- 0:08Speaker 1: Scalable advice for sure, Spice, It's time and no no
- 0:13Speaker 1: and no, and no and no and lo. Hello, Welcome
- 0:15Speaker 1: to the Naughty but Night Sham. Your host robshou to
- 0:18Speaker 1: having so much fun over this first new week of
- 0:20Speaker 1: the new year. Happy twenty twenty six. It's just us today.
- 0:24Speaker 1: Corey is traveling having a vacation. Good for you, Cory.
- 0:27Speaker 1: So let's jump into as show. What time is it?
- 0:30Speaker 1: My friends? It is tea Time, big exclusive at the
- 0:33Speaker 1: top of the show. You're not gonna hear anywhere else.
- 0:35Speaker 1: So CNN is ready to move on from Andy Cohen
- 0:39Speaker 1: and Anderson Cooper and the big New Year's Eve celebration.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Insiders say enough is enough. After years of complaints, Andy
- 0:48Speaker 1: Coheny rang in the New Year on CNN, but finally
- 0:52Speaker 1: his days might be numbered there, as insiders tell me,
- 0:55Speaker 1: the network is quietly preparing to move on next year.
- 1:00Speaker 1: All two poor sources inside CNN's Hudson Yards here right
- 1:04Speaker 1: down the street from me, about ten blocks away from
- 1:06Speaker 1: me on Tenth Avenue in Manhattan. Staffers are increasingly uncomfortable
- 1:12Speaker 1: with Andy's on air antics, and several of even file
- 1:16Speaker 1: a complaint about how messy the behavior is. And it
- 1:20Speaker 1: doesn't really fit into this news organization. Let me give
- 1:24Speaker 1: you some quotes here. One insider tells me, this is CNN,
- 1:27Speaker 1: it's not Bravo, and what works on reality TV doesn't
- 1:31Speaker 1: really work for a news network trying to protect its credibility.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Let me explain. So, I know a ton of people
- 1:38Speaker 1: that work at CNN, and they are real journalists. They
- 1:41Speaker 1: work really really hard on getting you the news. They
- 1:44Speaker 1: don't want to be as political as Andy is. He
- 1:47Speaker 1: he attacked the mayor on New Year's Eve. It was
- 1:50Speaker 1: an alcohol fueled rant targeting the outgoing mayor. And he
- 1:56Speaker 1: might have some valid, valid points. It's just that was
- 1:59Speaker 1: not the place, the time, or the network to do it.
- 2:03Speaker 1: And so Anderson Cooper, he was mortified. He tried to
- 2:06Speaker 1: rail him in, but Andy did not stop. And so
- 2:09Speaker 1: everything that has made Andy successful at Bravo doesn't fit
- 2:13Speaker 1: in CNN. And the timing it could not be worse.
- 2:18Speaker 1: CNN is going through a massive upheaval as the parent company,
- 2:23Speaker 1: Warner Brothers Discovery is exploring strategic options and to figure
- 2:29Speaker 1: out a way to restructure, maybe make the network independent.
- 2:33Speaker 1: It looks like they are going to try and sell
- 2:36Speaker 1: Warner brothers. Netflix has offered a ton of money. Paramount
- 2:40Speaker 1: is trying to buy them too, and they don't want CNN.
- 2:42Speaker 1: So CNN is in a very difficult, difficult position here.
- 2:47Speaker 1: They look like they're going to have a really different future.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Anyone that has worked in an office or anywhere else
- 2:53Speaker 1: for that matter, anyone that's had a job, you know,
- 2:56Speaker 1: when you get a new boss, the rules change. Twenty six,
- 3:00Speaker 1: CNN will be a different place. The rules are going
- 3:03Speaker 1: to change. It is going to become just a straight
- 3:07Speaker 1: news network, an anchor sitting at a desk telling you
- 3:11Speaker 1: the news. They are not gonna want these shenanigans that
- 3:15Speaker 1: happen on New Year's Even? Now? Do I think they
- 3:18Speaker 1: are charming and funny and naughty? And yes, I watch
- 3:20Speaker 1: and I laugh out loud. I'm a fan of the
- 3:23Speaker 1: Andy Cohen sloppy, messy, real housewife type of presenting. Gone
- 3:28Speaker 1: are the days of Barbara Walters and Diane Sawyer and
- 3:31Speaker 1: really sort of dignified, elegant people on the news given
- 3:35Speaker 1: it to you straight. I now like this opinion driven
- 3:40Speaker 1: world that probably has got us into all the trouble
- 3:42Speaker 1: we're in today. However, Andy is so good at that
- 3:46Speaker 1: He's good at stirring the pot. He's good at reality TV.
- 3:48Speaker 1: He is a Wendy Williams type character, controversial, terrific, but
- 3:53Speaker 1: not for see an n not for a network that
- 3:57Speaker 1: wants to be taken seriously. CNN fired Don Lemon for
- 4:02Speaker 1: acting like Andy Cohen and then they hire Andy Cohen
- 4:07Speaker 1: to present to host their New Year's Eve special. There
- 4:09Speaker 1: is a disconnect there. This is not dumping on Andy,
- 4:13Speaker 1: it really isn't. It's just that is not who CNN is.
- 4:17Speaker 1: And over the past ten years or so that he's
- 4:20Speaker 1: hosted this show, they always turned a blind eye. They
- 4:23Speaker 1: always giggled a little bit. It was sort of funny.
- 4:25Speaker 1: It was a bit cheeky. But moving forward those days, agone,
- 4:28Speaker 1: they have new boss. They have a really strict news
- 4:31Speaker 1: boss is from Britain. I've known him or been around
- 4:34Speaker 1: him for a while. He's very very respected. Seeing in
- 4:39Speaker 1: are trying really hard, particularly because they're under so much
- 4:43Speaker 1: daily attack from politicians. They're trying really hard to just
- 4:47Speaker 1: play it straight. And this sort of behavior Andy drinking
- 4:52Speaker 1: and then attacking them. Theyre who has responded, by the way,
- 4:55Speaker 1: the Mayor of New York has responded with two words
- 4:58Speaker 1: to Andy Cohen's at Alcoholics Anonymous really now Andy too,
- 5:05Speaker 1: let's be clear, has had a lot of criticism pointed
- 5:09Speaker 1: at him by Bravo stars, saying he drinks, he does drugs,
- 5:13Speaker 1: he's unprofessional. Remember Brandy Glansville, who was a real housewife
- 5:17Speaker 1: of Beverly Hills. She said he tried to sext with
- 5:20Speaker 1: her one night. That's when you phone somebody and you
- 5:23Speaker 1: talk dirty. He tried to have phone sex with her
- 5:26Speaker 1: one night when he was her boss, and he has
- 5:29Speaker 1: since apologized for that. He has admitted that it happened.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Anybody else would be fired. If you've phoned up somebody
- 5:36Speaker 1: that worked for you, somebody that you employed, you're the
- 5:39Speaker 1: bloss boss. And if you've phoned up an employee and
- 5:42Speaker 1: suggested having three way sex, you would no longer have
- 5:47Speaker 1: your job. So Andy gets away with this behavior at Bravo.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Once again, Bravo encourages this really bad behavior. It's delicious
- 5:55Speaker 1: to watch, it's funny to watch. I get all of that,
- 5:58Speaker 1: but off camera not so funny. You can't expect the
- 6:00Speaker 1: housewives to behave badly on TV and then once the
- 6:04Speaker 1: cameras are off, suddenly they're angels. Doesn't work like that.
- 6:06Speaker 1: We've seen it. That's why so many housewives have been arrested,
- 6:08Speaker 1: have gone to jail, all sorts of awful things, file
- 6:11Speaker 1: for bankruptcy, just them terrible things. These are terrible people
- 6:15Speaker 1: that make great reality TV. Well, the fish rots from
- 6:18Speaker 1: the head down, and the fish and the head here
- 6:21Speaker 1: is clearly Andy and he is a genius messy, messy behavior.
- 6:26Speaker 1: If you want to know Andy Cohen who he really is,
- 6:28Speaker 1: watch he shows, Watch the Housewives. That's who he is.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Really fun to have drinks with once a month. But
- 6:34Speaker 1: do you want him as your best friend? Do you
- 6:36Speaker 1: want to take him home to meet your family? Do
- 6:38Speaker 1: you want him in an emergency? I don't know. And
- 6:41Speaker 1: so CNN is sort of figuring this out. He is
- 6:43Speaker 1: a bad look for c and N if CNN wants
- 6:46Speaker 1: to be respected, he's a great look for Bravo. I
- 6:50Speaker 1: get it. Brav's not going to fire him because he
- 6:52Speaker 1: is Bravo. When you look at Andy, everything he is
- 6:56Speaker 1: is Bravo. When you look at CNN, that is not
- 6:59Speaker 1: who want to be the Anderson Cooper who's a very different, complicated,
- 7:04Speaker 1: interesting person because he likes both worlds. Anderson lives in
- 7:07Speaker 1: the world of high and low, of tacky and elegance
- 7:11Speaker 1: of privilege, also pretending to be a regular guy too.
- 7:14Speaker 1: So it is complicated here, which brings us to our
- 7:17Speaker 1: pole question of the day. It looks like C and
- 7:19Speaker 1: Ann is ready to dump Andy Cohen? Are you ready
- 7:22Speaker 1: to dump himTo it's funny to watch. I've got to
- 7:24Speaker 1: admit I've watched some really, really funny clips today. But
- 7:28Speaker 1: if I ran a news network, if I wanted to
- 7:30Speaker 1: be respected, if you want to be respected in your life,
- 7:34Speaker 1: do you hang out with a clown? That's the question.
- 7:37Speaker 1: I think we know the answer. Hey, go votes on
- 7:39Speaker 1: our Twitter page at Naughty and Eyes Rob. Our facebook
- 7:42Speaker 1: page is Naughty Gossip and be sure to check back
- 7:44Speaker 1: on Monday to hear your results. We have some heartbreaking
- 7:48Speaker 1: news out of La. Tommy Lee Jones's daughter has been
- 7:52Speaker 1: found dead. Her name is Victoria. She was just thirty
- 7:55Speaker 1: four years old. So tragedy has struck Hollywood on New
- 7:59Speaker 1: Year's Day as Tommy Lee Jones's daughter, Victoria Jones, was
- 8:04Speaker 1: found dead in a luxury San Francisco hotel room at
- 8:10Speaker 1: the age of just thirty four. Emergency personnel responded to
- 8:15Speaker 1: a call just before three a m pronouncing Victoria dead
- 8:20Speaker 1: at the scene. Authorities and the medical examiner are investigating,
- 8:25Speaker 1: but her cause of death remains unknown for now. She
- 8:30Speaker 1: was born in nineteen ninety one and made her acting
- 8:33Speaker 1: debut in Men in Black Part two, which her dad
- 8:36Speaker 1: starred in as well, and although she stepped back from
- 8:40Speaker 1: the spotlight, she did occasionally turn upon a red carpet
- 8:44Speaker 1: with her dad. I once met her on a red
- 8:46Speaker 1: carpet that I was working in La Charming. Seemed a
- 8:49Speaker 1: little lost, wanted to be part of the Hollywood community,
- 8:53Speaker 1: felt as if she was always in her dad's shadow.
- 8:55Speaker 1: It's very difficult if your dad is Tommy Lee Jones,
- 8:59Speaker 1: one of the greatest actors of our generation, a real
- 9:02Speaker 1: star of the silver screen. If you want to be
- 9:06Speaker 1: an actress, if you want to be part of that business,
- 9:09Speaker 1: it's tricky when your dad is the best. Now it
- 9:12Speaker 1: also is very helpful. He's got connections and the Knepper
- 9:15Speaker 1: baby phenomenon that we've been talking about. It's been going
- 9:18Speaker 1: on forever, but recently it's been getting a lot of attention.
- 9:21Speaker 1: It all makes it so complicated, but just a really,
- 9:23Speaker 1: really sad story. We're going to find out more about
- 9:26Speaker 1: this I'm told by my sources that there is probably
- 9:28Speaker 1: going to be a revelation after revelation, I'm thinking drugs,
- 9:32Speaker 1: I'm thinking alcohol. It's just so so sad. Okay, moving along,
- 9:36Speaker 1: Kim Kardashian is saying she feels defeated after the worst
- 9:41Speaker 1: year ever. She's had a terrible year. So Kim had
- 9:44Speaker 1: a really desperate twenty twenty five, and sources are saying
- 9:48Speaker 1: that she feels quote defeated, exhausted after the toughest year
- 9:53Speaker 1: of her life, lots of personal sets backs, lots of
- 9:56Speaker 1: emotional strain. She failed the bar exam and this really
- 10:01Speaker 1: was a major blow to Kim's confidence, while the pressure
- 10:04Speaker 1: of raising four kids co parenting with her ex, the
- 10:07Speaker 1: very controversial Kanye West, has added to so much stress. However,
- 10:11Speaker 1: Inside has told me romance isn't helping either. Insiders claim
- 10:14Speaker 1: that Kim FIUs that she never has time or the
- 10:18Speaker 1: energy for a serious relationship, and there she'd love to
- 10:22Speaker 1: find love again. Friends say, the reality is really really hard.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Twenty twenty five was a rough year, wasn't it. I
- 10:30Speaker 1: have friends, I have relations family members who really struggled
- 10:34Speaker 1: financially with work, with lots of jobs going away with
- 10:38Speaker 1: the economy change and also too romantically. A few of
- 10:42Speaker 1: my single friends really find it difficult to meet good people,
- 10:47Speaker 1: and I think part of it is everything now is online.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Everything now is on the apps. Going to a bar
- 10:53Speaker 1: and meeting somebody, I think that's a thing of the past.
- 10:57Speaker 1: I'm so fortunate that I met Bruce thirty years ago.
- 11:00Speaker 1: That's how long we've been together, thirty years. And I
- 11:04Speaker 1: met him in a real sweet, sweet bar in Edinburgh, Scotland.
- 11:07Speaker 1: We actually met first at the Playhouse, a theater in Scotland,
- 11:11Speaker 1: and then we bumped into each other next door at
- 11:13Speaker 1: the bar where all the theater folks went, and that's
- 11:15Speaker 1: when we really hid it off. And I'm so lucky
- 11:18Speaker 1: because I just don't know if I would be the
- 11:21Speaker 1: right type, the right personality to deal, to negotiate, to
- 11:26Speaker 1: navigate all the dating apps. Are you doing that? Are
- 11:30Speaker 1: you on those apps? I'm not judging here. I hope
- 11:32Speaker 1: you are, because that's where you're going to meet somebody.
- 11:35Speaker 1: I don't quite know who you're going to meet there,
- 11:37Speaker 1: But then again, you never know who you're going to
- 11:39Speaker 1: meet in our bar. But the added technology to our lives,
- 11:42Speaker 1: it certainly has helped us in many, many ways. And
- 11:45Speaker 1: I'm so grateful for my computer and my phone and
- 11:48Speaker 1: podcasting now and TikTok videos. I'm doing my sub stack.
- 11:52Speaker 1: I'm so grateful for all this, all this newness, all
- 11:54Speaker 1: this new technology. But I'm also aware it comes at
- 11:57Speaker 1: a cost. I miss going to an office. You still
- 12:00Speaker 1: love going to an office. For fifteen years, I went
- 12:03Speaker 1: to an office five days, sometimes six days a week,
- 12:05Speaker 1: and I loved it. Some of my best friends, Delaya, Donnie,
- 12:10Speaker 1: Mark Lupo, I met them, Garrett from going to an office.
- 12:16Speaker 1: I worked with these people and they became really good friends.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Look at your friendship circle. I'm sure a lot of
- 12:21Speaker 1: them you've met at work. Well, Now, if you want
- 12:24Speaker 1: to get home all day, you never leave the house,
- 12:26Speaker 1: you're not going to meet You're not going to develop
- 12:28Speaker 1: those type of friends. So it's not just about romance,
- 12:31Speaker 1: it's about all relationships. Here. I think during twenty twenty six,
- 12:35Speaker 1: I'm going to make more of an effort to put
- 12:37Speaker 1: my phone down and go out and meet friends, meet people. Okay,
- 12:42Speaker 1: this story made me smile. J lo is shutting down
- 12:46Speaker 1: age shamers. She is fifty six years old, and she
- 12:50Speaker 1: said quote if you had this booty, you had been
- 12:53Speaker 1: naked to old, Jennifer s Jennifer, she's not dressing for
- 12:57Speaker 1: anyone but herself. She's kicked off her new Las Vei residency.
- 13:01Speaker 1: I was invited to go. I'm hearing New York. It
- 13:03Speaker 1: was just a bad timing, but I will go later
- 13:05Speaker 1: on in the year. She's fifty six years old and
- 13:08Speaker 1: the superstar. She clapped back when critics said she should
- 13:11Speaker 1: quote dress her age. How dare they so? She was
- 13:15Speaker 1: mocking online haters. On stage, she talks to her audience too.
- 13:18Speaker 1: I love that. I love pop stars, celebrities when you
- 13:21Speaker 1: go to see them live, they give you all the hits.
- 13:23Speaker 1: I want the hits. I don't want the new songs.
- 13:24Speaker 1: I want the hits. But then I want you to
- 13:26Speaker 1: talk to me. I want you to make fun with jokes.
- 13:28Speaker 1: I want to get to know you a little bit. Well.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Jennifer does that in her act. And she said people
- 13:33Speaker 1: are always asking her why are you always naked? And
- 13:36Speaker 1: she responded with a joke saying, if you had this booty,
- 13:39Speaker 1: you'd been naked too, And she shuck a bottom and
- 13:41Speaker 1: the place when nuts. Her mom was in the audience
- 13:43Speaker 1: having a brilliant, brilliant night. Caesar's Palace. There's a lot
- 13:46Speaker 1: of seats there. I think it's four maybe six thousand seats.
- 13:50Speaker 1: It's one of the largest celebrity venues in Los Angeles.
- 13:54Speaker 1: A lot of other stars are playing much smaller theaters,
- 13:57Speaker 1: even on the strip. Off the strip, Jlo's doing a
- 14:00Speaker 1: massive Ticket sales are phenomenal. They're really expensive though. I
- 14:03Speaker 1: went online to look at the tickets. Five hundred dollars.
- 14:06Speaker 1: I mean, who can pay that for one ticket? Not
- 14:08Speaker 1: too for one ticket. They're the seats in the orchestra, though,
- 14:11Speaker 1: they're really good seats. I'd sit way at the back,
- 14:13Speaker 1: I think, because I'm not paying that that sort of money.
- 14:15Speaker 1: But I'd love to see her. I've seen photographs of
- 14:17Speaker 1: the show. Jlo puts on a show. She has catoure,
- 14:20Speaker 1: she has costumes, she's half naked, she's shaking that fabulous bottom.
- 14:25Speaker 1: And so j Lo here is to ukay quickly before
- 14:28Speaker 1: we get a break. Timothy Shallomay I saw his new
- 14:31Speaker 1: movie last night, Marty Supreme, but went with Bruce and
- 14:34Speaker 1: our friend Karen. It was fantastic, but there is a
- 14:36Speaker 1: scene in there, a little racy scene where he bends over,
- 14:39Speaker 1: drops his underwear and his trousers, and has his bottom
- 14:43Speaker 1: paddled the ping pong bat. Now. He does play a
- 14:46Speaker 1: world famous ping pong player in the show, and there
- 14:49Speaker 1: is a funny scene, quiet here dramatic scene where he
- 14:52Speaker 1: is humiliated by a bunch of men and he is
- 14:55Speaker 1: asked to bend over. It's not sexual. These are straight
- 14:57Speaker 1: men who bend him over and w a smack his
- 15:00Speaker 1: bare bottom. I'm told he worn't on that scene for
- 15:03Speaker 1: hours and hours and hours. He refused to have a
- 15:06Speaker 1: button double. Kevin O'Leary from Sharp Tank of all People
- 15:10Speaker 1: is playing the character that spanks him. He whacked it,
- 15:14Speaker 1: and he whacked it hard. There is no stunt bottom
- 15:18Speaker 1: in that scene. It's a great movie, but also too
- 15:21Speaker 1: it's fun to see this one scene that everybody is
- 15:24Speaker 1: talking about. Okay, we're gonna take a quick break while
- 15:27Speaker 1: you're thinking about that, and we'll be back in a moment.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Welcome back to the Naughty but nine Show. I guess
- 15:35Speaker 1: now is a good time to thank all our sponsors.
- 15:37Speaker 1: The reason we can bring you this podcast five days
- 15:39Speaker 1: a week at zero cost, no cost. We're not behind
- 15:42Speaker 1: a pay well. Nobody's been asked to pay for this
- 15:45Speaker 1: is because of our advertisers. So is it to pain
- 15:47Speaker 1: in the bottom Timothy Shallama, Yes, to have to listen
- 15:51Speaker 1: to a few ads, I get it. I get it,
- 15:53Speaker 1: but let's always remember why they are there. They make
- 15:56Speaker 1: this possible. They allow us to bring you this show
- 16:00Speaker 1: at zero cost. Okay, let's get to the poll's lutter dull.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Last show we talked about how sloppy, how juicy, how
- 16:10Speaker 1: delicious twenty twenty five was in Celebrity Gossip? Are you
- 16:14Speaker 1: expecting an even juicier twenty twenty six for celebrities? Let's
- 16:18Speaker 1: have a lot you are? I think you're hopeful. Eighty
- 16:21Speaker 1: percent said yes, we're going to have a really good
- 16:23Speaker 1: celebrity juicy gossipy twenty twenty six. I hope you're right. Noughties, hey,
- 16:29Speaker 1: don't forget to vote on today's poll about Andy Cohen,
- 16:33Speaker 1: C and N it looks like it is at the end,
- 16:35Speaker 1: it was always a real odd fit. They try to
- 16:38Speaker 1: be serious, they try to be news, and he is
- 16:40Speaker 1: sloppy and he is reality TV. He is brather. There
- 16:43Speaker 1: is no truth to his shows, and News I think
- 16:46Speaker 1: has to have credibility. So it looks like it's ending
- 16:48Speaker 1: well do you think? Hey, go vote on our Twitter
- 16:50Speaker 1: page add Naughty nine rab Our Facebook page is Naughty
- 16:53Speaker 1: Gossip and be sure to check back on Monday to
- 16:56Speaker 1: hear your results. And now it's time for the nicest
- 17:01Speaker 1: of the day. And nicest of the day is France.
- 17:04Speaker 1: You know I love Paris or now the country France.
- 17:07Speaker 1: The nation is defending giving George Anna mult Clooney citizenship,
- 17:12Speaker 1: saying they contribute to culture. So George and them all
- 17:16Speaker 1: have officially joined the ranks are French citizens and Paris
- 17:20Speaker 1: is taking aim at all the criticism. The French government
- 17:24Speaker 1: said the power couple earned their citizenship because they contribute
- 17:30Speaker 1: through their distinguished actions to France's international influence and cultural outreach.
- 17:38Speaker 1: So when you become a citizen, when I became a
- 17:39Speaker 1: citizen of America, you have to go through very very
- 17:43Speaker 1: strict rules and you have to prove you bring in
- 17:45Speaker 1: something to the table. I had to prove that I
- 17:48Speaker 1: had a skill that the Americans do not have. It's
- 17:50Speaker 1: a very challenging things to do. It's much much harder
- 17:53Speaker 1: than what you think. It took me a long long
- 17:55Speaker 1: time to go through the legal process to become an American. Well,
- 18:00Speaker 1: George Clooney and a moll are doing the same thing.
- 18:02Speaker 1: They've done the same thing in France. They are now
- 18:05Speaker 1: officially French and the government is saying there was no shortcuts.
- 18:09Speaker 1: They didn't jump to the top. They've been going through
- 18:12Speaker 1: this for years. And it'd be hung to argue somebody
- 18:15Speaker 1: like George and a mole do not bring special skills.
- 18:19Speaker 1: What country wouldn't want to have George and a mole Clooney,
- 18:24Speaker 1: joy and there man, nicest of the day. I do
- 18:26Speaker 1: love it when your country's got your back. So there's
- 18:29Speaker 1: a lot of feelings about George leaving America. I understand that.
- 18:33Speaker 1: And immigration is such a hot potato issue, isn't it.
- 18:36Speaker 1: I try to stay away from all that stuff, but
- 18:39Speaker 1: I do love the thought here that your country, wherever
- 18:42Speaker 1: you are a citizen, your country has your back. I
- 18:46Speaker 1: like that. I would love to believe that America has
- 18:51Speaker 1: my back, and I believe it has yours too. Okay,
- 18:54Speaker 1: and naught is the day, naughty, naughty, naughty. Oh, this
- 18:57Speaker 1: is a tragic story, quite scary. Pink was hospitalized on
- 19:01Speaker 1: New Year's Eve for next surgery, so she kicked off
- 19:04Speaker 1: twenty twenty six, in a hospital bed. We know this
- 19:06Speaker 1: because she popped her selfie up, revealing that she's undergone
- 19:09Speaker 1: surgery to have two discs in her neck fixed. She said, quote,
- 19:13Speaker 1: she is funny. This may not be a fancy facelift,
- 19:17Speaker 1: but I'm getting two new, shiny discs in my neck.
- 19:20Speaker 1: She is a fabulous performer. She showed her a little
- 19:24Speaker 1: bit of her new scar, and she really is working
- 19:27Speaker 1: on getting well. If you've ever seen her live, you
- 19:30Speaker 1: know how physical her act is. We are sending you
- 19:34Speaker 1: our best and every other celebrity who is in hospital
- 19:38Speaker 1: right now, and not just celebrity, anybody, everybody who's in
- 19:42Speaker 1: hospital right now. Okay, let's end with a moment of Rabbi.
- 19:45Speaker 1: You get a ruby Rubbi. You rub. Your brain is
- 19:48Speaker 1: a recorder and it plays back whatever you say. Most
- 19:53Speaker 1: if you keep repeating to your brain that I'm stuck,
- 19:56Speaker 1: I'm bad at this, nothing ever works. Your brain treats
- 19:59Speaker 1: that as an instruction, and it looks for proof, not
- 20:03Speaker 1: because it's true, but because you told it so. So
- 20:06Speaker 1: be deliberate, choose a stronger story. Why don't you tell
- 20:10Speaker 1: your brain I'm great, I'm capable, I'm figuring things out
- 20:15Speaker 1: repeed it daily out loud if you can, even when
- 20:19Speaker 1: it feels fake. Your brain doesn't need belief to start working.
- 20:25Speaker 1: It needs repetition. Let me say that again. Your brain
- 20:28Speaker 1: doesn't need belief to start working. It needs repetition. The
- 20:33Speaker 1: story you repeat the most becomes the life that you live. Ah,
- 20:39Speaker 1: think about that today. Think about what you're telling your brain.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Think about what you're telling that recorder in your head.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Tell it good things and they will come true. Okay,
- 20:49Speaker 1: that is it for this week. Thank you so much
- 20:52Speaker 1: for listening to the Naughty but Nights with Robert Norti show.
- 20:55Speaker 1: You're the co host today. We're a production of Elvis
