- 0:01That morning alarm clock rang early this
- 0:04morning after the wild weekend of sports
- 0:05we had.
- 0:07We talked a lot about it last night,
- 0:08but I got more to say.
- 0:21I love the chase and the hunt,
- 0:22and I set the pace when I'm running.
- 0:24I always take what I want,
- 0:25and I always give it one hundred.
- 0:27Don't need a bank, no I'm funded.
- 0:29Play the game like it's nothing.
- 0:30I'm always thankful for something.
- 0:32Don't take for granted, stay humble.
- 0:33Now wake up!
- 0:35It's time to look at the enemy.
- 0:37Look in the mirror if he is no
- 0:38friend to me.
- 0:41what is going on everybody it is lunchtime
- 0:44on a monday so what's going on i
- 0:48uh i had my ct scan finally on
- 0:50my sinuses today so just got to wait
- 0:54for that to head on over to my
- 0:56ent doctor uh so we can discuss what
- 1:00the next steps are with my sinuses um
- 1:04pretty quick and painless just laid on a
- 1:07slab of metal got put well not metal
- 1:09but then got put into the the big
- 1:13cone of magnets had all that done and
- 1:16i was telling carolyn and jamie that after
- 1:18the show last night and they're like you
- 1:21know you think with all the technology
- 1:23that we've advanced in this world there'd
- 1:25be a better way to take a picture
- 1:28of like the inside of the human body
- 1:31that isn't this big tube with magnets
- 1:35circling around all the other technology
- 1:38that's like been advanced in medical
- 1:40science and around the world and in
- 1:43computers and all of that stuff we still
- 1:47we still have the big tube with the
- 1:50magnets
- 1:53That is extremely noisy, extremely loud,
- 1:56and very, very uncomfortable.
- 2:00Thank goodness I only had to go in
- 2:03for my head.
- 2:04I didn't have to go the whole way
- 2:05in the tube, but man, wild.
- 2:09Train all of CT scans are so
- 2:11uncomfortable.
- 2:13Yeah, but it's over.
- 2:14I actually have to do a second one,
- 2:18like November twenty fifth on my voice box
- 2:22for the pulmonologist.
- 2:24So had to do one today for the
- 2:26ENT.
- 2:27Had to have to do one the twenty
- 2:29fifth for the pulmonologist.
- 2:32I don't know why they couldn't combine
- 2:33them into one.
- 2:34They're so close.
- 2:35Just inch me in the tube a little
- 2:37bit further.
- 2:38Get it all done in one foul swoop.
- 2:41But I guess...
- 2:44I guess it is for,
- 2:46they get to charge me for both now,
- 2:48right, I guess.
- 2:50They don't run a BOGO deal on the
- 2:52old CT scans.
- 2:57So, got a lot of people here already.
- 3:00Seven Easter's refugees.
- 3:03He's here first because we have nowhere
- 3:04else to go.
- 3:05Well, I hope,
- 3:07I hope you're here for other reasons, but,
- 3:09you know, I get it.
- 3:13Train Olive, Corey Leonard, Shanna Bunce,
- 3:15Joseph Ramirez, Jody Lynn, and Vicky.
- 3:20We got a lot of people in the
- 3:22house already.
- 3:23Craig Pasley and Denise Moore.
- 3:28So what's going on?
- 3:32um denise says do you have to do
- 3:34die for the other scan no i don't
- 3:36think either one of them are with contrast
- 3:39um so it's really just really just a
- 3:42basic ct scan i was really in and
- 3:44out in like less than ten minutes maybe
- 3:48it didn't seem very long anyway uh super
- 3:51quick so but they're at two different
- 3:55imaging centers so maybe that's it too um
- 4:00i don't know
- 4:03Joseph Ramirez,
- 4:04where does Penn state go from here?
- 4:06Um, I don't know, man.
- 4:10I've really, it was really funny Saturday.
- 4:13You know, they were here in Columbus.
- 4:15Usually I'm like really anxious because I,
- 4:18you know, if,
- 4:19if they lose to Ohio state, I,
- 4:21I hear about it for a week straight.
- 4:24I hate that so much.
- 4:25And then, uh,
- 4:30this year i just didn't care like the
- 4:32the penn state's so bad right now like
- 4:35it just doesn't even matter and it
- 4:36actually gave me a more relaxing saturday
- 4:39i went to my nephews um he just
- 4:41had a baby a couple months ago so
- 4:44we hung out there got to see the
- 4:46baby um do all that stuff it was
- 4:48it was pretty good
- 4:51So I'm not dwelling on every play of
- 4:55a Penn State game,
- 4:56which has been kind of relaxing.
- 4:58And then I can focus all my attention
- 5:00on the Chicago Bears,
- 5:01who gave me six heart attacks yesterday in
- 5:05two minutes.
- 5:07Wow.
- 5:08What a crazy, crazy day.
- 5:12Missed last night's live,
- 5:13but just finished watching.
- 5:14Great show as always.
- 5:15Thank you so much.
- 5:19If you think CT bad,
- 5:21try an MRI much, much longer.
- 5:23Yeah,
- 5:23I've had when I had my back surgeries,
- 5:26I've had MRIs and those are like forty
- 5:30five minutes to fifty minutes long.
- 5:33That was bad.
- 5:35And that was fully in the tube as
- 5:38opposed to just my head in the tube.
- 5:40I'd much rather do the CT than the
- 5:43MRI.
- 5:45I wasn't saying the technology thing from
- 5:48a discomfort standpoint.
- 5:49I was saying you would think with all
- 5:51the advancements
- 5:53the way to take a picture inside the
- 5:55person you would think they'd come up with
- 5:57something different but maybe there's no
- 5:59need maybe that like they're just happy
- 6:02with what they have and there's nobody out
- 6:04there trying to solve a problem over that
- 6:07so i don't know maybe
- 6:12So I wanted to take this time to
- 6:15just a huge shout out to Holly Dugan,
- 6:18who is our stats and info person.
- 6:21What she does for us is so unsung.
- 6:24If you ever go to our videos after
- 6:26the live,
- 6:28um almost all of them are chaptered out
- 6:30you can look at the bottom of the
- 6:31screen and you um and you can see
- 6:36all of the topics that we talk about
- 6:37throughout a show she is responsible for
- 6:40all of that she puts that in there
- 6:43um i just copy and paste it into
- 6:45the show notes and it automatically
- 6:47populates into the youtube where you can
- 6:49then if you just want to see a
- 6:51topic we've talked about you can go
- 6:53directly to that and that is all holly
- 6:56And I thank her for that.
- 6:59Last night during the show,
- 7:01one person in the chat said,
- 7:02wouldn't it be nice if we had a
- 7:04chart that showed the CrossFit game season
- 7:07for different types of athletes?
- 7:10And I swear she didn't even go to
- 7:12bed last night,
- 7:13but she put this out on Instagram
- 7:16overnight last night.
- 7:19And so I want to just show you
- 7:20what she has come up with.
- 7:23Now,
- 7:23it's hard to see unless I blow this
- 7:25up, and I will blow it up.
- 7:27But here's the master season.
- 7:31It goes from the open to quarterfinals.
- 7:33Talks about the rules for that.
- 7:35Semifinals.
- 7:38talks about who qualifies for that,
- 7:40and then she lists out all of the
- 7:43semifinals that are available in person.
- 7:47So there's Legends, French Throwdown,
- 7:49Magic City, Torian Pro,
- 7:52the online semifinal, and the LATAM.
- 7:54All the dates,
- 7:56how many people they're taking,
- 7:59and then how many people qualify.
- 8:05So, well,
- 8:06that doesn't have how many they're taking.
- 8:08She has something like that.
- 8:09It's coming soon.
- 8:12And so she did that for every.
- 8:15So here's just elite individuals and all
- 8:18of the hit all the semifinals listed.
- 8:21There we go.
- 8:24She did it for teams.
- 8:26There's the teams where they can qualify
- 8:29for.
- 8:32she even did it for adaptive even though
- 8:34it's a very simple process for the
- 8:36adaptive athletes oh that's the teens and
- 8:39then there's the adaptive um she's
- 8:43actually putting together a document for
- 8:45us uh that actually show all the rules
- 8:50for each semi-final um and
- 8:54many people they are inviting the
- 8:56invitation process if it is available on
- 8:59their website or a document that she could
- 9:01find um right now it's in a really
- 9:05like archaic spreadsheet um but she's
- 9:08trying to figure out a way to make
- 9:09it pretty um but she's working on that
- 9:12and those all of this came out of
- 9:14questions from last night's show and here
- 9:17we are
- 9:18This morning,
- 9:18we already have all these products she's
- 9:20put out there and this spreadsheet that
- 9:23you wouldn't even believe.
- 9:25It takes, say, Syndicate Crown,
- 9:28and the spreadsheet says how they're
- 9:32inviting people to that event,
- 9:35how many people are qualifying from that
- 9:37event.
- 9:39And everything.
- 9:40It's just so much stuff.
- 9:43And she deserves so much credit.
- 9:44If you're not following her on Instagram,
- 9:47go give her a follow.
- 9:48It's at data wad.
- 9:51She does so much for us.
- 9:54Every time there's a competition this
- 9:55weekend,
- 9:56especially like all of the leaderboards
- 9:58that come out on our website or on
- 10:00our Instagram are from her.
- 10:02She does all the leaderboards who won
- 10:04every event top five, who,
- 10:07And then the standings after each day,
- 10:10she just, she's just incredible.
- 10:12And I just want to give her her
- 10:14kudos for doing all that because she
- 10:18it gives us a presence that, um,
- 10:21that we wouldn't have otherwise.
- 10:24And she,
- 10:25what I love the most is when I
- 10:27go to like an athlete's page and I
- 10:30see that she has changed that,
- 10:33that athlete has shared our leaderboard
- 10:37because of how Holly does it.
- 10:38And it looks so good that she, um,
- 10:42she just keeps, um,
- 10:44doing this and they share them and she
- 10:46tags everybody in that.
- 10:48It's so cool.
- 10:49Um,
- 10:49I saw a ton of them being shared
- 10:51this weekend and that's why we did it
- 10:52initially.
- 10:53We did that for legends a couple of
- 10:55years ago and the athletes loved it.
- 10:59Um,
- 10:59and they just started sharing them and it
- 11:01gave them something other than a
- 11:02leaderboard to share something that was
- 11:05pretty and that was formatted for
- 11:07Instagram as opposed to going to
- 11:09competition corner and trying to
- 11:10screenshot it all.
- 11:13So Jonathan,
- 11:19she should keep it as a Google sheet.
- 11:21And when you click on the comp,
- 11:22it gives you the notes on the separate
- 11:24sheet.
- 11:26She's doing all of that stuff.
- 11:27But she's not a Google person.
- 11:29She's an Excel person.
- 11:32So it's all in an Excel spreadsheet that
- 11:34she's working on right now.
- 11:36And if you didn't see her running
- 11:40charts...
- 11:43Let me see if I can find that
- 11:44real quick.
- 11:48Like the creative stuff she's done.
- 11:50Let me do this one and share.
- 12:01So if you guys didn't see this,
- 12:04this is the top five at Rogue and
- 12:06how their finishes went over the weekend
- 12:09and where their placements were during
- 12:11that event.
- 12:12So you can see that Lucy Campbell and
- 12:16Olivia Kerstetter started off low and then
- 12:18had to bounce back and how it fluctuated
- 12:22throughout the week.
- 12:25These are the things she's putting
- 12:26together.
- 12:27She did this last night as well,
- 12:29which is really crazy.
- 12:33So I just love the effort she's putting
- 12:36in and I could not appreciate her anymore.
- 12:40I'm really pumped for all the stuff she's
- 12:42putting out.
- 12:46Wanted to take a second to give her
- 12:47her due because most of the stuff,
- 12:50and I know other people in the space
- 12:52like Siobhan talk about his team and how
- 12:55you don't have to tell them anything they
- 12:56just do.
- 12:57That is Holly.
- 12:58I don't even have to ask her anything.
- 13:00Now, if I do ask her something,
- 13:02I usually get something within a few
- 13:04hours.
- 13:05But most of the time,
- 13:06what she puts out is all her own
- 13:07idea or she heard something on a show.
- 13:10And so she's reacting to the audience or
- 13:13the chat.
- 13:15But yeah, she just does, which is really,
- 13:19really awesome.
- 13:19Yeah.
- 13:22And then she shares it with me.
- 13:24And what was crazy,
- 13:24she put out so much overnight.
- 13:26This morning she sends me a text
- 13:28apologizing for putting out so much
- 13:30content.
- 13:31And I was like, wait a second.
- 13:33Do not apologize.
- 13:35Keep it coming.
- 13:36You are awesome.
- 13:38No need to apologize.
- 13:40You do you,
- 13:41and I am here to support every single
- 13:43bit of it.
- 13:46So...
- 13:50wanted to to go back and talk about
- 13:51a couple things from last night's show
- 13:53that kind of stuck with me a little
- 13:54bit and one is the innovations that rogue
- 13:58brings every year you you can pick apart
- 14:01different things if you want to
- 14:03But this year,
- 14:04what they did with the broadcast,
- 14:06we've been talking for weeks before Rogue
- 14:09launched about how Hamilton Road's
- 14:13production of a CrossFit event has not
- 14:16changed since twenty twelve.
- 14:18It's been the same graphics,
- 14:20the same storyboard getting into the event
- 14:23and out of the event that that has
- 14:26been there for for thirteen years.
- 14:31And what I loved about what Rogue did
- 14:33is they're always trying something new.
- 14:35Now, you may not like what they're doing,
- 14:37but they're trying different things.
- 14:40And some of the innovations I thought were
- 14:42spectacular.
- 14:44Now,
- 14:44whether they're affordable for another
- 14:45production company to do like the CrossFit
- 14:47Games or not,
- 14:49I don't know whether the CrossFit Games
- 14:50even watches what happened at Rogue to
- 14:54take notes on that and try to do
- 14:55something different.
- 14:57I'm not even sure I'm confident in that.
- 15:00But the three D graphics were awesome.
- 15:03What it did for the dual made that
- 15:05event so much more entertaining and so
- 15:09much easier to understand.
- 15:12Kudos to them using the cable cam or
- 15:16the spider cam or whatever you want to
- 15:18call it.
- 15:20to go up and down the sides on
- 15:22remote to follow the athletes up and down
- 15:26the field of play using different angles,
- 15:29zooming in, zooming out,
- 15:31giving some different angles to the field
- 15:34of play that we have not had ever
- 15:38was huge.
- 15:40The indoor run at the venue was fantastic.
- 15:44It allowed you to experience a little bit
- 15:47of what it was like to be there
- 15:48in person,
- 15:49seeing Vendor Village and having cameramen
- 15:53all around the running path to see
- 15:56different athletes at different times
- 15:58instead of just like one person on a
- 16:00golf cart in front of the lead runner.
- 16:02um showing that for the entire time we
- 16:05got different angles from different spaces
- 16:07all around the running track that gave it
- 16:11more of a story than just people on
- 16:14a golf cart in front of the lead
- 16:16person and they probably couldn't run a
- 16:19golf cart in the middle of the the
- 16:21indoor arena anyway but you get my point
- 16:24at the crossfit games when there's running
- 16:26events it's generally a golf cart or
- 16:32a bicyclist out in front filming
- 16:34everything from the lead.
- 16:36All you're getting is the lead person.
- 16:39This way we got people all throughout the
- 16:41pack, which was very, very refreshing.
- 16:46And you could tell that the director of
- 16:48the production was going to say,
- 16:52was trying to get every finish as people
- 16:55came across the line.
- 16:57they would watch the lead person come
- 16:59through and start to look at them a
- 17:01little bit,
- 17:01but then flashed immediately to the next
- 17:03person as they were crossing the line.
- 17:05Did they get that perfect every time?
- 17:07No,
- 17:08but you could tell that the effort was
- 17:09there to not just hang out on the
- 17:12winner longer than it took for the second
- 17:15person to come across the finish line.
- 17:18So the innovations that they have come up
- 17:21with,
- 17:23The things that they try are awesome.
- 17:25I know last night we talked about that
- 17:28they gave away what they used to call
- 17:31the tailgate show for free,
- 17:34which was you could go on the website
- 17:36and you could actually go picture and
- 17:38picture up to four items,
- 17:41four cameras that were in the arena and
- 17:45show them all at the same time.
- 17:47So you could have the cable,
- 17:48what they called the cable view.
- 17:50You could have the side view,
- 17:51a ceiling cam.
- 17:53You could have like an end zone wide
- 17:56shot.
- 17:57And then they had a leader cam.
- 17:59And you could put all of those up
- 18:02at the same time and get different angles
- 18:04and see different things of the race all
- 18:06at the same time.
- 18:08And in this day and age where people
- 18:10are watching multiple screens to watch
- 18:12events, I found that to be very,
- 18:14very rewarding.
- 18:16Now,
- 18:16Jamie argues that she would never go to
- 18:18a website when it's available on YouTube.
- 18:21And I know that there are people addicted
- 18:23to the chats in YouTube and would never
- 18:25leave that to go to maybe an innovation
- 18:28like this.
- 18:30But I, on the other hand,
- 18:31would rather see the race so I can
- 18:33look at it and talk about it the
- 18:35next day and have all of those different
- 18:37angles.
- 18:38And for me,
- 18:38it's worth going to the website to do
- 18:41that.
- 18:42What they do that is best case scenario
- 18:46is they offer both.
- 18:49It is live on YouTube for those people
- 18:51who want to go to YouTube and to
- 18:53want to be in the chat.
- 18:55It is also available on the website with
- 18:58all the camera angles and all of the
- 19:01bells and whistles that you get there.
- 19:04And so people can choose which way they
- 19:06want to watch the event.
- 19:10I love the innovation of the multiple
- 19:12cameras and that you get to direct what
- 19:15you want to see.
- 19:16To me, that is well worth it.
- 19:20Even when it was twenty five dollars for
- 19:21the weekend,
- 19:22I paid it every single year because it
- 19:25allowed me to see the whole field much,
- 19:26much better.
- 19:31But I get it.
- 19:32I get that people are addicted to being
- 19:34in the chats and talking about the events
- 19:36as it goes on.
- 19:37I know that's part of the community
- 19:39aspect.
- 19:40So what was really cool is that Rogue
- 19:43offered both.
- 19:47So.
- 19:49So what I want to say about that,
- 19:51because there is this other entity,
- 19:53and as CrossFit would say right now,
- 19:56heading into my smear campaign,
- 19:58there's this other entity, WFP,
- 20:00that keeps saying they want to be
- 20:02innovating.
- 20:02They want to do these things.
- 20:05but they're doing it in a way where
- 20:06it's either all or nothing.
- 20:09And they may have good reasons why that
- 20:11is.
- 20:11They may have perfectly fine explanations
- 20:14why they can't be on YouTube.
- 20:16And I've said on here that I think
- 20:18it's because they're courting an online
- 20:20streaming service and the online streaming
- 20:22service wants to know what the numbers
- 20:25would be straight to something other than
- 20:28YouTube.
- 20:29So they cannot taint the numbers by using
- 20:31YouTube.
- 20:33regardless it's all or nothing and what's
- 20:37happening with what's happening with them
- 20:41is they're losing interest in that because
- 20:44it's rip off the band-aid we're going all
- 20:47the way over here and you're gonna like
- 20:50it and then there are people that are
- 20:51just addicted to being in the chat who
- 20:53do not like it so
- 20:58what i'll say about that like it's not
- 21:00a smear campaign it's just your business
- 21:03plan and your business plan was to make
- 21:06a mass change and that mass change meant
- 21:09you're switching everybody from one way to
- 21:10another and there are people that are
- 21:12going to uh ride against that so um
- 21:20what is wfp jody uh joseph says it
- 21:24uh some bush league thing
- 21:29Yeah.
- 21:30It's a league that I hope was watching
- 21:32Rogue and saw how they did things and
- 21:35maybe will change their outlook as to how
- 21:39to cover an event.
- 21:42Last night I was talking about the
- 21:43lighting.
- 21:44WFP is so into their lighting,
- 21:48yet Rogue takes their own lighting rig as
- 21:51well to an event.
- 21:52And what they had last night or this
- 21:54weekend was off the chain.
- 21:58It was so crisp around the edges.
- 22:00You could see every lane plain as day.
- 22:02You could see the finish line the whole
- 22:04way across.
- 22:05There were no shadows or darkness to it.
- 22:08And it made it a very awesome viewing
- 22:11experience for the spectator at home.
- 22:15But it also had like different colored
- 22:16lights.
- 22:17It had different things going on that I
- 22:20hope that the WFP looked at and said,
- 22:23that's what we have to be more like,
- 22:25not having an event in the shadows.
- 22:28I don't know what that – and I
- 22:31like what they're trying to do,
- 22:33and I like that they have the spotlights
- 22:34coming down the field telling the story,
- 22:37but there's just misses along the way that
- 22:41are making it easy to pick on them
- 22:43about.
- 22:51Jonathan,
- 22:51I like that WFP is sticking to their
- 22:54own thing and doing whatever the F they
- 22:56want.
- 22:58It's their money, their thing.
- 22:59They can do whatever they want.
- 23:01It doesn't mean that I don't have opinions
- 23:03about it.
- 23:04I think the people that built the Titanic
- 23:06were very adamant about the way they built
- 23:08that ship.
- 23:10And they stuck to their guns and they
- 23:11wanted to make the cross ocean voyage.
- 23:15And we know the end of that.
- 23:19Sticking to your guns doesn't always mean
- 23:21you're going to be successful.
- 23:23That's the point I'm trying to make.
- 23:26there have been a lot of people who
- 23:27stuck to the guns and were successful so
- 23:31we have one year to look at and
- 23:33see how we're not even a full year
- 23:34through but i here's the thing between
- 23:40tour stop one and tour stop two they
- 23:41were so inactive and i made comments about
- 23:44that and got from everybody about it but
- 23:47here we are between tour stop two and
- 23:48the championship and you're not seeing any
- 23:50content from them again it's like they all
- 23:53just stopped
- 23:55How do you keep interest in a league
- 23:57that's going the whole year long when you
- 24:00stop activity coming out from your entity
- 24:03for months at a time when there's a
- 24:06dead period or a lull in the sport
- 24:09itself?
- 24:11It makes no sense.
- 24:14And they're doing it again.
- 24:17But it's their money.
- 24:20It's their league.
- 24:21They can do it how they want to
- 24:22do it.
- 24:27a horrible,
- 24:28horrible business plan when people are
- 24:30starving and starving for content because
- 24:33there were, there were weeks before rogue,
- 24:35like we had actually until crash,
- 24:39like from the end of water Palooza,
- 24:41SoCal to crash, nothing.
- 24:43Then we had Crash and Rogue.
- 24:45Now we're going to have nothing until
- 24:47Copenhagen.
- 24:49I hope to God they put out some
- 24:50stuff promoting this or promoting the
- 24:53athletes because right now there's like
- 24:55nothing going on.
- 24:56And what are the media going to talk
- 24:58about?
- 24:59But I think that the WFP doesn't want
- 25:01the media to talk about them because
- 25:03they're afraid what they're going to say.
- 25:05So I don't know.
- 25:06We'll see.
- 25:13Wayne Short,
- 25:13the fate of the WP will be decided
- 25:15by the athletes.
- 25:16If they don't support it,
- 25:16the community's opinions don't matter.
- 25:20I know, but I run a talk show,
- 25:21so we're about opinions.
- 25:29So my opinions may not matter,
- 25:32but that's what we do.
- 25:38Jonathan Ortega,
- 25:38probably because their socials person is
- 25:41at Rogue doing content for other outlets.
- 25:44There you go.
- 25:47That's their priority.
- 25:51And it's not just social, Jonathan.
- 25:53It's all these vignettes that were
- 25:55supposed to come.
- 25:56It was the promotion of the athletes like
- 25:58we've never seen before that was supposed
- 26:00to come.
- 26:01And I haven't seen any of that.
- 26:03It's been a little bit here.
- 26:05It's been a little bit like an off
- 26:06the clock with Emma tall.
- 26:09Um,
- 26:09I think we got a second off the
- 26:11clock with somebody that's not promoting
- 26:14the athletes like they promised.
- 26:18I don't.
- 26:20And now I just,
- 26:21I think they have a huge PR problem
- 26:23and because people are saying there's too
- 26:29many things going on.
- 26:31Um,
- 26:35And maybe they're going to have to
- 26:36prioritize one over the other.
- 26:39And it sounds like from a lot of
- 26:41people,
- 26:42whether or that it's going to be the
- 26:44CrossFit game season as opposed to WFP.
- 26:47So I just think they have a huge
- 26:48PR problem.
- 26:50And that's when I would be out there
- 26:51attacking with content and promoting the
- 26:53athletes.
- 26:57So Dave Anderson,
- 27:01where will row go next year?
- 27:04So I have no inside information on this,
- 27:11but what I heard Katie say on Coffee
- 27:13Pods and WODs was talking about how
- 27:15they're expanding Rogue Columbus to go
- 27:19from four buildings here in Columbus,
- 27:21because that's where I live.
- 27:24They have four buildings across the city.
- 27:27One of those buildings is a big major
- 27:29HQ,
- 27:30which they have built and expanded once
- 27:33already.
- 27:35Katie said their plans are to expand it
- 27:36again to consolidate down to one building
- 27:39again.
- 27:40And what I heard in the way she
- 27:43said it was,
- 27:45I think she'd like to have it in
- 27:46Columbus next year to show off the new
- 27:51expanded Rogue.
- 27:54Now,
- 27:54I might be reading more into that than
- 27:56was there,
- 27:58but that is how I heard it from
- 27:59her.
- 28:01And I'm not trying to start a rumor
- 28:03because she definitely did not say where
- 28:05they're going.
- 28:07And on Coffee Pods and WOD,
- 28:09she said they were going to be done
- 28:10in Scotland this year and not come back.
- 28:12And then on Savon over the weekend,
- 28:15she kind of walked that back a tick
- 28:18and said that most likely they're not
- 28:20going to be in Scotland next year.
- 28:23But she didn't want to talk about the
- 28:24future until she was done with the
- 28:26weekend.
- 28:28So I guess we'll see what happens with
- 28:30all of that.
- 28:31But I, for one,
- 28:32would be ecstatic if they came back to
- 28:34Columbus.
- 28:36Just makes my life way easier to cover
- 28:37it because I can do it from the
- 28:40comfort of my own bed.
- 28:43And I loved it when it was there
- 28:44in twenty nineteen.
- 28:47And they were a semifinal that qualified
- 28:49people to the games.
- 28:51That was one of the.
- 28:53most fun competitions i've ever been to
- 28:57and it was like a huge party um
- 29:00when they built the outdoor venue um and
- 29:04there was an outdoor vendor village that
- 29:05was packed um it was just great and
- 29:09i they never half-ass anything and if they
- 29:12can bring money into my city then i
- 29:14will be stoked for that
- 29:20The other thing I wanted to just finish
- 29:22up on is we talked last night in
- 29:27our game, pencil, pen, or Sharpie.
- 29:31The question was,
- 29:32will Laura Horvat do the CrossFit game
- 29:34season next year?
- 29:37And most of the people said pencil.
- 29:39My two co-hosts said pencil.
- 29:41And I said pen.
- 29:42And I said pen for this reason.
- 29:46On one hand,
- 29:46I know that Laura is upset with CrossFit
- 29:49HQ.
- 29:51But outside of the CrossFit Games,
- 29:53Laura has pretty much dominated most of
- 29:57every competition she's ever been in.
- 30:00She has made it clear that she is
- 30:04one of the two best female athletes in
- 30:06the sport.
- 30:10I think that her white whale is Tia.
- 30:16And the only way I think she's going
- 30:18to have a shot to take that whale
- 30:20down and to beat Tia in a competition
- 30:24that matters is to do the CrossFit Games
- 30:26season.
- 30:30So last year, even months ago,
- 30:34I would have said it was a pencil
- 30:35that that would happen.
- 30:37But I'm really edging now towards Penn
- 30:40because I think the only big
- 30:42accomplishment that matters to Laura at
- 30:44this point is to beat Tia.
- 30:49If you look at Justin,
- 30:51everybody said after Justin won the first
- 30:53two years is that he did it after
- 30:55Matt had left.
- 30:58And if Matt were there,
- 30:59Matt still would have won.
- 31:00And there's all these whispers around.
- 31:03Laura won the games the year that Tia
- 31:05took off.
- 31:08Laura has beat Tia at Rogue,
- 31:10but she was coming off a pregnancy.
- 31:13She probably wasn't a hundred percent.
- 31:15And there's always the whispers.
- 31:18I think Laura wants to go head to
- 31:20head with Tia and beat her one time.
- 31:24One time to cement her legacy.
- 31:27as one of the two greatest female athletes
- 31:30in the CrossFit space.
- 31:33Because at this point, what else matters?
- 31:35She has all the money.
- 31:37She's won Rogue a handful of times.
- 31:39I mean, she has millions of winnings now.
- 31:44What is there left for her to accomplish?
- 31:47It's to beat Tia.
- 31:48Yeah.
- 31:50It's not to win the games.
- 31:52It's not to win Rogue.
- 31:54It's to beat Tia.
- 31:57And in order to do that,
- 31:58she's going to have to go to the
- 31:59place where Tia is to make that happen.
- 32:06It's the only thing left.
- 32:07It's the only thing left for her.
- 32:10If she beats Tia full strength head to
- 32:12head,
- 32:14it's going to cement her as one of
- 32:15the two greatest female athletes of all
- 32:17time.
- 32:25Agreed that she should,
- 32:26but good luck beating Tia, Claire, Toomey,
- 32:28or... Well, I didn't say it was easy.
- 32:33But I bet if you asked Justin,
- 32:38he would have preferred to beat Matt.
- 32:44I don't know if he would say that
- 32:45out loud to the press at this point
- 32:48in his career,
- 32:49but I'm betting if you asked him...
- 32:52his feelings back in twenty one and twenty
- 32:54two,
- 32:55he would have hoped that he could have
- 32:57beaten Matt to get his first title.
- 33:06Frida says it's hard to tell when grieving
- 33:08is involved,
- 33:08the time needed is different for everyone.
- 33:10I don't disagree with you at all.
- 33:12And that's why I didn't go Sharpie either.
- 33:14Like,
- 33:15I don't think it's a done deal and
- 33:16written in Sharpie.
- 33:18I just think that looking at it,
- 33:20when you look at greatness in sports,
- 33:23When Michael Jordan was playing
- 33:24basketball,
- 33:25it meant something if you beat him.
- 33:28And nobody did.
- 33:30The only time people beat the Bulls is
- 33:33when Jordan retired for two years and the
- 33:36Rockets won.
- 33:36And Akeem Olajuwon was like,
- 33:38he won the title only because Michael
- 33:41didn't play those years.
- 33:45And that eats up at athletes.
- 33:48That eats up at athletes.
- 33:49If you are a champion athlete and you
- 33:52are as competitive as Laura is,
- 33:54you want to stick a stake in the
- 33:56ground and you want to take your shot
- 33:59at the best that there ever was.
- 34:08Right now,
- 34:09Laura has the best shot of beating Tia
- 34:10with her skill set.
- 34:13Laura has one weakness, one weakness.
- 34:18And I think that Laura has a shot
- 34:20to go head to head with her.
- 34:22Whether she wins or not, I don't know.
- 34:25Because when you're so obsessed over the
- 34:27one thing that you need to complete your
- 34:29career,
- 34:30that comes with a lot of mental issues
- 34:35that you have to overcome, right?
- 34:39Like when Tiger wore red on Sunday or
- 34:41Michael Jordan was in the playoffs,
- 34:43those players knew that that person was
- 34:45great.
- 34:47And it was going to take an exceptional
- 34:48performance to beat them.
- 34:51And so Laura is going to have to
- 34:52know when Tia's wearing that leader jersey
- 34:54that she has the ability to beat her
- 34:56still.
- 34:57And that takes an extra to get there.
- 35:09yeah this is it corey this is perfect
- 35:12at the twenty twenty games jeff adler said
- 35:15i don't care who wins the next event
- 35:17so long as it isn't him and points
- 35:18at matt frazier something tells me it
- 35:26won't happen in twenty twenty six he
- 35:28hasn't posted a video in two months
- 35:29pregnant i don't disagree with you and
- 35:33that's again i did not put this laura
- 35:35thing in sharpie i put it in pen
- 35:39Because there are other factors to this.
- 35:41If Tia doesn't compete,
- 35:43then it's going to be easy for Laura
- 35:44to say,
- 35:44I'm going to take another season of just
- 35:47WFP, stay in Europe, do my thing,
- 35:49collect my money,
- 35:51do some Olympic weightlifting,
- 35:53have some fun.
- 35:55Because the CrossFit Games, the title,
- 35:58I don't think matters to Laura.
- 36:00It's beating Tia.
- 36:03That's what matters.
- 36:13Laura only beat her when Tia was like
- 36:15six months postpartum.
- 36:16Laura is great,
- 36:17but I don't think she can take Tia
- 36:18in twenty twenty six.
- 36:20I'm not predicting the winner, dude.
- 36:23I understand what you're saying exactly.
- 36:26But as a competitor,
- 36:28listen to the guys that played basketball
- 36:30in Jordan's era,
- 36:32like the Charles Barclays,
- 36:33the Carl Malone's,
- 36:35the Akeem Elijah Juan's.
- 36:37the Isaiah Thomas's,
- 36:40they wanted to beat Jordan.
- 36:42They wanted to beat Jordan's bulls.
- 36:45None of them did,
- 36:47but that was their white whale.
- 36:49That was what they wanted to go after.
- 37:00Laura's great when the test is not about
- 37:01being the fittest.
- 37:03I completely disagreed.
- 37:07I completely disagree.
- 37:09The only thing that prevents Laura from
- 37:11winning events is handstand pushups with a
- 37:15deficit.
- 37:24So.
- 37:30So there it is.
- 37:37Jonathan Ortega.
- 37:38So I don't think Laura is that type
- 37:40of competitor or else she would have come
- 37:42after Tia this season.
- 37:43She doesn't have the love.
- 37:45I completely disagree.
- 37:47I think she has the love for the
- 37:49game.
- 37:49Look at her on the floor.
- 37:51Look at how pumped she gets when she
- 37:52wins an event.
- 37:55She has all the love of the game,
- 37:58but she was grieving and she had rage
- 38:01and was upset with CrossFit HQ.
- 38:04That's why she didn't do twenty twenty
- 38:05six.
- 38:06As the further we get away from Lazar's
- 38:09death,
- 38:10the more that's going to wane a little
- 38:12by a little by little.
- 38:14And there's going to be a piece or
- 38:16there's going to be a time where it's
- 38:18going to be enough for her to want
- 38:19to go after the white whale.
- 38:21And that is Tia.
- 38:26Laura is one of the fittest period.
- 38:30I one hundred percent agree.
- 38:31I guys, I.
- 38:33Nobody goes into events and hurts
- 38:36themselves like that if they don't have
- 38:37love for the game.
- 38:39She is at the tip of the spear.
- 38:40She is one of the two greatest female
- 38:43athletes in the sport.
- 38:45And maybe you could put her on the
- 38:47Mount Rushmore of ever.
- 38:52She has stood on the podium, what,
- 38:54four times at the CrossFit Games?
- 38:57Winning once?
- 39:05Mike DeVito,
- 39:06I definitely understand what you're saying
- 39:07now, and that makes sense.
- 39:09But if it is her white whale,
- 39:10she needs to put her issues with HQ
- 39:12aside and show up.
- 39:13And I don't think she has the mental
- 39:15side.
- 39:16A lot had rage and still showed up
- 39:18and handled business.
- 39:20You have to be mentally tough to overcome
- 39:21adversity like that.
- 39:23Some did, Laura did not.
- 39:24And just like the commenter said earlier,
- 39:26and I think it was Frida,
- 39:29said that everybody grieves differently.
- 39:32And that time can be different for every
- 39:34single person.
- 39:36Look at go back and look at the
- 39:38twenty twenty four rogue invitational and
- 39:43the interview style that Laura had with
- 39:46the on the floor.
- 39:48Mike, I think it was Kiki back then,
- 39:49too.
- 39:50Then look at this year and how she
- 39:52was in her interviews with Kiki.
- 39:54There is a difference in Laura from last
- 39:56year to this year.
- 39:58I'm not saying she's over everything,
- 40:00but I'm saying that we're time does help
- 40:03heal some wounds.
- 40:06And her wounds just need to be healed
- 40:08enough for the pros to outweigh the cons
- 40:12of going to the CrossFit Games.
- 40:17Exactly.
- 40:18Train Olive.
- 40:19She has a different air about her
- 40:20recently.
- 40:21I like this version of Laura.
- 40:29Laura also quit on a workout in the
- 40:31WFP.
- 40:32I know it's just the WFP,
- 40:33but Tia would never have done that.
- 40:41She may not have quit.
- 40:42She just may not have been able.
- 40:59When Kobe passed away,
- 41:00how many players showed up to the court
- 41:01right after?
- 41:03Apples to oranges, Jonathan.
- 41:04Kobe didn't die on the court.
- 41:07And Kobe was retired.
- 41:16We're all making assumptions about Laura's
- 41:17mindset and why she's making the decision
- 41:19she is.
- 41:20All the speculation doesn't make it fact.
- 41:22I'm just putting a theory out there.
- 41:24That's all.
- 41:24Just for something to talk about.
- 41:27Because love or hate her,
- 41:29she is a phenomenal athlete.
- 41:31And I think that people look at it
- 41:34and they discredit her fitness or her
- 41:36ability because she's unlike other
- 41:40athletes in the space.
- 41:42But that may be what makes her special.
- 41:51Exactly, Sean in Oregon.
- 41:52But then we wouldn't have a show.
- 41:53Exactly.
- 41:54Exactly.
- 42:02Mike DeVito.
- 42:03And I like Laura a lot.
- 42:04She's a solid athlete in so many ways
- 42:06that might not come across right now,
- 42:08but I do.
- 42:09LOL.
- 42:13So it's just a theory.
- 42:16It's looking at when I've like,
- 42:18I've watched sports my entire life.
- 42:21my entire life and I've watched greatness
- 42:24and I've watched people want to over
- 42:27become great themselves.
- 42:29And the way to become great yourself is
- 42:32to hang with those that are great already
- 42:35or beat those that are great already.
- 42:38You know, we have the phrases like,
- 42:39the student becomes the master.
- 42:42Things like that because, one,
- 42:43of Star Wars, but two,
- 42:45because the apprentice has learned enough
- 42:50about being great that they overtake the
- 42:52person who is currently great.
- 42:57There are still golfers who talk about
- 43:00Tiger like he's still there.
- 43:05because of the runs he made,
- 43:07and none of them can match what he
- 43:09did on the course.
- 43:11And they still talk about it.
- 43:14And you know if they're talking about it,
- 43:15it's in the forefront of their mind that
- 43:18they want to be able to do what
- 43:19he did to show that they're as great
- 43:21as he was.
- 43:36but you can't hang with those that are
- 43:37great if you don't show up for the
- 43:38event.
- 43:39Jonathan, you keep banging this horse.
- 43:43The horse is dead.
- 43:45People grieve differently.
- 43:47She didn't show up for one year.
- 43:49We got to see what happens.
- 43:53I mean, if you listen to Pat Vellner,
- 43:55I think there's a chance he comes back.
- 43:58And he was as outspoken against CrossFit
- 44:00HQ as anybody.
- 44:06Trade Olive,
- 44:07if you look back at Tia in the
- 44:08beginning to now as far as interviews and
- 44:11such, I'd say she's less likable.
- 44:13I think Laura is becoming more likable or
- 44:15maybe personable is the word.
- 44:17I think personable is the word.
- 44:19I think that she has burnt some bridges
- 44:21where there were people out there that
- 44:22will never like Laura.
- 44:28And that's just a fact.
- 44:30It doesn't mean that...
- 44:33She can't become more personable and maybe
- 44:35convert some people over to likable.
- 44:37But I think for some,
- 44:38she's already burnt that bridge.
- 44:40And that's why people don't think she,
- 44:44I think that is why people give her
- 44:46less of a chance to be great or
- 44:49to be on the Mount Rushmore or to
- 44:50be the person that can take down the
- 44:52white whale.
- 44:59Tia had a huge shift in mindset when
- 45:00she started,
- 45:01so there's always room for change and
- 45:03growth.
- 45:08Laura is very Eastern European from a
- 45:10personality standpoint.
- 45:14I don't disagree with that at all.
- 45:18But it's food for thought, right?
- 45:19It makes, to me,
- 45:22as someone who does this every day now,
- 45:26It's those storylines that make me want to
- 45:28come watch an event.
- 45:32And so I am hoping upon hope that
- 45:36this theory of mine is true and that
- 45:40we do get the opportunity where we get
- 45:42the head-to-head Laura versus Tia.
- 45:45Because I don't think there could be a
- 45:47better matchup in the women's field at the
- 45:51CrossFit Games than to see those two go
- 45:54head-to-head.
- 45:55They are very different culturally.
- 45:57They are very different personality-wise,
- 46:00but they're both great.
- 46:02And I would love to see it happen
- 46:04head-to-head one more time.
- 46:08So as much as I'm just throwing this
- 46:10theory out and I'm using past experiences
- 46:13of watching other people who are great,
- 46:16a lot of this is hope.
- 46:18A lot of this is because I just
- 46:20want to see it happen.
- 46:22because it will be something that we would
- 46:24talk about all the time on this show.
- 46:29It's like the men's field has gotten to
- 46:31where you can't pick a winner anymore.
- 46:34Everybody is getting so good that we have
- 46:37these epic battles,
- 46:39even at a semifinal level,
- 46:41all the way to the games, at Rogue,
- 46:44at all the events.
- 46:47That's what's awesome.
- 46:49And that's,
- 46:50we haven't had that on the women's side
- 46:51because it's been dominated so much.
- 46:54We need the villain for Tia.
- 46:59And that's what I'm hoping for.
- 47:02With that, guys,
- 47:02I need to say one thing.
- 47:05Last night on our show,
- 47:05Carolyn said that she helped Lex with her
- 47:08picks.
- 47:10Lex wants to make it clear that
- 47:12that Carolyn does not help her with her
- 47:14picks on Heat One,
- 47:15that Lex makes her own picks,
- 47:19and they are hers.
- 47:20And she has beaten John Young on her
- 47:22own,
- 47:23and she has done all the greatness on
- 47:26Heat One because she's my white whale on
- 47:28Heat One.
- 47:29Every weekend,
- 47:31that's the person I'm trying to beat is
- 47:32Lex.
- 47:34Alexis Detroit for you people out there.
- 47:38And she is my white whale,
- 47:42but she wants it cleared up that she
- 47:44makes her own picks.
- 47:45Carolyn does not help her.
- 47:47They may discuss the event and the
- 47:48athletes,
- 47:49but they actually come up with different
- 47:51choices on who will be in the heat
- 47:53one.
- 47:54So Lex wanted me to make that clear.
- 47:57I've made it clear.
- 47:58Lex is probably the king queen of the
- 48:02heat one app.
- 48:04And I'm just coming,
- 48:04trying to come for the crown.
- 48:06Thank goodness.
- 48:06She forgot to put in athletes for event
- 48:09seven and I beat her this week,
- 48:11probably for the first time ever.
- 48:14So.
- 48:20I think Alex Kazan is going to be
- 48:22trying to be the villain in Proven's
- 48:26comments.
- 48:30More information, please, Trent Olive.
- 48:35I've seen HBO posts about Alex because
- 48:39that's who she's with now.
- 48:42Um... Um...
- 48:54So anyway,
- 48:59I didn't see any proven comments on
- 49:00anything.
- 49:01But again,
- 49:01I don't dive into the comments very much,
- 49:09especially when I'm busy,
- 49:11which I have been for the last couple
- 49:12weeks.
- 49:20Lucy Campbell appears to be the future.
- 49:22She has crazy grit.
- 49:24think the only thing holding lucy campbell
- 49:26back is she's an older athlete she started
- 49:29this thing later than most um and so
- 49:32her window is a little bit shorter than
- 49:36some athletes
- 49:39it's then some athletes are or is or
- 49:41whatever um I love Lucy Campbell she is
- 49:46one of my favorite athletes um every
- 49:48conversation I've had with her has been
- 49:49remarkable um and if you noticed she's the
- 49:52superhero in the comic uh on the thumbnail
- 49:56for this show today um and I think
- 50:00she's awesome
- 50:02But I think if Alex Kazan can stay
- 50:04healthy,
- 50:05she is going to be the future of
- 50:07the sport as well.
- 50:17Oh, yeah, yeah, she did do that.
- 50:18I did see that.
- 50:20I'm sorry.
- 50:22You're very right, Train Olive.
- 50:23There was a post about Tia keeping the
- 50:25jersey and not giving it up,
- 50:26and Alex said something like,
- 50:28I'll be trying to take it.
- 50:37True,
- 50:38but she was an athlete from another
- 50:39discipline.
- 50:41I'm not disputing that, David.
- 50:43I just think she's thirty.
- 50:46So in the women's field,
- 50:48it's very rare to go past thirty-four,
- 50:51thirty-five.
- 50:52I'm just saying the window's smaller for
- 50:53her than it is for someone like Gazan
- 50:56at twenty-four or an Emma Lawson at
- 50:58twenty-one.
- 51:04They just have a longer runway to pull
- 51:06it off.
- 51:13That's not Alex being a villain, though.
- 51:14That's the type of fun trash talk we
- 51:16need more of in this sport.
- 51:18Yeah, and I think if you know Alex,
- 51:24it was probably all said in fun,
- 51:26but the Alex I used to know would
- 51:28never have said that because her
- 51:29confidence level wasn't where it needs to
- 51:32be to be a champion,
- 51:34and I think it is now.
- 51:36I think I'm bummed that we didn't get
- 51:39the full healthy Alex this season.
- 51:43So we'll see.
- 51:47I was showing bias with regards to age.
- 51:49Thirty is so young compared to me.
- 51:51Yeah, I mean, thirty is really young,
- 51:55but for an athlete.
- 51:57The athletes that go past thirty five in
- 52:00pro sports, you can count on two hands,
- 52:03maybe, you know, you have your LeBron's,
- 52:05you have your.
- 52:07Max Scherzer's you,
- 52:09but they are not they are not common.
- 52:12Aaron Rodgers.
- 52:20To come back from that accident and do
- 52:21what she did at Rogue is simply amazing.
- 52:23It was.
- 52:24She looked great.
- 52:25I think she looked tired on Sunday,
- 52:27but a lot of athletes did.
- 52:28But I think the Alex that could train
- 52:30fully would be less tired than she was
- 52:33this week.
- 52:34So I'd love to see her at full
- 52:36conditioning moving forward.
- 52:45Haha, I'm forty.
- 52:46So to me, thirty is crazy young.
- 52:48But as a CrossFitter,
- 52:48even thirty is getting up there.
- 52:51There are some people that have not been
- 52:55hit by the age wand as quickly.
- 53:00Emily Rolfe is thirty five,
- 53:01and she has been competing until this year
- 53:04when she suffered her first injury.
- 53:07Sam Briggs famously qualified as a Masters
- 53:10athlete in the individual field.
- 53:13It can be done.
- 53:15I'm just saying from second,
- 53:18like Lucy finished second at the games.
- 53:21Second.
- 53:22That's impressive.
- 53:24And she may be a monster in the
- 53:26next couple years.
- 53:28Her window is just smaller, that's all.
- 53:31Emma Lawson's twenty-one.
- 53:33She's got like fourteen years of working
- 53:37to be the best.
- 53:44five a.m squad club I'm getting younger
- 53:45all the time there you go CrossFit
- 53:49reversing age one workout at a time uh
- 53:57Briggs isn't human I'm convinced she's a
- 53:59cyborg that got left in the past after
- 54:02failing to get John Connor yeah I think
- 54:05there's a lot of speculation um
- 54:08But hey, she's a firefighter here in Ohio.
- 54:11And if my house is on fire,
- 54:12I want her saving my ass.
- 54:14I'll tell you that.
- 54:18No questions whether she's fit enough to
- 54:20get my house taken care of and my
- 54:23family out safe and sound.
- 54:29She's one of the coolest humans ever.
- 54:32I'm going to finish on this.
- 54:34I've said this on this show a couple
- 54:35times.
- 54:35When I was doing the open at CrossFit
- 54:38Polaris, I was standing over my deadlift.
- 54:43Sam had come in to work out with
- 54:44Christy,
- 54:46and she started yelling at me to pick
- 54:48up the bar that it was not going
- 54:49to move itself.
- 54:50And then she got right beside me yelling
- 54:52at me the whole time.
- 54:54And it was a burpee deadlift workout in
- 54:55the open a couple years ago.
- 54:58Nothing worse than having Sam Briggs yell
- 55:00at you to finish out that open workout.
- 55:03I did way better than I ever planned
- 55:05on doing,
- 55:07but it's also one of the coolest moments
- 55:08I've ever had in my life.
- 55:13And I picked up the bar.
- 55:15I picked up the bar.
- 55:17So with that, on that story,
- 55:20we're going to get out of here.
- 55:21Don't forget to like and subscribe to the
- 55:22channel.
- 55:23We appreciate that.
- 55:24It helps the algorithm so much.
- 55:26And if you want to become a member
- 55:27and help support the show,
- 55:29you can do it for as little as
- 55:29two dollars and ninety nine cents a month.
- 55:32That's like a half a cup of coffee
- 55:34at Starbucks.
- 55:36And that helps just pay for the software
- 55:38to get this up and running every day.
- 55:41So with that,
- 55:41we appreciate each and every one of you.
- 55:42We love you so much.
- 55:44And I can't wait to see you tomorrow
- 55:46on Lunch with the Clydesdale.
- 55:49Bye, guys.
