- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to Jasonnewland dot com. My name's Jason
- 0:12Speaker 1: new Land. Please only listen when you can faithfully close
- 0:20Speaker 1: your eyes. This is whisper Tuesday. Let me boy to sleep. Hello, Hello,
- 0:35Speaker 1: how you doing? Why so all itchy back? Still getting
- 0:50Speaker 1: feedback from the whisper sound quality. I'll try to improve it.
- 1:02Speaker 1: The problem is with the whisper, it's it's weird. The
- 1:14Speaker 1: bet the microphone is the harder it is to pick
- 1:17Speaker 1: up the whispers for some reason. And then once the
- 1:29Speaker 1: whisper's done, I have to increase the volume otherwise you
- 1:40Speaker 1: won't be able to hear it, which kind of I
- 1:47Speaker 1: don't know.
- 1:49Speaker 2: We'll see.
- 1:53Speaker 1: So last night I sorted through my book because I
- 2:04Speaker 1: had or my books stacked. Did I say, idly listen
- 2:09Speaker 1: when you can save to close your eyes? Of course,
- 2:13Speaker 1: this being a whisper recorded by the way, if you
- 2:17Speaker 1: don't know, okay, Yes, So I had all my books
- 2:26Speaker 1: stacked on the windowsill. It was just a temporary thing,
- 2:40Speaker 1: partly because I'm diadying up, and also I've wear my
- 2:43Speaker 1: help block out some of that noise from over the fence.
- 2:50Speaker 3: But what it did is it seemed it.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Did block out some noise, but the air seemed very
- 3:02Speaker 1: stifling in air, there was no air flow. It might
- 3:09Speaker 1: also be because I've been moving books around as eleven dusty.
- 3:15Speaker 1: So what done is I've separated all the books and
- 3:23Speaker 1: on my bookcase is the only books I have are
- 3:27Speaker 1: hypnosis books. How many hypnosis books do I have? One? Three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nineteen, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen,

- 4:50Speaker 1: eighty five, eighty six, eighty seven, eighty eight, eighty nine, ninety,
- 4:56Speaker 1: ninety one, ninety two, ninety three, ninety four, ninety five,
- 5:00Speaker 1: ninety six, ninety seven, ninety eight, ninety nine. Let's to
- 5:05Speaker 1: Turn My Head Round one hundred.
- 5:11Speaker 3: One, two, three.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty,
- 5:26Speaker 1: twenty one, twenty two, twenty three, twenty four, twenty five,

- 5:34Speaker 1: thirty two, thirty three, thirty four, thirty five, thirty six,
- 5:37Speaker 1: thirty seven, thirty eight, fifty nine, forty, forty one, forty two,
- 5:42Speaker 1: forty three, forty four, forty five, forty six, forty seven,
- 5:46Speaker 1: forty eight, forty nine, fifty two, one hundred two, three,
- 5:53Speaker 1: fifty four, five, forty six, forty seven, fifty eight, fifty nine,
- 5:59Speaker 1: sixty six, fine, sixty sixty three, sixty four, sixty five, seventy,
- 6:04Speaker 1: sixty eight six, seventy, seventy one I might have miscounted
- 6:09Speaker 1: book roughly. Oh no, there's another. Okay, there's more than
- 6:17Speaker 1: on the other bookcase. There's three bookcases. I can't see
- 6:23Speaker 1: that one because my head doesn't see round corners. It's
- 6:32Speaker 1: just under two hundred books. I've got hypnosis. And now
- 6:39Speaker 1: my neck is all stiff. It's sadough forty thirty years ago,
- 6:52Speaker 1: we never mentioned it. When I woke up. I'd have
- 6:54Speaker 1: a stiff neck every morning. It's almost like parts of
- 6:58Speaker 1: my body of just train us third.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Should I relax it?
- 7:15Speaker 1: But he's internally shaking a little bit. Are you cold, Vinny?
- 7:21Speaker 3: Are you cold?
- 7:24Speaker 1: He woke me up?
- 7:25Speaker 4: I don't know if he woke me.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Up, but he would kind of woke up at the
- 7:28Speaker 1: same time as me. I was having some very strange dreams,
- 7:38Speaker 1: very strange, well, a very strange dream. There was this
- 7:48Speaker 1: one I was in this.
- 7:52Speaker 4: I don't know what it was.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I really don't know what it was. Byers, I had
- 8:12Speaker 1: Vinny with me, Yeah I did. I had Vinny and
- 8:17Speaker 1: as he does his contency of running off and in
- 8:25Speaker 1: dreams he does does the same thing. And he was
- 8:32Speaker 1: getting excited. I was in the street and he was
- 8:36Speaker 1: getting excited to see a lady, complete stranger, and exactly
- 8:46Speaker 1: that's what he does. He gets excited over people, and
- 8:53Speaker 1: then we go around. She walks off and goes around
- 8:57Speaker 1: the corner. He's all excited and he wraps right away
- 9:01Speaker 1: around the van that she's in. I don't know how
- 9:04Speaker 1: long the lead must have been, but it was super
- 9:07Speaker 1: long for some reason, and she starts the van, which
- 9:14Speaker 1: was weird. There was another scene in this.
- 9:22Speaker 5: Dream where I'm in the pub.
- 9:28Speaker 1: And it's the old pub where my landlady and landlord
- 9:33Speaker 1: used to drink. I've had that dream a few times
- 9:38Speaker 1: when I'm kind of was trying to avoid them just
- 9:43Speaker 1: from awkwardness, and there was someone there that it was weird, Okay,
- 10:07Speaker 1: it something. I am in this conversation with somebody and
- 10:20Speaker 1: they're laughing, and then i say something that they don't like,
- 10:27Speaker 1: and I'm completely kind of blocked out of the friendship group.
- 10:36Speaker 1: And it turned out that there was one particular person
- 10:41Speaker 1: who I thought I was friends with who's telling everyone,
- 10:45Speaker 1: you know, basically controlling the environment. Very strange. I mean,
- 10:56Speaker 1: that's not that's not real life for me. I suppose
- 11:04Speaker 1: it has been in certain situations, not for quite a while,
- 11:14Speaker 1: and usually it would not be something that I'd brought
- 11:17Speaker 1: up with. Yeah, it was weird, like clearing up food
- 11:29Speaker 1: from the floor. I don't know why, very strange and
- 11:38Speaker 1: the whole thing. I was very tired when I went
- 11:48Speaker 1: to bed last night, really tired. It was, I don't
- 12:09Speaker 1: know really, I think it was still of moving about
- 12:14Speaker 1: and doing that, sorting out the books. I've got a
- 12:20Speaker 1: little bit of a sweat on or create a little
- 12:25Speaker 1: bit of a puddle.
- 12:27Speaker 6: And yeah, I was.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Physically tired when I went to bed, which doesn't happen
- 12:38Speaker 1: too often. Right now, I'm feeling physically hungry. Oh yes,
- 12:54Speaker 1: a little bit hungry, my dear.
- 12:59Speaker 7: M.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, a bit
- 13:09Speaker 1: about at Saturday.
- 13:17Speaker 2: I'm gonna.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Probably continue with my little tidy up and just a
- 13:32Speaker 1: little bit each day. Hm. I need to figure a
- 13:41Speaker 1: way to soundproof that window though, but not permanently, just
- 13:47Speaker 1: when I need it to be soundproofed. So I'm thinking
- 13:52Speaker 1: of doing is getting some curtains and putting them on those.
- 14:09Speaker 1: It's just basically putting them like layer after layer after layer.
- 14:17Speaker 1: The thickness of the window cell inside the window sill
- 14:23Speaker 1: of the window and because you know, the window is
- 14:28Speaker 1: not just the flat it's but it's flat, but the
- 14:33Speaker 1: window goes out a little bit I suppose, like a
- 14:38Speaker 1: little bit of a bay window kind of but maybe not. No,
- 14:45Speaker 1: it's not no, it's not a bay window. But there's room.
- 14:52Speaker 1: There's a window sill on the inside.
- 14:56Speaker 4: So I can.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Maybe get one, two, three, four or five thick curts
- 15:05Speaker 1: and just lay them and I might do the job.
- 15:14Speaker 1: I look into it. I mean, I could just try
- 15:22Speaker 1: and get some really thick curtains for the outside.
- 15:27Speaker 5: But I'm thinking I might need a bit more than that,
- 15:44Speaker 5: because I don't need not after kind of soundproofing the
- 15:50Speaker 5: whole time, just when I'm making recordings, and occasionally if
- 15:57Speaker 5: it gets a little bit too squeaky out.
- 15:59Speaker 3: There but too screaming.
- 16:12Speaker 1: So much of this massive storm that we're supposed to
- 16:15Speaker 1: have didn't get it in this area. Had a bit
- 16:19Speaker 1: of wind, not me, but the weather was a bit windy.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Don't be windy, that was it. And of course the
- 16:33Speaker 1: weather the newspeople were giving it a name, Tiffany or
- 16:41Speaker 1: Barbara or whatever. I don't know why why we need
- 16:46Speaker 1: to have names for the weather. And yeah, it's very
- 16:55Speaker 1: un British and to be doing stuff like that given
- 17:02Speaker 1: a name to the weather. Oh it's storm Daniel, It's
- 17:15Speaker 1: what's the name Daniels, Dusty Daniels.
- 17:23Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 17:23Speaker 6: I just.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Don't really understand why, why way way, way way, and
- 17:35Speaker 1: what might do because I might just do this recording
- 17:48Speaker 1: and upload it just one version the volume is without
- 17:55Speaker 1: increasing the volume in editing, which means it'll only be
- 18:05Speaker 1: one version of the recording, or maybe due to two versions,
- 18:17Speaker 1: one with music one without.
- 18:20Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 18:34Speaker 1: So I woke up a.
- 18:37Speaker 3: Bit late than normal.
- 18:40Speaker 1: It's about six o'clock, I think on the door one
- 18:47Speaker 1: minute past six in the morning, and I'm thinking about
- 19:05Speaker 1: getting my table out of the storage room and burn
- 19:09Speaker 1: it over where the No, that wouldn't work, finished his
- 19:22Speaker 1: head dance. No one, just thinking I could put it
- 19:26Speaker 1: over there where the.
- 19:31Speaker 6: No.
- 19:31Speaker 1: I don't mean that would work.
- 19:34Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 19:37Speaker 1: So being on the left hand side of the room
- 19:40Speaker 1: where the bookcases are. The problem with that is I
- 19:51Speaker 1: would struggle to get my chair behind it. Mind you,
- 20:04Speaker 1: I kind of getting to the point where I don't
- 20:07Speaker 1: want to sit at those tables anymore near the near
- 20:12Speaker 1: the TV. So perhaps I could just add that chip
- 20:17Speaker 1: permanently behind the table. By two years. No, yeah, I
- 20:31Speaker 1: do not do sit at that table when I do editing.
- 20:37Speaker 1: So maybe because I got two desks with the TV on,
- 20:42Speaker 1: I started to think that maybe I should move that
- 20:45Speaker 1: TV up onto the wall, get a bracket and move
- 20:48Speaker 1: on to the wall, which would free some space, and
- 20:55Speaker 1: maybe I could get rid of the desks, but probably not.
- 21:09Speaker 1: I think it's an okay set up as it is.
- 21:11Speaker 1: I think it's all right. Actually, yeah, it's okay. I'm
- 21:38Speaker 1: feeling quite relaxed. I'm just glad it's too late at
- 21:48Speaker 1: six in the morning. I feel like the summer.
- 21:52Speaker 6: Is just.
- 21:55Speaker 1: I don't know, gone me because now we're in August.
- 22:11Speaker 1: We have nice days in August. Never I do wonder
- 22:17Speaker 1: why the school holidays don't start till the end of
- 22:20Speaker 1: July and go through to August. It's really June and
- 22:26Speaker 1: July are the best months of summer. If we have
- 22:30Speaker 1: a good summer, June and July usually in the months
- 22:34Speaker 1: where the summer is most summery like a lot if
- 22:41Speaker 1: people like August, things start to cool down. It's cooler
- 22:53Speaker 1: in the morning, cooler in the evening's starting.
- 22:56Speaker 2: To get darker in the evening.
- 22:59Speaker 1: It's getting lighter later in the morning. You know, things
- 23:03Speaker 1: are starting to.
- 23:03Speaker 6: Kind of.
- 23:05Speaker 3: Bitter.
- 23:06Speaker 1: Better move into wards autumn slowly, but and it'll be Christmas.
- 23:30Speaker 1: I mean this time of year, where is it? So?
- 23:34Speaker 6: You got.
- 23:39Speaker 1: The kids go back to school in September.
- 23:44Speaker 3: Then there's.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Halloween end of October, Bonfire Night beginning of November, then
- 24:01Speaker 1: Christmas in December, and then it's January again, another new year,
- 24:13Speaker 1: two thousand and twenty sicks.
- 24:15Speaker 4: I do believe.
- 24:23Speaker 1: And of course there's this month when I turned fifty five,
- 24:30Speaker 1: who was twenty year older at the end of the month.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Didn't bother me when I was in my twenties about
- 24:44Speaker 1: when I was in my late twenties, going from twenty
- 24:49Speaker 1: nine to thirty.
- 24:52Speaker 3: Yeah, it wasn't.
- 24:57Speaker 1: I wasn't doing cartwheels, that's all I'm saying. Yeah, I
- 25:08Speaker 1: don't think I am. Yeah, it's this something about which
- 25:24Speaker 1: is weird now to say it out loud, But turning
- 25:29Speaker 1: thirty it seemed old back then. Now I realize nearly
- 25:41Speaker 1: twenty five years later, twenty.
- 25:44Speaker 8: Five years yours, nearly half.
- 25:56Speaker 1: My life later. In fact, Yeah, I realized thirty was
- 26:05Speaker 1: incredibly young. Really, I wasn't old. I was never old
- 26:14Speaker 1: at thirty, I just forget it. There is a degree
- 26:23Speaker 1: of being treated differently that might just been in my mind.
- 26:32Speaker 1: But I didn't feel the same as I did in
- 26:40Speaker 1: my twenties. But I know one thing, I definitely did
- 26:48Speaker 1: not feel like I'm in my fifties kind of Even
- 27:03Speaker 1: sometimes I say my age, and I might ask myself
- 27:08Speaker 1: my age, and I say to myself, oh, I'm forty five,
- 27:12Speaker 1: forty four, And then I remember and I say, wait
- 27:19Speaker 1: a minute, now, you're not I said, yes, I am.
- 27:23Speaker 1: No I'm not, Yes you are. I wait a minute,
- 27:29Speaker 1: I'm fifty four. Wow. Just doesn't necessarily sound correct, even
- 27:41Speaker 1: though it is correct.
- 27:45Speaker 6: Precise.
- 28:03Speaker 1: So I'm kind of thinking planning five years, and what
- 28:10Speaker 1: do I want to do with the next five years
- 28:13Speaker 1: of my life? How do I want to spend that time?
- 28:29Speaker 1: How can I help the most amounts of people? There's
- 28:40Speaker 1: gotta be away. They just must, they must, they must,
- 28:46Speaker 1: they must be away. Two I mean technic, and I
- 29:00Speaker 1: just carry on as I am. But I'm not satisfied
- 29:07Speaker 1: at why I'm done or what I'm doing. I want
- 29:10Speaker 1: to do more. I want to reach more people, and
- 29:15Speaker 1: I flee help more people. I'm just not sure how.
- 29:53Speaker 6: So there.
- 30:03Speaker 1: I haven't really said much, have I Thirty minutes of
- 30:07Speaker 1: me talking and I'm not ready said anything. It's a skill,
- 30:17Speaker 1: and yes, a skinny, skilly skilled skill. But Tommy's kirkling
- 30:30Speaker 1: for foody.
- 30:30Speaker 9: Really worthy annythings, fairly happy.
- 31:03Speaker 3: Where he's never satisfied.
- 31:07Speaker 1: He always wants more, always wants something. But that's okay.
- 31:29Speaker 3: I don't need him to.
- 31:36Speaker 2: Send me.
- 31:39Speaker 1: Thank you cards.
- 31:44Speaker 7: Hey, Daddy, thank you for letting me eat and step
- 31:49Speaker 7: on your bed.
- 31:51Speaker 1: No, we don't make that go down very well.
- 31:58Speaker 3: Thank you for.
- 31:58Speaker 7: Taking me into the sad Bark every day, walking in
- 32:04Speaker 7: the same place every day.
- 32:08Speaker 1: It's so boring that thank you. Maybe thank you for
- 32:17Speaker 1: all those facts. It's been a pleasure, Maybe.
- 32:23Speaker 2: Not relax in a more deep and meaningful way, Maybe
- 33:04Speaker 2: in a way that can not just allow you to
- 33:09Speaker 2: feel calmer now and throughout the time we've spend together here,
- 33:22Speaker 2: not just relaxed at the end of the recording when
- 33:28Speaker 2: it's finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort
- 33:35Speaker 2: and peace, but also I think it would be nice
- 33:50Speaker 2: to have those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after
- 34:10Speaker 2: the recording has ended, so that you can still benefit
- 34:23Speaker 2: from listening to my voice maybe in a few hours time,
- 34:32Speaker 2: perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially if you
- 34:46Speaker 2: find like some people do and myself as well, sometimes
- 34:51Speaker 2: I find one particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 35:02Speaker 2: and I just listened to it over and over again
- 35:06Speaker 2: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 35:19Speaker 2: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It wasn't hypnosis,
- 35:25Speaker 2: but it was a guided visualizations. It kind of was hypnosis, really,
- 35:33Speaker 2: and I managed to find it again and it still
- 35:38Speaker 2: has the same effect on me. And part of it
- 35:44Speaker 2: was the person's voice relaxed me, just felt so peaceful,
- 36:01Speaker 2: and I'd look forward to listening to her in the
- 36:07Speaker 2: morning and in the evening. And I knew before even
- 36:19Speaker 2: pressing the play button that since I've done that, pressed
- 36:27Speaker 2: the play button. This is in the days of CD
- 36:36Speaker 2: players press the play button. In fact, it might have
- 36:45Speaker 2: even been a tap tape recorder. I'd lie down on
- 36:49Speaker 2: the bed and then even without necessarily listening to her
- 37:02Speaker 2: words because I had them memorized. Really, it was as
- 37:15Speaker 2: if my body knew exactly what to do, and the
- 37:26Speaker 2: muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation. And I remember
- 37:48Speaker 2: my mind would slow down now.
- 38:01Speaker 6: Now.
- 38:01Speaker 2: I was listening to this recording in the early days
- 38:08Speaker 2: of learning hypnosis, and long before I ever made any
- 38:18Speaker 2: videos or audio recordings myself, because I didn't start doing
- 38:23Speaker 2: that till two thousand and six, I knew. I knew
- 38:38Speaker 2: how helpful I found being able to just let go,
- 38:54Speaker 2: to have that trust in the person that I'm listening to,
- 39:07Speaker 2: knowing that it's going to be just as relaxing, if
- 39:15Speaker 2: not more so. Each time you hear my voice, you may.
- 39:24Speaker 4: Feel the same. Some people.
- 39:35Speaker 2: Have been listening to me for over a decade, maybe
- 39:47Speaker 2: not solidly, obviously not twenty four hours a day, but
- 39:55Speaker 2: maybe people come back. Some people may be listen every
- 39:59Speaker 2: day day.
- 40:11Speaker 10: That's something that I do.
- 40:15Speaker 2: Which you may not realize by listening, is when I
- 40:30Speaker 2: record these recordings. Now, for example, I also am affected
- 40:46Speaker 2: by the words that I say. So if I said
- 40:59Speaker 2: to you you focus on your feet, notice your feet relaxing,
- 41:10Speaker 2: I will be focusing on my feet. I will be
- 41:18Speaker 2: noticing my feet relaxing. When if I said focus on
- 41:35Speaker 2: your hands, and maybe notice the difference between each hand.
- 41:47Speaker 2: Perhaps notice the air in the room, the temperature of
- 41:54Speaker 2: the room, on the backs of your hands, you may
- 42:06Speaker 2: start to notice what almost feels like a very light breeze,
- 42:15Speaker 2: even though there may not be any type of breeze
- 42:19Speaker 2: at all where you are right now. And as you
- 42:32Speaker 2: become aware of your hands, I'm also aware of how
- 42:47Speaker 2: relaxed my hands our feeling now, and when it comes
- 43:12Speaker 2: to potentially drifting off to sleep, which may be the
- 43:19Speaker 2: reason you're listening, I also field housing when I make
- 43:35Speaker 2: these recordings. I also notice my mind.
- 43:47Speaker 3: Drifting.
- 43:55Speaker 2: In fact, at times I've had fallen asleep without even noticing,
- 44:13Speaker 2: and then I carry on talking.
- 44:21Speaker 3: And it's suddenly when.
- 44:22Speaker 2: I listen back to do the editing, I hear snoring
- 44:33Speaker 2: and I think, I don't remember snoring. I remember talking.
- 44:43Speaker 2: It's snoring was a pick turned up. That's why I
- 44:51Speaker 2: sound like when I snare Now I get really into.
- 44:59Speaker 3: The whole experience.
- 45:10Speaker 2: I don't know how you feel. How relaxed do you
- 45:19Speaker 2: feel in your feet, how relaxed you feel in your hands.
- 45:45Speaker 1: I have noticed.
- 45:49Speaker 2: More and more with the more relaxed the level of
- 46:06Speaker 2: comfort you feel, the easier your breathing becomes. It's almost
- 46:23Speaker 2: like that additional muscle relaxation. So this allows you to
- 46:44Speaker 2: breathe easier without necessarily focusing on your breath, however, being
- 47:10Speaker 2: able to notice the ease in which you breathe so naturally,
- 47:54Speaker 2: you breathe so very easily, and me whenever i imagine my
- 48:37Speaker 2: breathing improving when I've got my eyes closed, I tend
- 48:54Speaker 2: to fis your eyes a beautiful field with trees and
- 49:06Speaker 2: flowers producing all that life giving oxygen. It feels nice to,
- 49:48Speaker 2: if nothing else, just taking some time away from everything,
- 50:19Speaker 2: enjoying that feeling of.
- 50:32Speaker 3: Peace, serenity.
- 50:49Speaker 2: With a joyful art. Time seems to just drip by
- 51:26Speaker 2: so very slowly, relaxed, so deeply peaceful, completely unattached to
- 52:17Speaker 2: any thoughts.
- 52:22Speaker 4: Whatsoever.
- 52:27Speaker 2: In this moment, completely free, you m to say.
- 53:14Speaker 1: That no mind.
- 53:30Speaker 2: Slowed down, slowed down because nothing really requires your attention.
- 54:26Speaker 2: You can enjoy the physical sensations of allowing the stress
- 54:41Speaker 2: to drip out of your body, to repair out of
- 54:53Speaker 2: every part of your body, and being released from your brain,
- 55:28Speaker 2: your mind slowly but surely, the muscle same, legs, legs.
- 56:25Speaker 6: Reslx sur very deeply, las.
- 56:54Speaker 3: S deeply, and the feelings, the pleasant feelings in your arms.
- 57:22Speaker 2: And shoulders deeper in each part of your body further
- 57:52Speaker 2: and deeper.
- 58:04Speaker 6: And deep, not to say.
- 58:24Speaker 2: The feedings in the back of your neck, the feelings
- 58:51Speaker 2: in your wrists, muscles, in front of your body.
- 59:55Speaker 3: Peace deeply sets of peace spreads through.
- 1:00:31Speaker 6: A very cold.
- 1:01:03Speaker 11: Even focus on your mind. Your mind becomes Ah's lover.
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: Deeper, relax, fairy sly stomach taste for many, stomach back notice,
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: letice sound relaxed.
- 1:03:55Speaker 6: Now feel.
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: In the hole of your back.
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: In a spy.
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: From your brain. All lay down the middle of your back,
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: sending and receiving millions of messages every day. De comfort, increase, deplay,
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: relaxed ms, my legs, spreading these signals down the spinal
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: cord in thevery parts of your body, your shins and
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: your carfessles, your outbursts, fiefs.
- 1:07:38Speaker 4: Of peace.
- 1:07:41Speaker 3: And tranquility.
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: Spreading through your body, tips of your tools, your eyes,
- 1:08:05Speaker 2: your fingers. Wait, you know that letting go.
- 1:08:26Speaker 4: Read, letting go, pace.
- 1:09:12Speaker 2: To drift in.
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: Mind, just wound man away, happy to.
- 1:09:38Speaker 2: Let go, let God deletely the leger so drink nobody,
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: joy of sensors, joy, space, this space, pace and safety
- 1:13:45Speaker 2: s very.
- 1:13:53Speaker 12: Brass using.
- 1:15:24Speaker 2: Letting go. Maybe we can just focus on different parts
- 1:15:50Speaker 2: of your body, just to notice boy and you guys,
- 1:17:04Speaker 2: So Louise, notice the sense of complete freedom, absolute.
- 1:17:44Speaker 3: Freedom, Yes, and a change.
- 1:19:33Speaker 4: Paste to breeze.
- 1:19:39Speaker 2: Much space may not if my test.
- 1:20:55Speaker 3: Your mind drifting pays a deeply.
- 1:21:57Speaker 2: In the direction.
- 1:22:03Speaker 3: Ditle bliss for pace, bliss for pace, terreft.
- 1:23:33Speaker 2: Two pace.
- 1:24:05Speaker 3: Shirt, Let you go mind forty films host its fast.
- 1:26:20Speaker 2: Paceful pace, and you could start to notice that you
- 1:27:40Speaker 2: are feeling more relaxed, even though I've not purposely focused
- 1:27:52Speaker 2: your mind upon that sense of physical comfort that is
- 1:28:00Speaker 2: growing within you throughout your body, and your mind starts
- 1:28:09Speaker 2: to slow down, and that could be almost in recognition
- 1:28:19Speaker 2: of I guess my speech not being particularly fast. Things
- 1:28:35Speaker 2: generally feel calmer. Just by listening to my voice, you
- 1:28:48Speaker 2: give yourself an opportunity to take a break from the day,
- 1:28:57Speaker 2: take a break from your life, as it is, to
- 1:29:05Speaker 2: give yourself a rest, giving yourself permission to take some
- 1:29:13Speaker 2: time off and to allow your body to relax and
- 1:29:20Speaker 2: allow your mind to slow down, which in turn releases
- 1:29:31Speaker 2: the tension any stresses that you had in your body.
- 1:29:42Speaker 2: It's almost as if the parts of your body just
- 1:29:46Speaker 2: open up, allowing the negativity out and at the same
- 1:29:58Speaker 2: time replace and that negativity with positive healing energy which
- 1:30:09Speaker 2: then fills your body up and your mind to also
- 1:30:18Speaker 2: starts to appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence and an
- 1:30:33Speaker 2: almost uplifting feeling, positive healing energy that spreads through your
- 1:30:51Speaker 2: body like a wave of comfort. And all this comes
- 1:31:02Speaker 2: from just allowing yourself a few minutes, maybe half an hour,
- 1:31:15Speaker 2: hour the longer you want it to be, just rest
- 1:31:25Speaker 2: allow your mind and your body to almost preset itself
- 1:31:38Speaker 2: to the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows
- 1:31:54Speaker 2: more room for feelings of pleasure and happiness to move
- 1:32:07Speaker 2: around your body and into your mind, almost as if
- 1:32:16Speaker 2: your mind and your body are sinking together, almost mirroring
- 1:32:27Speaker 2: each other with that growing positivity and calmness. And it
- 1:32:40Speaker 2: feels nice, really does feel nice to know that you
- 1:32:49Speaker 2: are the one that has.
- 1:32:50Speaker 3: Allowed yourself to feel more comfort and to experience.
- 1:33:07Speaker 6: More of this.
- 1:33:10Speaker 2: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body. And as I focus
- 1:33:27Speaker 2: on each part of your body, you can notice that
- 1:33:33Speaker 2: that part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on.
- 1:33:47Speaker 3: It, becomes even more calm and comfortable.
- 1:33:58Speaker 2: Just by focusing. And as I moved down on your body,
- 1:34:07Speaker 2: starting at your head, the parts that you have already
- 1:34:14Speaker 2: focused on or can continue to relax deeply, and those
- 1:34:23Speaker 2: parts that have not yet focused on or just automatically
- 1:34:34Speaker 2: release any remain intention in anticipation of even more comfort
- 1:34:44Speaker 2: about to come.
- 1:34:50Speaker 4: Now.
- 1:34:53Speaker 2: And the start by focusing on your forehead, just being
- 1:35:00Speaker 2: in a way, the feelings of your forehead and then
- 1:35:08Speaker 2: your background sounds like mister Herbert the pigeon can just
- 1:35:15Speaker 2: allow you to feel you're more relaxed. Just means during
- 1:35:23Speaker 2: the moment, this isn't this isn't a sterile environment. This
- 1:35:31Speaker 2: is the world. I live in the countryside, so there's
- 1:35:39Speaker 2: lots of nature sounds around. As you focus on your forehead,
- 1:35:52Speaker 2: just notice how it becomes even more relaxed as you
- 1:36:00Speaker 2: focus only on my voice and that part of your body.
- 1:36:12Speaker 2: Moving down to your eyes, focusing on your eyes, noticing
- 1:36:23Speaker 2: how your eyelids feel so heavy yet so light at
- 1:36:33Speaker 2: the same time, all the muscles around your eyes relaxing.
- 1:36:42Speaker 3: Completely. Moving your focus.
- 1:36:50Speaker 2: Down to your mouth, your lips, your tongue, your teeth,
- 1:36:57Speaker 2: your comes, all of your mouth relaxing, calm.
- 1:37:10Speaker 6: And lease.
- 1:37:15Speaker 2: Left you focus now on your jawel, just a part
- 1:37:23Speaker 2: of your jaw ney, your mouth, your chin all the
- 1:37:28Speaker 2: way up, the size of your face to your ears,
- 1:37:36Speaker 2: of your jaw, leading all relaxed, calm, focusing on your leg,
- 1:38:06Speaker 2: the front of your neck and your throat.
- 1:38:11Speaker 6: Legs.
- 1:38:13Speaker 2: Loose and calm, the sides of your neck, right left
- 1:38:25Speaker 2: side of your leg, your legs stained, lace.
- 1:38:36Speaker 3: And calm.
- 1:38:44Speaker 2: Now the back of your leg, focusing on the back
- 1:38:51Speaker 2: of your leg, letting go with any may be there before,
- 1:39:05Speaker 2: and enjoy in fact sense of increasing comfort and release.
- 1:39:18Speaker 13: I think you can experience in the back of your neck,
- 1:39:29Speaker 13: moving down your back, moving either side of your spine.
- 1:39:37Speaker 2: Right from the top of your back.
- 1:39:41Speaker 1: All the way.
- 1:39:42Speaker 2: Down to the bottom of your back. Down it's your
- 1:39:55Speaker 2: lower back. Jim up and down your spine. You can
- 1:40:08Speaker 2: feel the muscles either side of your spine relaxing even more.
- 1:40:24Speaker 2: And as those muscles relax, that sense of comfort starts
- 1:40:31Speaker 2: to spread.
- 1:40:33Speaker 3: Outwards from your spine.
- 1:40:39Speaker 2: Into both sides of your back, the top of your back,
- 1:40:47Speaker 2: the middle end your lower back. And as you're scared
- 1:40:55Speaker 2: gently and slowly up and down on your back, there's
- 1:41:03Speaker 2: a muscles on the top of your back relax and
- 1:41:08Speaker 2: become a looser. Muscles in the middle of your back
- 1:41:17Speaker 2: also seemed to just almost divine from each other, separating
- 1:41:25Speaker 2: and almost melting, and in your lower back.
- 1:41:40Speaker 6: Seems to be an extra.
- 1:41:41Speaker 2: Special feeling of comfort. The spreads into your hips. Sit
- 1:41:58Speaker 2: down your lower back, into your hips, into the area
- 1:42:06Speaker 2: where your cosicks are, and into your buttocks. Always muscles
- 1:42:15Speaker 2: don't spread. Bring your lof back into your hip area.
- 1:42:27Speaker 2: Start to melt, start to reading the go and you
- 1:42:44Speaker 2: know where about to focus on your shoulders, back your spine, continue.
- 1:42:57Speaker 6: Till they go.
- 1:43:01Speaker 2: Ten to relax.
- 1:43:06Speaker 14: So coldly.
- 1:43:15Speaker 2: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice they're
- 1:43:21Speaker 2: already feeling ready this already cold feel those muscles from
- 1:44:01Speaker 2: your neck into your shoulders.
- 1:44:11Speaker 3: Heels so soft and chat.
- 1:44:20Speaker 1: So and calm.
- 1:44:40Speaker 2: The feeding your shoulders since to spread deep into your shoulders,
- 1:44:56Speaker 2: and since relaxation not just traveling deeply into your muscles,
- 1:45:09Speaker 2: also relaxing the butternness and move you own way to
- 1:45:22Speaker 2: underneath your arms, relaxing the whole area between the tops
- 1:45:31Speaker 2: of your shoulders and underneath your arms.
- 1:45:39Speaker 6: He then you just so.
- 1:45:48Speaker 2: Relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders, which sends that.
- 1:46:02Speaker 3: Deep message in your arms.
- 1:46:20Speaker 2: You may feel almoss to say your arms anno.
- 1:46:25Speaker 6: Even that.
- 1:46:28Speaker 2: Because the sun relaxed, so deeply relaxed.
- 1:46:44Speaker 7: S so.
- 1:47:19Speaker 2: That feels spreading way down your arms.
- 1:47:29Speaker 15: To ours incliveding you wise scup spreads.
- 1:47:55Speaker 16: A way.
- 1:47:58Speaker 2: Into risks four sadrists heavy, yet the same time slight
- 1:48:31Speaker 2: and gentle. Said nowss.
- 1:49:58Speaker 3: A sens.
- 1:50:15Speaker 2: It just seems to.
- 1:50:29Speaker 3: Handsstas's thin, teach, be faint.
- 1:52:40Speaker 2: You got.
- 1:53:08Speaker 16: Sheep kick.
- 1:54:34Speaker 2: F scots fai sak.
- 1:57:43Speaker 3: S pay so.
- 1:57:47Speaker 2: Suck suck p so s pas.
- 1:58:56Speaker 6: The same.
- 1:59:02Speaker 2: Pays fall laxation, the spread chest. Let's take go.
- 1:59:42Speaker 6: Everything.
- 1:59:54Speaker 2: So I'm gonna start counting down now from twenty down
- 2:00:00Speaker 2: to one. You can imagine in a way it's like
- 2:00:08Speaker 2: just walking down some steps and each step or twenty steps,
- 2:00:15Speaker 2: and each step represents a level of comfort. Each step represents.
- 2:00:28Speaker 3: A deepening.
- 2:00:31Speaker 2: Of that comfort, and the furthies you walk down those steps.
- 2:00:42Speaker 3: That deeper or lags. Do you feel.
- 2:00:53Speaker 2: So, starting with number twenty ninety eight.
- 2:02:40Speaker 17: Seven sixty three fourhhhhhhhh TWOHI nohhhhhh eight sid.
- 2:14:30Speaker 2: Si five.
- 2:16:01Speaker 18: Dais up.
- 2:19:34Speaker 19: The lady.
- 2:20:01Speaker 2: Now if you focus on your wives and a countdown
- 2:21:51Speaker 2: from ten down to one, just on your eyes, your eyelids,
- 2:22:07Speaker 2: the muscles around your eyes, your eye wolves themselves a
- 2:22:16Speaker 2: whole area that makes up your eye. As we count
- 2:22:34Speaker 2: down and ten down to one, whist to focusing on
- 2:22:42Speaker 2: your eyes, you become twice is relaxed with each number
- 2:22:59Speaker 2: counting out that you may find the way you want
- 2:23:11Speaker 2: to do is just drift off to sleep. And if
- 2:23:20Speaker 2: that's what you want, then just allow yourself to do
- 2:23:26Speaker 2: that now focusing on your eyes and to begin counting
- 2:23:42Speaker 2: down from ten down to one right now, ten nine eighth, surely.
- 2:28:11Speaker 18: Ste three hhhhh?
- 2:33:03Speaker 2: So count down ten to one, ten nine eight, seven, six,
- 2:33:28Speaker 2: five four three.
- 2:33:37Speaker 6: Two one.
- 2:33:47Speaker 2: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 2:33:50Speaker 2: to relax. Maybe it's a bit too fast for you
- 2:33:54Speaker 2: to notice the calming of your body, maybe even a
- 2:34:04Speaker 2: little bit of pressure there. Like you'll count it down
- 2:34:08Speaker 2: from ten to one, would you expect me to do? Man,
- 2:34:11Speaker 2: expect me to go with floppy just because you're counting down.
- 2:34:22Speaker 2: If you try again, but this time I'll go a
- 2:34:25Speaker 2: bit slower this time that you focus on the whole
- 2:34:32Speaker 2: of your body before we focus on the legs.
- 2:34:39Speaker 6: Just notice.
- 2:34:41Speaker 2: How your body does start to fulfil or relaxed every
- 2:34:55Speaker 2: number that I count down ten nine, eight, seven, six,
- 2:35:37Speaker 2: five four three, one. I just notice how how you feel, generally,
- 2:36:47Speaker 2: how your body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting
- 2:37:02Speaker 2: down from ten to one. It's that space that.
- 2:37:09Speaker 6: You have, that.
- 2:37:13Speaker 2: Space between being active physically or mentally, just the sitting
- 2:37:34Speaker 2: or lying down, just being there, not doing anything, not
- 2:37:39Speaker 2: saying anything, or needing to think about anything. So it
- 2:37:46Speaker 2: opens up the space, you know, a bit of a space,
- 2:37:51Speaker 2: a gap. And the more I can down from ten
- 2:38:01Speaker 2: to one, the bigger that gap becomes. So there's that
- 2:38:08Speaker 2: gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation. It's a nice feeling,
- 2:38:26Speaker 2: and it moves those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally, moves.
- 2:38:38Speaker 6: Away.
- 2:38:46Speaker 2: Allows you.
- 2:38:49Speaker 6: To just.
- 2:38:53Speaker 2: Slow down. Someone can count the game from ten down
- 2:38:59Speaker 2: to one and notice that gap widening, the gap and
- 2:39:09Speaker 2: its it widens. It's almost like that the stress of
- 2:39:14Speaker 2: attention falls.
- 2:39:16Speaker 3: Into the gap, gives you that distance, that space.
- 2:39:37Speaker 6: Now ten.
- 2:39:46Speaker 2: Nine, eight, seven, six, five, three, Then how did you
- 2:41:46Speaker 2: what can you notice that? Do you feeling calm, relaxed?
- 2:42:41Speaker 1: Now?
- 2:42:42Speaker 2: Focus on an legs, just two legs. You're just gonna
- 2:43:02Speaker 2: start with focusing on your thighs. Of course, it's not
- 2:43:22Speaker 2: the most exciting thing to be doing because I'm sure,
- 2:43:31Speaker 2: like most of your body is not a lot going
- 2:43:33Speaker 2: on right now, Just focusing on the hole of your thighs,
- 2:43:49Speaker 2: the tops of your thighs, the sides of your fighs,
- 2:43:55Speaker 2: the bottoms are your thighs, out of thighs, thighs basically
- 2:44:03Speaker 2: the whole of your thigh that leads into your hip
- 2:44:10Speaker 2: and it goes down to your.
- 2:44:15Speaker 10: Knee joints.
- 2:44:21Speaker 2: And this is a big area. It's a very heavy area.
- 2:44:29Speaker 2: It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body
- 2:44:35Speaker 2: or in your thighs. But I don't think we perhaps
- 2:44:52Speaker 2: give enough attention to her thighs. Perhaps we don't they
- 2:45:04Speaker 2: acknowledge how important our thighs are to our lives, how
- 2:45:24Speaker 2: much they actually differ us all through our lives. And
- 2:45:41Speaker 2: mayhap may seem sound really weird, but.
- 2:45:46Speaker 16: I think that all her.
- 2:45:47Speaker 2: Body parts, especially our thighs, needs TLC, a bit of
- 2:45:58Speaker 2: love shaw, a bit of acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude for
- 2:46:18Speaker 2: what air thighs do for us. And I know this
- 2:46:27Speaker 2: may sound a bit strange.
- 2:46:32Speaker 6: Maybe you think, why am I.
- 2:46:34Speaker 2: Should have a should be out in the garden hugging
- 2:46:37Speaker 2: a tree or something. It's hard to set like a
- 2:46:45Speaker 2: phone up on a tree. That's what I'm doing this
- 2:46:48Speaker 2: sing doors someone, as I wouldn't be outside working a tree.
- 2:46:52Speaker 2: I can't see the television for the tree. You move
- 2:47:01Speaker 2: down to your knees, you gain such an important part.
- 2:47:10Speaker 2: And I think we don't necessarily I speak for myself here,
- 2:47:18Speaker 2: I don't necessarily appreciate all that one needs to do
- 2:47:23Speaker 2: for me until I have a problem with my need. Occasionally,
- 2:47:30Speaker 2: if I ever, maybe i'll bash you it's aching for
- 2:47:35Speaker 2: some reason. It's then that I realize how much it does.
- 2:47:43Speaker 2: You know, the benefit of being able to use my
- 2:47:47Speaker 2: legs without any kind of physical discomfort.
- 2:47:55Speaker 3: Is a beautiful thing.
- 2:47:58Speaker 2: That's possibly not appreciated til it's temporarily removed. You know
- 2:48:06Speaker 2: that's comfort. But as you focus on your knees, regardless
- 2:48:15Speaker 2: of how your knees feel, you can have that sense
- 2:48:21Speaker 2: of gratitude and love to your needs for all they
- 2:48:27Speaker 2: do for you. You can still have that attention on
- 2:48:41Speaker 2: your thighs. Maybe notice how your thighs feel, Maybe notice
- 2:48:48Speaker 2: that name on relaxing more deeply as you focus now
- 2:49:07Speaker 2: on the bottoms of your legs, your shits, your calf muscles,
- 2:49:13Speaker 2: the bones between your knees and your feet incorporates, and
- 2:49:20Speaker 2: the course your ankles so important. Anyone that's had even then,
- 2:49:33Speaker 2: like the slightest spray of an ankle, knows how how
- 2:49:40Speaker 2: much we take our ankles for granted. And it's kind
- 2:49:50Speaker 2: of strange in a way when you think that. You know, logically,
- 2:49:56Speaker 2: our wrists are a lot of thinner than the rest
- 2:49:59Speaker 2: of our arm, which is okay, it doesn't you can't
- 2:50:04Speaker 2: see any problem with that because we're just picking stuff
- 2:50:07Speaker 2: up by our ankles so much thinner than the rest
- 2:50:15Speaker 2: of our legs. And from a physics perspective, a logical
- 2:50:25Speaker 2: even it doesn't really make sense that all this weight
- 2:50:31Speaker 2: will ultimately be resting on your ankles then leading to
- 2:50:38Speaker 2: your feet, a thin area, thin bone. Yeah, it does
- 2:50:52Speaker 2: so much great work. Supports us, supports our body for
- 2:50:58Speaker 2: a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps you to
- 2:51:13Speaker 2: get around, to be mobile. There's the calf muscles. Of course,
- 2:51:28Speaker 2: when I was younger, I couldn't see the point in
- 2:51:30Speaker 2: calf muscles didn't seem to do anything. Okay, if I
- 2:51:36Speaker 2: walked around my tiptoes, then my calf muscles get some work.
- 2:51:42Speaker 20: Of course, that's not true. The calf muscles are being
- 2:51:45Speaker 20: used whenever we use their legs. Then your shins there
- 2:51:58Speaker 20: to protect your lower legs, shaped in a way almost
- 2:52:09Speaker 20: as a protector for the.
- 2:52:10Speaker 2: Bone, leading of course to your ankles and your feet.
- 2:52:30Speaker 2: I'm not going to focus on your feet. I'm just
- 2:52:32Speaker 2: going to focus on the legs. I realize now that
- 2:52:39Speaker 2: I've mentioned your feet, you probably focused on them anyway,
- 2:52:44Speaker 2: So maybe I should focus on your feet a little bit.
- 2:52:50Speaker 2: You can have them in your awareness the same as
- 2:52:55Speaker 2: you have your thighs in your awareness. Even though we
- 2:52:59Speaker 2: have been focusing on your thighs for a few minutes,
- 2:53:05Speaker 2: we're focusing on your ankles, there's still that sensation of
- 2:53:19Speaker 2: comfort in your thighs. There's that movement of energy because
- 2:53:35Speaker 2: the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course, there's
- 2:53:42Speaker 2: the muscles, the big strong muscles that we have in
- 2:53:46Speaker 2: our thighs. With the skin on the outside to the thighs,
- 2:54:01Speaker 2: as in being outside of all of our body, it
- 2:54:06Speaker 2: can be very sensitive, sensitive to at touch, sensitive to temperature,
- 2:54:24Speaker 2: and inside your thighs the bones, there's the muscle, It
- 2:54:31Speaker 2: is the blood, vessels, the arch trees to all this
- 2:54:36Speaker 2: stuff inside of thighs I guess sometimes it'd be nice
- 2:54:46Speaker 2: if you can actually put your fingers inside your thighs
- 2:54:51Speaker 2: and message, so you can message on the outside, of course,
- 2:54:57Speaker 2: but able to get deep into the muscle, to be
- 2:55:01Speaker 2: able to just massage inside your thighs, massage of the
- 2:55:06Speaker 2: bones you like, massage.
- 2:55:14Speaker 3: Veins, just gently heathen thighs.
- 2:55:24Speaker 2: You can move down message inside your bees, a message
- 2:55:32Speaker 2: in those bones with healing fingertips, spreading the healing.
- 2:55:39Speaker 3: Energy deep into the choice.
- 2:55:43Speaker 6: Es.
- 2:55:49Speaker 2: Of course, of the vacuum you need the inside crease
- 2:55:55Speaker 2: real need is very sensitive area. It feels very nice
- 2:56:04Speaker 2: when we strikeing. It might be because it's an area
- 2:56:09Speaker 2: that's not really touched very often. It's almost like a
- 2:56:14Speaker 2: hidden part. Accrease your legs. It's almost.
- 2:56:23Speaker 6: Like a part that.
- 2:56:25Speaker 2: Has a sensitivity. Is a little bit different. Of course,
- 2:56:37Speaker 2: it's protected by your legs. Let you put in your
- 2:56:48Speaker 2: fingers into increase your legs foot between your legs. You
- 2:57:00Speaker 2: can just message with your fingertips. Your fingertips going inside
- 2:57:07Speaker 2: massage in the muscle tissue. You can cause fielder bones
- 2:57:18Speaker 2: of your pace. Heating for your fingertips and then a
- 2:57:30Speaker 2: sho go down to your calf muscles and that's the
- 2:57:36Speaker 2: part I'd want to be able to really put my
- 2:57:39Speaker 2: fingertips steam inside the calf muscles, massage in every.
- 2:57:48Speaker 17: Single tissue of the muscle, healing every part.
- 2:58:00Speaker 2: And they do the same for my shields. Massage gently
- 2:58:08Speaker 2: stroking the bones, gently stroking, the hearing and loving way,
- 2:58:16Speaker 2: because they deserve to be treated. There's the precious bones
- 2:58:23Speaker 2: that they are. Their legs are so precious that in
- 2:58:27Speaker 2: all the other parts of our body, the more precious
- 2:58:33Speaker 2: of any tub.
- 2:58:36Speaker 3: Planet.
- 2:58:45Speaker 2: When you start to think about the legs in this way,
- 2:58:58Speaker 2: it can change perspective. It might sound, be it silly
- 2:59:09Speaker 2: to start with the idea of having love Felix, show
- 2:59:16Speaker 2: an appreciation with your thighs. Want to also put your
- 2:59:25Speaker 2: hands in your thighs, passage the muscles and the bones.
- 2:59:35Speaker 2: Do you get your fingers deep in there, releasing ench.
- 2:59:43Speaker 6: Just to show.
- 2:59:46Speaker 2: How much you care about your legs. What do you
- 2:59:54Speaker 2: care for what your legs do regularly? Your these your cars,
- 3:00:05Speaker 2: your ankles, The strength of your ankles, consideringly, how fit
- 3:00:17Speaker 2: they are compared to the rest of your legs, especially
- 3:00:21Speaker 2: your thighs. Ye, they're so strong, so flexible, absolowly amazing things.
- 3:00:37Speaker 3: Ankles are.
- 3:00:42Speaker 2: Truly a gift because of what they do. You supporting
- 3:00:53Speaker 2: all that weight, regardless of how what weight you are,
- 3:01:01Speaker 2: even if you only eat ate stony, still would a
- 3:01:05Speaker 2: long wait for these little angles. How a lot the heavier,
- 3:01:13Speaker 2: the main stone doubled, Yet my course support my body
- 3:01:23Speaker 2: all the time. What they do give off a sigh
- 3:01:30Speaker 2: of relief to sit down. That's my whole licks though
- 3:01:40Speaker 2: my fee feebles my toes. Clapp, m hm, Your legs
- 3:02:09Speaker 2: really are amazing. Can I been talking about? Talking about
- 3:02:18Speaker 2: your legs is probably possibly my most most boring things
- 3:02:25Speaker 2: you ever heard anyone saying. Possibly boring or not, everything
- 3:02:34Speaker 2: I said is true. Your legs are amazing. Your legs
- 3:02:50Speaker 2: deserve not just respect because they deserve to relax.
- 3:03:01Speaker 6: Deeply.
- 3:03:09Speaker 2: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 3:03:15Speaker 2: to just let go completely. Legs really can relax because
- 3:03:52Speaker 2: the legs are so such as you know, very important
- 3:03:57Speaker 2: part of your body. When you relax, makes the rest
- 3:04:02Speaker 2: of your body also naturally follows in that journey of comfort.
- 3:04:22Speaker 2: I feel in my hips, My hips feel really nice,
- 3:04:30Speaker 2: and also mynepack as well. Mynepack really feels it feels stretched,
- 3:04:39Speaker 2: even though I'm just sitting in a chair, and there's
- 3:04:43Speaker 2: no stretching as far as aware that I'm doing. It's
- 3:04:49Speaker 2: almost as if the muscles just relax so much that
- 3:04:53Speaker 2: there is a natural stretch. As a tension has reduced
- 3:05:02Speaker 2: about about kept down ten downs one you can continue.
- 3:05:30Speaker 6: To fill wonderfully last.
- 3:05:37Speaker 2: Ten nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 3:06:01Speaker 6: Four three one.
- 3:06:19Speaker 2: Relax because I'm just going to count down five down
- 3:06:32Speaker 2: to one. And as a countdown, you just focus on
- 3:06:37Speaker 2: the numbers, just the numbers counting down, and notice how
- 3:06:47Speaker 2: you feel in this moment as you hear the numbers
- 3:06:54Speaker 2: counted down, knowing that those numbers counting down represents you
- 3:07:04Speaker 2: feeling calmer, not just in your body, but also relaxing
- 3:07:14Speaker 2: your mind. Just notice how you feel. There's nothing to do,
- 3:07:23Speaker 2: there's nothing to say, there's nothing to think about. Starting
- 3:07:31Speaker 2: with number five, four.
- 3:07:52Speaker 6: Three to.
- 3:08:09Speaker 16: One.
- 3:08:19Speaker 2: As you notice the gradual.
- 3:08:27Speaker 6: Letting go.
- 3:08:30Speaker 2: The tension in your body, you may also begin to
- 3:08:38Speaker 2: notice and be aware of how your mind is starting
- 3:08:46Speaker 2: to slow down. This is just a natural thing that happens.
- 3:08:56Speaker 10: It's not really a special procedure.
- 3:09:00Speaker 2: It's just natural because it's your body relaxes, is your
- 3:09:05Speaker 2: mind also starts to relax and the more micro relaxes,
- 3:09:11Speaker 2: the more your body relaxes. It's just a continuous circind
- 3:09:16Speaker 2: of relaxation. And there's that calmness that comes from relative quietness.
- 3:09:31Speaker 2: You know, even even if this background sounds, maybe your
- 3:09:36Speaker 2: side online is still going to be quite calm. You know,
- 3:09:45Speaker 2: you haven't got the television on, there's no music in
- 3:09:49Speaker 2: the background. Unless you're listening to the recorded.
- 3:09:52Speaker 10: With music, of course, you're very likely not going to
- 3:09:59Speaker 10: be seen in.
- 3:10:00Speaker 2: The room of other people. Of course you might people. Generally,
- 3:10:05Speaker 2: it's idea if you can do this on your own,
- 3:10:10Speaker 2: so no distractions, and when you stop thinking about stuff,
- 3:10:26Speaker 2: relaxation automatically rises. The sense of comfort.
- 3:10:36Speaker 6: Starts to grow.
- 3:10:41Speaker 2: And without trying to build it up into something fantastical,
- 3:10:52Speaker 2: something magical, this is just a natural process, something that's
- 3:11:02Speaker 2: easy to accomplish. In fact, it's almost you know, the
- 3:11:11Speaker 2: sense of relaxing completely happens really when you put no
- 3:11:18Speaker 2: effort into it. It's not something that you can really force.
- 3:11:25Speaker 2: It's something that happens naturally.
- 3:11:32Speaker 7: A part of the.
- 3:11:34Speaker 2: Process of this recording and others is simply two allow
- 3:11:46Speaker 2: you to take advantage of this space.
- 3:11:55Speaker 6: This time, just let go.
- 3:12:07Speaker 2: To just be here, to be in tune with how
- 3:12:15Speaker 2: you feel, yet with the intention of wanting to relax deeply,
- 3:12:34Speaker 2: that maybe even to fall asleep, depending on what it
- 3:12:40Speaker 2: is that you wish for yourself in this moment. As
- 3:12:53Speaker 2: we know, relaxing is the majority of the process of
- 3:13:03Speaker 2: fallen asleep, the actual fall. The sleep part is the
- 3:13:08Speaker 2: tiny bit at the end. The deeper relaxed you become,
- 3:13:20Speaker 2: the easier you find yourself drifting. You can also choose
- 3:13:39Speaker 2: stay focused on my voice, and that.
- 3:13:47Speaker 3: Really joy.
- 3:13:55Speaker 2: The process, congratually relaxing each muscle in your body effortlessly
- 3:14:31Speaker 2: and just observing the sensation.
- 3:14:44Speaker 21: Of letting go.
- 3:14:51Speaker 3: Completely this time.
- 3:14:59Speaker 2: When a count from six down to one, you commotics
- 3:15:10Speaker 2: your mind, calming down.
- 3:15:16Speaker 3: With each number.
- 3:15:19Speaker 6: The hear me.
- 3:15:21Speaker 3: Saying, actually feeling.
- 3:15:30Speaker 14: Calm, s.
- 3:15:36Speaker 2: Peaceful, six, five, being aware how you might slide it,
- 3:18:39Speaker 2: write down, sinking deeply into relaxation. As you focus on
- 3:19:06Speaker 2: your mind, I notice that there are some thoughts still there,
- 3:19:19Speaker 2: maybe some stubborn thoughts that for some reason.
- 3:19:28Speaker 3: Perhaps need your attention.
- 3:19:36Speaker 6: What we can do.
- 3:19:43Speaker 2: Set love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts with love.
- 3:19:57Speaker 1: My door.
- 3:19:58Speaker 2: Petals from a flower, just sprinkle over battles, feel good
- 3:20:04Speaker 2: love towards those thoughts. To let those thoughts over. You're
- 3:20:14Speaker 2: not bad in the number, you just need them. You
- 3:20:19Speaker 2: require them to just calm down, slow down, quiet down
- 3:20:35Speaker 2: for now. So as you focus on those remaining thoughts.
- 3:20:48Speaker 2: As we count down this time from seven down to one.
- 3:20:53Speaker 2: Each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness, gratitude,
- 3:21:13Speaker 2: both those thoughts which will allow them to just not
- 3:21:23Speaker 2: away relax deeply. With every number, those thoughts will become
- 3:21:38Speaker 2: more and more relaxed, starting with number seven.
- 3:22:14Speaker 6: Six.
- 3:24:21Speaker 2: Lets you know that is how.
- 3:24:29Speaker 6: Relaxed feel.

- 3:25:57Speaker 2: on your hands. Let feel a kiss, stoats joy hands fail,

- 3:42:10Speaker 6: And you know that.
- 3:42:13Speaker 2: As we all work with the ability to fall asleep naturally,

- 3:42:45Speaker 2: Even when we're kids, sometimes or fall asleep you don't
- 3:42:50Speaker 2: even want to shout to think stay awake. Maybe it's
- 3:42:56Speaker 2: birthday in the morning, but it's Christmas or holiday or
- 3:43:01Speaker 2: something we look forward to and want to get to sleep.
- 3:43:06Speaker 2: But the more I want to stay awake, the more
- 3:43:11Speaker 2: we just start to drift. And the more I fights drifting,
- 3:43:21Speaker 2: which might still be something drifted the same the depot
- 3:43:26Speaker 2: is strong without drifting becomes because we're born not just
- 3:43:38Speaker 2: with the need to acctingly but to actually fall asleep.
- 3:43:48Speaker 2: But it's our birthright, it's part of our DNA. And
