- 0:58Dayna Roselli: What a pleasure.

- 1:23Dayna Roselli: Welcome everyone to Vegas Revealed, episode 244.
- 1:27Dayna Roselli: Dana Roselli and Sean McAllister here, and we got another busy show coming up.
- 1:32Dayna Roselli: But Sean, you know what we haven't mentioned in a while is that you can text us.
- 1:36Sean McAllister: That's right.
- 1:37Sean McAllister: So there's a link right down in our show notes.
- 1:39Sean McAllister: All you have to do, uh if you're watching on or listening on your phone, you go down to the show notes, click that link, and it'll automatically open up a screen where you can text us your questions, comments, ideas, whatever you want to let us know, you can just click that link and it'll send a text to us.
- 1:57Sean McAllister: Now, here's the thing we cannot text you back.
- 2:01Sean McAllister: So you have to listen to the next week's episode where we will respond to your text in audio.
- 2:09Dayna Roselli: Yes.
- 2:09Dayna Roselli: So because we don't get your number or where you're from or anything like that.
- 2:13Dayna Roselli: If you want to add that in, your name and you know where you're from and all that, um, you got to put it in the text.
- 2:18Dayna Roselli: But yeah, so you're not gonna get like spam or anything like that.
- 2:20Dayna Roselli: But I was thinking today, like, oh, we haven't had a text message in a while.
- 2:23Dayna Roselli: But then I was like, wait a minute, we forgot to remind people that's right the last couple episodes.
- 2:27Dayna Roselli: So yeah, text us.
- 2:29Dayna Roselli: Hey, go ahead.
- 2:31Sean McAllister: Well, I was gonna say also down in our show notes, uh, we want to thank all of our uh subscribers to Vegas Revealed as well.
- 2:38Sean McAllister: And if you'd like to become a subscriber and help support the the future of Vegas Revealed, you can also do that in the link down in our show notes as well.
- 2:47Dayna Roselli: Yeah, we appreciate you all.
- 2:50Dayna Roselli: All right, let's talk about the Delano, uh, which is the tower attached to Mandalay Bay, very popular.
- 2:57Dayna Roselli: I think we've talked about it in the past that we've had friends stay there and say the rooms are gorgeous.
- 3:01Sean McAllister: Yeah, they are.
- 3:01Dayna Roselli: I've never actually stayed in them.
- 3:03Dayna Roselli: Have you?
- 3:03Dayna Roselli: I have.
- 3:04Dayna Roselli: Okay.
- 3:05Dayna Roselli: And they're nice, right?
- 3:06Sean McAllister: They have.
- 3:06Sean McAllister: It wasn't actually I I went up there because a friend was staying there.
- 3:11Dayna Roselli: Staying there.
- 3:11Dayna Roselli: Got it.
- 3:12Dayna Roselli: Okay.
- 3:12Dayna Roselli: So you got to see the room.
- 3:14Sean McAllister: It was really nice, yeah.
- 3:15Dayna Roselli: Well, apparently it's uh turning over to become the W, which had a tower here in Las Vegas that was a part of the SLS before it turned the to the Sahara.
- 3:27Dayna Roselli: But anyway, the W making a return, and this is gonna be the W Las Vegas.
- 3:32Sean McAllister: Yeah, so uh the W is part of the Marriott family of uh hotels.
- 3:39Sean McAllister: And starting uh it was last year in 2023, MGM Resorts started a partnership partnership with uh Marriott Bonvoy, and so this is all part of that partnership.
- 3:52Sean McAllister: So you'll be able to book through uh Marriott digital platforms in addition to uh MGM, obviously.
- 4:01Sean McAllister: But um beyond the naming of uh the W Hotel at that tower over at Mandalay Bay, uh they're also going to expand this to uh you know make reservations available through Marriott at Bellagio, Aria, Cosmopolitan, and Mandalay Bay.
- 4:21Dayna Roselli: Okay.
- 4:22Dayna Roselli: Yeah, there's 1,117 rooms in that hotel.
- 4:26Dayna Roselli: That's massive.
- 4:26Dayna Roselli: That is just for one tower, right?
- 4:28Dayna Roselli: Man, but anyway, so yeah, that'll be nice.
- 4:32Dayna Roselli: You know, and I am enjoying that Bonvoy app.
- 4:34Dayna Roselli: I I told you I signed up for the points recently because I was doing a trip to Seattle and oh yeah, and I also registered for the Taylor Swift Vancouver tickets.
- 4:42Dayna Roselli: Yeah, I didn't win.
- 4:43Dayna Roselli: Well, I haven't won yet.
- 4:44Dayna Roselli: Maybe I'm still in the running.
- 4:45Dayna Roselli: Uh, but I love the app, it does offer you a lot of little perks.
- 4:49Sean McAllister: Yeah, and so this uh transition is going to happen before the end of this year.
- 4:54Sean McAllister: So work is already underway.
- 4:56Sean McAllister: Uh the hotel is going to remain open while they're doing that conversion.
- 5:01Sean McAllister: So the W Hotel uh soon will replace the Delano over at Mandalay Bay.
- 5:08Dayna Roselli: Yeah, and if you're in Vancouver and you happen to have Taylor Swift tickets, text us because I'm interested.
- 5:15Sean McAllister: We were just talking about taking a trip up to Vancouver.
- 5:18Dayna Roselli: So yeah, I I would love to be there for her final, final run there of the Eras tour.
- 5:22Dayna Roselli: And I'm like, how can I?
- 5:23Dayna Roselli: Should I do it?
- 5:24Dayna Roselli: So anyway, yeah, maybe if somebody knows somebody, you know, I'll buy them face value, that kind of thing.
- 5:30Dayna Roselli: We have listeners.
- 5:30Dayna Roselli: Don't gouge me.
- 5:31Dayna Roselli: Don't gouge me.
- 5:37Dayna Roselli: All right.
- 5:37Dayna Roselli: Well, let's uh another something else opening actually in Mandalay Bay is swingers.
- 5:42Dayna Roselli: We've talked about this uh for a while, and it's finally gonna open November 8th.
- 5:46Dayna Roselli: And we say swingers, it's not what you're thinking.
- 5:48Dayna Roselli: It's called Swingers Las Vegas, and it's an adult-only golf club.
- 5:53Sean McAllister: Yeah, it's a mini golf destination.
- 5:56Sean McAllister: Um, this is going to be the global flagship location of swingers.
- 6:02Sean McAllister: Um, and it looks like it's gonna be really cool.
- 6:05Sean McAllister: There's also gonna be, in addition to the mini golf, uh, there's gonna be a whole bunch of carnival game experiences inside there.
- 6:12Dayna Roselli: Yeah, and a lot of the classics, right?
- 6:14Dayna Roselli: I was looking at the list.
- 6:15Dayna Roselli: I was like, ooh, ski ball, ski ball, ski ball, ski ball, ring toss, down the clown, water gun fun, whack and win, whack-a-mole.
- 6:26Dayna Roselli: That's always fun.
- 6:27Dayna Roselli: I used to love that.
- 6:28Sean McAllister: Whack-a mole is fun.
- 6:29Dayna Roselli: Darien Lake when we used to go there.
- 6:31Dayna Roselli: Darian Lake, yeah, and seabreeze.
- 6:33Dayna Roselli: Yes.
- 6:34Dayna Roselli: Um, that's in upstate New York, by the way.
- 6:36Dayna Roselli: But yeah, some classic games.
- 6:38Dayna Roselli: And apparently, you know, you can get some good prizes, um, like comic books, swingers merch, um, shot glasses, board games, tabletop sports, and all sorts of that kind of thing.
- 6:51Sean McAllister: And if you're listening to us from uh over in the UK, there is a Swingers Carnival London that recently opened.
- 6:59Sean McAllister: And the CEO of the company that's bringing it here says that the London location has been a tremendous hit.
- 7:06Sean McAllister: So they're extremely excited about opening up the Las Vegas location because it's you know, being the flagship, it's going to be, you know, bigger and better than anything else you find out there.
- 7:18Dayna Roselli: Well, what I like about this is, I mean, I do feel like we think about different things to do, right?
- 7:22Dayna Roselli: And that we have some great immersive experiences and all that, but kind of like once you walk in and you go through it, it's kind of done.
- 7:29Dayna Roselli: This seems nice that there's a variety of things to do.
- 7:32Dayna Roselli: Like there's a bar in there, there's the mini golf, there's the games, you know, you can hang out and meet people, and it just seems like it's gonna be really fun.
- 7:42Dayna Roselli: And I I think it's gonna do great.
- 7:46Sean McAllister: Well, and there have been several times when on weekends or whatever, we've talked, like, oh, let's go, let's go to mini golf.
- 7:52Sean McAllister: But most of the year it's too hot to go and do mini golf outside.
- 7:58Sean McAllister: And so to have a really uh I would say an elevated mini golf experience opening here, I think you're right.
- 8:07Sean McAllister: It is going to be a smash hit.
- 8:09Dayna Roselli: Yeah, and I wonder which I don't have the details yet.
- 8:11Dayna Roselli: We'll learn more, but like I wonder if you can just go in and hang out, or you have to like go in and buy a pass to play, or so we'll get all those details eventually.
- 8:19Dayna Roselli: Because I think it could be a good little hang.
- 8:22Dayna Roselli: And then we were reading, you know, like what it's going to look like.
- 8:25Dayna Roselli: And apparently the carnival space draws inspiration from the Bella a poke.
- 8:35Dayna Roselli: I looked it up how to say it.
- 8:36Dayna Roselli: Era.
- 8:38Dayna Roselli: And that is like an environment filled with vintage charm, vibrant decor, and retro games designed to spark joy and friendly competition, according to the press release.
- 8:49Dayna Roselli: All right.
- 8:49Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 8:50Dayna Roselli: Bella poke.
- 8:50Sean McAllister: Bella poke.
- 8:51Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 8:52Sean McAllister: Let's bring on Bella Polk and play some mini golf.
- 8:54Dayna Roselli: We learned something new.
- 8:57Dayna Roselli: Hey, we love boys to men.
- 8:58Dayna Roselli: They've put on great shows here in Las Vegas through the years, and now it has been announced that they are singing the national anthem for our Las Vegas Grand Prix Formula One race.
- 9:08Sean McAllister: You know what they should do?
- 9:10Sean McAllister: This is a total sidetrack.
- 9:12Sean McAllister: Uh, they should also close out the race.
- 9:14Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 9:14Sean McAllister: And say, and now you've to the end of the road.
- 9:21Dayna Roselli: Well, they might.
- 9:22Dayna Roselli: Maybe they will.
- 9:24Dayna Roselli: Oh my God, that's such a good idea because it literally is the end of the road.
- 9:27Dayna Roselli: You can open it and close the race.
- 9:30Dayna Roselli: Well, they are singing the anthem uh November 23rd.
- 9:33Dayna Roselli: That's a Saturday, 9.45 p.m.
- 9:35Dayna Roselli: our time here in Las Vegas.
- 9:37Dayna Roselli: Um, and I'm excited about this because I think it'll be great.
- 9:40Dayna Roselli: I like that there's the three of them.
- 9:43Dayna Roselli: You know, instead of just one person singing the anthem.
- 9:45Dayna Roselli: I think it'll bring a little entertainment and spice to it.
- 9:47Dayna Roselli: And they're just fantastic.
- 9:49Dayna Roselli: So they're gonna kick off the pre-race ceremony celebration for the Las Vegas Grand Prix again, November 23rd.
- 9:56Dayna Roselli: You'll see them on TV if you watch it.
- 9:58Dayna Roselli: If you go in person, you'll see them there.
- 9:59Sean McAllister: And we are uh awaiting the entertainment lineup for the actual uh opening ceremony that will follow the the national anthem and all that.
- 10:10Sean McAllister: So um, we're excited.
- 10:11Sean McAllister: There's going to be, I mean, it's coming fast and furious, Formula One is now.
- 10:15Sean McAllister: So um we'll be getting more updates uh in the days and and weeks to come.
- 10:22Sean McAllister: But uh coming up in our tips, we also have details on a free experience connected to F1 that anybody can go to any time of day.
- 10:33Sean McAllister: So stick around for that.
- 10:36Dayna Roselli: Yeah, I mean, we've got to go over so much stuff to do with F1, which we will at some point, or we'll just sprinkle in here and there.
- 10:42Dayna Roselli: But it it is right around the corner.
- 10:45Dayna Roselli: Hey, David Blaine is coming back.
- 10:47Dayna Roselli: You and I have talked about him so many times.
- 10:49Dayna Roselli: We really enjoyed his show over at the Encore Theater at Wynn, and now we find out he added dates.
- 10:55Dayna Roselli: So performance dates are gonna be uh in February.
- 10:58Dayna Roselli: He's got two coming up here in February, 26th and 28th, March 1st, and then April 16th, 18th through the 19th.
- 11:06Dayna Roselli: And David puts on a great show.
- 11:08Dayna Roselli: It's different, it's not your typical Las Vegas show.
- 11:12Dayna Roselli: It's sort of like you're watching them on TV, it's very casual and what did we call it?
- 11:17Dayna Roselli: Like almost like uh, it's almost like you're watching street magic, but sitting in a theater.
- 11:22Sean McAllister: Yeah, exactly.
- 11:23Sean McAllister: Yeah, exactly.
- 11:23Sean McAllister: And there's lots of interaction with the audience.
- 11:27Sean McAllister: David is really good about that.
- 11:28Sean McAllister: There's some funny parts too.
- 11:30Sean McAllister: There are.
- 11:31Sean McAllister: I was surprised how funny he was.
- 11:33Dayna Roselli: Well, I know, and I think it's because his demeanor is so like dry.
- 11:36Sean McAllister: It was dry, yes.
- 11:37Dayna Roselli: That it makes it funny when you just look at him and you laugh because you can tell, like, but he's so focused too.
- 11:43Dayna Roselli: Um, yeah.
- 11:43Dayna Roselli: So if you don't know who David Blaine is, I feel like most people do.
- 11:47Dayna Roselli: He's an illusionist, stunt artist, mentalist, all that kind of thing.
- 11:51Dayna Roselli: And tickets start at$69.95.
- 11:53Dayna Roselli: I think it's totally worth the ticket.
- 11:55Dayna Roselli: Definitely a good show if you're planning a trip to Vegas in 2025.
- 11:59Sean McAllister: And when we've gone to see him before, um, like families have been there too.
- 12:04Sean McAllister: They've brought kids, so it's not uh it's something that the whole family can go to.
- 12:09Sean McAllister: You might want to cover the kids' eyes for certain stunts slash illusions that take place.
- 12:17Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 12:17Dayna Roselli: They're like uh I'm gonna use the word gory, but it's not gory, but th anyway, there's nothing sexual.
- 12:27Dayna Roselli: It's it's the the more the fact of like a nail going through his skin or something.
- 12:32Sean McAllister: Jarring.
- 12:33Dayna Roselli: Jarring.
- 12:34Dayna Roselli: Yes.
- 12:34Dayna Roselli: And you know what he's great about is warning people.
- 12:36Sean McAllister: He is.
- 12:37Dayna Roselli: He even says, listen, if you don't want your kids to see this, or if you're got a queasy stomach, you might want to look away for a second.
- 12:43Sean McAllister: Yes.
- 12:44Dayna Roselli: Um, so you know, that kind of thing.
- 12:47Sean McAllister: So just check your email when he says to avert your eyes.
- 12:51Sean McAllister: But yeah, it's good to have David Blaine back.
- 12:53Sean McAllister: I'm glad that he's uh got dates going uh through the first quarter of 2025.
- 12:59Dayna Roselli: All right, well, WrestleMania 41 is coming to Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium in April, but tickets go on sale Friday, October 25th.
- 13:08Dayna Roselli: So if you're listening after that date, they are on sale now.
- 13:11Dayna Roselli: If you're listening before, then they are about to go on sale.
- 13:14Dayna Roselli: They're going on sale at 10 a.m.
- 13:16Dayna Roselli: Pacific time.
- 13:17Dayna Roselli: And you know, WrestleMania sells quick.
- 13:20Dayna Roselli: It's huge.
- 13:21Dayna Roselli: It's so popular.
- 13:23Dayna Roselli: And we had a chance to interview the undisputed champion, Cody Rhodes.
- 13:29Dayna Roselli: But Sean, let's just be honest.
- 13:31Dayna Roselli: We're actually recording this podcast before we talk to Cody.
- 13:34Dayna Roselli: We're gonna insert that interview in a minute.
- 13:36Dayna Roselli: So we've done our research and he's a big deal.
- 13:40Sean McAllister: Cody is a huge deal.
- 13:41Sean McAllister: Are you kidding me?
- 13:42Dayna Roselli: He's also six, too, so huge literally.
- 13:45Sean McAllister: Huge and a huge deal.
- 13:46Sean McAllister: Yes.
- 13:47Sean McAllister: Cody is one of the biggest stars in the WWE.
- 13:52Sean McAllister: Uh, so it's gonna be good to see him here in Las Vegas, and there could be some surprises for WrestleMania 41.
- 14:00Dayna Roselli: I know.
- 14:00Dayna Roselli: We were trying to get some juice before we go interview him, and I was looking at uh Russ WrestleVotes online.
- 14:07Dayna Roselli: They reported on their QA podcast that the WWE has floated the idea of a triple threat match for the undisputed WWE championship at WrestleMania 41, and it would feature Cody Rhodes, The Rock, and Roman Reigns.
- 14:27Sean McAllister: Bam.
- 14:29Dayna Roselli: Big deal.
- 14:31Sean McAllister: Could there be a bigger WWE event than that?
- 14:34Dayna Roselli: I'll admit I I did.
- 14:35Dayna Roselli: I was like, what's a triple threat?
- 14:36Dayna Roselli: And then as I kept reading, I was like, oh, it's three wrestlers.
- 14:40Dayna Roselli: I used to watch a lot more wrestling when I was younger.
- 14:43Dayna Roselli: You know, I was into the whole Hulk Hogan and we've talked about it.
- 14:46Dayna Roselli: Oh, for sure.
- 14:46Sean McAllister: Macho Man, Randy Savage, Jake the Snake.
- 14:49Dayna Roselli: Yeah, I'm behind it.
- 14:50Dayna Roselli: I just, if I had more time, I would I it's super entertaining.
- 14:53Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 14:54Dayna Roselli: And especially in person.
- 14:55Sean McAllister: Without a doubt.
- 14:56Sean McAllister: So this is going to be a huge draw here in Las Vegas coming up uh in spring of 2025.
- 15:03Sean McAllister: But we were excited to talk with Cody Rhodes about what we can expect.
- 15:07Dayna Roselli: Hey, this might be the first time I have ever interviewed an undisputed champion.
- 15:12Dayna Roselli: Cody Rhodes with me right now.
- 15:14Dayna Roselli: What a pleasure.
- 15:15SPEAKER_01: I feel uh now the pressure's on.
- 15:18Dayna Roselli: The pressure is on, you better be good.
- 15:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this is it.
- 15:20SPEAKER_01: First undisputed champion.
- 15:21SPEAKER_01: First.
- 15:22SPEAKER_01: Oh, all right.
- 15:22SPEAKER_01: We'll make it good then.
- 15:23SPEAKER_01: All right, I love that.
- 15:24SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 15:25Dayna Roselli: Listen, we were just talking about WrestleMania 41.
- 15:27Dayna Roselli: This is huge that we're having it in Vegas this year, and I I can only imagine that you're excited about it because everyone's gonna be excited to come to WrestleMania and visit Vegas at the same time.
- 15:37SPEAKER_01: Well, there's also this element of last year being in Philadelphia for WrestleMania 40, which again where we won the undisputed championship, and God bless it, is an amazing experience.
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: It was quite cold though in uh April in Philadelphia, outdoors.
- 15:50SPEAKER_01: Whereas I think wrestling fans, it's nice to give them a little balance this year coming here.
- 15:54SPEAKER_01: Climate control, the most technologically advanced stadium in all of the NFL.
- 15:58SPEAKER_01: Wrestling fans alone, that's gonna make them very happy.
- 16:01SPEAKER_01: But yeah, this is the best.
- 16:02Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 16:03Dayna Roselli: So how does it feel to be the champ?
- 16:04SPEAKER_01: Ah, it's it's crazy.
- 16:06SPEAKER_01: It's so it's it's a dream come true.
- 16:08SPEAKER_01: Like it's it's all you ever wanted, and for me, it was what I wanted my whole career.
- 16:12SPEAKER_01: But there's elements of responsibility that came with it that I'm not saying I wasn't mature enough or wasn't ready for, but it's almost like you become this like de facto member of the office.
- 16:22SPEAKER_01: And that's that's been a little different for me.
- 16:24SPEAKER_01: Like one thing I love leaning into is there's a leadership element to it, is the show really goes down based on what the WWE Championship is doing.
- 16:32SPEAKER_01: And for me, I like that because we have so many young talent guys coming up from NXT.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: I like trying to be a leader, and I trying to be a leader by example.
- 16:39SPEAKER_01: And right now, WWE in this incredibly prolific era, I'm very lucky just to be along for the ride.
- 16:45Dayna Roselli: And so many, I mean, you have such die hard fans.
- 16:48Dayna Roselli: We were talking about, I mean, we have people that you know, we work with that, they they pile into the car, they drive to WrestleMania.
- 16:54Dayna Roselli: I mean, it's it's a big deal.
- 16:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, WrestleMania is a it's the it's the destination, you know.
- 16:58SPEAKER_01: It's it's it's that pilgrimage to get to the beginning, and we we like to say about WrestleMania it's the beginning and the end of our year.
- 17:06SPEAKER_01: You know, that's everything.
- 17:07SPEAKER_01: I finished the story at WrestleMania 40, but the new story starts the day after, you know, it starts really that night, even heading all the way to WrestleMania 41.
- 17:15SPEAKER_01: But yes, the most diehard fans ever.
- 17:18SPEAKER_01: And one thing I love about our diehard fans, not gatekeepers.
- 17:21SPEAKER_01: They know WrestleMania is going to be filled with people who have never been, or maybe they were here 10, 15, 20 years ago, and this is their first putting their toe back in the water.
- 17:29SPEAKER_01: And wrestling fans aren't gatekeepers.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: They're the more the merrier.
- 17:32SPEAKER_01: Let's fill this place up, let's have a great time.
- 17:35Dayna Roselli: I've been studying up on my terms, and I learned that that you're like a babyface.
- 17:39Dayna Roselli: And I was like, what is what does that mean?
- 17:42SPEAKER_01: So expensive uh I uh a babyface for those, you know, in the on the insider terms is uh a good guy.
- 17:50SPEAKER_01: A heel would be a a bad guy.
- 17:53SPEAKER_01: There's a large uh portion of the audience that doesn't understand why I'm not a heel because they think like, oh, he's got like the bleach blonde hair, all the suits.
- 18:00SPEAKER_01: Uh I try to have like an advanced vernacular when I'm speaking, and all these things typically go with like, well, that we boo that guy.
- 18:08SPEAKER_01: For some reason, it just goes the other way at WWE.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: Again, our fans control the pace of our product, so they like all this stuff.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: I most people would say that's definitely a heel.
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: He's a bad guy, down in there, you know.
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: But uh no, I'm I'm lucky enough to be an old school baby face.
- 18:23SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 18:24Dayna Roselli: I like it.
- 18:24Dayna Roselli: I like it.
- 18:25SPEAKER_01: My mom likes it too, so that's good.
- 18:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 18:28Dayna Roselli: Um, and then what about this uh rumor of a triple threat happening at WrestleMania 41?
- 18:32Dayna Roselli: And maybe you're involved.
- 18:34SPEAKER_01: So uh yeah, no, um there's so many rumors circulating.
- 18:38SPEAKER_01: It's it's that the fun of it?
- 18:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it eats up really the like the social feed, is all the different rumors of what the matches might be.
- 18:45SPEAKER_01: The hardest thing to do in WWE and in sports entertainment and pro wrestling in general is is not win this.
- 18:51SPEAKER_01: The hardest thing to do is main event WrestleMania.
- 18:53SPEAKER_01: So I don't care what the rumor is, as long as the rumor is I'm in the main event of WrestleMania, I'm good with it.
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: What I can say for those who kind of keep eyes on the rumor, I bet you what they get at WrestleMania 41 is unexpected even to them yet.
- 19:07SPEAKER_01: Even the people who can follow this, who mentioned the diehards, who feel like they've got their finger on the pulse, this one's gonna be tough.
- 19:12SPEAKER_01: This one's gonna be unexpected, is the best way to put it, but in the best of ways.
- 19:18Dayna Roselli: So this is why we need to get tickets to WrestleMania.
- 19:21SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 19:21Dayna Roselli: This year, I mean, this is a must-see live event.
- 19:24SPEAKER_01: Oh yeah.
- 19:24SPEAKER_01: If you I mean, if you're here and or if you're coming into Las Vegas, this is you you have to experience a WrestleMania.
- 19:31SPEAKER_01: And if you're someone who is on the fence about sports entertainment or pro wrestling, it's the perfect one to come to.
- 19:36SPEAKER_01: Because you see, it's far beyond just the stories that we tell in the ring.
- 19:39SPEAKER_01: There's a whole nother layer uh to what we do.
- 19:42SPEAKER_01: WrestleMania provides these moments.
- 19:43SPEAKER_01: You always hear in the wrestling circles a WrestleMania moment.
- 19:46SPEAKER_01: This one will be filled with them.
- 19:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:49SPEAKER_01: And you're looking forward to being in Vegas too, I'm assuming.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: Gosh, and uh, I'd have to point out this is also John Cena's last WrestleMania.
- 19:56SPEAKER_01: So that alone is a moment.
- 19:58SPEAKER_01: I don't want to get like teared up now thinking about it, but someone who's been such a quarterback and flagship player of WWE and having carried it on his back for his last WrestleMania, his uh off into the sunset moment to be here at Allegiance Stadium is very special for all of us in the locker room.
- 20:15Dayna Roselli: It it's been great to talk with WWE on email to organize this interview.
- 20:19Dayna Roselli: They've been accommodating, they've been um excited to meet with us, so thank you for the opportunity.
- 20:25Sean McAllister: All right, let's get to tips.
- 20:32Sean McAllister: Dana, earlier we mentioned Boys to Men singing the national anthem at the Formula One race.
- 20:38Sean McAllister: Uh, and we've also got a free open to the public uh exhibit, an interactive exhibit that's popping up in the lobby of the Aria Hotel and Casino.
- 20:54Sean McAllister: And this is uh put on by Mercedes.
- 20:57Sean McAllister: They put this entire pop-up exhibit in.
- 21:02Sean McAllister: It goes from November 8th through the 24th.
- 21:05Sean McAllister: It includes F1 simulators, so you can test your driving skills.
- 21:10Sean McAllister: There's a virtual reality VIP garage tour that will, you know, you'll be able to walk around inside the garage while you're over at ARIA.
- 21:22Sean McAllister: Uh, there's gonna be historic memorabilia, exclusive merchandise.
- 21:26Sean McAllister: So this is just one of the free events surrounding F1 that we're gonna see popping up all over Las Vegas.
- 21:34Sean McAllister: And I just love that this is open 24 hours a day and it's free.
- 21:39Dayna Roselli: Yeah, that's great.
- 21:40Dayna Roselli: And and so it's a virtual tour of the garage.
- 21:43Sean McAllister: Right.
- 21:44Dayna Roselli: Um, okay.
- 21:44Dayna Roselli: I was like, wait, how?
- 21:46Dayna Roselli: It took me a minute, and then I didn't read the little notes.
- 21:49Dayna Roselli: Um, yeah, though, this is cool that it's free, and you know, we've been seeing so many different things that are coming.
- 21:55Dayna Roselli: Actually, you and I were talking with our friend Melinda, who's covering F1 as well for different publications and we Like, there's a lot to go through.
- 22:01Sean McAllister: Oh my gosh.
- 22:02Dayna Roselli: But whenever we see something that says free and it, you know, would be something that the locals or visitors would be interested in, we wanted to mention it.
- 22:10Dayna Roselli: And this does seem really cool.
- 22:12Dayna Roselli: And uh simulators are awesome.
- 22:14Sean McAllister: They are.
- 22:14Sean McAllister: I'm I'm gonna stop over and try that out for sure.
- 22:17Sean McAllister: And I like that it goes from November 8th through the 24th.
- 22:21Sean McAllister: So there's a good stretch of time to be able to go and experience that.
- 22:25Sean McAllister: It's not just race weekends.
- 22:28Dayna Roselli: Oh, right.
- 22:28Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 22:28Dayna Roselli: And what?
- 22:29Dayna Roselli: It's open to the public 24 hours a day.
- 22:31Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 22:31Dayna Roselli: Wow.
- 22:32Dayna Roselli: That's how we do it in Vegas.
- 22:34Dayna Roselli: All night long.
- 22:36Dayna Roselli: Love it.
- 22:37Dayna Roselli: Yeah, Fabi.
- 22:38Dayna Roselli: Okay, so it starts way before F1.
- 22:40Dayna Roselli: So there's a chance for everyone to get over there, maybe even when it's not too packed.
- 22:44Dayna Roselli: So great.
- 22:45Dayna Roselli: Hey, um, the other tip has to do with a very popular pool and nightclub at the Fountain Blue, and we're talking about Live.
- 22:53Dayna Roselli: If you haven't been to the Fountain Blue yet, you haven't been to Live, beautiful, beautiful space.
- 22:57Dayna Roselli: Um, but they've got a couple things going on, and uh I put this in tips because they're having a casting call.
- 23:03Dayna Roselli: You might want to write down because it's not for a little while, but um, they're doing auditions for their 2025 season.
- 23:10Dayna Roselli: Yes, we're talking about, you know, like heading into pool season already, even though we're kind of still in pool season.
- 23:18Dayna Roselli: Um, but they're gonna be having auditions for a bunch of positions, including like the marketing model marketing servers, the model marketing bartenders, the live model marketing bar apprentices, the server assistants.
- 23:33Dayna Roselli: And then they're looking for a whole bunch of other positions as well: food runners, cashiers, lifeguards, all sorts of stuff.
- 23:39Dayna Roselli: And you know, it's important for people to write things down and know that that's when you need to get out there and audition.
- 23:45Dayna Roselli: So it is Friday, January 2nd and Saturday, January 3rd.
- 23:49Dayna Roselli: If you want to write that down and try out for one of those positions, I know they make great money.
- 23:54Dayna Roselli: A lot of them have a really good time working there at all these pool clubs and all these nightclubs that we have.
- 23:59Dayna Roselli: I mean, it's you know, it's not for everyone, but if it is for you, it's a lot of fun.
- 24:04Sean McAllister: Well, and there's a lot of experience.
- 24:06Sean McAllister: You can meet some great people doing those jobs that can lead to something else down the road, too.
- 24:12Dayna Roselli: Absolutely, yes.
- 24:13Sean McAllister: Because there's a lot of influential people that pass through these clubs.
- 24:18Dayna Roselli: Exactly.
- 24:19Dayna Roselli: Um, but I also wanted to mention they're actually doing renovations over there.
- 24:22Dayna Roselli: Believe that, believe it or not, it just opened, it feels like, right?
- 24:25Dayna Roselli: Well, they have apparently grown and they need to be able to fit more people.
- 24:30Dayna Roselli: So um the venue's expanding to accommodate more guests, and they're gonna do their temporary uh pause that they would do anyway of operations, like during the hi-Aidus season, and they will be closed Monday, November 25th and reopen on Saturday, December 28th.
- 24:50Dayna Roselli: And so I look forward to seeing what they do.
- 24:52Dayna Roselli: It's so crazy to think that something so brand new would expand, but it is.
- 24:57Sean McAllister: And a new refreshed club opening just in time for uh New Year's Eve over there at Fountain Blue.
- 25:03Dayna Roselli: I know.
- 25:04Dayna Roselli: That's exciting.
- 25:04Dayna Roselli: Yeah, and speaking of that, Saturday, December 28th, um, they have Don Dalla taking the stage, then they have uh Calvin Harris, Sunday, December 29th, then they have John Summit, December 30th.
- 25:17Sean McAllister: Our buddy.
- 25:17Dayna Roselli: Yeah, and then Tiesto on the 31st.
- 25:20Dayna Roselli: So what a variety.
- 25:21Dayna Roselli: Instead of just having the same person for the whole like kind of New Year's Eve weekend, you know, they have a complete array of the best of the best.
- 25:30Sean McAllister: Well, it gives you a reason to go, oh, is everything okay over there?
- 25:33Sean McAllister: Oh, just a dropped phone?
- 25:35Sean McAllister: Okay.
- 25:35Sean McAllister: Yeah, the screen all right.
- 25:36Sean McAllister: Yep.
- 25:37Dayna Roselli: All right, the case did its job 25 times and it still survives.
- 25:40Dayna Roselli: I should get the name of this screensaver or screen case.
- 25:44Dayna Roselli: Go ahead.
- 25:45Sean McAllister: Um, you know, I was gonna say that gives people a reason to go to the club each night.
- 25:49Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 25:50Dayna Roselli: So that's what's going on over there at Live uh Nightclub and Day Club.
- 25:54Dayna Roselli: Um, lots going on with hiring, um, their lineup for New Year's Eve, and then their expansion.
- 26:00Sean McAllister: Hey, uh, thanks for joining us this week.
- 26:03Sean McAllister: Uh, as always, you can go to our Vegas Revealed YouTube channel uh to check out our Vegas Revealed on TV episodes that are different from what you hear on the audio podcast.
- 26:16Sean McAllister: And they're obviously since it's TV, a lot of visuals to go along with what we're talking about as well.

- 27:21Dayna Roselli: This is the first time ever they're setting up this big area in a parking lot.
- 27:27Sean McAllister: A big top tent.
- 27:28Dayna Roselli: Big top tent, yeah.
- 27:29Dayna Roselli: Um, just off the strip, a few blocks uh well not close, but like a bunch of intersections away from the strip, but not super far either.
- 27:38Dayna Roselli: Um, but this seems like it's gonna be really cool.
- 27:40Dayna Roselli: It's like an international festival happening in Las Vegas.
- 27:42Dayna Roselli: So we're gonna go over there for some of the rehearsal and tell you how you can uh take part in the festival if you want to next week on Vegas Reveal.
- 27:50Sean McAllister: Do you know how to juggle?
- 27:52Dayna Roselli: Not really.
- 27:53Dayna Roselli: I don't know, I've never really tried.
- 27:54Sean McAllister: All right.
- 27:55Sean McAllister: Well, maybe you'll be on the video.
- 27:57Sean McAllister: Maybe you'll take to it and run away with a circus.
- 28:01Dayna Roselli: I don't know about running away with a circus.
- 28:04Dayna Roselli: All right.
- 28:04Dayna Roselli: Not really my thing.
- 28:05Dayna Roselli: Camping and running away with a circus is not on my list.
- 28:10Dayna Roselli: Or Halloween.
- 28:11Sean McAllister: Good to know.
- 28:12Dayna Roselli: I'm such a Grinch.
- 28:14Dayna Roselli: Have a great week, everyone.
