- The Drama Drop: All right, before we get into today's topics, I just have to give you guys a life update. Now, this is not a cute aesthetic whatsoever, but I just feel the need to share this with you all. You're probably gonna be like, Morgan duh, people have been doing this for forever. But let me just tell you, I just came across this a couple weeks ago, I wanna say. And I was like, this is genius. Why have I not been doing this? And I'm here to share this with you if you are not doing it. UV visors, okay. We're talking about a huge visor UV screen protective thingy to wear while you're on your walks. If you're out by the pool, this is not like a sponsored ad or whatever, because I'm sure it kind of sounds like it's going in that direction. No, this is just coming straight from the heart. And I feel like I need to share this life update with you because I feel it is truly a game changer. And let me tell you, when I saw this one girl that I follow on Instagram and she was posting her little hot girl walk. Wearing this UV right visor, genius. Absolutely genius. Like get this woman ⁓ running for president. I don't know. But I obviously I had to go and gr get one for myself because unfortunately I am in my 30s and I need to start thinking about things like that. So yeah, I look absolutely ridiculous on my walks now, but I really don't care. It's just really great because it just you can move it up and down, which is amazing, covers the face. However, you need to in coordinates with the sun, kind of doubles his sunglasses. So that's super nice too. But I just can't believe I've never even thought of it. I she's the first person I've literally seen wearing this. And I'm shocked I haven't seen more. But I'm just here to spread this knowledge because if you don't have one, if you're hanging out at the pool, if you're going on walks, you need to get one. yeah, there's like a million on Amazon. But I really, I just really had to share that with you all. And the next thing that I have to share with you all, guys, Love Island. I don't know. I don't know if I can do it. I'm I'm really trying for everybody. I know it's hot. It's fresh and new. Like we're pretty fresh into it. And I'm trying. I'm trying so hard to get myself there, but I just I can't do it. I don't know. I put on the first episode, and when I started seeing this whole music video thing happening, this little skit, this little play that they put on together for the very first episode. I was like, what is going on? Because I have never watched a season of Love Island before. Okay. And I know it's all the buzz. It's all the noise. It's what everybody talks about every single summer. And every single summer I tell myself, okay, this is going to be the summer that you commit, that you are going to do this, that you are going to get into it and you're going to be culturally aware. You're going to understand what everybody is talking about because that's what everybody is talking about. And I feel like I owe it to you guys to be a part of that. But I I don't know. I don't know. It's really hard for me to get into it. And I don't understand why. I don't know if it's like the formula of the episodes because it's very live stream-esque from what I've gathered. I mean, I don't know if you guys watch Big Brother, but I'm a huge Big Brother fan. We'll definitely be talking about that once that season comes around. But it's like you have your streaming episodes. Okay. Then there is the option to do live feeds and live stream and look at it from that angle. I I'm not used to actually seeing almost like what seems to be a live stream as an episode. So it's just really interesting. It's really hard for me to get into the dynamic, like just figuring it all out. And then, you know, I watch perfect match. I watch things like that where it's kind of a similar sense of you're matching up with somebody. Somebody can come in and swoop your person up. But I don't know. I don't know. It's just it's very, it's it's hard. And I think with How many there are. It's just like you can't keep up. And there's so many other things going on. But let me just tell you, I'm trying. I'm trying. So maybe next week I can come up with something and I'll have an update for you all. But yeah, I don't know. I don't know. It's, it's, it's hard. It's hard. And then, you know, people are like, they're got their eyes in on one person. Then all of a sudden they need to be open and try the experience and find connections elsewhere. It's just a lot of all over the place. And I feel like I just I'll never be able to catch up. But I just had to, I just had to rant on that for a little bit. But all right. So that's just some personal gripes. Okay. That I had to get out of the way. Now that I've gotten all that out of the way, let's move on to the topics. ⁓ are you feeling it? Cause I'm feeling it. Are you feeling Secret Lives fatigued a little bit? Cause I am as much as I love The drama and the constant bickering, passive aggressiveness, new articles, new, you know, confrontations. As much as I enjoy that, I need some new people. I need a new cast that this is happening to because I am starting to get a little fatigued. And I feel a ⁓ vast majority of people are as well. I mean, I'm reading the comments and everyone is bored, tired. It's it's not the same, but it is the same. You know, same, same, but not the same. And there is, like I say all the time, always something new. You close your phone, you open it up, there is something new again. But it's just kind of crazy how much nothing is shocking me. I'm, you know, when all of the hoop lov, like when this first scandal broke open between Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota, my jaw just continuously was dropping. Now it's just kind of like, now what? Now do now what do we have? So I don't know if you guys aware, but ⁓ this is all alleged. There was a private investigator outside of and Dakota's house. Now, just a reminder: Cru is Dakota's roommate. ⁓ And, so ⁓ again, is all alleged. This is all speculation. I mean, the cop that it was a PI, but we don't know if Taylor actually is the one to hire said PI. But anyways, crew, he is noticing a car outside of his vehicle or sorry, outside of his house, just parked out there. And he's like, this is weird. He starts recording. He's recording his conversation with this person that's in the car. Now, here's something interesting to me because I I don't know if I, you know, we have cars parked outside on the street in our neighborhood all the time. Okay. I don't think I would ever pick up if somebody was a PI. Now that's not an invitation to hire a PI, but I'm just trying to think it's just kind of weird. Like, how would you notice? I don't know, we just have different cars parked out. You know, people are visiting neighbors. So it was more just like, did he just notice somebody that was sitting in the driver's seat for an odd amount of time and staring at their house? That I don't really know, but he just like had some suspicion and confronted this person and was like, I know you're a PI, I know you're a PI. Also, if this person is a PI, which again, the cop confirmed that it was, but it's just kind of like, is this your first day on the job? How like you're a terrible PI to get caught just wide out in the open. And obviously you weren't unassuming if that was the case. Like I'm just trying to think, how did this person get caught? This must be their first day, first gig. Terrible PI. If that was all that it took for somebody to crack the case wide open was just be like, ⁓ that's so weird. You're parked in front of my house. ⁓ what's the the deal? But he confronts this person, he has it all recorded, and the conversation is just I don't know, this guy is just so not convincing. He's just like, ⁓ no, I'm not a PI. I don't know. It was a very odd interaction. So crew calls the cops, and that's when you know the cops confirm that that was a PI. ⁓ and sorry, I just realized like if you don't know what a PI is, which I hope you do, it's private investigator. I just want to like clarify that. But yeah, so here's the thing though. If Taylor Frankie Paul hired this person, she violates her protective order, you know, and just a reminder like this is a three year protective order against Dakota. Like neither of them can basically test have anything to do with each other and just this. Her hiring a PI would violate that. ⁓ but I mean, and there would be severe consequences if that were the case. Criminal charges, felony escalation, or a mandatory arrest. So again, we don't know if she was the person to do it. So I would love some clarification. Maybe we'll get that soon, but I don't know. But there was ⁓ a loophole that can be involved in this situation if Taylor's ⁓ attorney is the one to hire a PI. To, you know, they have strict boundaries that they basically would have to make sure that they don't cross to basically ⁓ comply with this loophole to make this legal. But if Taylor's attorney did the hiring and, you know, it's pretty much just doing a check on seeing kind of like the environment of wherever is staying, like w how is that going down, just making sure that it's a safe environment, everything is like good. There's just it's tricky. It's something that I will never understand, something that's above my pay grade. I wouldn't even want to attempt to touch that if I were Taylor. then it could be okay. But again, we don't really know. We don't know who did it, who hired. ⁓ all I know is that I hope Taylor has her hands clean of this because she's doing so well with progressing forward in her the custody bat battle and getting ever and visitation rights and all that. Like I just would hate. If she got her hands caught in this and she just backtracks any progress that she makes. And, you know, this would completely jeopardize any potential ⁓ additional custody and parental rights that she would have forever. And yeah, I don't know. And I would think ⁓ her attorney would be very smart. So if this was something that her attorney hired and is playing a part in, I'm sure he's getting all the boxes checked and I's dotted and T's crossed. ⁓ so we'll see. I'll all I know is that she just needs to be extremely careful. There is thoughts of, you know, it's just kind of interesting, like, could Dakota and crew have just kind of staged this whole thing, like make it seem like there is a PI situation and Taylor actually didn't like none of that is legitimized. And it's just kind of, you know, for the internet, kind of just kind of creates some noise and speculation. That would be crazy work. That would be crazy work. I truly don't think that's the case because Dakota also has a lot to lose. Like, I mean, it's not just Taylor that has things that she has to protect and make sure that she abides by. Dakota also does as well. And, you know, the judge has both, like, he's looking at both of these people. So I just don't think with how much, you know, they're looking into this case and they're looking at all the fine lines that he would do that. I would think, I would hope, just like logically speaking, just as a human, that would just be nuts. So we don't really, again, like I said, know much, but just for the sake of Taylor and the progress that she has made, I am hoping that this was nothing that she willingly partaked in, that she is behind. And if it is something that Her lawyer is doing that she has zero part of it. Like she doesn't know anything. It like it is all in the lawyer's hands, and he is doing everything that he needs to do to make sure that it is within the legal standards. ⁓ you know, for that to for that to take place. ⁓ but you know, of course, she can't just have drama with one baby daddy. She's also got drama with her ex-husband because so crew, he went on live, you know, just TikTok live. And ⁓ so Taylor Frankie Paul, her ex-husband, right? The one that she was with when all of the stardom started on TikTok. Like he's really disappeared through all of this. Not not even just, you know, the situation with Dakota, but just all of once the swinging scandal broke loose and then the rise of the show. He's really just kind of kept to himself, not being in the public eye. And so anyways, I don't know. He I guess decided his name is Tate, by the way. If we don't know that, Tate Paul. He decided to enter the live cruise live stream. And so he's like in the comments and in the comments section, sorry. And someone's like, Who is Tate? And he responds, choosing peace over fame. And then he says, My co parenting relationship has been peaceful for the most part the last few months, not so much. So, of course, you know, this just ruffles the feathers of Taylor Frankie Paul and she blocks him. Okay. She wants nothing to do with that. And it's just like there's just no peace ever for her. And like, I just I don't know what it's going to take for her to find that. And it's hard, you know, like her job is being on social media and kind of being an entertainer and giving us all of this. But there's just so much consumption going on. Like Just, you know, one day it's like she's doing well, she's finding peace, whatever. And it's just these things that just really get under her skin. And I understand, but do we not think like maybe some of these people are just trying to get a rise out of her? Like she has a lot on the line. And I would not be shocked if these men, maybe not Tate Paul, but definitely Dakota's roommate, just knows how to get under her skin to kind of just create these reactions out of her. to create buzz because as like as soon as she did that, obviously like that became a thing. And people are just like, ⁓ my gosh, Taylor, like you need help. You need to just get off social media. Yada yada yada. ⁓ just kind of creating a scene. And yeah, so because he said that she blocked him and then I don't know. Now I'm just so confused because just I'm a little caveat. I'm pivoting here, but Jen Affleck, she posted ⁓ a TikTok reel, whatever. And ⁓ it was with Macy and Michaela and it was pretty much the theme of POV, you're on a girls trip and backup was needed. So basically saying like Michaela and Macy were her backup. It's hinting at, you know, did they make a guest appearance on the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives OC? Kind of entering the chat. Like is there drama going on with Jen and the those other girls? ⁓ but you know Taylor unfollowed Jen not too long ago, maybe even blocked. I can't even keep all of it straight. It's just I need a Venn diagram or just some whiteboard, a tree to like figure this all out. But then Taylor commented on that, ⁓ just saying, takes three sheesh. Whoever is up against them, call me. You know, you won't need three, huh? Anyways, there's just it it's just so much to keep up with. And I think the main consensus here is that people are getting a little. fatigued and tired and just trying to put the pieces all together. And it's hard when it's just all over the place. There's no direction whatsoever. Just once you think you have one storyline figured out, then there's a different one. All I know is that we probably need to get Secret Lives season five like up and running just so we can figure out any loopholes, kind of close that and start OC right away. We need to get that up and going. I don't know. It's just, it's just all over. But I feel like, you know, I because this is such a huge thing with Taylor Frankie Paul and the custody battle and going through court, all of these details, as tired as we are and as fatigued as we are, they matter because it plays a huge role into the outcome of what can happen to her. As much as, you know, you it could be innocent Bickering and online just issues and drama and feud for anybody else. But there is bigger things at stake here, which is her son. And that's just what makes it even crazier. So I'm sure there will be more next week. Don't doubt that for a second. But yeah, that's that's just my thoughts. And I'll just leave it at that. I just hope she's not involved in this whole PI situation. Cause that'd be crazy. And also that PI needs to be better because. The fact that they clocked that real quick is insane. ⁓ okay, moving on to the valley. I think I read, and I could be wrong, so somebody please correct me that it didn't get picked up for another season. Like this is the final season, and I am understanding why. I mean, you know, when the show goes on and you watch like four episodes and you're like, okay, and then they kind of do like a midway of like what's left to come for the rest of the season, and they really hype it up. They really show you. Those pivotal moments, the scenes, the heated ⁓ drama, arguments, or whatever, and you're just like so excited. Okay, that happened like two or three episodes ago, and I'm still waiting for that. I'm still waiting for that. Like, when is it going to pick up some steam? I know people are saying that the valley is really dark. You know, people have fallen off because it feels really dark dealing with serious issues. Which doesn't make sense to me because, you know, I'm just kind of curious, like, what do people want in terms of reality TV? It's like it's either too much drama, ⁓ not enough drama, too dark. Like, what are you expecting? It's like these people's true lives, it's like you people want re relatability and but also maybe just things that are just kind of not relatable. ⁓ and we get that, and then people just kind of crap all over it. But yeah, I if it doesn't pick up for another season, I won't be shocked because I just feel like it's kind of stale and stagnant. Like we're kind of hovering over the Nia and Danny situation for the whole season. And I understand most seasons just have like a theme of like this is like the main issue, and then other issues can come into play. But I'm just kind of tired of feeling sorry for Nia and her not. Feeling, I don't know, I'm tired of feeling sorry for Nia, but also watching her be annoyed that everybody is worrying about her and Danny and that. You know, she is just very much just wanting to keep the peace. She's almost like turning a blind eye to Danny's drinking and the way that he behaves and how he's making other people feel, which I think is key here because they are really adamant about everybody else's drinks on this show. Everybody else gets drunk. Everybody else acts a fool. But that can be true. But at the same time, you gotta look at the consistencies and you gotta look at what is being repetitive and what continues to be an issue. You know, it's like, sure, that person that had too much to drink may not react or act the same as Danny that is drinking a lot. You know what I mean? So it's like you gotta think of it in that. So I just feel like she knows. what everybody else is saying to her. She doesn't want to admit it. If you admit it, it makes it real. Then even more eyes are being put on you. You're under a telescope, microscopic little view that everybody's gonna pinpoint every little thing that you do wrong. And I get that, but it's almost a little bit too late for that. I mean It's so obvious, like there is just tension between Nia and Danny. They can't get on the same page. She has an issue with his drinking. He can't figure it out. I don't know. It's just, it's I just get really irritated because it's like there's an obvious problem. And thank God for Lala because she's it to the forefront. She's addressing it. She is not ⁓ keeping ⁓ And just kind of brushing it off like silly. Silly la la. No, like that is so funny for you to bring that up. Like everything's fine. Like, that's hilarious. ⁓ yeah, I think everything, she just doesn't want to deal with anything on camera. She just still wants to create this whole picture perfect image but of her and her marriage. And ⁓ that's just not reality. And ⁓ it doesn't make good for reality TV. And yeah, I'm just kind of over it. But this season needs to pick it up. Like I Again, I'm also just getting tired of just kind of like the same dragged on storyline and the denial is really tiring. I just what would make it great is if Nia just is finally like, yeah, like this is an issue that we have and they can confront it or whatever. But basically, yeah, it's Danny's drinking and you can tell she obviously has an issue with it because you can just see it in her face. But if anybody else brings it up. There is no problem. It gets very defensive and it's just kind of like, all right, well, whatever. But thank God for Lalock that we can have her to kind of basically confront what everybody is thinking. so you know, there we go. All right. Now for the meat of the episode Summer House Part Three recap. And I'm just gonna echo what Lindsay and Mia said. I feel like I know less going into this. Or sorry, I feel like I know less coming out of it than I do going into it. One thing that just drives me insane with a reunion, it's like in high or in theory, it's it's the best. It's like, yes, like let us let's put everything out on the table. We're all in one room. We have a mediator, okay, Andy. And To kind of keep things moving, make people accountable and whatever. But nothing is more frustrating than when it feels like there was just nothing that was resolved or any like really new things learned. I mean, yeah, you have Lindsay, Kyle, Sierra, Jesse, everybody being very vulnerable and saying what they want. But when it's the two people that ha should say. A lot, like they have a lot to answer to, not really saying anything, kind of just sitting there, whatever medication that they're on. It it's just so infuriating to watch. It's just really frustrating. and yeah, I don't know. I mean, thank God we have this bonus episode. Okay. That was a shock. That was a surprise. I will say, before I get even further into this, the one thing that just makes it not as great, like whatever is going to come from this bonus episode, or just even learning of these reunion parts, is that we still know where Amanda and West stand. I mean, as far as I know, they're still in Italy. Okay. They've been in Italy. So it's like whatever we peel back and discover and might just be like, ⁓ my gosh, like Amanda, you look like an idiot, or if she's discovering things, it doesn't matter because they're still together at this time in Italy. Anyways, so we start with the episode and what I was like, thank God, we finally got something. You know, we have these little bits and pieces of where it doesn't seem it's kind of like behind the scenes almost, you know, like in between filming, like the breaks, kind of just like the B-roll of it. You have Amanda talking to Bailey, just kind of saying like, ⁓ my gosh, like I don't know. Like, ⁓ am I gonna feel like an idiot? Like she is admitting for the first time that, you know, she could have made a mistake. And I was like, thank God, could she say that to the masses? No. And she didn't. But it was really kind of just nice to hear that she was at least able to kind of see, okay, this isn't all what I am thinking that it's cracked up to be. I don't know everything that, you know, is being revealed in this reunion. And I j I don't know. I don't know. It's kind of hitting her, but she's not gonna say that to everybody else. But I'm just glad that we got that and we were able to get that. ⁓ As an audience, but you know, we're really honed in on the timeline. Of course, like that is just what's crucial because everybody is just super confused. And I will say one thing that is just like so crazy to me, it's because you know, Kyle made a good point. Emotional affair that's subjective, right? Like a physical affair, it's like there's evidence there. Like there could be something that you could kind of prove. Emotional affair, you Can't fully prove that in a s like it it's yeah, it kind of is subjective. It depends. Like what would Kyle not find concerning? You know what I mean? It's so, anyways, but what's just crazy to me, it's like, you know, they're really trying to nail down when these feelings started because nobody is believing a freaking word that Amanda and West are saying, and rightfully so, because it just doesn't make any sort of sense. You know, they're just talking about end of February, March. Whatever, like it just kind of happened. But here's the thing, you know, Amanda is so hellbent on it wasn't a slow burn. It wasn't a slow burn. Like, no, I didn't have a crush on him then. No, I didn't have those feelings that they weren't romantic then. None of that was happening. It just kind of happened. So you're telling me for something that just happened, there was no slow burn, there was no slow buildup. For something that just happened, for Wes to be like, Hey, is it just me? Is this kind of crazy? Are you feeling a spark? You were like, ⁓ yes, that is it. That's all it took for me to risk everything, for me to lose all of my friendships, for me to have a terrible reputation, for me to look like a terrible human being. There was no slow burn for you to have all these feelings for like him to be like, ⁓ yes, he's feeling this too. Like, thank goodness, like we can kind of come together. It was just ⁓ we'll see. Yeah, like let's let's work it out, like, let's figure it out. Just because it just happened. makes no sense. And again, it's just funny because they're like trying to make it seem not so bad to people by saying no, there was no previous ⁓ emotional relationship, emotional feelings. There was no emotional affair, absolutely no physical, like nothing of that. They're trying to make that sound better, but they just sound like idiots when it comes to it just happened. And that's what you just decide to risk everything and ruin everybody's relationships and the friendships, the group, and make people feel betrayed and just ruin lives over it just happened. Explain it to me. And I was just getting kind of frustrated because it's like, I know that's what people were thinking on the stage, but I didn't feel like anybody was really getting that across because it's like, you know, questions go on and move on and they bounce back and it's like, They answer things and knowing is referencing back to okay, but it just happened. All of this for quote unquote it just happened. ⁓ and you know, it's what's funny too, it's like the timeline so Wes basically is saying that he wasn't Really exclusive with Amanda up until the post, the joint post that they made. And Amanda, you can just see the look on her face because as we left on part two, we're talking about Meha, like this girl that West was seeing. Okay. According to her, they were extremely exclusive. Like he was saying girlfriend, like she wasn't seeing anybody else. She was going with him on trips and Staying at his house, like it was very much an exclusive relationship. And West, for the life of him, cannot say, yes, that was his girlfriend or whatever. Yes. He was pretty much like she thought we were exclusive. I wonder why she thought you guys were exclusive. Like, what are you talking about? Like, he just does not care at all the way that he treats these women. And it's just really funny that. It he just led her on for so long. He's seeing other women and he's just doing it under the guise of like, ⁓ it's for the show, you know, like has to play a role, has to do a job. And Amanda, you know, she's like finding this stuff out, like some of the stuff. I mean, she does know some, but she doesn't know all of it. And I'm just sitting here like, how is this not clicking for you that this is a terrible person to be with? And everybody else can see it besides you. And you know, whether or not, you know, people wanna come to terms with it, it's like people were really like as mad as they were at Amanda, I feel like they were trying so hard to show Amanda, like if you could if just get out of this, like get out of this. Like I fully believe that had after that reunion that she was like All right, like I want nothing to do with Wes. Like, I don't know what I was thinking. Like, this was just really stupid. I was really in a vulnerable spot. And I like my emotions got the best of me and I I just was needed a distraction, whatever. I think she could have gotten on better terms with Lindsay, maybe even Mia. Definitely not Sierra, like for sure. But like I still I think she could have pulled on some heart strings on some of the other side of the couch because, you know, it was just like they were just trying to, even though it was. Anger, but like they were just trying to feed it to her. Like, Amanda, really? Like, this is what you want to do? This is how you want to continue. And it was really sad to just see Kyle so heartbroken and sad and just so emotional. And after everything, after the betrayal of his friend and, you know, the divorce and all that stuff that he's going through with Amanda and all of that, and just seeing that unravel, his still main concern is Amanda's well-being. You know, he's like asking. Wes, he's like, okay, so what is the game plan after all of this? Like, what's your goal with Amanda? Like, are you taking care of her? Like, where where is this gonna go? Because I just think it's really crappy that you to me, it looks like you took advantage of a girl that was in a very vulnerable spot. You know, she's going through a separation, going through a divorce, going through a really hard time, like she's emotional. You are Basically sinking your teeth into that, making her feel very vulnerable and kind of isolating her and kind of just like putting her on an island because now she's choosing you. She's latching onto you. She's getting that emotional connection to you, but then betraying everybody else. So whether you choose to stay or go, like she'll be on an island. Like she has nobody else. So it's like, is this a long term goal? Like what what are you guys are what's the plan basically? Like I'm just really curious because I just feel like You put her in a terrible spot. Granted, Amanda definitely fully has free will. She could have easily been like, no, this is the stupidest thing we've ever done, especially on the fact that it wasn't a slow burn, like they say. But the crazy thing to me is, you know, we're just watching this stupid look on West's face, just like, ⁓ no, yeah, like I understand. Like, great question. And it's just like, is it? Is it though? Like, do you understand? Do you really fully get it? And he's like, ⁓ yeah. And he says, I, you know, have full intention to commit to Amanda. Basically, wait, like I think I wrote the quote down here. Yeah, he's he claims, you know, he's committed to it, like, and he's gonna put like all that effort in. Basically, what I heard out of that was, yeah, it's my goal to be with her, but anything can happen. Anything can happen like I'm committed to being monogamous to her. Like the I that's the plan. Like nowhere in this entire reunion from start to finish did either of them say, No, this person is my person. They're completely worth it. I know I was a total piece of crap before into other people, but like I feel so differently with this person that there is no question that I'm devoted to them. Like I'm going to want to make it work. Like the like we're in it for the long haul. They just are like, yeah, like, you know, like we have things to think about. Like we are figuring out things. And again, I'm like, okay, do you just think these answers make it sound better? Because it may to you feel like it is probably sounding like it will hurt less for the other people. But it just makes you sound so stupid because again, it's just like, why? Why are you doing this? There's just no true reason for it. And everybody's confused, and you're just not convincing anybody. You know, they keep asking about when it all started because they are just not buying that all of this was just so suddenly, and it's just hard to watch because and it's so frustrating. Like I just wanted to shake Amanda because she just was giving me nothing, just looking so stone cold. And I'm like I'm sorry if you guys are a part of a reunion, like this is your job. You I feel like you need to give some answers. Like, I don't know if we need to do like a character requirement, like l word limit that needs to be met. But it was just really frustrating to just not get anything. Like, how easy is that for you to just sit on the couch, just look stone cold, look like you're maybe about to cry, you feel victim, like you kind of have like a look on your face, like Like anytime anybody said anything, it was just like rolling of the eyes. Like you were so tired to hear about it. It's like, well, you're only in this position because of yourself. And yeah, I don't know. It's just it it it's really kind of crazy to me. ⁓ and then there was another part that Amanda said that really stood out to me was, you know, she was talking about how she was cause Andy asked her, he was like, you know, like, what did you think was going to happen? Like at the end of the day, like, what did you really think this outcome was going to be? And, you know, she's talking about how much she cared about Sierra. Sierra's like, no, you don't care. Like, you would you obviously don't. She's like, Are you kidding? I've lost sleep. I couldn't eat. I've just been thinking about what this was gonna do. But I thought this just happened so suddenly. You know what I mean? Like I thought this happened so suddenly that it was almost just like, ⁓ my gosh, this happened. So quickly that we need to put out a statement really quick. Like it all just happened so quick. How did you have time to lose sleep and not be able to eat and just constantly worry in your mind about how you were going to navigate things with Sierra and like the group? You know, I just, and I get it. It's probably one of those things where it's like in the moment, there's just a lot going on. Your brain's kind of fogged, and it was probably like a shower moment of like, ⁓ dang it, I should have brought that up. But I just was like, ugh, like, why is no one being like, ⁓ you were thinking about all this all this time, but all of this I thought was just so sudden. Like if it was so sudden, you shouldn't even had time to lose sleep, not be able to eat. I just, yeah, I really, I don't know. It was a hard watch. And I thought it was kind of fun. This is just like a little side note, kind of funny. I just thought it was funny that Day Portnoy and Brianna Chicken Fry kind of got a name drop in this whole situation because you know they're talking about Super Bowl and how they were like, no, we know you guys were together during the Super Bowl. Why did we not go back to that? Why did we not go back to it's like, okay, yeah, you got that nugget of information. That you heard from Amanda and Day Portnoy that you guys were together. But why did Brianna Chicken Fry think that? Or sorry, you didn't get that from Amanda. Sorry, you got that from Brianna and Day Portnoy. But it's like, why did no one go back to be like, well, wait, okay, so why, how did Brianna get this in from like what exactly did Brianna? Like, there was no dissection of that, which I really wish we did. But I appreciated that the that got just like migrated in there. ⁓ but yeah, and then you know. And I I know people think that Jesse was aware of this whole thing and kind of like the Tom Schwartz of it all, just kind of being the cover up and kind of masking the scandal, you know, being a bro or whatever. But I really don't think that he did. And he's just really emotional on that stage. Like he's not even being talked to, asked a question. And I can just see his lip is quivering on the couch. And I'm like, ⁓ my gosh. Like, He just truly looks so tore up. And I think too, it's like, you know, he's also is talking about like he asked questions. Like he obviously felt like something was going on because he was asking questions. So I mean, if he knew, he wouldn't be asking these questions. Or, you know, I feel like it would have just I don't I don't know, I don't think you can fake that type of emotion. If it's not genuine. So I'm sure it's just probably like, yeah, he felt like something was kind of weird. I mean, he talks about when they were in Miami, they all as a group were in Miami, or at least, you know, Jesse, West and Amanda and like Amanda and West go on a dinner by themselves. He's like, Well, why why wasn't I invited? Like if it was just like friends, it wasn't a date. Why wasn't I invite? You know, he's like asking these questions, clocking them, and you can just see the hurt. So like I just truly don't think that he really was aware at all of the extent of it. ⁓ so it was just, it was just really, really sad to see. and then, you know, you have Sierra just pouring her heart out to Amanda, just being like watching the last episode and the season back was super emotional and hard. And, you know, I don't regret anything that I did or said in terms of like guiding and supporting and Amanda to leave her relationship with Kyle again because I just feel like that is just so separate of all of this. You know, like regardless of that marriage themselves and that divorce happening, just the whole her getting with West and then Sierra, like that is just really what it is. So, you know, you have Sierra just being like, I don't regret because obviously, like, they're not happy. Like these two people. Are not happy doesn't mean they need to be together, whatever, like they can live separately, like they should be apart. But it's just hard, you know. I'm sitting here saying just like how deserving she is of somebody that appreciates her, like how beautiful she is, and being her champion, just constantly being in her corner and like uplifting her and supporting her. Meanwhile, all of this is going on behind her back. But, you know, it wasn't a slow burn, so it wasn't going on behind her back all this time. So, but For all of that, for then for all of this to then just happen, and she's basically like a big middle finger to Sierra. Like it just doesn't matter, like anything about Sierra, like whatever. And I wanna go back to because like as I'm talking about this, I just real you know, part one, I mean it talks about it's like you can't help who you like, you can't help who you like. Like I can't help these feelings. But ⁓ like this is where I just wish the cast could like. rewatch it, maybe do like some studying and then there's like a follow up, like a reunion to the reunion. It's like, wait, do I have follow-up questions? Because you know, I could imagine it's just a blur, a whirlwind. So it's like, she's like, you can't help who you like. I have these feelings. Like I can't help these feelings, but you can if it happened just suddenly. You know what I mean? Like if it was just so sud like you could quickly snap out of that. It's like, ooh, that was weird. I got like a little crushed for a second. I need to remove myself because this just does not seem right. This is not what I want. This is not good. You know what I mean? So it's like, which is it? Which is it? We know what it is. It didn't happen just suddenly, but they are just so adamant about that. And they will not break and they will not crack and they will not say otherwise. So that's all unfortunately we can go off of. And it's just really frustrating. And I'm just like, come on, like, please. And, you know, Jesse's like, stop lying. Even Carl, you know, he's like, Just say it. Like it's already out. Like the damage is done. You know what I mean? It's like the worst of the worst is done. So it's like you might as well just come forth with it. And, you know, Lindsay makes a point too. She's like, you're not saying like, ⁓ you guys are so in love. Like, make us like convince us as to why this is worth it. Like, make it make sense for us to be like, okay, you know what? Yeah. Like obviously it's a crappy situation given Seer and all of that doesn't make it right. But like, okay. You know, you know what I mean? It's like, give us something to go off of other than your BS answers of, no, this was so sad and like I swear, I don't even know what happened. I just slipped and like my lips fell onto his lips, type of thing. You know, it doesn't make any sense. And it's so frustrating to watch. And I don't know. And they're just and what makes it worse is like they're just sitting there as if they're so put out or they don't care or they're just ready to go, or they don't even know like really where they're at. ⁓ you know, and Andy, you know, he's like. Is this worth it, Amanda? Like, is this decision like the spot that you're in right now today, how you're feeling, hearing what everybody has to say, hearing what West has to say, is all of this worth it? And she just g gives a very vague, non-committal answer. I mean, it's pretty much just like, I mean, you know, just like we'll see. Like, I just have like a lot to think about, which is just crazy. I'm like, again, It would be one thing if like West was a really stand-up guy, a really good guy, but you see how he moves, you see how he treats women, and you're learning even more on how he treated you during your quote unquote time, like you guys are spending together. And you're like, Yeah, this is it. This is the one. Absolutely insanity to me, but. I mean, whatever. And then, you know, Amanda and Wes, they're getting really frustrated because the cast is bringing up different scenes of, you know, how we've talked about this the past couple of episodes of the pod of, you know, perception. It's all about perception. You know, you're viewing one thing in one lens with this one mindset, and then something new comes into play. And then you can quickly view something totally different with a new mindset. So Amanda's, you know, she's just so frustrated because it's like everybody's analyzing the season, looking back and like looking at these scenes and just being like, ⁓ whoa, like that, yeah, of course, like you were deflecting or like that was truly your emotion, you know, not sticking it for Sierra, but frustration for yourself or like feeling jealous of yourself and you're projecting onto West. And she's just getting so irritated with everybody coming up to with these conclusions and she's like, ⁓ I'm sure it makes it look like that, but it's not. It's like you're just not doing yourself any favors. You like nothing you make you say makes sense. It would be one thing if it's like you believable in that this just happened, if you guys weren't such close friends. Like and again, I don't obviously think that this was a thing many, many seasons ago, but it's like if you guys were just kind of, you know, roommates of the house, castmates, you weren't super close. There wasn't really anything to go off on the season that could give a different view, a different lens, perception on whichever way you look at it. That could be a little bit more believable that yeah, this kind of just started happening. But it's just kind of crazy when you're just looking at these scenes and it's like, ⁓ you guys were so closest friends, like you felt so much emotion on certain things that didn't pertain to you, but you guys were just friends. I don't know, but Yeah, and I'm really glad that Lindsay was just like, Andy, I feel like we didn't even like scratch the surface. Like I don't feel like anything was resolved. Like, I appreciate that so much. I absolutely love that she said that because yeah, she's saying what everybody else is thinking. Everybody's just like, What are we doing? You have one side of the couch just saying everything, and the other side that has to have the answers or provide the answers to even dig even further is just giving nothing. So it's like, As much as you know the answer deep down in your heart, or it's like you can have speculation, whatever. It's like if you're not getting that confirmation on the other end, like you can't even peel back anymore. but Lindsay was absolutely spot on. Nothing was resolved. to my knowledge, we just I mean, the long story short of it, the outcome is basically like they're just kind of gonna see what happens, because there's some interest there. So hopefully things go well. And yes, it the interest to kind of figure it out was worth ruining friendships and the dynamic of the show, careers, reputation, things of that sort. ⁓ so yeah, so I mean, it's just kind of like wrapped up again. Kind of it was exciting and entertaining just to kind of see, you know, Amanda or sorry, Kyle and Sierra say what they want to say, kind of get their frustrations out and see that happen from person to person. But at the same time, it was just very frustrating not getting enough answers from the other side and them just kind of looking like, when is it over? but So with that being said, we got hit with there's now a bonus episode. that is coming out next week. So, you know, you have Amanda going to Lindsay's apartment, you have West going to Kyle's apartment. They obviously leave some Easter egg or not Easter egg, sorry, just like little breadcrumbs for us to hold on to is like, are we gonna get more information? You know, what I don't know if we actually will or not, you know, West is like, Do you want the truth on when I've actually started? loving her, like had interest. Kyle's like, duh. You know, like what a stupid question. Yeah, we've been asking for the truth for forever. and you know, you have Amanda, it seems like she's maybe questioning things with like, well, there was just some things that like I just didn't really know. Like, but it doesn't matter at the end of the day. Like, will I be tuning in? Absolutely. Will we be talking about it on the pod the following week? Absolutely. But it again at the end of the day, it just doesn't matter because we're seeing everything in real time and we know that those two are still together. baby birding food into each other's mouth like weirdos. And yeah, so it's like whatever that outcome is is, whatever jarring information that we might get, at the end of the day, like they're still trying to make it work, however they feel is necessary. I don't know if that's gonna just be like added pressure. Like I don't know if the lifeline of this relationship is going to last longer solely of the fact of they're gonna try to prove everybody wrong and like there's that pressure to hold it together. I just don't see them being end game. Like there's literally no way. ⁓ you and that was even pro talked about on part three of just like Wes, do you feel now pressure to make this work? Because it's like you guys either have to get married, have babies, like all that type of thing for all of this to be worth it, just still gave nothing. But I do think that this will have a longer shelf life just because of the nature of all of that. so I'm very curious to see just truly when it will fizzle out. I hope around the holidays, honestly. I feel like that will give us some time to talk about it. Cause like I need a summer house break. I truly do. Like, I need a summer house break of all of this. Drama, like I can't even fully emotionally get involved in in the city because like I'm just so hung up on the summer house debacle of everything. So it's like everything that I feel like I'm watching, I'm like, it doesn't even matter. Like the season of the city or in the city doesn't even matter because we already know the outcome of things. and yeah, so it's like I just feel like around the holidays there might be some cracks. And so maybe we'll get like a little break. Of any of that. And then that'll be that'll be just enough time for us to get right back into it to kind of give us something to buzz about. You know what I mean? That would be my wish. but yeah, so no clear timeline, no accountability, there's no solid definition of the relationship. There's just two people taking a huge risk without being able to explain why. So I guess we'll see how it all plays out. Hopefully it's worth it. Again. I'm excited for the bonus episode though. The only thing that will make the bonus episode good or juicy is if West does give us more than what ⁓ was on the reunion. I don't know. This is just a side note. I don't know if he was holding out information because he wanted to save it for his podcast, which honestly genius, because you're how else are you gonna get listens? Like everybody hates you pretty much and If you're just gonna talk about whatever, no one's gonna be rushing to tune into the West podcast. So if you're gonna save all that juicy information like for your podcast to bring in the listens. Maybe he's not so dumb. I don't know. But that's a theory that I have. ⁓ and maybe, you know, like the podcast is out. So, like, you know, West and Kyle had their one on one. Cause I mean, if you guys remember, I think I mentioned it on a Watch What Happens live. Kyle was on there and he was like, Yeah, I think, you know, me and West were gonna talk one on one, man to man, pretty soon. So I think this is where this conversation is taking place. But we'll see. We'll see. I digress. So Yeah, I mean, lots of good stuff. ⁓ sad situation all around. Feel for everybody, feel for Sierra, but you know, she's gonna be okay. She's gonna be fine. And I'm not worried about it. Like, Kyle seems to be doing great. He's having a great time DJing, he's living his best life, he's gallivanting around with Sally. ⁓ they look super cute. they're not exclusive, but they're dating, so like good for him. And yeah, like good things are gonna happen to these people that were wronged. And I'm excited to see it. Yeah, they absolutely, absolutely deserve it. But furthermore, we're gonna move on to chic and weak of the week. So I just have to say that chic of the week absolutely, whether it doesn't look chic, it is chic, and that is UV visors. I'm just going to be the biggest advocate for them. my husband thinks I'm a freak for wearing it, but I don't care. I don't care. It makes walking outside so much easier in terms of like making sure my face is protected. Eyes are protected. And yeah, so that's absolutely chic. Doesn't necessarily look chic, but that doesn't matter at the end of the day. It's what is under the visor. That's chic and that's helping that. ⁓ and then my weak of the week is Bravo reunions because as much as they are good in theory and exciting in theory, if not everybody is going to come to the table and be forthcoming, it makes worthless. And pointless and just exhausting as a viewer and a consumer. And every single time I get hyped for a reunion and majority of the time it's a letdown. So because we had Amanda and West behaving the way that they did, it has made the reunion, in my opinion, weak. Therefore, Bravo reunions are weak. No matter how great of a host you have. your people aren't providing. And for that alone, that is where firing needs to be taking place. It's like you must confess everything or else you're just you're not getting renewed because what else, like what good are you? You know what mean?
