哥倫比亞宣布與伊朗斷絕外交關係！哥倫比亞外交部表示，決定自9月19日起生效，理由包括國家與西半球安全、打擊跨國犯罪，以及伊朗政府涉嫌與國際恐怖組織、毒品恐怖主義團體存在關聯。哥方同時提及人權、荷姆茲海峽及核計畫查核等問題，並另外宣布將伊朗伊斯蘭革命衛隊列為恐怖組織。不過，兩國領事關係並未因此中斷。

Colombia has formally severed diplomatic relations with Iran, effective September 19. Bogotá cited national and hemispheric security, transnational crime and alleged links between the Iranian government and international terrorist and narcoterrorist groups. Colombia also designated Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization. Consular relations, however, remain intact.
