Transcript
- 0:02>> Skylar: jasmine, oolong, green
- 0:05and white. Long ago, these four
- 0:08teas were skillfully brewed at the blissful brew.
- 0:11Then everything changed when the shops
- 0:13popularity threatened its existence.
- 0:16All Mister Okaron, the shops owner and tea
- 0:19master, could do was to recruit four teenage
- 0:22orphans to learn his trade and staff his
- 0:25shop. A year has passed since the orphans were
- 0:27hired, and although their skills have progressed, they
- 0:30still have a lot to learn before they can brew anything.
- 0:33But I believe that they have the potential to make the
- 0:36blissful brew the greatest tea shop in the
- 0:39world. Last time on
- 0:42benders and brews, an avatar Legends
- 0:44podcast smash broccoli, as he's.
- 0:47>> Cameron: Flying down the mountain, reaches behind him
- 0:50and earth bends a giant boulder and
- 0:53throws it at the carriage. I can't afford to
- 0:56take another 15 minutes.
- 0:57>> Skylar: Cannot, afford it. You just hurled a giant boulder down and it
- 1:00busted the cart. Guru tapiq is flying down as
- 1:02well to try to retrieve the thing she had stolen
- 1:05from his temple.
- 1:07>> Mikayla: Why do you continue to stand in my
- 1:10way when you're so
- 1:12obviously outmatched?
- 1:14>> Skylar: She reaches into her pocket, she holds out the turtle
- 1:17amulet, and he's just standing there in awe, and he kind of looks at
- 1:20you and he looks at her, and he's like,
- 1:22please, whatever you do, do not let her
- 1:25destroy that relic.
- 1:26>> Mikayla: Don't just stand there, you fool.
- 1:30Fix the cart.
- 1:32>> Skylar: She tosses the amulet up into the
- 1:35air. Guru Tupik, he sees it falling through the
- 1:37air. He's readying himself to sort of, like, air
- 1:40bend, maybe pull it towards him, or at the very least, just keep it from
- 1:43hitting the ground. And she is going to
- 1:46shoot flames upwards into
- 1:49the airstream that is now being created by Guru
- 1:52Tupiq, who, as he's pulling this amulet towards him
- 1:55with the air, she's going to fling fire into that
- 1:58very air, causing it to sort of follow
- 2:01this flow down towards the amulet and
- 2:04also towards Guru Tapiq
- 2:06himself.
- 2:07>> Mikayla: Well, are you going to stand
- 2:10there and let this old man die?
- 2:14it wouldn't be the first time.
- 2:17>> Skylar: You use the earth platform that you're on and you basically just
- 2:20tip it over. You, like, break it at the base so that it starts
- 2:23to fall so that you can lunge forth and
- 2:26push guru to peek out of the way. Madam
- 2:28Yang, she's rushing towards her
- 2:31cart, and she's hopping on the cart, begins
- 2:34to move, down the mountain path. It begins to pick
- 2:37up speed as it kind of goes further, further down
- 2:40the mountain, she starts to disappear in the distance.
- 2:43You get to the top of the cave, you find your friends
- 2:45there. They've taken out all of the hot leaf
- 2:48juice employees. One of them is still conscious.
- 2:51He has his mask off, and he's,
- 2:55backed up against the wall, kind of in a crouched position.
- 2:57>> Mikayla: I'm gonna slap him.
- 2:59>> Cameron: Clearly was put into a trance or something.
- 3:02>> Bill: She does it with all of her employees.
- 3:05That's why they do whatever she says.
- 3:07>> Cameron: Let's just go to the factory. To the factory. Let's go to the factory. You
- 3:10don't gotta come in just when we get there. Tell
- 3:13us how to get in.
- 3:23>> Skylar: And welcome back, everybody, to another episode of Benders and Bruise.
- 3:26Episode seven from season three, not
- 3:29episode seven from season two or season one. That's right,
- 3:32we are in season three. And if you are
- 3:34not followed up up to see episode
- 3:37seven, then you are, You are in a mess,
- 3:40and you need to solve that.
- 3:42>> Mikayla: What are you doing here?
- 3:43>> Skylar: Yeah, what are you doing here? Go back. Go back and
- 3:45catch up to this episode and then listen to it.
- 3:48Okay, I'm never going to chase you away from
- 3:51listening to any of session zero heroes, but
- 3:54at least just get caught up first.
- 3:57It's the right thing to do. Whatever the case, we are going to go through
- 4:00everybody at the table, reintroduce who you are, who you're
- 4:03playing, and give us an interesting character fact so that we can get back into the
- 4:06action, because the gang is about to go
- 4:08to the homeland, proverbially
- 4:11speaking, of their arch nemesis, madam Yang.
- 4:14So starting with Cameron to my left. Cameron, who are
- 4:17you?
- 4:17>> Cameron: I am Bill.
- 4:18>> Skylar: Hello, Bill. Bill, tell me an interesting fact about
- 4:21yourself.
- 4:22>> Cameron: Bill's
- 4:24favorite smell
- 4:28is oranges.
- 4:30>> Skylar: Oranges. He's a big citrus fan.
- 4:33He really likes stopping down over in Florida and hanging
- 4:36out with, the crazy people.
- 4:37>> Cameron: What's a Florida?
- 4:39>> Skylar: Yeah.
- 4:39>> Mikayla: There we go.
- 4:40>> Skylar: Good answer. Good answer. All right, well, Bill likes
- 4:43to smell orange.
- 4:44>> Dave: On all his family sailing adventures.
- 4:47That prevented scurvy. That's right.
- 4:49>> Skylar: That does make a lot of sense.
- 4:50>> Cameron: Good cup of orange juice.
- 4:52>> Skylar: Got to get your vitamin C. Awesome. All right.
- 4:54>> Cameron: Angeli was a pirate.
- 4:55>> Skylar: Oh, yeah. He's been on the sea a lot.
- 4:59>> Cameron: He told them about the wonders of oranges. and
- 5:02then that cruise never looked better.
- 5:03>> Skylar: I was gonna say, you guys are into the crew the second time.
- 5:06>> Cameron: They're like, all right, we've.
- 5:08>> Skylar: Ever since we got ahold of some.
- 5:10>> Dave: Oranges, you'll be surprised at how much more they
- 5:12smile. They don't have gingivitis.
- 5:15>> Skylar: Yes, that's true. All right,
- 5:18awesome. Jumping over to Connor.
- 5:20>> Cameron: Yes, I am playing Brock Lee.
- 5:23the earthbender?
- 5:24>> Skylar: Indeed.
- 5:25>> Cameron: his, fun fact is that he secretly
- 5:28knows Ash's actual last name.
- 5:31He just pretends he doesn't know.
- 5:33>> Skylar: Oh, okay. So he's known for a while.
- 5:35>> Cameron: Yeah, he's known. He talks in his sleep.
- 5:37>> Skylar: So let me ask you this.
- 5:39Oh, that's fair. Did Brock know who
- 5:42Jasper Burtney was then, or the Burtney family
- 5:46name?
- 5:46>> Cameron: Sure.
- 5:51He, like. He monologues in his sleep.
- 5:53>> Skylar: My father, is.
- 5:54>> Cameron: Wait, hold on. Okay, okay. This is kind of my
- 5:57father. This is kind of important, because I said Bill
- 6:00doesn't dream. He has
- 6:02nightmares. The same reoccurring
- 6:05nightmare. Yeah, that has
- 6:07nothing to do with his dad or anything.
- 6:10>> Cameron: Oh, no, you see, you're having a nightmare over here, but you're
- 6:13monologuing over here, okay? You talk in your sleep.
- 6:15>> Cameron: I've never monologued my nightmare.
- 6:17>> Cameron: No, no. My father's
- 6:20name was Jasper. My first name
- 6:23is Ash.
- 6:24>> Skylar: My last name is Burton.
- 6:26>> Cameron: Here's my Social Security number.
- 6:30>> Cameron: It sounds like Brock's doing a lot of backpedaling here. Yeah,
- 6:33I always knew my best friend's name. You might.
- 6:38>> Cameron: Get it. It's like when you're not always new, right?
- 6:40>> Cameron: Right. Bill? A wink sent me.
- 6:44Yeah, you would have told me, right.
- 6:46>> Cameron: Bill, aka Ash, the name of
- 6:49with which I already knew you went by.
- 6:52>> Skylar: Nope.
- 6:52>> Cameron: Wink.
- 6:53>> Cameron: Whose father's name is Jasper.
- 6:57>> Skylar: I wonder if he knows what your mother's name is.
- 6:59>> Cameron: Yeah, I wonder that too.
- 7:01>> Cameron: Of course, I can't speak it
- 7:04here.
- 7:05>> Skylar: She who shall not be named. Jessica,
- 7:07obviously. Awesome. Well, that'll
- 7:10be interesting.
- 7:11>> Cameron: He secretly knows this is gonna be.
- 7:13>> Cameron: An interesting cart ride.
- 7:14>> Cameron: Like no one knows he knows I knew
- 7:17Bill.
- 7:18>> Mikayla: Brock barely knows he knows.
- 7:20>> Skylar: During the cart ride, Brock just leans over to everybody else. He's like,
- 7:23yeah, I actually already knew about it.
- 7:25>> Cameron: Yeah, he talks in his sleep.
- 7:27>> Mikayla: Don't ask me why.
- 7:29>> Cameron: Don't ask me why I'm around Bill while he's asleep.
- 7:32Don't ask that. But, you know, he just talks to his.
- 7:35>> Cameron: I just realized our fun facts could just be lies, so
- 7:38that's cool.
- 7:40>> Cameron: Straight up lies. Rewriting the
- 7:44entire story.
- 7:44>> Skylar: Well, with that being said, michaela, who are you playing? And what's
- 7:47a non lie? Interesting lie?
- 7:50>> Mikayla: Why don't I get a lie?
- 7:52>> Skylar: No.
- 7:52>> Mikayla: yeah, I'm Mikayla, and I play Micah. she's definitely
- 7:55the most loved in the group.
- 7:57>> Skylar: Ooh, got it.
- 7:57>> Cameron: Oh, that's a lie.
- 7:59>> Cameron: Okay, so there's the lie.
- 8:00>> Skylar: Out of the way. Let's go to the fun fact,
- 8:03to be fair.
- 8:05>> Mikayla: Fine. She's definitely the least liked in the group.
- 8:08Mika's fun fact is her
- 8:11favorite sound,
- 8:13you know, just gets her really peaceful recenters.
- 8:16Her asmr. Absolutely
- 8:19not that exists. What?
- 8:22>> Cameron: Sure.
- 8:22>> Skylar: Anybody that can, you know,
- 8:25there's microphones or you can just, you can. No, no.
- 8:28Somebody just comes over to your house.
- 8:29>> Cameron: Yeah, just let me just like a hypnotist.
- 8:32>> Skylar: Yeah. There are no ways.
- 8:34>> Mikayla: No. is just a
- 8:37soft, slow
- 8:40flowing stream.
- 8:41>> Skylar: Oh, okay. All right. Very nice. That, you
- 8:44know, in a way that could kind of be
- 8:47asMr.
- 8:49>> Cameron: M sounds to put, you know.
- 8:51>> Mikayla: Sure. Skylar.
- 8:53>> Skylar: Fantastic.
- 8:53>> Mikayla: Moving on to the guy.
- 8:55>> Skylar: Last but not least, Dave. Dave, who you
- 8:58playing was an interesting character. Fact.
- 9:00>> Dave: Playing, well, the earth bender. And
- 9:03his interesting fact is that he's a,
- 9:06he's a big fan of daily
- 9:08comics in the local
- 9:11newspaper.
- 9:14he particularly likes one about
- 9:16what's called Bon Bon, about this,
- 9:19this, toad dog named Bon Bon, who's a
- 9:22little sarcastic.
- 9:26He's kind of a jerk to his owner.
- 9:29>> Skylar: This is just Garfield hate horse
- 9:32days.
- 9:36that's great. I like that. I like that. I mean, you think about it
- 9:39like, in Legend of Korra, which was like the
- 9:42generation after Aang. I mean, they had,
- 9:45like, m movies. They were making movies. So, I
- 9:48mean, it makes sense that during Aang's era, they could
- 9:50absolutely have comics, books
- 9:53with pictures.
- 9:55>> Dave: Yeah.
- 9:56>> Skylar: I mean, that's.
- 9:59>> Dave: Like 120 years later
- 10:02or. No, it's more than that, probably.
- 10:04>> Cameron: Well, Qatar is still alive.
- 10:05>> Skylar: That's true. I'd say, like,
- 10:08ish. Maybe 70.
- 10:10>> Mikayla: Ish.
- 10:11>> Cameron: 80, 90.
- 10:11>> Skylar: Yeah, 80, 90.
- 10:13>> Cameron: I'd say it's that big stretch.
- 10:15>> Skylar: Yeah, I don't think so.
- 10:16>> Dave: No, I'm.
- 10:17>> Cameron: Yeah, definitely could be fictionalized
- 10:20universe. Boom. Comics created, done.
- 10:21>> Skylar: Yes.
- 10:23>> Cameron: You did it.
- 10:24>> Skylar: You realistic within the universe. It makes sense. I don't see
- 10:27why not.
- 10:27>> Cameron: What was secret?
- 10:27>> Skylar: Like a millionaire from his
- 10:29combined
- 10:32kid that eats foods and he's funny.
- 10:35I kind of like that idea.
- 10:38There's got to be a little bit more to it, but I feel like they could, they could figure it
- 10:41out. They could.
- 10:42>> Cameron: Fun with whoa.
- 10:42>> Skylar: Fun with whoa.
- 10:43>> Cameron: Yeah.
- 10:46>> Skylar: Oh, yeah. Hey, when's, when's woe
- 10:48gonna start writing to the paper? His
- 10:51reviews?
- 10:52>> Dave: I don't know. I mean, right now, he just keeps him in his
- 10:55journal. Maybe just needs to build up a little more
- 10:57confidence.
- 11:02>> Cameron: I'm the confidence guy's barack.
- 11:05He's losing with confidence, but his,
- 11:07his.
- 11:08>> Skylar: Confidence just makes him get stuff
- 11:11done and such. Like, he's, he's not focused on,
- 11:14I think, sharing.
- 11:15>> Cameron: I think Brock would be the best mom motivational speaker in our
- 11:18group.
- 11:18>> Skylar: He would be. He fits the type of motivational speakers
- 11:21I feel like I've ever really seen, which are like, overhyped
- 11:24big guys that are like, I used to play football,
- 11:27and I'm like, ugh, another one. I used to play football.
- 11:30>> Cameron: Then my mom died.
- 11:31>> Cameron: Mom died.
- 11:32>> Skylar: I don't play football anymore, but I do these things.
- 11:35They always call them these things, these things. I'm
- 11:38scared.
- 11:38>> Cameron: One, get out of bed. Two, eat
- 11:41something.
- 11:42>> Cameron: Three, do things.
- 11:45>> Cameron: Do things. Now, that's the
- 11:48three steps to success.
- 11:50>> Skylar: It's pretty straightforward.
- 11:52>> Cameron: I mean, every motivational speaker.
- 11:53>> Cameron: No, like, every, like, instagram, like
- 11:56fitness.
- 11:57>> Cameron: I wake up at 04:00 a.m. and then I listen to a book on double
- 12:00speed.
- 12:02Then my wife and I, we have our mushroom
- 12:05coffee as we
- 12:08do sunrise yoga.
- 12:10>> Cameron: And then, I go stand in the shower for 2 hours straight, and.
- 12:12>> Cameron: Then I take a nap.
- 12:13>> Cameron: Because.
- 12:14>> Cameron: Because who in their right mind wakes up at 04:00 a.m. yeah, they.
- 12:17>> Cameron: Take a lot of.
- 12:17>> Skylar: And you're like, you're like, you're like, wait, wait, wait. But
- 12:20how am I supposed to replicate this lifestyle? I have a job.
- 12:23And then he's like, you guys don't.
- 12:25>> Skylar: Own your own companies.
- 12:26>> Skylar: Well, what the heck are you doing?
- 12:28>> Cameron: Your dad didn't die when you were 18 and gave
- 12:31you millions of dollars to live off of.
- 12:35>> Skylar: I don't understand.
- 12:37>> Dave: It's called drop shipping. Look it up.
- 12:41>> Skylar: You guys have heard of nfts?
- 12:42>> Cameron: You want to buy my book?
- 12:45>> Cameron: That's a real kicker.
- 12:47>> Skylar: At the end of the day, my name is Skylar. I'm the game master.
- 12:50I've been to probably half a dozen of these, inspirational
- 12:52speakers. And, yeah, it is pretty much the same concept just about
- 12:55every single time. They just want you to buy their book. So, do
- 12:58or do not buy their book as you so please.
- 13:01But what we will do is, and it won't cost
- 13:04you a penny, is we will allow you to join
- 13:07us for episode seven of season three.
- 13:14awesome. All right, welcome back to episode seven of
- 13:17season three. okay, so you guys all hopped
- 13:20into the cart, and you guys are riding off
- 13:23in the direction of, the
- 13:25end. The end.
- 13:27>> Cameron: What? Whoa. How did we get here?
- 13:29>> Cameron: Cliffhanger.
- 13:30>> Skylar: You guys are just standing there. There's a blank expanse in
- 13:33front of you, and you guys are, like, looking over the edge of it, thinking,
- 13:35we did it. Found the end. But why?
- 13:38Why are we here? Why would we want to
- 13:41be here. We still
- 13:43have, what, five more episodes before
- 13:46the end? How did we get here so fast? No, no,
- 13:49you guys aren't at the end. You guys are on your way
- 13:52to the town of,
- 13:55Zygon. I think it's Zygon.
- 13:57Zygon. Zigen what sounds right.
- 14:00>> Cameron: Zionist.
- 14:01>> Skylar: No, I think it's Zygote.
- 14:04>> Cameron: Zygon.
- 14:05>> Skylar: I g a n. You're the one who spelled it.
- 14:08Yeah, but I didn't make it up. These are, like, actual I guns.
- 14:12Probably. Zygom, zag, Zygon. I
- 14:15like that.
- 14:16>> Dave: That was. That's what Cameron was.
- 14:25>> Skylar: You guys are all piled into the cart. And the
- 14:28hot leaf juice employee who told you last time that his name
- 14:31is PI. P a I, is taking you
- 14:34to the outskirts of the town of Zygon.
- 14:37The town of Zygon has a sort of
- 14:39industrial district. So it has a number of
- 14:42different facilities and factories that are kind of
- 14:44scattered around the outskirts of this. This small
- 14:47town. It's small town, but, like, the outskirts, where
- 14:50the factories and stuff are, is pretty booming. You
- 14:53guys, arrive at kind of like the top of a hill
- 14:56overlooking a lot of this industrial district.
- 14:59I would say that the factories and so on and so forth are all kind of
- 15:02separated pretty nicely from each other so
- 15:05that, you know, there's a pretty decent amount of distance
- 15:08between one fence line and
- 15:11another one's wall line. but
- 15:14he, At the top of this hill, you guys look down
- 15:17and you see one specific
- 15:19factory that stands out among the rest. It's
- 15:22very possibly one of the largest factories
- 15:25located in this industrial district.
- 15:28And he points at it, and he.
- 15:29>> Bill: Says, that right there, that's
- 15:32the hot leaf juice factory. That's where
- 15:35I came from. Not originally. I
- 15:38was brought there as an orphan with
- 15:41a lot of other orphans, and
- 15:45she made us dig holes
- 15:48all day in the hot. No, she made us. She made
- 15:50us make dried tea,
- 15:53which she then sends out to all the
- 15:56other hot leaf juices that are out there.
- 15:59Okay, what do you. This is as far as I go. What do you guys want to
- 16:02know?
- 16:03>> Mikayla: Who's the most susceptible to a clipboard?
- 16:06>> Bill: Hold on. There's a lot of, questions going on at the same time. I can
- 16:09only answer so much at a time. One at a time.
- 16:12>> Mikayla: Obviously not broccoli.
- 16:14>> Dave: What kind of food do they serve in the
- 16:16break room?
- 16:17>> Bill: Oh, it's not great. It's the stuff
- 16:20called. They call it hardtack.
- 16:24It's basically old dried bread. That's
- 16:26really tough.
- 16:27>> Cameron: Yeah, you leave a pebble review for
- 16:30it.
- 16:30>> Bill: They give you like, this real, just tough,
- 16:33stringy meat. Just a little bit
- 16:36of it that you can kind of try to put
- 16:39in your tard tack to make like, little sandwiches.
- 16:41>> Dave: Ouch. Okay. From the jabs into my ribs.
- 16:44I think, someone else had a question.
- 16:48>> Bill: Okay, where can we get in?
- 16:51Where can you get in? Oh, yeah, no, that's a,
- 16:54that's actually a pretty good question. Okay, so.
- 16:57>> Skylar: And you guys look, so let me, let me kind of describe factor. So the
- 17:00factory itself sits in the midst of this big, like,
- 17:03walled in space, right.
- 17:05on the kind of northern side
- 17:08of this facility. There's a bunch of smaller sort of
- 17:11warehouse buildings. And those, you
- 17:14can see people in like, little carts that are like, going into the
- 17:17factory and then coming out with like some boxes on their little
- 17:20carts, taking them into these warehouses. And then
- 17:23they must be probably storing things there, right.
- 17:26over on the sort of western side of this
- 17:28proverbial campus, you see, a lot of
- 17:31small trees. And you see people that are out there
- 17:34harvesting either fruits or the leaves of these
- 17:37trees. Whatever the case is kind of the harvesting
- 17:39farming area for the tea production. Then you
- 17:42have the factory itself, which is kind of on the eastern side
- 17:45of this campus.
- 17:48you ask how you get inside.
- 17:50>> Bill: he says, well, over at the front of
- 17:53the whole facility, you can see there's the front
- 17:56entrance.
- 17:56>> Skylar: And you look down there and you see kind of a pathway leading from
- 17:59town to this facility. And you see there's a nice
- 18:02line of carts and what seems to be like maybe
- 18:05farmers or just a variety of different people that
- 18:08are all in this big line. They all have like,
- 18:11goods of different kinds, probably their harvest
- 18:14that they're bringing to hot leaf juice to sell.
- 18:16Right? And then he points to the back
- 18:19end of the campus, and he says.
- 18:21>> Bill: Over there, that's where all the farmers and
- 18:24so on and so forth leave when they're done, when they
- 18:27drop off their stuff, they go there. They get paid by the gate
- 18:30guy, and then they leave. Well, that's, that's
- 18:33where they, the farmers and everybody all, they leave through there. So
- 18:35you kind of like bring your goods in through the front.
- 18:38You go around to where the warehouse is. You drop off
- 18:42the stuff. They. Then you go to the exit, they
- 18:44pay you, and then you leave.
- 18:46>> Bill: let's see, what else? Oh, over on the
- 18:49harvesting side, I do remember that there was a chunk of
- 18:52the, the wood fence, because you.
- 18:54>> Skylar: Guys see that there's like, there's walls on the side
- 18:56where the factory is, but over on the side where the harvesting is,
- 18:59it's more of, like, a wood fence. And, of course, you do see
- 19:02that there are several watchtowers. Like, one watchtower in each
- 19:05corner, where there's a hotleaf juice elite
- 19:08employee that kind of overlooks their
- 19:10watchtower. Whatever the case, you guys do
- 19:13notice, kind of over to the back corner
- 19:16of the harvesting area, there is a chunk of fence that looks like
- 19:19maybe it kind of collapsed a little bit. so there's that
- 19:22as an option as well. Also, just want to establish really
- 19:25quick, it was a bit of a ride in the cart, and
- 19:28I would say that you guys had some time to rest, so you guys got kind of
- 19:31like the lowest tier of rest, which is just like, clearing one.
- 19:34Fatigue. And I think one condition as well.
- 19:36>> Mikayla: Real good. I'm not angry.
- 19:37>> Cameron: No more insecure about my voice
- 19:40crack.
- 19:41>> Skylar: You've had time to, get over it. All
- 19:44right. What other questions do you have for little pie?
- 19:47>> Mikayla: Where's Madame Yang's office?
- 19:49>> Skylar: Oh, that's a great question. right there. Any points you
- 19:52can actually see coming out of sort of like the center
- 19:55of the factory itself, the actual factory building.
- 19:58There's sort of like these. This glass office that
- 20:01kind of sticks out from the top of it.
- 20:03>> Bill: That right there, that's Madam Yang's office. It's
- 20:06almost completely made of glass because she wants to be able
- 20:09to see out across the campus at what's going
- 20:11on and also see the production floor in the
- 20:14factory below her.
- 20:15>> Cameron: Do they check the carts when, when you
- 20:18go in, or when do they check the contents of carts and
- 20:21farmers and such?
- 20:23>> Bill: Yeah, there's a couple of employees that check the
- 20:26carts, by the gate. I don't. I
- 20:29never got to see how much they check them because those are the elite guys. I was
- 20:32inside the factory for the most part, although I did get to go to
- 20:34the harvesting site once in a while. But they. Yeah, they
- 20:37check the carts. I don't know how much they check them.
- 20:40>> Skylar: Oh.
- 20:40>> Bill: But they do have to swap out for lunch and
- 20:43stuff.
- 20:44>> Cameron: So what I'm thinking is you're
- 20:47doing.
- 20:48>> Mikayla: A, rock hailstorm onto Madame Yang's office.
- 20:50Perfect. I think.
- 20:51>> Cameron: Well, I mean, if you suggest
- 20:54it, I'm down.
- 20:57We could just be, done, with it now. On our way.
- 21:00>> Mikayla: Exactly.
- 21:01>> Dave: I mean, and have every hot leaf
- 21:04juice employee after
- 21:07us. Well, there's thousands in
- 21:10here.
- 21:11>> Cameron: I mean, they don't all have to survive
- 21:14the rocks.
- 21:15>> Cameron: I think sneaking and not
- 21:18making loud noises Brock is our best
- 21:21way.
- 21:22>> Cameron: But, like,
- 21:25speak up, rock.
- 21:26>> Cameron: What?
- 21:27>> Cameron: I'm just, like, kind of with Mika here.
- 21:28>> Skylar: Like, we kind of just end it all, like, right now. End it
- 21:31all. Pretty big
- 21:33facility.
- 21:35>> Cameron: We're just trying to get the will and get out.
- 21:37>> Cameron: Yeah, but that's, like, way more work.
- 21:40>> Cameron: That feels like less work than ended all.
- 21:45>> Skylar: Create a siege on an entire
- 21:47factory facility. Filled with orphans, no
- 21:50less.
- 21:51>> Mikayla: They can't escape.
- 21:52>> Cameron: What are they gonna do, tell their parents?
- 21:55>> Skylar: Oh, just the office.
- 21:57>> Cameron: What are they gonna do? Tell their parents?
- 21:59>> Dave: Oh, gosh.
- 22:01>> Mikayla: Sheesh.
- 22:02>> Skylar: If you're an orphanage pie standing right, I
- 22:05sincerely apologize.
- 22:08>> Cameron: Okay, fine. This will sneak in.
- 22:10>> Skylar: Dude.
- 22:11>> Cameron: Stupid plan. Whatever.
- 22:14>> Cameron: We don't have a plan yet. Well, it's just not
- 22:16what you wanted to do.
- 22:18>> Cameron: I mean, I guess we don't have to kill everybody in the
- 22:21facility.
- 22:22>> Mikayla: Well, I wasn't suggesting killing anybody.
- 22:24>> Cameron: Well, you were. do you think that everyone's gonna be
- 22:27unscathed if you rain down?
- 22:29>> Mikayla: It's literally just her office.
- 22:35It wouldn't take much.
- 22:36>> Cameron: I heard lay siege to the entire factory. That's what I heard.
- 22:39>> Mikayla: Well, maybe you need to get your ears clean, Brock. I've been telling
- 22:42him that for a while.
- 22:43>> Skylar: Well, you know, I feel like it has hydration
- 22:46before.
- 22:47>> Mikayla: Your monthly showers are, however, off. Did you take
- 22:49them? Maybe you need to do it more frequently. Just saying.
- 22:52Just saying.
- 22:53>> Cameron: Just pinky in his ear and pulls out, like, an entire ear of
- 22:55corn.
- 22:56>> Skylar: Oh, gosh.
- 22:59>> Dave: What are these people? So
- 23:02we have the elite guards in the guard towers
- 23:04also checking the carts
- 23:07going through. are there any
- 23:10employees going in and out or any
- 23:13other personnel that we see moving
- 23:15around?
- 23:16>> Skylar: So, for the most part, the people that you would see are.
- 23:19There's a handful of just kind of your average employees. Employees
- 23:21that are harvesting over in the harvest kind of area,
- 23:24picking fruit or leaves off of the trees.
- 23:27there's obviously all the farmers that are bringing goods
- 23:29in, things that aren't being grown at the hot leaf
- 23:32juice. factory facility. and then, obviously
- 23:35leaving. there's a handful that are.
- 23:38That all have, like, hand carts, and they're moving
- 23:41finished tea products from the factory
- 23:44into the warehouses for deliveries or whatever
- 23:46else. And then there's a very
- 23:49small group. Well, there's obviously the elites
- 23:52in the watchtowers themselves. And then there's a very small group
- 23:55over at the exit that are basically paying the farmers
- 23:58as they leave. there's, like, a little booth,
- 24:01and there's, like, a dude inside the booth. And then there's
- 24:03the two hot leaf juice
- 24:06elite. Whatever you want to call them.
- 24:09I say elite in the sense that they're wearing, like, a. More, like, full
- 24:12bodied, almost like the people in
- 24:15squid games.
- 24:16>> Dave: No, I think what you were asking Brock about
- 24:19the carts. Maybe we could just hitch a
- 24:22ride in on one of those.
- 24:24>> Mikayla: Yeah, we have our own carts.
- 24:26>> Cameron: We do have our own cart pulled by some ostrich
- 24:29horses.
- 24:30>> Mikayla: Couldn't we just, like, load them up and just be like, hey,
- 24:33what do I get for two
- 24:36cherries I found on this tree?
- 24:38>> Cameron: Or we could, quote
- 24:41unquote commandeer, winking as loudly as I
- 24:43can, someone else's cart,
- 24:46and then just have you guys stow away in there.
- 24:49>> Mikayla: But if they check the carts, I mean, we have plenty of
- 24:52carts. We wouldn't have to
- 24:55hide, and we could
- 24:58all get inside, and we wouldn't have to worry about the
- 25:00carts.
- 25:03>> Dave: Well, why don't we just buy a cart for.
- 25:05>> Mikayla: We have carts.
- 25:07>> Dave: No, but we need a cart full of product.
- 25:11>> Cameron: That's what I'm saying.
- 25:12>> Dave: What if we need to have someplace to
- 25:15hide?
- 25:16>> Cameron: Yeah, we can't just have a cart full of people.
- 25:18>> Dave: Or we just pay them. We just pay them to. I don't know
- 25:21if they'd risk taking us in there.
- 25:24>> Cameron: I don't know.
- 25:25>> Mikayla: We can't just, like, take oak leaves off of a tree,
- 25:28fill up all of our carts, and be like, hey, this is really
- 25:31fine. Hibiscus, tea leaves.
- 25:36>> Cameron: Weirder things have worked.
- 25:38>> Mikayla: Exactly.
- 25:40>> Cameron: Yeah.
- 25:40>> Dave: It's not the worst idea.
- 25:42>> Skylar: I mean, how does this work?
- 25:43>> Cameron: So what I'm thinking is, y'all try that,
- 25:46and then if it doesn't work, I'll be tailing behind you with a
- 25:49clipboard, and I can talk our
- 25:52way in.
- 25:53>> Skylar: This is exactly what I said when you guys were in the trials, and I
- 25:56was like, wow. You guys were like, on number four, and I said, wow, way
- 25:59to use trial number one solution for trial number four. And
- 26:02now I'm like, wow, way to use episode
- 26:05number whatever. Cause it was last
- 26:08season.
- 26:08>> Mikayla: Bring out the whole lotion.
- 26:09>> Cameron: Bring out the whole lotion.
- 26:10>> Skylar: Way to use episode, eight to
- 26:13solve episode number seven,
- 26:15season three, whatever you call it.
- 26:17>> Cameron: Laziness. I call it a callback.
- 26:19>> Skylar: Yeah, that's true. That's true.
- 26:21>> Mikayla: You know, it's worked before. Why
- 26:24can't it work again?
- 26:25>> Cameron: Why fix what ain't broke?
- 26:28>> Mikayla: Okay, let's go fill up our carts with leaves, and let's get
- 26:30out of here.
- 26:31>> Skylar: You have plenty of trees to choose from.
- 26:33>> Mikayla: Exactly. We all can choose a different one.
- 26:35>> Skylar: All right, so are you guys going with
- 26:38that? Okay. All right, sounds good. so you guys
- 26:41start, you know, through a variety of methods. I'm sure, you
- 26:43know, Brock and glow probably use some earth bending. And
- 26:46Mika, maybe you're just shaking leaves. All right,
- 26:49sounds good. Whatever works. Hey, but whatever the case. Yeah, you
- 26:52get a bunch of leaves together and you start filling up
- 26:55your cart that you brought along with you. And
- 26:58yeah, you get a pretty decent amount of fill on
- 27:01this cart, I'd say. Yeah. Right after about like an
- 27:04hour.
- 27:04>> Mikayla: Let's go get in line. Yeah, I guess.
- 27:06>> Skylar: All right, sounds good. You guys get in line.
- 27:08>> Cameron: Before that happens,
- 27:11I'm going to. While we're filling up the
- 27:13cart, I'm going to
- 27:17take pie.
- 27:18>> Skylar: Okay.
- 27:19>> Cameron: I'm gonna lead them off to the side and be
- 27:22like, hey, yeah, I think we're just done
- 27:25with you. I think you can just take off now.
- 27:27>> Mikayla: Oh, okay.
- 27:28>> Cameron: So.
- 27:29>> Mikayla: Done with you.
- 27:31>> Skylar: You made that sound dark. Yeah, no, like you.
- 27:34>> Cameron: Thank you for helping us.
- 27:35>> Bill: I'm glad I could help. if I could ask
- 27:38if you get the opportunity. I mean, those
- 27:41guys. I know I'm not the only one that wanted to get out of there.
- 27:44>> Cameron: Oh, yeah, no, if we get a chance, like, to free them. Yeah,
- 27:47I definitely want to do that. Don't worry about that.
- 27:50>> Bill: Hey, can I ask you a favor?
- 27:52>> Cameron: Yeah.
- 27:52>> Bill: Before I go.
- 27:53>> Cameron: Yeah.
- 27:53>> Bill: Can I borrow five yuan?
- 27:55>> Cameron: See, the funny thing was, I was just about to give you yuan.
- 27:58>> Bill: Oh, really?
- 27:59>> Cameron: Yeah. I've, got ten yuan with your name on
- 28:01it.
- 28:02>> Skylar: Ah.
- 28:02>> Cameron: With one condition.
- 28:03>> Bill: Yeah.
- 28:04>> Cameron: And I pull out ten yuan out of my pouch I have.
- 28:07And I hand it to him. I said, on one condition. When you go to the
- 28:10fire nation, you never saw
- 28:12me.
- 28:14>> Bill: Okay.
- 28:15>> Cameron: That's it?
- 28:17>> Bill: You don't want me to, like, say.
- 28:19>> Cameron: Hey to your family or I'm as good
- 28:22as dead.
- 28:23>> Skylar: Whoa.
- 28:24>> Cameron: So just don't even mention you meant.
- 28:26>> Bill: Man, I know what that's like.
- 28:27>> Cameron: I guess. I guess you would, wouldn't you?
- 28:30>> Bill: All right, well, I. Yeah, okay. I won't say anything
- 28:32anyway. I'll just. But is it all right that
- 28:35I. I tell him what's going on here? Like, what
- 28:38she's doing?
- 28:39>> Cameron: Oh, yeah, no, I don't care about that.
- 28:41>> Bill: Oh, okay.
- 28:41>> Skylar: Just.
- 28:42>> Bill: I'll leave your name.
- 28:43>> Cameron: If you could get people to come help stop this. Go for it. Yeah,
- 28:46it's just I had nothing to do it. I was never here.
- 28:49>> Bill: Okay. I can. I can.
- 28:51>> Skylar: Yeah.
- 28:51>> Cameron: Okay, cool. And I reach my hand out to give him a
- 28:54handshake.
- 28:54>> Skylar: Oh, yeah, he's. He's eagerly. He, like, takes your hand in both hands.
- 28:57>> Bill: He's like, thank you so much, mister. I really appreciate it.
- 29:00I'm.
- 29:00>> Skylar: I'm cheap. Arachel.
- 29:03>> Cameron: He just changed his voice and his
- 29:05name.
- 29:06>> Skylar: I really like dragons.
- 29:09No, no. Anyway, yeah, okay, so you. Yeah, he
- 29:12shakes your hand, and he's got a little bit of a tear coming down his eye,
- 29:15and. And then he, he waves goodbye and he heads off
- 29:18into town, kind of like really
- 29:21walking the opposite direction of the, hot
- 29:24lead leaf juice factory.
- 29:27>> Cameron: Okay. And so after he's leaving, I'm gonna just grab
- 29:30leaves off a nearby tree, and then come walking back to the
- 29:33cart and toss that.
- 29:34>> Skylar: Toss a small. Everybody else has been beating the heck
- 29:37out of trees and filling it up, and you toss, like, a handful, and.
- 29:39>> Cameron: You'Re like, let's go and hop in line with them.
- 29:42Yeah.
- 29:43>> Skylar: All right, sounds good.

- 30:36All right, so you guys get in line behind the farmers. You hear,
- 30:39you know, some talk and stuff like that. Some of the farmers are complaining.
- 30:42They're like, well, they keep telling us.
- 30:44>> Skylar: The prices are going down, but thing
- 30:47is, I already got a whole field
- 30:50full of tea stuff. Who else am
- 30:53I supposed to take it to?
- 30:54>> Skylar: You know what I'm saying? They're like, yeah, yeah, I
- 30:57know what you're saying. You know, and they're just kind of talking back and forth, stuff like
- 30:59that. Finally gets your turn to get
- 31:02into hot leaf juice, and one of the
- 31:05employees steps forward, and he starts kind of looking in
- 31:07your, your cart, and he says, what are you.
- 31:11What are you guys bringing in today?
- 31:14>> Cameron: Only the finest tea leaves
- 31:17on are from our side of the earth kingdom, sir.
- 31:20>> Skylar: Okay, what kind of tea leaves.
- 31:24>> Cameron: Don'T,
- 31:25>> Mikayla: Hibiscus tea leaves.
- 31:26>> Skylar: Hibiscus tea leaves. Hibiscus. all right,
- 31:29some peppermint he kind of, like. He,
- 31:32like, peeks inside. He's like, is it just mixed in
- 31:35there?
- 31:36>> Mikayla: I thought, we had different carts.
- 31:37>> Cameron: It's a patented blend.
- 31:38>> Skylar: You only have one cart.
- 31:39>> Cameron: It's a patented blend.
- 31:41>> Skylar: Oh, okay. Okay. It's a patented blend of hibiscus. Hibiscus and
- 31:43mint.
- 31:44>> Cameron: Yes.
- 31:44>> Cameron: Yes.
- 31:47>> Skylar: I don't know. Hey, you guys, do you, He goes, all
- 31:50right, sounds good. you guys been here before?
- 31:52>> Cameron: no, sir. First time.
- 31:54>> Skylar: All right, so what you're gonna want to do is follow the path here. You're
- 31:57gonna go around the factory, okay? And then, in
- 32:00the back, over by the warehouse, there's gonna be a guy that's over there,
- 32:02and he's gonna look over the stuff. He's just gonna double
- 32:05check, you know, quality control and all that. they'll
- 32:08load it in for you, and then once your cart's empty, you
- 32:11can just take it around on the exit, and they'll give, you your pay.
- 32:14All right?
- 32:16>> Cameron: Okay.
- 32:17>> Mikayla: I am cappy. Sean.
- 32:19>> Cameron: Thank you, sir. Have a great day.
- 32:21>> Cameron: Yes.
- 32:21>> Skylar: You as well. Next. Then you
- 32:23guys go inside. You
- 32:26are inside the campus. you walk
- 32:29through the front entryway with the,
- 32:32watchtowers kind of high overhead
- 32:35of you, as the employees in them kind of look
- 32:38down at the people coming into their facility and kind of watch
- 32:40as they start making their way around to the
- 32:43warehouses before kind of turning their attention back to
- 32:46the front to see who's coming in next.
- 32:49>> Cameron: I just realized we still have that gem.
- 32:53What happened to that gem?
- 32:54>> Skylar: I have not said a single dang
- 32:57thing about that gem because I was curious
- 33:00when you'd remember that you had it. And I also was like, I
- 33:03wonder when he'll use it. I'm not saying that this is the time.
- 33:05I'm not necessarily making that claim.
- 33:08>> Skylar: I'm just.
- 33:08>> Skylar: I'm excited for when the opportunity arrives.
- 33:11>> Dave: I was hoping when we were in that cave with
- 33:14the lake that we would have accidentally
- 33:17awakened the spirit, and then the spirits would have to battle
- 33:20each other.
- 33:21>> Cameron: That would've been such a kaiju battle.
- 33:23>> Skylar: Yeah, that would've been pretty cool.
- 33:25>> Cameron: We don't know what this. Totally off
- 33:28topic. We don't know what the gem does.
- 33:31>> Skylar: You.
- 33:31>> Cameron: We just know that it was the life source of a rock mob.
- 33:34>> Skylar: It was the heart of a mountain. The heart of a mountain
- 33:37or a mountain spirit?
- 33:38>> Cameron: That is so vague.
- 33:40>> Skylar: It is very vague.
- 33:42>> Cameron: Mount times.
- 33:44>> Cameron: Well, it's unleashed a mountain
- 33:47monster.
- 33:48>> Mikayla: What? Absolutely not, bro.
- 33:49>> Skylar: Why?
- 33:50>> Cameron: Is this what you're saying? As we're pushing the cart through?
- 33:52>> Cameron: Yeah, I was talking to the disembodied narrator voice. Didn't you hear him?
- 33:55>> Mikayla: No. You can't just.
- 33:57>> Skylar: No, bruh. You can't unleash a
- 33:59monster on, this facility.
- 34:02>> Mikayla: Why would you do that? You're literally. We literally just said we weren't
- 34:05gonna kill everybody.
- 34:06>> Cameron: I mean, you said that.
- 34:07>> Skylar: Ah, classic brat.
- 34:10>> Dave: Come on, bro. Give a care.
- 34:12>> Cameron: Fine. Whatever.
- 34:14>> Skylar: Rule for care. Where's Yang's office? Let's
- 34:17just.
- 34:18>> Mikayla: That big glass thing in the sky.
- 34:21>> Cameron: Hey, look at that. Okay, so now we just go there.
- 34:23>> Cameron: You know what could really do some damage up there?
- 34:27>> Cameron: Yeah, you're just gonna throw a gem up there, aren't you? I don't know what it
- 34:29does.
- 34:30>> Mikayla: Absolutely not.
- 34:31>> Cameron: It'd be funny.
- 34:31>> Dave: All right, so we're definitely.
- 34:33>> Mikayla: It's a heart of a monster. Mountain monster.
- 34:35>> Cameron: It could be a good distraction. Yeah,
- 34:39see, there's a monster just terrorizing
- 34:42the fact.
- 34:42>> Mikayla: That seems like it'd be pretty important. We don't
- 34:45want Madame Yang to get her hands on that. Okay?
- 34:48>> Dave: Ooh. All right, so we don't.
- 34:51>> Mikayla: She won't let her go once. We don't need to give
- 34:53her something else.
- 34:56>> Cameron: I mean, that's fair.
- 34:58>> Mikayla: Exactly. Okay. Yeah.
- 35:00but we can't just, like, leave the line because people
- 35:03are already inside the
- 35:05office.
- 35:07>> Cameron: What line? For the office.
- 35:09>> Cameron: We got held back, bro.
- 35:10>> Skylar: No, no, no.
- 35:11>> Mikayla: You guys are in line with the.
- 35:13>> Skylar: With our car
- 35:15section.
- 35:16>> Cameron: I know a shortcut.
- 35:18>> Skylar: You know a short?
- 35:19>> Cameron: Yes, directly towards.
- 35:21>> Mikayla: If we leave the line. Yeah, they're gonna
- 35:24come after us.
- 35:25>> Cameron: Okay, how about just one of us leave the line?
- 35:27>> Mikayla: Okay, go ahead.
- 35:29>> Cameron: Me. Bill, you needn't want me to
- 35:32go. Leave the line.
- 35:33>> Cameron: I'll go with you.
- 35:34>> Mikayla: It was your idea.
- 35:35>> Dave: Let's go take out that. The guard in the
- 35:38watchtower, and then we can go straight to the.
- 35:40>> Cameron: Oh, I can do that.
- 35:42>> Skylar: Okay, go do it.
- 35:42>> Cameron: Is there a ladder or something?
- 35:44>> Mikayla: There's multiple in the watchtower.
- 35:45>> Dave: Sneak up there.
- 35:46>> Cameron: Yeah, let's sneak up there.
- 35:48>> Mikayla: How many watchtowers are they? And how close are they?
- 35:51>> Skylar: so there'd be, like, four watchtowers. They're pretty distanced from each
- 35:53other.
- 35:54>> Cameron: Oh, sick. Oh, yeah. Climbing up one.
- 35:56>> Skylar: Which. Which one in particular? So there's one in, like, each corner of the
- 35:58king closest to it.
- 36:00>> Dave: Did you say the fields that their
- 36:03harvesters are working in, are those outside?
- 36:05>> Skylar: Yes.
- 36:06>> Dave: Compound.
- 36:07>> Skylar: Yes. Well, they. There's no
- 36:09fence or wall or anything that separates it from the compound.
- 36:12There's a wooden fence instead of a wall
- 36:15that goes around the outskirts of that
- 36:18section. Oh, yeah. All right, so you are, bill,
- 36:21you are climbing the watchtower. Nearest to you, I
- 36:24would say, is probably there's either the one
- 36:26closer to the exit on the factory
- 36:29side or the closer to the entry on the factory
- 36:32side. Cause you guys are kind of closer to the factory side right now.
- 36:35>> Cameron: Yes.
- 36:35>> Skylar: Okay, so which of those two.
- 36:37>> Cameron: Well, I assume we're near the entrance still.
- 36:39>> Skylar: Yeah, yeah, yeah. So the problem. Okay, that makes sense. Okay, so you sneak
- 36:42over towards that direction and you start to
- 36:45climb up the ladder to
- 36:48this watchtower. You, are going to, I'm
- 36:51gonna say, push your luck.
- 36:52>> Cameron: Oh, boy.
- 36:53>> Skylar: Okay, this is a risky situation, and you're
- 36:56attempting to get up there without the guard noticing you and
- 36:59basically knock him out.
- 37:01>> Cameron: Five. Five.
- 37:02>> Skylar: All right, so you start to make your way up the ladder, and
- 37:05as you come to the top, you hear somebody on top say, oh,
- 37:08is it.
- 37:08>> Bill: Time for shift change?
- 37:09>> Skylar: Hey, who are you? You're not supposed to be up
- 37:12here.
- 37:14>> Cameron: What? Oh, I got lost on the
- 37:17tour.
- 37:17>> Bill: You got lost on the tour and you climbed a ladder?
- 37:19>> Cameron: Yeah, so I could get a better view of where my tour mates
- 37:22are.
- 37:23>> Skylar: Oh, that's pretty good. Roll a trick. Roll a trick.
- 37:26>> Cameron: What is this? Passion?
- 37:27>> Skylar: Oh, no. Creativity. Creativity.
- 37:29>> Dave: Sorry.
- 37:29>> Cameron: Frick. Hey.
- 37:33>> Skylar: You still get to pick one. I feel like that's the one that gets picked. Like,
- 37:36Nate, I'm not, I'm not disagreeing by any means,
- 37:39but it does just. Yeah, yeah.
- 37:41>> Cameron: They over commit. They're deceived for some time. I feel like that
- 37:44works with what I said.
- 37:45>> Skylar: He says, oh, okay. who's your group? You're
- 37:48one of the. You must be from, one of the farmer groups or something. Yeah.
- 37:51Okay, who's your. Who's your group?
- 37:53>> Cameron: I climbed up to join them.
- 37:54>> Skylar: Yeah, yeah.
- 37:54>> Cameron: Okay. Yeah. I think.
- 37:56>> Skylar: Is it that one?
- 37:57>> Cameron: I think it's that one.
- 37:58>> Skylar: Is it that one?
- 37:59>> Cameron: No, I think they're over there.
- 38:01>> Skylar: Is it that one?
- 38:02>> Cameron: And I'm kind of like, like trying to go around the
- 38:05back of him to look at a different.
- 38:06>> Skylar: Well, why would they be over there?
- 38:08>> Cameron: I think they're over there. I don't.
- 38:10>> Skylar: Ugh.
- 38:10>> Cameron: look for purple. We were all wearing purple except
- 38:13for me.
- 38:17>> Skylar: Yeah. Why didn't you show up in uniform today? I didn't get
- 38:19looking out.
- 38:21>> Cameron: I didn't get the memo. As I step behind him and take off
- 38:24my bo step and I just whack him on the top of the
- 38:26head as I back up.
- 38:28>> Skylar: All right, all right. I'm gonna have you do, one more
- 38:31push your luck.
- 38:32>> Cameron: It's not push your luck. It's not even, like, an attack roll.
- 38:34>> Skylar: Well, that's not really. I mean, you could do
- 38:37strike, but do you really want him to, like, have full fatigue
- 38:40and conditions?
- 38:41>> Cameron: I just wanna knock him out.
- 38:43>> Skylar: Yeah.
- 38:44>> Cameron: Snooze button to the.
- 38:45>> Skylar: You can do push your luck. And I'll give you a plus one on this one
- 38:48because you tricked him and he's over
- 38:51committing.
- 38:51>> Cameron: 1010.
- 38:52>> Skylar: Okay, perfect. Okay, so you succeed. Okay. So it's just full
- 38:55success. you, him on the head,
- 38:58your classic bill's, bo staff
- 39:00donk. And, he kind of just crumples to the
- 39:03ground. He's unconscious.
- 39:05>> Cameron: Okay, now stage phase
- 39:08two of the ultimate phase two. I
- 39:11see if he's got any keys.
- 39:13>> Skylar: No, he does not have any keys.
- 39:15>> Cameron: What does he have?
- 39:17>> Skylar: His uniform and a bow
- 39:20and quiver of arrows.
- 39:22>> Cameron: Oh, okay. Okay. well, and I
- 39:25am going to take off his
- 39:27uniform.
- 39:28>> Skylar: Okay.
- 39:29>> Cameron: And I'm gonna put it.
- 39:32>> Skylar: I'll just play the jazz music that we used for meeting.
- 39:35>> Cameron: I would put on his uniform.
- 39:37>> Skylar: Okay.
- 39:37>> Cameron: And I'm gonna take. Take his bow and arrows, and I'm
- 39:40just gonna slide it over my shoulder.
- 39:43yeah, I've got it.
- 39:45>> Skylar: It does come with a mask, too.
- 39:46>> Cameron: Cause these are sick.
- 39:47>> Skylar: I was gonna say these are the elite guards. These are the same type
- 39:50of hot leaf juice employees that you guys, like,
- 39:52fought that Madame Yang usually keeps close by her whenever
- 39:55she's in need of.
- 39:57>> Cameron: Doing this kind of stuff. Does it happen to have anything up in this tower with them?
- 40:00>> Skylar: there's not really much. I mean, it's really just a watchtower to keep an
- 40:03eye on employees. There might be, like, a notepad or something that they can
- 40:06take notes on.
- 40:07>> Cameron: Rope.
- 40:08>> Skylar: Sure. There might be, like, some safety rope? Yeah.
- 40:10Oh, 50ft, you know?
- 40:14>> Cameron: Yeah, safety rope.
- 40:16>> Skylar: All right, sounds good.
- 40:17>> Cameron: And then after I do that, I'm gonna climb back down and quickly try
- 40:20to find my group.
- 40:21>> Skylar: Okay. Wearing purple.
- 40:23>> Cameron: Yes, but the ones wearing purple. And as I'm walking, like,
- 40:25towards the line, I'm walking at the line, I'm just like,
- 40:28oh.
- 40:31>> Cameron: As I'm, like, moving up the line.
- 40:33>> Skylar: Yep.
- 40:33>> Cameron: Like, yeah. Okay, stay in line.
- 40:36>> Skylar: Yep.
- 40:36>> Cameron: Hey, keep moving.
- 40:38>> Skylar: All the farmers that are, like, passing by you and
- 40:41stuff, they all kind of, you know, straighten up and everything.
- 40:43>> Cameron: There's a bump there. Watch your step.
- 40:44>> Skylar: Thank you.
- 40:45>> Cameron: How?
- 40:46>> Cameron: Full light. All right, I'm gonna
- 40:49rejoin my group. All right. Stay
- 40:51in line. What's up?
- 40:55It's me. Oh,
- 40:58you like my adult voice? You can tell
- 41:01it's me by my bo staff.
- 41:05>> Dave: Wow.
- 41:05>> Cameron: you guys are real quiet. Anyways, I'm gonna go sneak over to
- 41:08the Madam
- 41:11Yang's office.
- 41:11>> Mikayla: now you only got rid of one
- 41:14watchman?
- 41:15>> Cameron: Oh, now I look like one.
- 41:18>> Mikayla: Okay.
- 41:18>> Cameron: I mean, sure. What are we
- 41:21gonna do when we get to the front with just tree
- 41:24leaves?
- 41:26>> Mikayla: One of us needs to go with him.
- 41:28>> Cameron: You guys could just, like, you could follow me. Oh,
- 41:30good idea. Good idea. Glow. Hey, follow me, you
- 41:34three. This, this special cart needs to go somewhere else. And
- 41:36I'm gonna just, like, start, like, pointing and, like, start
- 41:39leading them a different direction as, like, a guard
- 41:42follow me. And I'm, like, waving him. And then we kind of turn
- 41:45off the path that we're going a different way. And I'm like, I have no
- 41:48idea where I'm taking you guys.
- 41:50>> Skylar: Where are you kind of directing them just from a visual
- 41:53standpoint? Standpoint? Like, what are you seeing that
- 41:56you're, like, kind of aiming towards? So I would
- 41:59imagine you guys are probably coming around the factory
- 42:02over towards the warehouse. So you guys can see at this point
- 42:05where the back door of the factory where
- 42:07employees are bringing completed, you
- 42:10know, tea related products out
- 42:13to the manufacturer, to the warehouses.
- 42:16And then, of course, the farmers kind of go in between. There's,
- 42:19like, a stopping point where the farmers stop and get unloaded,
- 42:22their employees there to unload, and then
- 42:25they push them on through. So you're kind of at, close by, that
- 42:28stopping point, not quite there.
- 42:30>> Cameron: Sure. I'll start leading them towards where Madam
- 42:33Yang's office overlooks stuff.
- 42:36>> Skylar: Cause that's, like, inside the factory.
- 42:37>> Cameron: Yeah, but I'm not going into the factory. I'm, like, leading them, to the
- 42:40side area.
- 42:41>> Skylar: Okay.
- 42:42>> Cameron: And then I'm going to stop. Is there
- 42:45randomly, any boxes just randomly setting
- 42:48out?
- 42:48>> Skylar: Oh, I would say for sure.
- 42:49>> Cameron: Okay, so I'm gonna lead them to an area near a corner,
- 42:52right where there's just boxes that are just sitting out.
- 42:55>> Skylar: Okay.
- 42:55>> Cameron: And I'm gonna, like, walk over and
- 42:58just pry one of the boxes open.
- 43:01>> Skylar: Okay.
- 43:01>> Cameron: And I'm just gonna be like, all right, start unloading.
- 43:04I'm just gonna play one of the boxes.
- 43:07>> Skylar: Okay.
- 43:07>> Cameron: All right.
- 43:08>> Skylar: And you guys got all your leaves, obviously, and so on and so forth.
- 43:11>> Cameron: We got the leaves.
- 43:12>> Cameron: Okay. So as I. As they. I'm
- 43:15gonna just stand there with my.
- 43:17>> Skylar: Yeah, nobody seems to question you.
- 43:19>> Cameron: Most of my bo staff just standing there looking
- 43:21important.
- 43:22>> Skylar: No, most of the people that are passing by that
- 43:25work here are just your average hot leaf juice employees, and they see
- 43:28your outfit, and they're kind of like, oh, yeah, he's.
- 43:31Don't mess with him. He's. He's a big guy.
- 43:33>> Cameron: Okay, and I'm gonna go. Hey, guys, go. Go a little
- 43:36slower so we can. So we can plan while
- 43:39figuring out something.
- 43:42>> Cameron: Okay, so what's. What are we planning,
- 43:45dude?
- 43:45>> Cameron: Well, say,
- 43:48two of you guys stay here, or even, heck, one of you,
- 43:51I don't care. And just slowly unload this stuff
- 43:55while, like, the rest of us go and retrieve the will or
- 43:58whatever.
- 43:59>> Cameron: I can stay here and unload, but.
- 44:00>> Cameron: I mean, or we all could go. I don't care. But it's like.
- 44:03I'm just saying, like, once we empty this cart and just start
- 44:06running around by ourselves, like, that would be more suspicious
- 44:09than, like, if a few of us stayed at the cart and just
- 44:12one of us went off with me in
- 44:15disguise.
- 44:16>> Cameron: Where are you gonna get this other disguise?
- 44:18>> Cameron: Oh, I didn't say there's gonna be another disguise. I mean,
- 44:22one guard leading one person somewhere. It's
- 44:24not as suspicious as, like, one guard leading three people
- 44:27somewhere.
- 44:28>> Cameron: I mean, I'll stay at the cart.
- 44:30>> Mikayla: Well, I did say earlier one of us should
- 44:33go with you, but.
- 44:34>> Cameron: Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
- 44:35>> Dave: Are you volunte? Are you volunteering?
- 44:38>> Cameron: Yeah, sure. Mika, if you wanna come.
- 44:40>> Mikayla: Sure.
- 44:40>> Cameron: Yeah, all three can go. I can take care of it.
- 44:42>> Dave: What name do you want? I pull out.
- 44:46>> Mikayla: I want PI's name.
- 44:49>> Cameron: 3702.
- 44:50>> Dave: Yeah, that could be a girl.
- 44:51>> Cameron: Stave.
- 44:51>> Mikayla: Sure it was 727.
- 44:53>> Cameron: Dang, I can't believe you remembered that.
- 44:54>> Skylar: That's pretty good.
- 44:55>> Cameron: In memory of Boeing, that's
- 44:58737. Never mind.
- 45:00>> Skylar: All right, so you're taking on PI's, name
- 45:03tag. Whoa. Are you coming with him?
- 45:05>> Cameron: Come on. Guo.
- 45:06>> Dave: Yeah.
- 45:07>> Cameron: You've got the other name tag.
- 45:08>> Skylar: What does your name tag say?
- 45:10>> Dave: Oh, boy. Name tag
- 45:12says bon
- 45:16bon. Bon.
- 45:17>> Cameron: Bon bon.
- 45:18>> Skylar: It says, Skyler's.
- 45:19>> Cameron: Like, now you goon.
- 45:20>> Skylar: Now you,
- 45:22>> Cameron: It's like, now you gonna feel like what it's like to make a name up on
- 45:25the spot, and then everybody makes
- 45:27funny.
- 45:29>> Skylar: No, goon. Okay. All right. Sounds good. Yours says
- 45:32goon, so you got goon pie.
- 45:35And yours, Bill says
- 45:38guard number five. Guard number five.
- 45:42>> Cameron: It's not what it says.
- 45:43>> Skylar: Oh, okay.
- 45:43>> Dave: It says, like, high turnover rate among
- 45:46guards.
- 45:47>> Skylar: Yum, yum. Okay, so you got
- 45:50goon, you got yoom, and you got
- 45:53pie. Gon yoon
- 45:55pie. That's fun. Awesome.
- 45:58All right. So, and then, Brock, you're chilling
- 46:01out, unloading here.
- 46:03>> Cameron: I'll chill out.
- 46:04>> Cameron: Toss him the fourth one. Name tag.
- 46:07>> Cameron: Oh, I get the name tag.
- 46:08>> Cameron: Yeah.
- 46:08>> Skylar: Oh, okay.
- 46:09>> Dave: Here you go. And I toss it to you.
- 46:11>> Skylar: What does this name tag say?
- 46:12>> Cameron: It says choy.
- 46:13>> Skylar: Choy. I'm not gonna remember that one, cuz it's kind of.
- 46:16>> Cameron: It's. I'm just chilling at the car.
- 46:18>> Skylar: Yeah, I was gonna say just in case.
- 46:20>> Cameron: Just in case.
- 46:21>> Skylar: Yeah.
- 46:21>> Cameron: My name's Choy.
- 46:23>> Skylar: Don't mess.
- 46:23>> Cameron: Who's the world unloader over
- 46:26here?
- 46:32>> Skylar: That's weird.
- 46:33>> Cameron: Oh, he asked me to hold it for him.
- 46:40>> Skylar: Oh.
- 46:41>> Cameron: Troy.
- 46:41>> Skylar: okay. Awesome. So, the three of you guys, head
- 46:44inside the factory. When you guys get inside the factory, you see
- 46:47the initial, factory floor. So
- 46:50you just see tons and tons of kids,
- 46:53teens, maybe a little bit younger, even the teens,
- 46:56working the factory floor. There
- 46:59are conveyor belts. It kind of reminds you a little bit about the
- 47:02factory that you guys had to disable back in
- 47:04Udao. So there's a whole bunch of just, you
- 47:07know, conveyor belts and this and that. all
- 47:10that kind of move various products
- 47:13from one end of the facility to the other. It's a hive of
- 47:16activity, with rows of gleaming machinery and conveyor belts
- 47:19stretching as far as the eye can see, the air thick with the
- 47:22aroma of boiling tea leaves and the
- 47:25sound of whirring gears and hissing steam.
- 47:28Workers clad in the traditional pink hot leaf
- 47:31juice uniforms scurry back and
- 47:33forth, tending to the machines and monitoring the production
- 47:36process. In one corner, huge vats
- 47:39of bubbling liquid line the walls, each labeled with the
- 47:42name of a different hot leaf juice. Blend
- 47:45pipes snake across the ceiling, transporting
- 47:48ingredients and finished products to various stations throughout the
- 47:51facility. The production process follows
- 47:53employees sorting through the tea leaves on a massive
- 47:56conveyor belt, distributing the different leaves to different
- 47:59belts based on their type. Then another group of
- 48:02employees at each one of those breakout lines picks
- 48:05away at the leaves on their respective belt, and they have a basket
- 48:08next to them filled with reject leaves. The
- 48:11good leaves are left on the belt when they head to a small
- 48:14vat of hot water where they're boiled. And once they
- 48:17emerge from this bath, a large, heavy metal brick
- 48:20stamps down on them, floor, flattening them and forcing out the
- 48:22flavors. They then drop off the belt
- 48:25onto a drying basket, where the employees spread a
- 48:28powdery substance over the leaves. Once the
- 48:31basket is full, they are dumped into a metal bin that crushes the
- 48:34leaves before spitting out a cube, which goes
- 48:37down the conveyor belt where the HLJ
- 48:40employees pick it up and place it inside of a
- 48:42large stone oven where the tea brick is
- 48:45dried. Once the bricks are
- 48:48completed, they're removed from the oven, and they're placed on
- 48:51another conveyor where an employee packages them into
- 48:54a crate. And then those crates, of course, are then
- 48:56taken by employees and put into the warehouses
- 49:00where they're stashed for distribution.
- 49:03Adjacent to the production floor, there's a modest
- 49:05cafeteria where factory workers would
- 49:08gather to eat and drink. It honestly, truly looks
- 49:11like your typical elementary school,
- 49:13old cafeteria kind of like setup. There's
- 49:16currently no employees there at the immediate
- 49:19moment, but as you guys are
- 49:22entering, you watch,
- 49:25as a particular employee who's just,
- 49:28you know, one of the many on one of the conveyor belts just
- 49:31suddenly looks up with eyes wide and starts
- 49:34screaming, where am I?
- 49:36>> Bill: What's going on?
- 49:37>> Skylar: Where am I? And almost instantly,
- 49:40as everybody kind of turns their gaze towards this
- 49:42employee, looking a little bit, like, kind of strange at
- 49:45this person's actions. a couple of the hot leaf
- 49:48juice elite guards rush over, grab this
- 49:51employee, and lead them, kind of carry them
- 49:53off to a room, off to the side, which
- 49:56has a sign that says the
- 49:59employee recertification room. And they
- 50:02just kind of disappear into that room. And as soon as they go into that
- 50:05room, everybody immediately turns back to their work and continues
- 50:07what they're doing.
- 50:08>> Dave: Well, that was ominous.
- 50:12>> Cameron: Yeah. And if you keep it up, that's
- 50:15where I'm taking you guys.
- 50:18>> Dave: Oh, sorry, sir.
- 50:20>> Cameron: Yeah, that's what. That's more like it.
- 50:23Right this way. And I start leading them even
- 50:26more to Adam Yang's office.
- 50:29>> Skylar: All right, so you.
- 50:30>> Cameron: I want to see. Is there, like, a back way to,
- 50:33like. I don't want to go. I don't want to. Is it just,
- 50:36like, a single staircase?
- 50:38>> Skylar: Yeah, I was just gonna say exactly.
- 50:39>> Cameron: Or is there, like, a different way?
- 50:41>> Skylar: No, it is literally a single staircase that leads up to this
- 50:44glass office. Looks everything. But, here's
- 50:47the positive side of the fact that it's glass office. You look up there, and
- 50:50you do not see Madame Yang
- 50:53inside of the glass office at the
- 50:55moment.
- 50:56>> Mikayla: We see the box.
- 50:57>> Dave: Wait.
- 50:58>> Skylar: Well, it a little bit more inside this glass
- 51:01than just a box sitting there. Yeah.
- 51:03>> Cameron: What's up? Oh, sorry.
- 51:06Whoa. What's up?
- 51:08>> Dave: Do you see worker?
- 51:11We need to get, like, a. Some cleaning supplies or
- 51:14something.
- 51:15>> Cameron: Okay.
- 51:16>> Dave: Because everybody can see us when we're up there, so we need to act
- 51:19like we're doing something.
- 51:20>> Cameron: Oh, that's a good point. Goon.
- 51:24>> Dave: Thanks, hume.
- 51:28Oh, I've taken initiative. Do you think I'll get that
- 51:31promotion?
- 51:32>> Cameron: If you keep this up, goon, you
- 51:35will really make it far in the
- 51:37hot leaf juice company.
- 51:41Soon. You won't even see that line ever
- 51:44again.
- 51:47All.
- 51:47>> Dave: Ah, right.
- 51:48>> Cameron: Oh, look. Cleaning product right over here in
- 51:51this closet marked cleaning product.
- 51:57>> Skylar: If you're looking for cleaning product. Yeah, you see, I
- 52:00don't know. You'd see some obscure stuff sitting right kind of near the
- 52:03entrance of the.
- 52:04>> Cameron: Might be stuff near the cafeteria. Yeah. Yeah.
- 52:07>> Dave: Seemed like a rag.
- 52:08>> Cameron: Yeah. Really?
- 52:10>> Skylar: Probably people actively, maybe a couple
- 52:13of people just cleaning in the cafeteria area.
- 52:16>> Cameron: Oh, I will just walk over them and get. Hey.
- 52:18>> Skylar: Oh, yeah.
- 52:19>> Cameron: Can I get a couple, buckets?
- 52:22>> Skylar: Okay.
- 52:22>> Cameron: With water? Hot water, some soap, and some
- 52:25rags.
- 52:26>> Skylar: Yes, sir. And they rush off to go get
- 52:29some. What do you want ours?
- 52:32>> Cameron: I don't care. Get some extra so you can
- 52:34keep working. Well, yeah, of course, sir.
- 52:37>> Skylar: And they hand you their current buckets and
- 52:39rags with somewhat. It's a little bit dirty,
- 52:42obviously, the water, because they've been cleaning with it, but. Yeah, I know. You
- 52:46describing for the. And then
- 52:49they, of course, rush off to go get fresh ones.
- 52:52>> Cameron: All right. And I hand the buckets to
- 52:55hi and goon.
- 52:59All right, follow me. Time to get the work.
- 53:01Cleaning time. All right.
- 53:04>> Skylar: And you guys start to head upstairs to Madam
- 53:07Yang's office, buckets in hand.
- 53:10All right. So I will describe for you what
- 53:13madam's Yang's office looks
- 53:15like. Okay? So located in the upper floors of the
- 53:18factory building, linked to the production floor by a
- 53:21wooden staircase, Madam Yang's office
- 53:24is a luxurious oasis amidst
- 53:27the industrial chaos below. The office is
- 53:30spacious and elegantly furnished with polished,
- 53:33well, glass floor. There is
- 53:36a nice plush carpet that does sit atop, a
- 53:39section of it, not covering all of it. And, of course, there are
- 53:41tasteful decorations adorning the walls in such a way
- 53:44that doesn't obscure too much of her view across the room.
- 53:47>> Mikayla: I'm gonna break him.
- 53:49>> Skylar: Okay. We'll get to that. Across
- 53:52her factory, campus, on
- 53:55the floor, the rug that I mentioned
- 53:58before is a ornate rug that features a map
- 54:01of the four nations. Of course, there are
- 54:04large glass windows that cover every side of
- 54:07the office, including. Including the floor, offering a
- 54:09panoramic view of the production floor below, as well
- 54:12as the surrounding landscape outside
- 54:15from her vantage point. Well, I don't know why I need
- 54:18to read you that part. the centerpiece of her
- 54:21office is a grand mahogany desk positioned
- 54:24directly in front of the windows to maximize Madam Yang's
- 54:27view. The desk is cluttered with stacks of
- 54:30paperwork, a gleaming brass inkwell and
- 54:33a golden statuette of a firebent or a,
- 54:36ah, dragon like from the Fire Nation,
- 54:38symbolizing her power and influence.
- 54:41While behind the desk is an equally
- 54:43luxurious cushioned chair which features
- 54:46traditional pattern work featuring the symbologies
- 54:49of the fire nation, reiterating her
- 54:52heritage and origin. So you
- 54:54guys step into this ornate, fancy
- 54:57office and there's nobody
- 55:00there and a box, apparently
- 55:04not that you see.
- 55:06>> Skylar: Right out in the open.
- 55:07>> Skylar: Maybe.
- 55:11>> Mikayla: I'm gonna knock some things off the shelf while I'm
- 55:13quote unquote dusting.
- 55:15>> Cameron: Good.
- 55:16>> Skylar: Okay, you just like real casually, like you're going up with
- 55:18like a rag or something. Oops. And oops.
- 55:22>> Dave: So it's the,
- 55:25where's the rug in relation to the
- 55:28desk?
- 55:29>> Skylar: yeah. So maybe like a foot away from.
- 55:31>> Dave: The desk, like in front of it.
- 55:33>> Skylar: Yeah, yeah. Okay, so the desk isn't sitting on the rug,
- 55:36it's she wants to be.
- 55:38>> Dave: Able to like look down while she's sitting to
- 55:41see everything.
- 55:41>> Skylar: Exactly. Exactly.
- 55:45>> Mikayla: Just punch her. What's in her desk drawers?
- 55:47>> Skylar: All right, so you go to search her desk drawers,
- 55:50you find a couple.
- 55:53>> Mikayla: Of things, something real cool.
- 55:55>> Skylar: You find some ledgers,
- 55:59some books with various,
- 56:02as you kind of skim through it, you see various reports and
- 56:05accounting from the various
- 56:07HLJ locations scattered around the
- 56:10nations, as well as of course, things that show
- 56:13the stock and inventory of this
- 56:16factory itself and like how much they're producing and so on and so
- 56:19forth. And you notice that on the bottom of. Actually,
- 56:22no, I'm going to save that.
- 56:23>> Mikayla: I'm gonna say that there's nothing about
- 56:26our tea shop.
- 56:27>> Skylar: no. Cause it's not owned by them. So why would it be in their ledgers?
- 56:30>> Mikayla: I don't know. Because she killed. She killed
- 56:33Mister Okarod.
- 56:34>> Skylar: no, but on the desk
- 56:37you do see
- 56:40a couple of things. there are some
- 56:42correspondences from like
- 56:45letters and stuff. And you look through them and I mean, I don't know
- 56:48how much time you're taking to like read stuff.
- 56:50>> Mikayla: I mean, I can skim pretty fast.
- 56:52>> Skylar: Okay, so you skim pretty fast. So,
- 56:55within these letters you are
- 56:58seeing their correspondence to various
- 57:00orphanages in the fire nation.
- 57:04>> Mikayla: Everyone wants to be in an orphanage.
- 57:09>> Cameron: That's how they get you. You know, they sucker you in with the
- 57:12dental promises.
- 57:13>> Mikayla: I'm gonna, say, give these to bill because.
- 57:16Sounds like his cup of tea. Hey, Bill.
- 57:18>> Skylar: Ironic. Someone that doesn't like tea.
- 57:21>> Mikayla: I mean, yoon.
- 57:24>> Cameron: Yeah.
- 57:26>> Mikayla: there's some, letters about all the little
- 57:28orphanages in the fire
- 57:31nation.
- 57:32>> Skylar: And that's when Mika had a stroke.
- 57:35>> Cameron: Here, Bill's just gonna pull
- 57:38off his pouch, his satchel, whatever he has,
- 57:41and, hand it to you and says, here, just fill it
- 57:44up. I am
- 57:47standing guard.
- 57:49Get to work.
- 57:51>> Mikayla: Yeah, you're taking this boss man thing, too.
- 57:54>> Dave: You're not gonna get a promotion.
- 57:55>> Mikayla: Shut up.
- 57:56>> Skylar: Cleaning like that.
- 57:59>> Cameron: By the way, keep it up, goon. You're doing great.
- 58:02>> Dave: And guo goon is, over there,
- 58:05actually cleaning.
- 58:08>> Mikayla: I roll my eyes very dramatically.
- 58:10>> Skylar: It's a good thing that one person's actually looking, man, because I
- 58:13gotta move this plot along.
- 58:16>> Mikayla: I roll my eyes dramatically. I put
- 58:18the, I give a big
- 58:22sigh, put him in his bag, and I go back to the
- 58:24desk. Did I search all of the drawers?
- 58:27>> Skylar: You, get to the last drawer.
- 58:29>> Mikayla: Okay.
- 58:29>> Skylar: You're just kind of, like, grabbing anything and everything. You start stuffing things,
- 58:32and it goes back. And sure enough, in the last drawer,
- 58:35you open up, and there are
- 58:37fragments of a broken,
- 58:40blissful brew teapot.
- 58:43>> Mikayla: Punch her. She's on here.
- 58:45>> Cameron: Why do you keep saying you want to?
- 58:47>> Skylar: Inside of which she's a meme label. Hold
- 58:50on. Inside of which is the box
- 58:53is a box. Did you find something
- 58:56which is labeled the blissful brew? Here's the thing. Here's the
- 58:59thing. I checked the episode, and
- 59:02I was pretty sure that I had said, and maybe it was something I wrote
- 59:05and I forgot to implement, but I think I had
- 59:08said that it was a box that you guys saw
- 59:11her taking.
- 59:11>> Cameron: Yes, but you said it was supposed.
- 59:14>> Skylar: To be a box that was inside of a teapot
- 59:17that was supposed to be a little bit more like you guys would recognize right off the bat,
- 59:20like, oh, that's a blissful brew teapot. Because we literally serve
- 59:23tea out of it every single day. That, I may have made a mistake
- 59:26there. That's my bad. A little bit of retcon real quick.
- 59:29So the box was inside the teapot. She
- 59:31shattered the teapot. There's the box.
- 59:35It is a little bit rude. I mean, how would you have gotten it out, though?
- 59:37>> Mikayla: Does it, Madam Yang, look like Miss M trunchable on
- 59:40Matilda? Because that's how I'm picturing her.
- 59:43>> Skylar: You know what? Go for it. Go for it. I say go for it.
- 59:46>> Dave: Picturing more of a younger Yzma.
- 59:49>> Cameron: Yes. That's what I've kind of been picturing.
- 59:51>> Mikayla: I did not picture that.
- 59:53>> Skylar: Okay, let's go with something in between.
- 59:55>> Mikayla: Both of those treas
- 59:57me. Okay, well, I'm gonna
- 1:00:00put one of the teapot pieces in my
- 1:00:02skirt.
- 1:00:03>> Skylar: Oh, okay.
- 1:00:05>> Mikayla: Yeah, sure.
- 1:00:05>> Skylar: It's a remembrance.
- 1:00:06>> Mikayla: Yeah. And I'm gonna take the box just.
- 1:00:09>> Skylar: In case you don't save the tea shop and you want something to remember it
- 1:00:11by.
- 1:00:14>> Mikayla: Tears. there's a box. I'm gonna
- 1:00:17take the box. Is the box locked?
- 1:00:19>> Skylar: No.
- 1:00:20>> Mikayla: Okay, I'm gonna open it.
- 1:00:21>> Skylar: Okay.
- 1:00:22>> Mikayla: It's not locked. Madame Yang's already read the message.
- 1:00:24>> Skylar: No, I was inside a teapot. it does look like she
- 1:00:27has opened the letter and then put it back
- 1:00:30inside. And then, there's
- 1:00:33also inside, one of the envelopes,
- 1:00:36there's a water nation whale bone comb.
- 1:00:39Like a nice, fancy, ornate one.
- 1:00:41>> Mikayla: I'm gonna steal that too.
- 1:00:43>> Skylar: It's in one of the letters that's literally labeled
- 1:00:46Micah. So
- 1:00:48it's like in the envelope, so you feel
- 1:00:51free to scale away your own
- 1:00:54possessions.
- 1:00:55>> Mikayla: I'm gonna sit in her big, comfy chair. I'm gonna read this.
- 1:00:57>> Cameron: You find it. The box.
- 1:00:58>> Skylar: You're just gonna straight up read the letter in this?
- 1:01:01>> Mikayla: Apparently we got time.
- 1:01:03>> Cameron: I'm gonna pound my bow stuff on the grog. Oh,
- 1:01:05hey. Get back to work.
- 1:01:08>> Mikayla: Shut up, you.
- 1:01:09>> Cameron: Did you find the box?
- 1:01:11>> Mikayla: Obviously.
- 1:01:12>> Cameron: Well, where is it?
- 1:01:14>> Mikayla: I'm reading. Mind your business.
- 1:01:16>> Cameron: Well, grab the box.
- 1:01:17>> Dave: Now she could see if she need to check if
- 1:01:20we got what we can.
- 1:01:21>> Mikayla: Okay, I'm gonna toss the box, but keep the link.
- 1:01:24>> Dave: Read it on the rug.
- 1:01:25>> Cameron: Yeah.
- 1:01:27>> Mikayla: Why?
- 1:01:28>> Dave: The reading rug.
- 1:01:29>> Skylar: The reading.
- 1:01:30>> Cameron: The reading rug.
- 1:01:32>> Mikayla: But this chair is.
- 1:01:33>> Cameron: They can't see you on the rug.
- 1:01:34>> Mikayla: fine, I'll get on the dang rug.
- 1:01:37>> Cameron: That's an order.
- 1:01:38>> Mikayla: Shut your mouth, yoon.
- 1:01:40>> Cameron: Okay, on the ground.
- 1:01:43>> Mikayla: Let me read it.
- 1:01:44>> Skylar: So obviously there's a piece of the map.
- 1:01:47>> Mikayla: There's a map. There's a map.
- 1:01:49>> Skylar: Oh, okay. I was like, dude, okay. Cause
- 1:01:54there were other letters and stuff, as I mentioned before,
- 1:01:57and it's. So I wrote the letter, which I was about
- 1:02:00to read the letter that you just opened, and it says,
- 1:02:03dearest Madame Yang. And I'm like, whoa, different letter,
- 1:02:05different letter, different letter.
- 1:02:07>> Mikayla: no, she put the wrong letter in the wrong envelope.
- 1:02:10>> Skylar: Mister Ogaran's like, dearest Madame Yang, I.
- 1:02:13>> Cameron: Know that you would have stolen this book.
- 1:02:16>> Cameron: Haha.
- 1:02:17>> Cameron: Got you.
- 1:02:18>> Skylar: Gotcha. This is, Okay.
- 1:02:21Oh, boy, you just really left me with a big
- 1:02:23one. So one of them is labeled Brock. It's a
- 1:02:26letter to Brock.
- 1:02:27>> Mikayla: He doesn't know how to read, so I'll read that one too. Yeah,
- 1:02:30read mine first.
- 1:02:33>> Skylar: but the one that's labeled amiga. Okay, so you pull out the cone.
- 1:02:36Also, there was a piece of the map. Obviously, there's been one with each piece of the
- 1:02:39clue, right? So this is the second to last one that you need. One more
- 1:02:42right after this, and then you have the full map. Okay.
- 1:02:44>> Skylar: It says, dear Mika, I know you and
- 1:02:47I didn't always get along. I know you've
- 1:02:50always held out hope that your father was still out there
- 1:02:53looking for you. And I assure you, I always
- 1:02:56held out hope as well. In every one of my
- 1:02:58travels since you joined our little family, I've
- 1:03:01done as much searching and asking around as I could.
- 1:03:04I'm sorry to say I still haven't found
- 1:03:07anything. And if you're reading this, it means
- 1:03:10I may have run out of the opportunity to continue
- 1:03:13the search from my end. But don't give up,
- 1:03:16because I am certain he is still alive.
- 1:03:18Let me explain. A couple of weeks ago, I
- 1:03:21traveled back to that region where I found you. I
- 1:03:24stumbled across the remains of an old village
- 1:03:27there that had since been abandoned. As I
- 1:03:30walked to the very edge of the encampment, I stumbled
- 1:03:33upon an old, burnt down cabin which featured
- 1:03:36a gravestone next to it. I decided to
- 1:03:39pay my respects to the soul that rested there. A
- 1:03:42woman named Daenerys. But I was surprised to
- 1:03:44find that there was a beautiful comb sitting
- 1:03:47atop the gravestone with a small
- 1:03:50note attached to it that simply said,
- 1:03:52micah, never stop, looking for me. I
- 1:03:55won't stop looking for you. I'll
- 1:03:58admit I didn't give it to you right away when
- 1:04:01I returned, partly out of selfishness,
- 1:04:03wanting to be the one to find your father for you and
- 1:04:06partially out of fear. Fear that you'd leave us
- 1:04:09and search for him and fear that you might have
- 1:04:12gotten hurt or lost, and we'd never be able to find you
- 1:04:15again.
- 1:04:16>> Mikayla: This is why we didn't go along.
- 1:04:20>> Skylar: But that was wrong of me. Your wariness
- 1:04:23of everything protects you, and it will protect those around
- 1:04:26you as well. Bravery is admirable,
- 1:04:29but there are things worth fearing in this world,
- 1:04:32and I hope that someday you will find it in your heart to
- 1:04:35forgive me. And that you will find your father
- 1:04:37as well. Before I left the village, I met an
- 1:04:40old man living there just on the outskirts. He
- 1:04:43was fearful of my presence, and it took some time to calm
- 1:04:46him down. He told me he used to be the leader of
- 1:04:49the thriving village that used to exist there, but some
- 1:04:52of the animals in the area began to go wild,
- 1:04:55attacking the village and those living inside.
- 1:04:58He said it got worse and worse after the death of the woman
- 1:05:01whose gravestone I found. He said a
- 1:05:04religious zealot took over the village leadership,
- 1:05:06and they ran a man and his daughter out of
- 1:05:09the town. My heart sparked when I heard this,
- 1:05:12wondering if you might have been that girl. But
- 1:05:15nevertheless, things have apparently gotten worse and
- 1:05:18worse, and more of the beasts attacks.
- 1:05:21>> Skylar: Wait.
- 1:05:22>> Skylar: And more and more of the beasts attacked until the village had to
- 1:05:25flee. The man, Tutanka was his
- 1:05:27name, said he remained in the area and has
- 1:05:30done his best to survive.
- 1:05:32>> Skylar: I helped cook a meal for him.
- 1:05:34>> Skylar: And gave him some tea, which he appreciated. I told
- 1:05:37him of a teenage girl I had found not too far from this place
- 1:05:40named Micah, and the man broke down in tears.
- 1:05:43I told him about how, she had lost her father, and he
- 1:05:46explained that he had been saved from a crazed beast by
- 1:05:49a man that he could have sworn was Mactuk.
- 1:05:52So I do truly believe your father is out there
- 1:05:54somewhere. I sent the last clues by messenger
- 1:05:57Hawk to this man in the southern watered nation.
