[News] Washington Redefines "Harm" and Reopens Endangered Species' Habitat to Development
The government has finalized a rule so that destroying or degrading a listed species' habitat no longer counts as prohibited "harm," a change that reaches logging, mining, drilling and development, and that will almost certainly be fought in court.
