- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Be protected sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: For those of you guys who are not familiar with me,
- 1:03Speaker 3: my name is Acnundrum. I am a few things, but
- 1:06Speaker 3: one at heart is a serial entrepreneur and a solutionist.
- 1:10Speaker 3: And so what I'm here to do today is not
- 1:13Speaker 3: talk about me, and what I do is really to
- 1:16Speaker 3: bring you value from tools and strategy and things that
- 1:20Speaker 3: I've learned and that I implement to help you.
- 1:23Speaker 4: So we're going to get straight into it.
- 1:25Speaker 3: And this is acnundrums Hakathon Hope, y'all like to little
- 1:28Speaker 3: player on the word you know what I'm saying, little
- 1:29Speaker 3: thank you know, So let's go.
- 1:31Speaker 4: I'm going to get into ten.
- 1:33Speaker 3: Useful hacks for you guys, okay, and they're segmented into
- 1:38Speaker 3: different categories.
- 1:40Speaker 4: So we're going to get into content creation. First.
- 1:44Speaker 3: We're going to start with target marketing, and then we're
- 1:46Speaker 3: going to get into content creation, and then we're going
- 1:48Speaker 3: to get into passive income. We're going to get into
- 1:51Speaker 3: generating your first sales if you haven't made any sales,
- 1:54Speaker 3: or a way to make a sale if you pivoted
- 1:56Speaker 3: to a new industry. We're going to get into time saver.
- 2:00Speaker 3: The one thing that used to really get me was
- 2:02Speaker 3: how do I get help? So we're going to get
- 2:04Speaker 3: into you know, getting you some help and then also
- 2:08Speaker 3: helping your help to help you. Then we're going to
- 2:11Speaker 3: get into the digital products and of course adding and
- 2:15Speaker 3: enhanced and sort of a luxury feel and how to
- 2:17Speaker 3: do that item to your customer's experience. Okay, So with
- 2:22Speaker 3: no further ado, please if you don't have your pen
- 2:24Speaker 3: and paper handy, grab that now.
- 2:26Speaker 4: Because we're going to start. Okay.
- 2:28Speaker 3: So the first tip, the first concept is targeted marketing, right,
- 2:33Speaker 3: So target marketing, and that is understanding your customer's personality.
- 2:39Speaker 3: So the one system that I have found that does
- 2:42Speaker 3: this better than anything undeniably is a system called the
- 2:46Speaker 3: bank system that was created by a lady named Sherry Tree.
- 2:50Speaker 3: And what she gets into is personality science. So there
- 2:54Speaker 3: are four different main personality components or attributes that really
- 3:00Speaker 3: are present in people. Now, we all have a combination
- 3:02Speaker 3: of these, but these are the ones that really come forward. Now.
- 3:06Speaker 3: A lot of you guys may have heard of the
- 3:08Speaker 3: Meyers brig personality test, which helps you to understand if you're.
- 3:11Speaker 4: An NTJ or ie TJ.
- 3:12Speaker 3: And that's cool, but truthfully, your customer does not care
- 3:15Speaker 3: about your personality. They don't care about your zodiac sign,
- 3:17Speaker 3: they don't care about what moon you.
- 3:19Speaker 4: Were born under.
- 3:20Speaker 3: You need to know about your customer's personality and your
- 3:23Speaker 3: customer's temperament. Therefore, you can know how to approach them,
- 3:26Speaker 3: pitch to them, sell to them. So the first personality
- 3:30Speaker 3: type is called a blueprint. Now the way to really
- 3:33Speaker 3: kind of discover right away if you're a blueprint, if
- 3:35Speaker 3: I were to ask you the question rules are meant
- 3:37Speaker 3: to be, what would you, guys say, go ahead and
- 3:40Speaker 3: type it in the tack. The vast majority of people
- 3:42Speaker 3: will default and knee jerk and say broken.
- 3:46Speaker 4: If that is your answer, you are not a blueprint.
- 3:48Speaker 3: Blueprints value things like stability, structure systems, planning processes, predictability, responsibility,
- 3:55Speaker 3: duty rules, credentials, titles. Tradition, blueprints are typically found in
- 3:59Speaker 3: areas like judicial systems, police people with uniforms, architects, things
- 4:05Speaker 3: that have to follow the rules, where typically the rules
- 4:10Speaker 3: could be like life or death. So blueprints are really
- 4:13Speaker 3: risk adverse, right. They don't like a lot of risky
- 4:16Speaker 3: talk and things like that. Blueprints are attracted to referrals,
- 4:21Speaker 3: they're attracted to rating systems. They're attracted to people who
- 4:24Speaker 3: have like if you are in the field of medicine,
- 4:26Speaker 3: if you have PhD behind your name, if you're in business,
- 4:29Speaker 3: the NBA.
- 4:30Speaker 4: Behind your name. That's what makes blueprints feel secure.
- 4:33Speaker 3: If you meet a blueprint, you're definitely going to give
- 4:35Speaker 3: them a firm handshake. If you are late for a
- 4:37Speaker 3: meeting with a blueprint, you are not going to get
- 4:39Speaker 3: whatever that meeting was about. So I'm quite sure a
- 4:42Speaker 3: lot of you guys can kind of picture a blueprint.
- 4:44Speaker 3: You may have some in your mind, and you may
- 4:46Speaker 3: be one dominantly yourself. So if there were a box,
- 4:50Speaker 3: the blueprint lives within the box. The second personality is
- 4:55Speaker 3: literally almost the opposite of a blueprint.
- 4:58Speaker 4: That is action.
- 5:00Speaker 3: It's like a human red bull right. Actions are people
- 5:04Speaker 3: who are go, go go. They are about it. They go,
- 5:06Speaker 3: they get it, they grab it. They are for adventure.
- 5:09Speaker 3: They like freedom, flexibility, spontaneity, action, opportunity, excitement, attention, stimulation,
- 5:14Speaker 3: competition winning, fun image. They are there for the VP treatment.
- 5:19Speaker 3: You get into an action's mind if you are dropping names.
- 5:23Speaker 3: So if you are hosting something and you have slebs there,
- 5:27Speaker 3: if you have the red Croper treatment, that's how you
- 5:30Speaker 3: get an actions attention. Actions tend to be late, but
- 5:33Speaker 3: they hate to wait. They love like I said, that
- 5:36Speaker 3: VIP special attention to detailed treatment. When it comes to actions,
- 5:41Speaker 3: they're gonna be dressed to the nines, You're probably gonna
- 5:43Speaker 3: get like a fist bump or you know what I'm saying.
- 5:45Speaker 2: Some earners, what's up? You ever walk into a small
- 5:49Speaker 2: business and everything just works like the checkout is fast,

- 8:36Speaker 5: for hers dot com. Apply.
- 8:37Speaker 4: I like that from action. They're really really laid back.
- 8:39Speaker 3: They don't like a lot of small talk either. They
- 8:41Speaker 3: like for you to get right to the point. So
- 8:43Speaker 3: if there is a box, the action is out of
- 8:46Speaker 3: the box. There ain't no box. They don't like constraint,
- 8:49Speaker 3: they don't like rules or any of that kind of stuff.
- 8:51Speaker 3: When you meet an action, it's important that you cater
- 8:54Speaker 3: to that ego within them. That's how you get their attention.
- 8:58Speaker 3: You really want to make sure that they feel like
- 9:01Speaker 3: whatever you're selling are doing. It's about them and they
- 9:03Speaker 3: are the center of attention. So the next personality is
- 9:08Speaker 3: a little bit kind of opposite of action.
- 9:10Speaker 4: That's your nurturer. Your nurturer is your community person.
- 9:14Speaker 3: That's your teacher, your social worker, your nonprofit person. This
- 9:19Speaker 3: is your person who cares. They don't care about what
- 9:22Speaker 3: you have. They want to know what you care about.
- 9:25Speaker 3: They value relationships, authenticity, personal growth, significance, teamwork, family, charity, ethics, harmony, morality,
- 9:34Speaker 3: and contributing. They are not focused on all of your
- 9:39Speaker 3: social media followers. They don't care about that. They want
- 9:42Speaker 3: to know what impact you are providing for the community,
- 9:47Speaker 3: for people, for the earth. If there were a box,
- 9:50Speaker 3: a nurturer is going to give wrap that box or
- 9:52Speaker 3: they're going to recycle that box right now. The value
- 9:55Speaker 3: that nurturers really really bring is nurturers are the most
- 9:59Speaker 3: trusted out of everyone. If a nurturer is to provide
- 10:03Speaker 3: a recommendation or say hey, this is a great business,
- 10:06Speaker 3: or endorse you, people tend to listen to them, and
- 10:09Speaker 3: they tend to trust them because they know that they
- 10:12Speaker 3: are not driven by ego or any other alternative motives
- 10:17Speaker 3: or something like that. Arterier motives, So that is your nurture.
- 10:21Speaker 3: Now your last personality type is knowledge. If there were
- 10:26Speaker 3: a box, the knowledge built the box. We all probably
- 10:29Speaker 3: know a knowledge. The knowledge is your human Google. That
- 10:33Speaker 3: is your friend that if you were on Jeopardy, that's
- 10:35Speaker 3: what you're going to call. Are not jeopardy but a
- 10:37Speaker 3: millionaire and you need to phone a friend.
- 10:39Speaker 4: That's your friend that you're going.
- 10:40Speaker 3: To phone right the knowledge They value information, learning, intelligence,
- 10:46Speaker 3: logic like do not argue with a knowledge unless you
- 10:50Speaker 3: know what you're talking about. They're about technology, self mastery,
- 10:54Speaker 3: research and development, science, universal truths, expertise, competence, accuracy, the
- 10:59Speaker 3: bigger picture. Knowledgers are attracted to things like stats, data research,
- 11:05Speaker 3: and more than likely they will go and actually research
- 11:08Speaker 3: your product or service before they even.
- 11:10Speaker 4: Come to you.
- 11:11Speaker 3: So you really need to make sure that you know
- 11:13Speaker 3: what you're talking about or you've done the researcher. You
- 11:16Speaker 3: can bring other people forward who can lend to that.
- 11:20Speaker 3: So these are your four core personality types. Now we
- 11:25Speaker 3: all have a little bit of them in us. Me personally,
- 11:28Speaker 3: I am knowledge, nurture action blueprint.
- 11:32Speaker 4: Why one I value knowledge?
- 11:34Speaker 3: If you follow me, you know that one of the
- 11:36Speaker 3: things that people always say is like, oh, I canom
- 11:39Speaker 3: just gonna bring the receipts right, She's well researched. They've
- 11:42Speaker 3: gone as far as to trust me to say if
- 11:44Speaker 3: she posted or she's doing it. They feel like they
- 11:46Speaker 3: really don't even have to go do secondary level research.
- 11:49Speaker 3: Knowledge is we love to share our knowledge. But I'm
- 11:51Speaker 3: also nurturing. There's a huge community component to me. If
- 11:55Speaker 3: you know me, my main concern has been black businesses.
- 11:58Speaker 3: That's been that way, It's going to change. So there's
- 12:01Speaker 3: a huge nurturing component to me that I try to
- 12:04Speaker 3: make sure that I give freely whenever possible. And at
- 12:09Speaker 3: the same time, you don't see me doing a whole
- 12:10Speaker 3: lot of flash and stuff like that. The action part
- 12:13Speaker 3: of me really comes from my creativity and I'm like
- 12:17Speaker 3: ready to go, right, So that part of me also
- 12:20Speaker 3: jumps in. When I have an idea, I'm like really
- 12:22Speaker 3: ready to act on it, and I go I was
- 12:24Speaker 3: blueprint last I'm not even gonna lie. I was the
- 12:26Speaker 3: person who was always late. I didn't like structure because
- 12:29Speaker 3: I'm really creative. But as I've developed in my business,
- 12:32Speaker 3: I've become more blueprint because I understand the downside of
- 12:36Speaker 3: not being stable or structured and things like that, and
- 12:40Speaker 3: making sure that you are aware of people's time. So
- 12:43Speaker 3: this is how you have to understand your customer. And
- 12:46Speaker 3: where does this matter when you are pitching to your customer.
- 12:50Speaker 3: And pitching doesn't just mean you're going in front looking
- 12:53Speaker 3: for investments when you are advertising to them. When you
- 12:55Speaker 3: are marketing to them, you have to make sure that
- 12:58Speaker 3: your language is an alignment with what they value. If
- 13:01Speaker 3: your language, or your community or your tribe is particularly
- 13:05Speaker 3: nurturing at core, and you're talking to them in a
- 13:08Speaker 3: very action language or blueprint language, you're turning them off.
- 13:13Speaker 3: So you have to really look at your product or
- 13:16Speaker 3: service and I want you, guys, to create a pitch
- 13:19Speaker 3: that you would do for each one of these personality types.
