- 2:14Speaker 1: and left everybody else shit fucked up. We're gonna find
- 2:16Speaker 1: out when.
- 2:17Speaker 2: We get there. Took all the PvP off force up exactly.
- 2:20Speaker 1: Nigga got a three min our house on a two
- 2:22Speaker 1: thousand dollars block. How that block is crazy? I just
- 2:32Speaker 1: know the area, but he's gonna have to refix everything. Yeah, yeah,
- 2:37Speaker 1: for sure, I won't check it out, but obviously in town.
- 2:39Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, doing a little business as well.
- 2:41Speaker 1: I gotta start off with the frog question. What is
- 2:43Speaker 1: your most memorable or worst show You've ever had? A
- 2:48Speaker 1: most memorable and worst worse? Let me think about the
- 2:50Speaker 1: worst show ever. It had been like nineties, dang late nineties.
- 2:56Speaker 1: I remember it was doing the Dennis Rod meant era, right,
- 3:00Speaker 1: and I remember I was doing the shows. It was
- 3:02Speaker 1: actually the first time I started roasting motherfuckers So I
- 3:04Speaker 1: was performing on stage in Philly, Germantown area of Philadelphia, Philly,
- 3:10Speaker 1: what's up, motherfuckers, I mean Philly, performing this place called
- 3:14Speaker 1: Morgan's and my mum being on stage. I remember seeing
- 3:17Speaker 1: this girl in the front. She had like the blonde hair,
- 3:20Speaker 1: and Dennis Rodman had blonde hair back then, and I
- 3:24Speaker 1: called a Denise Rodman and the bitch got mad and
- 3:26Speaker 1: poor a drink at me. And I know I didn't
- 3:29Speaker 1: know how to react to this. I said, Okay, thank you,
- 3:30Speaker 1: good night. I can't perform when that's probably one of
- 3:36Speaker 1: my most memorable worst show, but it's all good.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Best show though.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Let me see us my stand up show, right comedy show, right.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Man, so many of them.
- 3:49Speaker 1: My favorite, oh my favorite had a band, the Martin
- 3:52Speaker 1: Lawns Tour. We just did. We did Vegas. Oh my goodness.
- 3:57Speaker 1: I couldn't just I couldn't anything. I said, the mugs crazy.
- 4:00Speaker 1: So I remember that show very well. It was so good,
- 4:03Speaker 1: you know. I just I left early because I mean,
- 4:05Speaker 1: if I stay any longer, they're not going to be
- 4:07Speaker 1: laugh for the next comedian. So I'm like, they just
- 4:09Speaker 1: cutting nice and short and Martin Ars tour in Vegas
- 4:13Speaker 1: like two years ago.
- 4:14Speaker 2: That damn, that's not said.
- 4:16Speaker 1: I didn't even think about that, like you being in
- 4:17Speaker 1: the situation where you're like, let me.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Let me you know what I mean, that's going that well?
- 4:24Speaker 2: So is that like a bad feeling though, like because
- 4:27Speaker 2: you know, you know it's a good feeling.
- 4:28Speaker 1: But you know, at the end of the days it's
- 4:30Speaker 1: a team work because it's I wasn't the one closing
- 4:32Speaker 1: the show, was closing the show out, and I'll probably
- 4:35Speaker 1: give Hi another ten minutes, but I had another guy
- 4:37Speaker 1: that going had going after me.
- 4:38Speaker 2: I said, let me save something for him.
- 4:40Speaker 1: That's a tough checking would be any more money, but
- 4:42Speaker 1: I don't need to do too much. That's funny because
- 4:46Speaker 1: you ain't safe your backup no minutes exactly. No, I
- 4:50Speaker 1: don't want nobody else to play up to me shoot
- 4:53Speaker 1: all the ball, so I want you to be her
- 4:56Speaker 1: a long time.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Yeah, that's crazy.
- 4:59Speaker 1: But also, man, shout out to you know what I'm saying,
- 5:02Speaker 1: TV show BT plus going on.
- 5:04Speaker 2: How hard was that to?
- 5:06Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, get your own first show man?
- 5:08Speaker 1: That was you know what that had to do? More
- 5:11Speaker 1: like networking? You know, usually you went on your agents
- 5:14Speaker 1: to like make things happen. But you know, I just
- 5:18Speaker 1: in the years, I built a name for myself and
- 5:21Speaker 1: I decided to use my own name to just try
- 5:23Speaker 1: to get things done. I actually ran into Tyler Perry
- 5:27Speaker 1: the first time I ran into Tyler Perry. Actually, I
- 5:30Speaker 1: did a cameo in the movie he was doing with
- 5:33Speaker 1: Tiffany Haddich. It's called Nobody's Food, And I know I
- 5:37Speaker 1: was booked to do like a little cameo in the movie.
- 5:39Speaker 2: It was a scene in a movie where.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Tiffany just got out of jail and I went up
- 5:44Speaker 1: there to pick up somebody else from the jail, and
- 5:46Speaker 1: then she ended up getting me some pussy in the car.
- 5:48Speaker 2: It's gonna it was a wild scene, right. He was
- 5:51Speaker 2: a real uber.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Yeah, delivered dick, That's what I was. It's a while
- 6:00Speaker 1: so there's a scene, and you know I was, and
- 6:02Speaker 1: I pretty much ad lipped the whole movie, you know,
- 6:04Speaker 1: And I was on set for like freaking ten minutes done,
- 6:09Speaker 1: you know what I mean. And then it's so funny.
- 6:12Speaker 1: We're just talking about how you should leave some laughter
- 6:15Speaker 1: for the ordin be got my mother that night I
- 6:17Speaker 1: was it was in Atlanta. Asked you we did. We
- 6:19Speaker 1: did the Martin tour again. It was in Atlanta. This
- 6:21Speaker 1: time it was a guy that was going on after me.
- 6:24Speaker 1: I'm not gonna mention no names. And he wasn't one
- 6:28Speaker 1: going on after me, you know. Uh, he was new
- 6:31Speaker 1: to the tour. This was his first date. But this
- 6:33Speaker 1: guy's a beast. It's a comedian. We know him. Every
- 6:35Speaker 1: comedian know that he's a comedian's comic. And by that night.
- 6:39Speaker 1: I hit him hard that night, and I remember I
- 6:41Speaker 1: had to leave because originally I put they wanted me
- 6:44Speaker 1: to close the show out, but because I had to
- 6:46Speaker 1: go and film this movie with Tyler because Taler was
- 6:48Speaker 1: on set waiting on me. So he waiting on me,
- 6:51Speaker 1: and I'm like, okay, I went up there, hit him hard.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Boom boom, boom boom, got in the car. I'm being
- 6:55Speaker 1: driven to the Tyler Perry studio. And then ten minutes
- 6:59Speaker 1: later we got a call like, Mike and mother, when
- 7:01Speaker 1: I went after you, is getting booed right now?
- 7:03Speaker 2: I mean, he caught it.
- 7:04Speaker 1: This mothering probably can help performing Atlanta at it was bad,
- 7:09Speaker 1: you know, but yeah, that's when I went up there
- 7:10Speaker 1: and did my thing. And I was the first time
- 7:13Speaker 1: I ran into Tyler. Then went fast forward to like
- 7:16Speaker 1: twenty maybe nineteen. I went to this jay Z event
- 7:21Speaker 1: and at the hard Rock in Florida. He was doing
- 7:25Speaker 1: like his year elite nonprofit event where they raised money
- 7:27Speaker 1: for college or something he does. Everybody was there from Beyonce,
- 7:31Speaker 1: Meek and jay Z. Tyler was there, and I ran
- 7:35Speaker 1: into Tyler again. I'm like, hey, I just went up
- 7:36Speaker 1: to on myself. You know, I'm like, hey, I got
- 7:38Speaker 1: a show idea. He said, okay, good, take my number
- 7:41Speaker 1: and then I text him.
- 7:42Speaker 2: The next day. He connected me with his people at
- 7:45Speaker 2: the Tyler Perry studio and I went and met with him.
- 7:47Speaker 2: He said, you know, set up a point to meet
- 7:49Speaker 2: with them.
- 7:50Speaker 1: And prior to that, I've been trying to get my agents.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Like you know, I always wanted to do a show
- 7:56Speaker 1: where I play a teacher. As a kid growing up
- 7:58Speaker 1: in America, Nigga roasted me every day in school. I
- 8:02Speaker 1: got lit h Philly. In fact, before Philly was Jersey,
- 8:06Speaker 1: Jersey wasn't even worse. I was in Jersey for like
- 8:09Speaker 1: three years before I moved to Philly, and and even
- 8:13Speaker 1: Dan it was like some foreign teachers. The kids always
- 8:16Speaker 1: claimed them teachers. They had some Jamaican teachers or even
- 8:18Speaker 1: the African teachers. Them niggas caught it hard. I mean
- 8:21Speaker 1: the kids, and I'm like, I gotta save these niggas, right,
- 8:24Speaker 1: So I always wanted to do a show where I
- 8:26Speaker 1: like these fucking kids. I'd be a teacher and I
- 8:29Speaker 1: got a revenge for every foreign teacher they ever thought
- 8:32Speaker 1: a badass fucking school right, all them hood scoose all
- 8:35Speaker 1: you mother.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Fuck I hope you're watching punk.
- 8:42Speaker 3: He's a prodigal. He went to waan on me. We
- 8:44Speaker 3: would have got all your ass too. Went away you
- 8:46Speaker 3: that showed that weekends. Coo, nigga, I don't get now.
- 8:51Speaker 3: I wesh it the purpose. I wished the niggas a
- 8:53Speaker 3: ro so I couldn't like their ass.
- 8:55Speaker 2: Something story.
- 8:57Speaker 1: I'm gonna finishing you in the sect'll be bad. Keep
- 9:00Speaker 1: the same energy when I come back. So what I said, Yeah,
- 9:06Speaker 1: so I always wanted. I mean I have, like for
- 9:08Speaker 1: the past seven years. I always I even shot a
- 9:10Speaker 1: little pilot one time on a teacher show where you know,
- 9:14Speaker 1: I get the class and I'm dressed crazy and the
- 9:16Speaker 1: kids lighting me up, and then I just took turn.
- 9:19Speaker 2: Let all them kids up, and kids you know what
- 9:22Speaker 2: I mean.
- 9:22Speaker 1: Back fuck them kids, shout Anthony Edwards, send the video.
- 9:27Speaker 2: We'll get back to that.
- 9:28Speaker 1: Nigga's a whole lot of niggas won't get back.
- 9:31Speaker 2: To you to the video. Yeah.
- 9:39Speaker 1: So I met with his team and then we talked
- 9:44Speaker 1: about the show, you know, and and then then the
- 9:49Speaker 1: pandemic happened. We don't I don't hear ship back, so
- 9:52Speaker 1: why you know? And I never wait on nobody, you
- 9:54Speaker 1: know what I mean. So I just went to try
- 9:55Speaker 1: to get another show idea. I met another team, we
- 9:58Speaker 1: put some other ship to get the picture, this other
- 10:01Speaker 1: show to BT. He's just like, yes, you know, came
- 10:05Speaker 1: on board, read to make it happen. And right before
- 10:07Speaker 1: I signed the papers, Tyler Studio called me up like, hey, man,
- 10:10Speaker 1: the show we talked about, read to make it happen.
- 10:13Speaker 2: I'm like, fuck, So now I have to decide what
- 10:15Speaker 2: I want to go with.
- 10:16Speaker 1: But I'm choosing, you know, Tyler's studio, because Tyler got
- 10:19Speaker 1: the billion dollars. You know, you got everything going on,
- 10:22Speaker 1: you know what I mean, you can't go wrong. And
- 10:26Speaker 1: we went up there and made it happen. Man, the show.
- 10:28Speaker 1: If you ain't seen the show, yes, It's called The
- 10:29Speaker 1: Michael Blackson Show on BT Plus. It's something I always
- 10:32Speaker 1: wanted to do. Get a chance to roast students back.
- 10:36Speaker 1: For every foreign teacher in the world that all this
- 10:39Speaker 1: ever frontaer ever came to America that got roasted. This
- 10:42Speaker 1: show is for you money, all the French motherfuckers, African
- 10:46Speaker 1: Jamaican teachers, all your foreign teachers that these fucking kids disuspected.
- 10:50Speaker 1: I did this show for all you want to for.
- 10:52Speaker 1: O to your old meeting doing miss Jones hype right now.
- 10:55Speaker 1: A foreign teacher, Yeah, trying to worry files to be cool.
- 11:02Speaker 1: But she's from.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Poor Lady tea. Poor lady is a terror. Shout out
- 11:13Speaker 2: to her. She gave me a.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Hat to retake her class. When I was a senior,
- 11:19Speaker 1: it was a freshman class.
- 11:20Speaker 2: I was fishing.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Damn you love bit Jones too. Yeah, you're singing the
- 11:25Speaker 1: ninth grade class. You didn't go there like the yellow buses.
- 11:32Speaker 1: That's worse, ain't Now let's take it back to how
- 11:39Speaker 1: you Lincoln with Q for the Friday Ice cute my nigga? Yes, man,
- 11:45Speaker 1: let me see, that's a crazy story to man. So
- 11:49Speaker 1: the last job I had last my clocked into a
- 11:52Speaker 1: job was an airline job. A lot of comedians had
- 11:55Speaker 1: that job because they got to fly for free, you
- 11:58Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, So you get to, like, you know,
- 12:00Speaker 1: in your days off, go wherever you want. So last
- 12:03Speaker 1: job I had in Philly, I had worked for the
- 12:05Speaker 1: airline and then on my day off, I fly to
- 12:07Speaker 1: La just go hit the stage. And it's one particular
- 12:10Speaker 1: time I went on stage. It happened to be the
- 12:12Speaker 1: same night the Ice Qube came out to watch Mike
- 12:15Speaker 1: for the first time.
- 12:18Speaker 2: And then I happened to be performing that night.
- 12:20Speaker 1: And then when I was done and he came to
- 12:22Speaker 1: see Mike EPs A playing to do Next Friday.
- 12:24Speaker 2: I didn't know.
- 12:24Speaker 1: I didn't know they was doing our Next Friday project.
- 12:27Speaker 1: I just remember performing, and I remember like the next day,
- 12:30Speaker 1: you know, the guy that was hosting the show, this
- 12:32Speaker 1: guy Torri hit me up like, hey, some people here
- 12:35Speaker 1: asking about you know you auditioned it for Next Friday.
- 12:39Speaker 1: I'm like, what the fuck is that? I didn't realize
- 12:42Speaker 1: was the sequel to Friday. And I got the script
- 12:45Speaker 1: and I you know, looked at it and I had
- 12:47Speaker 1: to go back home, of course, and then come back
- 12:49Speaker 1: like a week later, to audition, and the week before
- 12:52Speaker 1: the audition was when everything goes wrong, you know, before
- 12:59Speaker 1: the audition. In fact, a week before the audition, something
- 13:02Speaker 1: crazy happened. Right was this is Philly, This is like
- 13:05Speaker 1: nineteen ninety nine. January of nineteen ninety nine, Me, comedian
- 13:11Speaker 1: named Buck and Philly, another guy named Terray and a
- 13:14Speaker 1: comedian named Kevin Hart. Right, four of us driving to
- 13:17Speaker 1: New York to do a show. Right before we got
- 13:21Speaker 1: in a car to do the show, we all met
- 13:23Speaker 1: at a location and then we all decided to get
- 13:26Speaker 1: in the wrong fucking car. You know what I mean,
- 13:28Speaker 1: my car. I didn't want to put miles on my shit.
- 13:29Speaker 1: I'm like, no, nigga, I just got my car and
- 13:32Speaker 1: I put Miths on there. Fuck you mother, fuck us.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Cavshit was some piece of shit. Wasn't getting hit car?
- 13:38Speaker 1: Terray had no fucking car. Buck had the nicest car.
- 13:42Speaker 1: His car is like a maybe a nineteen ninety five
- 13:45Speaker 1: Nissan Maximum, low miles looking good.
- 13:48Speaker 2: Good guys.
- 13:49Speaker 1: You know, we're like, yeah, we won't get in this car.
- 13:51Speaker 1: But we also forgot that Buck is the most illegal
- 13:54Speaker 1: person in the group. This nigga, everything about him is
- 13:57Speaker 1: not real. I don't think his mother is his real mother,
- 14:01Speaker 1: A right nigga. Long story short this We later found
- 14:05Speaker 1: out this nigga had a license plate on his car
- 14:08Speaker 1: that belonged to another car so Philly. Back in the day,
- 14:12Speaker 1: when you get a lot of tickets on your car,
- 14:14Speaker 1: you just report the play stolen and then you get
- 14:16Speaker 1: a new plate. That way you do on toyo car.
- 14:19Speaker 1: So the play he had was a plate that somebody
- 14:21Speaker 1: else reported stolen in the past, So that plat is
- 14:24Speaker 1: on the car.
- 14:24Speaker 2: We on the.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Turnpike, maybe thirty minutes from New York, were in Jersey
- 14:29Speaker 1: around Nork, New Jersey, the same place I was. I
- 14:31Speaker 1: spent my first three years state trooper behind us, and
- 14:35Speaker 1: mind you, I should have known something was wrong because
- 14:37Speaker 1: before we started driving, Buck was like, I'm not feeling well, Mike,
- 14:41Speaker 1: you drive, I'm like, oh, you know, I'm like good, yeah,
- 14:44Speaker 1: I drop you a nice car, and not thinking this
- 14:45Speaker 1: nigga got me driving because the papers ain't right. Were
- 14:50Speaker 1: driving state trooper behind us, I'm like nervous. I'm like
- 14:53Speaker 1: I never had no state trooper behind me before, you know,
- 14:56Speaker 1: I don't know what to do. I'm freaking twenty one
- 14:59Speaker 1: years old. If that so, I'm like, oh, ship, okay,
- 15:02Speaker 1: it's what we're gonna do. So he said, Mike Man,
- 15:06Speaker 1: just just like Mike, just drop straight, don't put no attention,
- 15:09Speaker 1: just drive and the next thing the light is on
- 15:12Speaker 1: and then they're like pull over, you know. And then
- 15:14Speaker 1: we pulled over. They pulled our guns on us, had
- 15:17Speaker 1: guns on all of us, like, get out the car
- 15:19Speaker 1: because the ready license plate, the right license plates came
- 15:22Speaker 1: up Stolling property.
- 15:23Speaker 2: So the thing the cars stolen anything is a license plate.
- 15:28Speaker 2: They like, get out the car, drive our hands up,
- 15:30Speaker 2: walk backwards. I'm like, I don't even know the nigga.
- 15:32Speaker 1: I just got hit. Nigga, you know, I'm I'm like walking.
- 15:36Speaker 1: It's like Mike, you don't get shot, Mike, I'm make
- 15:39Speaker 1: a long shit. That got us all on the ground handcuffs,
- 15:42Speaker 1: you know. And then they're like while we're on the floor, right,
- 15:47Speaker 1: I'm right here the nigga with the car on the
- 15:50Speaker 1: bitch ass nigga that got us in trouble. He next
- 15:52Speaker 1: to me like your mic man, if they ask you anything,
- 15:55Speaker 1: telling them my name is azis white.
- 15:57Speaker 2: I'm like, who the fuck is the white? Said?
- 16:00Speaker 1: Who caused it? I said, Buck Buck who Buck Wow?
- 16:02Speaker 1: This nigga right here, this car right.
- 16:06Speaker 2: I know somebody before tell you a story, Get on,
- 16:16Speaker 2: I said, Buck Wow.
- 16:18Speaker 1: The niggas, so we have Cavin laughing, everybody cracking the
- 16:20Speaker 1: fuck up. This nigga got like fake counterfeit money in
- 16:26Speaker 1: his pocket. There's a whole lot of shit going on
- 16:28Speaker 1: this niggas. So they're like, okay, well what's going on?
- 16:31Speaker 2: Who car?
- 16:32Speaker 1: Where y'all going to. I'm like, We're going to New
- 16:34Speaker 1: York to do a show. I'm a comedian, sir. My
- 16:37Speaker 1: hair shots are in the trunk right, So they're still
- 16:39Speaker 1: laughed about that ship. To Today's Mike, your headshot might
- 16:41Speaker 1: give a fun about your head shots from the rest.
- 16:51Speaker 1: My head shots are in the trunk off your marketing,
- 16:54Speaker 1: you know. So they're looking ship up. Buck got counterfeit money,
- 17:00Speaker 1: you know, he took that ship through the way.
- 17:02Speaker 2: Cop.
- 17:02Speaker 1: Then cop, you realized, oh Cops, dumb ass cop, like, yo,
- 17:06Speaker 1: I think you threw your money by asking to get
- 17:07Speaker 1: a ship back to the nigga. Right his nigga like, motherfucker,
- 17:11Speaker 1: I'm trying to get rid of this ship. So he
- 17:12Speaker 1: put it back in his pocket, cuffed us up all
- 17:15Speaker 1: the gout us all four of us in the same cell,
- 17:18Speaker 1: you know, while they figured everything out. And then while
- 17:20Speaker 1: we're in the selle, this nigga still got this money
- 17:22Speaker 1: and hum here in the bathroom chewing money, trying to.
- 17:25Speaker 2: Get rid of the evidence.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Right, his mother alled green through my your guys, I
- 17:28Speaker 1: knowed how to help me eat this money, I said, nigga,
- 17:29Speaker 1: fucking anybody hungry, motherfucking somebody, sure you know, God damn money,
- 17:33Speaker 1: you know, and shit and change, Fuck you motherfucker. So eventually,
- 17:38Speaker 1: you know, the figure everything out, and uh, we was
- 17:41Speaker 1: in there for like four or five hours. We all
- 17:43Speaker 1: went home, kept the car, of course, and then we
- 17:47Speaker 1: got home. But then we had a court date. And
- 17:49Speaker 1: the day of the court date was the same day
- 17:52Speaker 1: I had to be an l for my audition. So
- 17:54Speaker 1: me and calv the only ones that like rented a car,
- 17:57Speaker 1: drove to Newark, New Jersey, went to court. You know,
- 18:00Speaker 1: they threw the ship out and then I flew we
- 18:02Speaker 1: draw back and then I was in writing the time
- 18:04Speaker 1: I got the thirty minutes to catch a flight to
- 18:06Speaker 1: make my audition. You know, when God flew took that
- 18:09Speaker 1: little five and have our flight went up there hype
- 18:12Speaker 1: the ship and killed the audition and then next you know,
- 18:17Speaker 1: got the movie.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Okay, tell them your favorite part of the movie.
- 18:20Speaker 1: So when you when he asked you, have you been
- 18:22Speaker 1: chewing on the CD and shit, you start laughing, Oh yeah,
- 18:27Speaker 1: because it wasn't me and app like you know, prior
- 18:29Speaker 1: to that. I mean, we known each other for like
- 18:32Speaker 1: this is like ninety nine. We known each other six
- 18:35Speaker 1: years already, so we used to add libbing.
- 18:38Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying. We lived.
- 18:40Speaker 1: Let me tell every every line we said was our
- 18:42Speaker 1: own line. The only thing I was in that script
- 18:44Speaker 1: that we said that I said was I can't get
- 18:47Speaker 1: jiggy with the ship. That's the only thing to write
- 18:48Speaker 1: us rope. Everything else was me and my just going
- 18:51Speaker 1: at I watched that movie so many times I noticed
- 18:54Speaker 1: you laughing. I'm like this, nigga.
- 18:55Speaker 2: It was shocking to me, like it just came out
- 18:57Speaker 2: of nowhere.
- 18:58Speaker 1: So I kind of like try top and I tried
- 19:00Speaker 1: to change series at the same time, go back into
- 19:03Speaker 1: like acting mode.
- 19:04Speaker 2: I was crying, but people at some point notice that.
- 19:07Speaker 1: But I mean, Doug, I mean when I watched it
- 19:10Speaker 1: when it was finished, and I went and watched the
- 19:11Speaker 1: finished cut because they had like a session where all
- 19:14Speaker 1: the actors get to watch what we did. I was like,
- 19:17Speaker 1: I didn't even like what to pick. That's how much
- 19:19Speaker 1: much better ship that we did.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Damn much better.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Much funnier ship. I'm like, what, why did you choose
- 19:24Speaker 1: this part? And you know that's because I'm guarantee you
- 19:28Speaker 1: ice Cube was not in the editing room. I was
- 19:30Speaker 1: not in the editing room. When they shoot a movie
- 19:32Speaker 1: and they senter to the editor, the editor is not
- 19:34Speaker 1: even then. When they're shooting the movie. His goal is
- 19:36Speaker 1: to get the best angles and the best this and that.
- 19:39Speaker 1: Fuck the jokes. There's just more angles than that. And
- 19:42Speaker 1: I think that's what the editor was looking at instead
- 19:44Speaker 1: of looking at jokes. What the niggas really care about volume, Well,
- 19:52Speaker 1: he'd be just going for angles.
- 19:54Speaker 2: Yeah joke.
- 19:58Speaker 1: Prior life you heared angles, Yeah angles, get the jokes?
- 20:09Speaker 1: All right, But obviously we know you know what I'm saying.
- 20:11Speaker 1: That is a Hood classic?
- 20:13Speaker 2: All right? What's your your favorite Hood classic? Go through?
- 20:17Speaker 3: Probably don't be a minus man, don't be.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Who I mean, I gotta give it to Friday. I mean,
- 20:26Speaker 1: I like comedy, don't give my menage?
- 20:28Speaker 2: Was I mean men. It was very very intense, you know.
- 20:32Speaker 1: But my fans when they see me, their favorite of
- 20:35Speaker 1: all thing was Repo y Repo Classic. It's my favorite
- 20:42Speaker 1: low budget for low budget can that was platinum to
- 20:45Speaker 1: B Man, people asking, that's why you put it on
- 20:49Speaker 1: two B Man.
- 20:49Speaker 2: That big black girl in that movie hilarious. But you
- 20:52Speaker 2: know Lesslie and about in Live, Yeah, shout out to us.
- 20:57Speaker 2: She was hilarious.
- 20:59Speaker 1: And they think that I casted that whole movie. The
- 21:02Speaker 1: only more person I didn't cast was Cat because I
- 21:05Speaker 1: think he hit him up and then pay him for
- 21:08Speaker 1: his old saying in one day. I remember that damn yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 21:13Speaker 1: because I cast that. I know where everybody got paid
- 21:15Speaker 1: in that that ship watching watch because I had to.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Tell him what it was gonna get paid, you know
- 21:22Speaker 2: what I mean.
- 21:22Speaker 1: I was like, Okay, I'm like, let's get this person,
- 21:25Speaker 1: Let's get that person, let's get this. I casted the
- 21:27Speaker 1: whole ship, you know what I mean. I went't called
- 21:30Speaker 1: because we talking about Leslie. You know, when I hit
- 21:33Speaker 1: her up, I said, hey, Leslie, I needed I need
- 21:38Speaker 1: in this movie, and then she read a scrap. She's like,
- 21:40Speaker 1: I'm supposed to be a ugly girl. I'm like, you know,
- 21:43Speaker 1: you're ugly. Come get this check, Come get this ugly check.
- 21:51Speaker 1: She mad at me to today.
- 21:55Speaker 3: She had a legendary part of that man shout out
- 21:59Speaker 3: a big leg is some neighborhood classic. Next Friday, Next Friday. Yeah,
- 22:04Speaker 3: I watched it a four thousand times, damn for real.
- 22:08Speaker 3: Now that's the only movie we had on the funniest movie,
- 22:11Speaker 3: and I just.
- 22:11Speaker 1: Ran it over and over. I can name that whole
- 22:14Speaker 1: I could say the whole movie for real, Next Friday.
- 22:17Speaker 1: But I think I think Friday After Next came too fast?
- 22:21Speaker 1: I think so, do you think I'm it was like,
- 22:23Speaker 1: first of all, Friday was nineteen ninety five, Next Friday
- 22:28Speaker 1: was two thousand five years later, and a year later,
- 22:30Speaker 1: Friday after the Next game out He's on that bag.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I think captain too fast. That's probably why it didn't.
- 22:38Speaker 1: It don't get as much because nobody talked about Friday
- 22:41Speaker 1: After Next being the favorite. It was funny, though. It's
- 22:43Speaker 1: one of the best Christmas movie ever. Though, one of
- 22:45Speaker 1: the best Christmas, the best hood Christmas movie at least
- 22:48Speaker 1: for sure, that's number one. Yeah, that's definitely Ricky Smiley
- 22:52Speaker 1: being that skinny ass Santa Claus, one of the funniest
- 22:55Speaker 1: on earth.
- 22:55Speaker 3: Yeah, now speaking about though, have girl ever put a
- 22:59Speaker 3: baby on your man?
- 23:01Speaker 1: My goodness, it's probably the first time I talked about
- 23:04Speaker 1: this before. I know, I talked about to my ade man.
- 23:07Speaker 1: I've had I've had one big scare.
- 23:11Speaker 2: Uh.
- 23:12Speaker 1: You know, my youngest kids are about to be seventeen
- 23:15Speaker 1: in March, you know what I mean. So Mike is
- 23:18Speaker 1: very ain't out there reckless, you know. But I did
- 23:23Speaker 1: have a scared four years ago, maybe five years ago.
- 23:29Speaker 2: It was a chick I was.
- 23:33Speaker 1: I was, I met, you know, I just became single,
- 23:37Speaker 1: you know, and then I was kicking it with her
- 23:40Speaker 1: and this girl I remember, hush.
- 23:42Speaker 2: You know.
- 23:42Speaker 1: The funny thing about it, I was so dumb because
- 23:44Speaker 1: she told me she was a dancer, and I wasn't
- 23:47Speaker 1: thinking because nobody, no real stripper gonna take your strip,
- 23:51Speaker 1: you know, they let you kind of like find out
- 23:52Speaker 1: later on you. But she told me she was dancer,
- 23:54Speaker 1: while my dumb man s thought this mother was a
- 23:56Speaker 1: ballet dancer. Oh, you know, like uh for Chris background, Yeah,
- 24:01Speaker 1: that's that I wasn't thinking about, like Pat the coochie,
- 24:05Speaker 1: oh and all that other stuff, right, night shift. Yeah,
- 24:08Speaker 1: I thought you before midnight. For a second, anything of
- 24:12Speaker 1: the midnight is not good. Anybody working after midnight, it's
- 24:16Speaker 1: no good. So herself she was.
- 24:24Speaker 3: Shout to the graveyard.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Somebody got to do go ahead.
- 24:30Speaker 1: So it was so remem my dad, uh, and we
- 24:36Speaker 1: bet on I g if I'm not mistaken, and then
- 24:39Speaker 1: I think I just you know, we decided to meet
- 24:41Speaker 1: up in atlant Everything that happens in Atlanta Atlanta, and
- 24:49Speaker 1: that's why I met her.
- 24:50Speaker 2: And she looked cool. You know, did you check your neck?
- 24:54Speaker 2: Me check your neck?
- 24:55Speaker 1: For she had a whole baby, nigga. So one thing
- 25:00Speaker 1: about she was she was this girl was dance. She
- 25:02Speaker 1: was very hard working girl. She was dancing, going to
- 25:05Speaker 1: school and then had a whole daughter. So she was
- 25:08Speaker 1: very responsible, you know. And I think her the baby
- 25:12Speaker 1: dad was in jail. So the last thing this girl
- 25:15Speaker 1: needed want it is calling me, not let me. Let's
- 25:17Speaker 1: talk to on the phone. Yeah, mikey, Mike, Mike, what's
- 25:26Speaker 1: up about the sucker? I'm here with your people is man,
- 25:31Speaker 1: I'm at the part now, I'm not there. I'm at
- 25:32Speaker 1: the podcast. I'll be done it like fifteen minutes. I'm
- 25:36Speaker 1: not there yet I see soon. Okay, yeah, got that's
- 25:40Speaker 1: not too much with me that one o'clock. That's why
- 25:42Speaker 1: hitting me up. So what was I talking about? The
- 25:44Speaker 1: girl telling about Edwards? Right, okay? Yeah, so she had
- 25:48Speaker 1: like I said, she had a she was going to
- 25:50Speaker 1: college dancing at night, and the whole had a whole
- 25:53Speaker 1: daughter and the baby that he was in jail. The
- 25:55Speaker 1: last thing this girl ever wanted was another kid. She missed,
- 25:59Speaker 1: he stressed completely. A baby was the last thing I
- 26:02Speaker 1: was on money. Right, So this is like maybe a
- 26:06Speaker 1: year later off me, you know, seeing her or whatever.
- 26:10Speaker 1: She she was supposed to wear and got bb app
- 26:17Speaker 1: tummy talk. Who was gonna got tummy talk? She had
- 26:20Speaker 1: a little gut, so she went to get a tummy talk.
- 26:23Speaker 1: And when she wanted to go get a tummy talk,
- 26:26Speaker 1: first you got to take our test whatever. And she said,
- 26:29Speaker 1: so she can't get it done. She can't get a
- 26:30Speaker 1: tummy tuk down. I said why, she said, He said
- 26:32Speaker 1: she's pregnant. I'm like, oh, snap, okay, I said, you've
- 26:39Speaker 1: seen somebody else, she said. She said, uh, yes, but
- 26:47Speaker 1: you're the only one to you know, I do unprotected
- 26:49Speaker 1: with she said, right, And I said Okay, no problem.
- 26:53Speaker 1: And then you know she's like, I don't worry. I
- 26:56Speaker 1: don't want to have no kid anyway, you know. So
- 26:59Speaker 1: you know, she me back like a week she says,
- 27:01Speaker 1: you know, she said she went to the clinic and
- 27:03Speaker 1: she just ain't it looked at dirty. She didn't like
- 27:05Speaker 1: the way it looked. So you know, she decides she's
- 27:07Speaker 1: changed her mind. I said, okay, you know, and me,
- 27:11Speaker 1: I always looked at kids as blessing always, you know,
- 27:18Speaker 1: And at that particular time, around that time, my oldest son.
- 27:22Speaker 1: I have an oldest son who's like twenty five. You know,
- 27:25Speaker 1: he lived with me when he was he moved to
- 27:28Speaker 1: Cali with me like tenth to eleven, twelfth grade, and
- 27:32Speaker 1: when he got out of when he was during high school,
- 27:34Speaker 1: he Mike, he just never listened much at all, hung
- 27:36Speaker 1: out the wrong crowd. Mike, he's smoking, We end up spoken,
- 27:40Speaker 1: some kid too, fucked himself up mentally, you know what
- 27:43Speaker 1: I mean.
- 27:44Speaker 2: And he will never be the same, you know what
- 27:45Speaker 2: I mean.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Because of that, I'm like, know what, And then she
- 27:48Speaker 1: always she knew she was it was a boy.
- 27:49Speaker 2: Whatever.
- 27:50Speaker 1: I'm like, you know, maybe that's God just giving me
- 27:52Speaker 1: a new Mikey, you know what I'm saying.
- 27:54Speaker 2: So I didn't. It didn't bother me yet. I didn't
- 27:57Speaker 2: kids to me.
- 27:57Speaker 1: If somebody came and said she's ten kids, I'm like,
- 28:00Speaker 1: come on, mothersucker, let's go.
- 28:02Speaker 2: That's how I am. But I love kids, so I'm
- 28:05Speaker 2: like that.
- 28:05Speaker 1: At the same time, I knew she was only keeping
- 28:08Speaker 1: a kid because she thought it was mine. And because
- 28:11Speaker 1: you already are stressed. You never even you know, you're
- 28:14Speaker 1: too busy for a baby. You doing it now because
- 28:17Speaker 1: you're looking at the bag, right, But it's okay. I
- 28:21Speaker 1: it didn't bother me, so then you know, I guess
- 28:25Speaker 1: that's like seven eight months pregnant. And she's like, she
- 28:29Speaker 1: could actually take a Porternity test to make me feel comfortable.
- 28:31Speaker 1: Why you sede feel pregnant? I'm like that don't sound
- 28:35Speaker 1: that sound too new school to me. Let's do the
- 28:37Speaker 1: right way. Yeah, let's let when the little nigga come out,
- 28:41Speaker 1: let's go, you know, swipe this guy's mouth or whatever
- 28:43Speaker 1: plug is. But whatever we gotta do to find out
- 28:45Speaker 1: the nigga's minds are not you know, you gotta be
- 28:48Speaker 1: a better practicing now.
- 28:53Speaker 2: Whatever they gotta do, right, So and then.
- 29:00Speaker 1: So we had appointment for him to go down there,
- 29:02Speaker 1: like and now a week before my apportment, she hit
- 29:03Speaker 1: me up and like, you don't have to come. I
- 29:07Speaker 1: guess she made the other person took a test. Oh man,
- 29:11Speaker 1: it was it was their damn. So I'm like, okay,
- 29:13Speaker 1: I thought what happened, you know, But it was the
- 29:16Speaker 1: biggest relief of my life because I'm like, I knew
- 29:18Speaker 1: she was She wasn't doing it because she wanted. She
- 29:21Speaker 1: was doing it because she was trying to life eighteen
- 29:24Speaker 1: years back. So I was like, thank you Jesus Christ
- 29:28Speaker 1: saving me.
- 29:29Speaker 2: Man.
- 29:31Speaker 1: That's probably that's that's about that, you know, that's about
- 29:33Speaker 1: the biggest you know, baby scared ever And talking about Edwards, right, you.
- 29:38Speaker 2: Ain't push you ain't push a hundred k through nah
- 29:42Speaker 2: nah ain't it.
- 29:42Speaker 1: But you know with him, if he's able to get
- 29:44Speaker 1: over with a hundred K, he should be happy. But
- 29:47Speaker 1: if that we know that girl ain't no dummy. She
- 29:50Speaker 1: ain't taking one hundred cares gets you. She get one
- 29:52Speaker 1: hundred K a month for eighteen years, so why would
- 29:56Speaker 1: you do that. She ain't gonna do that. She ain't
- 29:58Speaker 1: gonna do that, So be ready to gonna be a daddy.
- 30:00Speaker 1: But that's that guy, not he's gonna be your daddy.
- 30:03Speaker 1: But I'm about to be an uncle too. I'm about
- 30:05Speaker 1: to be I'm tired of girl listening. I beat then
- 30:07Speaker 1: uncle the baby. You know I will I take it
- 30:10Speaker 1: to your opportunity meetings, okay, because everybody gets you moving in.
- 30:15Speaker 1: We're family now, we're family. In fact, you know what
- 30:17Speaker 1: I mean, Edward. You're not treating us right. That's why
- 30:22Speaker 1: when I first saw it, I thought it was a hunt.
- 30:23Speaker 1: I thought it was a million dollars. It's a one
- 30:25Speaker 1: hundred grand. I'm like, nigga, please a man dollars. Maybe
- 30:29Speaker 1: she might even though that's that's just one year of
- 30:31Speaker 1: support for her. A man dollars. Yeah, what you got
- 30:35Speaker 1: three hundred million? It ain't that nyrous night Germany. Okay, okay,
- 30:40Speaker 1: it ain't a night rais in US dollars. Okay, it
- 30:43Speaker 1: ain't no pestos. But anyway, you just became my daddy
- 30:48Speaker 1: of an Instagram baby, my brother and braise the baby,
- 30:54Speaker 1: and just hope he becomes something because you're pending one
- 30:56Speaker 1: hundred grand a month. That nigga that be a president.
- 30:59Speaker 1: You come as a cand I'll be very upset. You
- 31:03Speaker 1: pay that kind of money for a kid and nigga
- 31:04Speaker 1: like a crack I'm not nigga. I'm taking you to court.
- 31:08Speaker 1: This nigga costs me one hundred grand a month and
- 31:10Speaker 1: now he'll crackhead all.
- 31:12Speaker 2: My ship back.
- 31:14Speaker 3: Facts, bro, stay, Oh yeah, some of your kids.
- 31:19Speaker 1: You know we've been bullshit for too long. We're gonna
- 31:21Speaker 1: get this right. Well, I wouldn't you know, I'll be
- 31:23Speaker 1: I'll be hurt. I played one hundred grand.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Yeah, come in a crackhead, that's crat in the corner. Yeah. Sure,
- 31:35Speaker 2: but we know, we know.
- 31:36Speaker 1: You're a Philly man. You know what I'm saying. You
- 31:38Speaker 1: unfortunately are Eagles fan. You know what I'm saying. What's
- 31:41Speaker 1: going Yeah, you know you know what it is. We
- 31:42Speaker 1: already talked about this, Misten man. When you go from
- 31:44Speaker 1: the super Bowl, it's hard to go back. So every
- 31:47Speaker 1: obsequence is against you. Ain't don't know where you at.
- 31:51Speaker 1: A lot of teams, besides the Chiefs and the Patriots,
- 31:54Speaker 1: a lot of time after the Super Bowl, they just
- 31:56Speaker 1: usually collapsed. Nothing happens, you know, nothing much happens after that.
- 32:00Speaker 1: So I'm not giving up on the Eagles yet. You know,
- 32:03Speaker 1: they Logeler hurtslander out here. Huh, Lodengler hurts slander out here. Yeah,
- 32:09Speaker 1: don't you know what he's no, no, no to think
- 32:11Speaker 1: about jailing Hurst.
- 32:13Speaker 2: I mean he got two hundred something million.
- 32:15Speaker 1: He earned that from, like, you know, the three years
- 32:17Speaker 1: he got the team to the playoffs.
- 32:19Speaker 2: You know, even look at the pretty dude niggas making like.
- 32:23Speaker 1: You're making what them guys make a game, You make
- 32:25Speaker 1: it one hundred thousand dollars for a year, and look
- 32:28Speaker 1: what he's doing to the team. So you know, when
- 32:30Speaker 1: their back comes, they're paying you for what you already did.
- 32:32Speaker 2: So they're paying jailing In, paying for what he already did.
- 32:35Speaker 2: You know.
- 32:36Speaker 1: So he just got that money. Prior to that, he
- 32:37Speaker 1: was making what a million dollars two three million a year. Yeah,
- 32:40Speaker 1: he was a round pick, but he just he just
- 32:42Speaker 1: got to just see, you know, he'll get it together
- 32:45Speaker 1: because what got him what he was is not making mistakes.
- 32:47Speaker 1: And the last three games he made a lot of
- 32:49Speaker 1: mistakes and hopefully, you know, it could wake him up,
- 32:52Speaker 1: you know, but it's supports at the end of the day,
- 32:55Speaker 1: who cares man?
- 32:56Speaker 2: Everybody to give au you give him for up?
- 32:59Speaker 1: What's your favorite feel your favorite Philly is my everything
- 33:02Speaker 1: Philly from seventy six or sixers, Eagles, Flyers, Phillies and
- 33:07Speaker 1: we all got well, I mean we're all having a
- 33:09Speaker 1: very tough years. I mean the Phillies almost go through
- 33:12Speaker 1: the World Series. I mean then they went last year
- 33:15Speaker 1: they lost. The soccer team went to the finals, loss
- 33:17Speaker 1: Eagles in the finals, loss Sixers. We can't even go
- 33:20Speaker 1: past the second round? What's up with m B man?
- 33:23Speaker 1: We know, you know like that, but what's up with
- 33:25Speaker 1: the playoffs?
- 33:26Speaker 2: Man? Like y'all?
- 33:26Speaker 1: Yeah, they just he finds with the choke man that
- 33:29Speaker 1: second round. The first round is no problem. In the
- 33:31Speaker 1: second round, they just find a way to choke.
- 33:34Speaker 2: You know.
- 33:34Speaker 1: I think God got been out of there and now
- 33:37Speaker 1: it was the excuse now you know, and we'll see
- 33:39Speaker 1: what happens. They got James out of there too, now
- 33:41Speaker 1: no more excuses. Yeah, I mean, you know, James, James Hardener.
- 33:46Speaker 1: She's had to find the perfect place for him, hopefully.
- 33:49Speaker 1: I mean I think they won like seven out of
- 33:51Speaker 1: eight games, right. I'm a James Harden. I'm a fan
- 33:56Speaker 1: of him, you know, like I and I like to
- 33:58Speaker 1: see a guy like that win somehow so you know,
- 34:02Speaker 1: it's unfortunate, but hopefully he found the home.

- 34:10Speaker 1: won't rustle to get the NBA championship me too. That's
- 34:12Speaker 1: that's why I want to win a championship. Yeah, yeah, definitely,
- 34:15Speaker 1: nobody deserve it more. And I'm still still mad about
- 34:18Speaker 1: that whole separation from Oklahoma City man off of one game.
- 34:23Speaker 1: I mean, they had that ship in the back, three up,
- 34:25Speaker 1: three games to one, and then they lose a game
- 34:27Speaker 1: to the Golden State all of a sudden, Now you
- 34:29Speaker 1: go join them, niggas. That's crazy because we might not
- 34:32Speaker 1: even talk about a Golden State dynasty.
- 34:35Speaker 2: If that happens.
- 34:36Speaker 1: Because I think the winner that Serious Winter Championship. I
- 34:38Speaker 1: think that Okay See team was probably be.
- 34:41Speaker 2: Is stuck in there.
- 34:42Speaker 1: You know, but it's free agency, mother, so off of
- 34:45Speaker 1: you all kinds of money, you're gonna got to get
- 34:47Speaker 1: the bag at the end of it.
- 34:48Speaker 2: There's a business man. You ain't trying to live in
- 34:50Speaker 2: Oklahoma City either, but not. I mean it was cool
- 34:55Speaker 2: when it was there. It was I mean, I think respect.
- 34:59Speaker 1: I think our team you could make anybody could make
- 35:02Speaker 1: a city pop Seriously, you put Lebron in Cleveland, Cleveland
- 35:06Speaker 1: is popping.
- 35:06Speaker 2: Now Lebron's gone, Cleveland is now like Oklahoma. You know
- 35:10Speaker 2: what I mean.
- 35:10Speaker 1: You put anybody anywhere and they would make that city pop. Okay,
- 35:14Speaker 1: So he was popping when them guys were there, that's
- 35:16Speaker 1: the fact.
- 35:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:17Speaker 1: So I mean even like I mean, think by back
- 35:19Speaker 1: in the day, Reggie Miller, he had the city popping
- 35:21Speaker 1: with basketball.
- 35:22Speaker 2: Turn now you guys are kind of getting back. Tell
