Transcript
- 0:00No backs to the Erica show on G one oh five. I cannot wait
- 0:04to hear what has happened on this boat. So Trevor posting thirst traps over
- 0:08the weekend because you're voting first trap. Look, you know how you can
- 0:11go through your stories and the next person just pops up. I wasn't expecting
- 0:14a shirtless Trevor. I was like, oh. I jumped back and my
- 0:17husband was like what. I was like, Trevor's got thirst traps? Look,
- 0:20did you guys like what you saw? I gave you all a fire
- 0:23sign, thank you what happened? I was just flabbergasted. So there was
- 0:28like a group the big words over here today? Is that a word?
- 0:31There were eight of us floating in the water next to this pontoon boat that
- 0:34we rented, and then about one hundred yards away there was another boat that
- 0:38was like anchored near the beach. This older couple, they were just on
- 0:41the beach together, like we were totally cohabitating. We were all good.
- 0:45Then this third boat drives up this mom and dad and two young children.
- 0:51Okay they were he said that very angry, very close to us in the
- 0:55water in this whole big lake. You know, Jordan Lake is a big
- 0:59lake. She starts yelling something to us from the boat. She's leaning over
- 1:03the boat yelling at us, and we're like, what can you guys move?
- 1:06We want to park our boat there. We're like what, And so
- 1:10we're just kind of moving away because we're kind of shocked that somebody's asking us
- 1:14to move our bodies in the water that were floating in away so she could
- 1:18park her boat there. Okay, I need pictures because was it an area
- 1:23where most people would anchor off, like if it's near the Sandy Beach area,
- 1:26and you guys are just floating along, no float over, so there's
- 1:30plenty of beach space. There was only two boats in this area. There's
- 1:34it's a big it's a big ass lake. And so she needed to be
- 1:38right where our bodies were with their boat. So they pulled up literally twenty
- 1:44feet away from this other boat, This older couple. They got their two
- 1:47kids out of the boat. They're screaming. These poor people on the beach,
- 1:52We're just trying to enjoy their day. They had their umbrella out and
- 1:53everything totally invading their beach space. And they put their boat and we were
- 2:00literally just floating in the water. They told us to move. I think
- 2:01that is horrible lake etiquette. And I want to know if people agree with
- 2:06me. If that was you, by the way, go ahead and call
- 2:07us. Please call us six one five. Trevor is just still butt her
- 2:15from yesterday's lake etiquette, and rightly so I'm not butt her, because when
- 2:19you are rightly angry, it's not but her, it's you're just you know,
- 2:23you're just fuming. I'm fuming because we were on Jordan Lake and it's
- 2:28a big, wide, open lake. It was not packed or anything,
- 2:31and we were the group of us. We were floating next to the boat
- 2:34that we had rented for the day, and this other boat came up to
- 2:38us and they were like, can you guys move over? We want to
- 2:38park our boat there because we want to use the beach over there. There
- 2:42was First of all, there were plenty of open beach spaces along the lake
- 2:46that they could have chosen, so they weren't right up next to us.
- 2:49And also who asks people to move when they're relaxing in the water, like
- 2:52we got there first, but I did. They want you to just move
- 2:54so they can drive through and then you can float back over they parked their
- 2:58boat there, and I think that's hard lake etiquette. And I want to
- 3:00know if people agree with me. Nine one nine eight six oh one O
- 3:02five one, Lindsey, was there somewhere special about the place you have?
- 3:07Like? Why? What like a sandy bottom? I had a sandy bottom?
- 3:14But no, I mean there was like beach space near us, but
- 3:20we weren't directly in front of it. They could have gone somewhere else.
- 3:22And also there are multiple places on this lake with beach. Maybe that's their
- 3:27spot. Maybe you were on their territory. Okay, they don't own it.
- 3:30It's a public, state owned lake. Yeah. I mean they wanted
- 3:36to be friends. They did not, and I didn't want to play with
- 3:38their two screaming kids either said something. What do you say? I don't
- 3:43know. Listen, they were talking crap the whole time, so loud that
- 3:45the people could hear them. Yeah, because we're gonna let you enjoy this
- 3:49after you stole our space from us,
