  Listen, listen, I'm going to tell you right now. We took Cody to the Newburgh

  Veterinary Hospital, and I've been going there since I was 16 years old.

  That's not just a place to me, it's family.

  They're a full-service animal hospital here in the Hudson Valley that treats

  pets like family, not just patients.

  They have a full team of doctors, specialists, technicians, and staff all working
• 1:50
  together for complete care.

  Instead of listing names all at once, let me just space this all out because

  I don't want to sit here and forget any of you that I really wanted to give

  shout outs to this morning.

  I would like to begin with Cody's doctor, Dr. Kyra Musmuller.

  I hope I said that right. We took care of Cody.

  You can just tell when someone genuinely cares, especially a doctor.

  Dora, the practice manager, of course, always makes you feel like you're not
• 2:20
  just another appointment.

  Melissa, we love her. She's one of the most, those people who just brings calm into the room.

  And of course, who can forget Fumi, Allison, and Sean, and the entire team,
• 2:32
  even the front desk, because let's be honest, they're the first ones you see
• 2:36
  when you're stressed out.
• 2:38
  And we can't forget Fran, good old Fran who saw Cody when he was a puppy,
• 2:43
  always taking care of Cody like if it was her own when he would walk into the facility.

  If I missed anyone, just know that we all and my family appreciate all of you.

  Well, you can't put a price on your pet.

  You just can't. There's not, they're not just animals.

  They're, they're part of your life and your routine and your family.

  And when something happens, you realize real quick that you'll do whatever it takes.

  God places things in our lives to teach us how to love.

  And sometimes that love shows up with four legs, a wagging tail and a paw that needs healing.

  So today hug your pet a little tighter because they may not speak but they love
• 3:31
  louder than most and they love louder most people ever could.

  You know, I'll tell you one thing. This episode that I wanted to write about

  is not really all about just getting you aware of the hospital in Newburgh.

  It's really just to promote the fact that we all enjoy our pets.

  We love our pets, but we can't do everything as a pet owner.

  Sometimes we have to reach out to the specialists, the doctors who do everything
• 4:04
  in their power to make sure that our animals are doing better.

  And that's what Newburgh Veterinarian is doing for Cody. So prayers for every
• 4:13
  pet owner, prayers for every veteran, veterinarian, excuse me.

  Well, hey, veterans too, right? They need dogs too, right? Or animals for that matter.

  Thank you for what you guys do because you do have the healing power and we appreciate it.

  So here's a formal prayer for each and every one of you that inspire to help

  out a pet each and every day.

  Heavenly Father, thank you for giving them gifts and their patience to be with

  animals and to allow them to heal them and to nurture them.

  And we ask this of you in your precious name.
