- 0:50It's also brought to you by the Prife International terahertz frequency wand through iteraplanet.com.
- 0:58Thank you so much for joining us, and welcome to the program.
- 1:57Unknown: There's
- 1:57our cue.
- 1:59There's our cue from Alvin Lee. So many decades ago, so prophetic Roger Sails with you. Chris Caves along here from the start.
- 2:07It is, of course, the Radio Ranch and People's Patriot Network, and the date of today's program is the second day of April,
- 2:15year twenty
- 2:17nineteen,
- 2:18Mr. Chris.
- 2:20And I guess as I was talking with Chris just briefly before the show, the biggest thing this morning that I saw within the last hour is the spike of Bitcoin
- 2:29overnight and this morning, and the price is up over 10%.
- 2:33That's nice. It was up even more than that overnight.
- 2:37It's dropped back a few $100 but the fact that we're got a nice little upward spike is the biggest spike, Chris,
- 2:44since back in December
- 2:46'17
- 2:48on that faithful morning when we were on the air here. I don't remember if you were with us, but I know that in the first thirty minutes of the program,
- 2:57Darrell called in and he was watching the ticker tape there
- 3:00and
- 3:01for the next thirty minutes, Bitcoin went from
- 3:05$12,000
- 3:07to $20,000
- 3:09something like that in about thirty minutes. It was one of the most amazing things to be right there on top of it and on the air live and it was like
- 3:20I had another experience with this, Chris, when I was young.
- 3:25You know, I was in
- 3:27Alaska. I lived in Alaska for the whole years I was in high school in Anchorage,
- 3:32and my father was stationed there at Elmendorf.
- 3:35And I was there during that big earthquake,
- 3:38which turns out now to be the
- 3:41third biggest
- 3:42earthquake ever recorded.
- 3:45And
- 3:46when it happened, of course, all the electricity, everything was out. It was just total.
- 3:52Man, it just is a weird
- 3:54I could probably do a whole hour on just the things I remember but
- 3:58that night, we were listening. The only communication
- 4:01we had was, got a guess?
- 4:04Unknown: Ray. Shortwave.
- 4:05Unknown: Radio,
- 4:06okay?
- 4:07And we were listening to the radio and my father was a big shortwave
- 4:12advocate. In fact, I I had for many years. I may still have some habit somewhere. One of the old Zenith Trans Oceanic shortwave radios, this big boxy thing, and you could get all kinds of it was a real nice radio for its day, and you could get all the radio Russia and all that stuff, and we used to do that in Alaska.
- 4:32So we
- 4:33dragged out the radio, and I don't think it was the wave we were listening to. I think it was some local station had gotten
- 4:42their equipment back up where they could broadcast.
- 4:45But when
- 4:46that tsunami hit,
- 4:48cause there was a real big tidal wave, a tsunami that was generated off of that earthquake, and the most devastating
- 4:55that it did not locally,
- 4:58but it wiped out an entire California town.
- 5:01And it was one of those towns on the West Coast that's on a bay,
- 5:05and the town faced north on the bay, and that wave came out of the Northwest, and it just totally I believe the name of the town is Crescent City, California,
- 5:15and it just totally wiped it out.
- 5:18But it also wiped out Seward, which is a town there South of Anchorage in Alaska on the Gulf Of Alaska,
- 5:25and also had a pretty dramatic effect on Valdez.
- 5:28And we were listening to the radio and as that tsunami hit Seward,
- 5:33the guy in the back, you know, they were they had some sort of a UPI wire or something going. That was the way they used to do things, you know, ticker tape and that kind of stuff, the wire they called it, and you could hear the guy rip it off of the cage, you know, where the where the paper comes off. Here's
- 5:51a hot one and he comes over and gives it right to the announcers and the guy goes, a tidal wave just hit Seward. So I I remember those kind of things, you know, that stuck in my mind for many years.
- 6:03So anyway, we're on the cusp of a lot of stuff happening,
- 6:07it's just It's it. Oh, man, I mean, just Well, I mean, in this world that we're sitting on top of Yeah. Everything
- 6:14is percolating,
- 6:15and it's just like the whole surface of the earth is when you got a pot of water or something on the stove and you can see just about when it's going to come to a boil, you know, and that's just about where we are. We're in the early bubbling stage that I can see right now and the the thing. Go
- 6:34Unknown: ahead. Remember that song called Hot Coffee.
- 6:39Unknown: Yep, sure do. Sure do. Lot of people use it as bumper stuff but you know, and the one thing that I can sit here and say since sincerely this morning is that for me personally,
- 6:49over all these years, what what do you spend all this time doing stuff for?
- 6:54I mean, what do you spend all this time studying for? What do you go through these grief periods for and these incidents that we gotta go for? The whole thing is to get a a body of knowledge
- 7:05where you can really understand what's happening so you can make correct
- 7:11decisions.
- 7:13That's where it comes down to that all this stuff that we do is that so we can get to a point where we can make correct decisions because the system is inimical
- 7:24inimicably
- 7:25against you and designed to absolutely clean your clock and suck your essence.
- 7:30Unknown: And what this information allows us to do Absolutely Roger, is you know if you and the accurate information
- 7:37Unknown: I
- 7:39was just going say, let me finish it. So we can get that knowledge and make these correct decisions where we can do things like a year ago, those but purchase some of these carat bar coins, buy gold, and then most of us have been holding some form and some amount of silver
- 7:54and gold for a long time and waiting for these days that we're right on the verge of. Go ahead, Chris.
- 8:00Unknown: Well, I was only going to say that the degree of accuracy of the truth that you found your decisions on has a direct relationship
- 8:09Unknown: on the outcome of your investment strategies to protect your wealth. And that's got a direct outcome on the quality of life and the quality of life of perhaps your children and your grandchildren.
- 8:20I mean, let's get serious, okay? So
- 8:23it's real important, and it's not the freedom thing is it encompasses
- 8:28all this, you know, the political aspect, and now you can
- 8:32get away from these onerous laws that are man made and attached to people of a certain status that guide and dictate
- 8:41everything you do. Well, if you get over here and get this knowledge and get yourself re empowered and take some personal steps in the right direction, you don't have to deal with that anymore.
- 8:53Unknown: Indeed.
- 8:54Unknown: That would be a very pleasant situation to be in, I assure you. Okay. If you don't believe me, if you don't believe me, you just drop by any library,
- 9:02and I don't care even if it's an elementary school library.
- 9:06I'm pretty sure they got them in there.
- 9:08They've loaded the code of federal regulations
- 9:11in every damn library in the country, okay? And you go in there and you go look at that stack of books over probably now two shelves
- 9:21of whatever library you're looking at, and you can look at that and say,
- 9:26With the exception of two sections
- 9:30in Title 26,
- 9:32not one bit of that crap applies to me.
- 9:40With the exception of two
- 9:45statutes
- 9:46in title 26,
- 9:48eight seventy one b and eight seventy seven b, not one word of that whole conglomeration of googledy gook
- 9:56applies to you.
- 9:58Now, how's that, Chris? How's that for one fatal swoop?
- 10:03Unknown: That's pretty simplified
- 10:05Unknown: there if you can get it on. Okay. And I see our people in our community all these years struggling from these bottom up situations and very few of them ever seen any kind of a remedy that's good god correct,
- 10:20much less just,
- 10:22okay?
- 10:23And it breaks my heart, man and that's why I struggle so hard to get this out and the thing is for people that have spent so much time reading all this stuff from all these people and learning all this law and this history they'd never been exposed to before and you come up and tell them that this is this simple and they absolutely don't believe you.
- 10:44Well, the Nile is not just a river in Egypt. No, it's not. Okay. So, anyway, that's why we strive so hard to do what we do here. And I guess at the start of the show, if there's anybody that's new, and I know we're getting some new listeners out there and some people that just sit back and listen for a long time and probably never reached out to us. If you've got any questions or comments, you gotta remember this. I had a guy, remember Freedom
- 11:10that called in the other day? Who? Well, Freedom and I have had some
- 11:14exchanges on Emails and he had some questions
- 11:17and he was going to ask him the other day, I think, when he called there on Friday at the end of the show, but we had to get to Stephanie because we always defer to the ladies first here,
- 11:26and
- 11:27we get so few of them, you know, Chris, when one comes along, we like to defer to em real early so they don't get aggravated and hang up, okay? But. Yeah. He was. He he was going, well, I need to ask you some questions about my situation. This is my situation
- 11:43and I said, well, you know, what I try and do here, and I know people are concerned and scared and all that stuff. I understand the intimidation factor. These guys have done a great job at it. But
- 11:55when somebody
- 11:56has that question and they want to deal with it on the side,
- 12:00then there may be five, ten other people, 20 or
- 12:04more out there that have the very same question, and because it didn't get exposed here, it was done on the side, they don't have the answer.
- 12:12So, as we used to say in teaching, the only dumb question is the one that isn't asked.
- 12:19Unknown: Indeed.
- 12:22Unknown: Okay, because then it deprives everybody and I want to give an open hand to anybody if you're sitting out there in that position and you got a question on this to help buttress your
- 12:32empowerment.
- 12:34Okay? It's not for me. I've been empowered for a lot of years now, and I know this stuff pretty well, and I feel real good about it. I'm not scared of one damn man on the face of this earth. Okay? Not one. You know, Roger,
- 12:47Unknown: I was going to say it's very
- 12:49intriguing
- 12:50to watch the interplay
- 12:53between the different groups who think they have the answers, the other groups, I will say.
- 12:59The Antoine Rights Group is, starting
- 13:03to nibble around the periphery of the salient and important material issues.
- 13:08I even saw teamlaw.com.org.
- 13:12Team who? Still act
- 13:14team law. That was Eric Madsen's group out of Colorado. I think his son is carrying a
- 13:20water bucket for Eric himself these days, but they still have a pretty good sight. But, you know, they all have
- 13:28a lot of accurate information, but they have little elements that complicate it and maybe not totally accurate that
- 13:36kinda detracts from their efforts and
- 13:39their authenticity
- 13:42and accuracy. And here, we try to search for the truth and let the truth lead to where it may. And if you find it,
- 13:50it's irrefutable. It stands on its own and it's unrebuttable,
- 13:53Unknown: and that's their words, not our words. Chris, you know, it's like the old story.
- 13:58I know everybody in the audience has heard this
- 14:01of the two bulls,
- 14:02you know, the old bull and the young bull and they're out there grazing
- 14:06in the pasture and they come over a hill and there's a just a whole big herd of heifers down there and the young bull says, let's go down and make love to one of em and the old bull says, let's walk down and make love to all of them.
- 14:19Okay? Yeah. And so what you learn as you get a little bit older is if you reserve that stuff and try and maximize your efforts, I mean, look at our enemy. Okay, they're pretty successful. I don't believe there's anybody listening to these words that wouldn't agree with me. Our enemy is real successful at prosecuting their agenda.
- 14:37Unknown: Would you agree with that? Satan is a master of his craft. Absolutely. Well,
- 14:41Unknown: when they do things, they always accomplish multiple objectives. They never do things that just accomplishes
- 14:46one vector. They always have three or four, five, six, seven different areas that benefit off every action they do. They're smart. They maximize everything
- 14:57they do, and we need to be just as smart, and we need to do the same damn thing, okay? And part of being able to do that is not running around like a dog chasing its tail out there looking for answers that and looking at words and all this says this over here. Well, hold it. It's been amended. It says that over here and going through all that that I've seen our whole community do for thirty years. You go back and what's the first, okay? Now, if you got, you got a group of people like we're talking about a minute ago that are affected by these regulations,
- 15:28right?
- 15:30With the exception of two two stated sections of the code, all the rest of those 50 titles are all made for residents.
- 15:38Unknown: Okay. You can even look to the immigration
- 15:42form, DSM-eleven,
- 15:43Unknown: and the warning block is either A or B. That's You can do all that stuff, but you got this group of people that's affected by all that gobbledygook,
- 15:52right? And you got this group of people over here that's in affected by it and only just barely touched on the edge by these two sections. Now, my question to you is, what's so damn hard to understand about that?
- 16:06There's a section here. There's
- 16:09a section here that's affected and statedly so and there's a section over here that if you understand what they're saying aren't affected and statedly so. Now, my question to you is which one of those two groups would you like to be in? A, and what's so damned hard to understand about it, B?
- 16:28Unknown: I want to be disaffected,
- 16:29not not affected.
- 16:32Unknown: So, I I mean, you know, when you boil this down to its yeah, they've doctored it up with a bunch of complexity.
- 16:39Layers and layers and layers and obfuscations and unbelievable
- 16:43ways as we untangle it and understand it, okay?
- 16:46But still. Analysis to parallels. That's right. Analysis
- 16:50paralysis,
- 16:51exactly what it's called. Well, you simplify things and come back and you understand that the whole guiding
- 16:58the whole guiding
- 17:03parameters,
- 17:04the
- 17:08law law of the
- 17:11law law
- 17:16don't have to have any law
- 17:18or any other knowledge or anything else to understand what I'm going to tell you, Chris. If I tell you that you're a slave, that's tyranny.
- 17:28Yes. Wait, is there anybody
- 17:30that can disagree and argue that statement? If somebody tells you what you are, that's tyranny.
- 17:38Unknown: Yeah.
- 17:40Unknown: Okay. Well, Vatel says everything's gotta be voluntary.
- 17:46That's you see so it's either tyranny or it's liberty.
- 17:50But if they take that liberty and they turn and twist all this stuff and they pull the deed,
- 17:56They pull the deed on 03/09/1933,
- 17:59and from then generationally everybody's born into this, and then they go in and twist these words and they get your confirmation.
- 18:07So they say all along your lifetime, Chris, are you a citizen of The United States? Chris, are you a resident? Where do you sign? Yep. Where do I put my ex?
- 18:15Right there. Okay. Well, boom. All you've done is give em confirmation.
- 18:19From the point of birth, everything they do subsequently
- 18:24is coming back and asking you, hey, Chris, are you in still in a condition of voluntary servitude under the scope and purview of the fourteenth amendment?
- 18:32Yeah, buddy. That's me. Where do I put that X?
- 18:39That's all confirmation
- 18:41and you see, that's what Samuel's question was about. He told me a little bit of his background. He's had some ups and downs in life like most of us have but he had filed some stuff ten years ago. He said, do I need to go back and undo any of that? Listen, man and I had that other question the other day. So, man, I think it was your people, Chris, that you were talking about and the guy goes, well, you gotta go in and sever all these contracts.
- 19:05Why?
- 19:06All those contracts were nothing but you
- 19:09biting on the fraud that yeah, I'm involuntary servitude. So, from the fact that fraud is ab initio no
- 19:17longer because it's exposed, no contract from the beginning that uses fraud stands. Well, all the other subsequent contracts are all based on that too, aren't they?
- 19:28The fraud never stops. So, yep. No. It no. Let me tell you when it stops. It stops when you go back and correct it from the start. If you try and correct every contract that you've ever signed thinking that that's the nexus that's got you into this jurisdictional
- 19:43trap, then, you're kind of, this is what Glenn said about it. You you mentioned it earlier, Chris.
- 19:49Everybody 's got a piece of the puzzle to some extent.
- 19:53Some people have more pieces than others.
- 19:57Okay?
- 19:57But
- 19:58if you don't know what we cover here, the fact that the whole basis of the system is a feudal system, if you don't know some of these very detailed things which are so damned important,
- 20:10then you're doing nothing but shadow boxing.
- 20:12You see any of our patriot groups out there shadow boxing there, Chris?
- 20:18Unknown: Yes. They're like Pancho Ponza. They're fighting metaphorical
- 20:22Unknown: windmills in the sun. So, that's why this is so important and I mean, look, I'll be the first to admit. I'm a one trick pony.
- 20:29I get on. The reason I'm here every day is to talk about this stuff right here. We bring you can't talk about it exclusively all the time. You can't go back and go over the basics of law every day. So you gotta bring in other things. They're relevant. They're important. They have a bearing on what we discuss.
- 20:45But I'm a one trick pony, and my trick is freedom and
- 20:50I learned it pretty damn well.
- 20:55Unknown: You're here.
- 20:56Unknown: Okay.
- 20:58So,
- 20:59that's what we do here. If you want to join us, if you got one of those latent questions,
- 21:03it's been sitting back there, you're scared to death and shivering to call in and ask, get over it.
- 21:09Get over it, okay? That ain't, listen, if you're wanting to be free, those aren't the actions of somebody that wants to be free. Those are the actions sitting back cowering in the corner, being scared of the intimidation they've heaped on you that are exactly the first ingredients of powerlessness.
- 21:29How bad do you want it? Okay. Does the heart, does the fire of freedom, is it somehow been reignited in your heart and to the fact where it starts to to generate a flame and takes over your whole being?
- 21:46Do you want to do you want to get up in the middle of the night and you got a sudden urge to go paint your face half blue?
- 21:58So,
- 21:59I guess just started off with that today. If anybody wants to call in, they're certainly welcome to. You can also do it via Skype
- 22:06and just put in the search bar, PPN space hotline.
- 22:12Will pop up. You can directly connect to us that way too. I'll merge you in seamlessly
- 22:18with Chris and I
- 22:20thanks to the to the
- 22:23somewhat negligent engineers at Microsoft in charge of Skype.
- 22:28What else is going on we need to talk about beside that?
- 22:32Unknown: Well, I would point out that those aren't my groups, although I do watch a multitude of groups. There's only one group, and that's the creator's group I try to serve and do
- 22:43so with diligence
- 22:45and fervor.
- 22:46Being in Ezekiel thirty three six, watcher on the wall, blowing that shofar as long as I can, but there are a lot of things going on in the world,
- 22:54More
- 22:55rattlings of sabers and
- 22:58pounding of hammers for
- 23:00prosecuting the criminals and more war war as an item that seems to be the
- 23:05order of the day, and they're gonna hold them accountable.
- 23:08Jail for Hillary, jail for
- 23:11chef or shifty or whatever his name is.
- 23:15These people are a bunch of
- 23:17this is an interesting perspective,
- 23:20Roger.
- 23:21Perhaps they keep talking about a coup d'etat.
- 23:24I think more actually a mutiny
- 23:26could be or a tiny move could be a
- 23:30descriptor used, and that's a particular title 18 code, a piracy on the sea and mutiny thereof,
- 23:37whether it's a seditious conspiracy to undermine the republic and to deelect
- 23:42or to take out the president by any schemes they concoct,
- 23:47whether it be by incompetency
- 23:49allegations without any substantiation
- 23:52or perhaps even murdering him. And I hear they've done at least four times tried to kill him. He's got me beat by two. They've only tried to get murder me twice.
- 24:01And so far, they've been unsuccessful.
- 24:03Thank goodness to help from above. So,
- 24:06that's all I can tell you.
- 24:08Unknown: Well, Chris, I think you got somebody looking over you.
- 24:11Unknown: Oh. That's my estimation.
- 24:13Unknown: I believe and me too And I believe that it's more than four that they've attempted on this. This is pretty interesting. I picked up looking at an article the other night though
- 24:23on us
- 24:24perhaps prejudging
- 24:26Mr. Trump and some of his actions.
- 24:28You know, I I we don't have you and I don't have any. I think I sent you this by Email. It was so cute and and I sent it out to some of the folks that we got instant communication with but there's little about a week ago, I got a little one of these JPEG things,
- 24:44and it showed
- 24:46it had two sides, and one of them, it said, this is what I ordered, and it had a MAGA hat, you know? And the other one says, this is what I got, and it had a little red Yamaka
- 24:56with a star of David on it and a picture of Trump. Okay?
- 25:01Unknown: Mhmm. And I thought it was I think that had to
- 25:05Unknown: Go ahead. It's right on point as a matter of fact. It was, and that's, what made it so funny.
- 25:11But I was looking at an article the other night on this changing the embassy
- 25:17from
- 25:18Tel Aviv to Jerusalem,
- 25:20which caused a big stir a while back, you remember.
- 25:24In setting up that agency,
- 25:27Trump personally supervised
- 25:29the the companies that were going to work on it and do the installation.
- 25:34The article said so we could make damn sure the damn thing wasn't bugged because they the old little bug from here to to Sunday.
- 25:42And I went,
- 25:43well, okay.
- 25:46Unknown: Uh-uh. There's a better curious
- 25:49fellow that was really some interesting discussion last night
- 25:53on the other channel that I participate on pretty frequently, and that's Rio Harvey again. And it's,
- 25:59targeted at Michigan
- 26:01Fred, targeted in Michigan, I think it is.
- 26:04And, he's a targeted individual. He's got some
- 26:08psycho
- 26:09psychiatric people who also were quite aware of his targeting by multiple
- 26:13different forms.
- 26:15And they were talking about the interstitial floors and having constructed some pretty big buildings around here in Las Vegas and some secured locations and some really high-tech stuff, I have become aware and worked on some of those facilities and done the piping of the rooms and stuff. And these are mystery floors
- 26:33that don't appear on the buttons on the elevator, but you've gotta have a special key for select group that are qualified,
- 26:40cleared, and authorized
- 26:42to work there. And that's where they do all the global
- 26:45tracking of all communications,
- 26:47every keystroke,
- 26:48and and perhaps every word spoken whether it be by telephone,
- 26:53computer, or two cans and a string. I thought that would have been up in Utah where the facility is, but they've got something funky Well, actually, depository, an aggregating facility with a centralized collection and disseminate it to a few other places around the world, I think, and save it.
- 27:09Unknown: Well, they're such nice, benevolent
- 27:11dictators.
- 27:12Joe, our buddy I've been there, matter of fact, Roger. Oh, you've been in those floors, Chris?
- 27:18Unknown: No. Well, not at Bluffdale. I've been nearby Bluffdale,
- 27:22and I was parked on the side of the road taking some pictures and was invited to disperse.
- 27:29Apparently, I don't wanted any photographs taken to that secret
- 27:33place. Although all you can see on top of ground, there's a small amount of it, and there who knows how many different levels they have below it and probably tied to the dump, the deep underground military bases. Like the Denver Airport.
- 27:47Unknown: Don't know that we'll ever know everything
- 27:49these bastards have done. Joe,
- 27:52our good listener up in Ohio has joined us though. So he obviously has got something on his mind. Joe would drug you out from under the hood a car in the garage to call in and say hello. Now, I know it must be something of substance.
- 28:06Unknown: No doubt.
- 28:08Unknown: Joe.
- 28:10Unknown: Okay. He's just listening
- 28:12Unknown: Oh, he's searching for his mute button, I think. Yes.
- 28:17Can you hear me now? Yeah. See, there he was searching for. I knew what he was doing. Hey, Joe.
- 28:23Unknown: Okay.
- 28:24I I have this statement here, and I wanna see if this would be correct about the being under the purview of the fourteenth amendment.
- 28:32Yes, sir. So if I were to if I were to state this,
- 28:36I am not a citizen of The US under the purview of the fourteenth amendment of the constitution.
- 28:43Is that close?
- 28:45Unknown: Yeah. I'd put, you know, that that little phrase scope and purview
- 28:49is something I picked out out of reading reading a legal case.
- 28:53I I don't remember which one it was, but I always thought it had had a nice ring to it because it is the whole scope
- 29:00and the purview of that amendment.
- 29:02And yes, you'd be correct, and they'd have to recognize that. You could dress that up a little bit and say, I'm not related to
- 29:11black slaves who were given civil rights with
- 29:15the secession of the Civil War. However, you wanted to phrase it. I think just that one statement
- 29:21would get you out of this shooting match and all of our guys want to, you know, hell, I've been this legal stuff for ten years, man. I want to use some of it and they want to put it all in there and dress up their affidavit
- 29:33and make it all fancy,
- 29:35okay?
- 29:36And the the the best thing to do in all honesty,
- 29:40you can make statements from now till the cows come home and every positive statement you make,
- 29:47somebody, you're giving somebody a shot to challenge you but
- 29:51if you go in there and put it in a negative form, it's virtually impossible
- 29:56to disprove a negative. So
- 30:01instead of and this is our big our now Chris, you've been around this patriot stuff for a lot of years. Aren't all of our people? I got rights.
- 30:10I got them constitutional
- 30:12rights.
- 30:14All these statements they make, right?
- 30:17Everyone of them. Heard that. Everyone of them are challengeable.
- 30:20You go in there and say, hey, I'm sorry.
- 30:23I'm not related to black slaves who were given civil rights after the Civil War under the fourteenth amendment. See you. Challenge that, boys. Challenge
- 30:33it. Go ahead.
- 30:37Well, that's where the buck stops then. Yes, sir. Right there and and so that's the, you know, the little insights that I've gotten over all these years
- 30:47and a lot of em, Chris, were from listening to other people, you know, and going to seminars all over the damn country back when I couldn't afford it.
- 30:57To go. And there there? Listen to all these gurus
- 31:00so I could do what my friend Ron Brown said we were all doing was guru hopping.
- 31:06We're just guru hopping. Man, one guru come through. We do all his stuff. Couple months later, another guru come through. We'd hop over to him, do all his stuff. We were covering all the bases because we didn't know.
- 31:17Okay? Now times have changed. We know now. We know what the system is. We know how they've implemented it. We know what it does, the effects upon us, and we know how to get our asses out of it.
- 31:31Unknown: So where do I go to file that affidavit?
- 31:34Unknown: Well, you go, first of all, after you've got that written down,
- 31:37and there's a lot of little
- 31:39little dressings you could take. You could form it in the affidavit in The United States code that's meant for without,
- 31:47okay?
- 31:48There's two, there's two Jurats,
- 31:51Joe, and I think, Chris, what is it? Title,
- 31:54title 17?
- 31:55I never can't remember all that stuff.
- 31:57Unknown: I think it's eighteen seventeen forty six. Okay. Yeah. Title 18. Title
- 32:03Unknown: 18, section seventeen forty six according to Chris. Now what that is, Joe,
- 32:08is right there in The United States code, it tells you there's two Juratz.
- 32:13A jurat is a penalty of perjury. It's an oath. Okay?
- 32:19Uh-huh. And it's what you want to set up your affidavit with because one of them is for the federal people and the other one's for the national people. And the national one clearly states,
- 32:30I declare under penalties of perjury in The United States Of America,
- 32:35and the other one just says, I declare under penalty of The United States. There's your federal, there's your national,
- 32:40and form it with that. You could just put that one sentence in there, Joe, and
- 32:46go get it notarized.
- 32:48And if you don't want to apply for a passport with it,
- 32:52which you don't have to do, but it's a good idea if you can afford it, just go ahead and go to the post office
- 32:58and go through the little routine with the clerk and he's going to ask you for all that stuff, driver's license should.
- 33:04Thomas didn't get asked for that. I think that's part of the problem he's going through out there but you go through that and they send it off to state.
- 33:12If you don't want to apply for a passport,
- 33:15I'd suggest you put it in an envelope and get return receipt requested.
- 33:20You could do a notarial confirmation
- 33:24there at the start if you want. Now somebody told me something very interesting the other day though and I didn't know this
- 33:31and they said, well, I don't do that.
- 33:33He said, what I prefer to do is to go to the post office and you go to the postmaster
- 33:39before you put it in the envelope,
- 33:42and the postmaster's
- 33:43got a stamp that they can put on it that shows that they were right there and witnessed it going into the envelope. I'd never heard that before. It's quite interesting, so somebody might want to explore it. It's another option on this notorial
- 33:58on confirmation that it got put into the envelope and mailed. Then you get your return receipt back, and I would put a little nice cover letter on there.
- 34:06Doesn't have to be long,
- 34:08doesn't have to be too flowery, but you know, Joe,
- 34:12honey does draw more flies than vinegar.
- 34:15Okay? So you put on there real nice. Please
- 34:18place this.
- 34:20Please place my
- 34:23citizenship
- 34:24evidence
- 34:25and use their term.
- 34:28Please place
- 34:30my included
- 34:31citizenship
- 34:32evidence
- 34:34firmly
- 34:35and
- 34:36permanently
- 34:38in my administrative
- 34:40file.
- 34:40Thank you very much.
- 34:43Unknown: Okay, please place my
- 34:46Unknown: Please
- 34:47place
- 34:49the I'd say please place the included
- 34:53citizenship
- 34:54evidence, and you could even put that in quotes,
- 34:59affidavit,
- 35:03firmly
- 35:05and
- 35:05permanently
- 35:08in my administrative
- 35:09file.
- 35:15Now that's pretty nice, that's a pretty nice way of dealing with them, isn't it?
- 35:19Bunch of damn communist Edomite bastards,
- 35:25slavers, they're history slavers,
- 35:27that's all they are, they've been doing it since the dawn of time, they've been doing it since Babylon,
- 35:33and they're still doing it today.
- 35:42Did you get that, Joe? You need me to go over it again, buddy?
- 35:48Unknown: Joe must be writing. Ask if you don't live. He must be writing.
- 35:52Unknown: He's writing. I think he's writing feverishly,
- 35:55Chris.
- 35:56Unknown: No doubt.
- 35:58Unknown: But. I love to. You know, it doesn't have to be com. It's not complex.
- 36:03There used to be one
- 36:05then they formed another one that was secondary and subservient,
- 36:09and a ways down the line they switched us all to the bottom one. What in the hell is so complicated
- 36:16about that?
- 36:23I'm waiting. I hear crickets.
- 36:27Hell, just wait a minute. We'll hear some dogs barking, no doubt.
- 36:34So, this is and
- 36:37and the mandate is to get this to a point where you've got control of it and it's simple in your mind.
- 36:44That's where the empowerment starts.
- 36:47When you can simplify it in your mind and get the complexity and get the intimidation and get the fear off of your fanny, that's where the power is.
- 37:00And they've done a hell of a job of stealing it from us.
- 37:05One hell of a job
- 37:10Joe, did you get all that down, buddy? Or you didn't
- 37:15fall over or something up there, did you?
- 37:18Unknown: I got it. Okay, good.
- 37:22Unknown: Well, that's about, honestly,
- 37:24that's
- 37:25about as much as you need to do to get free. Now, as I've said so many times, that's your diploma.
- 37:31You know, you went through a whole bunch of years of high school or a whole bunch of years of college and that's that's where the learning took place. That it's when you got finished with that that you got your diploma and this thing you're gonna send to the Secretary of State, your diploma.
- 37:49Unknown: Right. Oh, sure.
- 37:50It's amazing how long it it has taken me to filter it down to the kit. Keep it simple. Keep it simple
- 37:58short or something.
- 38:00Yeah.
- 38:02Unknown: It takes speak right into the phone, Joe. You sound like you got your mouth away from the phone a little bit and I want everybody to hear what you gotta say. Does take Okay.
- 38:11And and I understand that
- 38:14they
- 38:15Unknown: have made Because I always had this concept. It was it was this big, long, drawn out thing, but it really isn't. And I just had I've been concentrating
- 38:23it down, down, down over, you know, what's been a year and a half or so now since I've been listening.
- 38:31Unknown: Well, like old freedom, you know, that called in the other day that we've got this little bit of a relationship. We'll probably hear from him at some point in coming days.
- 38:40And it's like he said, he said, hell, Roger. I heard you seven years ago and I said, well, I'm just gonna sit back and see how Roger does.
- 38:48So, well, here I am seven years later.
- 38:54Unknown: I'm right behind you, Roger. I
- 38:59Unknown: remember one day I was listening to Spinola,
- 39:03who I I really like, Deanna.
- 39:05And
- 39:05and Deanna was on her show there, and it was years ago, and it was right after we'd gotten out there with our info,
- 39:12and John Kacera was a big advocate of this stuff from early on, and it
- 39:18just helped me immensely in the early days of this project.
- 39:22And Deanna had some Hollywood guy on, and I just don't remember who it was.
- 39:28But
- 39:29he was on there talking to her about something, and John called in to the show, and he starts
- 39:34explaining my stuff to the guy.
- 39:37And whoever the guy was, I remember the comment he made. He said, and I've heard it too but subsequently
- 39:43is he said, it can't be that simple.
- 39:49It can't be that simple but yes, it is that simple. Now, getting to that point where you got the guts to do it and the understanding and you become partially empowered
- 40:00is not simple and I'll certainly agree with everybody because we've all been down the path to get to this point of understanding.
- 40:06Whatever your point of understanding is,
- 40:09you've gone through a little bit of knot untying to get to that point.
- 40:13But that's the empowerment
- 40:15process, Joe. Obviously, you've been going through it for a year and a half, going and untying all those double minded knots
- 40:23they've tied in your mind with these opposite definitions of words and understanding that they've got the system set up where the deal is done when you take your first breath.
- 40:34When you take your first breath,
- 40:37you're already in voluntary servitude,
- 40:39and then on, everything confirms it.
- 40:44Unknown: Mhmm.
- 40:46Unknown: Yep.
- 40:46And see They had me go to Vietnam for them, Yep. And and and that's why they're constantly asking you, and they've got it structured this way because that allows them,
- 40:57at least on the surface,
- 40:59to adhere it to constitutional
- 41:01principles
- 41:02because it's still voluntary.
- 41:07Why they have to recognize that affidavit,
- 41:10because our people do not realize they think they're totally 100%
- 41:14lawless,
- 41:15and for the most part they're not.
- 41:18Yes, they get out of line, but to
- 41:21a large extent they have a legal peg that they're hanging their hat
- 41:28evidence is that they recognize that affidavit
- 41:31and they had to put that verbiage no matter how twisted,
- 41:35they had to put that verbiage in the passport application.
- 41:41Unknown: Okay.
- 41:43Yep.
- 41:44Unknown: Now were it not for that, were it not for the fact that I was told to leave the country ten and a half years ago, all those things I may still have never looked at a passport application
- 41:56and seen the answer I looked for for fifteen years to that point when I saw it that day.
- 42:11Unknown: You know, Roger, I think the listeners might like to know who told
- 42:15you to leave the country.
- 42:19Unknown: Well, I don't know who told me. Whoever speaks to you in an inaudible
- 42:23voice that you hear inside your head.
- 42:27Unknown: Extra
- 42:28terrestrial
- 42:29Unknown: force? I have no idea. It may have been them beaming. Beaming. They can do that stuff too evidently, right, Chris? It may have been them beaming in there but
- 42:38what what happened was I was sitting there in Florida. Beamed. You know, left Atlanta. I was help living with my mom there in the big family house. She lives by herself
- 42:47and I was sitting there in the office one day and
- 42:50the voice came and it said, you need to get out.
- 42:53That's all it said. You need to get out. And
- 42:57it's the second time it had come to me. It happened once, years earlier,
- 43:02and you kind of shake your head. First of all, you say, Where the hell did that come from?
- 43:07Okay?
- 43:09And secondly,
- 43:10you start shaking your head, and you go in and then you go through the denial stage,
- 43:15and and I didn't do anything about them. Well, where would I go? I've never traveled anywhere.
- 43:20I don't speak another language.
- 43:22I've always wanted to do some of those things but I never had and so where do I go? That's first thing everybody asks if that idea even crosses your path. Well, where the hell would I go?
- 43:35Okay? And I went through that process and I just put it on the back burner
- 43:40and a a while later, a few days later,
- 43:43it came again and said the same thing, you need to get out.
- 43:47Well, the second time, I've learned at this point, if it comes twice, you better take heed and
- 43:54it was shortly
- 43:56after that, I was watching a program on public broadcasting
- 44:00that probably still airs
- 44:02called Globe Trekkers. Have you all ever seen that?
- 44:07Unknown: Well,
- 44:09Unknown: it's a couple of young Brit. Sounds like a precursor to Anthony Bourdain. Well, it's a cool program. It's a couple of young Brit kids, you know, millennials back in that day. This is ten, fifteen years ago now. Sure, they're a bit older and longer of tooth now,
- 44:22but they go to different countries around the world. And what they do is show a a map of the country at the start of the hour long episode, episode, whatever country it was, and they'd tell you where they were going and show you their route on that map, and then they'd go that route,
- 44:38and they'd eat all the local food and talk to people and tell you about it. Well, that Saturday night, after the second time,
- 44:46I was looking at Globe Trekkers because I like that program,
- 44:50and it was on Argentina.
- 44:52And I had a dear friend who had owned property down there for a few years and kept
- 44:59bugging me to go down there with him, and I never had had a passport up to that point.
- 45:04And so then that show on
- 45:08globe trekkers that night of Argentina,
- 45:10and I remember,
- 45:11because when my friend was telling me about it all all those years and I asked the same question that people ask me when I got down there which is, well, is it close to Buenos Aires?
- 45:26The, I mean, and you know, Argentina is pretty big country, okay? And I remember him telling me, he said, No, no, no, it's on the opposite side of the country.
- 45:35And that night on that program, they started up in Northern Argentina in Salta,
- 45:40which was where the country was founded, by the way, not on the coast, up at Salta,
- 45:45and by Jesuits that had been exploring the Amazon, and they came out of the Amazon, boom, founded Salta.
- 45:52And so Salta,
- 45:53then they went down this very famous
- 45:55it's famous worldwide,
- 45:57and it's the road I had my accident on, and that's one of the reasons it's famous, is accidents like the one I had,
- 46:05is a road called Ruta
- 46:0740,
- 46:08and Ruta 40
- 46:10starts up in Salta
- 46:11and goes all the way down to
- 46:14Uvara at the South,
- 46:16all along the Andes, either in or beside the Andes for the whole way, and that's a big chunk of South America.
- 46:23And so they came down Ruta 40 to Mendoza,
- 46:26where I lived,
- 46:27and he had told me it was, and so I saw a little bit of Mendoza on that program, and then they went down to Bariloche in the South, the Switzerland of South America,
- 46:37and they ended up in Buenos Aires. And so the next morning I had him on the telephone saying, Tell me about Argentina,
- 46:43because I'd
- 46:44heard the message twice and I saw some place where I knew somebody, had property, and had connections,
- 46:50and had told me it was a nice place. And that's where the whole thing started, Joe. And so
- 46:56decision,
- 46:57and then after I made the decision,
- 47:00I knew I had to get a passport.
- 47:03And at that reluctant
- 47:04stage of the process,
- 47:06I went to our little post office. I didn't even look online.
- 47:09I went to our little post office because I knew they had copies and I picked up the first time just the initial.
- 47:17It was orange
- 47:18color scheme application
- 47:20and I took it home. I didn't look at it. I took it home and I sat back and I said, well, I guess I gotta read this thing and I sat
- 47:29there and looked at the first page and I'm not kidding you and I'm not kidding you one bit. The answer I'd look for for fifteen years was at the top of the page.
- 47:43Unknown: I think someone, I think some, I think a certain spirit is leading you, my brother.
- 47:49Unknown: I think so. Well, I've, you know, it's funny
- 47:53that you should say that because
- 47:56being a man of some humility,
- 47:58which I try to be,
- 48:01you when you start getting that kind of indication,
- 48:05you don't want to think it's true.
- 48:09Unknown: Can you? Understood. Okay?
- 48:11Unknown: But after a number of years of over and over and over and over of these things happening just like I just described to you,
- 48:20you get to a point where you you can't.
- 48:22You get to a point where you don't question it anymore.
- 48:27Unknown: Uh-huh. That's right.
- 48:29Unknown: You know, and I I've talked about it on the program before the spiritual path of this whole project
- 48:36from the days back when John Benson was 15 years old.
- 48:41Have you ever heard me tell that story?
- 48:45Unknown: No.
- 48:47Unknown: Benson? John Benson. Maybe not. John Benson. There's a lot of stories, you know. John Benson was a devout Mormon, okay?
- 48:55And one of the biggest
- 48:57pains to him, I'm sure his entire life, was he got excommunicated
- 49:01from the church because of these felony convictions, which were bogus, alright?
- 49:06And
- 49:07when he was a young man in the Mormon religion,
- 49:10they call, they have this thing that's called, let me see if I can, a patriarchal
- 49:15blessing.
- 49:17Yep. And it must be like a bar mitzvah
- 49:21or down here in the
- 49:24Southern Hemisphere,
- 49:25they don't do it with boys, they do it with girls,
- 49:29and with girls,
- 49:30the fifteenth birthday is this really big milestone,
- 49:34like a bar mitzvah for a boy that's Jewish,
- 49:37and they have big parties and all this stuff when girls have their kinsay kumpliano's
- 49:42is what they call it. Kinsay is 15 and kumpliano is his birthday,
- 49:47and so when they have that same type of a ritual in the Mormon church except it deals with the males,
- 49:54and when the male
- 49:56comes of age,
- 49:58quote unquote,
- 49:59they have this patriarchal
- 50:01blessing ceremony
- 50:03and what they do is put the young man in a room and an elder of the church comes in and lays hands on him and foretells his future.
- 50:13K? You familiar with that, Chris, the patriarchal blessing? You got a lot of Mormons out there. Yeah.
- 50:19Unknown: Usually,
- 50:19several elders
- 50:21lay their hands on you and anoint your head with olive oil, which has supposedly been consecrated,
- 50:27set apart as it were,
- 50:29for healing and
- 50:31Unknown: other special purposes. Well, when John went through his patriarchal blessing, Joe, the the elder came in and he put hands on him and he said, people will come to you from north, east, west, and south to seek their freedom.
- 50:49Unknown: Wow.
- 50:52Unknown: That's true. Wow.
- 50:54Okay.
- 50:57Where You know,
- 50:59Unknown: this kind of emanates.
- 51:01Go ahead, Chris. From another concept that wherever two or more are gathered in his name,
- 51:06his spirit exists. And so there is some gravitas behind the concept
- 51:12and absent
- 51:14personal
- 51:14agendas or interdictions,
- 51:16interventions,
- 51:18there could be some efficacy to two or more
- 51:22assembling in the name and consecrating
- 51:24someone and examining
- 51:25them for their gifts and
- 51:28Unknown: past that they're supposed to walk on. Well and and so John, to continue the story a little bit, Joe,
- 51:35John was
- 51:36had always been interested in the law. The reason we know all this substantive stuff we know, like the legal
- 51:43concept of person and all that stuff is because he just loved the law
- 51:47and he went studying a bit of it in his earlier years
- 51:51as he got into married and had a family and he started working as a civil servant
- 51:56in the contracting division, I believe for the Air Force,
- 52:00and he was doing some civil service contract work and so he became particularly interested in contract law
- 52:08and then because of his own predilection,
- 52:11he became even more interested in tax
- 52:14law.
- 52:15So that's what started everything. Well, he got into it and started applying all this stuff, he was in the Denver area,
- 52:23and he was in that patriot group out there. You mentioned somebody there earlier from that group, Madsen.
- 52:29Unknown: Uh-huh. Uh-huh.
- 52:32Unknown: And and and all those guys, Dean Stoner, I talked about a little bit yesterday who ran Global Science Fair
- 52:39and all that group of guys out there, I know for a fact that another one of them was John Nelson,
- 52:46and he and John Nelson used to do a lot of studying together in the early days. And
- 52:50so
- 52:51he got this basis
- 52:53and he was in the University of I guess they used to go to the University of Denver Law School,
- 52:59and he was in the law library there, Joe, at the University of Denver, and he was looking at something back in the old you know, in a law library, if you've never been in one, they've got all the contemporary stuff that you can lay your hands on and all The US stuff and and the Fed sup and all the US Supreme Court cases but back at the back of the library,
- 53:20they'll generally have some sort of a reference section on Old English stuff,
- 53:25and he was back in the Old English section of the law library at the University of Denver looking something up,
- 53:33and those aisles
- 53:34are a little bit narrower back there
- 53:37because there's not as many people use them, and as he turned around he knocked another book from the opposite shelf with his elbow and it fell on the floor open.
- 53:50Okay?
- 53:51Well, John, being a respecter of books and knowledge, reached down and grabbed the book that fell on the floor, and where it opened,
- 54:00it was a book, and that chapter was about the exchequer,
- 54:03which is the Treasury Treasury in England,
- 54:05and it was a list of things, Chris,
- 54:08that the exchequer
- 54:10could not seize
- 54:11when they did a writ of extent, which we know is a seizure.
- 54:16And John looked at that and he said, well, I'll be damned.
- 54:21That's the same thing they can't seize today.
- 54:27Unknown: What
- 54:28a coincidence or a revelation.
- 54:31Unknown: Okay. And so I've known of these little incidents over all these years before I even came on the scene.
- 54:38Okay?
- 54:39But I can look back over the last twenty eight, whatever it's been, years and see that
- 54:48my life seems to have been guided.
- 54:53I mean, as you look back, I don't mean just from the last twenty eight years, I mean from the earliest days when I was guided into being a smacky mouth radio disc jockey, when I was in my early 20s, so that fifty years down the line I'd have that experience and could get on here and do these shows.
- 55:15I can see where, after my record business years, that I was guided into the teaching profession for ten years so that I could polish my speaking skills and appreciate the love that I have for what I'm doing and helping other people in life through teaching.
- 55:31It's
- 55:31the most wonderful feedback,
- 55:34and
- 55:35I can tell you this:
- 55:36what it's done for me is it gives my life more purpose
- 55:41than it's ever had before,
- 55:47and that's a big deal.
- 55:52That's a big deal,
- 55:55and I could have never realized it if I wasn't in this position.
- 55:59And so I can look back, I could probably give you two or three more stories, Joe, but I promise you there's been a divine hand in this project since the time when John Benson was in his early years.
- 56:12Absolutely. And if it wouldn't have been for him, we wouldn't know
- 56:16hardly
- 56:17any of what we know today.
- 56:22Unknown: Yep. See that?
- 56:29Unknown: Wow. You've never heard me one time in the seven or eight years I've been on the radio get on here and take credit for this information.
- 56:37I always give the credit where it's due. Now, I will take credit for what I've added because I stood on their shoulders and I added a dimension that they didn't even dream about, okay? But I could never have done it had not John laid the groundwork.
- 56:53Unknown: Right.
- 56:55Yeah.
- 56:56In my own personal life, I really am surprised that I had
- 57:01learned what I had
- 57:03Five years ago, if I started to read a book,
- 57:06I was twenty minutes and that was it. Now,
- 57:09it's like the more I read, the more awake I become. And I wasn't a very good student in school. And as I look back, it's like you start adding things up. It's like I lived through this. I lived through that. This happened. That happened and you start to see
- 57:25something's happening here. I think I'm just waiting for my,
- 57:30what do you call it? A format or something. It's like I have all these things to say, but those are delicious.
- 57:35Unknown: Yeah. Well, I've been there. I've been there, buddy. Well, as I heard, I think it was a Mark Twain quote that I saw the other day said, don't let your school and interfere with your education, Joe.
- 57:50Exactly.
- 57:52Hello.
- 57:53Hello. Come on in there, 10 buddy, 104 good buddy.
- 57:58Unknown: Yeah.
- 58:01Unknown: Yeah. We'll we'll we'll revert back to CB talk since nobody wants to call in and give us any good questions, Joe. Yours is a good one though and
- 58:10this is what I know. When I talked about this the other day and why,
- 58:14I, my suspicion is that the
- 58:17Secretary of State up there has received way more than 100,000 of these things,
- 58:23okay?
- 58:24And I gotta know that every time that one of them shows up up there at Foggy Bottom,
- 58:30somebody on the 7th Floor sphincter
- 58:34muscle tightens.
- 58:37Unknown: You know, Roger, as the
- 58:39escalating violence
- 58:41picks up Hippo and the war drums beat louder,
- 58:46more people are going to be driven to the obvious that they must do something to upright this upside down ship
- 58:53and correct this demonic takeover of this government
- 58:57and replacing it with some other form of government
- 59:01because it's clear as the nose on your face that something is dramatically
- 59:06wrong.
- 59:07Unknown: Well, hey, Chris. How many times have you heard this? I'm just one person. What can I do?
- 59:12You ever heard that? Oh, yes.
- 59:14Unknown: Yes. Riding brush fires in the mind of men is nearly a small thing. Okay. Well, I'm only one guy. Look what the hell I've accomplished.
- 59:24Unknown: You got it. I gotta run-in and take care of some business. I'll be back. Okay, Joe.
- 59:28Unknown: You you know, that that that's it. You you're right. You can't do anything about them and the control they've got and the levers of power they control, okay? But you can do something about you.
- 59:42And you're the only thing you can affect change in.
- 59:47Unknown: One thing I think is my role is
- 59:50people watch me, I think, a little bit more than I think. I think they watch you me more than what they listen to what I say,
- 59:58Unknown: probably. Well, that's probably a lot of truth in that, Joe.
- 1:00:02People watch your actions and see, and and that's the power of what we're doing. Okay. Now, and I've talked about it before as I've come into these things that I understand,
- 1:00:13understand a little bit better. I'm gonna hit my cough button for a second here.
- 1:00:18Actions do speak louder than words as a matter of fact. That's right. And as I come in to understand these things, one of the things that I've come to understand a while back is the difference between I'm not is
- 1:00:30dark power, let's say dark power instead of black power. Dark power versus
- 1:00:35light power. Okay? Now, they switch that dialectic and say, Lucifer is the son of the light, okay? But that's not, that's dark power and if you'll notice with dark power,
- 1:00:47it cannot exercise itself
- 1:00:49unless it reaches out and touches you.
- 1:00:53Know, if the if Positive versus negative. Right. A versus B. Either the IRS gonna send you a letter or maybe a CID guy's gonna show up at your door or OSHA
- 1:01:03or it's like Stephanie. They have a meeting and dark power says, oh, we're gonna come on your land and and come sample your water there. You can't do a damn thing about it under the Clean Air Act, okay? So, dark power has to exercise itself in that manner but white power unless you use Jesus as an example. White power attracts and it's just exactly what you said, Joe. People watch you and it's what Chris said. Actions speak louder than words and they see
- 1:01:31that something has changed in Joe.
- 1:01:35Something has changed and they don't know what it is unless you've been talking to em but if they're just observing and you hadn't been talking to em, something happens. Joe walks with his shoulders a little bit more upright. He's he he's a little bit more confident.
- 1:01:49He all these other things that didn't used to be in Joe's regular routine.
- 1:01:53They see and they want what you've got
- 1:01:57and now, they become curious
- 1:01:59because white power attracts.
- 1:02:02People don't listen to this program and go read my book just because they don't have anything else to do.
- 1:02:08They know now that there's something of substance in there, and people like our friend Free Dumb that's been monitors for seven damn years knows darn well there's some power there.
- 1:02:21And then they want you become informed,
- 1:02:26Unknown: possessed with knowledge,
- 1:02:28you know the truth,
- 1:02:29and you walk different. You carry yourself in a different fashion. You have a different character,
- 1:02:35persona,
- 1:02:36an aura,
- 1:02:39carillon photography
- 1:02:40around yourself. You project positivity instead of negativity, and that is very observable in today's deviant and
- 1:02:48wrong minded negative
- 1:02:50Unknown: existence we possess ourselves in. And then, Joe, here's the next step.
- 1:02:55Joe must have left. I know he's still listening.
- 1:02:59The next step is you've got this
- 1:03:02incubency
- 1:03:03of knowledge and power,
- 1:03:05and you've done the things that you knew you had to do, and now you start to exercise it.
- 1:03:12And you go in and deal with one of these guys,
- 1:03:15and they start asking you the questions,
- 1:03:17and you go like and the perfect example was Darryl at the gun shop. He told us that story a few years ago. He'd bought gone in there and bought guns before,
- 1:03:26and he knew those good old boys. They're up there in Alabama at the gun store, and he goes in to buy a new one and the guy puts him through the background check and he says, well, what's your status? He says, well, I'm a US national and
- 1:03:39the guy looks at him and says, they won't sell it to you.
- 1:03:43And he goes, well, humor me.
- 1:03:46And so the guy gets the FBI check on the phone, he says,
- 1:03:50guy says he's a US national, and the guy on the other end says, wait a minute,
- 1:03:55yep, sell it to him.
- 1:03:58And at that moment,
- 1:04:00Darrell became more empowered.
- 1:04:04At that moment,
- 1:04:06whatever
- 1:04:07confidence he had to that point increased.
- 1:04:17You see how that happens? And then so now, he's got a little bit more confidence and he goes out and does something else and somebody says, well, are you a citizen of The United States? Nope. Are you a resident? Nope. Okay, boom and he steps out of there with whatever he wanted to get done done. He goes, hell, I'm even a little bit more empowered
- 1:04:36and it feeds on itself.
- 1:04:40They can't tell you no.
- 1:04:46It's not their option.
- 1:04:48They just know they're supposed to ask a question.
- 1:04:51They they got some kind of a a protocol you're going through and part of their part of it is to ask you those questions. They don't know and what my experience was so many years ago is they don't care.
- 1:05:06They just know you gotta give them an answer.
- 1:05:11I think some of them are starting to care, Roger. Well, that maybe, Chris. This was many years ago when I was up there doing all this stuff, you know? And I know times have changed and I know they're they're
- 1:05:22damn sure aware of what's going on. I guarantee you, they've gotten over a 100,000 and they may have gotten multiples of that up there.
- 1:05:31Very likely. They. I'm going to be offline for a few minutes. Okay. Okay. Well, I'll maybe somebody else wants to call and help me carry the water bucket here. They know
- 1:05:41darn well that we're wise to em. They know darn well. They've been caught with their feet, with their hands, and with their blood
- 1:05:50essence
- 1:05:51sucking proboscis
- 1:05:53in the damn cookie jar.
- 1:05:56They know it.
- 1:05:57The best they can do is just act like it ain't happening and totally ignore it,
- 1:06:02and you'll never get them to recognize it. They don't want to bring attention to this. Can you understand why?
- 1:06:14That just like when our our listener student,
- 1:06:17Matt, got that
- 1:06:20affidavit put into his divorce trial by the
- 1:06:24ex wife's
- 1:06:25attorney who thought this was all
- 1:06:28Sovereign citizen and they're the ones that got all, I guess they got my book mentioned in in their admission into evidence. My name was in there and a part of the background of it and part of that background was they submitted for their
- 1:06:44little deal,
- 1:06:45a copy of the affidavit that got put into evidence because it was them putting it in there. Nobody looked at it.
- 1:06:52And so he gets up there on the stand in court, and because it's now in evidence, he pulls out the deck, the affidavit, and starts reading it. And the judge says, don't read that document.
- 1:07:04Don't read that document.
- 1:07:08In open court.
- 1:07:13They don't want this information
- 1:07:15out there.
- 1:07:17That threatens the judge and everybody up the line all the way to their ultimate boss, the damn Secretary of State, I'm sorry to say, this absolute neocon goon,
- 1:07:28Mike Pompeo.
- 1:07:30God, if we had a sequence of goons in that office,
- 1:07:33Lurch, John Kerry,
- 1:07:35Hillary
- 1:07:36Clinton,
- 1:07:37Pompeo.
- 1:07:41You can sure as hell tell they control the State Department.
- 1:07:45Incestuous.
- 1:07:49All the power is up there at the 7th Floor,
- 1:07:53where all these
- 1:07:55pseudo
- 1:07:56Frankfurt School,
- 1:07:58PhD,
- 1:07:59Columbia University,
- 1:08:01Edomites,
- 1:08:02slave, and bastards
- 1:08:04have their offices.
- 1:08:07And don't you think for one minute that that's not exactly what they are,
- 1:08:13and exactly who they are.
- 1:08:15They're history's
- 1:08:17slavers.
- 1:08:18They think it's their right
- 1:08:21to enslave
- 1:08:23other people.
- 1:08:24That's the despicable
- 1:08:27human beings
- 1:08:28that we're unfortunately having to deal with.
- 1:08:33That's the despicable
- 1:08:35human beings, if they are,
- 1:08:37that unfortunately control this world.
- 1:08:43But you don't have to be affected by them unless you want to continue to be.
- 1:08:49Okay, Chris had to duck out, Joe had to duck out, nobody else has called in, let's see what the heck we got here.
- 1:08:56Let me check zero hedge and see if
- 1:09:01Yeah, there's a lot of stuff starting to break out of the Ukraine, and and I think it's
- 1:09:07very interesting that they don't want Russia
- 1:09:11in Venezuela, but they sure don't have any damn problem loading up Poland and the Ukraine and where the hell will stand and all these other places that they're getting missiles in
- 1:09:23and getting into NATO.
- 1:09:25No problem there, but don't you dare come down here under a treaty you've already signed and do anything with Venezuela.
- 1:09:34The hypocrisy of these people reeks
- 1:09:37from morning to night.
- 1:09:39Eric,
- 1:09:41Eric Hoglund,
- 1:09:43Eric Hoglund is gonna answer the call. He heard me floundering here, and he said, I'll throw an arm out to old Raj and give him a hand. Hey, Eric.
- 1:09:53Hey, Roger. How are doing today? Pretty good all in all. How about you, Eric? I was thinking about you the other day.
- 1:10:00Unknown: Yeah. I'm in the process of applying for Social Security. Okay. Good. Well, no problem with that. Catching the affidavit.
- 1:10:08Unknown: Yeah. And that's kind of exciting. It's a new status to do it with. Yes. And just make sure you get that affidavit in with your application. That's what I did down there in Argentina,
- 1:10:18but and I've never had a day well, now I'd I'd I'd take that back. I did have some problems
- 1:10:24with Social Security, but it wasn't anything like you'd you'd think, Eric. It was a horror story. Go ahead, Chris. You're back.
- 1:10:32Unknown: Yeah. I wanted to chime in on that on that specific question because he is in the area that he is with the Social Security.
- 1:10:38When you append
- 1:10:40for a launch that have data
- 1:10:43of record status, you'll be very pleased that you'll only lose a couple of dollars a month from your Social Security. Yeah. I think it's about 3
- 1:10:51or $4 as I recall, which is inconsequential,
- 1:10:55and it may have dramatic
- 1:10:57effect on the escalation of amounts you receive back Well from your socialist
- 1:11:02repayment.
- 1:11:03Unknown: You know, I've told this story, but my friends in Argentina
- 1:11:08just really dear,
- 1:11:10dear friends of mine that I met down there about my age,
- 1:11:13and Nick, the husband, was a taxi driver,
- 1:11:17and he's put two children through college, and one of them was
- 1:11:21valedictorian and
- 1:11:23just raised really
- 1:11:25nice children and a really nice man and his wife, okay. Well, they lived in The US for eleven years up in New Jersey. He was a machinist
- 1:11:35and they had their children up there, so their children
- 1:11:39were birthright citizens, but years ago they left and drove all the way back down to Bariloche,
- 1:11:46actually South of Bariloche,
- 1:11:48a little town called El Bolson.
- 1:11:50It's an interesting story all its own, but they drove all the way down there. Her brother was a Baptist preacher down there, and Chris, this was back, it must have been in
- 1:12:01in about the 80s, and they drove from New Jersey
- 1:12:05all the way South of Bariloche
- 1:12:07down the Pan Am Highway
- 1:12:09in a pickup truck with a 90 year old woman and their two children who was Argentinian and wanted to go back to Argentina to die, and they drove the whole Pan Am Highway in that configuration back then, which had to have been a real trip, okay?
- 1:12:26Regardless,
- 1:12:27because he was a green card holder up there in New Jersey,
- 1:12:32Nick paid into and qualified for Social Security,
- 1:12:36but they're not
- 1:12:37U. S, they're Argentinians, and they've been gone for a lot of years, twenty plus years,
- 1:12:42and so they had to go through the embassy in Buenos Aires. If you're in a foreign country, you're applying for one of the benefits, you've got to go through the embassy of that country.
- 1:12:52Boom.
- 1:12:53Period.
- 1:12:54And so, they had to go down there to the embassy. It's 600 miles each way, and go down there and talk to them and get this paperwork, and they were always demanding more paperwork and more documentation,
- 1:13:06and they had to come up with a stack of stuff, and I'm not kidding you, a stack either.
- 1:13:11And so at the end, when getting ready to go ahead and put em on what they've earned and paid into, the IRS writes em a letter and it says, because you're not a resident,
- 1:13:21we may take 25%
- 1:13:24and they did
- 1:13:25and they do to this day. So if you're getting out, and I can't imagine why the change would affect
- 1:13:33your amount. But if it does and it's that negligible,
- 1:13:36hell, it doesn't make any difference to me. I'm just proud to be getting it.
- 1:13:42There you go. Joe, have you ever heard me tell that story that Neil Borch used to tell
- 1:13:48about Social Security and you may not have? That's pretty interesting. Chris, I'll get to you in just a second. Just hold what you're gonna say. Borch used to tell this story because he, you know, Neil Borch is, first of all?
- 1:14:03Have you ever heard of him, Joe?
- 1:14:08I do. Okay, Joe's not honest. It's Eric. I'm sorry, Eric. Have you ever heard of the board, sir? Well,
- 1:14:14he's Oh, yeah. Definitely. Well, he's a he was big time in Atlanta for years. He's an attorney, and he used to be he was in in high school in Pensacola. His daddy was a military too, and he was a guy that the principal of the school said, I need somebody to do school announcements on the PA system. It's gonna be you.
- 1:14:32And so that's how he got his broadcast
- 1:14:35experience,
- 1:14:36was in high school for announcing over the PA system. So anyway, he went up, got his law degree, did lawyer, and got in to a little
- 1:14:45ring radio, WRNG,
- 1:14:47there in Atlanta, a little talk show host, had quite a local following.
- 1:14:51Well, when
- 1:14:53he went over to GST,
- 1:14:55which is the talk show station there in Atlanta, and he had a pretty large following there, and then he got courted by WSB,
- 1:15:03the Cox broadcasting outfit there, because they wanted to syndicate him.
- 1:15:08And when he left GST and moved over to WSB
- 1:15:12is when Sean Hannity came to town,
- 1:15:15okay?
- 1:15:16And so all that back to there, but Borch used to tell this great story, Eric,
- 1:15:22and he
- 1:15:24said when they passed the Social Security Act originally,
- 1:15:28there was a loophole in there where cities and municipalities,
- 1:15:32if they started a parallel system
- 1:15:35for their own employees internally, they could opt out of the Social Security system. They've closed that loophole since,
- 1:15:41but there was one town
- 1:15:44down there in Texas,
- 1:15:46somewhere close to Houston Beaumont down in that area,
- 1:15:49that were smart enough to opt out of the Social Security system when it was formed,
- 1:15:55and the people that are trash collectors and worked at the water department and all that stuff,
- 1:16:00in that little town, you know what they're retired? This was twenty fifteen or more years ago now. Okay? Back then, you know what they were getting for their Social Security?
- 1:16:12Oh, go ahead. Take a while to ask, yes.
- 1:16:18Unknown: How much they were getting? Yeah.
- 1:16:21Oh,
- 1:16:22$1,000
- 1:16:23Unknown: a month? About try $10,000
- 1:16:25a month.
- 1:16:27Unknown: Wow.
- 1:16:31Unknown: Try 10,000 a month, 120,000
- 1:16:34a year for somebody that worked in the water department because it didn't run through the federal system where they steal 90% of it and then send it back to you.
- 1:16:43Unknown: Yep.
- 1:16:46Yeah.
- 1:16:47Unknown: Okay.
- 1:16:49So well, Eric, what else is going on with you? You're about to apply for Social Security. Are you doing it at 62,
- 1:16:55or did you wait till you're 65?
- 1:16:58Unknown: 62.5.
- 1:16:59Unknown: Good for you. And now, you know I'm gonna get all I can out of them. Well, absolutely. And you know, it's funny when I did that, and they try and push you off till 65.
- 1:17:09Have you had any interactions with them yet?
- 1:17:13Unknown: Not yet. I'm filling out the paperwork now and attaching everything, and I'm gonna go down tomorrow to the Social Security office and file it. Okay. Well, when I did it, I had to do it over the telephone.
- 1:17:22Unknown: Tell them I was gonna apply and all that stuff, and the girl says, well, are you sure you don't wanna wait till you're 65? You get more.
- 1:17:30Yeah.
- 1:17:31Okay. Now at that point,
- 1:17:33Eric, what's the logical question that you ask when they make that statement?
- 1:17:40I'm just taking it out. I don't have a question. No. No. No. There's a good quest there's a real good question lurking there that nobody asks.
- 1:17:48Unknown: What do you think? It may not be there when I'm 65.
- 1:17:51Unknown: Well, the question is, how much more?
- 1:17:56Oh, don't you wanna wait till you're 65? You'll get more.
- 1:18:00How much more?
- 1:18:02Oh, about $30
- 1:18:04a month. I said, give it to me now.
- 1:18:08Unknown: Yep.
- 1:18:12Unknown: I'll take it now. Thank you very much.
- 1:18:17Unknown: Yep.
- 1:18:18Unknown: Three years of inflation
- 1:18:20does not equate to 30 a month three years down the line. No.
- 1:18:26Unknown: You got that right.
- 1:18:29The other thing that yeah. I think you pointed out too with the passport. Ralph Roederudz pointed it out. And on the first page passport, it says the secretary of state of The United States Of America
- 1:18:41hereby request all whom it may concern to permit the citizen slash
- 1:18:47national
- 1:18:48of The United States named herein
- 1:18:51to pass without delay and hindrance,
- 1:18:54and in case of need, to give all lawful
- 1:18:56aid and protection.
- 1:18:58Unknown: Now tell you So right there, the citizen slash national. It's all through the documentation.
- 1:19:03I'll tell you there's something else very interesting on the passport itself
- 1:19:07if you're astute enough to notice it,
- 1:19:10and that is that both
- 1:19:12statuses are represented.
- 1:19:14They say US on a lot of the verbiage,
- 1:19:17but if you look in the background,
- 1:19:19on the background, in the back, what does it say? USA.
- 1:19:25Unknown: Right. Right. Okay.
- 1:19:27Unknown: They man, listen. These guys are slick, buddy.
- 1:19:31They cover
- 1:19:32every little
- 1:19:34angle. This is so well thought out,
- 1:19:38so well planned,
- 1:19:39and incredibly
- 1:19:40well
- 1:19:42instituted.
- 1:19:46Unknown: Yep. Amazing.
- 1:19:48Unknown: I mean, look at how long it's taken us to figure this thing out from 1933
- 1:19:53on March 9.
- 1:19:55How many decades
- 1:19:57it took to figure it out?
- 1:20:00Just the three years of the three men's lives that I'm intimately familiar with, over a hundred years of our personal lives and research to get to these simple things that we lay out for you for free here on this radio program on a daily basis.
- 1:20:19Unknown: Yep. It's just learning the knowledge and putting it to use.
- 1:20:25Unknown: Good. I appreciate everything you've done. Well and I and I appreciate the fact that it touched you, and you've and it motivated you, and you've done what you've done. You know? You people doing what you're doing is what gives me the absolute maximum
- 1:20:39feedback.
- 1:20:42I can sit here and run my jaw and run my mouth all day long for years and if it doesn't touch anybody,
- 1:20:49there's no feedback. I know I'm getting the truth out but when I see it touch somebody and change your life,
- 1:20:56that's my feedback.
- 1:21:00Yep. That's my attaboy.
- 1:21:02That's when the big guy gives me an attaboy.
- 1:21:12And it's real special. It's real special, man. I'm telling you and you may, if you, I I hope you can appreciate this but you may not be able to what I'm about to tell you. If you don't have something that gives your life purpose,
- 1:21:25man, I I feel so sorry for you. Find something that gives your life purpose.
- 1:21:31It makes all the difference in the world.
- 1:21:35Unknown: Well, I got that. I got a grandson
- 1:21:37that means all to me,
- 1:21:39and that's the purpose why I'm putting everything away for him, ultimately.
- 1:21:43Unknown: You do cuckoo over that grandson a lot, don't you?
- 1:21:47Well, yeah, you have to. I mean, he's the only one I got, so probably the only one I'll ever have. Well, see, I don't have see here, Eric, I don't have anything like that in my life, so you people are my grandchildren.
- 1:21:59You people are my children. I've said that before on the air, people laugh at me, but that's exactly how I look at everyone of you guys. That's why I take so much care with everybody that's new that comes along and try to grab em by the hand and walk em down this path. The easiest, quickest way I can get you down the damn path to the circle in the forest where understanding lies.
- 1:22:23Unknown: Yep.
- 1:22:24Hey, Roger. A little bit about the cryptos.
- 1:22:26Unknown: Yes, sir. How about that this morning? The k
- 1:22:29Unknown: the KBC's
- 1:22:30up over 10¢ a coin.
- 1:22:33They're projecting it to be 50¢ per or 40¢ by July 4. Actually, it's guaranteed to be 40¢ if you're a Carabarge member.
- 1:22:41Unknown: Yes. And
- 1:22:43we should probably we we mentioned this a while back, and I'm glad that you touched on it, Eric,
- 1:22:50because I, you know, I've got a pretty good familiarity
- 1:22:53with this company for many years. Hey, Doug. And when he came out with that offer a couple months ago,
- 1:22:59that on July 4, it's Gold Freedom Day,
- 1:23:03and that he he would exchange a 100 coins for a gram of gold.
- 1:23:08Now Right. Gold is above 24 carat pure carat bar gold is about $75.
- 1:23:15Okay? Thereabouts.
- 1:23:17And
- 1:23:18so, that would mean that at least it had to be 7¢ for him to break even.
- 1:23:26Unknown: Right. Right.
- 1:23:28Unknown: Okay.
- 1:23:29So,
- 1:23:30what I got back from Pat Gamble, I mentioned it a little yesterday,
- 1:23:34sent me a message Sunday night after the Dubai thing was over and he said, at the meeting, they were saying that the Carrot Bar coin will be 50 times
- 1:23:45its current value
- 1:23:47by September.
- 1:23:48Now whether that's from
- 1:23:50his lips to God's ears, okay?
- 1:23:53Because if it's
- 1:23:5450 times what it is right now in September,
- 1:23:57it's gonna be about $5 a coin. And any of us that got into it for under a penny are gonna be very happy. Hey, Doug. How what's going on in Northwest Arkansas today, brother?
- 1:24:09Unknown: Oh, it's a beautiful day.
- 1:24:11Had to work on a leak under my sink,
- 1:24:15and,
- 1:24:16I've been listening to the show here. And one of the things that
- 1:24:21you mentioned early on,
- 1:24:24was about making
- 1:24:26statements
- 1:24:27that are challengeable,
- 1:24:29excuse me,
- 1:24:31as
- 1:24:33opposed to
- 1:24:34what I understand to be negative of vermin in
- 1:24:39the legal
- 1:24:40vernacular.
- 1:24:42And
- 1:24:43I
- 1:24:45I've written a lot of
- 1:24:48court documents using
- 1:24:50this
- 1:24:51tactic,
- 1:24:51if you will,
- 1:24:53but I would like you to explain
- 1:24:57that maybe more clearly,
- 1:25:00Unknown: you or Chris or someone else that's familiar with it? Well, I mean, it's pretty simple. You make a positive statement, somebody can challenge you. If you make a a negative statement, it's much more difficult form to challenge. I'm not saying they can't because some slick Edomite might be able to figure out a way to do it but
- 1:25:18generally, that's pretty much it. If you come from a negative thing, it's like, okay, disprove this. If you've if you make a positive statement, they're trying to disprove what you're saying, aren't they? If they're gonna challenge it.
- 1:25:32Unknown: Yeah. Well, what I did, the the the
- 1:25:36tactic I used was
- 1:25:38a statement like, I am not in possession
- 1:25:41of any evidence
- 1:25:44to the contrary
- 1:25:45that I am
- 1:25:48a fourteenth amendment citizen or not a fourteenth amendment citizen.
- 1:25:54Unknown: Does that make sense? Well, it does, but why not go back to the what's the what's foundation of the fourteenth amendment citizens,
- 1:26:01a black slave who was in in slavery
- 1:26:05before the civil war, and that's what the only category of people, to my knowledge, that that amendment
- 1:26:11applied to.
- 1:26:14Unknown: So So then you would say,
- 1:26:16in this situation, you would say, I am not in possession of any evidence
- 1:26:22to the contrary that I am a fourteenth amendment citizen?
- 1:26:26Unknown: Well, I would say something like I'm not related to black
- 1:26:30slaves who were freed after the Civil War.
- 1:26:34If I might I receive and here we go back to the substantive law. You can, Chris. Just hold on a second. Now if you really wanna get into it, now you can go back to this substantive law
- 1:26:44of, you know, I received no rights, no civil rights from the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:26:50Therefore, I owe no correlative duties.
- 1:26:55See, now that's Black's law
- 1:26:58Unknown: Black's Law you
- 1:27:01know, I looked this up before I called in because it's been twenty years since I used to write a lot of documents
- 1:27:07for
- 1:27:09myself and others,
- 1:27:11but
- 1:27:13that's what blacks and I'm speaking
- 1:27:16from the
- 1:27:18revised fourth edition here, but, you know, he
- 1:27:21that's probably the most important word in in the description here is that it's substantive,
- 1:27:28which is another very important
- 1:27:30word when it comes to, if you will, rights. Yep.
- 1:27:34Unknown: Yep.
- 1:27:36Because they have these rights they call rights over there under their UCC stuff, but they're really privileges,
- 1:27:43and
- 1:27:44yeah, there's mean, how many countless
- 1:27:47times and I hear the highest
- 1:27:49people
- 1:27:51of expertise and accomplishment in our field on the internet and videos,
- 1:27:57and get up there and say,
- 1:27:59constitutional rights,
- 1:28:01constitutional rights, constitutional rights,
- 1:28:04the only rights that
- 1:28:06constitution bestows on anybody are under the scope and purview of the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:28:11Otherwise,
- 1:28:12you receive your capital r rights and owe your capital d duties
- 1:28:17to the capital g god.
- 1:28:21Unknown: If you're a citizen, then you're a capital C citizen.
- 1:28:25Unknown: Correct, and you're res And if
- 1:28:27they ask you where your residency is, you say
- 1:28:32heaven.
- 1:28:36Unknown: Amen.
- 1:28:37Unknown: Okay? Because when you file this and you move over into that status, that's exactly where your residency is. Your residency is where you receive your rights and to whom you owe your duties. That's substantive law, okay? And should you be over in this US national
- 1:28:54state
- 1:28:55citizen, I'd suggest you don't use that word, but it is appropriate.
- 1:29:00Why not use their nomenclature?
- 1:29:02When you move over to the exempt pool of folks, you go in there and you owe your rights and you get your rights from god and you owe your duties to heaven and him and that's your residency.
- 1:29:15Unknown: So, if anybody has the only
- 1:29:19Unknown: anybody legitimately
- 1:29:20ask you that question. Well, if you're not a resident of the state, Doug, where is your residency?
- 1:29:27Well, I reside in heaven.
- 1:29:30Because that's where I get my rights and to whom I owe my duties under my corrected status.
- 1:29:39Unknown: Well, like Brent mentions
- 1:29:41often
- 1:29:42that
- 1:29:45the father creator is the only true law creator and law giver. Yep.
- 1:29:51Unknown: The rest are impostors, buddy.
- 1:29:54What gives that man
- 1:29:56the right to pass laws and implement
- 1:29:59them on me?
- 1:30:03That's the question.
- 1:30:06Chris, you were gonna say something a minute ago?
- 1:30:10Unknown: Well, I was just going to interject that in their world, they work in the duality,
- 1:30:15the two faced. Sure they do. The
- 1:30:18positives are negatives. If positive raw and negative raw are the same thing, assets and debits are the same thing. There is no separation in their world.
- 1:30:27So whether you positive or negative a verb, but deny their allegations,
- 1:30:32it's basically inconsequential
- 1:30:35as long as you do not admit to being what false label or false laws of label they try to label you with
- 1:30:43for their own predatory interest.
- 1:30:45If you have a verb denied, rebutted, or otherwise
- 1:30:49cast off their inferences,
- 1:30:51then you have effectively
- 1:30:53mooted or denuded
- 1:30:55Unknown: their efforts to false label you for their own predatory interest. You gotta do it in just the right way to just the right person. That's the hitch.
- 1:31:04Okay?
- 1:31:05Listen. Let me get let me plug this guy a little bit because I've been watching a bunch of his videos lately and I'm super impressed with him and I want to talk about this yesterday. We got off into a pretty spirited conversation yesterday.
- 1:31:18This guy, Seffer,
- 1:31:20Robert Seffer
- 1:31:22and if you may remember him, if the name doesn't really ring a bell with you, he's the guy that that wrote
- 1:31:30sixteen sixty six Redemption Through Sin.
- 1:31:34Unknown: And. I was watching some of his.
- 1:31:37Unknown: Man, he has got a bunch of stuff on the Internet on these little short
- 1:31:43things, videos he's done on different really important
- 1:31:47historical
- 1:31:48and
- 1:31:50anthropological
- 1:31:51type
- 1:31:52things on where we came from and tracing
- 1:31:55lineage and arrowheads.
- 1:31:58He's got just got a myriad
- 1:32:00of different videos on there and just go let me get a spelling, it's s h
- 1:32:06e p h r, I think.
- 1:32:08Okay? It's a very unusual
- 1:32:12name.
- 1:32:13Unknown: Roger? I Yeah. I think s
- 1:32:16Unknown: e p h A R, Well, that's not even correct. I'm sitting here looking at it, it's S
- 1:32:23E P
- 1:32:25E
- 1:32:26H R,
- 1:32:27Sephar,
- 1:32:28S E P
- 1:32:31E
- 1:32:32H
- 1:32:33R,
- 1:32:34and I highly encourage, if any y'all like to look into this type of historical stuff,
- 1:32:39to go in there and watch, just put his name into YouTube and probably a whole bevy will come up. I've just been referencing over on the right side where they list other ones, but this guy is a super, super guy and does really,
- 1:32:55really good work.
- 1:32:57Now
- 1:32:58I was watching one the other night
- 1:33:00on the banking systems and the origins of banking and stuff,
- 1:33:05and there was a statement made in there that really caught my ear,
- 1:33:10and that is that the international
- 1:33:13banking
- 1:33:14system
- 1:33:15is that we're dealing with today
- 1:33:17came out of Venice in the 1500s,
- 1:33:21and it's when this whole black nobility
- 1:33:24originated
- 1:33:25and Venice,
- 1:33:27Italy
- 1:33:28was the hub of trade. They had their own navy and stuff, man.
- 1:33:32Okay? And he said, what we're dealing with now moved from Venice when Venice kind of lost its luster,
- 1:33:39and it moved over to London, and we've been saddled with it ever since. And I think there's a lot of truth to that.
- 1:33:48Hey, Roger. Yes, Doug.
- 1:33:51Unknown: One other thing I wanted to that came to mind that I wanted to mention that's very important and salient in this
- 1:34:00on this issue is
- 1:34:01jurisdiction.
- 1:34:02Unknown: Oh, it's huge.
- 1:34:04It's huge.
- 1:34:05Unknown: And
- 1:34:06yeah. And
- 1:34:08jurisdiction,
- 1:34:10when I
- 1:34:11was working with this other older fellow,
- 1:34:15you know, twenty years back and so and and we used to
- 1:34:20help people out in in court situations
- 1:34:23and that. And there was one situation where this lady,
- 1:34:28somebody,
- 1:34:29quote, helped her.
- 1:34:31And
- 1:34:32they just they every,
- 1:34:35let's say, county or jurisdiction,
- 1:34:38they have their own
- 1:34:40rule book. Okay? Their own rules
- 1:34:43Uh-oh. In their in their particular jurisdiction.
- 1:34:47And whoever helped her,
- 1:34:49this,
- 1:34:50individual
- 1:34:51wrote something for her,
- 1:34:54copying something from another county,
- 1:34:57another jurisdiction.
- 1:34:59And, of course, we had to, and she
- 1:35:02was getting into trouble with this,
- 1:35:05and, the judge threw it out, but then you then he realizes
- 1:35:10this
- 1:35:12defendant doesn't know what they're talking about because they're using
- 1:35:17inapplicable
- 1:35:18rules
- 1:35:19from another jurisdiction.
- 1:35:22And so at this point, it was, like, already a done deal, sort of. You know? But,
- 1:35:28you know, we did the best we could. But at that point,
- 1:35:32the,
- 1:35:33the horse was already out of the barn, the corral, so to speak. And,
- 1:35:39but jurisdiction
- 1:35:41is so important,
- 1:35:42and we're going under the jurisdiction
- 1:35:45of heaven.
- 1:35:47Unknown: Yep. Exactly right. And Now you'll probably have Daryl calling in, which you're talking about his
- 1:35:53pet subject municipal
- 1:35:54law,
- 1:35:56but my comment would be,
- 1:35:58but if you go
- 1:36:00above the municipal law people that write their own rules and above the state people and go all the way to the head knocker that's controlling this thing, and you make your statement to him, they've got to adhere to it. If you fight them from the bottom up, they're going to fight you just exactly like you said and try and take command,
- 1:36:18and you're going to have a hell of a time with that case
- 1:36:22fighting through all the layers of bureaucrats
- 1:36:25that have their entire future at stake to defeat you.
- 1:36:30Unknown: Well, I just wanted to bring that up for,
- 1:36:33the benefit of elucidation
- 1:36:35on this,
- 1:36:37negative of vermin and jurisdiction
- 1:36:39Unknown: and that kind of thing. Okay, well I'm glad you did because you brought something to mind.
- 1:36:44If you go to somebody was asking me yesterday, one of our students Gary,
- 1:36:49saying, well what
- 1:36:50volume of blacks law should I buy?
- 1:36:53And I wrote him back said, well, probably the fourth, isn't the fourth the green one or is that the sixth?
- 1:37:00Unknown: The fourth is the one that's The the green
- 1:37:03Unknown: fourth is the green one, right?
- 1:37:07Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:37:08Unknown: Well, that one, the reason I recommend that is if any of you, you don't want to go, what's a what's a Black's Law Dictionary cost these days? $50.75
- 1:37:18dollars brand new from the bookstore?
- 1:37:20Go to a used bookstore
- 1:37:22and you probably can find one of those green ones,
- 1:37:26or even a seven for,
- 1:37:28you know, $20,
- 1:37:30if not less.
- 1:37:31Unknown: Well, you can if you have a university
- 1:37:34in your,
- 1:37:35in where you live,
- 1:37:38they
- 1:37:39the students have to buy these books.
- 1:37:42So I used to go that's where I got some of my legal
- 1:37:48books from. I'd go to the Use books. University because we have a yeah. And I used to also go into their law library.
- 1:37:57It was when you love something and you love to study it.
- 1:38:02So it brought me back to when I was doing
- 1:38:05my work and,
- 1:38:07I used to go into the university
- 1:38:10because I had someone
- 1:38:12I was related to at the time that,
- 1:38:16was a student at the university so I could go in there and
- 1:38:20that was,
- 1:38:22quite an experience.
- 1:38:24Mean, they they've got a lot of documents.
- 1:38:27Unknown: Law libraries, if you know what you're doing and what you're looking for and can manipulate your way around them a little bit, are pretty cool. They got some really cool reference books in there and you can certainly investigate
- 1:38:39a whole lot. Okay, what I wanted to bring up, Doug, was the question,
- 1:38:44word that was the point of your comment here, jurisdiction.
- 1:38:47Now you have a fourth, do you have it right there?
- 1:38:52Yeah. Well, look up jurisdiction in the fourth,
- 1:38:55and while you're doing that, I was gonna tell you what I know it has for it in the seventh,
- 1:39:01and I'm sure it's changed, okay?
- 1:39:04But if you go to the seventh, which is the one that I purchased and used a lot when I was doing a lot of my initial stuff,
- 1:39:11and go to the term jurisdiction,
- 1:39:13you know what it says, Chris? The definition for that? Now jurisdiction is a pretty big concept,
- 1:39:18right? And you go to the notable law dictionary, most people use familiar with blacks, and go to that term in the seventh, you know what it says?
- 1:39:32Unknown: No, but I know that there were many changes because I did compare
- 1:39:37different
- 1:39:38books They at the
- 1:39:39Unknown: changed it. That's why I told Gary to get one of the earlier ones because they hadn't changed it as much as they have the later ones. Brent made a statement here a week or two ago that it
- 1:39:50sounded like he had
- 1:39:52really preferred
- 1:39:53the seventh edition because the people that had put it together. But Chris, do you know what it says in the seventh there for this huge concept of jurisdiction as a definition?
- 1:40:09I don't guess he does. Eric?
- 1:40:11Eric's still with us. Doug's we're conversing.
- 1:40:14Well, let me tell you what it says
- 1:40:17since nobody wants to pony up here.
- 1:40:20That huge concept of jurisdiction that we could sit here and talk
- 1:40:25quite a bit about, okay,
- 1:40:27the definition in Black's Law Dictionary to the right of it says the state of the forum,
- 1:40:34five words.
- 1:40:35That's the entire definition for the entire concept of jurisdiction,
- 1:40:40the state of the forum.
- 1:40:45Unknown: Well,
- 1:40:47I'm
- 1:40:49looking at the word in my fork here, and
- 1:40:54I
- 1:40:55I'll read a little bit. There's
- 1:40:57not a lot of there's more the whole thing is
- 1:41:01there is a footnote here,
- 1:41:04but there's, like, tons and tons and tons of cases. Okay?
- 1:41:10And it says here in the beginning,
- 1:41:14the word is a term
- 1:41:17of large
- 1:41:18and comprehensive
- 1:41:19import,
- 1:41:21comma,
- 1:41:22and embraces
- 1:41:23every kind of judicial
- 1:41:27action.
- 1:41:28And then they just give a whole bunch of things.
- 1:41:31Now here's the footnote.
- 1:41:33It is jurisdiction.
- 1:41:35It it is the authority,
- 1:41:39capacity,
- 1:41:40another important word there,
- 1:41:42power
- 1:41:43or right
- 1:41:45to act.
- 1:41:46And that's what this says.
- 1:41:49So
- 1:41:50we're
- 1:41:51as far as I understand
- 1:41:53this, we're talking about issues in court
- 1:41:58primarily,
- 1:41:59but it could be with police. If you understand
- 1:42:03what jurisdiction you're under,
- 1:42:05then you know what
- 1:42:07rules or policies
- 1:42:08Unknown: do or don't apply to you. Let me let me give a a really important
- 1:42:13base level lesson.
- 1:42:16Never argue jurisdiction
- 1:42:18with a police officer.
- 1:42:20Don't do it.
- 1:42:23Unknown: It is not
- 1:42:26Unknown: good patriot etiquette.
- 1:42:28People that do that occasionally end up dead.
- 1:42:32Don't do it.
- 1:42:37Unknown: Exactly.
- 1:42:40Now here's another thing here. It says,
- 1:42:43jurisdiction,
- 1:42:44it is the power of him
- 1:42:46who has the right
- 1:42:49of judging.
- 1:42:51These are short sentences.
- 1:42:53There's another one. And then they have, like, just, you know, a dozen or or or a 100 court
- 1:43:01cases. There's
- 1:43:02another one.
- 1:43:03It is of three times
- 1:43:06of the subject matter of the when they use the word person
- 1:43:12and
- 1:43:13to render particular judgment
- 1:43:16which was given.
- 1:43:19Unknown: Yep. And what happens is, Doug, they they have their jurisdictional
- 1:43:23statement in the first paragraph of every lawsuit that's filed.
- 1:43:28Now you, not understanding those words, never recognized it as such,
- 1:43:34but right there at the first, it'd say,
- 1:43:37Doug
- 1:43:38Cosmos,
- 1:43:39a resident of Fayetteville County or Siouxie Piggs County or whatever the hell it is up there. And right there, a resident of, boom, there's a jurisdictional statement. First paragraph, every lawsuit.
- 1:43:55Unknown: Exactly.
- 1:43:56Here's another one for a sentence.
- 1:43:59The amount claimed in
- 1:44:02good faith
- 1:44:03is the test of jurisdiction.
- 1:44:07Unknown: The what? And repeat that one. Repeat that first because you dropped out there first. I wanna hear it contiguously.
- 1:44:15Unknown: The amount claimed in good faith is the test of jurisdiction.
- 1:44:20Unknown: The amount claimed in good faith, that's on looking for a remedy, obviously.
- 1:44:25If Gary's listening or anybody else is in this quandary,
- 1:44:28one of the nice things about the fourth edition, the green cover of Blacks,
- 1:44:33is they did predominantly
- 1:44:35what Doug is illustrating
- 1:44:37for us here, is they would make a statement and then they would buttress it with a lot of excerpts dealing with that particular topic from court cases. Some of them are Supreme Court, some of them are appellate level, etc, but now if you really want to hone in on a word, Doug,
- 1:44:56and you were, say, over there by the university,
- 1:45:00and you went over and sashayed into the law library.
- 1:45:05The place to really hone down on a word is a group of books in the law library
- 1:45:11called Words and Phrases.
- 1:45:14Have you ever been in that bunch of books?
- 1:45:18Unknown: No.
- 1:45:19Go ahead. But I have, from other writings,
- 1:45:23understand it's
- 1:45:25Unknown: been used, but I didn't do that in the law library. Well, it's in the law libraries where you generally find it. You can probably find it online these days.
- 1:45:33But if you put words and go in to words and phrases, and let's say you wanted to look at this word jurisdiction, I'm going to give you another example in a minute, but if you wanted to look at jurisdiction, you'd go to the J and open it up and find the word, and there'd be a whole slew court cases just like the fourth that really pointed in with excerpts from that court case on the jurisdictional issue.
- 1:45:57Now,
- 1:45:58the reason I tell you this is because years ago,
- 1:46:02when I was in Cobb County up there in Marietta, I went down to their law library and I went over to words and phrases because I was then as I am now
- 1:46:11particularly interested in a word called we we use quite a bit called resident.
- 1:46:18And if you go into words and phrases in a law library, maybe online,
- 1:46:23and look under the word resident,
- 1:46:26one of the court excerpts they've got there, Doug,
- 1:46:29makes a real simple and concise
- 1:46:32statement,
- 1:46:33and it says anytime this word is used in a legal context,
- 1:46:39its definition
- 1:46:40is
- 1:46:41always
- 1:46:43political.
- 1:46:45Always.
- 1:46:46Unknown: There you go.
- 1:46:49Unknown: So, words and phrases as you're getting into this or you're exploring something is a real valuable tool and I would never have known about that group of books if I didn't go through paralegal school because that's where I learned about it.
- 1:47:04Unknown: Would you restate that again?
- 1:47:08Unknown: Restate
- 1:47:09Unknown: what was in the book or Well, what you just said about resident
- 1:47:13Unknown: step. If you go to words and phrases, a specific
- 1:47:17name of a group of books in a law library is where you're generally going to find it.
- 1:47:22And under the term resident,
- 1:47:24one of the excerpts from a court case that was listed under there, I do not remember which one, this is twenty five or more years ago,
- 1:47:33it said whenever the term resident is used in a legal
- 1:47:39context,
- 1:47:40its definition
- 1:47:42is
- 1:47:43always
- 1:47:44political.
- 1:47:47Unknown: There you go.
- 1:47:48And that's and and that's a tricky word there.
- 1:47:52Like I was mentioning a couple of days ago about
- 1:47:56when they wanted me to be on the jury, and I said, well, just to clarify,
- 1:48:01my political
- 1:48:02status
- 1:48:04is
- 1:48:05a a national,
- 1:48:07and I don't
- 1:48:10I'm not a resident.
- 1:48:12I I dwell here.
- 1:48:14Okay?
- 1:48:15And so if I may, there's just two more sentences here that's pretty much that's it for black's law.
- 1:48:23This is kind of important here. They have this in quotes.
- 1:48:28Three words or three four words. It says,
- 1:48:32jurisdiction
- 1:48:34of subject
- 1:48:36dash
- 1:48:37matter Yes.
- 1:48:39Means
- 1:48:41means jurisdiction
- 1:48:43of class
- 1:48:45of cases
- 1:48:46to which particular
- 1:48:48case
- 1:48:49belongs.
- 1:48:53Okay. So it's not like you go into
- 1:48:57Unknown: go ahead. Let me say this. There's two types of jurisdiction. You know this, I think, probably. I know Chris does.
- 1:49:04There's personal jurisdiction
- 1:49:06and there's subject matter jurisdiction,
- 1:49:11and in either one of those,
- 1:49:13supposedly
- 1:49:14by the rules,
- 1:49:17jurisdiction is challenged
- 1:49:19at any point in the court case,
- 1:49:22the court case stops,
- 1:49:23that jurisdiction has that jurisdictional challenge has to be met and satisfied
- 1:49:28before the proceedings pick up and go forward.
- 1:49:31That's the way it's supposed to work.
- 1:49:35Unknown: I understand.
- 1:49:36Yeah. But they my personal
- 1:49:39case, they ignored all that, although I brought it to to them. Okay, here's And the last Doug,
- 1:49:45Unknown: hold it for the audience. Let me make a point.
- 1:49:48Because you just made the point, I'm gonna make a counterpoint.
- 1:49:52If you would have had that declaration
- 1:49:54or affidavit filed with the Secretary of State, they couldn't have overridden your jurisdictional
- 1:49:59challenge.
- 1:50:01They can if you don't, but if you've got it filed up there with the head knocker and you stand belligerently on your position,
- 1:50:08they cannot roll over you.
- 1:50:12Unknown: Exactly.
- 1:50:14I understand that. And so we have, here closing
- 1:50:18this section on jurisdiction.
- 1:50:21The last one was just,
- 1:50:23jurisdiction of subject matter. And now,
- 1:50:27in agreement with what you just laid out there, here's the last one.
- 1:50:32Jurisdiction
- 1:50:33of the person,
- 1:50:35in quotes,
- 1:50:37is power
- 1:50:38to subject parties
- 1:50:41in a particular case
- 1:50:43to decisions
- 1:50:45and rulings
- 1:50:46made
- 1:50:48in such case. Bingo.
- 1:50:52Unknown: Read it again. There you go. Read it again,
- 1:50:55please.
- 1:50:57Unknown: Okay. In quotes, jurisdiction of the person,
- 1:51:01end of quote,
- 1:51:03his
- 1:51:04power
- 1:51:05to subject
- 1:51:07parties
- 1:51:08in a particular case
- 1:51:11to decisions
- 1:51:13and rulings
- 1:51:14made
- 1:51:15in such case.
- 1:51:17Unknown: To subject
- 1:51:19parties.
- 1:51:21Now is subject a verb or a noun there?
- 1:51:26Well, doesn't say, but I would say No, it doesn't. Be That's why
- 1:51:31I'm asking. Would
- 1:51:33parties that be a
- 1:51:36are subject subject to what?
- 1:51:40Jurisdiction thereof.
- 1:51:44Unknown: Well,
- 1:51:45subject here is to the decisions and the rulings.
- 1:51:49Unknown: Well, that's the that's the jurisdiction thereof because they're gonna follow the subject rulings and outlines from above in that remedy,
- 1:51:57I promise you.
- 1:52:00Unknown: Absolutely.
- 1:52:01Unknown: Okay, and that's called in personum
- 1:52:04jurisdiction legally.
- 1:52:08But there you go and that's listen, the whole rubber meeting the whole road is on that
- 1:52:14concept
- 1:52:14right there. What gives that
- 1:52:18hook nosed
- 1:52:19Edomite bastard up there in congress the ability to write these laws,
- 1:52:25get them through the regulatory
- 1:52:28sausage maker,
- 1:52:30and come apply them on me.
- 1:52:33Now the key in what I just said
- 1:52:36was the regulatory
- 1:52:37agencies because that's the key to the administrative
- 1:52:41state.
- 1:52:45Unknown: Well, and also what once the court started
- 1:52:48to apply
- 1:52:50precedents,
- 1:52:52then
- 1:52:53they didn't have to actually look at the facts. Hold it. Precedent
- 1:52:58Unknown: but hold it, Doug. Precedence is a common law concept.
- 1:53:04Unknown: Well, they use it out of common law.
- 1:53:07So they say, oh, this this judge, this case, they already decided it this way so it applies here. But when they don't wanna do that, then they go, no. We gotta judge this individually.
- 1:53:18Unknown: Well, no. This this regulation has been written, it overrides that. That's the kind of crap they pull right there. In six months of paralegal school,
- 1:53:26and we had 10 different modules, real estate law, contract law, legal research,
- 1:53:32etcetera, etcetera, that we dealt with, okay?
- 1:53:36And in that entire six months, in all of those modules,
- 1:53:40the only time I saw the words common law
- 1:53:44were in the legal research
- 1:53:46section,
- 1:53:47and you know what it said, Doug? It had common law and then it had
- 1:53:53precedent.
- 1:53:57Okay? And that's because that's what the common law was based
- 1:54:01proceeding cases.
- 1:54:02They've changed the formal law and taken it over down this commercial law, private law for public cases, and they can override
- 1:54:10those common law and those precedents at times with different
- 1:54:14commercial law or regulatory stuff. I mean, look and I'm thinking about this a bit lately.
- 1:54:21All the stuff that they've pulled
- 1:54:23like god out of the schools. How they get the 10 commandments out of the school?
- 1:54:28Supreme Court case. How did they get us all shoved down into the secondary citizen hip with Brown versus Board of Education?
- 1:54:35Supreme Court case. How did they get abortion legal? Supreme Court case.
- 1:54:40They're affecting their policy changes
- 1:54:43not only through the regulatory scheme, but they're using that Supreme Court like a hammer, and that's why they're freaking out about Trump. There's rumors out there that Ruth Bader Ginsburg's dead. I don't know if you've seen that. K? There was a while back too,
- 1:54:58and it proved to be false at the first of the year, but there's more rumors. They're absolutely terrified
- 1:55:05that that old hag is gonna die, and Trump's gonna get to put a conservative on there. Yes.
- 1:55:11Stack and pack the extreme supreme court. They're wanting to go back they're wanting to go back and restack the court now. Have you seen them float that trial balloon?
- 1:55:22Yes, sir. Okay. Chris, you're back.
- 1:55:25Did you have anything to add on our Doug and mine's pretty good discussion on jurisdiction and stuff here that I'm sure you heard.
- 1:55:33Unknown: Well, jurisdiction,
- 1:55:34the
- 1:55:36lawful right to
- 1:55:38of the words of law to act in a matter with authority to rule
- 1:55:42is everything.
- 1:55:44And when they don't have jurisdiction because you can only serve one, the creator or evil, wicked, perverse man, Frederick Bastier's
- 1:55:52treaties to law
- 1:55:54Unknown: is the underwriting premise that everything else stems from. Yes, sir. Sure is. Well, I'm gonna clear our captain for landing here, but he doesn't have much runway. Go, buddy. Zero.
- 1:56:07Unknown: Hey, guys.
- 1:56:09The federal supreme court had no
- 1:56:12absolutely no ability
- 1:56:14to address
- 1:56:16state
- 1:56:17citizens
- 1:56:18large C
- 1:56:20prior to the civil war.
- 1:56:23Period.
- 1:56:25Had no jurisdiction
- 1:56:27to address state
- 1:56:29Unknown: citizens. Let's explore that. Right. We're gonna run out of time here, and I think what you brought is interesting, and I think it's
- 1:56:38subject for discussion.
- 1:56:40And tomorrow, we got Paul. So why don't we lay this till Thursday and open up the show with this on Thursday? Because I'd never heard that before, and I'd like to hear more, and I'm sure the audience would too.
- 1:56:52K? Here it is. Yeah. Alright. I hear the whistler. Yeah. The whistler's tuning up. I gotta go meet all these crazy expats and have lunch and go grocery shopping. And one of the dogs here got gored by a by a cow evidently. He's got a big chunk out of his back leg. Gotta get some silver lawn on him at some point today. Oh. So, I got a pretty busy and you gotta catch him and hold him down to do it. So, I got a pretty busy day going on. I'll be back tomorrow with Paul and I hope you'll be with us and I thank everybody for the discussion today.
- 1:57:27Darryl, we'll see you soon too and I wanna hear about that, okay, buddy? You
- 1:57:32guys have a great day.
- 1:57:34Ciao. Ciao. Keep
- 1:57:37an eye on the markets.
- 1:57:42God bless you. Yes,
- 1:57:44sir.
- 1:58:25Unknown: Blasting the voice of freedom worldwide,
- 1:58:27you're listening to the Global Voice Radio Network.
- 1:58:31Unknown: Bye bye, boys. Have fun storming the castle.
