2: If he shows up on your doorstep, man, blow his
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: fucking head off. Because he's coming to kill you. Hall
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: could have ended up in the fucking school book depository himself.
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: He was another fucking Oswald being led down the path,
- 1:15:29Speaker 2: being put into position where he could have taken a fall.
- 1:15:33Speaker 2: A fall guy. Wow. All right. So. We have Hemming.
- 1:15:49Speaker 2: Putting Hall. In Dallas. The day of the assassination. That's
- 1:15:57Speaker 2: pretty damning. Telling Logue. Hey man, if this guy comes
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: to your house now after the assassination, blow his fucking
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: head off because he's coming to kill you. Because you
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: know too much. That was an honest threat assessment from
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: Jerry Hemming to Lester Logue. Fortunately for Lester Logue, Hall
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: didn't come back after that. Or it may have gotten ugly.
- 1:16:32Speaker 2: But back to the lecture at hand. Tom Duncan recalled
- 1:16:38Speaker 2: that Lauren Hall and Manny Aguilar departed around nightfall on Tuesday,
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: October 29th. Earlier, Hall, Aguilar, Howard, and Seymour and I
- 1:16:48Speaker 2: had driven to launch site suggested by Aguilar. Hall suggested
- 1:16:53Speaker 2: the use of my car to tow the boat with
- 1:16:55Speaker 2: no weaponry. To avoid debate, I agreed. I drove Aguilar's
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: car and the mission was aborted because Hall had been
- 1:17:03Speaker 2: stopped by Cesar Diosdado of the United States Custom Service.
- 1:17:08Speaker 2: On October 31st, 1963, Hall was arrested for illegal possession
- 1:17:12Speaker 2: of arms. Hemming told this researcher they had the Johnson,
- 1:17:17Speaker 2: a couple of Carcanos, a Springfield, two M1 Grands, and
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: a couple of fucking carbines. On November 1st, 63, Heming
- 1:17:26Speaker 2: filed a complaint with the Miami Police Department that read,
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: City of Miami, Florida. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. November 1st, 63,
- 1:17:35Speaker 2: Jerry Patrick. As instructed by Detective Sergeant Sapp, I met
- 1:17:41Speaker 2: the above subject. Subject stated that one man, Loren Hall,
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: stole two rifles from his apartment last night. One rifle
- 1:17:50Speaker 2: being a Jungle Carbine. The other a Savage. 22 rifle.
- 1:17:55Speaker 2: Hall was seen as he left the subject's apartment carrying
- 1:17:57Speaker 2: two rifles. And also recently, in California, hey, Lauren Hall
- 1:18:03Speaker 2: stole a Johnson. 30- 06 from this subject. Hall is now
- 1:18:08Speaker 2: staying in Miami with Cuban Manny Aguilar at 829 Southwest
- 1:18:12Speaker 2: 9th Avenue. And here's his phone number. And here's more
- 1:18:16Speaker 2: pictures of Manny Aguilar and Lauren Hall. Looking for boats
- 1:18:23Speaker 2: to use in raids on Cuba. And also down here,
- 1:18:32Speaker 2: we have the Miami-Dade police. Or the Coast Guard. Or
- 1:18:38Speaker 2: the Border Patrol. Or any combination of the three. Whatever
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: you want to put on there. Looks like they're in
- 1:18:46Speaker 2: a boathouse somewhere. Talking to the police. man. As one does.
- 1:18:55Speaker 2: When you're Cuban Raiders. Right? Maybe. Maybe somebody's snitching. I
- 1:19:03Speaker 2: don't know. Ain't none of my business. But. I'll tell
- 1:19:10Speaker 2: you why it is my business. Because this is some
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: wild shit here, folks. Did you know that Lauren Eugene
- 1:19:26Speaker 2: Hall was given a polygraph exam by the Committee to
- 1:19:33Speaker 2: Free Cuba on August 30, 1963? Well, if you say,
- 1:19:46Speaker 2: I didn't know that, I didn't either. But I do now,
- 1:19:51Speaker 2: because he was. You might be saying, why would the
- 1:19:55Speaker 2: Committee to Free Cuba be giving Lorenzo Hall, Lauren Hall,
- 1:20:05Speaker 2: a polygraph examination? I mean, Christ, they just gave him
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: a blank check. To go buy a motion picture camera.
- 1:20:13Speaker 2: Now they want to give him. A polygraph exam. I
- 1:20:20Speaker 2: don't know. I don't know about that. It's awfully odd.
- 1:20:26Speaker 2: To me. But hey. Nothing about this is normal. Folks.
- 1:20:32Speaker 2: Nothing about it is normal.
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:20:36Speaker 2: I picked the wrong thing again. Gosh dang it. Bear
- 1:20:40Speaker 2: with me while I pull up the right document here. Polygraph, yeah.
- 1:20:48Speaker 2: Thank you. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Okay, here we go.
- 1:20:53Speaker 2: Here we go. So here's what happened. So the people
- 1:20:58Speaker 2: that were contracted to give Lauren Hall this polygraph by
- 1:21:06Speaker 2: the American Committee to Free Cuba, The polygraphers were former
- 1:21:12Speaker 2: law enforcement with ties to the Coast Guard and the FBI. Oh,
- 1:21:24Speaker 2: and the CIA. And they turned over everything they had
- 1:21:38Speaker 2: to the CIA. Now, why, again, why is the American
- 1:21:45Speaker 2: Committee to Free Cuba giving Hall a polygraph? Well, allegedly,
- 1:21:58Speaker 2: all right, allegedly, Hall had been telling them, or they
- 1:22:07Speaker 2: had heard, that on the 18th of September, 1963, that
- 1:22:14Speaker 2: a pseudo-anti-Castro invasion, which was actually led by three Cuban communists,
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: is scheduled to start on 18 September, 1963. And that
- 1:22:27Speaker 2: Hall said, fuck that, we're going to preempt them, and
- 1:22:31Speaker 2: on the 12th of September, we are going to attack them. So,
- 1:22:41Speaker 2: the results of the polygraph examination were reviewed, and although
- 1:22:44Speaker 2: the test could have been more detailed and accurate, the
- 1:22:47Speaker 2: opinion is that of the subject of the examination was
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: being truthful in relating his intentions as to his activities
- 1:22:56Speaker 2: in the invasion of 12 September 63. The following information
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: was developed and was relayed to the L.A. California Office
- 1:23:04Speaker 2: of the Central Intelligence Agency on 4 September 63. And
- 1:23:09Speaker 2: now you can see these brackets here, folks, on this document.
- 1:23:16Speaker 2: Right here and here, where this part of the document
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: was formally redacted. Which means they didn't want you to
- 1:23:23Speaker 2: know that they had turned this information over to the CIA.
- 1:23:29Speaker 2: Which is interesting. So, this is how it all shook out.
- 1:23:37Speaker 2: This investigation was authorized by United States Coast Guard Chief
- 1:23:42Speaker 2: of Intelligence and Law Enforcement of the 11th Coast Guard
- 1:23:45Speaker 2: District pursuant to information received by an investigator on 4
- 1:23:49Speaker 2: September 1963. The undersigned investigator became engaged in a conversation
- 1:23:54Speaker 2: with Mr. Robert Barrick and Bert Bove, polygraph examiners of
- 1:23:58Speaker 2: the West Coast Lie Detection Center on Redondo Avenue in
- 1:24:02Speaker 2: Long Beach. Barrick and Beauvais related the following, that on
- 1:24:06Speaker 2: 30 August, 63, Barrick administered a polygraph exam of Lauren
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: Eugene Hall, who is presently using the alias of Lorenzo Pacillo.
- 1:24:15Speaker 2: The polygraph examination was requested by Bill Tunison, who identified
- 1:24:21Speaker 2: himself as a member of the John Birch Society. Tunison
- 1:24:25Speaker 2: requested the examination be given to Hall to verify the
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: facts that Hall had told Tunison regarding his activities previously.
- 1:24:33Speaker 2: and a planned Cuban invasion for September 12, 1963. Hall
- 1:24:38Speaker 2: was scheduled to give a talk before a local chapter
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: of the John Birch Society, and the purpose of this
- 1:24:42Speaker 2: talk was to raise funds for an invasion group in
- 1:24:46Speaker 2: which Hall is to take part. During the course of
- 1:24:50Speaker 2: the examination, the following was developed. Hall stated that he
- 1:24:56Speaker 2: took part in the Bay of Pigs invasion, Hall is
- 1:24:59Speaker 2: presently on a fundraising campaign in the United States to
- 1:25:02Speaker 2: raise money for an invasion which is allegedly scheduled to
- 1:25:05Speaker 2: take part in Cuba on 12 September 1963. Hall stated
- 1:25:10Speaker 2: that the purpose of this invasion of Cuba is to
- 1:25:12Speaker 2: counteract a pseudo-invasion of Cuba which is scheduled to take
- 1:25:16Speaker 2: place on 18 September 1963. The invasion on 18 September
- 1:25:21Speaker 2: 1963 is slated to be headed by three groups, one
- 1:25:24Speaker 2: of which is to depart from Guatemala, one from Nicaragua,
- 1:25:27Speaker 2: and a third from... probably from Haiti. Hall related that
- 1:25:31Speaker 2: each of these groups is led by a known Cuban communist.
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: Hall stated the CIA is aware of the invasion of
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: 18 September, but has been lied to believe that these
- 1:25:41Speaker 2: three group leaders are former Cuban communists are now anti Castro.
- 1:25:49Speaker 2: So basically what we have here is raids that never came. Although,
- 1:26:03Speaker 2: before the American Committee to Free Cuba or the John
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: Birch Society gave this motherfucker any of their money or supplies,
- 1:26:14Speaker 2: they wanted to make for damn certain that Hall was
- 1:26:21Speaker 2: telling the truth because they didn't trust him as far
- 1:26:24Speaker 2: as they could throw him. So what better way To
- 1:26:30Speaker 2: find out if he's telling the truth, then to give
- 1:26:33Speaker 2: him a lie detector test. Right? Give him a lie
- 1:26:41Speaker 2: detector test. Wow. You can't make this stuff up. Unbelievable. So,
- 1:26:55Speaker 2: back to it. The results of the examination were reviewed
- 1:27:00Speaker 2: by the undersigned, although the results were somewhat slight and
- 1:27:04Speaker 2: difficult to determine. The results indicated weak truthfulness and no
- 1:27:09Speaker 2: deception was indicated. It is the opinion of the test
- 1:27:12Speaker 2: that the test was not properly constructed and the relevant
- 1:27:16Speaker 2: questions were not of significant strength. A more definite determination
- 1:27:22Speaker 2: could have been reached if the overall test was more
- 1:27:25Speaker 2: properly constructed. However, based on the results of the test given,
- 1:27:29Speaker 2: Hall was apparently being truthful as to his intentions. The
- 1:27:35Speaker 2: following information on Hall was obtained from the files of
- 1:27:38Speaker 2: the West Coast Lie Detection Center. That he had married,
- 1:27:44Speaker 2: that he had four kids, that he had been indicted
- 1:27:46Speaker 2: as being arrested for bad checks. He's from Newton, Kansas,
- 1:27:51Speaker 2: that he lived in Monterey Park, blah, blah, blah. He's
- 1:27:56Speaker 2: a veteran. He's served in the U.S. Army. Blah, blah, blah.
- 1:28:05Speaker 2: Barak and Beauvais are both retired Long Beach police officers
- 1:28:08Speaker 2: and highly ethical polygraph examiners. Except for the part that
- 1:28:13Speaker 2: they said, fuck it, here, hey, CIA, you can have
- 1:28:18Speaker 2: all this shit on Lauren Hall for free. But, you know, whatever.
- 1:28:29Speaker 2: Number six, all of the information contained in this report
- 1:28:32Speaker 2: was furnished to Mr. Lee Backer of the Central Intelligence
- 1:28:35Speaker 2: Agency in Los Angeles on 4 September 1963. so Hall
- 1:28:46Speaker 2: had intentions he was convincing these people these big funders
- 1:28:55Speaker 2: that they were planning a raid into Cuba In September
- 1:29:00Speaker 2: on the 12th. But apparently this information was turned over
- 1:29:05Speaker 2: to the CIA on September 4th. And oh by the way.
- 1:29:11Speaker 2: No raids happened on the 12th. And no raids happened
- 1:29:16Speaker 2: on the 18th either. But what he was referring to
- 1:29:21Speaker 2: about the 18th invasion. Of the leaders that had been
- 1:29:24Speaker 2: co-opted who were really double agents. and not really anti-Castro,
- 1:29:30Speaker 2: were all launching from these guerrilla training sites that the
- 1:29:34Speaker 2: CIA was doing them from. Because in America, we had
- 1:29:40Speaker 2: the Neutrality Act. There's not supposed to be any raids
- 1:29:45Speaker 2: coming from our shores to Cuba. So they were training
- 1:29:48Speaker 2: exiles in Guatemala, in Honduras, in Haiti, in Nicaragua. And
- 1:29:54Speaker 2: that's where they were launching raids from because then we
- 1:29:58Speaker 2: could say with plausible deniability, hey, look. Hey, these motherfuckers,
- 1:30:03Speaker 2: they're doing their own thing. They didn't come from the U.S.
- 1:30:06Speaker 2: They came from Nicaragua. So if you got a problem,
- 1:30:11Speaker 2: take it up with Nicaragua. We're not in it. It's
- 1:30:15Speaker 2: just our guys are training those guys. But no, not really.
- 1:30:22Speaker 2: Plausible deniability. On these Cuban raids. But either way, none
- 1:30:26Speaker 2: of them happened. The CIA wouldn't let any raids happen.
- 1:30:32Speaker 2: From anti-Castro or double agents. Or gunboat cowboys, for that matter. So,
- 1:30:42Speaker 2: very interesting stuff there. Alright, let's get back to the slideshow, baby. Alright.
- 1:31:04Speaker 2: So this is coming from Mr. Roy Payne and his
- 1:31:07Speaker 2: interaction with the FBI agent, Special Agent Jerome Crow. Payne says, Mr.
- 1:31:15Speaker 2: Crow came in and I opened the door for him
- 1:31:17Speaker 2: and he showed me his ID and he had a
- 1:31:18Speaker 2: big bundle of papers that in a large manila envelope,
- 1:31:21Speaker 2: and he put his bundle down on the chair in
- 1:31:24Speaker 2: front of the desk and took some papers out and said, Hey,
- 1:31:27Speaker 2: I would like to ask you some questions about Skip
- 1:31:29Speaker 2: Hall and Roy Payne. And I said, Well, funny enough,
- 1:31:34Speaker 2: I'm Roy Payne, so just ask me what you want
- 1:31:36Speaker 2: to ask. He seemed rather surprised that I was actually there.
- 1:31:41Speaker 2: At least that was the impression that I got. We
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: discussed the situation about what had occurred and what has
- 1:31:46Speaker 2: gone on with Jerry Patrick Hemming and Skip Hall. Then
- 1:31:50Speaker 2: I did not see him for some time after that.
- 1:31:52Speaker 2: I did, however, find that the FBI or someone else was,
- 1:31:55Speaker 2: I could only make the assumption, following me, and did
- 1:31:59Speaker 2: tail me for some months after that. Months! I had
- 1:32:03Speaker 2: a brother-in-law who was, and I'm not correct with this,
- 1:32:06Speaker 2: he is dead now, but his name was Harvey Berkey,
- 1:32:09Speaker 2: who was an assistant agent in charge of the local
- 1:32:12Speaker 2: field office for the FBI here. In asking him, or
- 1:32:17Speaker 2: making an attempt to ask Harvey what the heck was
- 1:32:19Speaker 2: going on, Harvey refused to even talk to me. I
- 1:32:23Speaker 2: could not gain entrance to his house. He's married to
- 1:32:27Speaker 2: my fucking sister. His wife, my sister, and their children
- 1:32:32Speaker 2: wouldn't talk to him anymore. There was one occasion I
- 1:32:36Speaker 2: did run into Harvey Berkey outside my office with Hathcock,
- 1:32:40Speaker 2: and he did not want to talk to me at all,
- 1:32:43Speaker 2: and excused himself and said he had to go. I did, however,
- 1:32:47Speaker 2: have an occasion to go to Palm Springs. I believe
- 1:32:51Speaker 2: it was on a Thursday, and I stayed in a
- 1:32:52Speaker 2: small motel room upon entering the town at about 3 a.m.
- 1:32:57Speaker 2: I had the occasion to see two gentlemen out in
- 1:33:01Speaker 2: the parking lot going through my vehicle pretty thoroughly, and
- 1:33:05Speaker 2: they had keys to get in it and to go
- 1:33:09Speaker 2: through the car. They went through the glove compartment. I
- 1:33:13Speaker 2: had evidence prior to that my vehicle had been entered
- 1:33:16Speaker 2: and searched. As our offices, which had been moved, we
- 1:33:21Speaker 2: had suite 310, which covered several rooms, and we did
- 1:33:25Speaker 2: have a system to show if our offices had been entered,
- 1:33:29Speaker 2: such as, seeing as we had the only keys, our
- 1:33:33Speaker 2: offices had been entered and the files in there had
- 1:33:35Speaker 2: been searched several times. We feel or felt that our
- 1:33:41Speaker 2: telephones were both at home and the answering service for
- 1:33:44Speaker 2: the office, had been tapped. This went on for several months.
- 1:33:49Speaker 2: The next night, Saturday after the assassination, I had to
- 1:33:53Speaker 2: drive to Santa Maria and was there overnight. There were
- 1:33:56Speaker 2: three vehicles that followed my car up the PCH all
- 1:34:01Speaker 2: the way to Santa Maria and then again picked me
- 1:34:03Speaker 2: up the next day when I went through several of
- 1:34:05Speaker 2: the small towns in the rural area and up to
- 1:34:09Speaker 2: Highway 99, which is now the I-5, and then coming
- 1:34:13Speaker 2: back to the Ridge Route. The same subject vehicles that
- 1:34:17Speaker 2: had followed me the next day after the assassination were
- 1:34:20Speaker 2: the same vehicles I saw in Palm Springs a week later,
- 1:34:24Speaker 2: along with the same gentlemen that were in them. Like
- 1:34:27Speaker 2: I say, this went on for quite some time, two
- 1:34:31Speaker 2: to three months after the assassination. One afternoon, about ten
- 1:34:35Speaker 2: days or two weeks after the assassination, I received a
- 1:34:38Speaker 2: phone call from Lawrence O'Hall, and I said... You motherfucker,
- 1:34:45Speaker 2: what have you done? What have you gotten us into?
- 1:34:49Speaker 2: Why is the FBI at my ass? So, for the
- 1:34:56Speaker 2: FBI to determine, at least on paper, a couple weeks
- 1:35:03Speaker 2: after the assassination, that there's nothing to see here, obviously.
- 1:35:09Speaker 2: This rifle had no connection to the JFK assassination whatsoever.
- 1:35:12Speaker 2: But we are going to tail, surveil, and phone tap
- 1:35:17Speaker 2: and harass and stalk Roy Payne, one of the sets
- 1:35:23Speaker 2: of fingerprints on said rifle, for months after the assassination.
- 1:35:30Speaker 2: His own brother-in-law and sister and his nieces and nephews
- 1:35:36Speaker 2: would not speak to him. anymore after the assassination obviously
- 1:35:47Speaker 2: they knew that he was a prime suspect because his
- 1:35:51Speaker 2: fingerprints must have been found on a certain rifle just
- 1:36:01Speaker 2: saying that's a lot for somebody, you know, or for
- 1:36:15Speaker 2: this rifle that allegedly was never in Dallas. I mean,
- 1:36:19Speaker 2: why would you, why would you even associate that with,
- 1:36:22Speaker 2: with Dallas and the assassination? How, how dare you? But
- 1:36:28Speaker 2: I told Lauren Hall, Hey buddy, you better have a
- 1:36:34Speaker 2: lot of witnesses because you were in Dallas at the
- 1:36:38Speaker 2: time of the assassination. And he said, Hey, I've got
- 1:36:42Speaker 2: witnesses to prove that I was right in the middle
- 1:36:44Speaker 2: of the lobby of the Hilton hotel. And a hundred
- 1:36:49Speaker 2: people know that I was there and I was nowhere
- 1:36:53Speaker 2: near Kennedy was when he was assassinated. Now, I'd never
- 1:37:00Speaker 2: heard again from Loren Hall. I did on one occasion
- 1:37:03Speaker 2: go and drive out to visit Hemming, who was living
- 1:37:06Speaker 2: in Monterey. He discussed with me at the time, turning
- 1:37:09Speaker 2: over the rifle to him, and he didn't like the
- 1:37:11Speaker 2: idea that the rifle went down there to Dallas, since
- 1:37:15Speaker 2: he felt it was his rifle, and the golf clubs
- 1:37:17Speaker 2: that were also hocked at the time of the original
- 1:37:19Speaker 2: meeting were Hall's, and that the rifle was his, and
- 1:37:22Speaker 2: other than that conversation, I've never had any further contact
- 1:37:25Speaker 2: with Hemming. Richard Hathcock told Kenneth Klein that Lorne Hall, quote,
- 1:37:31Speaker 2: came in and took the rifle and he was alone
- 1:37:35Speaker 2: and said that he was going to Dallas. So now
- 1:37:42Speaker 2: we have Lorne Hall admitting that he was in Dallas
- 1:37:47Speaker 2: on November 22, 1963, standing in the lobby of the
- 1:37:53Speaker 2: Statler Hilton Hotel in Dallas, Texas. Allegedly. Now is it
- 1:38:00Speaker 2: mere coincidence folks. That the hotel that he picked. To
- 1:38:05Speaker 2: be his alibi. Was once managed by James Herbert Martin.
- 1:38:12Speaker 2: Who would go on to babysit Marina. And the kids.
- 1:38:16Speaker 2: For a time. Become her manager. And all of this stuff. Yeah.
- 1:38:20Speaker 2: He was the former manager of the Statler Hilton Hotel.
- 1:38:24Speaker 2: In Dallas. But. Surely that's just a coincidence. that Lauren
- 1:38:32Speaker 2: Hall would use this as an alibi, right? I mean,
- 1:38:37Speaker 2: when the HSCA asked Lauren Hall where he was on
- 1:38:39Speaker 2: November 22nd, he said, I plead the fifth on grounds
- 1:38:47Speaker 2: that it may incriminate Now, when it was explained to
- 1:38:55Speaker 2: Lorne Hall that he had to answer the question because
- 1:38:58Speaker 2: he had been given immunity for any of his answers,
- 1:39:03Speaker 2: he admitted to being in California on November 22, 1963
- 1:39:09Speaker 2: to the House Select Committee on Assassinations when questioned there. So,
- 1:39:18Speaker 2: but he didn't admit it to the government. but he
- 1:39:24Speaker 2: did admit to being in Dallas. We have Hemming calling
- 1:39:29Speaker 2: Logue and proving that Hall was in Dallas. So Mr.
- 1:39:37Speaker 2: Hall is in Dallas at the time of the assassination
- 1:39:42Speaker 2: with Hemming's Johnson. 30- 06 rifle, which is a problem. When
- 1:39:50Speaker 2: the FBI is running down the fingerprints on that rifle
- 1:39:55Speaker 2: and tracking them back to Los Angeles where you got
- 1:39:59Speaker 2: it out of the hock. That, folks, is what we
- 1:40:06Speaker 2: call a problem. A big, big fucking problem for Lauren Hall.
- 1:40:13Speaker 2: But Lauren Hall is not the only person who admitted
- 1:40:18Speaker 2: to being in Dallas on November 22nd. No, no. He's
- 1:40:25Speaker 2: not the only one. Let's hear from Roy Hargraves, another
- 1:40:30Speaker 2: member of Interpen, very good friend of Jerry Hemming. And
- 1:40:38Speaker 2: here in this interview with Noel Twyman for the book
- 1:40:43Speaker 2: Bloody Treason, classically from the Larry Hancock book Someone Would
- 1:40:49Speaker 2: Have Talked, is the interview with Hargraves done by Noel Twyman.
- 1:40:53Speaker 2: And Jerry Hemings' brother, Robert, I think is his name.
- 1:41:00Speaker 2: Hargrave says, Dick Watley. Hey, we've heard that name before.
- 1:41:04Speaker 2: Bobby Willis asked them, ask Colby. Twyman says, I want
- 1:41:08Speaker 2: to go into what you meant when you mentioned Watley, Willis,
- 1:41:10Speaker 2: and Lewis as being very important in this story. To
- 1:41:15Speaker 2: see just what you meant by that. Was it that
- 1:41:17Speaker 2: they were involved in Dallas or what? Hargrave says, this
- 1:41:22Speaker 2: was a functional team that just disappeared. Just was gone
- 1:41:27Speaker 2: for a period of time. Twyman says, the three of
- 1:41:30Speaker 2: them just disappeared and you never knew they were there, huh?
- 1:41:35Speaker 2: Hargrave says, three of us from the JFK thing were
- 1:41:40Speaker 2: on the ground at the time here. Fat Larry, Lawrence Howard, Jerry,
- 1:41:45Speaker 2: and I. Yeah, we were here. And I pulled the operation.
- 1:41:52Speaker 2: I don't even know Larry is out here. I knew
- 1:41:56Speaker 2: he was up in California, but I didn't know he
- 1:41:58Speaker 2: was on the ground at the time. Larry? Hargrave says, yeah,
- 1:42:03Speaker 2: Larry Howard, Fat Larry. In fact, I understand his op
- 1:42:07Speaker 2: was you might talk to him if you ever do
- 1:42:09Speaker 2: an interview with him. Heming says he won't talk. Hargrave
- 1:42:14Speaker 2: says about his brown beret. And Heming says, well, he
- 1:42:16Speaker 2: might talk about that. Blah, blah, blah. Hargrave says Jerry
- 1:42:22Speaker 2: gets really upset about these burns in Dallas with his connects,
- 1:42:25Speaker 2: you know. His money connects, you know. Legitimate burns. And again,
- 1:42:29Speaker 2: we come back and we've got Lauren Hall, Frank Sturgis,
- 1:42:33Speaker 2: and Bob Johnson all linked together again. Burning Jerry's contacts. Yes,
- 1:42:40Speaker 2: burning them. I mean burning them. Who's burning them? Whether
- 1:42:45Speaker 2: it was Ross, Hunt, Logue, I mean, you know. But
- 1:42:49Speaker 2: what is it? What does it mean, burning his contacts?
- 1:42:52Speaker 2: You mean they were taking him over, trying to get... Yes,
- 1:42:55Speaker 2: Hargrave says, trying to take him over. Trying to set
- 1:42:58Speaker 2: up an element or doubt about Jerry. You know, don't
- 1:43:01Speaker 2: trust Jerry. Twyman says, in other words, move aside Jerry
- 1:43:05Speaker 2: and move in his place. Yeah. So, again, you have Hall, Howard,
- 1:43:11Speaker 2: and Seymour stepping in to Heming's footsteps. To his big donors...
- 1:43:18Speaker 2: in Texas and New Orleans, trying to co-opt Heming's contacts
- 1:43:28Speaker 2: and his big money funders. You know, we have actual
- 1:43:32Speaker 2: letters that Heming would send to people like General Lester
- 1:43:38Speaker 2: Logue and General William Walker. People that gave him money, right?
- 1:43:43Speaker 2: So instead of, instead of, asking for motion pictures of
- 1:43:49Speaker 2: what they're doing. Heming would write letters every week out
- 1:43:53Speaker 2: to his supporters, seven or eight pages long, explaining exactly
- 1:43:58Speaker 2: what he was doing, exactly what was going on with Interpen,
- 1:44:03Speaker 2: what their plans were, how they were training, who was
- 1:44:07Speaker 2: doing good, who was doing bad, who came, who went,
- 1:44:10Speaker 2: this type of thing. Intel briefings. And Hall just came
- 1:44:18Speaker 2: right in behind him and stepped right in all of
- 1:44:22Speaker 2: them and burned them all. And said, ah, that Heming
- 1:44:26Speaker 2: guy's full of shit. But you can trust me. I'm
- 1:44:28Speaker 2: the real deal, baby. I will actually do stuff. Right?
- 1:44:36Speaker 2: Burned Heming's contacts. So Twyman says, how many people have
- 1:44:40Speaker 2: been interviewed that, well, now maybe here's the first. that
- 1:44:43Speaker 2: Roy Hargraves may be the first person that has admitted
- 1:44:47Speaker 2: that he was in Dallas at the time of the assassination. Well,
- 1:44:50Speaker 2: Lauren Hall admitted he was there, but he had an
- 1:44:54Speaker 2: alibi that he was in another part of town, allegedly
- 1:44:58Speaker 2: in the Statler-Hilton lobby. But there's not a lot of
- 1:45:02Speaker 2: evidence of what really happened in Dallas. What really happened?
- 1:45:06Speaker 2: Who was there? Who did what? And Hargraves says... How
- 1:45:11Speaker 2: many of us were there that knew each other from Miami,
- 1:45:14Speaker 2: but weren't aware that each other was there in town?
- 1:45:19Speaker 2: That could have been used for any one of alternate scenarios,
- 1:45:23Speaker 2: either individually or in groups. For whatever purpose, like I
- 1:45:27Speaker 2: said before, if somebody screwed up, if there was a
- 1:45:30Speaker 2: last-minute change made in the parade route, if one of
- 1:45:33Speaker 2: the key shooters was compromised by some 325-an-hour security guard,
- 1:45:39Speaker 2: The Dealey Plaza thing is dead, so what happens? You know,
- 1:45:43Speaker 2: if the bomb goes, if the bomb goes, who's set
- 1:45:46Speaker 2: to be the Oswald for the bomb? If it's got
- 1:45:49Speaker 2: to be at the hospital or the airport or the
- 1:45:51Speaker 2: trademark or whatever the scenario is, who is on top
- 1:45:55Speaker 2: would be captured dead. So, we just have Hargraves admitting
- 1:46:04Speaker 2: that he was in Dallas in 1963 at the time
- 1:46:05Speaker 2: of the assassinations. as well as other team members from
- 1:46:16Speaker 2: Miami in Dallas at the time of the assassination. We
- 1:46:23Speaker 2: have Lauren Hall admitting that he is in Dallas at
- 1:46:26Speaker 2: the time of the assassination. But he's not the only
- 1:46:29Speaker 2: person we know who was in Dallas at the time
- 1:46:31Speaker 2: of the assassination. We also know that Felipe Vidal Santiago
- 1:46:40Speaker 2: Was in Dallas... On the day of the assassination... Yeah... Likely... Maybe...
- 1:46:51Speaker 2: Been accused of being... The dark complected man... That sat
- 1:46:55Speaker 2: down next to the... Umbrella man... A.K.A. Hargraves... On Elm Street...
- 1:47:04Speaker 2: On November 22nd, 1963... Allegedly... Those guys. They're definitely very
- 1:47:13Speaker 2: suspect in the story. Suspect in Dealey Plaza. In fact,
- 1:47:25Speaker 2: there's a lot of pictures that we have of suspect
- 1:47:30Speaker 2: people in Dealey Plaza. We have guys that look like
- 1:47:39Speaker 2: Rip Robertson. Lucian Koning. Who's the Joseph Miltier?
- 1:47:48Speaker 1: Right?
- 1:47:53Speaker 2: Edgar Eugene Bradley. All kinds of folks. E. Howard Hunt.
- 1:48:09Speaker 2: All kinds of folks. Allegedly in Dealey Plaza at the
- 1:48:15Speaker 2: time of the hit. Now, Hargraves also mentions that there
- 1:48:20Speaker 2: was somebody on the knoll with Secret Service credentials as
- 1:48:24Speaker 2: well which we've heard before we've heard that story before
- 1:48:28Speaker 2: too so again very interesting stuff but again back to
- 1:48:35Speaker 2: Fidel Felipe Vidal Santiago you know Hemming, Jerry Hemming, named
- 1:48:43Speaker 2: his son Philippe Hemming, who I've had on the show,
- 1:48:47Speaker 2: but Philippe Hemming is named after Philippe Vidal Santiago. Now,
- 1:48:54Speaker 2: in order to name your child, your male offspring, after
- 1:48:58Speaker 2: another man, you have to really love and admire that man,
- 1:49:06Speaker 2: think that he is strong, think that he was a leader,
- 1:49:09Speaker 2: think that Someday you hope that this newborn baby you
- 1:49:13Speaker 2: just spat out is going to somehow live up to
- 1:49:16Speaker 2: the namesake of a Felipe Vidal Santiago. Felipe Hemming. Yeah, baby.
- 1:49:31Speaker 2: That's not the only call he made. Allegedly. Colonel William
- 1:49:39Speaker 2: Bishop allegedly either picked up Felipe Del Santiago and drove
- 1:49:46Speaker 2: him to Dallas, or he hopped on a plane and
- 1:49:51Speaker 2: flew to Dallas. But either way, the INS slash Border
- 1:50:02Speaker 2: Patrol knew it. The FBI knew it. Miami-Dade County Sheriff's
- 1:50:08Speaker 2: Office knew it. And oh yeah, the CIA knew it
- 1:50:13Speaker 2: as well. But nothing to see here, folks. Felipe Vidal
- 1:50:21Speaker 2: Santiago was supposed to be on lockdown for violating the
- 1:50:25Speaker 2: Neutrality Act in Florida. He wasn't supposed to leave the state.
- 1:50:30Speaker 2: But he admitted that he did. And they didn't do
- 1:50:34Speaker 2: shit to him. And he just happened to go to
- 1:50:38Speaker 2: Dallas and be in Dallas at the same time the
- 1:50:40Speaker 2: president was assassinated. But hey, nothing to see here, folks.
- 1:50:46Speaker 2: Nothing to see here. Now, he wouldn't make it long
- 1:50:51Speaker 2: after Dealey Plaza. He was actually on a boat in
- 1:50:54Speaker 2: January of 64 with Roy Hargraves, Dickie Chappelle, Ed Collins
- 1:50:59Speaker 2: from Interpen. And their boat. Explodes and catches on fire.
- 1:51:05Speaker 2: And Vidal is burned very badly. But he makes a
- 1:51:07Speaker 2: full recovery. And I believe it's later on in June.
- 1:51:13Speaker 2: Or maybe midway through 64. They're captured by Castro forces.
- 1:51:20Speaker 2: On an unauthorized raid into Cuba. Their boat is intercepted.
- 1:51:25Speaker 2: They are arrested. They are tried. And they are executed
- 1:51:31Speaker 2: by a firing squad. Yeah. So, Felipe Vidal Santiago met
- 1:51:45Speaker 2: an untimely demise, if you will, at the hands of
- 1:51:51Speaker 2: Castro himself. Very interesting. But what happened to Skip after
- 1:52:00Speaker 2: the assassination? Well, I'll tell you. Alright, see this star
- 1:52:06Speaker 2: up here at the top? Near where it says California
- 1:52:11Speaker 2: Hot Springs. And there is a section in candy cane wrapping.
- 1:52:19Speaker 2: That is the town of Kernville, California. Where Lorne Hall
- 1:52:24Speaker 2: would move to after the assassination with his wife and
- 1:52:28Speaker 2: buy themselves a hotel. for approximately $ 50, 000, which was a
- 1:52:34Speaker 2: lot of fucking money in 1964. Now, what I want
- 1:52:42Speaker 2: you to notice here is that Kernville, California is a
- 1:52:49Speaker 2: good three-hour drive from Los Angeles, which is the bottom star.
- 1:52:54Speaker 2: All right, that's Los Angeles, right? Now, from there, it's
- 1:53:00Speaker 2: a lot of country travel, not interstate, country rural traveling
- 1:53:11Speaker 2: over and through some valleys and mountains where Kernville is
- 1:53:15Speaker 2: nestled in this mountain outcropping. Now, if you go to
- 1:53:22Speaker 2: the right of Kernville, just over that last mountain range,
- 1:53:31Speaker 2: There's a little thing there. It's called Death Valley. Maybe
- 1:53:35Speaker 2: you've heard of it. Where it gets hot as balls
- 1:53:39Speaker 2: and nobody lives there and nothing else lives there except
- 1:53:43Speaker 2: cactuses and snakes and spiders and scorpions and shit. And
- 1:53:46Speaker 2: they can keep all that in Death Valley. Alright? They
- 1:53:53Speaker 2: can keep it all. They can have it all. But
- 1:53:57Speaker 2: one other interesting thing. Here is, I have likely where
- 1:54:05Speaker 2: Lorne Hall was living at the time. Now, it does
- 1:54:09Speaker 2: give his address out as 55 Rogers Road in Kernville
- 1:54:14Speaker 2: is where he was living. Now, current day maps jump
- 1:54:21Speaker 2: from 47, which is the house here on the right,
- 1:54:25Speaker 2: Rogers Road, to 67. Rogers Road, which is the house
- 1:54:31Speaker 2: right here. Now, in between these two houses appear to
- 1:54:36Speaker 2: be two kind of driveways that go way back, way back.
- 1:54:41Speaker 2: So the picture below here is a zoomed in image
- 1:54:46Speaker 2: of the structures that are way back. Now, I don't
- 1:54:49Speaker 2: know if 55 is somewhere back here down these roads.
- 1:54:53Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't know if these used to
- 1:54:56Speaker 2: be a driveway to a house that no longer sits here.
- 1:54:59Speaker 2: I don't know. All I know is that way, way
- 1:55:03Speaker 2: back there that there are structures in the little woods section.
- 1:55:08Speaker 2: There's power going back there to whatever buildings are back there.
- 1:55:14Speaker 2: You can see the telephone poles and the power lines
- 1:55:19Speaker 2: and everything else back there. And you can also see
- 1:55:22Speaker 2: the top of a vintage Texaco sign from the 1950s
- 1:55:25Speaker 2: back there that possibly could have been there for a
- 1:55:30Speaker 2: long time. I don't know. But back over here to
- 1:55:35Speaker 2: the map. So if we're looking at the top star,
- 1:55:39Speaker 2: and if you come down to the right leg, if
- 1:55:45Speaker 2: we're looking at the star from behind, okay, Its right
- 1:55:49Speaker 2: leg is pointing at Lake Isabella. Now, where have we
- 1:55:55Speaker 2: heard Lake Isabella before? Well, on the last Quick Hits,
- 1:56:06Speaker 2: I think it was, or the one before that, I
- 1:56:08Speaker 2: can't remember. I think it was the last one. We
- 1:56:11Speaker 2: revisited the Corky Houston Harold Weisberg black bag job. All right. Now,
- 1:56:19Speaker 2: why is this important? Because there was an assassination buff
- 1:56:24Speaker 2: living in Lake Isabella. He became aware and apparently ran
- 1:56:30Speaker 2: into Lauren Hall at a Kernville. You know, probably nothing
- 1:56:37Speaker 2: out there but steers and queers. And, you know, there
- 1:56:40Speaker 2: might have been two bars, maybe, maybe one couple restaurants.
- 1:56:44Speaker 2: I don't know. But anyway. We have an assassination buff
- 1:56:48Speaker 2: living out that way who runs into Lauren Hall, becomes
- 1:56:52Speaker 2: friendly with him, takes him out, tries to get him
- 1:56:55Speaker 2: drunk to get him talking, this, that, and the other.
- 1:56:59Speaker 2: And he thinks that he might be on to something,
- 1:57:01Speaker 2: that he might be able to get Lauren Hall to
- 1:57:03Speaker 2: admit to something. That he just knows that some bitch
- 1:57:07Speaker 2: is guilty and he just, he wants to tell me.
- 1:57:11Speaker 2: He really does. I just need to ply him with
- 1:57:14Speaker 2: a little more liquor. Maybe them lips loosen up We
- 1:57:18Speaker 2: will see. But Corky Houston decided it would be a
- 1:57:22Speaker 2: good idea to write Harold Weisberg a letter and let
- 1:57:25Speaker 2: him know, hey, I've befriended Lauren Hall and I'm in
- 1:57:30Speaker 2: the process of trying to get him to admit to
- 1:57:34Speaker 2: his role in the assassination of the president. And Weisberg
- 1:57:41Speaker 2: and Houston come up with this plan to get Hall
- 1:57:45Speaker 2: and his wife out of their house for an evening, right? Because,
- 1:57:49Speaker 2: you know, people just pass through bumfuck Egypt out here
- 1:57:54Speaker 2: willy-nilly all the time that happen to be acquaintances with
- 1:57:58Speaker 2: Lauren Hall. And hey, funny running into you here. Maybe
- 1:58:03Speaker 2: you and your wife would like to come out to
- 1:58:04Speaker 2: dinner one night to the only restaurant in town. Yeah, okay.
- 1:58:10Speaker 2: So Hall agrees, but he thinks something's up, right? Like,
- 1:58:13Speaker 2: he kind of knows something's up. But anyway, while Hall
- 1:58:20Speaker 2: and his wife are out to dinner with this old
- 1:58:23Speaker 2: Cuban exile friend, Corky Houston breaks into Lauren Hall's house
- 1:58:29Speaker 2: and proceeds to ransack it, if you will. Or, not
- 1:58:34Speaker 2: really ransack it, but carefully sack it. I guess it's
- 1:58:38Speaker 2: a term you can use anyway. Corky had brought along
- 1:58:42Speaker 2: with him a camera. And he found Hall's address book,
- 1:58:48Speaker 2: Hall's diaries, whatever that is, and proceeded to take pictures
- 1:58:56Speaker 2: Of a lot of his contacts. His numbers. And entries
- 1:58:59Speaker 2: from his diaries. Things that he wrote down.
- 1:59:03Speaker 1: And.
- 1:59:04Speaker 2: Houston claimed. That it was. You know. A big deal.
- 1:59:08Speaker 2: Some pretty fantastic information. That he garnished. Right. And he
- 1:59:12Speaker 2: told Weisberg about it. And Weisberg was like. Well fucking
- 1:59:14Speaker 2: send it to me dude. You know. And. He claimed.
- 1:59:21Speaker 2: Houston claimed that he did. But that. It must have
- 1:59:26Speaker 2: been lost in the mail. And he doesn't have any copies.
- 1:59:31Speaker 2: He didn't make any copies. He sent Weisberg the only
- 1:59:34Speaker 2: copies that he had of all this stuff. And Weisberg
- 1:59:39Speaker 2: was thinking, eh, bullshit. So fast forward to the time
- 1:59:46Speaker 2: of the HSCA. Now, Houston, if you go to the
- 1:59:49Speaker 2: Weisberg archives, you can see the correspondence between Corky Houston
- 1:59:53Speaker 2: and Harold Weisberg. It's a lot of it. And it
- 1:59:56Speaker 2: spans from like 1966 up into the 80s and 90s.
- 2:00:02Speaker 2: But during the time of the HSCA, Weisberg is actually
- 2:00:08Speaker 2: there at the same time as Hall and his lawyer,
- 2:00:10Speaker 2: who was his cousin. But Hall's lawyer told Weisberg that
- 2:00:18Speaker 2: the committee had somehow gotten pictures of of Hall's address
- 2:00:26Speaker 2: book and some other stuff, and Weisberg starts panicking because
- 2:00:34Speaker 2: if Hall finds out that Weisberg told Houston to do this,
- 2:00:40Speaker 2: you know, Hall could be seriously pissed and, like, want
- 2:00:43Speaker 2: to kill Weisberg. So Weisberg's worried now, and he's writing Corky,
- 2:00:49Speaker 2: he's like, What the hell's going on? I thought you
- 2:00:52Speaker 2: said this shit was lost in the mail. You didn't
- 2:00:54Speaker 2: have no copies. Now, all of a sudden, Hall's lawyers
- 2:00:57Speaker 2: telling me that they got copies of this shit. Here,
- 2:01:01Speaker 2: the HSCA. Are you kidding me? How did they get
- 2:01:05Speaker 2: this shit? And Corky's like, I don't know, man. They
- 2:01:10Speaker 2: must have intercepted the mail or something and just kept
- 2:01:12Speaker 2: it on file all these years and all this bullshit.
- 2:01:17Speaker 2: Crazy story. But anyway. Weisberger's worried about okaying a black
- 2:01:25Speaker 2: bag job for one of the suspects in the JFK assassination.
- 2:01:30Speaker 2: It's a crazy story. Crazy story. But I digress, folks.
- 2:01:41Speaker 2: And that is pretty much the story of the rifle.
- 2:01:44Speaker 2: Where is it? We don't know. We do know. We
- 2:01:50Speaker 2: do know, thanks to Hall's stepson a couple years ago,
- 2:01:58Speaker 2: that they found a Carcano rifle up in the attic.
- 2:02:05Speaker 2: Exactly where Hall had told his stepson in the mid-60s
- 2:02:12Speaker 2: to do something with his rifle. So his stepson hid
- 2:02:16Speaker 2: it up in the attic and forgot about it. Until roughly,
- 2:02:21Speaker 2: you know, 2019, 2020, COVID hits. I remember seeing the
- 2:02:27Speaker 2: newspaper article. I was sent pictures of this rifle with
- 2:02:34Speaker 2: serial number and everything. Was invited to actually go out
- 2:02:40Speaker 2: to Oregon and look at it in person. But of course,
- 2:02:43Speaker 2: it's the middle of COVID. Yada, yada. And the interesting
- 2:02:51Speaker 2: fact is that it was the same Carcano that Oswald
- 2:02:56Speaker 2: had ordered, but didn't get from Klein's. Oswald ordered a
- 2:03:03Speaker 2: certain model of the Carcano rifle, and he was sent
- 2:03:06Speaker 2: a different one. So it turns out that's the model
- 2:03:15Speaker 2: that Loren Hall had in his attic, and he had
- 2:03:17Speaker 2: told his stepson all those years ago, Take this rifle,
- 2:03:23Speaker 2: make it disappear, do something with it. Don't ever mention
- 2:03:26Speaker 2: it to anybody. I don't ever want to talk about
- 2:03:28Speaker 2: it again. Someday, you'll know why. Amazing stuff. I don't
- 2:03:38Speaker 2: know what it all means, but when you have certain
- 2:03:42Speaker 2: people with certain affiliations admitting to being in Dallas on
- 2:03:48Speaker 2: November 22, 1963... And you start thinking about hit teams
- 2:03:54Speaker 2: or hit team or hit teams with shooters and spotters, specialists,
- 2:04:03Speaker 2: explosive demolitions experts. And somehow they all end up in
- 2:04:11Speaker 2: Dallas on November 22nd, either as possible patsies, possibly involved. Obviously,
- 2:04:20Speaker 2: this Johnson rifle was found in Dallas and traced back
- 2:04:23Speaker 2: to Los Angeles. That rifle can be tied back directly
- 2:04:28Speaker 2: to Lauren Hall, who we know was in Dallas. One
- 2:04:34Speaker 2: could make a very compelling argument that we are talking
- 2:04:37Speaker 2: about suspects that were actually on the ground, part of
- 2:04:41Speaker 2: a hit team or teams in Dallas on November 22, 1963.
- 2:04:50Speaker 2: One could definitely make a good argument for that. And
- 2:04:57Speaker 2: that's where we're going to leave it for now. We
- 2:04:59Speaker 2: will get more into this next Wednesday evening for members only. Again,
- 2:05:07Speaker 2: sorry about the snafu in the live stream. I don't
- 2:05:11Speaker 2: know what happened. Well, I do know what happened. There
- 2:05:13Speaker 2: was a loose microphone cable, but everything was fine at
- 2:05:17Speaker 2: the beginning. I touched nothing. Nothing moved. It's just one
- 2:05:20Speaker 2: of those things that happen when you're live potting. I'm
- 2:05:26Speaker 2: busy doing the thing, the presentation. I don't even have
- 2:05:31Speaker 2: the comments up to see anything. So I apologize. That's
- 2:05:38Speaker 2: on me. My bad. But that's why I'm doing this
- 2:05:44Speaker 2: to supplement the show because it is important information to
- 2:05:48Speaker 2: get out there. And yes, Doug has talked about this
- 2:05:52Speaker 2: in the past. Yes, I have talked about this in
- 2:05:54Speaker 2: the past. But stuff like this needs to be heard
- 2:06:01Speaker 2: on a regular basis because it's fucking important. You can
- 2:06:06Speaker 2: talk about Bill Harvey and his travel documents and his
- 2:06:09Speaker 2: FAA credentials all day and George Dionides popping out of
- 2:06:13Speaker 2: a birthday cake. But this is where... The bread gets buttered.
- 2:06:21Speaker 2: This is where the meat is on the bone. And
- 2:06:24Speaker 2: here's something you can actually sink your teeth into. Here's
- 2:06:27Speaker 2: the fucking documents. Here's the admissions. Here's the confessions. Here's
- 2:06:36Speaker 2: the testimony. Here's an undeniable investigative trail from the FBI
- 2:06:43Speaker 2: from Dallas to LA. Please refute that. If you can,
- 2:06:51Speaker 2: tell me I'm fucking crazy. Tell me I'm crazy. Tell
- 2:06:56Speaker 2: me I'm not right. Tell me I've got it all wrong.
- 2:06:59Speaker 2: Tell me I've got it fucked up. But I don't
- 2:07:02Speaker 2: think I do. So, I'm curious to see the comments.
- 2:07:10Speaker 2: Feel free to leave one. Hype this video. Like this video.
- 2:07:16Speaker 2: And we'll see you next time on members only for
- 2:07:21Speaker 2: part two of this very show joe will be finally
- 2:07:24Speaker 2: be back uh like i said he was at the
- 2:07:27Speaker 2: end of the live but uh i'm probably going to
- 2:07:30Speaker 2: end up having to go ahead and delete that live
- 2:07:32Speaker 2: broadcast because it's just i take pride in the show
- 2:07:37Speaker 2: and that's why i'm redoing it so don't get it
- 2:07:40Speaker 2: twisted don't get your panties in a bunch if something
- 2:07:43Speaker 2: doesn't go right in the live stream we're doing the
