That means 'I have a fever'? Lucas: Yes. నాకు means 'to me', జ్వరం means 'fever', వచ్చింది means 'has come'. So literally 'fever has come to me'. Say it again. Luna: నాకు జ్వరం వచ్చింది. Lucas: Perfect. Now, if you also have a cold, you say నాకు జలుబు వచ్చింది. Luna: నాకు జలుబు వచ్చింది. That's 'I have a cold'? Lucas: Right. జలుబు is cold. And if you have a cough, it's నాకు దగ్గు వస్తోంది. Luna: నాకు దగ్గు వస్తోంది. So దగ్గు is cough, and వస్తోంది means 'coming'? Lucas: Exactly. Now imagine you're at the doctor. They might ask జ్వరం ఎంత ఉంది? — 'How much fever is there?' or 'What's your temperature?' Luna: జ్వరం ఎంత ఉంది? That's a useful question.
