- 0:56SPEAKER_01: A book and a cup of tea.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: That should keep me entertained.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: At least I have my plants.
- 1:05SPEAKER_01: Another quiet evening to myself.
- 1:08SPEAKER_01: And another I guess I will finish the book.
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: But sometimes even Mr.
- 1:14SPEAKER_01: Rabbit started to feel lonely.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: Thankfully, spring soon arrived.
- 1:19SPEAKER_01: His favorite season.
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: It was time to plant his favourite thing carrots.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: Here they are Finally something fun to do.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: This will keep me busy for a while.
- 1:34SPEAKER_01: First things first.
- 1:35SPEAKER_01: And now one seed.
- 1:38SPEAKER_01: Two seeds.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: Three seeds.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: That should do it.
- 1:49SPEAKER_01: Suddenly, Mr Rabbit spotted something.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: One more seed?
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: Where were you hiding?
- 1:56SPEAKER_01: Sorry I forgot you, little friend.
- 1:58SPEAKER_01: He watered, talked, and sang to his seeds every day.
- 2:03SPEAKER_01: Just a bit more for you and made sure that one little friend didn't feel forgotten again.
- 2:09SPEAKER_01: La la la la la I have a good feeling about this year's harvest.
- 2:15SPEAKER_01: One morning Mr Rabbit noticed that a certain seed was growing particularly well.
- 2:21SPEAKER_01: Wait, did you just move?
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: Hmm, it can't be.
- 2:26SPEAKER_01: He decided to take a look.
- 2:28SPEAKER_01: He pulled and pulled and pulled until he heard a very loud and unexpected Hello, mister Rabbit.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: Oh carrots Mr Rabbit ran away feeling scared.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: After all, it's not every day you see a walking carrot and a talking one no less.
- 2:51SPEAKER_01: Oh carrots, oh carrots.
- 2:53SPEAKER_01: Wait for me, mister Rabbit Phew.
- 2:56SPEAKER_01: I think I lost her.
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: I need a cup of tea.
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: Perhaps Mr Rabbit could have carried on with his day as normal, if only he'd remembered to close the back door.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: Hello Oh carrots! What an outrageous intrusion.
- 3:12SPEAKER_01: Now inside, Carrot couldn't wait to explore.
- 3:15SPEAKER_01: This is so much fun! I've never done this before.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: Come and jump with me.
- 3:20SPEAKER_01: What terrible manners.
- 3:22SPEAKER_01: Get out of there.
- 3:23SPEAKER_01: Sofas are not for jumping.
- 3:25SPEAKER_01: Wow! Don't touch that.
- 3:27SPEAKER_01: It's very fragile.
- 3:28SPEAKER_01: Oh, I like this.
- 3:30SPEAKER_01: No, those are my records.
- 3:31SPEAKER_01: They are not for playing with.
- 3:33SPEAKER_01: I love this sound.
- 3:35SPEAKER_01: Dance with me.
- 3:36SPEAKER_01: Oh, what is this?
- 3:37SPEAKER_01: That's a book and this?
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: Those are my galette Hello, little one! Don't do that.
- 3:42SPEAKER_01: What is this for?
- 3:43SPEAKER_01: Not for playing.
- 3:45SPEAKER_01: I need to do something about you.
- 3:48SPEAKER_01: Mr Rabbit drove to town to seek some answers, or even better, find someone to deal with her.
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: He wasn't used to having someone in his house, let alone someone so mischievous.
- 3:58SPEAKER_01: Whee stop that.
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: The first stop, of course, was the garden center.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: Ouch! I'm sorry, but we can't accept a return if you've opened the packet.
- 4:11SPEAKER_01: But you see, it's not the kind of carrot I was expecting.
- 4:16SPEAKER_01: Next they headed to the supermarket, but it was clear carrot didn't belong there.
- 4:21SPEAKER_01: Hmm.
- 4:22SPEAKER_01: None of these carrots can walk or talk.
- 4:24SPEAKER_01: Um, can we get some of these?
- 4:27SPEAKER_01: Even a trip to the library didn't help.
- 4:29SPEAKER_01: Obviously this carrot was just one of a kind.
- 4:32SPEAKER_01: How fun! Not even books can explain you.
- 4:38SPEAKER_01: Nobody seemed to have any answers.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: It looks like you're stuck with me.
- 4:43SPEAKER_01: I don't have time for this.
- 4:45SPEAKER_01: There's always time.
- 4:47SPEAKER_01: Let's explore! What are we doing here?
- 4:51SPEAKER_01: I've never seen a movie.
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: Um the thing is, I I'm not very good at being in the dark.
- 4:58SPEAKER_01: Don't worry, carrots like me are very good at it.
- 5:02SPEAKER_01: After the movie they kept exploring.
- 5:05SPEAKER_01: Mr.
- 5:05SPEAKER_01: Rabbit was usually scared to try new things, but with Carrot by his side, it didn't seem so bad.
- 5:11SPEAKER_01: I think I'm getting the hang of this.
- 5:13SPEAKER_01: Although the theme park might have been a step too far.
- 5:16SPEAKER_01: Again?
- 5:17SPEAKER_01: Uh maybe not.
- 5:20SPEAKER_01: So Mr Rabbit picked what they did next.
- 5:24SPEAKER_01: Carrot soon realized that calm things could also be fun.
- 5:28SPEAKER_01: I am totally getting the hang of this.
- 5:32SPEAKER_01: And Mr Rabbit realized that he hadn't felt lonely since meeting Carrot.
- 5:36SPEAKER_01: He was so used to being alone.
- 5:38SPEAKER_01: He'd never thought about having someone around.
- 5:41SPEAKER_01: Um, Carrot, how do you make friends?
- 5:46SPEAKER_01: It seemed to Carrot that Mr.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: Rabbit already knew the answer.
- 5:49SPEAKER_01: He just needed a little reminder, so she led him to the garden.
- 5:53SPEAKER_01: First things first.
- 5:56SPEAKER_01: Oh, just like I grew you.
- 5:58SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: Together they cared for the seeds.
- 6:03SPEAKER_01: Love, patience, and warmth.
- 6:08SPEAKER_01: All that was left to do was wait.
- 6:11SPEAKER_01: So they waited and waited and waited until it was time to pull.
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: Who do you have in there?
- 6:22SPEAKER_01: I don't know, but I have a good feeling about this one.
- 6:26SPEAKER_01: And just like that, Mr.
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: Rabbit and Carrot kept growing more and more friends.
- 6:32SPEAKER_01: But as you might imagine, they remained the very best of friends, and winters were never boring again.
