Two men, Devonte Vance, 26, and Austin Morris, 22, were fatally shot early Sunday morning in Huntsville, with Vance dying at the scene and Morris later succumbing to his injuries. Police found a third person still at the scene, who was taken into custody. The Major Crimes Unit is investigating the altercation that led to the shooting, and the case is now in the hands of the Madison County District Attorney’s Office for potential charges.
