  Speaker 1: It is time for us to go to God in praying.

  Speaker 1: As always, I ask that you joined along with me

  Speaker 1: in prayer. And I was thinking about you know, so

  Speaker 1: often we feel like we're functioning right, We're going from

  Speaker 1: one task to the other. We're doing the same thing
• 0:15
  Speaker 1: over and no, we're gonna work and we're doing this.

  Speaker 1: We're just doing enough to get by, and we are
• 0:20
  Speaker 1: tired and we need to reset. I think about when
• 0:23
  Speaker 1: our computers we've had them on a long time and
• 0:25
  Speaker 1: they start acting slow, or if they're malfunctioning, we have
• 0:29
  Speaker 1: to do what they call a reset on the computer.

  Speaker 1: That's where you shut it down and let it restart.
• 0:35
  Speaker 1: And sometimes in our lives that's what we need. We
• 0:37
  Speaker 1: need to restart, We need to refresh in our lives
• 0:41
  Speaker 1: because we've been going, going, going, NonStop and we haven't
• 0:44
  Speaker 1: taken the time to reset, refresh and rest. So Father,
• 0:50
  Speaker 1: that's what we're praying for. And the reason we can't
• 0:53
  Speaker 1: rest oftentimes, God, is that because we're trying to carry
• 0:56
  Speaker 1: it all and we were never meant or made to
• 0:59
  Speaker 1: carry this stresses and the burdens and the cares of
• 1:03
  Speaker 1: this world, or our family or our job. So God,
• 1:06
  Speaker 1: we're praying right now for rest peace. We're choosing to
• 1:11
  Speaker 1: cast our cares on you. We let down our guard
• 1:15
  Speaker 1: and we rest. We know you're our hiding place. We
• 1:18
  Speaker 1: receive your rest, We receive your restoration. We receive You'll
• 1:23
  Speaker 1: renewal shelter us, God from the storms of life. Give
• 1:26
  Speaker 1: us wisdom so that we're able to take the right steps.

  Speaker 1: Strengthen us God, where we're weary in our mind and
• 1:34
  Speaker 1: our body and our spirit. God, we know you're our shepherd.

  Speaker 1: You promised in your word that you would lie us
• 1:40
  Speaker 1: down in green pastors. You said that you would lead
• 1:44
  Speaker 1: us beside the RESTful steel waters. You said that you
• 1:48
  Speaker 1: would refresh our souls. God, that sounds like peace and
• 1:50
  Speaker 1: so rendered to me. We're gonna do it like your
• 1:53
  Speaker 1: word says. We're gonna be stealed. We're gonna be steal
• 1:56
  Speaker 1: and know that you are God. We're not gonna be
• 1:59
  Speaker 1: fearful of the economy. We're not gonna be fearful of

  Speaker 1: the doctor's report. We're not gonna be fearful of what's
• 2:04
  Speaker 1: happening in our community or on the news of the reports.

  Speaker 1: And we're gonna trust in you and rest in you.

  Speaker 1: We're gonna find our refuge, our safety, our shelter, and you,
• 2:14
  Speaker 1: and you alone, God, we put our trust and Father.

  Speaker 1: Today we're gonna enter that peace that you promised in
• 2:20
  Speaker 1: your word, that peace that goes beyond our human understanding.

  Speaker 1: We thank you Lord that when we lie down, we
• 2:27
  Speaker 1: won't be afraid. When we lie down, we're gonna have
• 2:29
  Speaker 1: some sweet sleep in Jesus' name, Amen,
