Today's Show Notes
May is National Salad Month.
And if you've never grown a salad garden, this is the perfect time to begin.
An honest salad garden starts smaller than you might think.
Soft bib lettuce.
Red and green.
Mustard greens.
Arugula.
Spinach.
And Swiss chard that just keeps coming in all those glorious colors.
And don't forget the herbs.
Dill.
Flat-leaf parsley.
Cilantro.
And mint — which will take over a bit.

The skinny isn't ready yet — notes appear once the transcript is processed.
