that stadium tour and I had no idea that the Chiefs were

just make the thing perfectly out there.

If you guys have never been, you got to go and bring me back some

ahead around a little bit. And when I'm flying back, I'm at

the airport that morning at 8. AMI got there way before my

flight because I was sick and tired of being at the hotel #1

be with, you know, the whole government shutdown.

And I had all these Kansas City fans saying, damn, you flew all

the way out here for the game. I said no, I flew out here to go

to Arrowhead. I flew out here to get some

delicious BBQ. I flew out here to hang out with

my burgundy gold family. I flew out here to play some

pickleball. And I knocked all those off my

list. And like you talked about during

the last show, the game was just icing on top.

And that carrot cake did have icing.

So it's probably a bad example, but it would have been delicious

And as I've always said, like you said, man, you know, the

wind is icing on the cake and sometimes cake is better without

When you go, you know, you got to really open your mind when

you travel to these away games, you know, there are a lot of

times where you may see people at the stadium on the road and

that's the only time that you, I'm sorry, you may see people on

the road that you only see at the stadium and you guys can

talk at the rally. You can chop it up.

You can do whatever you want to do outside of Northwest Stadium

at another stadium. Open your mind up and get that

experience. It, it truly is a great

just because I travel to these stadium.

I'm saying because I firmly believe in it as a fan.

It was just so great from my standpoint, right?

It just a lot of people like, oh, you went on this trip and

I'm actually, you know, getting to go with the rally and let's

So management got back with me and they had, they started off

with 700 wristbands, they had 100 leftover, so 600 people.

That's awesome, man. I mean, just to know that there

were 600 of us out there and I'm on my flight going out of a what

BWI Saturday morning. And thank you to SB Events for

helping me with everything. I didn't have to worry about a

damn thing. So I appreciate you set up that

itinerary and everything else. I know you're not doing that

just for me. You do that for everybody that

We want to make sure people know that, hey, you know, it's an

easy way to go on these trips. But they were fans that not SB

them the picture of the rally and this and that.

And it was just so fun to be around all of her brothers and

sisters to listen to Go Go in Kansas City, knowing that that's

our music playing out there. DJ Naughty Boy drove.

I, I couldn't believe what you told me when you said it, that

he drove there from Atlanta to DJ the rally.

I don't talk about dedication. Yeah, well, you figure the the

the Redskins, Washington Football Team Commanders, that's

a team he grew up with. And it he said it it was an

honor for him to be able to do that.

It's a lifelong dream for him to be able to do that.

So when you have someone who's dedicated to do that, man, you

And, and he, he laid it down, man, he did a great job. 800

It was just such a great time being there.

And I don't want to get into the details of the couple that won

the jersey, but let's just say it, it almost felt like fate

that they won that thing. And I'm just so happy for him

because it was an old school Redskins fan and his wife who

was a Chiefs fan that ended up winning it.

And it was just so great to see the smile it put on their face.

And also to be able to be around, I don't want to say like

minded people because that's not what it's about, to be around

other fans when you're on the road.

Other fans exactly. And you know, one thing you like

you said we're not going to get too deep with it, but he says

the the wife says just buy 1 ticket, you're you're never

going to win it. And he goes, no, you know, this

is supporting the Red Cross. I'm going to go ahead and buy 6

tickets and wouldn't you know one of those tickets was a

winner and he won that jersey and they were literally, well

the wife was literally in tears. And so that's all we'll say

about that. But you just never know what

you're, what you'll see at a rally, the people that you will

meet and the bonds that you'll make.

So the next day I saw them at the game and not the game at the

tailgate. And I'm walking around and he is

wearing the autographed Devo Samuels jersey that he won that

night. And they told me they went to a

steakhouse after the rally and they saw a bunch of 49ers fans

who made the trip from San Fran to watch Debo play.

And they offered him a lot of money to buy that jersey that he

just won. And he said no, he won't sell,

didn't want to sell it at all. And these guys had some cash.

And it's Nope. This means so much more to me

than that. And it cost him 20 bucks for it.

And he could have way more than quadrupled his investment.

And that's just how much it meant, right?

And that's just, those are the type of people you meet on the

And that's just everyone's asking me where you tailgating

would have got flooded. So I get there with our boy

truck out there, All these different sponsors.

They had mystery boxes for different jerseys and things

But they actually had corporate tents out there from these

This sounds horrible right now. We're getting a chance to be a

fan on a game day. For me, it felt so good just to

made me think about when I'm going to retire from the game

everything else I do, it's I'm still still at least five years

off and it's not happening anytime soon, God willing.

But now I can see why all of you guys have so much fun on game

welcoming, so nice, man. They were just the best

experience I have ever had on the road.

But everything leading up to the game, I got to play pickleball

pickleball for so long now and we got together on a Monday

morning and guess what, man, the guy that that was running the

pickleball shop of actually wearing their T-shirt right now.

He actually is from our area, right?

There were a bunch of Washington fans that I met that live in

Kansas City that actually are listeners of the podcast dude.

I mean, meeting so many podcast listeners this weekend was maybe

my highlight of the trip and just getting to talk to so many
