JTD Land Company Acquires Sun Terra Lakes for $53 Million
PALM BAY, FL (The Palm Bayer) — Kissimmee-based JTD Land Company has acquired the 1,100-acre Sun Terra Lakes master-planned community for $53 million. The all-cash transaction closed July 31 and was recorded by the Brevard County Clerk of Courts on August 3.
The developer purchased the property from Sun Terra Communities, which acquired the raw land for $28.75 million in March 2024. Over a 28-month holding period, Sun Terra secured full entitlement vesting for 2,548 residential units and a 25-acre commercial node, generating a $24.25 million gross asset value appreciation.
