If you want to know a little secret When I am going live on these on Mondays and Fridays, I try to, I try to go live on YouTube every Monday and Friday just with my own live stream, my own solo kind of, uh, communication to connect with you to help to get my vibration out there and try to uplift and inspire and connect.
• 2:00
What I wanna talk about is, uh... Hello, hello. Um, what I wanna talk about today is... That's a good question. What was I? I'm ta- I'm thinking about dance party. Oh, why your life falls apart. I made notes here to, uh... Because it can seem like our life can fall apart, and that can be really, really hard, but that often is not what it seems, and so I wanna go into that.
• 3:00
Um, and I think that life is meant to be enjoyed. And if you can be in joy, if you can put yourself in joy, you will raise your vibration. And you're meant to raise your vibration through your body, not just... You know, we can think about spiritual attainment is in terms of us, um, tr- uh, what's the word I'm looking for?
• 4:00
It feels so resonant, and it's beautiful and amazing. And, and I think it's native to who we are as spirits. But we are here in human bodies, and we're here in the Earth realm. And even though we are these high vibrational beings, we have chosen to come here and to affect this Earth realm with a high vibration.
• 5:00
And yes, there is reverence in spirituality, and yes, we do need to take some things seriously, but the name of the game is to have and hold and carry and emit a high vibration. And there are things that you can do to get yourself in a high vibration, like dancing, like singing, like laughing. And those things really help to get your vibration high.
• 6:00
And put on some kind of music that really makes you wanna move, and that movement, that physical movement is gonna help to shake some things out and bring some things in. So that's one very practical thing. So now let's get to, um, the topic at hand, which is when our lives start to fall apart, when chaos shows up, and how that can feel like we are on the wrong path.
• 7:00
Lots of... That we can tell ourselves lots of stories that are negative when we're finding ourself in a lot of negative circumstances. And we need to keep in mind That our life is... We're gonna go through a lot of different iterations of our life. We are here to have a lot of different experiences, and there is this human tendency to get really comfortable where we are, and not to, not to proactively expand ourselves and move into the next phase of life.
• 8:00
Uh, move into a higher phase of life. And so our life, if it's urgent, if our life i- if, if God, if our higher self is saying, "All right, you're, you're kinda overdue now on waking up to some of the things that you're there to learn, that you're there to do. You came into this life to do certain things and to, um, have certain skills that are meant to help other people," for example, that could be, um, but you're here to move into another phase of life and you're not choosing to do it on your own, so let's start poking, and let's start making things less comfortable.
• 9:00
You were comfortable. Didn't maybe like the people-ish, maybe not. But, uh, you weren't really doing anything about it, and now the job is gone Maybe it is, uh, that you were in a physical location and you felt that you weren't in the right place, and you suddenly have to move. Maybe like your partner's job, you're, you're having to move for your partner's job or your own job, or some other reason.
• 10:00
There was comfort there. I knew what I was doing, and now suddenly, um, I'm in the midst of that going away, and I don't like it. And what can very well be happening that you won't see in the time while it's happening, you only can see this in hindsight, but it can be that your life is making room for the new.
• 11:00
And you may need some sort of impetus that's going to create that change within you where you're not feeling comfortable. You're trying to find something to, um, that, that will f- make you feel good, that is gonna be for your highest good. And so those challenges that are showing up in your life can be that impetus for change, for something greater.
• 12:00
But I know how this has shown up in my own life, and this was many years ago where I was very comfortable. I was living abroad with my family and I, uh, while we were living abroad, I wasn't working. And so I was spending my time with the friends that I had made where we were living. I was sp- spending my time with hobbies and just having...
• 13:00
I wasn't going that direction. And my life fell apart, and I had very quickly, in a seven-month period, I had, uh, the death of my sister-in-law, the death of our family dog My stepdad had a serious medical diagnosis and had to have surgery on
• 14:00
I mean, it felt like I would just kind of stabilize and get used to the whatever the latest tragedy was, and then I'd get some sort of other devastating news. And that's just the stuff that was happening in my immediate family And my in-laws, you know, my- mine and my husband's immediate family. At the same time, I had friends whose siblings were dying.
• 15:00
And it really felt like my life just felt so disorienting, and it was a really hard time. And I felt like when I would wake up in the morning, I just had to get through that day. It's like you kind of wake up and you're getting your bearings, and it'd be like... And then I'd start to remember everything that was happening, and it was like, "Ugh, all right, I just h- how many more hours until I can go to sleep again?"
• 16:00
And I really wasn't even interested in, in nurturing my spirit at that time, not consciously anyway. I really just needed to calm myself. I needed some sort of technique that would help me to be able to cope and to feel better. And, um, so that was kind of how my meditation practice started. And then through my own organic connection and, and practice and, and meditating every day faithfully, I started to have my own experiences seeing light behind my eyes, feeling light moving through my body, seeing different things.
• 17:00
This came and it moved through not only, you know, to help me feel calmer in my nervous system and my mind, and to help me feel more relaxed and find... To be able to invoke relaxation within myself, but it ended up ultimately changing the way I see the world, the way that I care for myself, the way that I, um...
• 18:00
I really don't think that there is a political savior that's gonna come and, and help us. I think that that's not... That's an empty well, um, to say the least. It's a poisonous well. So it changed me completely, and it took my life seemingly falling apart to open myself up to that great change, to, uh, uh, what I see as a higher version of myself.
• 19:00
in order to become a higher version of myself. And, you know, I could see that I had spaciousness in my life without that tragedy. Like, before all of those things, all of those dominoes started to fall, I had time to explore meditation, to explore God, to explore my higher self, to, to do things like that, and I just wasn't doing it.
• 20:00
He was this very, um, you know, like, humble person who was really a genius. Um, I think he called himself a hillbilly, you know, in Colorado. But absolute genius in terms of energy healing, and he would create these different devices and there's a, there have been a couple of biographies written about him.
• 21:00
And depending... There are different models, different sizes, and depending on which one, m- it, that depends what the field, what the, how far-reaching the energy change is. Now, it's converting the energy from disharmonious into harmonious. It's changing it from a high-- a low vibri- vibration into a high vibration, and there are physical things that it does to change the environment, like pollution and, uh, radiation, electromagnetic radiation.
• 22:00
So ultimately it organizes everything in accordance with the highest vibration, or in accordance with a high vibration maybe is a better way to say it But in order to do that, it, it shines a light on shadows, and it, it kinda lifts chaos up so that it can be reconciled. And the, the author gave a personal testament to that because she had gotten, uh, one of these devices, and she brought it into her life and suddenly, very suddenly, her boyfriend who they'd been together for a while, and she said that he was not...
• 23:00
She was a seeker, and he wasn't a seeker. And to say... She said, "To say the least, he was not a seeker." So, um, and she thought that, you know, they could stay together despite that and al- Like, she got this device, and then very suddenly he just kinda walked into the room and was like, "I don't wanna be together anymore."
• 24:00
That because he was so skeptical about things that were important to her, she felt held back. And once they did decide to separate that, uh... Oh, thank you. Thank you so much for being here. Um, I'm, I'm about finished, so I'm just responding to a comment here. Thank you for your comments. Um, but as she, you know, was like, "Okay, we'll decide to, uh, separate," and once that happened and he was no longer in her life, she started getting these clients for her work.
• 25:00
And, um, so it was like once he left- The, it opened up these possibilities for things that she didn't even realize she'd been holding at bay because of the energy from that relationship. And so it really helped. Like, she could s- but she couldn't see that while it was happening. But once she had gone through it, then she could see that, uh, in hindsight, oh, once that relationship ended, it's like this spaciousness opened up for the next version of her life, and then all of these other things started coming in.
• 26:00
So I offer this because we all find ourselves in these times of life where things feel chaotic, and I think there is a lot of that going on right now this year, next year too. Um, and so I hope that you can see the, the benefit, the potential benefit. If you're in the thick of it, it might actually be working in your favor.
• 27:00
Just talk to God. Talk to your higher self. Ask for guidance. Ask for things. Ask to be inspired to be on your highest path. Ask for the next step, the best next step. Ask for it to be obvious. That is the approach that I take anyway when I find myself in this situation. And it can be a surrender, but this is where your lifeline is God and your higher self, and you will always have your higher self and God, and you can just keep asking for the highest good to be guided, to make it obvious, to be inspired, and to allow what you're going through to propel you into the highest timeline because you very well may be finishing a dead-end timeline that was not gonna take you to higher places.
• 28:00
Maybe it was gonna take you down a downward path. And so by this very quick change that can be really hard to go through, this very well may be, you know, a huge, huge blessing. So thank you so much for being here, for watching the recording, and please share, like, subscribe, comment, all of that is so, so helpful.
