• 1:41
  Yeah,
• 1:41
  I'm
• 1:41
  really
• 1:42
  looking
• 1:42
  forward
• 1:42
  to
• 1:42
  it.
• 1:42
  You
• 1:42
  know,
• 1:43
  folks
• 1:43
  like
• 1:43
  we
• 1:43
  always
• 1:43
  do,
• 1:44
  one
• 1:45
  pattern,
• 1:45
  one
• 1:45
  designer,
• 1:46
  you
• 1:46
  know,
• 1:46
  problem
• 1:47
  to
• 1:47
  be
• 1:47
  solved,
• 1:47
  how
• 1:48
  it
• 1:48
  was
• 1:48
  designed
• 1:48
  and
• 1:48
  evolved
• 1:49
  and
• 1:49
  how
• 1:49
  to
• 1:49
  fish
• 1:49
  it.
• 1:50
  And
• 1:50
  tonight
• 1:50
  we're
• 1:50
  going
• 1:51
  to
• 1:51
  talk
• 1:51
  about
• 1:51
  the
• 1:51
  Optimus
• 1:52
  Swine.
• 1:52
  And
• 1:52
  you
• 1:53
  know,
• 1:53
  Eli,
• 1:53
  I
• 1:53
  have
• 1:53
  to.
• 1:53
  Ask
• 1:54
  you,
• 1:54
  where
• 1:54
  did
• 1:54
  the
• 1:54
  name
• 1:55
  for.
• 1:55
  The
• 1:55
  fly
• 1:55
  come
• 1:55
  from?
• 1:57
  So
• 1:57
  I
• 1:58
  get
• 1:58
  this
• 1:58
  question
• 1:59
  every
• 1:59
  time
• 1:59
  I'm
• 2:00
  at
• 2:00
  some
• 2:00
  event,
• 2:00
  right?
• 2:01
  And
• 2:02
  the,
• 2:03
  the
• 2:03
  simple
• 2:04
  answer
• 2:04
  is
• 2:05
  I
• 2:05
  make
• 2:06
  my
• 2:06
  flies
• 2:06
  are
• 2:07
  named
• 2:07
  after
• 2:07
  things
• 2:07
  that
• 2:08
  make
• 2:08
  me
• 2:08
  last,
• 2:09
  right?
• 2:10
  I
• 2:10
  think
• 2:11
  a
• 2:11
  lot
• 2:11
  of
• 2:11
  the
• 2:11
  fly
• 2:11
  names
• 2:12
  out
• 2:12
  there
• 2:12
  are
• 2:12
  really
• 2:12
  crude
• 2:13
  and
• 2:14
  like,
• 2:14
  not
• 2:14
  family
• 2:15
  friendly.
• 2:15
  So
• 2:16
  I
• 2:16
  tried
• 2:16
  to
• 2:16
  make
• 2:16
  them
• 2:16
  pretty
• 2:17
  like
• 2:18
  dad
• 2:18
  joke
• 2:19
  friendly.
• 2:19
  Dad
• 2:19
  joke
• 2:20
  funny.
• 2:21
  I
• 2:21
  live
• 2:21
  on
• 2:21
  a
• 2:21
  farm.
• 2:22
  My
• 2:22
  wife
• 2:22
  runs
• 2:22
  a
• 2:22
  farm.
• 2:23
  Runs
• 2:24
  a
• 2:24
  farm
• 2:24
  that
• 2:24
  we
• 2:24
  Live
• 2:25
  on.
• 2:25
  And
• 2:27
  there's
• 2:27
  a
• 2:27
  day
• 2:27
  camp
• 2:27
  here
• 2:28
  in
• 2:28
  the
• 2:28
  summer,
• 2:29
  and
• 2:29
  one
• 2:29
  of
• 2:29
  the
• 2:29
  groups,
• 2:30
  one
• 2:31
  of
• 2:31
  the
• 2:31
  counselors
• 2:31
  ran
• 2:31
  a
• 2:32
  couple
• 2:32
  of
• 2:32
  years,
• 2:32
  like,
• 2:32
  I
• 2:33
  don't
• 2:33
  know,
• 2:33
  right
• 2:33
  about
• 2:33
  the
• 2:34
  time
• 2:34
  this
• 2:34
  fly
• 2:34
  came
• 2:34
  out.
• 2:34
  So
• 2:35
  about
• 2:35
  2010,
• 2:36
  2009,
• 2:36
  something
• 2:37
  like
• 2:37
  that.
• 2:38
  Their
• 2:39
  group
• 2:39
  for
• 2:39
  the
• 2:39
  summer
• 2:39
  was
• 2:40
  Optimus
• 2:40
  Swine.
• 2:41
  And
• 2:41
  he
• 2:41
  was
• 2:41
  a
• 2:41
  really
• 2:42
  good
• 2:42
  artist,
• 2:42
  and
• 2:43
  he
• 2:43
  drew
• 2:43
  like,
• 2:44
  the
• 2:44
  Autobot
• 2:45
  logo
• 2:45
  with
• 2:46
  a
• 2:46
  pig,
• 2:47
  like,
• 2:47
  combined,
• 2:48
  like
• 2:48
  the
• 2:48
  two
• 2:48
  things
• 2:49
  together,
• 2:50
  and
• 2:50
  it
• 2:51
  was
• 2:51
  just
• 2:51
  really
• 2:51
  cool
• 2:51
  and
• 2:51
  really
• 2:52
  funny.
• 2:52
  And
• 2:52
  I
• 2:52
  keep
• 2:52
  a
• 2:53
  list
• 2:53
  of
• 2:53
  things
• 2:53
  that
• 2:53
  make
• 2:53
  me
• 2:53
  laugh,
• 2:54
  like
• 2:54
  family
• 2:55
  friendly
• 2:55
  stuff
• 2:55
  and
• 2:56
  on
• 2:56
  my
• 2:56
  phone.
• 2:56
  And
• 2:57
  when
• 2:57
  that
• 2:57
  fly
• 2:57
  kind
• 2:57
  of
• 2:57
  came
• 2:58
  together,
• 2:59
  I'm
• 3:00
  like
• 3:00
  looking
• 3:01
  at
• 3:01
  it,
• 3:01
  looking
• 3:01
  through
• 3:01
  my
• 3:02
  list
• 3:02
  and
• 3:02
  like,
• 3:02
  like
• 3:03
  Optimus.
• 3:03
  My
• 3:04
  Optimus
• 3:04
  flying.
• 3:04
  That
• 3:05
  fits.
• 3:05
  And
• 3:05
  so
• 3:06
  it
• 3:06
  kind
• 3:06
  of
• 3:06
  came
• 3:07
  together.
• 3:07
  And
• 3:07
  then
• 3:08
  not
• 3:08
  too
• 3:08
  long
• 3:08
  after
• 3:09
  that
• 3:09
  fly
• 3:10
  or
• 3:10
  three
• 3:10
  years
• 3:10
  after
• 3:11
  that
• 3:11
  flag
• 3:11
  kind
• 3:12
  of
• 3:12
  gotten
• 3:12
  out
• 3:12
  there,
• 3:13
  I
• 3:13
  did
• 3:14
  a.
• 3:17
  The
• 3:17
  tying
• 3:18
  event,
• 3:18
  the
• 3:18

  with

• 3:21
  at

• 3:22
  And
• 3:23
  they
• 3:23
  did
• 3:23
  the
• 3:23
  recording
• 3:24
  and
• 3:24
  they
• 3:24
  did
• 3:24
  some
• 3:24
  editing
• 3:24
  with
• 3:25
  some
• 3:25
  old
• 3:25
  Transformers
• 3:26
  footage
• 3:27
  in
• 3:27
  it.
• 3:27
  And
• 3:28
  it's.
• 3:28
  It's
• 3:29
  just
• 3:29
  awesome.
• 3:29
  It's
• 3:29
  just
• 3:29
  like.
• 3:30
  It's
• 3:30
  one
• 3:30
  of

• 3:32
  the
• 3:32
  fly
• 3:33
  fishing
• 3:33
  world,
• 3:33
  right,
• 3:34
  that.
• 3:34
  That
• 3:35
  they
• 3:35
  put
• 3:35
  together.
• 3:35
  I
• 3:36
  still
• 3:36
  kind
• 3:36
  of
• 3:36
  pull
• 3:36
  it
• 3:36
  up
• 3:36
  and
• 3:37
  look
• 3:37
  at
• 3:37
  it.
• 3:37
  Makes
• 3:37
  me
• 3:37
  laugh,
• 3:38
  makes
• 3:38
  me
• 3:38
  smile.
• 3:38
  It's
• 3:39
  pretty
• 3:39
  cool.
• 3:40
  Yeah,
• 3:40
  it's
• 3:40
  funny.
• 3:40
  I
• 3:40
  watched
• 3:41
  that
• 3:41
  earlier
• 3:41
  today,
• 3:41
  and
• 3:42
  so.
• 3:42
  Was
• 3:42
  the
• 3:42
  drawing
• 3:43
  from
• 3:43
  camp,
• 3:43
  the
• 3:43
  same.
• 3:43
  Drawing
• 3:44
  of
• 3:44
  the
• 3:44
  swine
• 3:44
  that
• 3:45
  shows
• 3:45
  up
• 3:45
  in
• 3:45
  the
• 3:45
  video?
• 3:47
  It
• 3:47
  was
• 3:47
  not.
• 3:48
  It
• 3:48
  was
• 3:48
  not,
• 3:48
  but
• 3:49
  it
• 3:49
  was.
• 3:50
  It
• 3:50
  was
• 3:50
  pretty.
• 3:50
  Like,
• 3:51
  it
• 3:51
  was
• 3:51
  just
• 3:52
  pretty
• 3:52
  cool,
• 3:52
  man.
• 3:52
  Like,
• 3:53
  I
• 3:53
  love
• 3:53
  it.
• 3:54
  Yeah,
• 3:54
  absolutely.
• 3:55
  And
• 3:55
  so,
• 3:55
  you
• 3:55
  know,
• 3:56
  Eli,
• 3:56
  tell
• 3:56
  me,
• 3:56
  you
• 3:57
  know,
• 3:57
  what
• 3:57
  was
• 3:57
  the
• 3:58
  kind
• 3:58
  of
• 3:58
  the
• 3:58
  hole
• 3:59
  in
• 3:59
  your
• 3:59
  fly
• 3:59
  box
• 4:00
  if
• 4:00
  we
• 4:00
  jump
• 4:00
  back
• 4:00
  in
• 4:00
  the
• 4:00
  time
• 4:01
  machine
• 4:01
  that
• 4:02
  you
• 4:02
  were
• 4:02
  trying
• 4:02
  to
• 4:02
  fill
• 4:02
  when
• 4:03
  you
• 4:03
  started
• 4:03
  working
• 4:03
  on
• 4:03
  the
• 4:03
  Optimus
• 4:04
  Wine.
• 4:06
  So
• 4:06
  when
• 4:07
  I
• 4:07
  started
• 4:07
  working
• 4:07
  on
• 4:08
  that
• 4:08
  fly,
• 4:09
  there
• 4:09
  wasn't
• 4:10
  a
• 4:10
  small
• 4:10
  hole
• 4:10
  in
• 4:11
  the
• 4:11
  fly
• 4:11
  box.
• 4:11
  It
• 4:12
  was
• 4:12
  a
• 4:12
  fly
• 4:12
  box
• 4:12
  sized
• 4:13
  hole.
• 4:13
  Right.
• 4:14
  I
• 4:14
  had
• 4:14
  just
• 4:14
  begun
• 4:16
  fishing
• 4:17
  for
• 4:17
  muskie
• 4:17
  on
• 4:17
  a
• 4:18
  fly
• 4:18
  rod
• 4:18
  or
• 4:19
  fishing
• 4:19
  for
• 4:19
  Muskie,
• 4:20
  period,
• 4:20
  right.
• 4:22
  12,
• 4:22
  18
• 4:23
  months
• 4:23
  before
• 4:24
  that.
• 4:25
  And
• 4:25
  I
• 4:26
  dove
• 4:26
  hard
• 4:26
  into
• 4:27
  fly
• 4:27
  design
• 4:28
  through
• 4:29
  like
• 4:29
  2000,
• 4:30
  through,
• 4:30
  like
• 4:31
  2008.
• 4:31
  And
• 4:32
  most
• 4:32
  of
• 4:32
  what
• 4:32
  I
• 4:32
  was
• 4:33
  looking
• 4:33
  at,
• 4:33
  like,
• 4:34
  for
• 4:34
  pike
• 4:34
  and
• 4:35
  like
• 4:35
  a
• 4:36
  lot
• 4:36
  of
• 4:36
  the
• 4:36
  stuff
• 4:36
  to
• 4:37
  get
• 4:37
  all
• 4:37
  started,
• 4:37
  kind
• 4:38
  of
• 4:38
  the
• 4:38
  snowball
• 4:38
  started
• 4:39
  for
• 4:39
  me,
• 4:40
  was
• 4:41
  moving
• 4:41
  away
• 4:41
  from
• 4:41
  trout
• 4:42
  and
• 4:42
  looking
• 4:42
  for
• 4:43
  bigger
• 4:43
  fish,
• 4:43
  right?
• 4:44
  And
• 4:44
  here
• 4:44
  in
• 4:44
  Michigan,
• 4:45
  we've
• 4:45
  got
• 4:45
  the.
• 4:45
  The
• 4:46
  Great
• 4:46
  Lakes,
• 4:46
  we've
• 4:47
  got
• 4:47
  the.
• 4:48
  Those.
• 4:49
  The
• 4:49
  big
• 4:49
  migratory
• 4:50
  fish
• 4:50
  that
• 4:51
  come
• 4:51
  in
• 4:51
  and
• 4:51
  off
• 4:51
  the
• 4:51
  shoreline.
• 4:52
  And
• 4:52
  I
• 4:52
  got
• 4:52
  really
• 4:52
  into
• 4:53
  trying
• 4:54
  to
• 4:54
  fish
• 4:55
  migratory
• 4:55
  Species
• 4:56
  surface
• 4:57
  on
• 4:57
  the
• 4:57
  Great
• 4:57
  Lakes.
• 4:59
  And
• 4:59
  from
• 5:00
  an
• 5:00
  article
• 5:00
  I
• 5:00
  read
• 5:00
  with
• 5:01
  Kelly
• 5:01
  Galloup
• 5:02
  and
• 5:02
  Russ
• 5:02
  Maddin,
• 5:02
  like,
• 5:03
  early
• 5:03
  2000s,
• 5:04
  and
• 5:05
  which
• 5:05
  led
• 5:05
  me
• 5:05
  down
• 5:06
  this
• 5:06
  path
• 5:06
  of
• 5:06
  learning
• 5:07
  a
• 5:07
  lot
• 5:07
  about
• 5:08
  the
• 5:09
  fly
• 5:09
  design
• 5:09
  for
• 5:09
  stripers
• 5:10
  right
• 5:10
  on
• 5:11
  the
• 5:11
  east
• 5:11
  in
• 5:11
  the
• 5:11
  northeast.
• 5:12
  And
• 5:12
  then
• 5:13
  also,
• 5:13
  I
• 5:14
  also
• 5:14
  had
• 5:14
  this,
• 5:14
  like,
• 5:15
  pike.
• 5:15
  I
• 5:15
  want
• 5:15
  to
• 5:15
  fish
• 5:16
  for
• 5:16
  pike.
• 5:16
  Muskie
• 5:17
  wasn't
• 5:17
  even
• 5:17
  in
• 5:17
  my.
• 5:19
  In
• 5:20
  my
• 5:20
  view,
• 5:20
  when
• 5:20
  I
• 5:21
  was
• 5:21
  looking
• 5:21
  for
• 5:21
  this
• 5:22
  type
• 5:22
  of
• 5:22
  flooded
• 5:22
  design,
• 5:22
  but.
• 5:23
  And
• 5:24
  eventually
• 5:24
  when
• 5:24
  I
• 5:24
  started
• 5:25
  to
• 5:25
  go
• 5:25
  for
• 5:25
  muskie
• 5:26
  flies
• 5:26
  and
• 5:26
  I
• 5:27
  was
• 5:27
  looking
• 5:27
  at
• 5:27
  all
• 5:27
  these
• 5:27
  bigger
• 5:28
  pike
• 5:28
  flies
• 5:28
  and
• 5:29
  things
• 5:29
  like
• 5:29
  that,
• 5:29
  there
• 5:29
  was
• 5:30
  a
• 5:30
  common
• 5:30
  theme
• 5:32
  amongst
• 5:32
  those
• 5:33
  flies
• 5:33
  that
• 5:33
  they
• 5:34
  all
• 5:34
  had
• 5:34
  that
• 5:34
  heavy
• 5:34
  epoxy
• 5:35
  head,
• 5:36
  right?
• 5:36
  Like,
• 5:37
  they
• 5:37
  finished
• 5:37
  and
• 5:37
  they
• 5:38
  cut.
• 5:38
  They
• 5:38
  coated
• 5:38
  those.
• 5:40
  Those
• 5:41
  threads
• 5:41
  in
• 5:41
  the
• 5:41
  front
• 5:42
  with
• 5:42
  the
• 5:42
  eyes
• 5:42
  and
• 5:42
  then
• 5:43
  the
• 5:43
  heavy
• 5:43
  epoxy.
• 5:44
  And
• 5:44
  all
• 5:44
  I
• 5:45
  was
• 5:45
  trying
• 5:45
  to
• 5:45
  do
• 5:45
  was
• 5:45
  give
• 5:46
  it
• 5:46
  a
• 5:46
  different
• 5:46
  shape
• 5:47
  in
• 5:47
  the
• 5:47
  very
• 5:47
  beginning,
• 5:48
  right?
• 5:48
  Like
• 5:48
  a
• 5:49
  different
• 5:49
  shape.
• 5:49
  And
• 5:49
  then
• 5:51
  also
• 5:51
  I
• 5:51
  wanted
• 5:51
  the
• 5:52
  fly
• 5:52
  to
• 5:52
  fall
• 5:53
  slower
• 5:54
  in
• 5:54
  the
• 5:55
  water
• 5:55
  column,
• 5:55
  right.
• 5:56
  Instead
• 5:56
  of
• 5:56
  having
• 5:56
  that
• 5:56
  heavy
• 5:57
  epoxy
• 5:57
  head,
• 5:57
  like
• 5:57
  a
• 5:57
  jig
• 5:58
  head,
• 5:58
  I
• 5:58
  wanted
• 5:58
  it
• 5:58
  to
• 5:58
  just
• 5:59
  slow.
• 5:59
  So
• 5:59
  I'm,
• 6:00
  like,
• 6:00
  playing
• 6:00
  around
• 6:00
  looking
• 6:00
  on
• 6:01
  my
• 6:01
  bench
• 6:01
  at
• 6:01
  this
• 6:01
  point.
• 6:02
  I
• 6:02
  didn't
• 6:02
  have
• 6:02
  as
• 6:02
  much
• 6:05
  experience
• 6:06
  with
• 6:06
  all
• 6:06
  these
• 6:06
  different
• 6:06
  materials
• 6:07
  at
• 6:07
  that
• 6:07
  point.
• 6:07
  And
• 6:07
  I
• 6:08
  had
• 6:08
  a
• 6:08
  pack
• 6:08
  of,
• 6:09
  like,
• 6:09
  foam
• 6:09
  popper
• 6:09
  heads
• 6:10
  laying
• 6:10
  on
• 6:10
  the
• 6:10
  bench,
• 6:10
  and
• 6:10
  I
• 6:10
  was
• 6:10
  looking
• 6:11
  at
• 6:11
  them,
• 6:11
  and
• 6:12
  I'm
• 6:12
  like,
• 6:12
  what
• 6:12
  if
• 6:12
  I,
• 6:13
  like,
• 6:13
  reversed
• 6:14
  it
• 6:14
  and
• 6:14
  put
• 6:14
  it
• 6:15
  back
• 6:15
  in
• 6:15
  the
• 6:16
  back
• 6:16
  part
• 6:16
  of
• 6:16
  the
• 6:16
  fly?
• 6:16
  That
• 6:17
  would
• 6:17
  make
• 6:17
  it
• 6:17
  fall
• 6:17
  slower,
• 6:18
  right.
• 6:19
  And
• 6:20
  when
• 6:21
  I
• 6:21
  first
• 6:21
  took
• 6:21
  the
• 6:21
  fly
• 6:21
  out
• 6:22
  to
• 6:22
  do
• 6:22
  that,
• 6:23
  got
• 6:24
  it
• 6:24
  wet.
• 6:24
  It
• 6:25
  did
• 6:25
  that.
• 6:26
  But
• 6:26
  it
• 6:26
  also,
• 6:28
  because
• 6:28
  of
• 6:28
  where
• 6:28
  that
• 6:29
  foam
• 6:29
  was
• 6:29
  positioned
• 6:30
  near
• 6:30
  the
• 6:30
  back
• 6:30
  of
• 6:30
  the
• 6:31
  hook,
• 6:32
  it
• 6:33
  really
• 6:33
  made
• 6:34
  that
• 6:34
  fly
• 6:34
  wiggle
• 6:35
  and
• 6:35
  move
• 6:36
  side
• 6:36
  to
• 6:36
  side
• 6:36
  like
• 6:37
  a.
• 6:37
  Like
• 6:37
  a
• 6:37
  glide
• 6:37
  bait
• 6:38
  almost
• 6:38
  right.
• 6:39
  With
• 6:39
  a
• 6:39
  pretty
• 6:40
  good
• 6:40
  cadence.
• 6:40
  And
• 6:42
  first
• 6:42
  time
• 6:43
  I
• 6:43
  cast
• 6:43
  it,
• 6:43
  I
• 6:43
  raised
• 6:44
  a
• 6:44
  muskie
• 6:44
  on
• 6:44
  it,
• 6:45
  and
• 6:45
  on
• 6:45
  the
• 6:45
  second
• 6:46
  catch,
• 6:46
  lifted
• 6:46
  back
• 6:46
  out
• 6:47
  on
• 6:47
  the
• 6:47
  second
• 6:47
  cast
• 6:47
  and
• 6:47
  got.
• 6:48
  It
• 6:48
  wasn't
• 6:48
  a
• 6:48
  big
• 6:48
  guy.
• 6:49
  It
• 6:49
  was
• 6:49
  like
• 6:49
  28,
• 6:49
  30
• 6:50
  inches.
• 6:50
  But
• 6:51
  I
• 6:51
  was
• 6:51
  just
• 6:51
  showing
• 6:52
  it
• 6:52
  to
• 6:52
  Eric
• 6:52
  Grassy.
• 6:53
  I'm
• 6:53
  like,
• 6:53
  hey,
• 6:53
  look
• 6:53
  at
• 6:53
  this
• 6:53
  thing
• 6:53
  I
• 6:54
  got
• 6:54
  going.
• 6:54
  Because
• 6:54
  I
• 6:54
  tried
• 6:55
  it
• 6:55
  in,
• 6:55
  like,
• 6:55
  a
• 6:55
  pond.
• 6:56
  And
• 6:56
  just
• 6:56
  to
• 6:56
  see
• 6:56
  how
• 6:57
  a
• 6:57
  little
• 6:58
  bit.
• 6:58
  The
• 6:58
  first
• 6:58
  time
• 6:58
  I
• 6:58
  actually
• 6:58
  fished
• 6:59
  it,
• 6:59
  I
• 6:59
  raised
• 7:00

  Raised

  a
• 7:00
  muskie
• 7:01
  on
• 7:01
  the
• 7:01
  first
• 7:01
  cast.
• 7:02
  Yeah.
• 7:03
  Very,
• 7:03
  very
• 7:03
  neat.
• 7:03
  So
• 7:04
  you
• 7:04
  kind
• 7:04
  of
• 7:04
  want
• 7:04
  to,
• 7:04
  you
• 7:04
  know,
• 7:05
  sounds
• 7:05
  like
• 7:05
  there
• 7:05
  are
• 7:05
  a
• 7:05
  lot
• 7:05
  of
• 7:06
  influences
• 7:06
  in
• 7:06
  there.
• 7:06
  You
• 7:07
  want
• 7:07
  to
• 7:07
  kind
• 7:07
  of
• 7:07
  unpack
• 7:07
  that
• 7:08
  for
• 7:08
  folks
• 7:08
  in
• 7:08
  terms
• 7:09
  of,
• 7:09
  you
• 7:09
  know,
• 7:09
  anglers
• 7:10
  and
• 7:10
  tires.
• 7:10
  That
• 7:11
  kind
• 7:11
  of
• 7:11
  inspired
• 7:12
  the
• 7:12
  design
• 7:12
  a
• 7:13
  little
• 7:13
  bit.
• 7:14
  Yeah.
• 7:14
  So,
• 7:15
  like,
• 7:15
  I
• 7:16
  mean,
• 7:16
  the.
• 7:16
  The.
• 7:17
  My
• 7:17
  network
• 7:18
  of.
• 7:19
  Of
• 7:19
  who
• 7:19
  I
• 7:20
  like
• 7:21
  bounce
• 7:21
  ideas
• 7:21
  off
• 7:22
  of
• 7:22
  and
• 7:22
  fish
• 7:22
  with
• 7:23
  at
• 7:23
  that
• 7:23
  time,
• 7:24
  I
• 7:24
  mean,
• 7:24
  I
• 7:24
  was
• 7:25
  fishing
• 7:26
  with
• 7:26
  Eric
• 7:28
  Grajewski
• 7:28
  an
• 7:29
  I
• 7:29
  was
• 7:29
  tying
• 7:29
  flies
• 7:30
  for
• 7:30
  him
• 7:30
  and
• 7:30
  he
• 7:30
  was
• 7:30
  getting
• 7:31
  my
• 7:31
  flies
• 7:31
  wet
• 7:31
  and
• 7:31
  fishing
• 7:32
  them
• 7:32
  and
• 7:32
  giving
• 7:32
  me
• 7:33
  like
• 7:33
  some
• 7:33
  more
• 7:33
  direction.
• 7:34
  He
• 7:34
  was
• 7:34
  getting
• 7:34
  on
• 7:34
  the
• 7:35
  water
• 7:35
  a
• 7:35
  lot
• 7:35
  more
• 7:35
  than
• 7:35
  I
• 7:35
  could.
• 7:37
  And
• 7:37
  Matt
• 7:38
  Grajewski
• 7:38
  brother,
• 7:39
  who
• 7:40
  is
• 7:41
  an
• 7:41
  incredible
• 7:42
  tier,
• 7:44
  really
• 7:44
  thinks
• 7:44
  outside
• 7:44
  the
• 7:45
  box.
• 7:45
  And
• 7:46
  him
• 7:47
  and
• 7:47
  I
• 7:47
  kind
• 7:47
  of,
• 7:47
  we
• 7:48
  grew
• 7:48
  up
• 7:48
  together
• 7:49
  fly
• 7:49
  tying
• 7:50
  kind
• 7:50
  of
• 7:50
  on
• 7:50
  in
• 7:50
  the
• 7:51
  fly
• 7:51
  tying
• 7:51
  forum,
• 7:52
  in
• 7:52
  the
• 7:52
  fly
• 7:52
  fishing
• 7:52
  forum
• 7:53
  days.
• 7:55
  It
• 7:55
  was
• 7:55
  crazy
• 7:56
  the
• 7:56
  amount
• 7:56
  of
• 7:56
  talent
• 7:56
  of
• 7:57
  tires
• 7:57
  that
• 7:57
  came
• 7:57
  out
• 7:57
  of
• 7:57
  there.
• 7:58
  It
• 7:58
  was
• 7:58
  like
• 7:58
  me,
• 7:59
  Matt,
• 8:02
  Mike
• 8:03
  Schmidt,
• 8:04
  Rich
• 8:04
  Strolis.
• 8:05
  I
• 8:05
  mean
• 8:05
  we
• 8:06
  were
• 8:06
  all
• 8:06
  sharing
• 8:06
  patterns
• 8:07
  and
• 8:07
  techniques
• 8:08
  and
• 8:08
  things
• 8:09
  in
• 8:09
  there
• 8:10
  and
• 8:10
  there's
• 8:10
  guys
• 8:11
  I
• 8:11
  didn't
• 8:11
  name.
• 8:11
  But
• 8:11
  like,
• 8:12
  it
• 8:12
  was
• 8:13
  pretty
• 8:13
  weird
• 8:13
  how
• 8:13
  this,
• 8:14
  how
• 8:14
  we
• 8:14
  all
• 8:14
  kind
• 8:14
  of
• 8:15
  found
• 8:15
  this
• 8:16
  online
• 8:16
  community.
• 8:17
  This
• 8:17
  is
• 8:17
  before
• 8:17
  Facebook
• 8:18
  and
• 8:18
  then
• 8:18
  killed
• 8:19
  it
• 8:19
  all
• 8:19
  and
• 8:19
  stuff.
• 8:19
  But
• 8:20
  it
• 8:20
  was
• 8:20
  really
• 8:21
  the
• 8:21
  amount
• 8:22
  of
• 8:22
  talent
• 8:22
  that
• 8:22
  kind
• 8:22
  of
• 8:23
  came
• 8:23
  together
• 8:23
  there
• 8:24
  was
• 8:25
  pretty
• 8:25
  spectacular.
• 8:27
  Very,
• 8:27
  very
• 8:27
  neat.
• 8:28
  And
• 8:28
  so,
• 8:29
  you
• 8:29
  know,
• 8:29
  was
• 8:29
  the,
• 8:30
  you
• 8:30
  know,
• 8:30
  what
• 8:30
  was
• 8:30
  it
• 8:30
  about
• 8:31
  the
• 8:31
  hover
• 8:31
  that
• 8:31
  you
• 8:32
  thought
• 8:32
  was
• 8:32
  going
• 8:32
  to
• 8:32
  be
• 8:32
  a
• 8:32
  really
• 8:33
  productive
• 8:33
  bite
• 8:33
  trigger
• 8:34
  for
• 8:34
  the
• 8:34
  Optimus
• 8:34
  Swine?
• 8:36
  It
• 8:36
  was
• 8:36
  just
• 8:36
  that
• 8:37
  like
• 8:37
  I
• 8:38
  wanted
• 8:38
  to
• 8:39
  because
• 8:40
  again,
• 8:40
  I
• 8:40
  was
• 8:40
  still
• 8:40
  learning.
• 8:41
  I
• 8:41
  didn't
• 8:41
  really
• 8:41
  know
• 8:41
  what
• 8:41
  I
• 8:41
  didn't
• 8:42
  know
• 8:42
  at
• 8:42
  that
• 8:43
  point.
• 8:43
  Like,
• 8:43
  everything
• 8:43
  was
• 8:44
  just
• 8:44
  nothing
• 8:44
  but
• 8:44
  green
• 8:44
  pasture
• 8:45
  in
• 8:45
  front
• 8:45
  of
• 8:45
  me.
• 8:46
  And
• 8:46
  I
• 8:46
  was
• 8:47
  just
• 8:47
  trying
• 8:47
  to
• 8:47
  do
• 8:47
  something
• 8:47
  a
• 8:48
  little
• 8:48
  bit
• 8:48
  different
• 8:48
  than
• 8:49
  everything
• 8:49
  else
• 8:50
  that
• 8:50
  was
• 8:50
  out
• 8:50
  there.
• 8:51
  Right.
• 8:51
  That
• 8:51
  was,
• 8:51
  everything
• 8:52
  was
• 8:52
  pretty
• 8:52
  standard.
• 8:53
  It
• 8:53
  was
• 8:53
  either
• 8:53
  the,
• 8:54
  the
• 8:55
  European
• 8:56
  pike
• 8:57
  fly
• 8:57
  that
• 8:58
  had
• 8:58
  the
• 8:58
  big
• 8:58
  bulkhead
• 9:00
  deer
• 9:00
  hair
• 9:00
  head.
• 9:01
  Right.
• 9:02
  And
• 9:02
  then
• 9:02
  they
• 9:02
  also
• 9:02
  had
• 9:03
  the,
• 9:03
  the
• 9:03
  epoxy
• 9:04
  head.
• 9:04
  And
• 9:04
  that
• 9:04
  was
• 9:04
  pretty
• 9:04
  much
• 9:05
  it.
• 9:05
  That
• 9:05
  was
• 9:05
  out
• 9:05
  there.
• 9:06
  So
• 9:06
  I'm
• 9:06
  like,
• 9:06
  let
• 9:06
  me
• 9:06
  see
• 9:06
  if
• 9:06
  I
• 9:07
  can
• 9:07
  find
• 9:07
  something
• 9:07
  different.
• 9:07
  And
• 9:08
  I
• 9:08
  just
• 9:09
  like
• 9:09
  picked
• 9:09
  up
• 9:09
  the,
• 9:10
  the
• 9:10
  laser
• 9:11
  dub
• 9:11
  and
• 9:11
  started
• 9:11
  to
• 9:11
  use
• 9:12
  that
• 9:12
  a
• 9:12
  little
• 9:12
  bit
• 9:12
  that
• 9:12
  I
• 9:13
  used
• 9:13
  in
• 9:13
  the
• 9:13
  head.
• 9:14
  That
• 9:14
  does
• 9:14
  a
• 9:14
  really
• 9:14
  good
• 9:15
  job,
• 9:15
  doesn't
• 9:15
  hold
• 9:15
  water,
• 9:16
  but
• 9:16
  gives
• 9:16
  a
• 9:16
  great
• 9:16
  profile.
• 9:18
  And
• 9:19
  you
• 9:19
  know,
• 9:19
  it
• 9:19
  was
• 9:19
  kind
• 9:19
  of
• 9:20
  the
• 9:20
  combination
• 9:20
  of
• 9:20
  finding
• 9:21
  the
• 9:21
  right
• 9:21
  materials
• 9:22
  together
• 9:22
  that
• 9:22
  work.
• 9:23
  Like
• 9:23
  the
• 9:24
  tailing
• 9:24
  material
• 9:24
  that
• 9:24
  I
• 9:25
  use,
• 9:25
  the
• 9:25
  synthetic
• 9:25
  yak
• 9:26
  air,
• 9:26
  like
• 9:27
  that's
• 9:27
  just.
• 9:27
  It's
• 9:27
  just
• 9:27
  perfect.
• 9:28
  Like
• 9:28
  it's
• 9:28
  just
• 9:29
  kind
• 9:29
  of
• 9:29
  a
• 9:29
  few
• 9:29
  things
• 9:29
  just
• 9:29
  kind
• 9:30
  of
• 9:30
  stacked
• 9:30
  up
• 9:30
  together
• 9:31
  to,
• 9:31
  to
• 9:31
  really
• 9:31
  come
• 9:32
  together
• 9:32
  to
• 9:32
  be
• 9:32
  a
• 9:32
  really
• 9:32
  good
• 9:32
  fly.
• 9:33
  Yeah.
• 9:33
  And
• 9:34
  so
• 9:34
  were
• 9:34
  you
• 9:34
  a
• 9:34
  gear
• 9:34
  guy
• 9:35
  before?
• 9:35
  So
• 9:35
  were
• 9:35
  you
• 9:36
  kind
• 9:36
  of
• 9:36
  bringing
• 9:36
  like,
• 9:37
  you
• 9:37
  know,
• 9:38
  bait
• 9:38
  ideas
• 9:38
  to
• 9:39
  the
• 9:39
  fly
• 9:39
  design
• 9:39
  or
• 9:40
  did
• 9:40
  you
• 9:40
  kind
• 9:40
  of
• 9:40
  come
• 9:40
  to
• 9:40
  it
• 9:40
  purely
• 9:41
  from
• 9:41
  a
• 9:41
  fly
• 9:41
  time
• 9:42
  perspective?
• 9:42
  I
• 9:43
  came
• 9:43
  into
• 9:43
  it
• 9:43
  purely
• 9:44
  fly.
• 9:44
  I
• 9:45
  had
• 9:45
  a,
• 9:45
  I
• 9:45
  had
• 9:46
  a.
• 9:46
  I
• 9:46
  don't
• 9:46
  think
• 9:46
  I
• 9:47
  picked
• 9:47
  up
• 9:48
  a
• 9:49
  spinning
• 9:49
  rod
• 9:49
  in
• 9:49
  the
• 9:50
  in
• 9:50
  like
• 9:50
  2000
• 9:51
  to
• 9:51
  2000,
• 9:52
  I.
• 9:52
  I
• 9:52
  did.
• 9:52
  I
• 9:53
  did
• 9:53
  for
• 9:53
  like,
• 9:53
  throwing
• 9:54
  for
• 9:54
  salmon,
• 9:54
  but
• 9:55
  for
• 9:55
  like
• 9:56
  anything
• 9:56
  else,
• 9:57
  it
• 9:57
  was.
• 9:58
  I
• 9:58
  didn't.
• 9:58
  Didn't
• 9:58
  do
• 9:59
  it.
• 9:59
  I
• 9:59
  was
• 9:59
  all
• 9:59
  fly
• 10:00
  all
• 10:00
  the
• 10:00
  time.
• 10:00
  And
• 10:00
  if
• 10:01
  you
• 10:01
  didn't
• 10:01
  do
• 10:01
  fly,
• 10:01
  it
• 10:01
  was.
• 10:01
  It
• 10:02
  was
• 10:02
  wrong.
• 10:02
  And
• 10:03
  except
• 10:04
  for
• 10:04
  this
• 10:04
  other
• 10:05
  minor
• 10:05
  application
• 10:06
  fishing
• 10:06
  on
• 10:06
  the
• 10:06
  years
• 10:07
  for
• 10:07
  salmon
• 10:07
  here
• 10:07
  in
• 10:08
  Michigan.
• 10:08
  But
• 10:09
  other
• 10:10
  than
• 10:10
  that,
• 10:10
  it
• 10:10
  was
• 10:10
  just
• 10:10
  fly.
• 10:11
  So
• 10:11
  I
• 10:11
  didn't
• 10:11
  really
• 10:13
  have
• 10:13
  a
• 10:13
  lot
• 10:14
  to
• 10:14
  pull
• 10:14
  on
• 10:14
  from.
• 10:15
  From
• 10:16
  the
• 10:16
  conventional
• 10:17
  tackle
• 10:17
  pick
• 10:18
  spot.
• 10:19
  Got
• 10:19
  it.
• 10:19
  And
• 10:19
  so
• 10:19
  if
• 10:19
  we
• 10:20
  kind
• 10:20
  of
• 10:20
  start
• 10:20
  with
• 10:20
  the
• 10:20
  original
• 10:21
  Optimus
• 10:22
  one,
• 10:22
  you
• 10:22
  want
• 10:22
  to
• 10:22
  like,
• 10:22
  walk
• 10:23
  us
• 10:23
  through
• 10:23
  the
• 10:23
  fly.
• 10:24
  So
• 10:24
  kind
• 10:24
  of
• 10:24
  from
• 10:24
  the
• 10:25
  tail
• 10:25
  to
• 10:25
  the
• 10:25
  head.
• 10:26
  Yep.
• 10:27
  So
• 10:29
  the,
• 10:29
  the
• 10:30
  frame
• 10:30
  of
• 10:30
  the
• 10:30
  fly,
• 10:30
  like
• 10:31
  the
• 10:31
  hook
• 10:31
  is
• 10:32
  a
• 10:32
  spinner
• 10:33
  bait
• 10:33
  hook.
• 10:33
  Right.
• 10:33
  So
• 10:34
  it's
• 10:34
  got
• 10:34
  a
• 10:35
  big
• 10:35
  long
• 10:35
  frame
• 10:36
  on
• 10:36
  it.
• 10:37
  On
• 10:37
  the,
• 10:38
  the
• 10:39
  fly
• 10:39
  that
• 10:39
  started
• 10:39
  it
• 10:40
  was
• 10:40
  really
• 10:40
  funny.
• 10:41
  This
• 10:41
  is
• 10:41
  a
• 10:41
  fly
• 10:42
  that
• 10:42
  I
• 10:42
  reversed.
• 10:43
  I,
• 10:43
  like,
• 10:43
  I
• 10:44
  scaled
• 10:44
  it
• 10:44
  down
• 10:45
  over
• 10:45
  time.
• 10:46
  Right.
• 10:46
  Like,
• 10:46
  the
• 10:46
  original
• 10:47
  one
• 10:47
  was
• 10:47
  the
• 10:47
  biggest
• 10:48
  version.
• 10:48
  Usually,
• 10:48
  like,
• 10:49
  you
• 10:49
  get
• 10:49
  a
• 10:49
  good
• 10:49
  fly
• 10:49
  and
• 10:49
  then
• 10:49
  you
• 10:50
  make
• 10:50
  it
• 10:50
  bigger
• 10:50
  and
• 10:50
  bigger
• 10:51
  and
• 10:51
  bigger.
• 10:51
  This
• 10:51
  one,
• 10:52
  I
• 10:52
  started
• 10:52
  with
• 10:52
  the
• 10:53
  biggest
• 10:53
  version
• 10:53
  and
• 10:53
  then
• 10:54
  I've
• 10:54
  over
• 10:55
  time
• 10:55
  found
• 10:55
  ways
• 10:56
  to
• 10:56
  make
• 10:56
  it
• 10:56
  smaller
• 10:57
  to
• 10:57
  more
• 10:57
  applications.
• 10:58
  Right.
• 11:00
  So
• 11:00
  it
• 11:00
  started
• 11:00
  on
• 11:01
  the
• 11:01
  six
• 11:01
  odd
• 11:03
  Mustad
• 11:03
  6208
• 11:05
  or.
• 11:07
  Yeah,
• 11:08
  I
• 11:08
  think
• 11:08
  that's
• 11:08
  right.
• 11:10
  32608.
• 11:11
  That's
• 11:11
  it.
• 11:13
  Which
• 11:13
  has
• 11:14
  the
• 11:15
  biggest
• 11:15
  platform
• 11:15
  available
• 11:16
  for
• 11:16
  like
• 11:17
  a
• 11:17
  sly
• 11:17
  like
• 11:17
  that.
• 11:17
  Right.
• 11:18
  Like,
• 11:18
  it's
• 11:18
  got
• 11:18
  the.
• 11:18
  It's
• 11:20
  the
• 11:20
  Gamakatsu
• 11:21
  comparable.
• 11:22
  They
• 11:22
  go
• 11:22
  to
• 11:23
  a
• 11:23
  5.0and
• 11:24
  it's
• 11:24
  bigger
• 11:25
  than
• 11:25
  like
• 11:25
  a
• 11:25
  Mustad
• 11:26
  5
• 11:26
  ought,
• 11:26
  but
• 11:26
  it's
• 11:26
  just.
• 11:26
  It's
• 11:27
  still
• 11:27
  not
• 11:27
  that
• 11:27
  big.
• 11:28
  Right.
• 11:28
  So
• 11:28
  it
• 11:28
  doesn't
• 11:28
  have
• 11:28
  that
• 11:28
  long
• 11:29
  platform.
• 11:31
  I
• 11:31
  always
• 11:31
  wanted
• 11:31
  to
• 11:32
  have
• 11:32
  a
• 11:32
  rattle
• 11:32
  on
• 11:32
  these
• 11:32
  flies.
• 11:33
  So
• 11:33
  I
• 11:33
  have
• 11:33
  a
• 11:34
  rattle.
• 11:34
  I
• 11:34
  use
• 11:34
  the,
• 11:35
  like
• 11:36
  the
• 11:36
  rubber
• 11:36
  spider
• 11:37
  collars
• 11:37
  that
• 11:38
  they
• 11:38
  use
• 11:38
  on
• 11:38
  bass
• 11:39
  jigs.
• 11:39
  And
• 11:39
  I
• 11:39
  kind
• 11:39
  of
• 11:40
  tie.
• 11:40
  It
• 11:40
  hangs
• 11:40
  off
• 11:41
  the
• 11:41
  back
• 11:41
  so
• 11:42
  that
• 11:42
  the,
• 11:42
  the.
• 11:43
  The
• 11:43
  rattle
• 11:44
  is
• 11:44
  there,
• 11:44
  but
• 11:44
  it's
• 11:44
  not
• 11:45
  taking
• 11:45
  up
• 11:45
  any
• 11:45
  room
• 11:45
  on
• 11:46
  the
• 11:46
  platform.
• 11:48
  And
• 11:48
  then
• 11:49
  the
• 11:49
  tail
• 11:50
  section.
• 11:50
  Right.
• 11:50
  So
• 11:51
  like
• 11:51
  the,
• 11:51
  the
• 11:51
  part
• 11:51
  that
• 11:52
  comes
• 11:52
  off
• 11:52
  of.
• 11:53
  Off
• 11:53
  of
• 11:53
  the
• 11:53
  hook,
• 11:54
  it
• 11:55
  begins
• 11:55
  with
• 11:57
  this
• 11:57
  synthetic
• 11:58
  yak
• 11:58
  hair
• 11:59
  that
• 12:00
  I
• 12:00
  blend
• 12:01
  myself
• 12:01
  with
• 12:03
  the
• 12:03
  flash
• 12:04
  that
• 12:04
  I
• 12:04
  want
• 12:04
  in
• 12:04
  it.
• 12:06
  Another
• 12:06
  one
• 12:07
  of
• 12:07
  those
• 12:07
  things
• 12:07
  that
• 12:07
  kind
• 12:07
  of
• 12:07
  found
• 12:08
  these
• 12:08
  materials,
• 12:08
  I
• 12:08
  kind
• 12:09
  of
• 12:09
  found
• 12:10
  the
• 12:10
  technique
• 12:10
  on
• 12:10
  one
• 12:10
  of
• 12:11
  those
• 12:11
  saltwater
• 12:11
  fishing
• 12:12
  boards
• 12:12
  from
• 12:12
  Steve
• 12:13
  Farrar,
• 12:13
  and
• 12:13
  I
• 12:13
  kind
• 12:13
  of
• 12:14
  like
• 12:14
  learned
• 12:14
  how
• 12:14
  to
• 12:14
  do
• 12:15
  it
• 12:15
  myself.
• 12:15
  And
• 12:16
  I
• 12:16
  developed
• 12:17
  this
• 12:17
  really
• 12:17
  good
• 12:17
  material.
• 12:18
  And
• 12:20
  it's
• 12:20
  stiff
• 12:21
  enough
• 12:21
  to
• 12:22
  hang
• 12:22
  off
• 12:22
  the
• 12:22
  back
• 12:23
  and
• 12:23
  not
• 12:23
  fall
• 12:23
  completely
• 12:24
  down,
• 12:24
  but
• 12:24
  it
• 12:24
  still
• 12:25
  moves
• 12:25
  around.
• 12:25
  Right.
• 12:28
  So
• 12:28
  I
• 12:28
  use
• 12:28
  that
• 12:29
  off
• 12:29
  the
• 12:29
  back
• 12:29
  and
• 12:29
  Then
• 12:29
  I
• 12:29
  flank
• 12:30
  that
• 12:30
  with
• 12:30
  feathers.
• 12:33
  And
• 12:33
  muskie
• 12:34
  flies
• 12:34
  are.
• 12:35
  They
• 12:35
  get
• 12:36
  the
• 12:37
  reputation
• 12:38
  of
• 12:38
  using
• 12:38
  those
• 12:38
  really
• 12:39
  long
• 12:39
  wispy
• 12:40
  saddle
• 12:40
  feathers.
• 12:41
  And
• 12:41
  those
• 12:41
  are
• 12:42
  great
• 12:43
  for
• 12:43
  certain
• 12:43
  types
• 12:43
  of
• 12:43
  flocks.
• 12:44
  But
• 12:45
  you
• 12:45
  know,
• 12:45
  you've
• 12:46
  got
• 12:46
  this
• 12:46
  fly,
• 12:46
  you've
• 12:47
  got
• 12:47
  these
• 12:47
  saddles
• 12:47
  that
• 12:48
  you
• 12:48
  use
• 12:48
  these
• 12:48
  long
• 12:48
  feathers
• 12:49
  from.
• 12:50
  But
• 12:51
  what
• 12:51
  about
• 12:51
  these
• 12:51
  little
• 12:51
  shorter
• 12:52
  ones
• 12:52
  that
• 12:52
  still
• 12:52
  have
• 12:52
  some
• 12:53
  motion,
• 12:53
  kind
• 12:53
  of
• 12:53
  like
• 12:54
  a
• 12:54
  schlopping
• 12:54
  feather
• 12:55
  kinda,
• 12:56
  but
• 12:56
  these
• 12:57
  long
• 12:57
  saddle
• 12:57
  feathers,
• 12:58
  and
• 12:58
  I
• 12:58
  use
• 12:58
  those
• 12:58
  as
• 12:59
  the
• 12:59
  flanks
• 12:59
  down
• 13:00
  that
• 13:00
  synthetic
• 13:01
  yak.
• 13:02
  Give
• 13:02
  it
• 13:02
  a
• 13:02
  little
• 13:02
  bit
• 13:02
  of
• 13:03
  color
• 13:03
  variation,
• 13:05
  give
• 13:05
  it
• 13:05
  some
• 13:06
  motion,
• 13:07
  right?
• 13:07
  If
• 13:07
  that.
• 13:08
  I'm
• 13:08
  not
• 13:08
  a.
• 13:09
  I'm
• 13:09
  not.
• 13:11
  I,
• 13:11
  I
• 13:12
  gleefully
• 13:13
  look
• 13:13
  at
• 13:13
  flies
• 13:13
  that
• 13:14
  are
• 13:14
  misshapen,
• 13:14
  right,
• 13:15
  that
• 13:15
  have
• 13:15
  a
• 13:15
  little
• 13:15
  bit
• 13:15
  of
• 13:15
  curve
• 13:16
  to
• 13:16
  them,
• 13:16
  that
• 13:16
  have.
• 13:17
  They're
• 13:17
  not
• 13:17
  just
• 13:18
  the
• 13:18
  perfect
• 13:18
  feather
• 13:19
  because
• 13:20
  that
• 13:20
  just
• 13:20
  adds
• 13:20
  more
• 13:20
  to
• 13:21
  your
• 13:21
  fly,
• 13:21
  adds
• 13:21
  more
• 13:22
  wiggle,
• 13:22
  adds
• 13:22
  more
• 13:23
  woundedness.
• 13:25
  And
• 13:26
  then
• 13:26
  I
• 13:26
  use
• 13:26
  the,
• 13:27
  the
• 13:27
  Magnum
• 13:29
  flashaboo,
• 13:31
  depending
• 13:31
  on
• 13:32
  the
• 13:32
  color
• 13:32
  variation,
• 13:32
  right.
• 13:33
  But
• 13:33
  I
• 13:33
  use
• 13:33
  that
• 13:33
  under
• 13:33
  it
• 13:34
  there's.
• 13:35
  And
• 13:36
  then
• 13:37
  comes
• 13:37
  in
• 13:37
  that
• 13:38
  popper
• 13:38
  head,
• 13:38
  right.
• 13:39
  So
• 13:39
  I've
• 13:39
  got
• 13:39
  that
• 13:39
  stuff
• 13:39
  tied
• 13:40
  on
• 13:41
  and
• 13:41
  I
• 13:41
  take
• 13:42
  that
• 13:42
  proper
• 13:42
  head.
• 13:43
  It's
• 13:43
  the
• 13:44
  radies
• 13:45
  mini
• 13:45
  me.
• 13:45
  The
• 13:46
  medium
• 13:46
  is
• 13:46
  the
• 13:46
  one
• 13:46
  I
• 13:47
  use
• 13:47
  for
• 13:47
  the
• 13:47
  big,
• 13:49
  the
• 13:49
  big
• 13:50
  version
• 13:50
  of
• 13:51
  the
• 13:51
  swine.
• 13:51
  And
• 13:52
  I
• 13:52
  fill
• 13:52
  that
• 13:52
  gap,
• 13:53
  the
• 13:54
  cup
• 13:54
  right
• 13:54
  of
• 13:54
  the,
• 13:55
  of
• 13:55
  the
• 13:55
  popperhead.
• 13:56
  I
• 13:56
  fill
• 13:56
  that
• 13:57
  with
• 13:57
  like
• 13:57
  a
• 13:57
  silicone
• 13:58
  adhesive
• 13:58
  like
• 13:59
  goop.
• 14:00
  And
• 14:00
  then
• 14:00
  I
• 14:01
  like
• 14:01
  after
• 14:01
  I
• 14:01
  cut
• 14:01
  the
• 14:02
  line,
• 14:02
  cut
• 14:02
  the
• 14:02
  thread
• 14:03
  and
• 14:03
  I
• 14:03
  spread
• 14:03
  that,
• 14:04
  that
• 14:04
  on
• 14:04
  there
• 14:04
  and
• 14:04
  I,
• 14:04
  you
• 14:05
  know,
• 14:05
  fit
• 14:05
  it
• 14:05
  on
• 14:05
  and
• 14:06
  try
• 14:06
  and
• 14:06
  make
• 14:06
  it
• 14:06
  as
• 14:07
  true
• 14:07
  as
• 14:07
  possible.
• 14:09
  I
• 14:09
  think
• 14:10
  one
• 14:11
  of
• 14:11
  the,
• 14:11
  the
• 14:11
  questions
• 14:12
  that
• 14:12
  you
• 14:12
  had
• 14:12
  on
• 14:12
  the
• 14:12
  list
• 14:13
  and
• 14:13
  that
• 14:13
  I
• 14:13
  saw
• 14:14
  is
• 14:14
  how
• 14:14
  you
• 14:14
  can
• 14:14
  tune
• 14:15
  it,
• 14:15
  right.
• 14:16
  And
• 14:16
  you
• 14:16
  know,
• 14:16
  what
• 14:16
  makes
• 14:17
  it
• 14:17
  swim
• 14:17
  better
• 14:17
  than
• 14:17
  others.
• 14:18
  I've
• 14:18
  never
• 14:18
  really
• 14:19
  been
• 14:19
  able
• 14:19
  to
• 14:19
  dial
• 14:20
  in
• 14:20
  exactly
• 14:21
  what
• 14:21
  it
• 14:21
  does,
• 14:21
  but
• 14:22
  I
• 14:22
  think
• 14:23
  how
• 14:24
  I
• 14:24
  let
• 14:24
  that
• 14:24
  go
• 14:25
  settle
• 14:26
  may
• 14:26
  have
• 14:27
  some
• 14:27
  impact
• 14:27
  on
• 14:27
  that,
• 14:28
  right.
• 14:28
  If
• 14:28
  I
• 14:29
  now
• 14:30
  I
• 14:30
  hang
• 14:30
  them
• 14:31
  from
• 14:31
  a
• 14:31
  magnet
• 14:32
  like
• 14:32
  straight
• 14:33
  up
• 14:33
  and
• 14:33
  down.
• 14:34
  But
• 14:34
  before
• 14:34
  I
• 14:34
  tie
• 14:35
  him
• 14:35
  and
• 14:35
  just
• 14:35
  lay
• 14:35
  them
• 14:35
  on
• 14:36
  the
• 14:36
  bench,
• 14:36
  maybe
• 14:36
  that
• 14:37
  gave
• 14:37
  some
• 14:37
  of
• 14:37
  that
• 14:37
  goop
• 14:38
  would
• 14:38
  settle
• 14:39
  on
• 14:39
  like
• 14:39
  heavier
• 14:40
  on
• 14:40
  one
• 14:40
  side
• 14:41
  than
• 14:41
  the
• 14:41
  other.
• 14:42
  So
• 14:42
  I'm
• 14:42
  thinking
• 14:42
  that
• 14:43
  might
• 14:43
  be
• 14:43
  part
• 14:43
  of
• 14:44
  what
• 14:44
  gets
• 14:44
  it
• 14:44
  to
• 14:45
  run.
• 14:45
  You
• 14:45
  know,
• 14:46
  some
• 14:46
  to
• 14:46
  run
• 14:47
  a
• 14:47
  little
• 14:47
  bit
• 14:47
  better
• 14:47
  than
• 14:47
  others,
• 14:48
  but
• 14:48
  they
• 14:49
  all
• 14:49
  run
• 14:49
  really,
• 14:49
  really
• 14:50
  good.
• 14:51
  So
• 14:51
  after
• 14:51
  that
• 14:51
  topper
• 14:52
  heads
• 14:52
  on
• 14:52
  there,
• 14:54
  I
• 14:54
  go
• 14:54
  to
• 14:54
  bucktail
• 14:55
  and
• 14:56
  to
• 14:56
  go
• 14:57
  back
• 14:57
  to
• 14:57
  talking
• 14:58
  about
• 14:58
  the
• 14:58
  saddle
• 14:59
  feathers,
• 14:59
  right?
• 15:00
  A
• 15:00
  lot
• 15:00
  of
• 15:00
  those
• 15:02
  European
• 15:03
  style
• 15:03
  flies
• 15:04
  with
• 15:04
  the
• 15:04
  big
• 15:04
  bulkheads,
• 15:05
  they
• 15:06
  use
• 15:06
  those
• 15:06
  really
• 15:06
  long
• 15:06
  wispy
• 15:07
  feathers.
• 15:07
  They
• 15:07
  also
• 15:08
  reverse
• 15:08
  tie
• 15:10
  insanely
• 15:11
  long
• 15:11
  bucktail.
• 15:12
  I've
• 15:13
  never
• 15:13
  been
• 15:16
  completely
• 15:17
  on
• 15:17
  board
• 15:17
  the
• 15:17
  train
• 15:17
  of
• 15:18
  those
• 15:18
  incredible
• 15:19
  pump
• 15:19
  bucktails
• 15:21
  I
• 15:21
  use,
• 15:21
  like,
• 15:22
  I,
• 15:22
  I
• 15:22
  like
• 15:22
  to
• 15:22
  call
• 15:22
  them
• 15:22
  like
• 15:22
  the
• 15:22
  everyday
• 15:23
  bucktail.
• 15:23
  You
• 15:23
  can
• 15:23
  just
• 15:24
  kind
• 15:24
  of
• 15:24
  find
• 15:24
  them
• 15:24
  wherever.
• 15:25
  And
• 15:26
  I
• 15:26
  like
• 15:26
  to
• 15:26
  use
• 15:26
  the
• 15:26
  bucktails
• 15:27
  that
• 15:27
  are
• 15:29
  closer
• 15:29
  to
• 15:30
  the
• 15:30
  butt
• 15:30
  right
• 15:30
  where
• 15:31
  they,
• 15:31
  they,
• 15:31
  they
• 15:31
  act
• 15:32
  a
• 15:32
  little
• 15:32
  bit
• 15:32
  more
• 15:32
  like
• 15:32
  a
• 15:32
  deer
• 15:33
  hair
• 15:33
  where
• 15:33
  they
• 15:34
  have
• 15:34
  some
• 15:34
  grip
• 15:35
  as
• 15:36
  you're,
• 15:36
  as
• 15:36
  you're
• 15:36
  pulling
• 15:37
  down
• 15:37
  on
• 15:37
  that.
• 15:38
  And
• 15:38
  then
• 15:39
  I
• 15:39
  tie
• 15:40
  in
• 15:40
  some
• 15:40
  more
• 15:40
  flash
• 15:41
  crystal
• 15:41
  flash
• 15:41
  and
• 15:41
  some
• 15:42
  of
• 15:42
  that
• 15:42
  mag
• 15:42
  flashaboo.
• 15:43
  And
• 15:43
  I
• 15:43
  finish
• 15:44
  off
• 15:44
  the
• 15:44
  head
• 15:44
  with
• 15:46
  tying
• 15:46
  in
• 15:46
  some
• 15:46
  tufts
• 15:47
  of
• 15:47
  that
• 15:47
  laser
• 15:48
  dub.
• 15:49
  And
• 15:49
  one
• 15:49
  of
• 15:49
  the
• 15:49
  things
• 15:49
  I've
• 15:50
  developed,
• 15:50
  like
• 15:51
  that's
• 15:51
  changed
• 15:51
  over
• 15:52
  time.
• 15:52
  As
• 15:52
  I
• 15:52
  was
• 15:52
  preparing
• 15:53
  for
• 15:53
  this,
• 15:53
  I'll
• 15:54
  look
• 15:54
  at
• 15:54
  some
• 15:54
  of
• 15:54
  my
• 15:54
  older
• 15:54
  ones
• 15:55
  right
• 15:55
  into
• 15:56
  where
• 15:56
  they
• 15:56
  are
• 15:56
  now.
• 15:57
  Strikingly
• 15:58
  similar.
• 15:59
  Very
• 15:59
  like,
• 15:59
  not
• 16:00
  a
• 16:00
  lot
• 16:00
  of
• 16:00
  changes
• 16:00
  there.
• 16:00
  But
• 16:01
  one
• 16:01
  of
• 16:01
  the
• 16:01
  big
• 16:01
  changes
• 16:01
  I
• 16:02
  did
• 16:02
  change
• 16:02
  with
• 16:03
  was
• 16:03
  the
• 16:03
  eye
• 16:03
  that
• 16:04
  I
• 16:04
  put
• 16:04
  on.
• 16:05
  The
• 16:06
  eye
• 16:06
  I
• 16:06
  started
• 16:06
  with
• 16:06
  was
• 16:07
  38
• 16:08
  and
• 16:08
  I
• 16:08
  went
• 16:08
  up
• 16:08
  to
• 16:09
  a
• 16:09
  half.
• 16:10
  And
• 16:11
  the
• 16:11
  reason
• 16:11
  why
• 16:11
  I
• 16:11
  did
• 16:12
  that
• 16:12
  was
• 16:13
  if
• 16:14
  you
• 16:14
  fished
• 16:14
  any
• 16:15
  fly
• 16:15
  with
• 16:15
  that
• 16:16
  laser
• 16:16
  dub
• 16:16
  on
• 16:17
  the
• 16:17
  head,
• 16:18
  over
• 16:19
  time
• 16:22
  it
• 16:22
  gradually
• 16:23
  just
• 16:23
  disappears.
• 16:23
  Right.
• 16:24
  As
• 16:24
  you
• 16:24
  fish
• 16:24
  it,
• 16:25
  the
• 16:25
  more
• 16:25
  you
• 16:25
  fish
• 16:25
  it,
• 16:25
  it
• 16:25
  just
• 16:26
  kind
• 16:26
  of
• 16:26
  works
• 16:26
  its
• 16:26
  way
• 16:26
  out.
• 16:27
  And
• 16:27
  when
• 16:28
  I
• 16:28
  put
• 16:28
  those
• 16:28
  eyes
• 16:29
  on
• 16:29
  there,
• 16:29
  I
• 16:29
  put
• 16:29
  that
• 16:29
  goop,
• 16:30
  that
• 16:30
  same
• 16:30
  goop
• 16:30
  I
• 16:31
  used
• 16:31
  to
• 16:31
  put
• 16:31
  the
• 16:32
  popper
• 16:32
  head
• 16:33
  on
• 16:33
  and
• 16:33
  fix
• 16:33
  it
• 16:33
  there.
• 16:34
  I
• 16:35
  put
• 16:35
  it
• 16:35
  on
• 16:35
  the
• 16:35
  back
• 16:35
  of
• 16:35
  those
• 16:35
  guys
• 16:36
  and
• 16:36
  I
• 16:36
  really
• 16:36
  sandwich
• 16:36
  it
• 16:37
  really
• 16:37
  good
• 16:37
  on
• 16:37
  that
• 16:38
  and
• 16:38
  that
• 16:38
  laser
• 16:38
  dub.
• 16:39
  And
• 16:39
  that
• 16:39
  helps
• 16:40
  A,
• 16:40
  warm
• 16:41
  the
• 16:41
  head
• 16:41
  of
• 16:41
  more
• 16:41
  like
• 16:42
  up
• 16:42
  and
• 16:42
  down.
• 16:43
  And
• 16:43
  then
• 16:44
  B,
• 16:44
  it
• 16:44
  helps
• 16:44
  hold
• 16:45
  on
• 16:45
  to
• 16:45
  those
• 16:45
  fibers.
• 16:46
  Right.
• 16:46
  It
• 16:46
  works
• 16:46
  its
• 16:47
  way
• 16:47
  in
• 16:47
  and
• 16:47
  then
• 16:47
  it
• 16:48
  dries
• 16:48
  and
• 16:49
  it's
• 16:49
  just,
• 16:49
  it's
• 16:49
  never
• 16:49
  letting
• 16:50
  that
• 16:50
  stuff
• 16:50
  go.
• 16:51
  So
• 16:51
  you'll
• 16:51
  use
• 16:51
  a
• 16:52
  little
• 16:52
  bit,
• 16:52
  but
• 16:52
  you're.
• 16:52
  It's
• 16:53
  still
• 16:53
  going
• 16:53
  to
• 16:53
  hold
• 16:53
  that
• 16:53
  shape
• 16:54
  really
• 16:54
  good
• 16:54
  over
• 16:54
  time.
• 16:55
  Yeah.
• 16:55
  And
• 16:55
  it
• 16:55
  just
• 16:56
  kind
• 16:56
  of
• 16:56
  let
• 16:56
  folks
• 16:56
  know
• 16:56
  on
• 16:57
  proportions.
• 16:57
  That's
• 16:58
  a
• 16:58
  half
• 16:58
  inch
• 16:58
  eye
• 16:58
  on
• 16:59
  what,
• 16:59
  the
• 16:59
  original
• 16:59
  9
• 16:59
  inch
• 17:00
  fly.
• 17:01
  Yeah.
• 17:01
  I
• 17:01
  call
• 17:01
  it
• 17:02
  8
• 17:02
  to
• 17:02
  9
• 17:02
  inches
• 17:02
  somewhere
• 17:03
  in
• 17:03
  there.
• 17:03
  Yeah.
• 17:03
  Yeah.
• 17:04
  And
• 17:04
  so
• 17:04
  as
• 17:04
  you
• 17:04
  were
• 17:05
  kind
• 17:05
  of
• 17:05
  working
• 17:05
  through
• 17:05
  things,
• 17:06
  was
• 17:06
  there
• 17:06
  anything
• 17:06
  that
• 17:06
  you
• 17:06
  thought
• 17:07
  was
• 17:07
  going
• 17:07
  to
• 17:07
  be
• 17:07
  awesome
• 17:08
  on
• 17:09
  the
• 17:09
  fly
• 17:09
  that
• 17:09
  just
• 17:09
  didn't
• 17:10
  make
• 17:10
  the
• 17:10
  cut?
• 17:12
  A
• 17:13
  couple
• 17:13
  things.
• 17:13
  Like
• 17:14
  one
• 17:14
  thing
• 17:14
  was
• 17:14
  like
• 17:15
  when
• 17:15
  I
• 17:15
  originally
• 17:16
  started
• 17:16
  tying
• 17:16
  him,
• 17:17
  I
• 17:17
  talked
• 17:17
  about
• 17:17
  that
• 17:17
  rattle
• 17:18
  I
• 17:19
  had.
• 17:19
  The
• 17:19
  rattle
• 17:19
  was
• 17:19
  really
• 17:20
  floppy.
• 17:20
  Cause
• 17:20
  I
• 17:21
  thought
• 17:21
  that
• 17:21
  would
• 17:21
  be
• 17:22
  like,
• 17:22
  would
• 17:22
  make
• 17:22
  that
• 17:22
  rattle
• 17:23
  go
• 17:23
  more.
• 17:25
  And
• 17:26
  I
• 17:26
  wound
• 17:27
  up
• 17:27
  over
• 17:27
  time
• 17:27
  cinching
• 17:28
  it
• 17:28
  really
• 17:28
  tight.
• 17:29
  Cause
• 17:29
  I
• 17:29
  think
• 17:29
  it
• 17:29
  keeping
• 17:29
  it
• 17:30
  tighter
• 17:30
  to
• 17:30
  the
• 17:30
  body
• 17:32
  does
• 17:32
  that
• 17:32
  a
• 17:32
  little
• 17:32
  bit
• 17:33
  better
• 17:33
  than
• 17:34
  like
• 17:34
  having
• 17:34
  it
• 17:34
  a
• 17:34
  little,
• 17:35
  like
• 17:36
  a
• 17:36
  little
• 17:36
  floppy
• 17:36
  at
• 17:36
  the
• 17:36
  end.
• 17:37
  But
• 17:37
  other
• 17:37
  than
• 17:37
  that,
• 17:38
  like
• 17:38
  I
• 17:38
  said,
• 17:38
  it's
• 17:38
  pretty
• 17:39
  strikingly
• 17:40
  similar.
• 17:42
  Actually.
• 17:42
  The
• 17:42
  first
• 17:43
  couple
• 17:43
  I
• 17:43
  tied,
• 17:44
  I
• 17:44
  would
• 17:44
  tie
• 17:45
  the
• 17:45
  rattle
• 17:46
  right
• 17:46
  to
• 17:46
  the
• 17:47
  hook
• 17:47
  and
• 17:48
  then
• 17:48
  use
• 17:48
  like
• 17:48
  a
• 17:49
  UV
• 17:49
  glue
• 17:49
  to
• 17:49
  hold
• 17:49
  it
• 17:49
  on.
• 17:50
  But
• 17:51
  those
• 17:51
  would
• 17:51
  snap
• 17:51
  off.
• 17:52
  And
• 17:52
  that's
• 17:52
  when
• 17:52
  I
• 17:52
  switched
• 17:53
  to
• 17:53
  the
• 17:53
  rubber.
• 17:55
  I
• 17:55
  don't
• 17:55
  know,
• 17:57
  holder
• 17:57
  there.
• 17:58
  Yeah.
• 17:58
  It's
• 17:58
  interesting
• 17:59
  too.
• 17:59
  Does
• 17:59
  that.
• 18:00
  Does
• 18:00
  that
• 18:00
  rubber
• 18:01
  rattle
• 18:01
  maybe
• 18:01
  also
• 18:01
  give
• 18:02
  a
• 18:02
  little
• 18:02
  bit
• 18:02
  of
• 18:02
  support
• 18:02
  to
• 18:03
  the
• 18:03
  tail?
• 18:03
  So
• 18:03
  the
• 18:03
  tail
• 18:04
  has
• 18:04
  a
• 18:04
  less
• 18:04
  of
• 18:04
  a
• 18:04
  tendency
• 18:05
  to
• 18:05
  kind
• 18:05
  of
• 18:06
  drop
• 18:06
  down
• 18:06
  over
• 18:06
  the
• 18:07
  bend
• 18:07
  of
• 18:07
  the
• 18:07
  hook.
• 18:09
  That.
• 18:11
  That
• 18:11
  might
• 18:11
  be
• 18:12
  the
• 18:12
  case.
• 18:12
  But
• 18:12
  that
• 18:13
  synthetic
• 18:13
  yak
• 18:14
  where
• 18:14
  at
• 18:14
  the
• 18:14
  length
• 18:15
  that
• 18:15
  it's
• 18:15
  at,
• 18:16
  if
• 18:16
  I
• 18:16
  were
• 18:17
  to
• 18:17
  go
• 18:17
  a
• 18:17
  little
• 18:17
  bit
• 18:17
  longer,
• 18:17
  that
• 18:18
  would
• 18:18
  probably
• 18:18
  be
• 18:18
  a
• 18:19
  more.
• 18:21
  A
• 18:21
  bigger
• 18:21
  problem.
• 18:22
  I
• 18:22
  think
• 18:23
  the
• 18:23
  stem
• 18:23
  of
• 18:23
  the
• 18:23
  feathers
• 18:24
  I
• 18:24
  think
• 18:24
  helps
• 18:24
  do
• 18:25
  that.
• 18:25
  And
• 18:25
  then
• 18:25
  also
• 18:26
  it's
• 18:26
  reverse
• 18:26
  tied
• 18:27
  and
• 18:27
  it's
• 18:28
  got
• 18:28
  a
• 18:28
  pretty
• 18:28
  good
• 18:29
  support
• 18:30
  system
• 18:30
  from
• 18:30
  the.
• 18:31
  From
• 18:31
  the
• 18:33
  part
• 18:33
  that's
• 18:34
  aiming
• 18:34
  back
• 18:34
  before
• 18:34
  you
• 18:35
  reverse
• 18:35
  it.
• 18:36
  So.
• 18:37
  Got
• 18:37
  it.
• 18:37
  Any
• 18:38
  kind
• 18:38
  of.
• 18:38
  I
• 18:39
  don't
• 18:39
  think
• 18:39
  you.
• 18:39
  You
• 18:39
  weight
• 18:40
  these
• 18:40
  generally,
• 18:41
  right?
• 18:42
  Yeah.
• 18:43
  So
• 18:43
  the.
• 18:43
  All
• 18:44
  the
• 18:44
  business
• 18:44
  is
• 18:44
  in
• 18:44
  the
• 18:44
  line,
• 18:45
  but
• 18:45
  you
• 18:45
  know,
• 18:45
  kind
• 18:45
  of
• 18:45
  any
• 18:45
  tricks
• 18:46
  for
• 18:46
  folks
• 18:46
  on
• 18:47
  kind
• 18:47
  of
• 18:47
  sizing
• 18:48
  and
• 18:48
  proportions.
• 18:51
  That's
• 18:51
  probably
• 18:53
  the
• 18:53
  biggest
• 18:53
  thing
• 18:54
  that
• 18:54
  I
• 18:54
  get
• 18:54
  from
• 18:54
  anybody
• 18:56
  trying
• 18:56
  to
• 18:56
  tie
• 18:57
  any
• 18:57
  of
• 18:57
  these
• 18:57
  flies
• 18:58
  and
• 18:58
  any
• 18:58
  one
• 18:58
  of
• 18:58
  my
• 18:58
  flies
• 18:59
  that
• 18:59
  I
• 18:59
  have.
• 18:59
  Proportionality,
• 19:00
  I
• 19:00
  think
• 19:00
  that's
• 19:01
  true.
• 19:02
  Like
• 19:03
  streamers,
• 19:03
  probably
• 19:04
  the
• 19:04
  most.
• 19:04
  Right.
• 19:05
  Because
• 19:05
  it's
• 19:05
  the
• 19:05
  bigger
• 19:06
  platform
• 19:06
  and
• 19:06
  you're
• 19:06
  trying
• 19:07
  to
• 19:07
  get
• 19:07
  those
• 19:07
  things
• 19:07
  together.
• 19:08
  But
• 19:09
  proportionality
• 19:10
  is
• 19:10
  probably
• 19:11
  the.
• 19:11
  The
• 19:12
  biggest
• 19:13
  piece
• 19:14
  of
• 19:14
  it.
• 19:14
  And
• 19:14
  it's
• 19:14
  really
• 19:16
  the
• 19:16
  bucktail
• 19:16
  is
• 19:16
  where
• 19:17
  it
• 19:17
  comes
• 19:17
  in.
• 19:17
  Right.
• 19:17
  There's
• 19:18
  no
• 19:18
  one
• 19:18
  where
• 19:18
  that
• 19:18
  bucktail.
• 19:19
  And
• 19:19
  knowing
• 19:19
  how
• 19:19
  much
• 19:19
  to
• 19:20
  put
• 19:20
  it
• 19:20
  in.
• 19:20
  I
• 19:20
  can
• 19:20
  do
• 19:20
  it
• 19:20
  now
• 19:21
  in
• 19:21
  my
• 19:21
  sleep.
• 19:21
  I've
• 19:21
  tied
• 19:22
  so
• 19:22
  many
• 19:22
  flies
• 19:23
  with
• 19:23
  so
• 19:23
  much
• 19:23
  bucktail
• 19:24
  and,
• 19:25
  you
• 19:25
  know,
• 19:25
  I
• 19:25
  can
• 19:25
  just
• 19:25
  pinch
• 19:26
  it
• 19:26
  and
• 19:26
  I
• 19:26
  know
• 19:26
  exactly
• 19:26
  how
• 19:27
  much
• 19:27
  I
• 19:27
  have.
• 19:28
  And
• 19:29
  that's
• 19:31
  the
• 19:31
  biggest
• 19:31
  like
• 19:31
  crowd
• 19:32
  and
• 19:32
  hook.
• 19:32
  The
• 19:32
  great
• 19:33
  thing
• 19:33
  about
• 19:33
  these
• 19:33
  big
• 19:33
  platforms
• 19:34
  is
• 19:35
  if
• 19:35
  you
• 19:35
  crowd
• 19:35
  the
• 19:35
  eye
• 19:36
  of
• 19:36
  the
• 19:36
  hook
• 19:36
  generally
• 19:36
  if
• 19:37
  you
• 19:37
  hold
• 19:37
  your
• 19:37
  vice
• 19:37
  really
• 19:38
  good
• 19:38
  and
• 19:38
  you
• 19:39
  can
• 19:39
  kind
• 19:39
  of
• 19:39
  work
• 19:39
  your
• 19:40
  fingers
• 19:40
  back
• 19:40
  and
• 19:40
  you
• 19:40
  can
• 19:40
  get
• 19:41
  yourself
• 19:41
  that
• 19:41
  extra
• 19:42
  eighth
• 19:43
  quarter
• 19:43
  inch,
• 19:43
  sometimes
• 19:43
  even
• 19:44
  a
• 19:44
  half
• 19:44
  an
• 19:44
  inch
• 19:44
  that
• 19:44
  you
• 19:45
  may
• 19:45
  have
• 19:45
  taken
• 19:46
  up
• 19:46
  as
• 19:46
  you
• 19:46
  kind
• 19:47
  of
• 19:47
  push
• 19:47
  things
• 19:47
  forward.
• 19:49
  Got
• 19:49
  it.
• 19:49
  And
• 19:49
  so,
• 19:49
  you
• 19:50
  know,
• 19:50
  do
• 19:50
  you
• 19:50
  have.
• 19:51
  And
• 19:51
  I
• 19:51
  guess
• 19:51
  I'll
• 19:51
  kind
• 19:51
  of
• 19:52
  wrap
• 19:52
  this.
• 19:52
  Like
• 19:52
  I
• 19:52
  know
• 19:52
  you
• 19:53
  were,
• 19:53
  you
• 19:53
  know,
• 19:53
  your
• 19:53
  original
• 19:54
  focus
• 19:54
  was
• 19:54
  on
• 19:56
  lake
• 19:56
  muskie,
• 19:57
  but,
• 19:57
  you
• 19:57
  know,
• 19:57
  as
• 19:58
  you've
• 19:58
  kind
• 19:58
  of
• 19:59
  spread
• 19:59
  out
• 19:59
  to
• 19:59
  other
• 20:00
  species,
• 20:01
  you
• 20:01
  know,
• 20:01
  what
• 20:01
  are
• 20:01
  your.
• 20:02
  And
• 20:02
  let's
• 20:03
  include
• 20:03
  muskie
• 20:03
  in
• 20:03
  that
• 20:03
  too.
• 20:04
  But
• 20:04
  what
• 20:04
  are
• 20:04
  kind
• 20:04
  of
• 20:04
  your
• 20:04
  preferred
• 20:05
  hook
• 20:05
  sizes
• 20:05
  and
• 20:06
  Kind
• 20:06
  of
• 20:06
  what
• 20:06
  are
• 20:07
  your
• 20:07
  preferred
• 20:07
  color
• 20:07
  combos?
• 20:09
  So
• 20:09
  I
• 20:09
  started
• 20:09
  with
• 20:10
  that
• 20:10
  6
• 20:10
  od
• 20:10
  for
• 20:10
  the
• 20:11
  musky
• 20:11
  fly,
• 20:11
  right?
• 20:11
  And
• 20:12
  that's
• 20:12
  where
• 20:12
  it
• 20:13
  kind
• 20:13
  of
• 20:13
  went.
• 20:13
  And
• 20:13
  then
• 20:16
  similarly,
• 20:17
  you
• 20:17
  know,
• 20:17
  it.
• 20:18
  The
• 20:18
  proportionality
• 20:19
  is
• 20:19
  how.
• 20:19
  Like,
• 20:20
  how
• 20:20
  can
• 20:20
  I.
• 20:21
  The
• 20:21
  just
• 20:22
  the
• 20:22
  pieces
• 20:22
  fit
• 20:22
  so
• 20:23
  good
• 20:23
  for
• 20:23
  the
• 20:23
  big
• 20:23
  one,
• 20:24
  right.
• 20:24
  And
• 20:24
  as
• 20:25
  I
• 20:25
  wanted,
• 20:25
  over
• 20:25
  time,
• 20:26
  people
• 20:26
  like,
• 20:26
  hey,
• 20:26
  can
• 20:26
  you
• 20:27
  make
• 20:27
  this
• 20:27
  a
• 20:27
  little
• 20:27
  bit
• 20:28
  smaller?
• 20:28
  Right?
• 20:28
  Maybe
• 20:29
  I
• 20:29
  want
• 20:29
  to
• 20:29
  go
• 20:29
  for.
• 20:29
  I
• 20:29
  mean,
• 20:30
  I
• 20:30
  don't
• 20:30
  live
• 20:30
  in
• 20:31
  a
• 20:31
  place
• 20:31
  for
• 20:31
  musky,
• 20:31
  but
• 20:31
  I'd
• 20:32
  love
• 20:32
  to
• 20:32
  use
• 20:32
  this
• 20:32
  flag
• 20:32
  for.
• 20:35
  For,
• 20:36
  you
• 20:36
  know,
• 20:36
  pike
• 20:37
  or
• 20:37
  for
• 20:37
  lake
• 20:37
  trout
• 20:38
  or
• 20:38
  for
• 20:38
  stripers.
• 20:39
  I
• 20:39
  get
• 20:39
  that
• 20:39
  a
• 20:39
  lot
• 20:39
  too.
• 20:40
  And
• 20:41
  then
• 20:41
  I
• 20:41
  kind
• 20:41
  of.
• 20:41
  It
• 20:41
  kind
• 20:42
  of
• 20:42
  the
• 20:42
  materials
• 20:42
  kind
• 20:42
  of
• 20:43
  fell
• 20:43
  together
• 20:43
  and,
• 20:44
  you
• 20:44
  know,
• 20:44
  I
• 20:44
  scaled
• 20:45
  it
• 20:45
  down
• 20:46
  with
• 20:46
  the
• 20:46
  smaller
• 20:47
  popper
• 20:47
  head
• 20:47
  to
• 20:48
  a
• 20:48
  four
• 20:48
  on
• 20:48
  a
• 20:49
  four
• 20:49
  ought
• 20:49
  hook,
• 20:50
  right.
• 20:50
  And
• 20:51
  instead
• 20:51
  of
• 20:51
  using
• 20:51
  my
• 20:51
  synthetic
• 20:52
  yak,
• 20:52
  I
• 20:53
  use
• 20:53
  the
• 20:54
  Farrar
• 20:54
  blend
• 20:55
  fibers,
• 20:56
  which
• 20:56
  aren't
• 20:57
  as
• 20:57
  stiff,
• 20:57
  but
• 20:57
  they
• 20:58
  don't
• 20:58
  need
• 20:58
  to
• 20:58
  be
• 20:58
  because
• 20:59
  they
• 20:59
  don't
• 20:59
  go
• 20:59
  back
• 21:00
  as
• 21:00
  far
• 21:00
  as.
• 21:00
  Right.
• 21:01
  Lots
• 21:01
  of
• 21:01
  color
• 21:01
  combination
• 21:02
  there.
• 21:02
  Really
• 21:02
  good
• 21:02
  flash
• 21:03
  built
• 21:03
  into
• 21:03
  those.
• 21:04
  I
• 21:05
  can
• 21:05
  use
• 21:05
  smaller
• 21:05
  feathers
• 21:06
  that
• 21:06
  I
• 21:06
  wasn't
• 21:06
  using
• 21:07
  on
• 21:08
  any
• 21:08
  other
• 21:08
  fly,
• 21:08
  right.
• 21:09
  So
• 21:09
  I'm
• 21:09
  using
• 21:09
  the
• 21:09
  whole
• 21:10
  saddle
• 21:11
  now
• 21:12
  with
• 21:12
  that
• 21:13
  and
• 21:15
  a
• 21:15
  little
• 21:15
  less
• 21:15
  flash
• 21:16
  because
• 21:16
  they're
• 21:16
  not
• 21:16
  as
• 21:17
  long
• 21:17
  to
• 21:17
  put
• 21:17
  it
• 21:18
  in
• 21:18
  there.
• 21:18
  But,
• 21:18
  you
• 21:18
  know,
• 21:19
  that
• 21:19
  came
• 21:19
  out.
• 21:19
  That's
• 21:20
  why
• 21:20
  I
• 21:20
  said
• 21:20
  more
• 21:20
  between
• 21:21
  five
• 21:21
  and
• 21:21
  a
• 21:21
  half
• 21:22
  to
• 21:22
  six
• 21:22
  and
• 21:22
  a
• 21:22
  half
• 21:22
  inches
• 21:23
  in
• 21:23
  most
• 21:23
  cases.
• 21:26
  So
• 21:26
  then
• 21:26
  I
• 21:26
  had
• 21:26
  people
• 21:27
  asking,
• 21:27
  can
• 21:27
  you
• 21:28
  make
• 21:28
  it
• 21:28
  like,
• 21:29
  what
• 21:29
  about
• 21:29
  for.
• 21:29
  For
• 21:30
  smallies
• 21:30
  in
• 21:30
  the
• 21:30
  river
• 21:31
  and
• 21:31
  things
• 21:31
  like
• 21:31
  that,
• 21:31
  which.
• 21:32
  This
• 21:32
  fly,
• 21:33
  the
• 21:33
  Swine
• 21:34
  junior,
• 21:34
  is
• 21:34
  my
• 21:35
  favorite
• 21:35
  smallmouth
• 21:36
  fly
• 21:36
  to
• 21:36
  fish
• 21:37
  on
• 21:37
  Lake
• 21:37
  Sinclair.
• 21:38
  Because
• 21:38
  if
• 21:38
  they're
• 21:39
  eating
• 21:39
  that,
• 21:40
  you're
• 21:40
  only
• 21:40
  getting
• 21:40
  the
• 21:41
  big
• 21:41
  boys.
• 21:42
  It's
• 21:42
  a
• 21:42
  fun
• 21:42
  flight
• 21:43
  of
• 21:43
  fish.
• 21:43
  And
• 21:44
  like
• 21:45
  you.
• 21:45
  You
• 21:45
  eliminate
• 21:46
  like
• 21:46
  the
• 21:46
  bottom
• 21:47
  95%.
• 21:48
  You're
• 21:48
  only
• 21:48
  getting
• 21:48
  the
• 21:49
  tanks.
• 21:50
  And
• 21:50
  so
• 21:50
  it's
• 21:51
  my
• 21:51
  favorite
• 21:51
  fly
• 21:51
  to
• 21:51
  fish
• 21:52
  for
• 21:52
  smallies
• 21:52
  in
• 21:52
  Sinclair,
• 21:54
  but
• 21:54
  for
• 21:55
  the
• 21:55
  rivers,
• 21:55
  you
• 21:56
  know,
• 21:56
  getting
• 21:56
  a
• 21:56
  fly
• 21:56
  down,
• 21:57
  you
• 21:57
  know,
• 21:57
  four
• 21:57
  inches.
• 21:59
  A
• 21:59
  couple
• 22:00
  years
• 22:00
  ago,
• 22:00
  I
• 22:00
  kind
• 22:01
  of
• 22:01
  finally
• 22:01
  figured
• 22:01
  out
• 22:02
  how
• 22:02
  to
• 22:02
  make
• 22:02
  it
• 22:03
  because
• 22:03
  the
• 22:03
  popper
• 22:04
  head
• 22:04
  piece
• 22:04
  was
• 22:05
  gone.
• 22:05
  Like,
• 22:05
  I
• 22:05
  couldn't.
• 22:05
  The
• 22:06
  popperhead
• 22:06
  is
• 22:06
  too
• 22:06
  small
• 22:07
  or
• 22:07
  it
• 22:07
  would
• 22:07
  break
• 22:08
  pushing
• 22:08
  it
• 22:08
  over
• 22:08
  the
• 22:09
  hook
• 22:10
  the
• 22:10
  way
• 22:10
  that
• 22:10
  I
• 22:10
  wanted
• 22:10
  to.
• 22:12
  And
• 22:12
  I
• 22:13
  found
• 22:13
  that
• 22:13
  fettuccine
• 22:14
  foam
• 22:15
  right
• 22:15
  where
• 22:16
  you
• 22:16
  can
• 22:16
  put
• 22:16
  the
• 22:17
  strips.
• 22:17
  And
• 22:17
  I
• 22:17
  was
• 22:17
  tying
• 22:17
  it
• 22:18
  in
• 22:18
  where
• 22:18
  I
• 22:18
  put
• 22:18
  the
• 22:18
  foam
• 22:19
  topper
• 22:19
  head.
• 22:20
  And
• 22:20
  because
• 22:21
  there's
• 22:21
  so
• 22:21
  little
• 22:22
  material
• 22:22
  in
• 22:22
  there,
• 22:23
  because
• 22:24
  I
• 22:24
  was
• 22:24
  using
• 22:24
  a
• 22:24
  little
• 22:25
  bit
• 22:25
  less
• 22:25
  of
• 22:25
  the.
• 22:26
  The
• 22:26
  Ferrar
• 22:26
  blend,
• 22:27
  there's
• 22:27
  less
• 22:27
  bucktail
• 22:28
  there.
• 22:28
  The
• 22:29
  getting
• 22:30
  it
• 22:30
  to
• 22:30
  fish
• 22:31
  Right.
• 22:31
  Took
• 22:32
  a
• 22:32
  little
• 22:32
  bit.
• 22:32
  And
• 22:32
  what
• 22:32
  I
• 22:33
  wound
• 22:33
  up
• 22:33
  doing
• 22:34
  is,
• 22:34
  and
• 22:34
  this
• 22:35
  can
• 22:35
  be
• 22:35
  an
• 22:35
  applicant,
• 22:36
  you
• 22:36
  can
• 22:36
  use
• 22:36
  application
• 22:36
  you
• 22:37
  can
• 22:37
  use
• 22:37
  for
• 22:37
  a
• 22:37
  lot
• 22:37
  of
• 22:37
  flies.
• 22:38
  If
• 22:38
  you
• 22:38
  want
• 22:38
  to
• 22:38
  do
• 22:38
  this
• 22:39
  is
• 22:40
  I
• 22:40
  would
• 22:41
  have
• 22:41
  those
• 22:41
  pieces
• 22:42
  of
• 22:42
  the
• 22:43
  fettuccine
• 22:44
  foam
• 22:44
  hang
• 22:44
  off
• 22:44
  like
• 22:45
  a
• 22:45
  half
• 22:45
  an
• 22:45
  inch,
• 22:45
  and
• 22:45
  I
• 22:46
  tie
• 22:46
  in
• 22:46
  like
• 22:46
  six
• 22:46
  to
• 22:47
  eight
• 22:47
  pieces
• 22:47
  in
• 22:47
  there.
• 22:48
  And
• 22:48
  then
• 22:49
  I
• 22:49
  tell
• 22:49
  people
• 22:50
  when
• 22:50
  I,
• 22:50
  when
• 22:50
  they're
• 22:50
  getting
• 22:51
  those
• 22:51
  flies
• 22:51
  from
• 22:51
  me,
• 22:52
  I'm
• 22:53
  like,
• 22:53
  hey,
• 22:53
  you
• 22:54
  might
• 22:54
  need
• 22:54
  to
• 22:54
  tune
• 22:54
  this
• 22:54
  yourself.
• 22:55
  So
• 22:56
  you
• 22:56
  want
• 22:56
  to
• 22:56
  fish
• 22:56
  it.
• 22:57
  And
• 22:57
  if
• 22:57
  you
• 22:57
  need
• 22:57
  to
• 22:58
  pluck
• 22:58
  out
• 22:58
  1,
• 22:59
  2,
• 22:59
  3,
• 22:59
  4
• 23:00
  pieces
• 23:00
  of
• 23:00
  that
• 23:00
  foam
• 23:01
  to
• 23:01
  get
• 23:01
  it
• 23:01
  to
• 23:01
  balance
• 23:02
  right,
• 23:03
  that's
• 23:03
  something
• 23:04
  you
• 23:04
  can
• 23:04
  do.
• 23:05
  And
• 23:05
  that's
• 23:06
  worked
• 23:06
  out
• 23:06
  really,
• 23:06
  really
• 23:07
  well
• 23:07
  is
• 23:07
  being
• 23:08
  able
• 23:08
  to,
• 23:08
  you
• 23:08
  know,
• 23:08
  you
• 23:08
  put
• 23:08
  in
• 23:09
  more
• 23:09
  than
• 23:09
  you
• 23:09
  need.
• 23:09
  I
• 23:09
  think
• 23:09
  something
• 23:10
  I
• 23:10
  read
• 23:10
  when
• 23:10
  I
• 23:11
  first
• 23:11
  started
• 23:11
  getting
• 23:12
  into
• 23:12
  this
• 23:12
  Pike
• 23:12
  Fly
• 23:13
  Muskie
• 23:13
  5
• 23:13
  thing
• 23:13
  was
• 23:14
  from
• 23:14
  Barry
• 23:14
  Reynolds
• 23:15
  in
• 23:15
  one
• 23:15
  of
• 23:15
  his
• 23:16
  pike
• 23:16
  books.
• 23:17
  And
• 23:17
  he
• 23:17
  said,
• 23:17
  always
• 23:17
  tie
• 23:18
  in
• 23:18
  more
• 23:18
  flash
• 23:19
  than
• 23:19
  you
• 23:19
  ever
• 23:19
  think
• 23:19
  you'll
• 23:19
  need.
• 23:20
  You
• 23:20
  can
• 23:20
  always
• 23:20
  cut
• 23:20
  it
• 23:20
  out,
• 23:21
  you
• 23:21
  can't
• 23:21
  add
• 23:21
  it
• 23:21
  later.
• 23:22
  Number
• 23:22
  one,
• 23:23
  I've
• 23:23
  never
• 23:23
  cut
• 23:23
  any
• 23:23
  flash
• 23:24
  out
• 23:24
  of
• 23:24
  a
• 23:24
  fly.
• 23:25
  Number
• 23:25
  two,
• 23:25
  but
• 23:26
  I
• 23:26
  have
• 23:26
  done
• 23:26
  it
• 23:26
  with
• 23:26
  this
• 23:27
  foam
• 23:27
  right,
• 23:27
  where
• 23:27
  you
• 23:27
  put
• 23:28
  in
• 23:28
  more
• 23:28
  than
• 23:28
  you
• 23:28
  need
• 23:28
  because
• 23:28
  you
• 23:29
  can't
• 23:29
  add
• 23:29
  it
• 23:29
  later,
• 23:30
  but
• 23:30
  you
• 23:31
  can
• 23:31
  kind
• 23:31
  of
• 23:31
  tune
• 23:31
  it
• 23:32
  that
• 23:32
  way.
• 23:33
  Yeah.
• 23:33
  And
• 23:33
  so
• 23:33
  when
• 23:33
  you're
• 23:33
  talking
• 23:34
  about
• 23:34
  tuning,
• 23:34
  are
• 23:34
  you
• 23:35
  trying
• 23:35
  to
• 23:35
  tune
• 23:35
  just
• 23:35
  kind
• 23:36
  of
• 23:36
  the
• 23:36
  hover
• 23:36
  or
• 23:37
  the
• 23:37
  drop,
• 23:37
  or
• 23:37
  are
• 23:38
  you
• 23:38
  trying
• 23:38
  to
• 23:39
  get
• 23:39
  the
• 23:39
  foam
• 23:39
  to
• 23:40
  be
• 23:40
  asymmetrical
• 23:41
  so
• 23:41
  that
• 23:41
  you're
• 23:41
  getting
• 23:42
  that,
• 23:42
  that
• 23:43
  kind
• 23:43
  of
• 23:43
  jerk
• 23:43
  on
• 23:43
  the
• 23:43
  glide?
• 23:45
  The
• 23:45
  first
• 23:45
  thing
• 23:46
  is
• 23:46
  you
• 23:46
  want
• 23:46
  it
• 23:46
  to
• 23:46
  swim.
• 23:46
  True.
• 23:47
  Right.
• 23:47
  You
• 23:47
  don't
• 23:47
  want
• 23:47
  it
• 23:48
  to
• 23:48
  spin,
• 23:48
  you
• 23:48
  don't
• 23:48
  want
• 23:49
  it
• 23:49
  to,
• 23:49
  you
• 23:50
  know,
• 23:50
  kick
• 23:50
  to
• 23:50
  one,
• 23:50
  you
• 23:50
  know,
• 23:51
  tilt
• 23:51
  to
• 23:52
  one
• 23:52
  side
• 23:52
  or
• 23:52
  the
• 23:52
  other.
• 23:52
  So
• 23:53
  that's
• 23:53
  the
• 23:53
  first
• 23:53
  thing.
• 23:53
  And
• 23:54
  then
• 23:54
  you
• 23:54
  can
• 23:54
  kind
• 23:55
  of
• 23:55
  tune
• 23:55
  it
• 23:55
  a
• 23:55
  little
• 23:56
  bit
• 23:56
  with
• 23:56
  the,
• 23:57
  the
• 23:57
  side
• 23:57
  to
• 23:57
  side
• 23:57
  action
• 23:58
  as
• 23:58
  you're
• 23:58
  working
• 23:58
  it.
• 23:59
  You
• 24:00
  know,
• 24:00
  all
• 24:00
  of
• 24:00
  the,
• 24:00
  you
• 24:01
  know,
• 24:01
  aside
• 24:02
  from
• 24:02
  the,
• 24:02
  from
• 24:02
  the,
• 24:03
  the
• 24:03
  pot
• 24:03
  belly
• 24:03
  swine,
• 24:04
  that's
• 24:04
  what
• 24:04
  I
• 24:04
  call
• 24:04
  that
• 24:04
  little
• 24:05
  one.
• 24:05
  Right.
• 24:06
  Aside
• 24:06
  from
• 24:06
  that
• 24:06
  one,
• 24:06
  the
• 24:07
  swine
• 24:07
  and
• 24:07
  the
• 24:07
  swine
• 24:07
  Junior,
• 24:09
  all
• 24:09
  of
• 24:09
  them
• 24:09
  swim
• 24:10
  side
• 24:10
  to
• 24:10
  side
• 24:11
  and
• 24:11
  you're
• 24:11
  doing
• 24:11
  that
• 24:11
  jerk
• 24:11
  strip
• 24:12
  retrieve.
• 24:14
  Some
• 24:15
  do
• 24:15
  it
• 24:15
  way
• 24:15
  better
• 24:15
  than
• 24:16
  others.
• 24:16
  They're
• 24:17
  all
• 24:17
  going
• 24:17
  to
• 24:17
  do
• 24:17
  it.
• 24:17
  And
• 24:17
  I
• 24:17
  can
• 24:18
  actually
• 24:18
  say
• 24:18
  that
• 24:19
  the
• 24:19
  junior
• 24:20
  probably,
• 24:20
  like
• 24:21
  if
• 24:21
  I
• 24:21
  lined
• 24:21
  up
• 24:21
  10
• 24:22
  slides
• 24:23
  of
• 24:23
  that
• 24:23
  junior,
• 24:24
  they
• 24:24
  all
• 24:25
  swim
• 24:25
  in
• 24:26
  pretty
• 24:26
  tight
• 24:27
  comparison.
• 24:28
  Where
• 24:29
  if
• 24:29
  I
• 24:29
  lined
• 24:29
  up
• 24:30
  10
• 24:30
  of
• 24:30
  the
• 24:30
  traditional,
• 24:31
  of
• 24:31
  the
• 24:31
  traditional
• 24:32
  swines,
• 24:33
  I'm
• 24:33
  going
• 24:33
  to
• 24:33
  get
• 24:33
  two
• 24:33
  or
• 24:34
  three
• 24:34
  out
• 24:34
  of
• 24:34
  there
• 24:35
  that
• 24:35
  swim
• 24:35
  like
• 24:37
  you
• 24:37
  just
• 24:37
  like
• 24:37
  you
• 24:37
  look
• 24:37
  at
• 24:38
  it.
• 24:38
  You're
• 24:38
  like,
• 24:38
  that's
• 24:39
  incredible.
• 24:40
  And
• 24:40
  then
• 24:40
  the
• 24:40
  rest
• 24:40
  of
• 24:40
  them
• 24:40
  are
• 24:41
  going
• 24:41
  to
• 24:41
  swim
• 24:41
  pretty
• 24:41
  good.
• 24:41
  I've
• 24:42
  got
• 24:42
  one
• 24:43
  that
• 24:43
  is
• 24:43
  a
• 24:44
  100%
• 24:44
  chartres.
• 24:45
  I
• 24:45
  call
• 24:45
  that
• 24:45
  one
• 24:46
  snot
• 24:46
  rocket.
• 24:48
  And
• 24:49
  what's
• 24:50
  great
• 24:50
  about
• 24:50
  that
• 24:50
  flag,
• 24:51
  you
• 24:51
  can
• 24:51
  see
• 24:51
  it
• 24:51
  the
• 24:51
  whole
• 24:52
  way
• 24:52
  in.
• 24:52
  And
• 24:52
  it
• 24:53
  shoot
• 24:53
  like
• 24:54
  it's
• 24:54
  like
• 24:54
  two
• 24:54
  and
• 24:54
  a
• 24:55
  half,
• 24:55
  three
• 24:55
  feet
• 24:55
  to
• 24:56
  the.
• 24:56
  To.
• 24:56
  To
• 24:56
  a
• 24:56
  side
• 24:57
  every
• 24:57
  time
• 24:57
  you
• 24:57
  strip
• 24:58
  it.
• 24:58
  I
• 24:58
  don't
• 24:58
  know
• 24:58
  what
• 24:59
  I
• 24:59
  did
• 24:59
  to
• 24:59
  that
• 24:59
  fly,
• 25:00
  but
• 25:00
  it
• 25:00
  is,
• 25:02
  It's.
• 25:02
  It's
• 25:02
  magical
• 25:03
  to
• 25:03
  sketch.
• 25:03
  It's
• 25:03
  really
• 25:03
  fun.
• 25:04
  Very,
• 25:05
  very
• 25:05
  neat.
• 25:05
  What
• 25:05
  are.
• 25:06
  What
• 25:06
  are
• 25:06
  some
• 25:07
  common
• 25:07
  mistakes
• 25:07
  you
• 25:07
  see
• 25:08
  folks
• 25:08
  make
• 25:08
  when
• 25:08
  they're
• 25:08
  trying
• 25:09
  to
• 25:09
  tie
• 25:09
  the
• 25:09
  swine?
• 25:14
  It's,
• 25:14
  it's.
• 25:14
  It
• 25:14
  comes
• 25:15
  down
• 25:15
  to
• 25:15
  bunching
• 25:16
  that.
• 25:17
  Bunching
• 25:17
  the
• 25:17
  bucktail,
• 25:18
  like
• 25:18
  either
• 25:18
  trying
• 25:19
  to
• 25:19
  tie
• 25:19
  in
• 25:19
  too
• 25:19
  big
• 25:20
  of
• 25:20
  clumps
• 25:22
  and
• 25:22
  then.
• 25:23
  Then
• 25:23
  finishing
• 25:23
  the
• 25:24
  head,
• 25:24
  tying
• 25:24
  in
• 25:26
  a
• 25:26
  little
• 25:26
  bit
• 25:27
  too
• 25:27
  much
• 25:28
  of
• 25:28
  that
• 25:29
  laser
• 25:29
  dub.
• 25:30
  Right.
• 25:31
  And
• 25:33
  it
• 25:33
  just
• 25:33
  throws
• 25:34
  out,
• 25:34
  like,
• 25:34
  it
• 25:34
  doesn't
• 25:34
  look
• 25:35
  proportional.
• 25:35
  You
• 25:35
  want
• 25:36
  to
• 25:36
  make.
• 25:36
  You
• 25:36
  want
• 25:36
  to
• 25:36
  make
• 25:36
  sure
• 25:36
  that
• 25:36
  it
• 25:37
  looks
• 25:37
  right.
• 25:37
  The
• 25:37
  great
• 25:37
  thing
• 25:38
  about
• 25:38
  that
• 25:38
  laser
• 25:39
  dub
• 25:39
  is
• 25:39
  you
• 25:39
  can.
• 25:40
  You
• 25:40
  can
• 25:40
  play
• 25:40
  with
• 25:40
  it
• 25:40
  and
• 25:41
  get
• 25:41
  it
• 25:41
  to
• 25:41
  the
• 25:41
  way
• 25:41
  you
• 25:42
  want
• 25:42
  it
• 25:42
  to.
• 25:42
  The
• 25:43
  most
• 25:43
  important
• 25:43
  thing
• 25:43
  when
• 25:43
  it
• 25:44
  comes
• 25:44
  to
• 25:44
  that
• 25:44
  is
• 25:44
  getting
• 25:45
  everything
• 25:45
  to
• 25:45
  one
• 25:45
  length.
• 25:46
  So
• 25:46
  I'll
• 25:46
  kind
• 25:46
  of
• 25:46
  pinch
• 25:46
  it,
• 25:47
  pull
• 25:47
  off
• 25:47
  all
• 25:47
  the
• 25:48
  loose
• 25:48
  stuff,
• 25:48
  stack
• 25:48
  it
• 25:48
  back
• 25:49
  on
• 25:49
  top,
• 25:49
  and
• 25:49
  then
• 25:49
  get
• 25:50
  it
• 25:50
  to
• 25:50
  where
• 25:50
  there's
• 25:51
  no
• 25:51
  loose
• 25:51
  pieces
• 25:52
  coming
• 25:52
  off
• 25:52
  the
• 25:52
  ends.
• 25:53
  Then
• 25:53
  you
• 25:53
  can
• 25:53
  see
• 25:53
  exactly
• 25:53
  what
• 25:54
  you
• 25:54
  got,
• 25:55
  and
• 25:55
  then
• 25:55
  take
• 25:56
  some
• 25:56
  out
• 25:56
  or
• 25:56
  add
• 25:56
  some
• 25:56
  more
• 25:57
  if
• 25:57
  you
• 25:57
  need
• 25:57
  it.
• 25:57
  But
• 25:58
  I'm
• 25:58
  usually
• 25:58
  taking
• 25:59
  some
• 25:59
  out
• 25:59
  then,
• 26:00
  then
• 26:00
  adding
• 26:00
  some
• 26:00
  more.
• 26:01
  Yeah.
• 26:01
  And
• 26:02
  I
• 26:02
  mean,
• 26:02
  you're
• 26:02
  tying
• 26:02
  it
• 26:03
  in
• 26:03
  almost
• 26:03
  like
• 26:03
  people
• 26:03
  would
• 26:04
  stack
• 26:04
  like
• 26:04
  rams
• 26:05
  will.
• 26:05
  Right.
• 26:06
  Kind
• 26:06
  of
• 26:06
  in
• 26:06
  sections.
• 26:08
  Yep.
• 26:09
  On
• 26:09
  the,
• 26:09
  on
• 26:09
  this.
• 26:10
  On
• 26:10
  the.
• 26:12
  On
• 26:12
  the
• 26:12
  traditional,
• 26:13
  the
• 26:13
  regular
• 26:13
  swine,
• 26:14
  I
• 26:14
  do
• 26:14
  two,
• 26:14
  right.
• 26:15
  Top
• 26:15
  and
• 26:15
  bottom,
• 26:16
  and
• 26:16
  then
• 26:16
  move
• 26:17
  forward
• 26:17
  top
• 26:17
  and
• 26:17
  bottom.
• 26:18
  On
• 26:18
  the
• 26:18
  junior,
• 26:19
  I
• 26:19
  only
• 26:19
  do
• 26:19
  one
• 26:21
  to
• 26:21
  keep
• 26:21
  those
• 26:21
  proportions
• 26:22
  in
• 26:22
  line.
• 26:23
  Got
• 26:23
  it.
• 26:23
  And
• 26:24
  I
• 26:24
  don't
• 26:24
  know.
• 26:24
  You
• 26:24
  know,
• 26:24
  I'll
• 26:24
  say
• 26:25
  we'll
• 26:25
  do.
• 26:25
  We'll
• 26:26
  do
• 26:26
  proportions
• 26:26
  on
• 26:26
  bucktail.
• 26:27
  Since
• 26:27
  you
• 26:27
  said
• 26:27
  that
• 26:27
  was
• 26:28
  important.
• 26:28
  And
• 26:28
  you
• 26:28
  either
• 26:29
  hate
• 26:29
  talking
• 26:29
  about
• 26:30
  pencils
• 26:30
  or
• 26:30
  you
• 26:30
  think
• 26:31
  pencils
• 26:31
  are
• 26:31
  helpful.
• 26:32
  I
• 26:32
  have,
• 26:32
  like,
• 26:32
  it's
• 26:32
  about
• 26:33
  50,
• 26:33
  50
• 26:33
  sometimes.
• 26:34
  Like,
• 26:34
  I
• 26:34
  don't
• 26:34
  believe
• 26:34
  in
• 26:34
  pencil
• 26:35
  measurements,
• 26:35
  but,
• 26:36
  you
• 26:36
  know,
• 26:36
  just
• 26:36
  from
• 26:36
  a
• 26:37
  ballpark,
• 26:37
  you
• 26:37
  take
• 26:38
  that
• 26:38
  kind
• 26:38
  of
• 26:38
  original,
• 26:39
  you
• 26:39
  know,
• 26:39
  8
• 26:40
  to
• 26:40
  9
• 26:40
  inch
• 26:40
  guy,
• 26:41
  you
• 26:41
  know,
• 26:41
  what
• 26:41
  are
• 26:42
  we
• 26:42
  talking
• 26:42
  about
• 26:42
  in
• 26:42
  terms
• 26:43
  of,
• 26:43
  like,
• 26:43
  size
• 26:44
  of
• 26:44
  deer
• 26:44
  hair
• 26:45
  bundles?
• 26:46
  So
• 26:48
  I
• 26:48
  get
• 26:48
  it.
• 26:49
  When
• 26:49
  I
• 26:49
  pinch
• 26:49
  it,
• 26:49
  it's
• 26:50
  about
• 26:50
  the
• 26:51
  width
• 26:51
  of
• 26:51
  a
• 26:52
  toothpick.
• 26:53
  Right.
• 26:54
  So
• 26:54
  maybe
• 26:54
  like
• 26:56
  an
• 26:56
  eighth
• 26:57
  of
• 26:57
  an
• 26:57
  inch
• 26:58
  somewhere
• 26:58
  in
• 26:58
  there.
• 26:59
  And
• 26:59
  then
• 27:00
  probably,
• 27:00
  like,
• 27:01
  as
• 27:01
  I'm
• 27:01
  pinching
• 27:02
  it,
• 27:02
  right?
• 27:02
  So
• 27:02
  the
• 27:02
  width
• 27:03
  is
• 27:03
  like
• 27:04
  the
• 27:04
  width
• 27:04
  of
• 27:05
  a
• 27:05
  toothpick.
• 27:06
  And
• 27:08
  top
• 27:08
  to
• 27:09
  bottom
• 27:09
  at
• 27:09
  that
• 27:09
  point,
• 27:10
  it's
• 27:10
  probably
• 27:10
  like
• 27:10
  the,
• 27:11
  like
• 27:11
  the
• 27:11
  length
• 27:12
  of
• 27:12
  a,
• 27:12
  or
• 27:12
  the
• 27:12
  width
• 27:13
  of
• 27:13
  a
• 27:13
  popsicle
• 27:13
  stick,
• 27:14
  right?
• 27:15
  And
• 27:15
  so
• 27:15
  you've
• 27:15
  got
• 27:15
  this
• 27:16
  length,
• 27:16
  and
• 27:16
  I
• 27:16
  take
• 27:16
  that,
• 27:17
  and
• 27:17
  I
• 27:17
  put
• 27:17
  that
• 27:17
  on
• 27:17
  that
• 27:17
  top
• 27:17
  of
• 27:18
  that
• 27:18
  hook,
• 27:18
  and
• 27:19
  it
• 27:19
  starts
• 27:19
  to,
• 27:19
  to
• 27:20
  the
• 27:20
  point
• 27:20
  where
• 27:20
  it
• 27:20
  starts
• 27:20
  to
• 27:20
  go
• 27:21
  right
• 27:21
  and
• 27:21
  left.
• 27:22
  And
• 27:22
  then
• 27:22
  I
• 27:22
  tie
• 27:22
  it
• 27:23
  in.
• 27:23
  And
• 27:24
  on
• 27:24
  the,
• 27:25
  the
• 27:26
  traditional
• 27:27
  optimus
• 27:28
  swine,
• 27:29
  it's
• 27:29
  five
• 27:29
  sections
• 27:30
  on
• 27:30
  top
• 27:30
  and
• 27:30
  bottom.
• 27:31
  For
• 27:31
  me,
• 27:32
  right
• 27:32
  now,
• 27:33
  you're
• 27:33
  tying
• 27:33
  in
• 27:34
  bigger
• 27:34
  sections.
• 27:34
  And
• 27:34
  you
• 27:34
  don't
• 27:35
  have
• 27:35
  that
• 27:35
  discipline
• 27:36
  that
• 27:36
  I
• 27:36
  have,
• 27:36
  like,
• 27:37
  of
• 27:37
  knowing
• 27:38
  all
• 27:38
  that.
• 27:38
  You
• 27:38
  might
• 27:38
  not
• 27:39
  get
• 27:39
  that,
• 27:40
  but
• 27:41
  I
• 27:41
  do,
• 27:41
  like,
• 27:42
  top
• 27:42
  and
• 27:43
  bottom
• 27:43
  move
• 27:43
  forward.
• 27:43
  I
• 27:44
  do
• 27:44
  five
• 27:44
  of
• 27:44
  those
• 27:45
  before
• 27:45
  I
• 27:45
  get
• 27:46
  to
• 27:46
  that
• 27:48
  lasered
• 27:48
  up
• 27:49
  head.
• 27:50
  Got
• 27:50
  it.
• 27:51
  Any,
• 27:52
  any
• 27:52
  kind
• 27:52
  of
• 27:52
  tips
• 27:53
  or
• 27:53
  tools?
• 27:53
  Because
• 27:53
  I
• 27:53
  also
• 27:54
  know
• 27:54
  you're
• 27:54
  tying
• 27:54
  these,
• 27:54
  so
• 27:55
  you,
• 27:55
  you
• 27:55
  got
• 27:55
  to
• 27:56
  be
• 27:56
  super
• 27:56
  efficient,
• 27:56
  right?
• 27:57
  You
• 27:57
  probably
• 27:57
  got
• 27:57
  some
• 27:58
  pro
• 27:58
  tire
• 27:58
  tips,
• 27:58
  too.
• 27:59
  But,
• 27:59
  you
• 27:59
  know,
• 27:59
  what
• 28:00
  about
• 28:00
  tips
• 28:00
  or
• 28:00
  tools
• 28:01
  to
• 28:01
  kind
• 28:01
  of
• 28:01
  help
• 28:01
  people
• 28:03
  not
• 28:03
  lose
• 28:03
  their
• 28:03
  mind
• 28:03
  at
• 28:03
  the
• 28:03
  vice
• 28:04
  when
• 28:04
  they're
• 28:04
  tying
• 28:04
  this
• 28:04
  wine?
• 28:06
  So
• 28:07
  when
• 28:07
  it
• 28:07
  comes
• 28:07
  to
• 28:08
  pushing
• 28:08
  back
• 28:09
  that
• 28:09
  synthetic
• 28:09
  yak,
• 28:11
  get
• 28:11
  yourself
• 28:11
  a
• 28:12
  thick,
• 28:13
  like
• 28:13
  a,
• 28:13
  one
• 28:14
  of
• 28:14
  those
• 28:14
  thicker
• 28:14
  pens.
• 28:16
  Pull
• 28:16
  the
• 28:16
  guts
• 28:16
  out,
• 28:17
  and
• 28:17
  I
• 28:17
  use
• 28:17
  that
• 28:18
  to
• 28:18
  push,
• 28:18
  push
• 28:18
  those
• 28:19
  materials
• 28:19
  back.
• 28:20
  That's
• 28:21
  extremely
• 28:21
  helpful
• 28:22
  to
• 28:22
  help
• 28:22
  get
• 28:22
  it
• 28:22
  back.
• 28:23
  It
• 28:23
  helps
• 28:23
  portion
• 28:24
  it.
• 28:24
  Like,
• 28:24
  make
• 28:25
  sure
• 28:25
  it
• 28:25
  all
• 28:25
  goes
• 28:25
  back
• 28:26
  evenly
• 28:26
  around
• 28:26
  the
• 28:27
  hook,
• 28:28
  surround
• 28:28
  it.
• 28:31
  That's
• 28:31
  the,
• 28:31
  the
• 28:32
  first
• 28:32
  and
• 28:32
  foremost.
• 28:33
  The,
• 28:35
  the
• 28:35
  other
• 28:36
  piece
• 28:36
  was,
• 28:37
  would
• 28:37
  be,
• 28:38
  you
• 28:38
  know,
• 28:39
  you
• 28:39
  talked
• 28:39
  about
• 28:39
  the,
• 28:39
  the
• 28:39
  efficiency
• 28:40
  if
• 28:41
  I'm
• 28:41
  tying
• 28:41
  them
• 28:41
  in
• 28:41
  great
• 28:42
  quantities,
• 28:43
  right.
• 28:44
  I
• 28:44
  am
• 28:45
  tying
• 28:46
  up
• 28:46
  to
• 28:46
  the
• 28:46
  point
• 28:46
  where
• 28:47
  I
• 28:47
  add
• 28:47
  the
• 28:47
  popper
• 28:47
  head,
• 28:49
  and
• 28:49
  then
• 28:50
  I
• 28:50
  hang
• 28:50
  them
• 28:50
  and
• 28:50
  let
• 28:50
  them
• 28:50
  dry,
• 28:52
  and
• 28:52
  then
• 28:53
  I
• 28:53
  go
• 28:53
  back
• 28:53
  and
• 28:53
  I'll
• 28:54
  finish.
• 28:54
  Well,
• 28:54
  then
• 28:54
  I'll
• 28:55
  do
• 28:55
  all
• 28:55
  the
• 28:55
  bucktail
• 28:55
  work,
• 28:56
  right?
• 28:56
  So
• 28:57
  I
• 28:57
  kind
• 28:57
  of
• 28:57
  split
• 28:57
  it
• 28:57
  that
• 28:58
  way
• 28:58
  when
• 28:58
  I'm
• 28:58
  tying
• 28:58
  them
• 28:58
  for
• 28:59
  production,
• 29:00
  but
• 29:01
  probably,
• 29:02
  you
• 29:03
  know,
• 29:03
  letting
• 29:03
  that
• 29:03
  glue
• 29:04
  dry
• 29:04
  in
• 29:05
  the
• 29:05
  way
• 29:05
  that
• 29:05
  you
• 29:05
  like.
• 29:06
  I
• 29:06
  hang
• 29:06
  them,
• 29:06
  like,
• 29:06
  straight
• 29:07
  up
• 29:07
  and
• 29:07
  down
• 29:07
  on
• 29:08
  magnets.
• 29:09
  That
• 29:09
  might
• 29:09
  be
• 29:10
  a
• 29:10
  really
• 29:10
  good
• 29:10
  thing
• 29:11
  to
• 29:11
  do,
• 29:12
  as
• 29:13
  you're
• 29:13
  kind
• 29:13
  of
• 29:13
  building
• 29:13
  them
• 29:14
  out
• 29:15
  to
• 29:15
  allow
• 29:16
  that
• 29:16
  stuff
• 29:16
  to
• 29:17
  not
• 29:17
  have
• 29:17
  a
• 29:17
  sag
• 29:18
  one
• 29:18
  way
• 29:18
  or
• 29:18
  the
• 29:18
  other.
• 29:20
  And
• 29:21
  then
• 29:21
  the
• 29:21
  eyes,
• 29:21
  too,
• 29:22
  same
• 29:22
  thing.
• 29:22
  I'll
• 29:22
  do
• 29:22
  it
• 29:23
  to
• 29:23
  the
• 29:23
  point
• 29:23
  where
• 29:23
  I
• 29:23
  finish
• 29:23
  that
• 29:23
  laser
• 29:24
  dub
• 29:24
  and
• 29:24
  I
• 29:24
  wait
• 29:25
  for
• 29:28
  until
• 29:28
  I'm
• 29:28
  gonna
• 29:28
  do
• 29:28
  a
• 29:28
  bunch
• 29:29
  of
• 29:29
  eyes
• 29:29
  and
• 29:29
  I
• 29:29
  do
• 29:29
  them
• 29:29
  all
• 29:30
  together.
• 29:30
  I'm
• 29:30
  very
• 29:31
  intentional
• 29:31
  about
• 29:31
  putting
• 29:32
  those
• 29:32
  eyes
• 29:32
  together.
• 29:32
  I,
• 29:33
  I,
• 29:33
  this
• 29:34
  is
• 29:34
  probably
• 29:34
  one
• 29:34
  of
• 29:34
  the
• 29:34
  questions
• 29:35
  I
• 29:35
  get
• 29:35
  the
• 29:35
  most
• 29:36
  at
• 29:37
  a
• 29:37
  show
• 29:37
  when
• 29:37
  I'm,
• 29:38
  when
• 29:38
  I'm
• 29:38
  talking
• 29:38
  with
• 29:38
  folks
• 29:38
  is,
• 29:39
  you
• 29:39
  know,
• 29:40
  how
• 29:40
  do
• 29:40
  you
• 29:40
  get
• 29:40
  your
• 29:40
  eyes
• 29:40
  look
• 29:41
  like
• 29:41
  that?
• 29:41
  Because
• 29:42
  I,
• 29:43
  whether
• 29:43
  it's
• 29:44
  the
• 29:44
  Optimus
• 29:45
  Swine,
• 29:45
  my
• 29:45
  rattling
• 29:46
  merge
• 29:46
  minnow,
• 29:47
  a
• 29:47
  few
• 29:47
  of
• 29:47
  my
• 29:47
  other
• 29:47
  flies,
• 29:48
  my
• 29:48
  eyes,
• 29:48
  they
• 29:49
  line
• 29:49
  up
• 29:49
  really
• 29:50
  good
• 29:50
  and
• 29:50
  they're,
• 29:50
  they're
• 29:50
  not,
• 29:51
  they're
• 29:52
  pressed
• 29:52
  tight
• 29:52
  against
• 29:52
  the
• 29:53
  head.
• 29:53
  And
• 29:54
  I
• 29:54
  say,
• 29:54
  you
• 29:55
  touch
• 29:55
  them
• 29:55
  twice,
• 29:56
  right?
• 29:56
  You
• 29:56
  get
• 29:56
  them
• 29:57
  on
• 29:57
  and
• 29:57
  you
• 29:57
  get
• 29:57
  them
• 29:58
  where
• 29:58
  you
• 29:58
  think
• 29:58
  you
• 29:59
  want
• 29:59
  them,
• 30:00
  right?
• 30:00
  You
• 30:00
  set
• 30:00
  them
• 30:01
  down,
• 30:01
  leave
• 30:01
  them
• 30:01
  there
• 30:01
  for
• 30:02
  five
• 30:02
  minutes,
• 30:03
  let
• 30:03
  that
• 30:03
  glue
• 30:04
  start
• 30:04
  to
• 30:04
  that
• 30:04
  goop,
• 30:05
  right.
• 30:05
  Start
• 30:05
  to
• 30:06
  cure
• 30:06
  a
• 30:06
  little
• 30:06
  bit,
• 30:07
  and
• 30:08
  then
• 30:08
  you
• 30:08
  grab
• 30:08
  them
• 30:08
  again
• 30:09
  and
• 30:09
  then
• 30:09
  you
• 30:09
  hold
• 30:09
  them
• 30:10
  exactly
• 30:10
  where
• 30:10
  you
• 30:10
  want
• 30:11
  them
• 30:11
  for,
• 30:13
  I
• 30:14
  don't
• 30:14
  know,
• 30:14
  5,
• 30:14
  10
• 30:15
  seconds
• 30:16
  and
• 30:16
  then
• 30:16
  I
• 30:16
  set
• 30:16
  them
• 30:16
  down
• 30:17
  and
• 30:17
  don't
• 30:17
  touch
• 30:17
  them
• 30:17
  again
• 30:18
  until
• 30:18
  they're
• 30:19
  like
• 30:19
  dry
• 30:19
  like
• 30:20
  next
• 30:20
  day.
• 30:20
  Like,
• 30:20
  I
• 30:20
  don't
• 30:21
  touch
• 30:21
  them
• 30:21
  again.
• 30:22
  Especially
• 30:22
  if
• 30:23
  you're
• 30:23
  doing
• 30:23
  like
• 30:23
  change
• 30:24
  lanes
• 30:24
  a
• 30:24
  little
• 30:24
  bit
• 30:25
  where
• 30:25
  you're
• 30:26
  gonna
• 30:26
  put
• 30:26
  that
• 30:26
  epoxy
• 30:27
  over
• 30:27
  the
• 30:27
  eyes
• 30:28
  and
• 30:28
  over
• 30:28
  the
• 30:28
  thread.
• 30:29
  Because
• 30:30
  if
• 30:31
  I
• 30:31
  rush
• 30:31
  it,
• 30:33
  you,
• 30:34
  you'll
• 30:34
  hit
• 30:34
  that
• 30:34
  eye
• 30:35
  when
• 30:35
  you're
• 30:35
  drying
• 30:35
  that
• 30:35
  glue
• 30:36
  and
• 30:37
  it'll
• 30:37
  move
• 30:37
  and
• 30:37
  you'll
• 30:37
  get
• 30:38
  an
• 30:38
  air
• 30:38
  pocket
• 30:38
  underneath
• 30:40
  the,
• 30:41
  the
• 30:41
  epoxy.
• 30:42
  So,
• 30:43
  but
• 30:43
  not
• 30:43
  that
• 30:43
  you
• 30:44
  let
• 30:44
  him
• 30:44
  dry
• 30:44
  all
• 30:44
  the
• 30:44
  way.
• 30:44
  And
• 30:45
  it's,
• 30:45
  it's,
• 30:45
  it's
• 30:45
  not
• 30:46
  going
• 30:46
  anywhere
• 30:46
  and
• 30:46
  you're
• 30:46
  going,
• 30:47
  it's
• 30:47
  going
• 30:47
  to
• 30:47
  be,
• 30:48
  you're
• 30:49
  going
• 30:49
  to
• 30:49
  get
• 30:49
  a
• 30:49
  much
• 30:49
  better
• 30:49
  look
• 30:50
  on
• 30:50
  that
• 30:50
  slide.
• 30:50
  Whether
• 30:50
  that
• 30:51
  makes
• 30:51
  it
• 30:51
  fish
• 30:51
  better
• 30:52
  or
• 30:52
  worse,
• 30:52
  I
• 30:52
  have
• 30:53
  no
• 30:53
  idea.
• 30:53
  But
• 30:53
  from
• 30:54
  the
• 30:54
  aesthetics
• 30:54
  part
• 30:54
  of
• 30:55
  it,
• 30:56
  you
• 30:56
  don't
• 30:56
  want
• 30:56
  to
• 30:57
  get
• 30:57
  that
• 30:57
  air.
• 30:57
  Bubble
• 30:58
  and
• 30:58
  Makes
• 30:58
  sense.
• 30:59
  And
• 30:59
  so,
• 30:59
  you
• 30:59
  know,
• 31:00
  pattern's
• 31:00
  been
• 31:01
  around
• 31:01
  the
• 31:01
  original
• 31:01
  Optimus
• 31:02
  swine
• 31:02
  for
• 31:02
  about
• 31:02
  15
• 31:03
  years.
• 31:04
  You
• 31:04
  talk
• 31:04
  a
• 31:04
  little
• 31:05
  bit,
• 31:05
  you
• 31:05
  know,
• 31:05
  you
• 31:05
  talked
• 31:06
  about
• 31:06
  the
• 31:06
  Potbelly
• 31:06
  Swine,
• 31:07
  you
• 31:07
  got
• 31:07
  the
• 31:07
  Junior.
• 31:08
  I
• 31:08
  think
• 31:08
  at
• 31:08
  one
• 31:09
  point
• 31:09
  there
• 31:09
  might
• 31:09
  have
• 31:09
  even
• 31:09
  been
• 31:10
  an
• 31:10
  articulated
• 31:10
  verge
• 31:11
  you.
• 31:11
  Want
• 31:11
  to
• 31:11
  kind
• 31:11
  of
• 31:11
  talk
• 31:11
  about
• 31:12
  on
• 31:12
  the
• 31:12
  secret
• 31:13
  menu.
• 31:13
  Yeah,
• 31:13
  yeah,
• 31:14
  yeah.
• 31:14
  Well,
• 31:14
  I,
• 31:14
  I
• 31:15
  saw
• 31:15
  those,
• 31:15
  I
• 31:15
  was
• 31:15
  like.
• 31:15
  But
• 31:15
  they're
• 31:16
  not
• 31:16
  on
• 31:16
  the
• 31:16
  website.
• 31:16
  But
• 31:16
  I'm
• 31:17
  gonna
• 31:17
  ask
• 31:17
  anyway.
• 31:18
  The
• 31:18
  Maximus
• 31:19
  Wine
• 31:19
  and
• 31:19
  the
• 31:20
  Maximus
• 31:20
  Wine
• 31:20
  Junior.
• 31:21
  Yeah.
• 31:22
  And
• 31:22
  so,
• 31:23
  so
• 31:23
  the
• 31:23
  Maximus
• 31:23
  wines
• 31:24
  about
• 31:24
  the
• 31:24
  same
• 31:24
  size
• 31:24
  as
• 31:25
  my
• 31:25
  B1G.
• 31:25
  So
• 31:26
  it's
• 31:26
  like
• 31:26
  a
• 31:26
  1011
• 31:27
  inch
• 31:27
  fly.
• 31:28
  Yeah.
• 31:29
  And
• 31:29
  so
• 31:29
  kind
• 31:30
  of
• 31:30
  walk
• 31:30
  us
• 31:30
  through.
• 31:30
  Like
• 31:31
  I
• 31:31
  understand,
• 31:31
  you
• 31:31
  know,
• 31:32
  the
• 31:32
  juniors
• 31:32
  are
• 31:33
  smaller
• 31:34
  versions,
• 31:34
  like
• 31:35
  small
• 31:35
  mouth
• 31:35
  size
• 31:35
  versions.
• 31:36
  But
• 31:37
  then
• 31:37
  I
• 31:37
  guess
• 31:37
  you've
• 31:37
  got
• 31:38
  the
• 31:38
  Pot
• 31:38
  Bellies
• 31:38
  wine,
• 31:38
  which
• 31:39
  is
• 31:39
  the
• 31:39
  one
• 31:39
  with
• 31:39
  the
• 31:39
  fettuccine.
• 31:40
  Right.
• 31:40
  Foam.
• 31:41
  Right.
• 31:42
  So
• 31:42
  does
• 31:42
  that
• 31:43
  leave
• 31:43
  then
• 31:43
  the
• 31:43
  Maximus
• 31:44
  Swine.
• 31:44
  Is
• 31:44
  there
• 31:44
  a
• 31:44
  Maximus
• 31:45
  Swine
• 31:45
  Jr.
• 31:45
  I
• 31:45
  think
• 31:46
  too.
• 31:46
  Right?
• 31:47
  Yeah.
• 31:47
  So
• 31:47
  the
• 31:48
  Maximus
• 31:48
  Wine
• 31:48
  Jr.
• 31:49
  Is
• 31:49
  about
• 31:49
  the
• 31:49
  size
• 31:50
  of
• 31:51
  the
• 31:51
  reg
• 31:51
  of
• 31:51
  the
• 31:52
  original.
• 31:52
  Right.
• 31:53
  But
• 31:53
  it's
• 31:53
  just
• 31:53
  got
• 31:53
  that
• 31:53
  articulation
• 31:54
  in
• 31:54
  it
• 31:55
  where
• 31:55
  I
• 31:55
  use
• 31:56
  like
• 31:56
  a
• 31:57
  40
• 31:57
  short
• 31:58
  shank,
• 31:58
  spinner
• 31:58
  bait
• 31:59
  hook
• 31:59
  in
• 31:59
  the
• 31:59
  front
• 32:00
  and
• 32:00
  then
• 32:01
  the
• 32:01
  back
• 32:01
  section
• 32:02
  I
• 32:02
  think
• 32:02
  is
• 32:02
  4
• 32:03
  too
• 32:05
  regular.
• 32:05
  The
• 32:05
  same
• 32:06
  hook
• 32:06
  that
• 32:06
  I
• 32:06
  use
• 32:06
  for
• 32:06
  the
• 32:07
  big
• 32:07
  one
• 32:07
  just
• 32:07
  in
• 32:07
  the
• 32:07
  4
• 32:07
  ot
• 32:08
  size
• 32:09
  and
• 32:09
  the,
• 32:09
  the
• 32:11
  foam
• 32:11
  is
• 32:11
  in
• 32:11
  the
• 32:11
  back
• 32:12
  piece
• 32:13
  and
• 32:13
  on
• 32:13
  the
• 32:13
  front
• 32:13
  where
• 32:14
  like
• 32:14
  the
• 32:14
  comparable
• 32:15
  B1G
• 32:16
  I
• 32:16
  move
• 32:16
  the
• 32:16
  foam
• 32:17
  is
• 32:17
  in
• 32:17
  the
• 32:17
  front
• 32:17
  hook
• 32:18
  and
• 32:18
  not
• 32:18
  the
• 32:18
  back
• 32:18
  and
• 32:19
  the
• 32:19
  rattles
• 32:19
  in
• 32:19
  the
• 32:20
  back.
• 32:20
  So
• 32:20
  we
• 32:20
  kind
• 32:21
  of
• 32:21
  flip
• 32:21
  flopped
• 32:21
  in
• 32:22
  that
• 32:22
  in
• 32:22
  that
• 32:22
  regard.
• 32:23
  But
• 32:23
  tied
• 32:23
  very
• 32:24
  similarly
• 32:24
  with
• 32:24
  a
• 32:24
  tight,
• 32:26
  tight
• 32:26
  joint
• 32:26
  with
• 32:27
  two
• 32:27
  beads.
• 32:27
  So
• 32:27
  it's
• 32:27
  not
• 32:28
  like
• 32:28
  I'm
• 32:28
  not
• 32:28
  extending
• 32:29
  it
• 32:29
  out
• 32:29
  a
• 32:30
  lot
• 32:30
  between
• 32:31
  the
• 32:31
  two
• 32:31
  pieces
• 32:31
  with
• 32:32
  a
• 32:32
  lot
• 32:32
  of
• 32:32
  beads
• 32:32
  and
• 32:32
  a
• 32:32
  lot
• 32:32
  of
• 32:33
  wire
• 32:33
  just
• 32:34
  giving
• 32:34
  a
• 32:34
  little
• 32:34
  bit
• 32:34
  of
• 32:34
  motion.
• 32:36
  It
• 32:36
  wasn't
• 32:36
  a
• 32:36
  need
• 32:36
  I
• 32:36
  was
• 32:37
  trying
• 32:37
  to
• 32:37
  fill
• 32:37
  in
• 32:37
  my
• 32:37
  fly
• 32:38
  box.
• 32:38
  It's
• 32:38
  things.
• 32:38
  Things
• 32:38
  that
• 32:39
  some
• 32:39
  of
• 32:39
  my
• 32:39
  really
• 32:39
  good
• 32:40
  customers
• 32:41
  and
• 32:41
  guys
• 32:42
  I
• 32:42
  know
• 32:42
  are
• 32:42
  asking
• 32:43
  for
• 32:43
  and
• 32:43
  I've
• 32:44
  said
• 32:44
  I'll
• 32:44
  try
• 32:44
  it
• 32:44
  and
• 32:45
  they,
• 32:45
  they
• 32:45
  liked
• 32:46
  it.
• 32:46
  So
• 32:47
  there
• 32:47
  we
• 32:47
  go.
• 32:48
  Yeah.
• 32:48
  So
• 32:48
  if
• 32:48
  we
• 32:48
  break
• 32:49
  that
• 32:49
  down,
• 32:49
  you've
• 32:49
  got
• 32:50
  kind
• 32:50
  of
• 32:50
  like
• 32:50
  everything,
• 32:51
  including
• 32:51
  the
• 32:51
  popper
• 32:52
  head
• 32:52
  on
• 32:52
  the
• 32:52
  back
• 32:52
  hook.
• 32:53
  And
• 32:53
  then
• 32:53
  everything
• 32:54
  else
• 32:54
  is,
• 32:55
  you
• 32:55
  know,
• 32:55
  forward
• 32:55
  of
• 32:55
  the
• 32:56
  articulation.
• 32:58
  Yep.
• 32:58
  Almost
• 32:58
  like
• 32:58
  it
• 32:59
  just
• 32:59
  broke
• 32:59
  it.
• 32:59
  Right.
• 33:00
  Like,
• 33:00
  and
• 33:01
  then
• 33:01
  stuck
• 33:02
  it
• 33:02
  together.
• 33:03
  Got
• 33:03
  it.
• 33:03
  And
• 33:04
  so
• 33:04
  do
• 33:04
  you
• 33:05
  have
• 33:05
  to
• 33:05
  have
• 33:05
  a
• 33:05
  secret
• 33:05
  handshake
• 33:06
  to
• 33:06
  get
• 33:06
  them
• 33:06
  on
• 33:06
  the
• 33:06
  special
• 33:07
  menu?
• 33:07
  Do
• 33:07
  you
• 33:07
  just
• 33:07
  need
• 33:08
  to
• 33:08
  reach
• 33:08
  out
• 33:08
  and
• 33:08
  know
• 33:09
  what
• 33:09
  the
• 33:09
  deal
• 33:09
  is?
• 33:11
  My
• 33:11
  15
• 33:11
  year
• 33:12
  old,
• 33:12
  like
• 33:12
  you
• 33:13
  got
• 33:13
  to
• 33:13
  get
• 33:13
  those
• 33:13
  on
• 33:13
  the,
• 33:14
  on
• 33:14
  the,
• 33:14
  on
• 33:14
  the
• 33:14
  website.
• 33:15
  Your
• 33:15
  website's
• 33:16
  terrible.
• 33:16
  It's
• 33:16
  so
• 33:16
  old.
• 33:16
  Looks
• 33:17
  like
• 33:17
  it's
• 33:17
  older
• 33:18
  than
• 33:18
  a
• 33:18
  knee.
• 33:18
  Like
• 33:19
  you
• 33:19
  got
• 33:19
  to
• 33:19
  get
• 33:19
  that
• 33:19
  updated.
• 33:20
  So
• 33:20
  I
• 33:20
  told
• 33:20
  him
• 33:21
  after
• 33:21
  we
• 33:21
  get
• 33:21
  done
• 33:21
  with
• 33:21
  all
• 33:22
  the
• 33:22
  shows
• 33:22
  and
• 33:22
  stuff
• 33:22
  this
• 33:22
  year,
• 33:23
  him
• 33:23
  and
• 33:23
  I
• 33:23
  will
• 33:23
  work
• 33:23
  on
• 33:24
  putting
• 33:25
  my
• 33:25
  website
• 33:25
  together
• 33:25
  and
• 33:26
  I'll
• 33:26
  get
• 33:26
  them
• 33:26
  back
• 33:26
  up
• 33:26
  on
• 33:26
  my.
• 33:27
  I'll
• 33:27
  get
• 33:27
  them
• 33:27
  up
• 33:27
  on
• 33:27
  my
• 33:27
  site.
• 33:28
  But
• 33:29
  you
• 33:29
  know,
• 33:29
  most
• 33:29
  of
• 33:29
  the
• 33:29
  time
• 33:30
  when
• 33:30
  I
• 33:31
  know
• 33:31
  one
• 33:31
  of
• 33:31
  the
• 33:31
  questions
• 33:32
  we
• 33:32
  wanted
• 33:32
  to
• 33:32
  talk
• 33:32
  about
• 33:33
  was
• 33:33
  colors.
• 33:34
  Right.
• 33:35
  It
• 33:35
  varies
• 33:36
  so
• 33:36
  much
• 33:36
  by
• 33:37
  region
• 33:37
  and
• 33:37
  location.
• 33:38
  Right.
• 33:38
  Like
• 33:39
  down
• 33:39
  where
• 33:39
  you
• 33:40
  are,
• 33:41
  there's
• 33:41
  a
• 33:41
  color
• 33:41
  that's
• 33:42
  really,
• 33:42
  really
• 33:42
  popular.
• 33:43
  Green,
• 33:43
  like
• 33:43
  olive
• 33:44
  and
• 33:44
  pink
• 33:44
  for
• 33:44
  those
• 33:45
  on
• 33:45
  head
• 33:45
  shoves
• 33:46
  when
• 33:46
  they
• 33:46
  get
• 33:46
  all
• 33:48
  fired
• 33:49
  up
• 33:50
  where
• 33:50
  that
• 33:50
  color
• 33:50
  just
• 33:51
  doesn't
• 33:51
  do
• 33:52
  anything
• 33:52
  anywhere
• 33:53
  else.
• 33:53
  Right.
• 33:53
  Like
• 33:55
  in
• 33:55
  Wisconsin
• 33:56
  they
• 33:56
  got
• 33:56
  that
• 33:56
  really
• 33:56
  tannic
• 33:57
  water.
• 33:58
  So
• 33:58
  like
• 33:58
  pinks
• 33:59
  and
• 33:59
  yellows
• 33:59
  and
• 33:59
  things
• 33:59
  like
• 34:00
  that
• 34:00
  be
• 34:00
  really,
• 34:00
  really
• 34:01
  good
• 34:01
  over
• 34:01
  there.
• 34:02
  But
• 34:02
  also
• 34:02
  you'll
• 34:03
  get
• 34:03
  some
• 34:03
  string,
• 34:03
  like
• 34:03
  the
• 34:04
  traditional
• 34:04
  sucker
• 34:05
  stuff.
• 34:05
  So
• 34:06
  I
• 34:06
  literally
• 34:06
  tie
• 34:07
  colors
• 34:07
  all
• 34:07
  over
• 34:08
  the
• 34:08
  place,
• 34:08
  whatever,
• 34:09
  you
• 34:09
  know,
• 34:09
  people
• 34:10
  want.
• 34:10
  I.
• 34:11
  More
• 34:11
  often
• 34:11
  than
• 34:12
  not,
• 34:12
  I'll
• 34:12
  get
• 34:12
  an
• 34:12
  email,
• 34:13
  I'll
• 34:13
  get
• 34:15
  an
• 34:15
  Instagram
• 34:16
  message
• 34:16
  and
• 34:16
  like,
• 34:16
  hey,
• 34:16
  I
• 34:17
  want
• 34:17
  to
• 34:17
  order
• 34:17
  some
• 34:17
  flies,
• 34:17
  but
• 34:18
  I
• 34:18
  want
• 34:18
  this
• 34:18
  color,
• 34:18
  and
• 34:19
  it's
• 34:19
  not
• 34:19
  on
• 34:19
  your
• 34:19
  site.
• 34:20
  The
• 34:20
  colors
• 34:20
  that
• 34:20
  I
• 34:20
  have
• 34:20
  listed
• 34:22
  are
• 34:22
  suggestions,
• 34:23
  right?
• 34:23
  And
• 34:23
  well,
• 34:23
  you're
• 34:24
  like,
• 34:24
  okay,
• 34:24
  just
• 34:24
  order
• 34:24
  five
• 34:25
  white
• 34:25
  and
• 34:26
  email
• 34:26
  me
• 34:26
  what
• 34:26
  you
• 34:26
  want,
• 34:27
  and
• 34:27
  I'll
• 34:27
  make
• 34:27
  sure
• 34:27
  I
• 34:27
  tie
• 34:27
  them
• 34:27
  up
• 34:28
  for
• 34:28
  you.
• 34:28
  Like
• 34:28
  the
• 34:29
  combinations
• 34:29
  and
• 34:29
  things
• 34:29
  like
• 34:30
  that.
• 34:30
  Like,
• 34:32
  like
• 34:32
  the
• 34:32
  Willens
• 34:33
  villain
• 34:33
  color.
• 34:34
  Like,
• 34:34
  that
• 34:34
  came
• 34:35
  from
• 34:35
  something
• 34:36
  that
• 34:36
  Chris
• 34:36
  William
• 34:36
  put
• 34:37
  together
• 34:37
  and
• 34:37
  had
• 34:37
  done
• 34:37
  really,
• 34:37
  really
• 34:38
  well
• 34:38
  for
• 34:38
  him.
• 34:39
  Black,
• 34:39
  white,
• 34:40
  and
• 34:40
  yellow.
• 34:40
  Like
• 34:40
  kind
• 34:41
  of
• 34:41
  on
• 34:41
  the
• 34:42
  white
• 34:42
  on
• 34:42
  the
• 34:42
  belly,
• 34:43
  white
• 34:43
  on
• 34:43
  the
• 34:43
  tail
• 34:44
  with
• 34:44
  the
• 34:44
  yellow
• 34:45
  grizzly
• 34:47
  flanks
• 34:48
  on
• 34:48
  the
• 34:48
  back,
• 34:49
  and
• 34:49
  then
• 34:49
  just
• 34:50
  alternating
• 34:50
  the
• 34:50
  black
• 34:51
  and
• 34:51
  the
• 34:51
  yellow
• 34:51
  on
• 34:51
  the
• 34:51
  top.
• 34:52
  And
• 34:53
  that
• 34:53
  was
• 34:53
  a
• 34:53
  color
• 34:53
  I
• 34:54
  never
• 34:54
  would
• 34:54
  have
• 34:54
  thought
• 34:54
  of,
• 34:55
  the
• 34:56
  way
• 34:56
  that
• 34:56
  kind
• 34:56
  of
• 34:56
  came
• 34:56
  together.
• 34:57
  And
• 34:57
  it
• 34:57
  is.
• 34:58
  It
• 34:58
  does
• 34:59
  really,
• 34:59
  really
• 34:59
  well.
• 35:00
  Wisconsin.
• 35:03
  And
• 35:03
  in.
• 35:03
  It
• 35:04
  does
• 35:04
  really
• 35:04
  well
• 35:04
  in
• 35:05
  a
• 35:05
  lot
• 35:05
  of
• 35:05
  places,
• 35:06
  but
• 35:06
  it's
• 35:06
  definitely
• 35:06
  a
• 35:07
  Wisconsin
• 35:08
  superstar.
• 35:09
  Yeah.
• 35:10
  Interesting.
• 35:10
  So
• 35:10
  it's
• 35:11
  almost
• 35:11
  like
• 35:12
  it's
• 35:12
  not
• 35:12
  just
• 35:12
  kind
• 35:13
  of
• 35:13
  a.
• 35:13
  Some
• 35:13
  variation
• 35:14
  of
• 35:14
  dark
• 35:14
  on
• 35:14
  top,
• 35:15
  light
• 35:15
  on
• 35:15
  bottom,
• 35:15
  but
• 35:15
  it
• 35:16
  also
• 35:16
  sounds
• 35:16
  like
• 35:16
  maybe
• 35:17
  you're
• 35:17
  imitating,
• 35:18
  like,
• 35:18
  hard
• 35:18
  bait
• 35:18
  color
• 35:19
  combos,
• 35:19
  too,
• 35:19
  right?
• 35:20
  Yeah,
• 35:21
  for
• 35:21
  sure.
• 35:21
  Like,
• 35:21
  there.
• 35:22
  There's
• 35:22
  some
• 35:22
  hard
• 35:22
  bait
• 35:23
  colors
• 35:23
  that
• 35:23
  I
• 35:23
  do
• 35:23
  for
• 35:23
  sure.
• 35:23
  Like,
• 35:24
  there's
• 35:24
  a.
• 35:25
  A
• 35:25
  black
• 35:25
  perch.
• 35:26
  Like
• 35:26
  musky.
• 35:26
  Musky
• 35:27
  baits
• 35:27
  have
• 35:27
  some
• 35:27
  really
• 35:28
  cool,
• 35:29
  like,
• 35:29
  color
• 35:29
  combos
• 35:30
  and
• 35:30
  such.
• 35:30
  And
• 35:30
  they
• 35:31
  got
• 35:31
  this
• 35:31
  black
• 35:32
  perch
• 35:32
  color,
• 35:32
  which
• 35:32
  is
• 35:32
  almost
• 35:33
  all
• 35:33
  black
• 35:35
  with
• 35:36
  a
• 35:36
  really
• 35:36
  faint
• 35:37
  gold.
• 35:37
  And
• 35:37
  I
• 35:37
  use
• 35:38
  the.
• 35:39
  The
• 35:39
  gold
• 35:39
  speckled
• 35:40
  lashabu
• 35:41
  does
• 35:41
  a
• 35:41
  really
• 35:41
  good
• 35:42
  job.
• 35:42
  And
• 35:42
  then
• 35:42
  at
• 35:42
  the
• 35:42
  very
• 35:42
  bot.
• 35:43
  Very
• 35:43
  end,
• 35:44
  the
• 35:44
  throat
• 35:45
  is
• 35:45
  like
• 35:46
  chartreuse
• 35:47
  and
• 35:47
  orange.
• 35:47
  Like
• 35:48
  one.
• 35:48
  One
• 35:48
  tie
• 35:48
  in
• 35:49
  a
• 35:49
  chartreuse
• 35:49
  bucktail
• 35:50
  and
• 35:50
  like,
• 35:50
  a
• 35:50
  little
• 35:50
  bit
• 35:50
  of
• 35:50
  orange
• 35:51
  over
• 35:52
  that.
• 35:52
  So
• 35:52
  it's
• 35:52
  almost.
• 35:52
  And
• 35:53
  it.
• 35:53
  That
• 35:53
  does
• 35:53
  really,
• 35:53
  really
• 35:54
  good.
• 35:54
  I
• 35:54
  like
• 35:54
  fishing.
• 35:54
  That
• 35:55
  one.
• 35:55
  Like,
• 35:55
  that's
• 35:55
  one
• 35:55
  of
• 35:55
  my
• 35:55
  personal
• 35:56
  favorites
• 35:56
  to
• 35:56
  fish,
• 35:58
  especially
• 35:58
  when
• 35:58
  you
• 35:58
  got
• 35:58
  dirty
• 35:59
  water.
• 36:01
  But
• 36:01
  it.
• 36:02
  It
• 36:02
  does
• 36:02
  vary
• 36:03
  so
• 36:03
  much.
• 36:03
  There's
• 36:03
  a
• 36:04
  couple
• 36:04
  colors
• 36:04
  that
• 36:04
  are
• 36:04
  more
• 36:04
  popular
• 36:05
  than
• 36:05
  others
• 36:05
  that
• 36:06
  have.
• 36:06
  That
• 36:06
  have
• 36:06
  done
• 36:06
  really,
• 36:06
  really
• 36:07
  well
• 36:07
  and
• 36:07
  gotten
• 36:07
  some
• 36:07
  really
• 36:07
  good
• 36:08
  pictures.
• 36:09
  Right.
• 36:09
  Like,
• 36:09
  you
• 36:09
  get.
• 36:10
  You
• 36:10
  get
• 36:10
  one
• 36:10
  with
• 36:10
  a
• 36:10
  pink
• 36:11
  lemonade
• 36:11
  hanging
• 36:11
  out
• 36:11
  of
• 36:11
  their
• 36:12
  mouth,
• 36:12
  and
• 36:12
  it
• 36:12
  just
• 36:12
  kind
• 36:12
  of
• 36:13
  pops.
• 36:14
  That
• 36:14
  the
• 36:14
  chartreuse
• 36:16
  in
• 36:16
  pink
• 36:16
  with
• 36:17
  a
• 36:17
  white
• 36:17
  belly.
• 36:18
  That
• 36:18
  one
• 36:18
  does
• 36:19
  really
• 36:19
  good.
• 36:19
  Wisconsin
• 36:20
  to
• 36:21
  Schultz,
• 36:22
  when
• 36:23
  they
• 36:23
  did.
• 36:23
  They
• 36:23
  did
• 36:23
  a
• 36:24
  trip
• 36:24
  with
• 36:25
  Chris
• 36:26
  Willen
• 36:26
  a
• 36:26
  lot.
• 36:27
  And
• 36:27
  a
• 36:28
  lot
• 36:28
  of
• 36:28
  those
• 36:28
  guys
• 36:28
  would
• 36:28
  say,
• 36:29
  give
• 36:30
  me
• 36:30
  the
• 36:30
  think
• 36:30
  Lemonade.
• 36:30
  Give
• 36:31
  me
• 36:31
  the
• 36:31
  Willem
• 36:31
  villain.
• 36:32
  And
• 36:32
  then
• 36:32
  another
• 36:33
  one
• 36:33
  of
• 36:33
  my
• 36:33
  favorites
• 36:33
  is
• 36:34
  Mardi
• 36:34
  Gras,
• 36:35
  which
• 36:35
  is
• 36:36
  pink
• 36:37
  with
• 36:37
  a
• 36:37
  chartreuse
• 36:38
  belly
• 36:39
  and
• 36:39
  a
• 36:39
  black
• 36:40
  head.
• 36:41
  So
• 36:41
  kind
• 36:42
  of
• 36:42
  that
• 36:43
  one
• 36:43
  does
• 36:43
  really,
• 36:43
  really.
• 36:43
  That
• 36:44
  one
• 36:44
  done
• 36:44
  pretty
• 36:45
  good
• 36:45
  in
• 36:45
  a
• 36:45
  lot
• 36:45
  of
• 36:45
  different
• 36:45
  spots
• 36:46
  too.
• 36:47
  Then
• 36:47
  you
• 36:47
  get
• 36:48
  a
• 36:48
  place
• 36:48
  like
• 36:49
  western
• 36:49
  Pennsylvania.
• 36:52
  And
• 36:52
  like,
• 36:52
  I'll
• 36:53
  get
• 36:53
  guys
• 36:53
  from
• 36:53
  there
• 36:54
  and
• 36:57
  they'll
• 36:57
  ask
• 36:57
  me
• 36:57
  what
• 36:57
  do
• 36:58
  they
• 36:58
  should
• 36:58
  do.
• 36:58
  I'm
• 36:58
  like,
• 36:59
  that
• 36:59
  is
• 36:59
  a
• 36:59
  blind
• 37:00
  spot
• 37:00
  I
• 37:00
  have.
• 37:02
  And
• 37:02
  so
• 37:03
  I
• 37:03
  got.
• 37:03
  I'll
• 37:04
  try
• 37:04
  and
• 37:04
  do
• 37:05
  some
• 37:05
  research
• 37:05
  for.
• 37:05
  For
• 37:06
  customers
• 37:06
  who
• 37:07
  really
• 37:07
  are
• 37:07
  getting
• 37:07
  into
• 37:08
  it.
• 37:09
  And
• 37:09
  like,
• 37:09
  your
• 37:10
  black
• 37:10
  and
• 37:10
  yellow
• 37:11
  and
• 37:11
  orange
• 37:12
  kind
• 37:12
  of
• 37:12
  does
• 37:13
  really
• 37:13
  well.
• 37:13
  And
• 37:13
  then
• 37:14
  some
• 37:14
  of
• 37:14
  your
• 37:14
  traditional
• 37:15
  hard
• 37:15
  bait
• 37:16
  colors,
• 37:16
  like
• 37:16
  fire
• 37:16
  tiger,
• 37:18
  like,
• 37:18
  I
• 37:18
  don't
• 37:18
  know
• 37:19
  if
• 37:19
  it's.
• 37:20
  People
• 37:20
  love
• 37:20
  it
• 37:21
  and
• 37:21
  they
• 37:21
  just
• 37:21
  fish
• 37:21
  it
• 37:21
  a
• 37:22
  lot.
• 37:22
  So
• 37:22
  that's
• 37:22
  why
• 37:22
  it
• 37:22
  catches
• 37:22
  a
• 37:23
  lot
• 37:23
  of
• 37:23
  fish
• 37:23
  or
• 37:23
  fish
• 37:24
  actually
• 37:24
  like
• 37:24
  it,
• 37:25
  but
• 37:25
  it
• 37:25
  does
• 37:25
  catch
• 37:25
  a
• 37:25
  lot
• 37:26
  of
• 37:26
  fish.
• 37:27
  Yeah.
• 37:27
  Very,
• 37:28
  very
• 37:28
  neat.
• 37:28
  Kind
• 37:28
  of
• 37:28
  shifting
• 37:29
  gears
• 37:29
  to
• 37:29
  actually
• 37:29
  the
• 37:30
  fishing
• 37:30
  part.
• 37:30
  And
• 37:31
  I
• 37:31
  guess
• 37:31
  we'll
• 37:31
  say
• 37:32
  why
• 37:32
  don't
• 37:32
  we
• 37:32
  start
• 37:32
  with
• 37:33
  like,
• 37:33
  Lake
• 37:33
  Muskie,
• 37:33
  since
• 37:34
  that's
• 37:34
  kind
• 37:34
  of
• 37:34
  where
• 37:34
  you
• 37:34
  started
• 37:35
  your
• 37:35
  game.
• 37:35
  Tell
• 37:36
  us
• 37:36
  a
• 37:36
  little
• 37:36
  bit
• 37:36
  about
• 37:37
  kind
• 37:37
  of
• 37:37
  your
• 37:37
  preferred
• 37:38
  line
• 37:38
  and
• 37:38
  leader
• 37:38
  setup
• 37:39
  when
• 37:39
  you're
• 37:39
  going
• 37:39
  to
• 37:39
  chase.
• 37:40
  Yeah.
• 37:40
  Muskie
• 37:41
  in
• 37:41
  the
• 37:41
  lake.
• 37:43
  So
• 37:43
  Lake
• 37:43
  Sinclair
• 37:44
  is
• 37:44
  a
• 37:44
  very
• 37:44
  unique
• 37:45
  fishery
• 37:45
  in
• 37:46
  that
• 37:46
  there's
• 37:47
  no
• 37:47
  snags,
• 37:48
  really.
• 37:49
  So
• 37:49
  you
• 37:50
  can
• 37:51
  rest
• 37:51
  assured,
• 37:51
  like
• 37:52
  when
• 37:52
  you're
• 37:52
  casting,
• 37:52
  you're
• 37:53
  not
• 37:53
  gonna
• 37:53
  hook
• 37:53
  a
• 37:54
  log
• 37:54
  or
• 37:54
  hook
• 37:54
  a
• 37:54
  rock.
• 37:56
  So
• 37:56
  you
• 37:56
  can
• 37:56
  fish
• 37:56
  pretty
• 37:57
  freely
• 37:57
  in
• 37:57
  that
• 37:58
  regard.
• 38:00
  10
• 38:00
  weight
• 38:00
  will
• 38:01
  throw
• 38:01
  a
• 38:01
  traditional
• 38:02
  swine
• 38:02
  really
• 38:02
  easy.
• 38:03
  You
• 38:03
  can
• 38:03
  even
• 38:03
  throw
• 38:03
  it
• 38:03
  on
• 38:04
  a
• 38:04
  nine
• 38:06
  and
• 38:06
  then
• 38:06
  with
• 38:06
  a
• 38:06
  sinking
• 38:07
  line,
• 38:07
  like
• 38:08
  depending
• 38:08
  on
• 38:08
  the
• 38:08
  time
• 38:08
  of
• 38:09
  year,
• 38:09
  350
• 38:09
  through
• 38:10
  like
• 38:10
  a
• 38:10
  450
• 38:11
  sink
• 38:12
  tip.
• 38:12
  I
• 38:12
  like
• 38:12
  the,
• 38:14
  like
• 38:14
  the
• 38:14
  striper
• 38:15
  line
• 38:15
  or
• 38:16
  the.
• 38:18
  The
• 38:19
  line
• 38:19
  from
• 38:19
  SA
• 38:19
  that's
• 38:19
  got
• 38:20
  that
• 38:20
  20,
• 38:20
  26
• 38:21
  or
• 38:21
  28
• 38:21
  foot
• 38:22
  tip
• 38:22
  on
• 38:24
  does
• 38:24
  really,
• 38:24
  really
• 38:24
  well.
• 38:26
  And
• 38:27
  the
• 38:28
  swine,
• 38:29
  what
• 38:29
  I
• 38:29
  like
• 38:29
  about
• 38:30
  when
• 38:30
  fishing
• 38:31
  it
• 38:31
  is
• 38:31
  I'll
• 38:31
  have
• 38:31
  like
• 38:32
  a
• 38:32
  B1G
• 38:32
  or
• 38:32
  something
• 38:33
  that's
• 38:33
  a
• 38:33
  little
• 38:33
  bit
• 38:33
  heavier
• 38:34
  that
• 38:34
  I've
• 38:34
  gotten
• 38:34
  like
• 38:34
  an
• 38:34
  11.
• 38:35
  And
• 38:36
  like,
• 38:37
  the
• 38:37
  swine
• 38:37
  is
• 38:38
  like
• 38:38
  your
• 38:38
  off
• 38:39
  pitch,
• 38:40
  right.
• 38:40
  Where
• 38:40
  you
• 38:40
  can
• 38:40
  kind
• 38:41
  of
• 38:41
  like
• 38:41
  take
• 38:41
  a
• 38:41
  little
• 38:41
  stress
• 38:42
  off
• 38:42
  your
• 38:42
  arm.
• 38:43
  You
• 38:43
  know,
• 38:43
  you.
• 38:43
  You
• 38:44
  not.
• 38:45
  You
• 38:45
  can't
• 38:46
  substitute
• 38:47
  for
• 38:47
  having
• 38:47
  a
• 38:47
  fly
• 38:48
  in
• 38:48
  the
• 38:48
  water,
• 38:48
  so
• 38:49
  you
• 38:49
  can't
• 38:49
  take
• 38:49
  a
• 38:49
  break.
• 38:50
  So
• 38:50
  the
• 38:50
  swine
• 38:51
  is
• 38:51
  a
• 38:51
  good
• 38:51
  one
• 38:51
  to
• 38:52
  have
• 38:52
  if
• 38:52
  you're.
• 38:52
  If
• 38:52
  you're.
• 38:53
  If
• 38:53
  you're
• 38:53
  hunting
• 38:53
  with
• 38:54
  a
• 38:54
  bigger
• 38:54
  fly
• 38:55
  and
• 38:56
  you
• 38:56
  want
• 38:56
  to
• 38:56
  still
• 38:56
  have
• 38:57
  something
• 38:57
  really
• 38:57
  productive
• 38:57
  in
• 38:58
  the
• 38:58
  water,
• 38:59
  go
• 38:59
  along
• 39:00
  that
• 39:00
  way.
• 39:00
  But
• 39:01
  the
• 39:01
  jerk
• 39:01
  chipper
• 39:02
  retrieves
• 39:02
  sink
• 39:03
  tip.
• 39:03
  What
• 39:03
  that
• 39:04
  sink
• 39:04
  tip
• 39:04
  does
• 39:05
  is,
• 39:06
  you
• 39:06
  know,
• 39:06
  it
• 39:07
  holds
• 39:07
  in
• 39:08
  the
• 39:08
  water
• 39:08
  column
• 39:08
  lower
• 39:09
  than
• 39:09
  the
• 39:10
  fly
• 39:11
  and
• 39:11
  it
• 39:11
  gets
• 39:11
  that
• 39:12
  butt
• 39:12
  end
• 39:12
  of
• 39:12
  the
• 39:12
  fly
• 39:13
  to
• 39:13
  tip
• 39:13
  up
• 39:15
  and
• 39:15
  kick
• 39:15
  to
• 39:15
  a
• 39:16
  side.
• 39:16
  And
• 39:16
  then
• 39:16
  that's
• 39:17
  when
• 39:17
  you
• 39:17
  get
• 39:17
  that
• 39:17
  jerk
• 39:17
  strip
• 39:18
  that's
• 39:18
  going
• 39:18
  to
• 39:18
  get
• 39:18
  you
• 39:18
  that
• 39:18
  side
• 39:19
  to
• 39:19
  side
• 39:19
  motion.
• 39:20
  I
• 39:21
  like
• 39:21
  short
• 39:21
  leaders.
• 39:22
  Like
• 39:22
  for
• 39:22
  streamer
• 39:23
  fishing,
• 39:23
  I
• 39:24
  would
• 39:24
  say
• 39:24
  4ft,
• 39:25
  3ft.
• 39:26
  Somewhere
• 39:26
  in
• 39:26
  there
• 39:26
  is
• 39:27
  like
• 39:28
  from,
• 39:28
  from
• 39:28
  loop
• 39:29
  to
• 39:29
  end,
• 39:29
  right.
• 39:30
  Is,
• 39:30
  is
• 39:30
  where
• 39:30
  it's,
• 39:30
  it's
• 39:31
  going
• 39:31
  to
• 39:31
  be
• 39:32
  with
• 39:33
  like
• 39:33
  a
• 39:33
  butt
• 39:33
  section,
• 39:34
  like
• 39:34
  40
• 39:35
  and
• 39:35
  then
• 39:36
  with
• 39:36
  wider.
• 39:37
  I
• 39:38
  like
• 39:39
  2ft
• 39:40
  of,
• 39:41
  of
• 39:41
  that
• 39:41
  butt
• 39:41
  section
• 39:42
  and
• 39:42
  then
• 39:42
  wire
• 39:42
  right
• 39:43
  to
• 39:43
  the
• 39:43
  hook.
• 39:43
  Now
• 39:44
  if
• 39:44
  you're,
• 39:46
  you
• 39:46
  know,
• 39:46
  in
• 39:47
  a
• 39:47
  river
• 39:48
  or
• 39:49
  you
• 39:50
  know
• 39:50
  something
• 39:50
  that
• 39:52
  you
• 39:52
  have
• 39:52
  to
• 39:53
  worry
• 39:53
  about
• 39:53
  getting
• 39:53
  hung
• 39:54
  up.
• 39:54
  Right.
• 39:55
  Like
• 39:55
  you
• 39:56
  might
• 39:56
  want
• 39:56
  to
• 39:56
  put
• 39:56
  some,
• 39:56
  some
• 39:57
  type
• 39:57
  of
• 39:57
  break
• 39:57
  in
• 39:58
  the
• 39:58
  middle
• 39:58
  between
• 39:58
  that
• 39:58
  wire
• 39:59
  and
• 39:59
  that,
• 40:00
  that
• 40:00
  mud
• 40:01
  section.
• 40:02
  But
• 40:05
  you
• 40:05
  know,
• 40:05
  that
• 40:06
  pretty
• 40:06
  simple,
• 40:06
  pretty
• 40:06
  easy.
• 40:07
  I
• 40:07
  use
• 40:07
  snaps
• 40:07
  on
• 40:08
  the
• 40:08
  end
• 40:08
  of
• 40:08
  that
• 40:08
  wire
• 40:08
  so
• 40:08
  I
• 40:08
  don't
• 40:09
  have
• 40:09
  to
• 40:09
  keep
• 40:09
  re
• 40:09
  tying
• 40:09
  that
• 40:10
  wire.
• 40:11
  Use
• 40:11
  those
• 40:11
  good
• 40:12
  cross
• 40:12
  lock
• 40:12
  snaps
• 40:13
  so
• 40:13
  you
• 40:13
  don't
• 40:14
  have
• 40:14
  to
• 40:14
  worry
• 40:14
  about
• 40:14
  that
• 40:14
  fly
• 40:15
  coming
• 40:15
  off.
• 40:15
  But
• 40:17
  pretty
• 40:18
  simple
• 40:18
  on
• 40:18
  the
• 40:18
  leader
• 40:18
  front.
• 40:19
  Yeah.
• 40:20
  And
• 40:20
  in
• 40:20
  terms
• 40:20
  of
• 40:20
  the
• 40:20
  jerk
• 40:21
  retrieve,
• 40:21
  I
• 40:21
  mean
• 40:21
  are
• 40:21
  you
• 40:22
  jerking
• 40:22
  it
• 40:22
  almost
• 40:22
  like
• 40:23
  a
• 40:23
  kind
• 40:23
  of
• 40:23
  like
• 40:23
  a
• 40:23
  gear
• 40:24
  guy
• 40:24
  would
• 40:24
  pump
• 40:24
  a
• 40:25
  jerk
• 40:25
  bait.
• 40:25
  Is
• 40:25
  that
• 40:25
  kind
• 40:26
  of,
• 40:26
  kind
• 40:26
  of
• 40:26
  the
• 40:27
  style
• 40:27
  or
• 40:27
  are
• 40:27
  you
• 40:28
  strip
• 40:28
  jerking
• 40:28
  it
• 40:29
  kind
• 40:29
  of.
• 40:29
  What's
• 40:29
  that
• 40:30
  kind
• 40:30
  of
• 40:30
  hand
• 40:30
  rod
• 40:30
  motion?
• 40:31
  Strip
• 40:31
  jerking
• 40:31
  it?
• 40:32
  Yep,
• 40:32
  yep.
• 40:32
  So
• 40:33
  like
• 40:33
  I'm
• 40:34
  right
• 40:34
  handed,
• 40:34
  so
• 40:35
  you
• 40:35
  know,
• 40:35
  stripping
• 40:36
  with
• 40:36
  the
• 40:36
  line
• 40:36
  with
• 40:36
  the
• 40:37
  left,
• 40:37
  like
• 40:37
  a
• 40:37
  good
• 40:38
  two
• 40:38
  feet,
• 40:39
  you
• 40:39
  know,
• 40:39
  one
• 40:39
  way
• 40:39
  and
• 40:39
  then
• 40:39
  two
• 40:40
  feet
• 40:40
  the
• 40:40
  other
• 40:40
  way.
• 40:40
  Kind
• 40:40
  of
• 40:41
  like
• 40:41
  pull
• 40:41
  them.
• 40:41
  Like
• 40:41
  how
• 40:41
  you're
• 40:42
  trying
• 40:42
  to
• 40:42
  rip,
• 40:43
  rip
• 40:43
  a
• 40:43
  bag
• 40:43
  open.
• 40:44
  Almost
• 40:45
  got
• 40:45
  it.
• 40:46
  And
• 40:46
  so,
• 40:47
  you
• 40:47
  know,
• 40:47
  if
• 40:47
  we
• 40:48
  kind
• 40:48
  of
• 40:48
  shift
• 40:48
  gears,
• 40:49
  you
• 40:49
  know,
• 40:49
  when
• 40:49
  we
• 40:50
  either
• 40:50
  are
• 40:51
  going
• 40:51
  to
• 40:51
  go
• 40:51
  fishing
• 40:51
  rivers
• 40:52
  for
• 40:52
  muskie
• 40:53
  or
• 40:53
  we're
• 40:53
  downsizing
• 40:54
  the
• 40:54
  pattern
• 40:54
  to
• 40:54
  go
• 40:54
  maybe
• 40:55
  chase
• 40:55
  smallmouth
• 40:55
  or
• 40:56
  stripers,
• 40:57
  you
• 40:57
  know,
• 40:57
  do
• 40:57
  you,
• 40:57
  how
• 40:57
  do
• 40:58
  you
• 40:58
  change
• 40:58
  kind
• 40:58
  of
• 40:59
  your,
• 40:59
  you
• 40:59
  know,
• 41:00
  your
• 41:00
  line
• 41:00
  and
• 41:00
  leader
• 41:01
  setups?
• 41:01
  And
• 41:01
  how
• 41:02
  do
• 41:02
  you
• 41:02
  maybe
• 41:02
  change
• 41:02
  your.
• 41:03
  Retrieve
• 41:05
  so
• 41:05
  that,
• 41:06
  that
• 41:06
  definitely
• 41:07
  with
• 41:07
  the
• 41:07
  smaller
• 41:07
  size,
• 41:08
  they're
• 41:08
  not
• 41:08
  doing
• 41:08
  as
• 41:08
  aggressive,
• 41:10
  maybe
• 41:11
  just
• 41:11
  less
• 41:11
  aggressive.
• 41:12
  Right.
• 41:12
  Like,
• 41:13
  like.
• 41:14
  But
• 41:14
  sometimes
• 41:15
  you're
• 41:15
  trying
• 41:15
  to
• 41:15
  trigger
• 41:15
  something
• 41:16
  and
• 41:16
  you're
• 41:17
  trying
• 41:17
  to
• 41:17
  stir
• 41:18
  like
• 41:18
  change
• 41:18
  it,
• 41:18
  changing
• 41:19
  it
• 41:19
  up.
• 41:19
  If
• 41:19
  I,
• 41:20
  if
• 41:20
  I
• 41:20
  retrieve,
• 41:21
  I
• 41:21
  get
• 41:22
  you
• 41:22
  get
• 41:22
  yourself
• 41:22
  into
• 41:22
  that
• 41:23
  trance
• 41:23
  where
• 41:23
  you're
• 41:24
  just
• 41:24
  casting
• 41:24
  and
• 41:24
  retrieving
• 41:25
  the
• 41:25
  same
• 41:25
  way,
• 41:25
  the
• 41:26
  same
• 41:26
  way,
• 41:26
  the
• 41:26
  same
• 41:26
  way,
• 41:27
  but
• 41:27
  nothing's
• 41:27
  happening
• 41:28
  to
• 41:28
  pull
• 41:28
  you
• 41:28
  out
• 41:28
  of
• 41:28
  that
• 41:28
  trance.
• 41:29
  You
• 41:29
  got
• 41:29
  to
• 41:29
  like
• 41:29
  consciously
• 41:30
  like
• 41:30
  think,
• 41:31
  okay,
• 41:31
  I
• 41:31
  got
• 41:31
  to
• 41:31
  change
• 41:31
  this
• 41:32
  up
• 41:32
  a
• 41:32
  Little
• 41:32
  bit.
• 41:32
  Maybe
• 41:32
  you'll
• 41:33
  do
• 41:33
  like
• 41:35
  a
• 41:35
  stutter,
• 41:35
  stutter
• 41:36
  strip
• 41:36
  right
• 41:36
  where
• 41:36
  it's
• 41:37
  little.
• 41:37
  Like
• 41:38
  you
• 41:38
  cut
• 41:38
  it
• 41:38
  in
• 41:38
  half,
• 41:38
  but
• 41:38
  you
• 41:38
  do
• 41:39
  it
• 41:39
  twice
• 41:39
  really
• 41:39
  quick.
• 41:39
  And
• 41:40
  then
• 41:40
  you
• 41:40
  let
• 41:40
  it
• 41:40
  stand
• 41:42
  in
• 41:42
  the
• 41:43
  pause
• 41:43
  on
• 41:43
  this
• 41:43
  because
• 41:44
  it
• 41:44
  has
• 41:44
  that
• 41:45
  copperheads
• 41:46
  when
• 41:46
  the
• 41:46
  water
• 41:46
  gets
• 41:47
  colder.
• 41:48
  And
• 41:49
  you
• 41:49
  can
• 41:49
  leave
• 41:49
  fy
• 41:50
  hang
• 41:50
  there.
• 41:51
  Right.
• 41:51
  You
• 41:51
  know,
• 41:53
  that's
• 41:53
  really
• 41:53
  a
• 41:54
  benefit
• 41:54
  of
• 41:54
  that
• 41:54
  fly
• 41:55
  is
• 41:55
  having
• 41:56
  that
• 41:56
  foam
• 41:56
  piece
• 41:56
  in
• 41:56
  it
• 41:57
  that
• 41:57
  allows
• 41:57
  it
• 41:57
  to
• 41:57
  hang
• 41:58
  and
• 41:59
  not
• 41:59
  gets
• 41:59
  hung
• 41:59
  up
• 41:59
  on
• 41:59
  the
• 42:00
  bottom
• 42:01
  that
• 42:01
  allows
• 42:01
  especially
• 42:02
  bass
• 42:04
  or
• 42:04
  they're
• 42:04
  just
• 42:04
  staring
• 42:05
  at
• 42:05
  it,
• 42:05
  they're
• 42:05
  just
• 42:05
  waiting
• 42:06
  for
• 42:06
  it.
• 42:06
  And
• 42:06
  then
• 42:06
  you
• 42:06
  just
• 42:06
  twitch
• 42:07
  it
• 42:07
  again
• 42:07
  and
• 42:07
  they,
• 42:07
  and
• 42:08
  they
• 42:08
  just
• 42:08
  smash
• 42:09
  it.
• 42:09
  Yeah.
• 42:10
  And
• 42:10
  are
• 42:10
  you,
• 42:10
  are
• 42:11
  you
• 42:11
  backing
• 42:11
  off?
• 42:11
  I
• 42:11
  mean,
• 42:11
  are
• 42:12
  you,
• 42:12
  you're
• 42:12
  still,
• 42:12
  are
• 42:12
  you
• 42:13
  still
• 42:13
  fishing
• 42:13
  a
• 42:13
  350,
• 42:14
  450
• 42:14
  line?
• 42:15
  Are
• 42:15
  you
• 42:15
  backing
• 42:15
  off
• 42:15
  a
• 42:16
  little
• 42:16
  bit?
• 42:17
  Probably
• 42:17
  like
• 42:17
  a,
• 42:18
  like
• 42:18
  on
• 42:18
  the,
• 42:18
  on
• 42:19
  the
• 42:19
  swine
• 42:19
  junior,
• 42:20
  you
• 42:20
  know,
• 42:20
  seven
• 42:21
  or
• 42:21
  an
• 42:21
  eight
• 42:21
  weight
• 42:22
  with
• 42:23
  like
• 42:23
  a.
• 42:24
  Anywhere
• 42:24
  from
• 42:24
  a
• 42:24
  200
• 42:25
  to
• 42:25
  a
• 42:25
  350,
• 42:26
  just
• 42:26
  depending
• 42:26
  on
• 42:27
  the
• 42:27
  conditions.
• 42:28
  Got
• 42:29
  it.
• 42:29
  And
• 42:30
  kind
• 42:30
  of,
• 42:30
  as
• 42:30
  we
• 42:31
  start
• 42:31
  to
• 42:31
  kind
• 42:31
  of
• 42:31
  wrap
• 42:31
  things
• 42:31
  up
• 42:32
  this
• 42:32
  evening,
• 42:32
  Eli,
• 42:33
  kind
• 42:33
  of,
• 42:33
  you
• 42:34
  know,
• 42:34
  anything
• 42:34
  kind
• 42:35
  of
• 42:35
  on
• 42:35
  the
• 42:35
  fly
• 42:35
  tying
• 42:36
  or
• 42:36
  the
• 42:36
  fishing
• 42:36
  development
• 42:37
  front
• 42:37
  you
• 42:37
  want
• 42:37
  to
• 42:37
  share
• 42:37
  with
• 42:38
  our
• 42:38
  listeners.
• 42:41
  I
• 42:41
  mean,
• 42:41
  from
• 42:43
  the,
• 42:43
  the
• 42:43
  problem,
• 42:44
  a
• 42:44
  good
• 42:44
  problem
• 42:45
  of
• 42:45
  having,
• 42:46
  of
• 42:46
  creating
• 42:46
  some
• 42:47
  really
• 42:47
  successful
• 42:48
  flies
• 42:49
  is
• 42:49
  that
• 42:51
  I
• 42:51
  haven't
• 42:51
  had.
• 42:51
  I've
• 42:52
  had
• 42:52
  probably
• 42:52
  about
• 42:55
  five
• 42:55
  to
• 42:55
  ten
• 42:55
  years
• 42:56
  of
• 42:56
  pretty.
• 42:57
  Not
• 42:58
  a
• 42:58
  lot
• 42:58
  of
• 42:58
  really
• 42:58
  new
• 42:59
  things
• 42:59
  coming
• 42:59
  out.
• 42:59
  Right.
• 43:00
  As
• 43:00
  far
• 43:00
  as
• 43:00
  like
• 43:00
  flies
• 43:01
  go,
• 43:01
  I
• 43:01
  mean,
• 43:01
  I
• 43:02
  scaled
• 43:02
  flies
• 43:02
  up
• 43:02
  or
• 43:02
  scaled
• 43:03
  them
• 43:03
  down
• 43:03
  from
• 43:03
  the,
• 43:04
  from
• 43:05
  the
• 43:05
  B1G
• 43:05
  and
• 43:05
  the,
• 43:06
  and
• 43:06
  the
• 43:09
  Optimus
• 43:09
  Wine,
• 43:09
  but,
• 43:10
  you
• 43:10
  know,
• 43:11
  trying
• 43:11
  to
• 43:11
  play
• 43:11
  around
• 43:11
  things.
• 43:12
  Most
• 43:12
  of
• 43:12
  my
• 43:13
  fishing
• 43:13
  these
• 43:13
  days,
• 43:14
  I've
• 43:14
  got
• 43:14
  three
• 43:14
  young
• 43:15
  boys,
• 43:15
  15
• 43:16
  through
• 43:16
  7
• 43:17
  who
• 43:17
  are
• 43:17
  really
• 43:17
  into
• 43:18
  fishing.
• 43:20
  It
• 43:20
  doesn't
• 43:21
  make
• 43:21
  like
• 43:21
  the
• 43:21
  musky
• 43:22
  thing
• 43:22
  is
• 43:22
  kind
• 43:22
  of
• 43:22
  on
• 43:23
  the
• 43:23
  back
• 43:23
  burner.
• 43:24
  Not
• 43:24
  really
• 43:24
  something
• 43:24
  I
• 43:25
  can
• 43:25
  do
• 43:25
  now.
• 43:25
  So
• 43:26
  we're
• 43:26
  really
• 43:26
  playing
• 43:26
  around
• 43:27
  with
• 43:27
  smallies
• 43:28
  locally
• 43:29
  and
• 43:29
  bluegill
• 43:30
  and
• 43:30
  all
• 43:30
  that
• 43:31
  type
• 43:31
  of
• 43:31
  stuff.
• 43:31
  So
• 43:31
  a
• 43:31
  lot
• 43:31
  of
• 43:32
  that
• 43:32
  is
• 43:32
  me
• 43:33
  doing
• 43:33
  a
• 43:33
  knowledge
• 43:34
  transfer
• 43:35
  right
• 43:35
  now
• 43:35
  to
• 43:35
  my
• 43:35
  kids.
• 43:36
  That's
• 43:37
  really
• 43:37
  where
• 43:37
  a
• 43:37
  lot
• 43:37
  of
• 43:37
  that's
• 43:38
  been.
• 43:38
  And,
• 43:38
  and
• 43:39
  so
• 43:39
  we,
• 43:40
  we
• 43:40
  play
• 43:40
  around
• 43:40
  with
• 43:40
  that
• 43:40
  and
• 43:41
  toss
• 43:41
  those
• 43:41
  ideas
• 43:42
  around
• 43:42
  a
• 43:42
  little
• 43:42
  bit.
• 43:42
  But
• 43:43
  my
• 43:43
  15
• 43:44
  year
• 43:44
  old,
• 43:44
  he's
• 43:44
  getting
• 43:45
  to
• 43:45
  the
• 43:45
  point
• 43:45
  where
• 43:45
  he
• 43:45
  wants
• 43:46
  to
• 43:46
  go
• 43:46
  trophy
• 43:47
  hunting
• 43:48
  a
• 43:48
  little
• 43:48
  bit
• 43:48
  more
• 43:49
  than
• 43:49
  just
• 43:49
  getting
• 43:49
  a
• 43:50
  good
• 43:50
  bend
• 43:50
  in
• 43:50
  the
• 43:50
  ride
• 43:50
  by,
• 43:51
  you
• 43:51
  know,
• 43:51
  smiling.
• 43:52
  So
• 43:52
  he's
• 43:52
  starting
• 43:52
  to,
• 43:53
  you
• 43:53
  know,
• 43:53
  ask
• 43:53
  a
• 43:54
  little
• 43:54
  more
• 43:54
  questions
• 43:54
  and,
• 43:55
  and
• 43:55
  get
• 43:55
  more
• 43:55
  into
• 43:58
  how
• 43:58
  do
• 43:58
  I,
• 43:59
  how
• 43:59
  do
• 43:59
  I
• 43:59
  get
• 43:59
  the
• 43:59
  big
• 43:59
  ones
• 43:59
  now?
• 44:00
  So
• 44:00
  that's
• 44:00
  where
• 44:01
  a
• 44:01
  lot
• 44:01
  of
• 44:01
  my
• 44:01
  focus
• 44:01
  has
• 44:02
  Been
• 44:02
  lately,
• 44:03
  very
• 44:03
  neat.
• 44:04
  Anything
• 44:04
  kind
• 44:04
  of
• 44:04
  any
• 44:05
  new
• 44:05
  materials
• 44:05
  or
• 44:06
  tools
• 44:06
  or
• 44:07
  adhesives
• 44:07
  on
• 44:07
  the
• 44:08
  bench
• 44:08
  that
• 44:08
  you've
• 44:08
  been
• 44:08
  playing
• 44:09
  around
• 44:09
  with?
• 44:11
  I
• 44:11
  can
• 44:11
  tell
• 44:11
  you
• 44:12
  that
• 44:15
  probably
• 44:16
  the
• 44:16
  most
• 44:16
  impressive
• 44:17
  thing
• 44:17
  I've
• 44:18
  dealt
• 44:18
  with
• 44:18
  in
• 44:18
  a
• 44:18
  while
• 44:20
  are
• 44:22
  these
• 44:22
  scissors
• 44:23
  by
• 44:23
  anadromous
• 44:25
  fly
• 44:26
  company.
• 44:26
  The
• 44:26
  tungsten
• 44:27
  carbide
• 44:27
  razor
• 44:28
  scissors.
• 44:29
  I've
• 44:29
  got
• 44:29
  two
• 44:29
  pairs
• 44:30
  on
• 44:30
  my
• 44:30
  bench
• 44:33
  that
• 44:33
  I've
• 44:34
  had
• 44:34
  for
• 44:34
  two
• 44:34
  years.
• 44:35
  I've
• 44:36
  always
• 44:36
  got
• 44:36
  two
• 44:36
  or
• 44:36
  three
• 44:37
  pairs
• 44:37
  of
• 44:37
  blaine
• 44:37
  roms
• 44:37
  in
• 44:38
  case
• 44:38
  I
• 44:38
  drop
• 44:38
  one
• 44:38
  and
• 44:39
  I.
• 44:39
  I
• 44:39
  know
• 44:39
  one's
• 44:40
  there,
• 44:40
  right?
• 44:41
  They
• 44:41
  are
• 44:42
  as
• 44:42
  sharp
• 44:43
  as
• 44:45
  when
• 44:45
  I
• 44:46
  pulled
• 44:46
  them
• 44:46
  out
• 44:46
  of
• 44:46
  the
• 44:46
  package
• 44:47
  two
• 44:47
  years
• 44:48
  ago.
• 44:51
  And
• 44:52
  for
• 44:52
  cutting
• 44:52
  as
• 44:52
  much
• 44:53
  bucktail
• 44:53
  and
• 44:54
  as
• 44:54
  many
• 44:54
  materials
• 44:54
  as
• 44:55
  I
• 44:55
  have
• 44:55
  with
• 44:55
  these
• 44:55
  things,
• 44:57
  like
• 44:58
  scissors
• 44:58
  from
• 44:58
  other
• 44:58
  brands,
• 45:00
  other
• 45:00
  companies
• 45:01
  have
• 45:02
  done
• 45:02
  well
• 45:02
  in
• 45:03
  the
• 45:03
  beginning,
• 45:03
  but
• 45:03
  they
• 45:03
  fade.
• 45:04
  These
• 45:04
  have
• 45:05
  not.
• 45:05
  So
• 45:05
  I'd
• 45:05
  say
• 45:05
  that's
• 45:06
  probably
• 45:06
  the
• 45:06
  most
• 45:06
  impressive
• 45:07
  thing
• 45:08
  I've
• 45:09
  seen
• 45:10
  as
• 45:10
  far
• 45:10
  as
• 45:10
  fly
• 45:11
  tying
• 45:11
  stuff,
• 45:11
  new
• 45:11
  stuff.
• 45:12
  There's
• 45:12
  always
• 45:13
  some
• 45:13
  interesting
• 45:13
  stuff
• 45:13
  you
• 45:13
  see
• 45:14
  out
• 45:14
  there.
• 45:15
  You
• 45:15
  know,
• 45:15
  you
• 45:15
  want
• 45:15
  to
• 45:15
  get
• 45:16
  your
• 45:16
  hands
• 45:16
  on
• 45:16
  it.
• 45:18
  And
• 45:18
  synthetics.
• 45:20
  I
• 45:21
  always
• 45:21
  tell
• 45:22
  anybody,
• 45:22
  you
• 45:23
  find
• 45:23
  it
• 45:23
  synthetic.
• 45:23
  A
• 45:23
  lot
• 45:23
  of
• 45:24
  people
• 45:24
  like
• 45:24
  to.
• 45:26
  They
• 45:27
  find
• 45:27
  something
• 45:27
  they
• 45:27
  like,
• 45:28
  they
• 45:28
  want
• 45:28
  to
• 45:29
  kind
• 45:29
  of
• 45:29
  shield
• 45:29
  it
• 45:30
  from
• 45:30
  the
• 45:30
  public.
• 45:31
  If
• 45:31
  you
• 45:31
  find
• 45:31
  a
• 45:32
  synthetic
• 45:32
  fly
• 45:32
  tying
• 45:33
  material
• 45:33
  that
• 45:34
  you
• 45:34
  like,
• 45:35
  tell
• 45:35
  everybody
• 45:36
  about
• 45:36
  it.
• 45:37
  Because
• 45:37
  we've
• 45:37
  had
• 45:37
  some
• 45:37
  really
• 45:38
  good
• 45:38
  materials
• 45:38
  go
• 45:39
  away.
• 45:39
  Because
• 45:40
  not
• 45:40
  enough
• 45:40
  people
• 45:40
  do
• 45:41
  it.
• 45:41
  Because
• 45:41
  none
• 45:41
  of
• 45:42
  the
• 45:42
  synthetic
• 45:42
  fly
• 45:43
  tying
• 45:43
  materials
• 45:43
  that
• 45:43
  we
• 45:43
  use
• 45:45
  were
• 45:45
  designed
• 45:45
  for
• 45:46
  fly
• 45:46
  fishing
• 45:46
  or
• 45:46
  fly
• 45:47
  time.
• 45:47
  There's
• 45:48
  something
• 45:48
  that
• 45:48
  something
• 45:48
  saw
• 45:49
  something,
• 45:49
  and
• 45:49
  they're
• 45:49
  like,
• 45:50
  let's
• 45:50
  put
• 45:50
  it
• 45:50
  in
• 45:50
  a
• 45:50
  package
• 45:51
  and
• 45:51
  see
• 45:51
  if
• 45:51
  anybody
• 45:51
  can
• 45:51
  do
• 45:52
  anything
• 45:52
  with
• 45:52
  it.
• 45:53
  And
• 45:53
  if
• 45:53
  nobody
• 45:54
  buys
• 45:54
  it,
• 45:54
  they
• 45:54
  go
• 45:54
  away,
• 45:55
  and
• 45:55
  they
• 45:55
  go
• 45:55
  away
• 45:55
  forever.
• 45:56
  Right?
• 45:57
  So,
• 45:57
  like,
• 45:58
  having
• 45:58
  some
• 45:58
  of
• 45:58
  those
• 45:58
  materials,
• 45:59
  if
• 45:59
  you
• 46:00
  find
• 46:00
  a
• 46:00
  synthetic
• 46:00
  material,
• 46:01
  like,
• 46:01
  tell
• 46:01
  everybody
• 46:02
  about
• 46:02
  it.
• 46:02
  Show
• 46:02
  everybody
• 46:03
  how
• 46:03
  you
• 46:03
  can.
• 46:04
  What
• 46:04
  you
• 46:04
  can
• 46:04
  do
• 46:04
  with
• 46:05
  it,
• 46:05
  or
• 46:05
  else
• 46:05
  it'll
• 46:05
  go
• 46:05
  away.
• 46:07
  Yeah,
• 46:07
  it's
• 46:07
  interesting.
• 46:08
  A
• 46:08
  long
• 46:08
  time
• 46:08
  ago,
• 46:08
  I
• 46:09
  interviewed
• 46:10
  the
• 46:10
  guy
• 46:10
  at
• 46:11
  Kreinik
• 46:11
  flas
• 46:11
  or
• 46:11
  a
• 46:11
  Kreinik,
• 46:12
  right?
• 46:12
  And
• 46:13
  you
• 46:13
  know,
• 46:14
  everything
• 46:14
  they
• 46:14
  had
• 46:14
  was
• 46:15
  basically
• 46:15
  like
• 46:15
  embroidery
• 46:16
  fiber,
• 46:16
  carpet
• 46:17
  fiber.
• 46:19
  And
• 46:19
  he
• 46:20
  was
• 46:20
  a
• 46:20
  funny
• 46:20
  guy
• 46:21
  because
• 46:21
  he
• 46:21
  didn't
• 46:21
  fish.
• 46:21
  And
• 46:21
  I
• 46:22
  was
• 46:22
  like,
• 46:22
  you
• 46:22
  need
• 46:22
  to
• 46:22
  get
• 46:22
  this
• 46:22
  in
• 46:23
  the
• 46:23
  hands
• 46:23
  of
• 46:23
  the.
• 46:23
  Of
• 46:24
  the
• 46:24
  kids
• 46:24
  that
• 46:24
  are
• 46:24
  tying
• 46:25
  and
• 46:25
  have
• 46:26
  them,
• 46:26
  you
• 46:26
  know,
• 46:26
  show
• 46:26
  people
• 46:26
  what
• 46:27
  they
• 46:27
  can
• 46:27
  do
• 46:27
  with
• 46:27
  it.
• 46:27
  Because
• 46:28
  it's
• 46:28
  kind
• 46:28
  of
• 46:28
  hard
• 46:28
  to
• 46:28
  just
• 46:28
  go
• 46:29
  look
• 46:29
  at
• 46:29
  stuff
• 46:29
  hanging
• 46:30
  in
• 46:30
  hanks
• 46:30
  on
• 46:30
  a
• 46:30
  wall,
• 46:31
  right?
• 46:31
  And
• 46:31
  say,
• 46:32
  I
• 46:32
  can
• 46:32
  tie
• 46:32
  with
• 46:32
  this.
• 46:33
  Right,
• 46:34
  Ed?
• 46:34
  For
• 46:35
  sure,
• 46:35
  yeah.
• 46:36
  Anything
• 46:36
  else
• 46:36
  on
• 46:36
  the
• 46:37
  bench?
• 46:37
  Adhesives,
• 46:39
  tools,
• 46:40
  hooks?
• 46:42
  I
• 46:42
  mean,
• 46:43
  the
• 46:43
  hooks.
• 46:44
  There's
• 46:44
  just.
• 46:45
  There's
• 46:45
  so
• 46:45
  many
• 46:45
  types
• 46:46
  of
• 46:46
  hooks
• 46:46
  out
• 46:46
  there.
• 46:47
  Now
• 46:48
  they
• 46:48
  literally,
• 46:49
  there's
• 46:49
  a
• 46:49
  hook
• 46:49
  for
• 46:49
  everything.
• 46:51
  But,
• 46:52
  you
• 46:52
  know,
• 46:52
  I
• 46:52
  like
• 46:53
  the
• 46:53
  Mustads.
• 46:54
  They
• 46:54
  don't
• 46:54
  get.
• 46:55
  Everybody
• 46:55
  kind
• 46:55
  of
• 46:56
  looks
• 46:56
  down
• 46:56
  on
• 46:56
  them
• 46:56
  a
• 46:57
  little
• 46:57
  bit,
• 46:57
  but
• 46:57
  couple
• 46:58
  strikes
• 46:58
  on
• 46:58
  a,
• 46:59
  on
• 46:59
  a
• 46:59
  good
• 47:00
  hook
• 47:01
  file
• 47:01
  and
• 47:01
  they're
• 47:01
  as
• 47:01
  sharp
• 47:01
  as
• 47:02
  any
• 47:02
  other
• 47:02
  hooks
• 47:02
  you
• 47:02
  can
• 47:02
  find.
• 47:03
  So,
• 47:04
  um,
• 47:04
  you
• 47:05
  know,
• 47:05
  I,
• 47:05
  I
• 47:05
  like
• 47:05
  those,
• 47:05
  those
• 47:06
  Mustad
• 47:06
  hooks.
• 47:06
  Great
• 47:07
  value.
• 47:08
  Strong,
• 47:09
  right?
• 47:09
  They
• 47:09
  don't
• 47:10
  break.
• 47:10
  They're.
• 47:12
  They
• 47:12
  do
• 47:12
  the
• 47:12
  dirty
• 47:12
  work.
• 47:14
  Got
• 47:14
  it.
• 47:14
  And
• 47:14
  so,
• 47:15
  you
• 47:15
  know,
• 47:16
  you
• 47:16
  know,
• 47:16
  we've
• 47:16
  mentioned
• 47:17
  this
• 47:17
  a
• 47:17
  little
• 47:17
  bit
• 47:17
  tonight.
• 47:18
  You
• 47:18
  know,
• 47:18
  you're
• 47:18
  tying
• 47:19
  the
• 47:19
  Optimus
• 47:19
  Swine
• 47:20
  and
• 47:20
  your
• 47:20
  other
• 47:20
  patterns,
• 47:20
  but
• 47:21
  you're
• 47:21
  also
• 47:21
  are
• 47:21
  selling
• 47:21
  materials,
• 47:22
  I
• 47:22
  think
• 47:22
  most
• 47:23
  significantly
• 47:23
  probably
• 47:24
  your
• 47:24
  synthetic
• 47:25
  yak
• 47:25
  fur.
• 47:25
  Right.
• 47:26
  So
• 47:26
  if
• 47:27
  folks
• 47:27
  want
• 47:27
  to,
• 47:28
  to
• 47:28
  pick
• 47:28
  up
• 47:29
  some
• 47:29
  flies
• 47:29
  or
• 47:29
  they're
• 47:30
  like,
• 47:30
  gosh,
• 47:30
  I
• 47:30
  love
• 47:30
  the
• 47:30
  Optimus
• 47:31
  swine,
• 47:31
  but
• 47:31
  I
• 47:31
  don't
• 47:31
  want
• 47:31
  to
• 47:31
  tie
• 47:32
  them.
• 47:32
  Where
• 47:33
  should
• 47:33
  they
• 47:33
  go
• 47:34
  to
• 47:34
  get
• 47:34
  the
• 47:34
  hookup?
• 47:35
  I
• 47:35
  get
• 47:35
  that
• 47:35
  a
• 47:36
  lot.
• 47:36
  I
• 47:36
  tell
• 47:36
  that
• 47:36
  all
• 47:37
  the
• 47:37
  time.
• 47:37
  Like,
• 47:37
  I
• 47:37
  tie
• 47:38
  them
• 47:38
  so
• 47:38
  you
• 47:38
  don't
• 47:38
  have
• 47:38
  to
• 47:38
  because
• 47:39
  it's
• 47:39
  a,
• 47:40
  it's
• 47:40
  an
• 47:40
  endeavor.
• 47:41
  Right.
• 47:41
  You
• 47:41
  got
• 47:41
  to
• 47:41
  get
• 47:41
  the
• 47:41
  material
• 47:42
  number
• 47:42
  one.
• 47:42
  And
• 47:42
  then
• 47:43
  you
• 47:43
  got
• 47:43
  to
• 47:43
  know
• 47:43
  that
• 47:44
  like
• 47:45
  the
• 47:45
  first
• 47:45
  couple
• 47:45
  you
• 47:46
  tie
• 47:46
  are
• 47:46
  probably
• 47:46
  going
• 47:46
  to
• 47:47
  suck.
• 47:47
  Right.
• 47:48
  As
• 47:48
  you
• 47:48
  kind
• 47:48
  of
• 47:48
  learn
• 47:49
  in
• 47:49
  it.
• 47:49
  And
• 47:49
  just
• 47:50
  to
• 47:50
  watch
• 47:50
  like
• 47:50
  those
• 47:51
  materials
• 47:51
  go,
• 47:51
  go
• 47:52
  out.
• 47:52
  I
• 47:53
  say
• 47:53
  it
• 47:53
  all
• 47:53
  the
• 47:53
  time.
• 47:53
  I
• 47:53
  tie
• 47:54
  them
• 47:54
  so
• 47:54
  you
• 47:54
  don't
• 47:54
  have
• 47:54
  to.
• 47:56
  Yeah.
• 47:57
  Greatlakesfly.com
• 47:58

• 48:01
  you
• 48:01
  got

• 48:02
  And
• 48:02
  I'm
• 48:03
  more
• 48:03
  than
• 48:03
  happy
• 48:04
  to,
• 48:04
  to
• 48:05
  share
• 48:05
  information.
• 48:06
  Like
• 48:06
  I,
• 48:07
  I
• 48:08
  send
• 48:08
  step
• 48:09
  by
• 48:09
  steps
• 48:09
  to
• 48:10
  people
• 48:10
  all
• 48:10
  the
• 48:10
  time
• 48:11
  of
• 48:11
  me
• 48:11
  tying
• 48:12
  that
• 48:12
  flyer
• 48:12
  direct
• 48:13
  into
• 48:13
  that
• 48:13
  video
• 48:13
  that
• 48:14
  Schultzy
• 48:14
  did.
• 48:16
  You
• 48:16
  know,
• 48:16
  I'll
• 48:17
  show
• 48:17
  you
• 48:17
  how
• 48:17
  to
• 48:17
  do
• 48:17
  it
• 48:17
  and
• 48:18
  then
• 48:18
  if
• 48:18
  you
• 48:18
  don't
• 48:18
  want
• 48:18
  to,
• 48:18
  I'll
• 48:19
  tie
• 48:19
  them
• 48:19
  too.
• 48:20
  So
• 48:20
  I've
• 48:20
  got
• 48:21
  all
• 48:21
  the
• 48:21
  stuff
• 48:23
  to
• 48:23
  do
• 48:23
  it
• 48:23
  right
• 48:23
  at
• 48:23
  the
• 48:24
  ready.
• 48:24
  You
• 48:24
  don't
• 48:24
  have
• 48:24
  to
• 48:24
  go
• 48:25
  put
• 48:25
  those
• 48:25
  things
• 48:25
  together
• 48:26
  and
• 48:27
  do
• 48:27
  it
• 48:27
  that
• 48:27
  way.
• 48:28
  Yeah,
• 48:28
  I
• 48:28
  will
• 48:28
  drop
• 48:29
  that
• 48:29
  video
• 48:29
  from
• 48:29
  Schultzy.
• 48:30
  It's
• 48:30
  probably,
• 48:30
  I
• 48:31
  mean,
• 48:31
  there
• 48:31
  are
• 48:31
  other
• 48:31
  newer
• 48:31
  ones
• 48:32
  like
• 48:32
  the
• 48:32
  one
• 48:32
  you
• 48:32
  did
• 48:32
  with,
• 48:33
  with
• 48:33
  Matt
• 48:34
  and
• 48:34
  those
• 48:34
  guys,
• 48:34
  but
• 48:35
  you
• 48:35
  know,
• 48:35
  that
• 48:35
  one's
• 48:36
  only
• 48:36
  like
• 48:36
  three
• 48:37
  minutes
• 48:37
  and
• 48:37
  40
• 48:38
  seconds.
• 48:38
  So
• 48:38
  that's
• 48:38
  like
• 48:39
  the
• 48:39
  super
• 48:39
  concentrated
• 48:40
  version.
• 48:41
  I'll
• 48:41
  drop
• 48:41
  that
• 48:42
  stuff
• 48:42
  in
• 48:42
  the
• 48:42
  show
• 48:42
  notes
• 48:43
  and
• 48:44
  for
• 48:44
  folks
• 48:45
  to
• 48:45
  track
• 48:45
  it
• 48:45
  down
• 48:45
  and
• 48:45
  you
• 48:46
  know,
• 48:46
  yeah,
• 48:46
  it
• 48:47
  sounds
• 48:47
  like
• 48:47
  time
• 48:48
  these
• 48:48
  things
• 48:48
  is
• 48:48
  a
• 48:48
  two
• 48:48
  night
• 48:49
  job
• 48:49
  because
• 48:49
  you
• 48:49
  got
• 48:49
  to
• 48:49
  let
• 48:50
  the
• 48:50
  adhesive
• 48:50
  dry,
• 48:50
  right?
• 48:51
  Yeah,
• 48:52
  it
• 48:52
  depends.
• 48:52
  Like
• 48:52
  I
• 48:53
  can
• 48:53
  crank
• 48:53
  out.
• 48:54
  Uh,
• 48:54
  I
• 48:54
  think
• 48:55
  if
• 48:55
  I
• 48:56
  wanted
• 48:56
  to
• 48:56
  tie
• 48:56
  em
• 48:57
  straight
• 48:57
  up,
• 48:57
  I
• 48:58
  could
• 48:58
  probably
• 48:58
  tie
• 48:58
  three
• 48:59
  or
• 48:59
  four
• 48:59
  of
• 48:59
  em
• 48:59
  in
• 48:59
  an
• 48:59
  hour.
• 49:00
  Yeah.
• 49:00
  If
• 49:01
  I
• 49:01
  was
• 49:01
  really
• 49:02
  like,
• 49:02
  headphones
• 49:02
  on,
• 49:03
  distractions
• 49:04
  away,
• 49:04
  all
• 49:04
  the
• 49:04
  materials
• 49:05
  out,
• 49:05
  I
• 49:06
  could
• 49:06
  probably
• 49:06
  get
• 49:06
  about
• 49:06
  four
• 49:06
  of
• 49:07
  them
• 49:07
  done
• 49:07
  in
• 49:07
  an
• 49:07
  hour.
• 49:07
  Gotcha.
• 49:08
  And
• 49:08
  so
• 49:08
  what's
• 49:08
  cranking
• 49:09
  in
• 49:09
  the
• 49:09
  headphones
• 49:09
  to
• 49:10
  get
• 49:10
  you
• 49:10
  to
• 49:10
  that
• 49:10
  production
• 49:11
  pace?
• 49:12
  Uh,
• 49:14
  Tool,
• 49:14
  for
• 49:15
  the
• 49:15
  most
• 49:15
  part
• 49:15
  of
• 49:15
  late,
• 49:16
  um,
• 49:18
  I.
• 49:18
  In
• 49:19
  the
• 49:19
  month
• 49:19
  of
• 49:19
  February,
• 49:20
  going
• 49:20
  up
• 49:21
  to
• 49:21
  that
• 49:21
  Midwest
• 49:21
  show
• 49:21
  where
• 49:21
  I
• 49:22
  tied.
• 49:22
  I
• 49:22
  don't
• 49:22
  know
• 49:22
  if
• 49:22
  you
• 49:22
  saw
• 49:22
  the
• 49:23
  table
• 49:23
  shot
• 49:23
  I
• 49:23
  had
• 49:23
  on
• 49:24
  Instagram
• 49:25
  of
• 49:25
  all
• 49:25
  the,
• 49:26
  all
• 49:26
  the
• 49:26
  Optimus
• 49:26
  swine
• 49:27
  that
• 49:27
  tied.
• 49:27
  I
• 49:27
  tied
• 49:27
  136
• 49:29
  of
• 49:29
  the
• 49:29
  regular
• 49:29

• 49:33

• 49:34
  four

• 49:38
  I
• 49:38
  listened
• 49:38
  to
• 49:38
  a
• 49:39
  lot
• 49:39
  of
• 49:39
  tool.
• 49:40
  My
• 49:40
  son,
• 49:40
  my
• 49:41
  oldest
• 49:41
  son,
• 49:43
  March
• 49:44
  1st
• 49:44
  came
• 49:44
  around
• 49:44
  and
• 49:45
  he
• 49:45
  barged
• 49:45
  in
• 49:46
  when
• 49:46
  he
• 49:47
  got
• 49:47
  home
• 49:47
  from
• 49:47
  school.
• 49:47
  He
• 49:47
  says,
• 49:48
  dad,
• 49:50
  the
• 49:50
  month
• 49:50
  of
• 49:51

• 49:51
  you
• 49:51

• 49:56
  Music
• 49:57
  gave
• 49:58

• 49:59
  or
• 49:59
  something
• 49:59
  like
• 50:00
  that.
• 50:00
  And
• 50:00
  you're
• 50:00
  like,
• 50:00
  that's
• 50:01
  crazy.
• 50:01
  I'm
• 50:01
  like,
• 50:01
  that's
• 50:02
  show
• 50:02
  season.
• 50:03
  That's
• 50:03
  tying
• 50:03
  a
• 50:03
  lot
• 50:03
  of
• 50:03

• 50:04
  Getting
• 50:04

• 50:04
  the

• 50:05
  So.
• 50:06
  Yeah,
• 50:07
  very,
• 50:08
  very
• 50:08
  neat.
• 50:08
  Well,
• 50:08
  listen,
• 50:09
  Eli,
• 50:09
  I
• 50:09
  really
• 50:09
  appreciate
• 50:10
  you
• 50:10
  spending
• 50:10
  some
• 50:11
  time
• 50:11
  with
• 50:11
  me
• 50:11
  this
• 50:11
  evening.
• 50:13
  Oh,
• 50:13
  it
• 50:13
  was
• 50:13
  great.
• 50:13
  Love

  chatting.
• 50:14
  Absolutely.
• 50:15
  Take

  of.
• 50:17
  Thank
• 50:17
  you.
• 50:17
  Thanks.
• 50:18
  Well,
• 50:18
  folks,
• 50:19
  we
