- 0:18[SPEAKER_04]: What's up Brown Span's, boys and girls?
- 0:21[SPEAKER_04]: It is draft week.
- 0:22[SPEAKER_04]: We have finally, finally.
- 0:26[SPEAKER_04]: Made it to draft week.
- 0:27[SPEAKER_04]: It is here just a couple days away.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_04]: Thursday, things kick off and we could not be.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_04]: More excited and honestly, I'm sure you guys feel the same.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_04]: More ready.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_04]: to get this draft underway and start figuring out exactly what the Browns are going to do.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_04]: Josh, all your hosts today on the Dox podcast, giving you guys my final mock draft roundup of the 2026 draft season.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_04]: It's been a long ride.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_04]: We have been talking draft picks forever as soon as we got off of the coaching search and everything early on in the off season.
- 0:59[SPEAKER_04]: It was straight into
- 1:01[SPEAKER_04]: the draft.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_04]: So I've got a lot to go over today.
- 1:03[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to give you guys two different mock drafts on this final episode before everything kicks off Thursday night.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_04]: And the first mock draft I'll run through pretty quickly, honestly, it'll be my personal wish list.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_04]: Let's call it mock draft that I want to do for the Cleveland Browns.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_04]: If I were making the picks, my ideal scenario, how it's all going to play out after the last couple months of doing research and mock drafts and projections and all that kind of stuff.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_04]: And then after that, I'm going to go through something I've never done before really on this show, but I'm going to try it out.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_04]: I want to walk through a mock draft scenario, my actual prediction for what I think the Browns could very well do on Thursday night and into the weekend.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm going to kind of take it from an Andrew Barry standpoint.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_04]: and base it off, things that I know he's done in the past, and things that I think he could very well do here this week.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_04]: So if you guys can't tell, before I get started, my voice, nasally sounds like garbage at least to me, I don't know how it's coming through, on the microphone here.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_04]: I swear, I just cannot stop being sick with these kids and then it doesn't help when it's, you know, 85 degrees and all of a sudden drops down into the 30s.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_04]: Like that just this time of year sucks, but I'm on every single cold medication known to mankind.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_04]: Use a nasal sprays out the wazoo.
- 2:27[SPEAKER_04]: Hopefully, by Thursday night, I will be...
- 2:30[SPEAKER_04]: fully ready to go we will see I do not want to be coughing and sniveling all over the broadcast Thursday but make sure you guys tune in on YouTube regardless again I'll just take myself off the show if that's the case and I'll just produce from the back behind the camera but I don't think it's going to be a problem Thursday night 745 YouTube we kick off our first round coverage live in studio me Justin Blake Kenny Mack will all be together like we do every single year bringing you guys coverage going through the picks
- 2:59[SPEAKER_04]: In the chat, make sure you guys join us and it's gonna be a ton of fun figuring it out and watching everything unfold and then honestly the reactions in real time to what the Browns decide to do.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_04]: You don't want to miss that.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_04]: So that's Thursday night 745.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_04]: We kick off.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_04]: We'll do a little pre-game show.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_04]: An A to clock baby.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_04]: It gets started.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_04]: So I want to I want to talk about a couple things before we switch gears and talk about these mock draft scenarios.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_04]: The first
- 3:28[SPEAKER_04]: A little bit breaking news over the weekend here.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_04]: There was some reports on, I think it was Saturday that the Browns were actually engaged in trade talks with the New York Giants over their defensive tackle, Dexter Lawrence.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_04]: They're all pro-polar defensive tackle and Jared Mueller was reporting that the Browns had offered their second round pick 39 to the Giants in exchange for Dexter Lawrence.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_04]: Reportedly again, and none of this was actually like confirmed, but again It doesn't shock me.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_04]: I mean the pro Andrew berries in trade talks for a defensive tackle
- 4:09[SPEAKER_04]: duh, that makes perfect sense.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_04]: So we knew Dexter Lawrence won it out of New York.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_04]: He had requested a trade, contract dispute, all that kind of stuff.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_04]: This is not the, not, you know, untypical for NFL players and their teams.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_04]: It's kind of stuff happens all the time.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_04]: So the Browns obviously, I would not shock me one bit to know that they were checking and made an offer just to say, hey, what about pick 39?
- 4:31[SPEAKER_04]: You send us that disgruntled defensive tackle yours.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_04]: So anyway, then a couple hours later, we get a breaking news report.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_04]: There is a trade.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_04]: Dexter Lawrence is coming to the AFC North.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_04]: He is coming to Ohio.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_04]: But it's not Cleveland.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_04]: He's coming to the Cincinnati Bengals in exchange for pick 10 in the draft starting on Thursday.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_04]: So now the giants have two top 10 picks.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_04]: They got pick five of their own and they got pick 10 of the Bengals.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_04]: And now the Bengals have Dexter Lawrence.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_04]: They locked him up to what was it three, three year extension.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_04]: Something like that.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_04]: We're 28 million a year.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_04]: I think I'm just kind of going off top my head.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_04]: I don't have a pull up, but something in that nature.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_04]: So obviously,
- 5:14[SPEAKER_04]: you trade the tenth overall pick for the guy you're you're going to give in the contract that was that that was in the work so they get the defensive guy they want so what this tells me on the board the weight things are playing out what they're hearing what they're thinking the bangles are like look.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_04]: Whoever it is that they were gunned for on defense at pic 10, they did not feel strongly was going to be available or they felt that none of the defensive guys on their board that they were looking at with the pic 10 lived up to what they thought the value was of Dexter Lawrence.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_04]: So they just swapped the pic.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_04]: They said here's pic 10, we'll take the proven stud and we'll pan.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_04]: which is not like the bangles to do but they are really in a win now and I think this speaks to the pressure they're under with Joe Burrow and his career and the way things have gone and they know they have this franchise quarterback at the moment who can play at a superbowl winning level.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_04]: They need to one protect him on the offensive line.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_04]: And two, they need to give the offense some relief and put a respectable defense on the field.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_04]: So, Def Shalorz becomes part of that.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_04]: So, what does this impact the Browns?
- 6:24[SPEAKER_04]: Well, obviously now we've got a face-to-face toks Shalorz twice a year with the bangles.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_04]: But it changes things a little bit for the draft board.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_04]: You've got the giants now, not under as much pressure to take.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_04]: to make a harder decision at five when they know they've also got 10.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_04]: We're looking at the giants and there have been reports Adam Shefters, some of these guys talking about, well they could go sunny styles five, Caleb Downs 10, get their two defensive stalwarts, they could take Jordan Tyson at 10, get their top-wide receiver that they want across from the league neighbors.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_04]: Now options start to open up.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_04]: Does this put more pressure on the Dallas Cowboys to try to get up into the top 10?
- 7:08[SPEAKER_04]: Because now not only do they have the division rival, giants picking at five in the Cowboys pick at 12.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_04]: Now they got the giant's picking at five and 10.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_04]: And they also have the commanders picking at seven.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_04]: So three, defense or three division rivals, picking ahead of them in that top 12
- 7:29[SPEAKER_04]: It does make it to me seem a little more likely that Jerry Jones might feel a little more pressure now to get up because if he moves up to six with the Browns, obviously the Giants pick it five, but then you get your pick at six, you get ahead of the commanders at seven, you get ahead of the Giants at 10.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_04]: We're gonna talk about some of these scenarios here a little bit, so just hang tight with me guys on that one.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_04]: So that was what went down with the trade news over the weekend.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, I'm going to move in.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_04]: I got a message here from the website from Kevin.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_04]: And again, everything I'm talking about right now is going to lead into this mock draft stuff that I'm gonna present for you guys.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_04]: So just hang tight.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, by the way, I got another voice mail today from Vinti, or not a voice mail, a message.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_04]: So if you guys have been waiting for the return of Vinti, he is back.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_04]: So we'll get to that here in a little bit.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_04]: But first, the message from Kevin, and he says, hey, guys, do you actually think Andrew Berry would actually trade down or get assets for 2027 with his job on the line?
- 8:31[SPEAKER_04]: He kind of needs it to draft good players right now.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_04]: What do you guys think?
- 8:35[SPEAKER_04]: And that leads into what my draft scenario is going to be when I get to what I'm predicting the Browns could potentially do on Thursday night.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_04]: I want to see how much I want to say now and save for later.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_04]: But I think that Andrew Barry, what he did in the draft last year, moving back from two to five, trying to grab that first round pick in 2026,
- 8:58[SPEAKER_04]: At the time, you could tell like, to the 2025 draft and the way they played that first round, they were setting up things for 2026 remember, 2026 was supposed to be this historic quarterback class.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_04]: It was the archmanting year.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_04]: It was going to have all these quarterbacks, yeah, to be out of best quarterback class.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_04]: We've seen Garrett Nussmire and Kate Clubnik and all these, you know, North Sellers, it was going to be elite.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_04]: Well then the college football season played out and none of those guys were any good whatsoever and you have one quarterback worth the first round pick and that's it.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_04]: So there are no quarterbacks to take in twenty twenty six.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_04]: So for me I feel like as much as I'm injury berry hot seat guy kind of like a lot of you guys are like Kevin seems to be as well.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think he is.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_04]: I think injury berry is here for the long term.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_04]: I think that there's an
- 9:52[SPEAKER_04]: we've kind of seen that in the moves that they've made and the decisions they've made.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_04]: So I could see since 2025 was a setup for 2026 to get your quarterback, but that didn't work.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_04]: I could definitely see 2026 being a setup for 2027 to get your quarterback.
- 10:13[SPEAKER_04]: That's kind of my belief on the philosophy of the Browns, the way they're playing this thing out, the status of the current rebuild and everything.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_04]: So we'll talk about a lot of that.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_04]: So Kevin Hengtite, I will explain a little bit more here in a little bit.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_04]: I do have a voicemail I want to get to before we dive into the mock draft stuff, and this one is from Liam.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_03]: What is up dogs podcast?
- 10:37[SPEAKER_03]: It is Liam calling in from Calgary, Alberta.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_03]: And I thought with the draft nearing closer, that I should share who I have the Browns taking in my final Browns mock draft.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_03]: So in the first round, I think we're gonna trade back.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_03]: And I think we're gonna trade back with the Cowboys.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_03]: I think they're gonna give us, I think they have 12 and 20.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_03]: and we are going to give them 6 and 39.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_03]: So then with pick 12, I think we will take my Ky 11 or it could be kit and proctor.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_03]: But in this mock drafts, however, kit and proctor fell the 20.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_03]: So we want my Ky 11 at 12.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_03]: And then we got kit and proctor at 20.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know how realistic it is that proctor falls the 20.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_03]: But if you is there, I hope the Browns do take him.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_03]: And then at pick 24, I have us taking avion to rel.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_03]: If that's like my dream scenario, if the Browns can pull that off, obviously I still want us to keep six and draft taste, but if we're able to pull that off and trade down, let me know what you guys would think.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_03]: Go to Oxford.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_04]: Alright Liam, thank you for the voicemail.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_04]: I have seen this a lot, obviously it's been presented all over social media, the hypothetical trade projections for the Browns and the Cowboys.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_04]: 6 and 39, nets us 12 and 20.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_04]: The reason why I don't think that's gonna happen, and you'll see why, as I go through my mock draft prediction here in a little bit, but I'll just tell you now, I don't see the Browns wanting more first round picks this year.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_04]: I just don't see it.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_04]: I don't see why.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_04]: I see so many analysts saying and it's not like this is new.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_04]: They've been saying this for months.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_04]: There's about 15 guys who have first round grades in this draft class.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_04]: So that means everything after pick 15 or so or those top 15 guys, you got a second round grade on a lot of those players.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_04]: So there's an immediate
- 12:30[SPEAKER_04]: devaluation, if that's even the right order, if that's even where I don't know, of taking a guy at 20, why would you take him at 20 with a first round pick when he's got a second round great?
- 12:42[SPEAKER_04]: Like that's kind of the analytical thought process.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_04]: These GMs, these front offices go through that us as fans are just looking at the draft board, the mock draft, you know, data and projections and saying, oh, well, let's see it at 20 taking proctor.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_04]: Well,
- 12:56[SPEAKER_04]: The Browns look at the pick 20 and say, there's not a first round great for anybody here.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_04]: Why would we use a first round pick on a player?
- 13:02[SPEAKER_04]: And I think that's where the analytically driven teams get a lot of their decision making from.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_04]: So no, I don't actually see them flipping 6 and 39 to Dallas for 12 and 20 because they don't want another first round pick this year.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_04]: I just got done talking about how this draft is now a set up for 2027.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_04]: Well you don't set up 2027 by just getting another first round pick this year.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_04]: But I'll talk about what I think the Browns will do or could do, I should say.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_04]: here in just a moment.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_04]: Before I get into the mock draft stuff, make sure you guys, I forgot to say this up front.

- 14:17[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, if you guys are ready, I know I am let's do my personal mock draft 7.0, the final one to wrap up this pre-draft process in 2026.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_04]: It's been a fun ride and what's very interesting about this final 7.0 for me is going back and looking at mock draft 1.0 that I did clear back and like February.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, there's a lot of the same names popping up on this mock draft.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_04]: So the
- 14:46[SPEAKER_04]: very similar to guys that I like here at the very end of the process.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, so I wanted to go back real quick because I just mentioned Mach-Draft 1.0, and mine's will bring it back up.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_04]: So I had at six, the Brown's going cardinal tape, and then at 24, it was Casey Concepcion.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_04]: So they went, my first Mach, I had them going two wider severs.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_04]: And then after that it was, let's see who did I have after that.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_04]: Jennings Dunker, the offensive, he'll be a guard in the NFL from Iowa, and then I moved into Carter Smith,
- 15:16[SPEAKER_04]: Who is the offensive line man out?
- 15:19[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah, that's right.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_04]: He's offensive tackle.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_04]: I think out in the Anna
- 15:23[SPEAKER_04]: And then we had Jalen Killgore, the safety out of South Carolina.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, I see what I did now.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_04]: So I only stopped after those first.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_04]: What was it?
- 15:30[SPEAKER_04]: Five, four, five picks or so, just because I was waiting for the draft picks actually to be finalized on what the Browns had.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_04]: And everything, you got to go clear back to February to remember how things were actually, that was January 20th.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_04]: No, when was this?
- 15:43[SPEAKER_04]: Mark Draft 1.0 was January 9th, so, wow.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_04]: I was wrong, way back in January.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_04]: So that's that's just interesting to go back and look at that kind of stuff.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_04]: But let's move over here right now into my mock draft 7.0 and we'll go just a little bit quicker through some of this stuff.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_04]: This episode is sponsored by Kaoshi.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_04]: All right, Browns Vand, you know, we've all messed around with the sports books before, right?
- 16:08[SPEAKER_04]: And let's be honest, you're always kind of playing into the house.
- 16:11[SPEAKER_04]: But with Kaoshi, it's different.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_04]: You're not betting against some sports book.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_04]: You're trading against other real world people.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_04]: There's no house trying to beat you Kaoshi just runs the marketplace.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_04]: So if you think the public is wrong, like everybody's overreacting to these smoke screens in the draft or sleeping on a prospect, you can literally take the other side of the market.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_04]: And it's not just sports either, you can trade on other real-world stuff, interest rates, inflation, even wild weather outcomes.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_04]: It works like this, simple yes or no markets, your risk is capped up front and your payout is locked in.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_04]: So if you trust your takes and instincts, and I know you guys do, go check out Kalshin's see what markets are live right now.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_04]: So head over to Kalshy.com slash dogs, KAL, SHI.com slash dogs, DAWGS, deposit just $20 and Kalshy's gonna match you.

- 17:31[SPEAKER_00]: Discover quality and excellence in all things outdoors with Mount Hope fence.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_04]: So, for me, personal mock draft, wishless, final before the real thing on Thursday.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_04]: I got pick six.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_04]: I think you guys know what I want to do with that.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_04]: Carnell Tate, Ydersever, Ohio State.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_04]: I've talked about them enough on this show.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_04]: There's really no need to dive into the specifics on them.
- 17:57[SPEAKER_04]: I know there's people out there, even some analysts are like, oh, this is just a wide receiver too, is his ceiling.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, whatever, you guys, if that's what you believe, that's fine.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_04]: I don't, I believe that he is an instant wide receiver one.
- 18:10[SPEAKER_04]: Unless he would go to a team like the Giants had already had milk neighbors.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, well, then he's going to play sidekick to neighbors and vice versa.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_04]: Cause I think both of those guys are really high level players.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_04]: If Cardinal Tate comes to the Browns, he's instantly wide receiver one, making no mistake about it.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_04]: People say, oh well, his ceiling is a wide receiver too.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_04]: That would be a huge ceiling on this team because we have nothing at that position, we're talking about.
- 18:34[SPEAKER_04]: So Cardinal Tate is the pick at six.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_04]: I do think he has a very high upside in the NFL that the kid is a hard worker.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_04]: He's a smart kid.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_04]: Just, he's the type of player that if you want to shift your culture, you want to get a good playmaker on the team, a guy that can be a leader in that room, it's cardinal tape.
- 18:54[SPEAKER_04]: So that's where I go with pick six.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_04]: moving into pick 24.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not doing any trades here in my personal because I got the trades coming in the next one.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_04]: So pick 24 for me.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_04]: Caleb low mood.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_04]: This is where I've been going.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_04]: This is kind of my chalk first round mock that I like to do.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_04]: It's Carl Naltade at six.
- 19:11[SPEAKER_04]: Caleb low mood at 24.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_04]: The offensive tackle out of Utah.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_04]: Now he is their left tackle at Utah.
- 19:16[SPEAKER_04]: We talk a lot about Spencer Fano.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_04]: The other Utah tackle played right tackle the last couple of years.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_04]: He did start
- 19:26[SPEAKER_04]: put him at the left side move.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_04]: I'll fan over to the right side.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_04]: So I think Fano, you'd probably have to take earlier in the draft.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_04]: 24.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_04]: I think it's a good spot to get a guy like Caleb Lomu, and I think if you're looking, I've to set this all well.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_04]: If you're looking for a true left tackle, a guy that you don't have to mess around with trying to say, well, I know you played right tackle college.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_04]: Let's try to move you to the left, and he's got actually got the size and the length to play on Lake Spencer Fano.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_04]: Again, I know I think Spencer Fano is a very, very good offensive lineman.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if he's gonna make it as a tackle in the draft.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_04]: Or in the NFL, I just, he's got such short arms and we talk about how that is a big deal, especially a hit.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, if you're right around that 33 inch mark, maybe you're a little under.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, you can maybe get away with it.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_04]: Thanos barely over 32.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_04]: It's like 32 in an eighth.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_04]: That is a concern.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_04]: It is.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_04]: And I think he's going to be a very good guard at the NFL, but again, like Brian Boesars said the other last week when I had him on, you don't take a guard at six.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_04]: So we take Caleb Blomu at 24, moving into the second round, pick 39.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_04]: Now we're getting a guard.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going offense offense offense because guys, we need it.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_04]: And it's Chase Basantis, the offensive guard out of Texas say in it.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_04]: For me, Basantis is just like this, this big nasty, he can, he can mall guys type of block or I think he is.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_04]: He projects to me as the type of guard that's going to come into the NFL, he'll be a second round pick.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_04]: I have seen a couple of mocks where they have him going off in the first, which I thought was interesting.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_04]: I think he falls into the second.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_04]: We take him here at 39 and I think he plays
- 21:07[SPEAKER_04]: guard for your team 10 years plus.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_04]: He's a guy that's going to come in.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_04]: He's just going to be an instant starter, pro's pro and you're going to sign him to a second contract and he's going to be on your team for a long time.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_04]: He might not be like the the highest graded guard ever in the league, but I think he's got some probals in his future.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_04]: And I think Basantus is going to be a very good NFL player.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_04]: So we take him at 39 and then pick 70, a guy that I've actually been rising on here recently, I've been posting some stuff about him on social media.
- 21:41[SPEAKER_04]: We get our second wide receiver of the draft.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_04]: It's Antonio Williams out of Clemson, and the reason why I take Antonio Williams here.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_04]: He is like a 92% slot player in college, so he is going to be a slot specific wide receiver for the NFL and for the Browns.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_04]: I think they need that.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_04]: I think that pairing Antonio Williams with Cardinal Tate and Jerry Judy could be a very smart move for the Browns and really round out the wide receiver core, because you can move Jerry Judy inside outside.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_04]: You can do the same with Cardinal Tate, but having them at your boundary receivers with
- 22:14[SPEAKER_04]: Antonio Williams to man the slot.
- 22:17[SPEAKER_04]: I feel like would just I like Antonio Williams.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_04]: I like what he did in college strong out of the slot very, very good again zone coverage knows how to get into the soft zones of the defense.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_04]: Come back to his quarterback and make plays.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_04]: His production was down, but so was the entire Clemson offense in 2025 with K club Nick and everything just kind of fell apart for them.
- 22:40[SPEAKER_04]: and that really hindered the production for Antonio Williams, but make no mistake.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_04]: I think he's going to be a very good player as well in the NFL.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_04]: Now, is he going to ever be like a wide receiver one type guy?
- 22:53[SPEAKER_04]: And I just want what I'm projecting here at 70.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_04]: I'm trying to get guys that can come in and compliment this wide receiver room and be reliable options.
- 22:59[SPEAKER_04]: Cardinal Tates going to be your wide receiver one.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_04]: Jerry Judy still a decent wide receiver as much as we knock on him.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_04]: You get somebody else in there that can alleviate pressure on the, or the offensive guys, Antonia Williams is your man.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_04]: Get him out there with now Harold Fanden, and that kind of, this is, this is now an offensive group that I'm very interested to watch.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_04]: We've added low mood to the line, we've added Chase Basantis, we've got our guys from free agency and the trade for Titus Howard.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_04]: Now things are looking a little bit different for this Cleveland Brown's offense.
- 23:30[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, last thing about Antonio Williams, then real quick before I moved to 107, Williams is also a punt return.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_04]: He's got punt return ability.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_04]: I think that that is a great dynamic versatile asset or skill set to get.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_04]: with this at Pick 70, so not only do you get a good slot receiver for your offense, you get a guy that can also contribute in the return game.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_04]: I'm so tired of having to roster specific players just to be returned guys who can't offer any contribution whatsoever on the offense to side of the ball.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_04]: Like a James Pro Shave a few years ago, he was awesome, like for us in the return game, but he couldn't do anything a receiver, and now we just signed Tillon Wallace from the
- 24:13[SPEAKER_04]: He's not really going to be effective as a wide receiver, but you get a guy like Antonio Williams who can be a reliable contributor on the offense at the wide receiver position and he can return kicks.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_04]: That's what I'm looking for in this pick.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_04]: So that's why Antonio Williams is my guy at 70.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_04]: We'll move a little quicker through here because I want to spend more time on my mock prediction for the Browns after this.
- 24:35[SPEAKER_04]: But Pick 107, Dale and Everett, the corner back, out of Georgia, he's got some inside outside versatility on the defensive side of the ball.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_04]: I think we're definitely going defensive back.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_04]: We'll talk about that here in a little bit.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_04]: In this draft with the addition of Mike Root and Bird as the defensive coordinator, you know his specialty is the secondary.
- 24:54[SPEAKER_04]: know he's going to be pushing to get some guys on that secondary that he needs and I got a little bit of a conversation I was having with angel Ortiz from the beard brown show that I want to read to you guys.
- 25:05[SPEAKER_04]: We've got some interesting notes to point out about the secondary players in this draft specifically, but Dale and Everett here out of Georgia is my pick 107.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_04]: 146, we take Eli Rareden, the tight end out of Notre Dame, one of my early mock draft picks.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_04]: I've, I've liked him from the beginning and nothing has changed.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_04]: I think he is going to be a solid, reliable, inline tight end.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_04]: Your traditional type guy, he can block, but he can also go out and do something in the passing game.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_04]: Browns need that and I think Eli Rared and fits that bill.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_04]: 149 we take Caleb E-Larms or the linebacker out of TCU.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_04]: This is a guy that Brian Boesars turned me on to last week and I've been doing some research on him.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_04]: I really like E-Larms or I do think he would be a good sideline to sideline.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_04]: Linebacker, the Browns could get here in the fifth round or so, wherever they're picking at 149, yeah, a fifth round.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_04]: And he could be that solid, reliable, depth piece behind Quincy Williams, and kind of your long term guide a step into hopefully that starting rule once Quincy Williams contract here in Cleveland is up.
- 26:12[SPEAKER_04]: So I think Caleb E-Larms, or at 149, would be a nice pick.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_04]: Then at 206, Jordan Vandenberg, defensive tackle out of Georgia Tech,
- 26:22[SPEAKER_04]: You just, like, we talked about the thing with Dexter Lawrence, Andrew Barry is always looking at defensive tackles.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_04]: He has never not drafted one.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_04]: Obviously, we used the number five overall pick last year on a defensive tackle.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_04]: I think he continues to add pieces to that room.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_04]: Somehow some way during this draft.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_04]: And here at 206, we do it later, kind of like we do a Joann Briggs a few years back, Jordan Vandenberg out of Georgia Tech.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_04]: And then we round things out, 2048, Lewis Moore, safety out of Indiana.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_04]: So that's how I wrapped up my mock draft 7.0 for this season.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_04]: It's Carnell Tate at 6, 24 is Caleb Blomu, 39, Chase Pesantis, and 70 Antonio Williams the Browns invest heavily on the offensive side of the ball.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_04]: with those first four picks.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_04]: 107 is daily and ever at the corner back out of Georgia.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_04]: Eli Rareden at 146 tight end, Notre Dame.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_04]: 149 Caleb E-Larms or the sideline sideline linebacker, out of TCU.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_04]: 206 is Jordan Vandenberg defensive tackle Georgia Tech, and we wrap it up 248 Lewis Moore safety out of Indiana.

- 29:16[SPEAKER_04]: So let me know what you guys think about my personal final mock draft 7.0 deal, like the picks.
- 29:22[SPEAKER_04]: Would you be happy if the Browns went this route?
- 29:24[SPEAKER_04]: Would you let me make the picks if I did this?
- 29:27[SPEAKER_04]: That kind of stuff.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_04]: Let me know what you guys think of course.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_04]: This is not what the Browns are going to do in my opinion.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_04]: Let's move over here this again, I've never really done this before, but I want to take a stab at it.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_04]: And I'm really going to need you guys to comment along as we go here and I can come back and read what you guys said as I went through this mock draft scenario for the Browns and actual prediction based on Andrew Barry's past history as tendencies and the whole idea my personal belief that the Browns will use the 26 draft.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_04]: As a set up for 2027 in which they plan to get their franchise quarterback.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_04]: Of course you guys know before anybody gets mad at me here, don't hear it.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not saying I'm a Shidorah Sanders guy for 2026.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_04]: I think you have got to give Shidorah Sanders the opportunity in 2026 to prove whether or not he is the guy.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_04]: If he plays okay or just good enough, well, okay, 2027 need to be looking for the next guy.
- 30:29[SPEAKER_04]: If he plays lights out and shows that, yes, he can be the franchise guy.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_04]: Well, great, 2027 is now a load up year.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_04]: Instead of a set up year or a get started year, it's load up, baby, let's get some talent for this kid.
- 30:41[SPEAKER_04]: Let's go.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_04]: And if he shows that he's just not the guy, well, same thing, you're set up for 2027, but I believe that is what the Browns mindset is going to be and we're going to see it play out on Thursday night.
- 30:52[SPEAKER_04]: So let me read you guys, and this will kind of set up what I am projected for the first round.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_04]: So this is just some conversation with Angel Ortiz.
- 31:03[SPEAKER_04]: You guys know he's been on the show.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_04]: I love Angel, great dude, great guy.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_04]: Love collabing with him.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_04]: He's very well in touch with what the Browns mindset is and what they're thinking.
- 31:13[SPEAKER_04]: And that's why this whole conversation with him has been so good.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_04]: So, I said with Mike Rootenberg, as the defensive coordinator and the way Andrew Berry has approached the defense last few, they prioritize the defense just as what it is.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_04]: I said, I think that a safety in the first round is very likely because right now the only safety we have on the roster, the only like starter, is Grant Delpit.
- 31:41[SPEAKER_04]: That is it.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_04]: The next best safety that's currently under contract is Donovan McMillan was a UDFA last year.
- 31:48[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_04]: The Browns don't have safety's.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_04]: We don't.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_04]: So I think that is going to be
- 31:55[SPEAKER_04]: something we need to keep in mind going into Thursday night.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_04]: So Angel sent me this.
- 32:00[SPEAKER_04]: He said, hey, here's some research I found about that topic.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_04]: Quote, he says, it all comes down to the external cat and mouse game of offensive mismatches and personal groupings.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_04]: The 12 personnel nightmare.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_04]: Offensive started relying heavily on 12 personnel which is one running back two tight ends.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_04]: Started relying heavily on that featuring freakishly athletic pass-catching tight ends.
- 32:23[SPEAKER_04]: That introduced the defense of dilemma if a defense stays in a traditional base package, that means three slower linebackers, offensive coordinators can flex those tight ends out to the slot and they can torch those slower linebackers in the passing game.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_04]: But then if a defense shifts to a standard nickel, which is swapping one of those slower linebackers for a smaller third quarter back, then the offense is simply going to run the ball right at the undersized 190 pound quarter.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_04]: So there's your cat and mouse game between the offense.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_04]: in the defense.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_04]: Back to Angel's message, you said, so what's the solution to this problem for the defense?
- 33:01[SPEAKER_04]: Enter the third safety.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_04]: A super safety or a hybrid player offers the perfect middle ground for this problem.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_04]: They are stout enough to step up into the box and fit the run, strong enough to jam a tight end at the line of skirmish and fast enough to cover out of the slot.
- 33:19[SPEAKER_04]: It allows the defense to match up without tipping their hand.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_04]: So again, if you got the three linebackers on the field, they're just going to flex out their tight ends on the off-hand side of the ball.
- 33:28[SPEAKER_04]: If you bring in the corner back, they're just going to run it at you.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_04]: Bring in the hybrid player.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_04]: He says having a versatile safety dropping down also helps the defensive tackles, like a Malik Collins type, to allow them to eat up blocks inside while the hybrid safety cleans up the run.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_04]: Also, the term positionless player is something that will be on the rise.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_04]: This was a lot of what J.O.K.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_04]: provided for the Browns.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_04]: Remember, he was that kind of that positionless player when the Browns drafted it.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_04]: And he wasn't really your typical linebacker.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_04]: He wasn't really your typical safety.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_04]: The dude was a true hybrid player that, yes, got labeled as a linebacker, but he could do all of this stuff.
- 34:08[SPEAKER_04]: And we have seen what the Brown's defense looks like in his absence.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_04]: It's bad.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, the defense has been okay.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_04]: It's been good.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_04]: I'm just saying, like, his absence creates a void that has not been filled because he was so unique at what he did.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_04]: Angels says players who can play multiple positions, especially on defense, a good example would be, uh, Rvel Reese and Sunny Styles in this draft.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_04]: That's a conversation with Angel that I wanted to point out to you guys.
- 34:35[SPEAKER_04]: He made a lot of good research points there because it is true.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_04]: And that's, that is where I see the Brown's defense wanting to be.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_04]: That is where I see Mike Routenberg wanting to get things to because again, he's got that background and the defensive secondary.
- 34:51[SPEAKER_04]: That is his strength and I think he's going to play to that.
- 34:55[SPEAKER_04]: So that moves me into my mock draft prediction here for the Browns.
- 34:58[SPEAKER_04]: Now real quick, I'll just throw it out there based on that conversation with Angel.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_04]: Pick six of the brown stick there and Caleb downoses on the board knowing we only have one real late starting safety under contract don't be shocked do not be surprised
- 35:14[SPEAKER_04]: Take six, could Elle walks up there and announces that the pick is Caleb Downs, safety from Ohio State.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_04]: Brian Boesarge said last week, his personal number one best player in this entire draft, Caleb Downs has gotten, I think he has been a victim of the, I've talked about this before too.
- 35:35[SPEAKER_04]: Prospect fatigue, we get this every year.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_04]: You get these guys that, okay, this guy's like, the generational player, the best player in this draft, and we talk about that all the way back in December and January.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_04]: By the time you get to April, it's kind of boring to talk about the same stuff over and over.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_04]: You get people out there the one, the clickbait articles, and it's like, well, maybe Caleb Downs is not all that great after all.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_04]: They do this every year with different prospects and you'll just, it just happens.
- 36:01[SPEAKER_04]: Just this is what it is.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_04]: And I don't think anything has changed.
- 36:04[SPEAKER_04]: No football has been played since then.
- 36:06[SPEAKER_04]: And now Caleb Downs, if he's not the best player in this draft, he's still one of them.
- 36:11[SPEAKER_04]: One of the best players in this entire draft.
- 36:15[SPEAKER_04]: So if the Browns don't are unable to work out a deal, which I think their priority is working out a trade.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_04]: But if that doesn't happen, yeah, I wouldn't be shocked to see Caleb Downs go off the board at six to the Browns.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_04]: But,
- 36:31[SPEAKER_04]: Let's talk about some trade-down scenarios.
- 36:32[SPEAKER_04]: Here's what we're doing in my prediction mock for the Browns.
- 36:37[SPEAKER_04]: So again, I'm just gonna reiterate what I said at the top of the show, but I wanna outline it once again right here.
- 36:43[SPEAKER_04]: Again, I get the feeling that 2026 is a rebuilding component to a larger picture that the Browns have in mind.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_04]: That larger picture revolves around securing their franchise quarterback, like I said in 2027, and for the sake of what we're doing here, let's just call a March Manning.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_04]: Because I know that's what you guys are all thinking.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_04]: That's what everybody thinks anyway.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_04]: That the Browns are all in on trying to get Arch Manning.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_04]: So let's just call it Arch Manning 2027.
- 37:10[SPEAKER_04]: So how do the Browns make sure they're in position for arch in 2027?
- 37:14[SPEAKER_04]: You need to get as many 2027 first round picks as you can.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_04]: You need to get capital and assets in that draft.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_04]: So here we go.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_04]: PIXX, we do trade back with Dallas, like everybody's projecting.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_04]: I do think it's the most logical and most likely move, the most likely trade partner of the Browns are gonna find.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_04]: There has been some rumors about the jets wanting to move up from 16 into the top 10 to try to get a playmaker.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_04]: I think they're high on Cardinal Tate.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know how likely they would be to give up any future capital with them also being a team gearing up for the 2027 quarterback class.
- 37:50[SPEAKER_04]: Dallas doesn't have that problem.
- 37:51[SPEAKER_04]: They got Dak Prescott, big contract, long term, no big deal.
- 37:55[SPEAKER_04]: They need defense, and this is what I think happens.
- 37:59[SPEAKER_04]: The Browns are gonna tell Jerry Jones, let's make a deal, we'll give you six.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_04]: You keep 12, we don't want 12.
- 38:07[SPEAKER_04]: You go get two studs that you like at six and 12.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_04]: Give us 20.
- 38:13[SPEAKER_04]: We'll move from six, clear back to 20.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_04]: But you give us your remaining first round pick in 2027.
- 38:19[SPEAKER_04]: Now, I'm not just throwing draft pick trade projections and predictions out there without really thinking through them, trust me, I've spent a lot of time mapping this stuff out.
- 38:28[SPEAKER_04]: I've been using the rich hill draft pick value chart, which according to like Daniel, if you see some of these guys from ESPN talk about a lot of NFL GMs and teams use the rich hill value chart to assess whether or not a deal is.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_04]: You know, in the ballpark, let's just say, nothing's ever going to be one to one fair, but you want to at least be in the ballpark.
- 38:50[SPEAKER_04]: So for this, based on the value of that chart, the brown cent pick six, pick 70, and pick 146 to the cowboys in exchange for pick 20, pick 92, and their 20, 27 first round pick.
- 39:06[SPEAKER_04]: So that's roughly 530 points of value on the brown side and about 560 points of value on the cowboys side.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_04]: Again, that's not an exact number you got to give or take a little bit.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_04]: You got a projection on what that 2027 first round pick could be valued at because it's kind of crazy if you go look at that value chart.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_04]: I implore all you guys to go do it because like the the number one pick in the draft is worth 1000 points.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_04]: The range is huge because the last pick in the first round 32 goes all the way down to 184.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_04]: That's a huge range.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_04]: So when you talk about, well, we want to, you know, 2027 first round pick was worth a thousand points.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_04]: or is it worth 180?
- 39:50[SPEAKER_04]: Like that's a huge discrepancy there.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_04]: It's a big range.
- 39:54[SPEAKER_04]: So, and for the cowboys with this pick, the browns have got to have a little bit more incentive, you know, incentive, incentive?
- 40:01[SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
- 40:02[SPEAKER_04]: Homestead, incentivization or something crazy.
- 40:04[SPEAKER_04]: See guys, I am sick.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_04]: I got so much cold medicine.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_04]: I'm making up words as we go.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_04]: The browns need incentive to make this deal because you gotta remember.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_04]: The only pick that the cowboys have two first rompicks next year, but the only one available has to be the lower of the two.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_04]: So the cowboys have their first rompick, they have the Green Bay Packers first rompick, whichever of those picks is higher in the first round, already goes to the jets, that's spoken for.
- 40:31[SPEAKER_04]: So they have to work this out to where they get the cowboys other 2027 first, but it has to be the lower of those two picks.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_04]: So yes, you've got to give me some value on top of that, guys for me to take that.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_04]: for you to come all the way up from 20 to 6 and still keep your 12th overall pick.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_04]: But I think that trade, that whole scenario is too enticing for Jerry Jones.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_04]: He takes it.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_04]: He takes 6 and 12 gives us 20 and we get the first round pick.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_04]: Next season.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_04]: So then we move on.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_04]: Browns have it made a pick yet we got to wait to wait until pick 20.
- 41:01[SPEAKER_04]: We now have picks 20 and 24 coming up in the first round.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_04]: So we're waiting around seeing what other teams are doing.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_04]: We get to pick 20.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_04]: Of course, we're all pound in the table.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_04]: Let's take Casey, conception, or let's take Caleb Lowmoo or whatever.
- 41:16[SPEAKER_04]: You know, we're talking about this stuff live on the broadcast and it comes up.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_04]: The Browns logo changes once again.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_04]: It turns red to the Arizona Cardinals.
- 41:26[SPEAKER_04]: The Browns have traded back with Arizona.
- 41:30[SPEAKER_04]: And this is based on rumors I've been reading and hearing about from these reported sources that the Cardinals are high on Tyson's in the quarterback from Alabama.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_04]: And they would like to, in this situation, get ahead of the Pittsburgh Steelers at 21 to get their quarterback.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_04]: So the cow or the, I'm sorry, the Cardinals are sitting at pick 34.
- 41:51[SPEAKER_04]: They don't think there's any way Tyson's and makes it out of the first round of them at 34.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_04]: So the Browns are sitting there and your bear says, let's make a deal.
- 41:58[SPEAKER_04]: I'll give you guys 20.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_04]: Get up here, get ahead of Pittsburgh, get your quarterback.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_04]: We will give you 20.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_04]: We'll give you 39 in the second round.
- 42:07[SPEAKER_04]: We'll give you 92, which we just got from the Cowboys, and we'll give you 149, our other pick in the fifth round.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_04]: Arizona gives us an exchange 34, so we end up moving five spots up in the second round for 39 to 34.
- 42:21[SPEAKER_04]: We get 78, so I'm not, I'm sorry, not 78, 65, so we move all the way up from 92, so the back end of the third round, we move to the top of the third round.
- 42:31[SPEAKER_04]: In this deal, and we get their 2027 first round pick.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_04]: So right here in the first 20 picks of the Thursday night, Andrew Berry has now collected two extra first round picks in 2027.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_04]: Now again, is this likely to happen?
- 42:52[SPEAKER_04]: No, that's going to be very difficult to pull off.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_04]: This is kind of one of those pie in the sky scenarios, but I could see them trying to wheel and deal and make something like this, a possibility to gear up
- 43:06[SPEAKER_04]: for 2027 in arch manning.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_04]: Just call it what it is, arch manning.
- 43:11[SPEAKER_04]: So that's the move.
- 43:13[SPEAKER_04]: Browns trade back twice.
- 43:14[SPEAKER_04]: Now we have picks 2434, 65107, 206 and 248.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_04]: 24 comes up.
- 43:23[SPEAKER_04]: We're like, well here, they just gone trade back again.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_04]: No, the Browns actually do make a selection at 24, but this goes back to my conversation with angel or cheese.
- 43:31[SPEAKER_04]: And Browns fans are going to flip.
- 43:34[SPEAKER_04]: There's going to be some crash out, but I do think 24 is pretty much locked and loaded Emmanuel McNill Warren, the safety from Toledo.
- 43:41[SPEAKER_04]: And I'm not mad about it.
- 43:44[SPEAKER_04]: I think he is going to come in here and be your starting free safety day one at high level player, great compliment to Grant Delpit.
- 43:52[SPEAKER_04]: And if they want to try to implore this,
- 43:56[SPEAKER_04]: Um, three safety type of defense with your hybrid player, you're going to have to find somebody else to help in that rotation.
- 44:05[SPEAKER_04]: But you have to have your two locks and loaded stars.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_04]: You've got to have Delpit.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_04]: You've got to have somebody on the back end.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_04]: And now they just, they get it.
- 44:11[SPEAKER_04]: They solidify it.
- 44:13[SPEAKER_04]: And it's EMW here at 24.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_04]: It's kind of been my lock is, when I'm projecting what I think the Browns are going to do, I always put EMW at 24.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_04]: So that's it, that's your first round of the NFL draft.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_04]: Thursday night, the Browns come out with EMW and two extra first round picks for 20, 27.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_04]: So would you guys be mad about that?
- 44:32[SPEAKER_04]: We pass on all the receivers.
- 44:33[SPEAKER_04]: We say no one takes, no one takes and no one lemon.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_04]: No one can step sea on.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_04]: I do have an interesting start to the second round here for you guys though.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_04]: And we say no to all the tackles.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_04]: We didn't take Maui, no, I don't know if he's on the board at six, doesn't matter.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_04]: We didn't try to get proctor or freely or any of these guys.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_04]: We just said, give us picks in 2027.
- 44:58[SPEAKER_04]: We need that quarterback.
- 44:58[SPEAKER_04]: We won our demanding.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_04]: We're taking our starting free safety at 24.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_04]: And that's how the Browns end night one.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_04]: Hey, Browns fans.
- 45:10[SPEAKER_04]: We just partnered with Fanatics to bring you guys the best Browns gear available.
- 45:15[SPEAKER_04]: Head over to Brownsmerch.com to check out everything in our storefront.
- 45:20[SPEAKER_04]: I know you guys want that new Shidorah Sanders number two jersey.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_04]: We've got those in there.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_04]: Rock the D-poi and the D-roy jerseys with Miles Garrett and Carson Swesinger along with the other studs.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_04]: From last year's draft, we've got a collection of browns hats, t-shirts, and hoodies you can browse through, too.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_04]: Again, that's BrownsMurch.com to check out our Browns Gear powered by Fanatics.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_04]: So it was crazy.
- 45:46[SPEAKER_04]: It was a crazy night one for the Browns.
- 45:48[SPEAKER_04]: We'd go to night two.
- 45:49[SPEAKER_04]: We now have the third pick on, no, I'm sorry, the second pick on night two, pick 34 from the Cardinals in that trade in which we moved up from 39.
- 45:59[SPEAKER_04]: And based on mock draft database consensus, they have a consensus big board, and they also have a consensus mock draft for the first round.
- 46:10[SPEAKER_04]: Well, guess who they have?
- 46:12[SPEAKER_04]: And that's like consensus from all of the mock drafts done, industry wide, they aggregate all that data, and this is like the composed mock draft consensus from their website.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_04]: out of the first round falls, Denzel Boston.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_04]: And the Browns take the wide receiver from Washington at 34.
- 46:37[SPEAKER_04]: So we get a manual McNeil war in our starting free safety at 24.
- 46:42[SPEAKER_04]: And we're still able to get Denzel Boston, a wide receiver that a lot of Browns fans have been mocking to the team at 24.
- 46:49[SPEAKER_04]: We get him at 34.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_04]: He falls out of the first.
- 46:52[SPEAKER_04]: We get him with the second pick in the second round.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_04]: So then we sit pat, we still have the pick 65 that we got from the cardinals as well in that deal.
- 47:04[SPEAKER_04]: So this is now the top of the third round, that actually the first pick in the third round.
- 47:09[SPEAKER_04]: And this is one where I didn't go through any more trade scenarios moving back.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think Andrew Barry's moving up.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_04]: in this draft, especially just based on what he's done in years past, it's sit pat, sit at your spot and take the guys that you want or trade back and take guys that you want.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_04]: And I think this is a scenario 65 where they could trade back.
- 47:31[SPEAKER_04]: still land the guy that they want and maybe recoup a little extra capital for next year again.
- 47:37[SPEAKER_04]: But at 65, we're just going to go ahead take Oscar delpe the tight end out of Georgia.
- 47:41[SPEAKER_04]: I think he's probably one of the top tight ends on the Browns board.
- 47:45[SPEAKER_04]: They met with him on the top 30 visit.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_04]: He's worked with or played with Todd Munkin before.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_04]: Oscar delpe, pick 65, that's where I'm going here.
- 47:54[SPEAKER_04]: And then the Browns have 107.
- 47:56[SPEAKER_04]: And this is where they get their tackle.
- 47:57[SPEAKER_04]: They're going to take Mark L. Bell, the offensive tackle, played left tackle for the Miami Hurricanes.
- 48:02[SPEAKER_04]: I think he can come in here and be that swing tackle to start the season outside or behind Duan Jones, who would in this case be your starting left tackle when the season opens.
- 48:14[SPEAKER_04]: Unless Bell comes in and just blows everybody away in camp and takes that spot.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_04]: But you're getting a big, what six put nine, 300, and just freaking massive human being, mountain of a man, just like the Juan Jones.
- 48:26[SPEAKER_04]: And he's also, he was like the first tackle that was at, you know, at least reported that the Browns met with on the top 30 had him into Buria.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_04]: So 107, Mark L. Bell.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_04]: And then they don't pick again until 206-248 and I just kind of threw some names in here because who really cares at this point.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_04]: 206 is Pat Cougan, the center out of Indiana.
- 48:44[SPEAKER_04]: I think that's a smart move for the Browns.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_04]: I think he could actually be a starting center for an NFL offense and it's something the Browns could help.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_04]: Luke Whiplier's on the last year, his rookie deal.
- 48:55[SPEAKER_04]: He's coming off in injury.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_04]: I feel like he's always hurt too.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_04]: It's time to move on from any hopes of him developing into that time to reset that position.
- 49:04[SPEAKER_04]: You take a later pick, Pat Cougan, and hope that he can turn into hopefully a future starting center for your team.
- 49:10[SPEAKER_04]: And then to 48 David Gustav defense attack on a Kentucky, I just took him because Dane Broukler had him at 248 for the Browns and his 7-round mock draft.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_04]: So,
- 49:21[SPEAKER_04]: Andrew Barrios takes a defense attack on some point.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_04]: Here he takes one at the last pick, once again kind of like to one brings a couple of years ago.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_04]: Just add another piece to that rotation and see what happens.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_04]: But that is how I have projected out the browns.
- 49:37[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe this is more like their ideal scenario.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_04]: If things could play out the way they want it to, and they work some deals on night one.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_04]: to trade back, collect some extra picks for 2027 to go get Archmoney.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_04]: Now whether it ends up being Archmoney or somebody else, you guys, whatever.
- 49:55[SPEAKER_04]: But for the sake of this exercise, we're just calling it Archmoney.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_04]: Because that's what everybody's gonna think anyhow.
- 50:01[SPEAKER_04]: So my slow just play into it.
- 50:03[SPEAKER_04]: So the results of this mock draft scenario prediction for the Browns, they walk out of the draft with.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_04]: Emmanuel McNeil Warren at pick 24.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_04]: Denzel Boston falls to them at 34.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_04]: Oscar Delpe at 65, Mark Hellbell at one of seven.
- 50:20[SPEAKER_04]: Pat Cougan at 206, and David Goose to at 248, so they get six new rookies, and they leave.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_04]: With the Dallas Cowboys, 2027, first round pick, whichever is the lower of the two that Dallas owns.
- 50:35[SPEAKER_04]: And the Arizona Cardinals, 2027, first round pick.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_04]: Not going to lie to you guys, while I would be disappointed with the overall draft haul.
- 50:45[SPEAKER_04]: If they were able to pull this off, get a starting free safety, get a, where everybody has been projecting all along to be one of the top receivers in this draft in the second round and Denzel Boston, you get Oscar Delp who I really like at tight end.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_04]: You get Mark L. Bell, who's a good, she's a good dart throw.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_04]: That's what I want to call him.
- 51:04[SPEAKER_04]: A good dart throw at the tackle position in this draft.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_04]: Then you get a couple guys later that I will see how it goes, but you were able to tack on a couple extra first round picks next year.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if I'd be overall upset with it, the 2027 class next year's supposed to be a lot better.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, if you got Arizona, first of all, getting Arizona's first round pick, and there's always a chance that's number one overall.
- 51:30[SPEAKER_04]: You never know.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_04]: You never know.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_04]: You might not have to package anything to move up to get the quarterback you want, because one of these picks, whether it's Arizona's or our own, depending on how the season goes, could end up just being that number one overall pick, or it could be like number three, number four.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_04]: And then you package a couple of these other things to move up.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_04]: The Browns like to give themselves flexibility in the future when they're doing these Rebuild.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_04]: And I just feel like last year was, again, that first round move was a set up to try to make sure they had some draft capital in this year's first round to move up if they needed to.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_04]: To get a quarterback.
- 52:07[SPEAKER_04]: Nobody in this class worth doing.
- 52:10[SPEAKER_04]: So they're just gonna roll that mindset right in here to 2026 to try to get their guy next year in 2027.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_04]: So let me know what you guys think is that crazy, is that an insane projection there's no way that whatever happened or is it like, okay, I could see and I don't know if it'll work if Andrew Bear would be able to do this.
- 52:31[SPEAKER_04]: But if he were able to, I don't know if he would hesitate.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_04]: in the browns eyes, maybe not so much in the fans because again we want to we want a good team to watch right now, but yet some pieces, some decent pieces to the team here and still get some capital for next year, I don't hate it, I don't hate it.
- 52:55[SPEAKER_04]: All right, guys, I appreciate you following along with that, you know what?
- 52:59[SPEAKER_04]: I got my Vinti message here, but first, let's listen to this voicemail from Justin.
- 53:04[SPEAKER_01]: From the neighborhood Bronson, I am Jersey Swimchiam and here, my last voicemail before the draft kicks off, two players that I want to put the spotlight on, and I've put this in a discord chat too, that could really give us solutions on how we can efficiently really go after two receivers with our first few picks.
- 53:23[SPEAKER_01]: and that's Bud Clarke out of TCU, can play that kind of free safety back while Grant D'Alpit plays up.
- 53:30[SPEAKER_01]: He's an absolute dog if you watch the film.
- 53:32[SPEAKER_01]: The other JC Davis out of Illinois who plays that left side offensive tackle, the kids in absolute monster, you can kind of take a little bit later.
- 53:40[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I absolutely stood on board a car and I'll take that six.
- 53:44[SPEAKER_01]: I'm even going to either severs on the first or at least with our first three picks.
- 53:48[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm also going to get on here and say that we're not wrong to take Jeremiah.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_01]: Love if he's on the board and takes not at six.
- 53:55[SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely goes a huge identity and offense.
- 53:58[SPEAKER_01]: All right, he can't say he'd be mad if we came out of the first round But Jeremiah love because tape was off the board and say tensile Boston or KC conception, you know what I mean But yeah, those are the two I want to put us spotlight Put it Clark got a TCU and JC Davis anyway.
- 54:14[SPEAKER_01]: Let's see how this draft goes and go Browns.
- 54:16[SPEAKER_01]: Ooh
- 54:17[SPEAKER_04]: Thanks a lot Justin, but Clark, J.C. Davis, great names to also be watching out for to see how the draft plays out to see where they end up going to the Browns invested in those guys.
- 54:26[SPEAKER_04]: We will see, obviously, you just listen to my mock draft, my predictions and everything.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_04]: The two, the two wider severs in the first round is something, obviously, a lot of us, Browns fans are pining for.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_04]: We would love to see them do that.
- 54:42[SPEAKER_04]: My hold-up this whole time, this whole time has been androborie has not yet in six years, six years, shown any urgency to place any sort of high investment into the wide receiver position, whatsoever.
- 55:01[SPEAKER_04]: Every move he's ever made at wide receiver has been about value and bargain shopping.
- 55:07[SPEAKER_04]: That's, that's just the truth.
- 55:09[SPEAKER_04]: That is just how it has played out.
- 55:10[SPEAKER_04]: You think about guys like um, none of the people's Jones is six round pig.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_04]: Anthony Schwartz and the third, David Bell and the third.
- 55:17[SPEAKER_04]: Cedric Tillman and the third.
- 55:21[SPEAKER_04]: Flip's a fifth round pig for a Mari Cooper.
- 55:24[SPEAKER_04]: of what a forethers some change for Jerry Judy, like he tries to, the UDFA is with Gage Larvedan and Isaiah Bond.
- 55:33[SPEAKER_04]: It's all about how do I get value out of the position rather than investing heavily into it?
- 55:41[SPEAKER_04]: And I just,
- 55:43[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think there's any way in hell, they use both picks, six and 24 on receivers.
- 55:49[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think they use six on a receiver.
- 55:52[SPEAKER_04]: I just talked about the trade backs and then the my scenario for them and watching Denzel Boston, which I think is a very real possibility that he falls out of the first round.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_04]: I think that's...
- 56:05[SPEAKER_04]: That is in the range of outcomes for this draft.
- 56:09[SPEAKER_04]: An Andrew Barry to be able to grab him at 34 in that trade with the Cardinals.
- 56:15[SPEAKER_04]: Again, that plays into his approach to position.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_04]: I got Denzel Boston in the second round.
- 56:22[SPEAKER_04]: That's how I see them approaching the wideer superposition.
- 56:26[SPEAKER_04]: So I know Justin, I want those guys to, I want those top dudes.
- 56:31[SPEAKER_04]: I just don't think it's gonna happen.
- 56:33[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe we'll be surprised on Thursday and all the smoke around the tackles and wanting to trade back was just to throw anybody else off to send that we're locked in the car and I'll take it six and we take him at six.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe that's what we do.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_04]: and then we're all going to be super happy and excited as Brown's fans.
- 56:49[SPEAKER_04]: I just I wouldn't put my money on it.
- 56:52[SPEAKER_04]: Let's put it that way.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_04]: So moving on here last thing today before I let you guys quit listening to my nausely voice, Vinty is back.
- 57:01[SPEAKER_04]: It's been a while since we heard from you, man, and it's great to hear that you're still watching the show, even though Adam likes to FU all the time.
- 57:10[SPEAKER_04]: Whenever he comes on our Discord shows, but Vinty says, one last quick message before the draft.
- 57:17[SPEAKER_04]: He says, A Void KC Concepción at all spots.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_04]: He is not even close to a number one writer-sever.
- 57:24[SPEAKER_04]: At best, he is a Debo Samuel who drops the ball.
- 57:27[SPEAKER_04]: We have Malachi, Corly for any gimmick plays and other than the return game.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_04]: gimmick plays is all that Concepción will be good for.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_04]: He says, I feel like I am being pumped with you being high on Concepción.
- 57:41[SPEAKER_04]: I think you are talking to him up just to get me to send a message saying how insane
- 57:47[SPEAKER_04]: Carnell Tate or McCy Lemon at 6 and no KC Concepts he owned in the top three rounds.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_04]: He also says I'm scared that the Bengals Giants trade will make it really hard for Tate to make it all the way to 6.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to be so sad if we take one of those non tackles at number 6.
- 58:07[SPEAKER_04]: What tackle do you want at six dude outside of like a Maui know who it was just reported that has a herniated disc That is asymptomatic, but if he requires surgery couldn't miss up to three months or something like that.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_04]: I saw him like okay We we mess it around with a tackle who's now Strictly a right tackle We're gonna try to move into left tackle and he's got a you know a herniated disc Crime any this the options this year a tackle are not good
- 58:36[SPEAKER_04]: you can't force a Tacua 6.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_04]: If they trade back, the target might be a Cainim Proctor.
- 58:44[SPEAKER_04]: Keep seeing those reports, Adam Shefter and Todd McShay, Browns are high on Cainim Proctor.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_04]: Now again, this could all be leaked smoke, bold crap.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_04]: We don't know, but that's what's being reported.
- 58:56[SPEAKER_04]: So to get to your message about KC Concepts, you own being only a gimmick player.
- 59:00[SPEAKER_04]: I just
- 59:05[SPEAKER_04]: But you don't bring any stats or information to back up your claims.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_04]: In what planet is KC Concepts, they own a gadget player?
- 59:17[SPEAKER_04]: Go look at his analytics from college this past season.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_04]: So he had 40, about 44% of his targets were either behind the line of scrimmage or in the 0 to 9 yard range.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_04]: So he had 25%.
- 59:35[SPEAKER_04]: So one out every four targets was in the intermediate, 10 to 19 yard range, and then 21%.
- 59:41[SPEAKER_04]: So about one out every five was a deep target.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_04]: Compare that to everybody's new favorite guy if you guys see just how to pro-day, and apparently he's healthy at the moment.
- 59:53[SPEAKER_04]: Jordan Tyson, okay?
- 59:55[SPEAKER_04]: Jordan Tyson might be the best player in this, or receiver in this draft.
- 59:59[SPEAKER_04]: I'll let's see, his target share behind the line of scrimmage or in the short range, 45% or did I say what's concept Zone, 44.
- 1:00:11[SPEAKER_04]: So about the same is Jordan Tyson, a Gadgety gimmicky player, because that gimmick is around the line of scrimmage.
- 1:00:18[SPEAKER_04]: So are these guys the same?
- 1:00:20[SPEAKER_04]: Casey Concept Zone had more targets percentage downfield deep than Jordan Tyson did.
- 1:00:27[SPEAKER_04]: And then in the medium range, TISO is at 33% and like I said, because TISO was at 25.
- 1:00:31[SPEAKER_04]: So, only 14% behind the line of scrimmage for TISO, 15, almost 16% for Jordan TISO.
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_04]: Casey Concepcion is not a gimmick player.
- 1:00:45[SPEAKER_04]: He's not a gadget player.
- 1:00:46[SPEAKER_04]: He is a true versatile inside outside plays every position, wider receiver.
- 1:00:55[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what's hard about that.
- 1:00:59[SPEAKER_04]: Just, he just is.
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_04]: He's very good wider receiver.
- 1:01:02[SPEAKER_04]: Does he have a drop-sissue?
- 1:01:04[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, he suffers from some drops.
- 1:01:06[SPEAKER_04]: You know what else he had?
- 1:01:07[SPEAKER_04]: Actually, I saw this at the other day.
- 1:01:09[SPEAKER_04]: I think he had something like 42% of his targets this year were unketchable.
- 1:01:14[SPEAKER_04]: Was the highest of any of the receivers in this draft class if I remember the stat I saw correctly?
- 1:01:21[SPEAKER_04]: So he had terrible quarterback play with Marcel Reed, a Texas A&M.
- 1:01:26[SPEAKER_04]: Left a lot of yards, a lot of catches, a lot of touchdowns on the field playing with Marcel Reed.
- 1:01:33[SPEAKER_04]: I really like Casey Concepcion.
- 1:01:35[SPEAKER_04]: I know not everybody does, but I mean, Jordan Tyson also struggled with concentration drops back in 2024, I think it was, just trying to pull up those numbers real fast.
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_04]: He had, how many?
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_04]: Seven drops, and that's what Concepcion had this year.
- 1:01:54[SPEAKER_04]: So it just, it happens, okay?
- 1:01:58[SPEAKER_04]: It's it's one data point among several that I use.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_04]: A lot of people use to evaluate these wider severs and, you know, for for that one negative data point for like a guy like conception or Jordan Tyson a year ago.
- 1:02:14[SPEAKER_04]: If you want to go back and look at those numbers for him.
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_04]: does not do enough to offset all the positive strong data points that indicate KC concepts the own can be.
- 1:02:25[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not saying he will, because again, for white receivers, especially guys, I mean.
- 1:02:31[SPEAKER_04]: landing spot, quarterback play, coaching scheme, this stuff matters so much for wider receivers.
- 1:02:39[SPEAKER_04]: So that can really hinder a guy early in his career, but to have all the tools, traits and metrics to back you up that you can be a number one receiver in the NFL.
- 1:02:50[SPEAKER_04]: I just don't know how you look at Casey and Conceptio and say he doesn't have it, but
- 1:02:56[SPEAKER_04]: Vinty, I want you in the chat Thursday night.
- 1:02:58[SPEAKER_04]: Can you please come hang out?
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_04]: Let it be known who you are.
- 1:03:02[SPEAKER_04]: Some of the guys from the dog pack will be in there probably Reagan on you.
- 1:03:06[SPEAKER_04]: But we'll have Aaron Butler from the Ravens fan base.
- 1:03:08[SPEAKER_04]: And there too, he always comes in and likes to make an appearance on our show.
- 1:03:12[SPEAKER_04]: He loves the podcast.
- 1:03:13[SPEAKER_04]: So we'll always hear from Aaron Butler, by the way, Aaron, how do you like your team's new jerseys?
- 1:03:17[SPEAKER_04]: I actually thought that some of the subtle detail designs that they changed up were actually pretty good as much as I hate that team.
- 1:03:23[SPEAKER_04]: But
- 1:03:24[SPEAKER_04]: Vinti, come join us Thursday night, make sure everybody else you guys come in, 745.
- 1:03:30[SPEAKER_04]: We will be live on YouTube.
- 1:03:32[SPEAKER_04]: We will also be live streaming to Facebook and X and also we stream on Twitch.
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if anybody even knows that.
- 1:03:37[SPEAKER_04]: I never mentioned it.
- 1:03:38[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know anything about Twitch.
- 1:03:40[SPEAKER_04]: It's kind of my downfall, but we're testing the waters.
- 1:03:43[SPEAKER_04]: But anyway, the chat that we will be interacting with and polling the entire night, that one will be on YouTube.
- 1:03:51[SPEAKER_04]: There's also going to be a prediction
- 1:03:54[SPEAKER_04]: if you guys want to get in on this early, which you can, or if you want to wait until Thursday, I would recommend just kind of waiting until the week plays out because you don't know what other news or trades are going to drop.
- 1:04:07[SPEAKER_04]: But what we're going to be doing most of the night following along with the Kaoshi prediction markets to see
- 1:04:15[SPEAKER_04]: Not just, I mean, not just for the Browns, we're going to do it for every pick.
- 1:04:17[SPEAKER_04]: Who is the leading candidate?
- 1:04:19[SPEAKER_04]: Who's the leading market leader for that pick?
- 1:04:23[SPEAKER_04]: And then, well, obviously, we're going to be highlighting the Browns at 6, 24th.
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_04]: They trade back to 20 or 12, who's the leading guy at that point, yada yada.
- 1:04:31[SPEAKER_04]: but you guys can go to the dockspodcast.com slash predict.
- 1:04:36[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, that's where the contest is gonna be again, you don't have to, you don't have to do anything through Calshy, it's just partnered with them, but it's called to do this on Calshy as well.
- 1:04:45[SPEAKER_04]: Submit your predictions and you can have a chance to win a free Browns jersey.
- 1:04:49[SPEAKER_04]: You gotta get your prediction right.
- 1:04:51[SPEAKER_04]: to be in the category who we're going to pull from to see who wins this jersey.
- 1:04:55[SPEAKER_04]: We're going to give one away at six.
- 1:04:56[SPEAKER_04]: We're going to give one away at 24.
- 1:04:59[SPEAKER_04]: If the Brown stick at those picks and actually make them.
- 1:05:02[SPEAKER_04]: If they moved to 12, we'll do one for 12.
- 1:05:04[SPEAKER_04]: But you go to the dogspodcast.com slash predict.
- 1:05:09[SPEAKER_04]: You select which pick you're making your prediction for 6 or 24, you can submit one for each one, but you can only submit one prediction for each pick and don't try to cheat the system.
- 1:05:22[SPEAKER_04]: My, I'll be able to tell if you're cheating the system.
- 1:05:26[SPEAKER_04]: You get one pick one prediction.
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_04]: Just put your name your email and then your prediction right there.
- 1:05:30[SPEAKER_04]: So pick six.
- 1:05:31[SPEAKER_04]: I think it's going to be car and I'll take.
- 1:05:33[SPEAKER_04]: boom, hit some mitt and you have made your prediction for pick six.
- 1:05:38[SPEAKER_04]: Now again, if we get to pick six and the Browns trade it and it goes to 12, you can come back in and make a prediction for pick 12, but you cannot make multiple predictions for pick six.
- 1:05:49[SPEAKER_04]: You get one, shot at it.
- 1:05:52[SPEAKER_04]: see if you guys can get it right and you will be entered to win that free Brownsers.
- 1:05:55[SPEAKER_04]: It's going to be a fun contest as we go throughout the night and if nobody gets any of it right then we'll just pull from everybody who entered.
- 1:06:02[SPEAKER_04]: So we'll see how it goes but I think it's going to be a little fun side contest to have going on during the night.
- 1:06:08[SPEAKER_04]: So that's Thursday 745 live streaming the entire first round for you guys.
- 1:06:12[SPEAKER_04]: Join us in all the action, it's going to be fun.
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_04]: Our reactions to everything that the Browns do to what other teams do, and just hanging out with us, it's going to be a good time.

- 1:06:27[SPEAKER_04]: It's just insane, insane.
- 1:06:29[SPEAKER_04]: But,
