- 0:01Hello. Welcome to the No God Coach
- 0:03Huddle for January 5th, 2026.
- 0:06A two-minute call from God's playbook to
- 0:08know him better so we can love and obey
- 0:10him more. And let's hear today's play
- 0:13from Genesis 8:9, which says, "Bring out
- 0:15with you everything you have so that
- 0:18they can swarm on the earth. Be fruitful
- 0:20and multiply on the earth." God bless
- 0:23Noah and his sons and said to them, "Be
- 0:24fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth.
- 0:27And you people be fruitful, multiply,
- 0:29swarm on the earth and multiply upon it.
- 0:32From the very beginning, God's first
- 0:34recorded command to humanity is simple
- 0:36and strong. Be fruitful and multiply. He
- 0:40christened it with Adam and Eve and then
- 0:41again to know in a tongue as he restarts
- 0:44the world after judgment. God's not just
- 0:47filling space. He's making imagebears,
- 0:49men, women, and children designed to
- 0:52know him, love him, and live with him
- 0:54forever. He makes us co-creators with
- 0:56him, responsible for filling the earth
- 0:59and ultimately heaven with people who
- 1:01will belong to him. But somewhere along
- 1:04the way, many Christians quietly laid
- 1:06this command aside. Instead of asking,
- 1:09"What does God command?" We ask, "What
- 1:11fits my income, my plans, and my
- 1:13comfort." The world tells us the
- 1:15planet's overpopulated, children are a
- 1:17burden, resources are too limited to
- 1:20welcome life. Those messages come from
- 1:22people who don't trust God's heart or
- 1:25his provision. Christian men are called
- 1:27to think differently. We're called to
- 1:29think biblically. Children are not
- 1:32interruptions to a man's purpose.
- 1:34They're central to it. They're how the
- 1:36church continues. They're how the gospel
- 1:38is carried from one generation to the
- 1:40next. And they are part of how heaven is
- 1:42filled with worshippers who learn the
- 1:44name of Jesus at home. And if God causes
- 1:48people to be fruitful and multiply, he
- 1:50also calls men to work. Not just for
- 1:52self-fulfillment, but for faithfulness.
- 1:55Sometimes you get to do what you love.
- 1:57Often you do what's needed. Honest work,
- 2:00even when it's hard, is part of how you
- 2:02make it possible for life to be welcomed
- 2:04and nurtured under your roof. This
- 2:07doesn't ignore health issues or complex
- 2:09situations, but it does challenge the
- 2:11default setting of our culture where
- 2:14comfort and control quietly rule. So,
- 2:17learn today's play. Align your manhood
- 2:19with God's faithful design. If you're a
- 2:22single, ask God to shape your view of
- 2:24marriage and family around his word, not
- 2:27fear. Decide now that you'll be a man
- 2:29who works, provides, and welcomes life
- 2:31if God grants you a wife and children.
- 2:34If your marriage and tr and have chosen
- 2:36to avoid children can for convenience
- 2:38and comfort, get honest before God. Pray
- 2:41with your wife and ask the Lord, have we
- 2:43let money or fear become our God in this
- 2:46area and surrender your plans to him. If
- 2:49you're already a father, don't just have
- 2:51kids, shepherd them. Lead your family in
- 2:54prayer, scripture, and obedience. Let
- 2:56your work, your schedule, and your
- 2:57priorities reflect it that raising
- 2:59disciples under your roof is your
- 3:01highest calling. and pray with your wife
- 3:03about the idea of even having more
- 3:05children. God's command to be fruitful
- 3:08and multiply is not outdated. It's a
- 3:10living call tied to your identity as a
- 3:12man made in his image. If this puzzle
- 3:15helps you know God better, you can love
- 3:17and obey him more. Leave a quick review
- 3:19and share with a brother who also want
- 3:22to know God and love him
